I was taken care from a nice employee named Tim. He was more than excellent and very welcoming towards me and my daughter. He included both me and my daughter who wasn’t looking for anything but his friendly personality was able to convince both me and my daughter to leave with two beds and a set.

Just bought a new chair there!
Gave misinformation about billing, sales reps pretty pushy and promise things they can’t deliver on. Miscommunicated about estimated delivery, didn’t receive updates. Tried giving them the benefit of the doubt post covid but this is now our second less than satisfactory experience with Ashley furniture.
