Zero Stars! The customer service from the delivery company is awful! 4 deliveries of the same damaged product which is still not right. Returning item and going elsewhere. Let the buyer beware when shopping this store!

This store gave me the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. Ashley in Burlington Township, NJ had a delivery of furniture promised for Thursday, Jan. 25. On Wednesday, Jan. 24, I get a confirmation for my delivery the following day. But it was going to be delivered to my billing address in NJ, rather than my new Philly address. I was on the phone all day trying to rectify the situation. None of the customer service reps were any help and it took until about 3pm for them to tell me that I needed to correct my Sychrony credit card info to match my updated address. This was never communicated to me during the purchasing process despite me telling the salesperson several times that I am moving and have a new delivery address. The folks at Ashley also tried blaming it on Synchrony, claiming that this was new information to them. But when I called up Synchrony to update my address, they said this should not have affected my delivery whatsoever. I was willing to be flexible with Ashley and try to coordinate a delivery for the following day but they told me my furniture would not be delivered until Wednesday, Jan. 31, six days after they were supposed to arrive. The salesperson, to her credit, penciled in that date just to make sure something was in the books but said she was going to follow up with the distribution center to see about it getting delivered even earlier. That did not come to fruition. I am now moving into an apartment this weekend. An apartment where I was planning to have a few guests over this weekend. All I have for them to sit on now is a queen size bed and a desk chair. I am highly disappointed in how this whole situation shook out and I don’t believe I can trust Ashley to meet my furniture needs in the future.
