Absolutely terrible customer service, put in a repair request for furniture purchased from this store on the 9th of June was told to send pictures. Never received a call back called on the 18th. No one even looked at the request yet and was told I would be called back in 72 hrs 9 days and nothing from the terrible store. I will never shop at ashley again we will go to anyone else.

If i could give no stars I would. We purchased our couch with the warranty. They have had to come out twice to fix the fabric ripping at the seams. Now they are refusing to fix it again even though the warranty is still valid. We have called the store manager and talked with several people and they are unable to help.

I strongly recommend avoiding this franchise. Beau Graves sold me a 5-year protection plan for $100 with the promise that if no claims were made, I could get my money back. When I requested the refund, I was told it would only be issued as store credit within their franchise. As an active duty military member now stationed elsewhere in the U.S., I can't use the store credit, and they refuse to offer a merchandise credit or send a check to my current address. Extremely disappointing experience and poor customer service.

I purchased a chest and a dresser from Ashley’s Cherry Hill location on May 17, 2025. I was given a delivery date for last Wednesday, May 21, 2025. When the delivery people came they never took the dresser off the truck and told me it was damaged so I refused delivery but kept the chest since nothing was wrong with it. They told me I would get a call with a new delivery date. I did not receive a call by the next day so I called the phone number for the distribution center and they said I would receive a call by the end of the day. I still had not received a call so I went to the store and spoke with the manager Jim Haley. He said they had not sent him a slip showing the item went back to the warehouse. I also called the distribution center only to be told they were changing locations and I had to wait for a call the next week (which is this week). They claim they did not have access to see the slips. This morning I called the same number I called last week and it says their office is closed (at 10 AM)! I have not received a call and it’s been 6 days. I called the store again and spoke with Brian. I was told the manager, Jim Haley was off today. I asked for the assistant manager and was put on hold for about 5 minutes only to be told I should get a call today. Keep in mind the assistant manager could be heard in the background telling the guy who answered the phone what to say. I asked for the number to the warehouse and was given 267-348-1093 which is NOT in service. Not only do I NOT have my merchandise, they have charged my credit card! This will be the last time I ever patronize Ashley and I will be sure to tell all of my friends, family and people I don’t know not to ever buy from them again. If I don’t have a call today I will be making a complaint with the BBB, the corporate office and my credit card company. If I could give a negative star I would do so. The chest in the photo is what I have and the dresser is what I’m missing. **** Update **** I called the distribution center and spoke with Anne who told me the store has to schedule my delivery. I went to the store today 05/27/2025 and they asked me to be a little patient. I then told them I am still getting the run around and I want an answer today. A bald gentleman who I believe is the Asst store manager, walked behind me and said I was not going to get an answer today and continued walking. I called the distribution center while there and once again got a different answer stating they changed their systems and the store is the only one who can schedule the date. The store said they changed systems over the holiday weekend and the merchandise was being moved from one warehouse to another. Another lady informed me she was told things should be moving this Friday. If I was purchasing an item I would have gotten a delivery date. As long as you are buying they will go above and beyond to make a sale. I asked them to cancel the entire order, refund my money and pick up the chest. They said they could not do that either. I told them I’m not paying for something that I do not have. No one offered to make it right and their customer service skills are lacking to say the least. This is a valuable lesson and I will never buy nor recommend this location or any other for that matter. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and have already filed a dispute.

Purchased a couch a few years back that’s still under warranty but somehow the couple things we have going on is not covered. Of course right that’s how it works pay hundreds of dollars for a warranty and can’t use it. We will never buy another piece of furniture from Ashley F.
