The salesperson Robert at Ashley Furniture in Deptford was so helpful. He walked me through everything, took his time with me and fulfilled my needs.
Absolutely the most horrible experience for buying furniture after purchasing the furniture. It was delivered by a third-party company with something else being delivered with it. Little fragments and bugs were in the furniture. The furniture that was delivered was not the furniture that we ordered upon talking to Ashley furniture They were very ignorant very rude. Did not want to properly fix the situation and did not offer a proper solution. Also, the driver of the truck tried to force a very large truck down a small street and damaged my neighbor’s car buyers beware.
Had a great experience. I really appreciated the lack of pressure from Jomar. He greeted me when I came in, asked if I needed help, and when I said I was just browsing he gave me his name and said to ask if I had any questions. He then left me to look around. When I had questions he was easily found and knowledgeable. This "non-high pressure" sales worked well for me. I ended up buying living room furniture because I was more relaxed and comfortable than some other places I went. Thanks Jomar!

Not happy
It was nice walking in the store and not being bombarded with sales reps. Our rep was Adam Dyrnes. He was able to answer all of our questions. He gave us space so my husband and I could make a decision without feeling pressured. The prices were reasonable. I will always do business with Ashley.
Sales person was great, prices are decent only complaint is wait time. Alot of items arnt in stock and have a few week lead time.

This place is devious in pricing. My wife and I selected a sofa and decided to purchase it. The pricing placard said $749. But, behind it was a sheet that said Veterans Day sale $799. The salesman pulled the $749 sheet out and went to the desk to write it up. We were charged $799!

I was looking for sunroom furniture and they had nothing but in the past I bought a kitchen table that's well made, however my daughter bought a living room oversized chair and the cushions drooped and they didn't do anything for her. I do not recommend sofas purchased here.

This store had a piece of furniture I needed at a reasonable price and good curbside loading service.
I purchased the Darcy sofa and chair in mocha a while back and I wanted to now purchase the ottoman in mocha. It seems it has been discontinued. I love your products, there very well made, durable, and attractive, but I'm disappointed that I'm unable to obtain the ottoman that I want. The salesperson Heather was great with assisting me.

Looking for a bedroom set and decided to try Ashley after looking at other sets. First off the sales people were very pleasant and were not pushy and let us walk around without being bothered and after awhile we saw a set that we really liked and decided to purchase said set, that is when the sales person helped with the paper work and gave us a tentative delivery date. We paid for the set and left the store very pleased.
I bought a bed and a dresser in this place, I did not like buying here at all, since they are delayed with deliveries and do not notify the reason for what happened. On the other hand, they do not explain well what is needed if you do not bring the mattress, you should purchase an additional base for it. I do not recommend it at all, and I will not buy from this place again. Too dissatisfied with the service.

Purchased a bedroom set in April, and was told by the sales associate that there was plenty of inventory available and that we could schedule the delivery at our convenience. That was not the case, and I’m now moving into my new home without any bedroom furniture, with no set date on when I can expect my furniture even though it’s been fully paid for! I am not happy and will purchase the rest of the furniture for my home elsewhere.

I got a sectional on fall clearance last October. It was a great price, now I know why. It's super uncomfortable and 2 days after paying for delivery and set up the buttons began to catch and pull. It is now missing 2 and others are following suit. I don't recommend the low quality furniture from Ashley Outlet. Also, I wasn't going to leave a review but they're hounding me with messages to do so. wish I could leave a better review.

Walking to the store the woman handed me a coupon. I told her what we were looking for and she pointed and said over there. If you see anything come find me is what she said. We'll never go back.
Customer service was great at first. They gave us space to look around which we appreciated. After purchasing 2 furniture items we were left with having to exchange 1 immediately after receiving from the warehouse. By this time we were not treated like customers. It seemed as though they were worried we wanted to get our money back which was not the case we just wanted to reselect. They gave us such a hard time there was so much miscommunication. We were told one thing then told another. This took up to 3 weeks. They told us we can look online as well failing to make mention it can't be from online. After being fed up with having gone back and forth over the phone and driving personally to the store 3 times. We gave up on them and went to cherry Hill the same day we left with 2 new chairs and so much clarity and didn’t have to pay a another delivery fee like deptford told us we would. And Now we are dealing with deptford not giving us the right monthly bill amount with the wrong promotional. I would never go to deptford again. Cherry Hill was amazing and we will definitely go back to them. Hopefully this will all get resolved soon. It's been such a headache. My complaint is NOT about the furniture. I am very happy with the Woodsman reclining sofa. My complaint is about the delivery and set up. 1. WHY would you take the couch out of the box on a wet rainy day? 2. Why remove the protective covering from the sofa to allow it to get wet and scratched? 3. WHY WHY WHY did you think that the sofa would move into the door vertically when you could have easily tilted it into the door? Now my sofa has multiple scratches and even a small tear in the leather like material! If I didn't have the protection plan, I would’ve had to deal with this mess. Next time I will order my OWN moving company, especially for the price I paid for delivery. My nephews were more careful carrying the old sofa to the trash!

Jim and the crew were very courteous and professional in handling our purchase. We got exactly what we wanted and the price was reasonable. Update to my post on 10/19/22. When I purchased my mattress on the 15th I made arrangements for it to be delivered on Wednesday the 19th. After no call the day before and none on delivery day plus no delivery I call them to find out what happened and was told there's no notes for delivery nor was it scheduled after I clearly made the arrangements on Saturday. I had to schedule delivery again on a day that's inconvenient for me. Very poor communication and service. I made it known to the person I spoke with that this will be my last time buying anything else from them.

While the service was great and everyone was very nice. The sale price show on the couch we got was not for the model it was on. So that was misleading and we spent more than planed because we really liked the model on the floor. This is something management should fix.

I ordered my couch Labor Day weekend. I ordered it with Beau who apparently was just telling people whatever they wanted to hear because he was fired. Only found that out after I called in November to find out where my couch was. I kept getting promises that it would be in the next month. 🙄 Fast forward to today February 23rd. No couch. I was emailed again to say it’ll be another month. And this was after the manager called me earlier in the month to say he was confident it would be in at the end of this month. So I will be going in today to cancel my order and give my money to someone else. This company is horrible. It’s my fault though because this was the second time I ordered from Ashley and the second time I had to cancel because they kept saying the furniture would be in “next month.”

I placed an order in September 2021 with the understanding that there would be a delayed expected delivery in December 2021- January 2021. I called the store in mid-2021 to inquire about satus of delivery. I was notified that delivery had a revised delayed March 2022 delivery. Given Ashely has a 3 day full return policy, I inquired about their cancellation policy. On December 23, 2021 I received a random email that I had refund pending???? I went to store to learn that my order was CANCELLED. After patiently waiting 3 months, they cancelled my order. So NOW....I'm back in the queue as if I just ordered today....AUGHHHH.
Sales person helped us find exactly what we wanted very quickly. No pressure which is something I try to avoid so it was especially nice. Only downfall is that your furniture takes so long to come in.

I received an email asking me to leave a review and I would like to give my honest opinion. Yesterday, I took advantage of the Black Friday in store only promotion, and purchased several items. I was pleased to find sets for each room in my new house, however after purchase I found that I had been overcharged almost $800.00. It was a huge inconvenience to have to go back around the store to check each item price while carrying a newborn baby. If I had not took a close look at my receipt and added up the price I was charged and what the floor price was, I would’ve been out of almost $800. This act makes me question the integrity of the company and I am not pleased with my overall experience.
My sales person was good, easy to talk to. No pressure. My test will be if she remembers to call me when the love seat comes stock again.

The customer service was great until after the purchase. We waited 8 months!! for our couch to come in. To which our salesmen each week kept telling me it would be in the following week. I now have a rip in the couch I purchased. To get to there customer service/ warranty services is atrocious. I paid for the warranty on the furniture and it’s seemingly impossible to get this issue resolved. Needless to say I will no longer do business with Ashley furniture.

I kept waiting for him to tell me he had to talk it over with his sales manager, and to make it worse, he smelled like an ashtray. I thought everyone quit smoking last year?

Was nice. Pretty good service. We found some end tables we needed and a chair side table as well. My gripe was when we picked out a leather sofa/loveseat/recliner ($4k) set and wanted some matching pillows thrown in $240 worth and 0% for 60 months and the manager wouldn’t do it. I thought that was a bit unreasonable so we left.

This is THE WORST experience I’ve ever had with getting new furniture. I was assured a delivery date but told I’m trying to get it even sooner.The delivery date came and went…Get an email stating it would be another date…that didn’t happen either. Then when you call to complain and all of a sudden your furniture magically appears in the warehouse. You get another day and time BUT they call you at 730am to tell you they will be there in 20 mins NO you won’t cancel that order. And then the 4the delivery date which was 6/18 and the delivery driver breaks the entire foot off the ottoman and hides underneath there: The customer service is a tragedy at that store. The employees literally hang up on you the second you seem a little bit annoyed. The manager Jim is an absolute joke. DON’T EVERRRRRRR BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY LET ALONE THAT STORE….do yourself a favor and go to BIG LOTS they have all named brand furniture including Broyhill for wayyyyy cheaper better quality and wayyyyy better customer service
Ashley furniture as a whole is a terrible company. Although the employees here tried to help me, the people in charge will not fix your furniture and at most will offer store credit after you call them 20 times. Then they close your account claiming they can't do anything else for you. I've been sleeping on the floor because they took apart my bed frame and told me they won't keep working due to unsanitary conditions... my room is not unsanitary and this is the 3rd time they've been to my house. Why was it not unsanitary the first 2 times? This is the worst company I've ever purchased from.. I do NOT recommend then.

Pricey, great help only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of wait times, 2 recliners I ordered and was 90 day wait after I paid to have them delivered I find this out. Staff is friendly, also when there is a sale stop by I went and saved over $1,000 on the recliners. Other then that it's a good store just pricey but if you want quality especially with there 5 year cover everything plan. We had a problem with the sectional ordered in 2019 and they came out and re did all the fabric for that section, they give your a stain removal kit and will remove stains if you have the 5 year plan. Definitely worth the investment I've used it twice and got instant results.

Purchased couches in Aug, was told delivery by Oct. I understand everything was pushed back but NO ONE called to keep us posted. I kept calling, pushed back to Nov, then Dec, then FINALLY they arrived in the warehouse on 12/31 but couldn't schedule delivery bc some other person at the store said it wasn't going to arrive until mid January when I was JUST told the items were literally in the warehouse. Had to speak to someone from A TOTALLY DIFFERENT LOCATION to get answers. She said 2 out of 3 pieces were there and I should schedule a partial delivery n tell them to throw the 3rd piece on the truck! Omg why didnt anyone from the location I bought then at say this??? Now the one piece isnt put together right and I've been trying to get a hold of someone and left messages and NOTHING!! I will NEVER buy anything from this company nor referrer anyone to them!! The only person that was helpful when I actually got to talk to someone was Eathan!!

She even spoke to us on the phone and walked us through some of the items in the store when we were looking. That is why I chose a day when she would be working. She sold us our set and made the process easy. One of the best I have ever dealt with, as a business owner I would hire he is a heartbeat.
We came in right before closing and were still given the utmost attention and service. We were able to make a decision and complete our purchase within 15 minutes. Very happy with our experience.

I am very disappointed with the service i have received from this store. The associate that “helped” me was Lauren. I went in the store knowing what i wanted because eugene assisted me the first time i went in and we were squared away. Unfortunately the second i went in to actually place my order Eugene was off. Lauren offered to help me however her service was less than adequate. When i told her what i wanted and she looked in the system she said they would be delivering it mid November so i chose other pieces that she had advised me would be delivered faster. I was told just about everything would be in before November (i went in oct 4th) after a month of telling me i would get all my furniture by the last week of October i still don’t have everything. She called a few times to let me know that my things were in stock and ready for delivery but wouldn’t have a date. I called about my dining room table a few times she told me it would be in the last week of oct when that came and went she said nov 4 when that came and went we called the store again SPOKE with a manager that basically said we didn’t know what we were talking about and had an attitude ( i feel like if you’re going to tell someone something you should be straight and everyone should have the same facts) he said it would get delivered today. TODAY THE GLORIOUS DAY I’ve been looking forward to we got a table delivered! However Lauren put in the wrong size chairs. (The chairs are too low for the table) we called to tell them this isn’t what we ordered and that we were becoming frustrated because this has been a back and forth situation since the beginning of oct. she said she would fix it and said she’d called within the hour.. NEVER CALLED so i called to see what was going on.. she’s unavailable right now.. never again going to this store it’s a waste of time YOURE better off going to ikea and building your own chairs than waiting for these people to deliver things you pay over 1k for. Super disappointed.

Edit: The warranty here is a total scam. It only covers things that a tech can come repair. How can a tech repair a scratched table? I have no idea but they sure sell it like no matter what happens they have your back for five years. Don't fall for it. I'm very sad to say I won't be doing any business here again, when I visited a year or so ago the staff was great, but the company won't stand behind their warranty so what's the point? The furniture itself is fine! We worked with Ron, he was wonderful. This rating is based off of the customer support and the delivery. The delivery guys took FIVE HOURS to arrive to my home. My furniture was supposed to be delivered between 8am-12pm but they didn’t show until after 4pm. I had to track them down, they lied to me on the phone (I confirmed this when I spoke with the military agents at the gate) and they didn’t seem to care that they inconvenienced a customer. I attempted to call the store to make this issue known but I was put on hold for 30 minutes. Never Again with the company!

Do Not buy ANYTHING from this store!!! They do not stand behind there product. Manager will tell you how great there protection plan is and it’s all a lie. If you need to call for repairs be ready to deal with rude , unhelpful people.

Recently bought my new living room and Bedroom Furniture with Ashley HomeStore Outlet. Olivia was our Sales Representative. She made sure we made the best selection and went over every detail with us. She explained the warranty’s offered and made sure we had everything we needed before making our final decisions. Yes gret customer service till they sell u the product the they were less than friendly, mabe knowledge on furniture but not on beds! This is a nightmare the first person was there a week and quit after my sale!!! I hadn't bought a bed in years!!! I had 2 neck surgeries and back got a small lawsuit and went there, according to these reviews!!!! BUT THIS STORE IS AWFUL AND THE MANAGER IS RUDE AFTER THRY TOOK 7000 FROM ME AND THE MATRES WAS TO SOFT AND THIN! I RELUCTANTLY GOT ANTHER MORE FIRM ONE FROM A SALESPERSON WHO WAS LEAVING THAT DAY!!!! By the third day with that one my hubby was on the couch, I called them they said give it time to break in!!! By the next week I couldnt walk! ANd wanted my money back! Because they never shared knowledge, about thes beds and delivered me bases with rust on them and they were the wrong ones! After the last nice salesman I dod my on research! I wanted a serta icomfort a model they didnt carry!!! I wanted to leave and cause a scene but my hubby wasnt letting me ! The man said as we were leaving o I'm sure I can order that brand! And proceded now we went to mattress firm just to try it and then was armed with knowledge, so long dry short I got the matress and when i leaned for my hubby I fell in the gap never happened with the last ones! Immediately called and ask for someone to come get this i had it! Took them a month to get a tech her he pointed out things i didnt c! And then write a report that reflected otherwise! I called Ashley the manager whom was different then the 3 I spoke to said I'm not REPLACING or REfunding!!! She was nasty and treated me with contempt! So they think I'm stuck because the want to take advant6of seniors and disabled the ar sadly mistaken!

I am over the moon about my experience today. My wife and I were just out browsing for possibilities, but had cash in pocket just in case. We had plans to stop in several stores. After literally being chased out of Bobs we felt defeated and were just going to quit and head home but decided to make one more stop in hopes of fixing the day. Arianna greeted us at the door with a smile and was not a pushy sales person. We found her once we had a question about an item and she was beyond helpful and pleasant. She helped us find a similar item that we liked 10 times better and it came in the color my wife wanted. I got the furniture piece I wanted, my wife got the color she wanted, and we weren’t badgered by anyone. Multiple other employees saw us and simply smiled and asked how we were, no one was pushy and I love that. I will 100% be a return customer. Her service was absolutely amazing. There was not a single ounce of pressure like most sales reps do once you walk into a store. She has taken her time in finding out details on products and wasn’t distracted. She was kind and beyond helpful. After checking out multiple places, I ended up back at Ashley’s getting the help from Sonia.
We purchased a sectional and was very clear that we were nervous the sectional would be very close in measurement and Sonia assured us if the sectional did not fit we can refuse the delivery and get our money back. She failed to mention you only have 3 days from the purchase date not delivery date to recieve a full refund, anything after that would require a 25 percent restocking fee. Well the sectional didn’t fit and I was told I would have to pay a disassemble fee and a restocking fee to have them take the sectional back. They were very determined to make me pay these fees. Thank god I fought for myself and made them aware the delivery date happened to be 3 days after we purchased or they would’ve made us pay these extra ridiculous fees. Funny thing is Sonia originally scheduled our delivery 3 weeks after our purchase date so she knew exactly what she was doing. It’s very frustrating when sales people tell you whatever you want to hear just to make a sale! I won’t be shopping from here again.
I had a great experience at Ashley the couple times I went there. My fiancé and I were looking for furniture for our new home but we didn’t want to be pressured into a purchase either. The second time I went I got great service and and an amazing deal too. I worked with Ida while I was there and she was very helpful and friendly! I would recommend going here if you’re trying to get an idea of what you need or if you’re ready to purchase as they won’t pressure you but they will give you whatever info and ideas you need!

My concern about 1 start is not for the salesman,is for the delivery and the horrible customer service in the store,I supposed to received my furniture by the 14th I had to call concern about my delivery,they told me,they waiting for 2 piece,I said is ok but by the 16th I need my furniture,nobody called me,so I had a call on the 15th that my furniture is on the warehouse and ready for delivery after monday,so I was so clear with my salesman that my birthday is on the 19th and I want to have the delivery before for my party.,the girl told me,my salesman is off but she is going to email the delivery team and she is going to call me back they never get back to me after 4 hours I went to the store and I received the horrible service that I could ever imagine in my life,I spoke with a lady in customer services desk,first very rude,. I explained her my problem and the answer that I received I was that she didn't do delivery,I told her that I want my money back she just asked for my card but didn't even make anything to result the problem,I believe some people didn't have any kind of customer service and they just need to step out from those job that you have to deal with people,and made customer feel that their money are not important.i never going to do business with this store,they just dont care about customer.
This place is literally terrible. Told me my two couches would be here March 1st and I had to call to find out they weren’t even in the warehouse. The first couch delivery was fine but today’s was so terrible. Told us the first time it would be by 3, 4 o’clock comes by and no phone call. So I called the store and talked to George who was nothing but rude to me. It’s still not here at 4:45, will never use here again. Did nothing to make this situation better.

My wife and I were in Ashley furniture several weeks ago. We were treated by a very pleasant young lady (Olivia ) she was our sales consultant . She was very helpful and motivated to assist us . She accompanied us throughout the store . Answering multiple questions and trust me we had many.she was pleasant and cheerful . We appreciated her help . We haven’t made a decision yet because of work being completed . But will gladly seek her out when we are ready.
The customer service in the store was great! I was able to order the furniture I researched online and they matched the internet price. The only downfall was that the furniture I ordered was out of stock and I won’t receive the furniture for a few weeks. Other than that, I received top notch service and would highly recommend Ashley’s Furniture Outlet!

I have to say, I have bought furniture several times in my life and this was the most enjoyable time my husband had. Most of the places in the past they were very pushy. At Ashley's furniture our experience was totally different. The two ladies that helped us we really enjoyed our time with them, it was a fun time. We were in need of a bedroom dresser ASAP. We picked one out but we would have had to wait a week for delivery because of our availability to have someone home to accept the delivery. The store had the dresser we wanted, but only to sell in a conplete bedroom set. Rob was kind enough to have the store manager speak with us. I explained our urgent need... and thank god!! Absolutely horrible experience here at the Deptford, NJ location. Stay far away! To start, we are not ones to ever complain, nor do we ever even return products. We purchased a sofa at the Deptford, NJ location which at the start had a manufacturers defect issues - Ashley Furniture Outlet later replaced it. The new replacement sofa was also defective. However, this time the replacement sofa came with a wood defect which causes the couch (specifically the chaise lounge portion) to squeak and creak when sat on. We then spoke with Dwayne Johnson (store manager) who directed us to the corporate office to replace the 2nd replacement sofa. Corporate Office was/is extremely unhelpful . We dealt with 5 other individuals at Corporate after speaking directly with the store manager. Phil, Kathy, Jania, Frank Paul, at the Corporate Office, and lastly an individual at Advanced Repair Technology. Corporate tried to force us to have this brand new sofa fixed by Advanced Repair Technology instead of being replaced. This was/is absolutely unacceptable. This company 100% owns this issue, yet they try and throw the blame on the customers. If this issue is not rectified in the near future, we will take it as far as reaching out to News Media Investigators. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. Never had an experience quite like it and would not wish it on my worst enemy. The absolute worst customer service we've ever experienced.
I just went to the Ashley Homestore Deptford Outlet and had yet another positive experience! When we went into the outlet, we met Sonia who greeted us and later checked on us and was pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful! The outlet had the exact platform for my bed that I wanted and Sonia provided the paperwork and I now have a beautiful platform with free delivery and assembly. Every time I'm in an Ashley store, the salespeople are pleasant, the prices are reasonable, and the furniture is attractive and well made! I always tell friends to get their furniture from Ashley.

a few weeks ago we had something specific in mind when we went out looking for a sectional and all though we did not find it in the store our amazing salesperson Sonia was able to find and order us EXACTLY what we wanted and we received it two day later. We loved working with her so much that when we needed a mattress I went back when I knew she’d be working and ordered a mattress from her as well. She made the stress of furniture shopping so much easier and we will continue to go to her and the Ashley Furniture Outlet for our future furniture needs!

Visited the store on Saturday shopping FCC or a new mattress. Gave sales rep my preference. She showed me what was a sizable. I tested the mattress and found it acceptable. Afterwards I looked at a similar mattress at another store of the same brand. The price was exactly the same. Only difference was the free delivery from Ashley. I returned to Ashley today with my husband for him to test t by e mattress. He approved and we purchased it today. Only wished Ashley had another store or offered a free delivery to another home I owned on Carbon County, PA. The delivery charge was an exorbitant price of $250. That forced me to look st another retailer in that county that had free delivery.
My wife and I are looking for new furniture and ideas the customer service representatives were very nice and helpful our representative's name was Tiffany. She was very knowledgeable and informative about everything furniture including delivery. The building is very clean and the sales representatives will even move the furniture in the store around so you can check out the look and see if you would like specific items together. The Ashley HomeStore has gorgeous displays and is layed out nicely so you can browse through everything without feeling overwhelmed. Ida (our sales person) was very approachable, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. She helped us out a lot with picking out a mattress and furniture for our new house. Even the girls at the front desk were great and patient with our kids. It's not easy furniture shopping with 4 kids in tow!

Ashley furniture was super great! My favorite was how they did not swarm us when we came in the store! We were greeted by our sales rep and asked if we had any questions, we didn’t at the time and she told us to look around and if we had any questions to let her know.... never once did I feel pressured and everyone was super friendly... they had a ton of options for all price ranges and the quality was great! This was the 5th store we had been in that night and none compared... I was having a difficult time making a decision and kept changing my mind our sales woman was super understanding and never got annoyed with me .... she was extremely friendly and easy to talk with! Our tv stand was delivered very quickly and with out any damage! Super happy with our decision!
Good selection of sofas - happy we were able to find a sectional to work in our tight row home, I love that we were able to mix and match pieces. Ida was wonderful to work with, let us take our time, we didn't feel pressured and she helped us figure out pricing with different sectional pieces, taxes and more. Since the labor day sale got us free delivery, we used that money and signed up for the extended warranty plan...worth it for the peace of mind. Associates are nice, furniture is not. I purchased a dining set and within 10 days of delivery and very light use, the finish has random pitting and imperfections that are a result of poor quality manufacturing. Of course the store refers the dissatisfied to corporate and then corporate blames the customer. There is no refund policy. The best that can be done is to allow the customer to choose another poor quality piece of furniture as replacement. Ultimately, Ashley’s customer service is almost as pathetic as its furniture.

I had a wonderful shopping experience with Arletta/Sales Consultant this July and August. She was very helpful and informative about the furniture that I was looking for to furnish my home. Larry Nelgut was our salesman and he did a great job! He answered all our questions, asked all the right ones of us and was very personable. The price for the couch was also a big perk! They had good service to begin with. Especially Tiffany And Ida. But the main thing for me was the amount of credit they were able to get for me. I didn’t have the best score so I was surprised! Nice furniture..i bought a few things...but i must say very annoying staff. Ill go to a different store even though they are the closest. Three different people kept pressuring me to buy a 5 yr warranty for the loveseat recliner...3 different people. Anything for commission i guess. I called ashley corporate n complained i was pissed. They worked it out with me and they agreed as per my request not to give any money for the warranty to any staff member for commission due to the issue they caused. Ill buy from ashley again but not that store. I don't appreciate being pressured by 3 different people..unacceptable! On 3 different days n one clerical woman called me at home about the warranty. Disgusting . That's why 3 stars for unprofessional customer service. Nice furniture n power bed but not so nice staff.
This is the second time we bought furniture at this location. The sales person Ida did such a good job the first time so we requested her specifically for our next purchase. Ida gave us space to browse but she was always there when we had questions.
