I wish I can give 0 but I couldn’t , worst customer service ever I regret buying from this Specific location. Everything is perfect when you buy something and when you try to reach out to store again about an issues I had with my furniture they will give you hell I’m so disappointed with you guys . Trying to reach out a manager it’s like trying to reach out president.

We ordered a chair and sectional. When we were purchasing we said no to delivery, but the salesperson said the delivery is great and they would put it anywhere we wanted. We went ahead with the delivery charge of $189 (which was not reimbursed) and when the delivery guys came they said they could not get it through the front door. We told them it would fit through the back door. They would not even try. We then were told for an additional $200 they could break it down and put it back together in the house. The day before we were now told $225. We called our salesperson and she said there was nothing she could do, but she was the one who pushed us using their delivery. We could have gotten our own truck and people to do this for way less and not be inconvenienced. The furniture is nice but do not use their delivery if you are not 100% certain the delivery person can get it in the door. Very disappointed!

The store was well stocked with alot. It was huge. The sales lady Barbara G. Was so nice. We were looking for a new mattress. We had many questions and she answered all of them.

Totally get it, there are supply chain issues. However, we are still waiting on furniture that we ordered last September (so, over 10 months) and their customer service has been the pits. Unlike other furniture retailers, like Raymour & Flanigan who we love, Ashley has you pay up front for your order if you're not financing through them, so they've had my money for close to a year and I do not have the items. Other places will take a deposit and you pay upon delivery. In addition, I have not received one proactive update from the store regarding delivery. I have had to call about 5 times now to check on everything. Don't let the prices fool you - I will happily pay more at any other retailer for better service in the future.

In march me & my husband bought a bed frame, the salesman said it would be in & ready to come to us in the second week of may, we said okay. The second week of may I call the store and the woman on the phone gave me an attitude and proceeded to tell me that we did not hit our 90 day mark and our bed frame wouldn’t be in until the second week of June. I called last week and the man on the phone said that everything except the headboard was in and the headboard wouldn’t be in until the beginning of July. 🤦🏻‍♀️ We regret buying it now. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
