Bought a couch from this location during a Memorial Day sale. When I bought my couch, the promotion was it would come with a free espresso machine. They said it would get delivered in the mail 2-3 weeks after the couch. I was supposed to get a confirmation email from Best Buy saying the espresso machine was on its way. Never got it. Called the store and they said they sent an email to the distributor and said to check back in a week. Heard nothing. Called once more a week later and was told they would send another email to the distributor. Finally got a confirmation email from Best Buy that the espresso machine was being shipped, but I was not given access to the tracking information. 2 months after the couch was delivered, I got a call from a Philadelphia FedEx shipping center that they had a package for me that they were going to return to sender by the end of the day if I didn’t come pick it up. It was the espresso machine. They promised me a free espresso machine and instead of sending it to my address like a normal company would, they: 1. Forgot to send it 2. Didn’t respond to an email reminder for a week 3. Didn’t give me tracking information 4. Sent it to a totally different address (FedEx shipping center) 5. Never notified me of its arrival 6. Sent me the machine 2 months after my original purchase Terrible experience. They really tried everything in the book to not let me get this bottom-line espresso machine.

Terrible experience. Zero stars! Purchased dinette set with two chairs, and a recliner. Extremely overpriced delivery charge. Within a few weeks, dinette chairs are peeling, buckling, chunks out of leg. Store refuses to replace or refund, disputed charge with credit card. Complaints filed with NJ Attorney General and BBB too. Keep getting runaround, next step lawsuit!

The selection here is very good, but the business practices left a lot to be desired. After finding lower prices online, we were met with vague promises during negotiations. We paid for our order under the impression that the units would be delivered within two weeks. However, the paperwork revealed a delivery date nearly three months out, with a minimum delivery time of 45 days. Our salesperson, Zohab, seemed inexperienced and was unable to resolve the issue. Ultimately, we requested a refund and decided to shop elsewhere. Unfortunately, due to this experience and the delivery delays, I would not return. Our new sectional will be delivered in 4 days… thanks for a headache!

Angel/ Ashley Cherryhill store - Angel was extremely knowledgeable about mattresses and the furniture at Ashley in general. He gave us time and space when we first came in. Didn’t crowd us. Wasn’t pushy. Gave his honest opinions when asked but didn’t try to push us towards anything we didn’t want. He made a mattress shopping experience a good one.
