My wife Diana and I visited the Cherry Hill store at the beginning of the week. It was late in the evening. A very friendly gentleman engaged us and let us know that he was there to help us find what we were looking to purchase. Sure thing, we showed him a photo of what we were looking for; he asked us a few more question; and within the hour we were processing the payment and scheduling delivery. That gentleman is Sam Davis. He's wonderful and we will ask for him when we return to make other purchases. Thank you, Sam! We are very happy with our purchase.

Cherry Hill Store was fantastic, especially Sam Davis! He respected that I asked for space so I could look on my own> He did not crowd me, or follow me like a dog on a bone, as so often occurs in furniture stores. I did seek him out and that fast he directed me to what I was looking for. In and out of store in about 20 minutes, purchase completed. So happy!!!

I’m disappointed with how this company connects with and retains returning customers. Every time I order online, I run into the same issue where my address is not accepted. The first two times this happened, customer care was able to help resolve it. Unfortunately, this most recent experience has been very different. I’ve had to speak with multiple representatives, repeat myself several times, and jump through unnecessary hoops. It has now been two weeks, and the issue is still not resolved. The process has been frustrating and time-consuming, especially for a returning customer. At this point, it feels like my business isn’t valued, which is disappointing and not the experience I expect from a company I want to continue supporting.
