I’m disappointed with how this company connects with and retains returning customers. Every time I order online, I run into the same issue where my address is not accepted. The first two times this happened, customer care was able to help resolve it. Unfortunately, this most recent experience has been very different. I’ve had to speak with multiple representatives, repeat myself several times, and jump through unnecessary hoops. It has now been two weeks, and the issue is still not resolved. The process has been frustrating and time-consuming, especially for a returning customer. At this point, it feels like my business isn’t valued, which is disappointing and not the experience I expect from a company I want to continue supporting.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing an Ashley couch. Customers should beware that if you have the couch delivered to your home, you cannot return it. This was not made clear upfront, and it has caused a lot of frustration. Two weeks ago, I spoke with an Ashley representative who told me they would help me with returning the couch and that I would hear back within 48 hours. It has now been two weeks, and I still haven’t heard anything from them. Customer service has been terrible and not helpful overall. I’ve been told a lot of mixed and inconsistent information, which only made the situation more confusing. I’ve been on the phone with them twice now, and no one has been able to help or provide a solution. I will try reaching out again because this couch does not fit in my home at all, but this whole process has been exhausting. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I don’t see myself purchasing from Ashley again.

The salesperson needs to tell customers to buy a mattress cover when they purchase one. My experience was awful.
