We just left your outlet store and we apparently just annoyed the older gray haired man at the desk by just walking in. He told us everything is damaged and tried to send us to their other franchise and seemed amnoyed he had to leave the desk to even talk to us. If you hate what you do so much, go find another job. Clearly a disservice to your company as an employee and we will never be back and we have a whole house to furnish.

I had the best experience at this location! Steve was the person who helped me, notice I didn't say sales person. He educated me on the products that I was looking for right size of my vehicle if I wanted to take it and explained the delivery process. I took them delivery process because they give you a Good enough window frame to plan your day, more then affordable pricing for product and delivery. Fernando deliver the furniture with his helper no mess no damage in and out! I got lucky so I'm telling others!

Jessica at this location is the best!! I was driving through from out of state and had just stopped to top up the oil in my car since I'd gotten an error message about that, and promptly managed to lock my keys, phone, wallet and everything else in the car. I went inside and Jessica was suuuper nice about letting me use the phone to call my husband so he could call AAA over, and then checking on me to see if I was okay and everything. Another employee here also offered to help. These folks are so kind, and I don't know what I would have done without them!! (I also appreciate that they've planted a little vegetable garden here.) I think character matters a lot in who you do business with, so I would highly highly recommend this store. 😍❤️

Our delivery team was amazing!!! We have a rough entrance and thought we had measured everything accurately. They went above and beyond to get our couch into our apartment including removing a railing so they could make the turn in.

Ordered a set of Furniture from Ashley Online and the service over the web and phone was fantastic. The Customer Service rep told me exactly what I needed and didn't try to upsell me on anything. We did have the old furniture taken away and there was an additional cost, but it was worth it. The delivery was above expectation where you get a text to tell you where your driver is and you can follow to make sure you are ready for their arrival. The delivery was quick and easy - no issues in and out and they cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend shopping Ashley online and on the phone. Was very impressed!

I love my furniture the delivery guys were excellent.

I actually wasn't aware Ashley had a configuration program on their website and although I was in 2 stores prior to this the sectional I found was by using their site. I waited approximately 2 weeks for delivery. I loved the way they advise you moment by moment where the drivers are and what stop they were at. They continually update you real time. Kudos also to Wilbur and the other driver who were friendly, pleasant, and nice to work with. They made sure everything was where it should be and if I like it where it was. Package cleanup was quick and done outside.

My mom‘s furniture was delivered today. I got an email stating that it would be a four hour window. I was told that my mom‘s furniture was the last stop, but I knew from the time the driver started with all his deliveries when exactly he would be delivering the sofa. They called me before they even got to my mom’s house. I will definitely be using Ashley again.

I purchased a sofa 3 years ago with the protection plan. The sofa had some ink stains. I received a merchandise credit for the full cost of the sofa before tax. Went into the Fairfield store, picked out a replacement and it was delivered within 10 days! Delivery was perfect. I was informed of when to expect it. They arrived earlier. Brought the sofa on , put it in place and removed all packaging materials. The delivery men were courteous, respectful and professional.

Ashley delivered and set up my TV stand and fireplace combo. Excellent care from setting down delivery blankets so they didn't bring salt from the driveway and porch to setting it all up.

Update: Responded to the below response, copied and pasted the email address. My message was blocked! So glad they are keeping up with my expectations 😅 We ordered a sectional sofa, our salesman ordered two pieces that faced the same direction. When the sofa was delivered, one piece was left, the other was taken back. It took almost a week to get the store to return my phone call. It took almost a month to get the correct piece delivered while half of the sofa sat in my living room. We purchased the couch specifically for Christmas, half of it was delivered the day after. I still have not heard back from the store after they guaranteed me they would track my replacement delivery and assured me it would be delivered by Dec 15, it was delivered Dec 26. I don't expect a call back from the store, you can't call them directly, you have to call the 800 number who directs your message to the store. It's very frustrating and disappointing!! The couch itself is wonderful, the delivery team did a great job but the sales/issue reporting process needs a lot of work! I will not be ordering from Ashley again sadly Photos of what I ordered and what I had for just about a month! First half delivered Dec 2, second half Dec 26, unacceptable!!

I had posted a stellar 5 star review back when I thought I had been taken care of, however and unfortunately, a lot has changed in 2 short weeks. I wish I could rate Ashley Furniture - 0 stars (this includes Fairfield, NJ showroom, AND most specifically, customer care), but it won’t allow me to. This experience has been nothing short of an absolute nightmare. If I were to describe what has transpired, I’d be writing a book, so I’ll spare you the thorough details. This company is absolute garbage and strives to blame all of their mistakes (in ordering, communication, and confirmation of delivery dates) ON THE CUSTOMER. Unprofessional isn’t even the word I would use to describe this company, but I need to refrain from using more colorful language here. Everything that has gone wrong, has, from the wrong bed being ordered, a refund being withheld, a restocking and delivery fee being issued FOR THEIR MISTAKE, among a more recent failure to deliver on my delivery date (along with NO contact on their end, until of course I initiated a conversation and inquiry the day of delivery), it is safe to say that I am absolutely appalled at what has transpired. Do yourself a favor and order from any other furniture company is the damn world, OTHER than Ashley. I’ve wasted so much money, time, and tears on this company. oh! and my 4 year old daughter has been without a bed for nearly 2 weeks because they keep making errors on ordering and delivery dates. I’ll be reporting Ashley to absolutely any and everyone I possibly can, starting with the Better Business Bureau.

While the delivery went completely smoothly and the drivers took their time to put everything together as well as make sure my floors stayed nice and clean, I will say, I gave 4 stars due to the issues I had with Ashley itself. I was supposed to have this table delivered last Friday. The window was 11-3. They showed up much earlier, I wasn’t home, and then had to reschedule. Again today, my window was 1230-430. They showed up at 1130. Not too much of a big deal, more of an inconvenience, especially because I was tracking it on the link provided. I love my new kitchen table, I just wish they were more diligent with their timing as well as mine!

Bought my couch online, saved close to $400 than if I bought it in the store. I had an Ashley years ago and they have contended with the styles and quality of other brands over the years, so much so that other companied carry Ashley products.... Ashley Corporqte really came to my rescue when their outsourced warranty company pulled this crap about procedures when my autistic son’s bed frame broke & all 240 pounds of him had to sleep in a mattress in the floor. THEY back up THEIR product SO much that I bought another Ashley brand mattress from them for myself because they stood behind their own product. I cannot express how grateful I am for that. ❤️

They gave me a time that they was coming. They were here on time. They deliver my sofa. Put it together 123 and remove the old sofa 123. So I think they did an excellent job. They kept responding to me to let me know where the truck was and what number I was in line to be. Have my delivery.

First and foremost, I want to commend Jennifer Ortega (sales rep) at the Ashley Furniture store on Central Park Avenue Yonkers, New York. We walked into the store and the very first person that approached was Jennifer. She was dressed professionally, spoke softly and was very proactive. I am a non-nonsense type a person while I do any type of business and I expect my questions answered truthfully. She appreciated that and that I was very specific. Jennifer took the time to answer all my questions with patience and kindness. In the end, the price was right, the warranty was perfect, so went came back to be store two days later only after looking at other near by furniture stores. Nothing compared to Ashley prices or their selection. We returned back to the store and Jennifer once again explained the entire process to us without a glitch. In addition, Jennifer stayed in communications with me via text and even email me the entire time with an GPS link of the times and location of th delivery truck until the item arrived. The delivery was prompt, the delivery personnel were very professional, thorough, and they both explained to me how the item operated. Before the delivery personnel even left my home. They removed all the garbage and then I was asked to speak to an Ashley Furniture representative. The representative asked about my experience with the sale, price, delivery and also provided me with a number in the event we had an Issue with the item. That I found to be a new type of approach that I have never seen in a furniture company or ANY company I have dealt with for over 40 years. Therefore, I am completely satisfied with the methods that Ashley Furniture utilizes and its profound services. I will from now shop for my furniture needs at Ashley Furniture as my preferences. I am very impressed by their service, representatives delivery and Customer Service. I give Ashley Furniture five stars, and if I could, I would give them a 10. Top notch. Pleasant experience placing our order with Rocky. Delivery went well. From the 1st call to completion. The crew did a great job. I will be using the word they to represent each member and collectively. They were courteous and after inspection of the room, they asked where the items were to be placed and placed the furniture in the location request. They assembled the items in an efficient manner: assembled the furniture well and were timely including testing the items. They collected all the boxes that the items came in and discarded. Also, the crew called Ashley to place me with the Ashley rep, who, also was amazing, where he asked if all is working and furniture placed in the area requested, making sure all is well. From the sales representative to the delivery crew to the representative calling via phone the whole crew was amazing. The delivery crew had good customer service and quality in moving and assembling of the furniture. The sales rep, Rocky did a great job, especially by being patient, honest, transparent, and pleasant in the sales process. We had a 10-2p window and was updated about their stops, current location, and their estimated time of arrival. They gave a call when they are 15 min out. Bought a bed and dresser for my 5 year old. The bed came without any hardware to assemble it. When I called the store to complain and see what they were going to do to make it right I was told that they would have to reship a new bed and that my son could sleep on the couch for a few days. This sales team and management are garbage and never even called me back like they said they would. Never buy anything from this place all they care about is your money and don’t care that a child wouldn’t have a bed to sleep in.

He walked us around showed us things online. Worked with our budget. The purchasing part of the experience was wonderful. The delivery side went just as fantastic. They reached out to confirm a couple of days before. They reached out with a delivery time window the night before. The morning of They gave me a tracker to see where my delivery was and when it would arrive. I received both email and text. The morning of, Leoncio and his teammate arrived as scheduled. They were really great. Personable, efficient, careful. Really impressed with the delivery team. Buying from Ashley's was an easy, pleasant experience. I would definitely buy from this location again. I would highly recommend Ashley's to anyone who's in the market for some new furniture.

Fast and amazing service. I had to get the GTD and the delivery crew contacted me before their arrival, they brought in all the components and built my couch extremely fast.

Appointment was 0630am to 1030am. Got a text saying they would be there soon and say hello to erwin at 530am. After an hour checked online and got email said track them, they just entered the city, 1 1/2 to 2 hours away. Delivery guys sis good but they slide the couch out of the back of the truck, to the ground, so I knew I had to really check it. Some wood got scrapped, told them and they just put black pen on it. Since it was the bottom and could not see when on the floor accepted it. I would not call it white glove.

My only "minor" complaint is that the cushions are very stiff, moreso than the sample in the store so that was a surprise, but I am absolutely certain they will soften with use over time. Recent purchase in Poughkeepsie, delivery from NJ, went extremely well! Was originally given a 4-hour window for delivery, but delivery was made over an hour early, and I was able to track the driver from the start of his shift until my stop! I had taken a day off for all my furniture to be delivered a month ago. It was a couch a loveseat and a tv console. They did not have the loveseat and no one told me until the day the guys delivered. I was very angry. The delivery men are wonderful so not their fault. Now I just got the loveseat delivered and have to leave work again but the delivery guys were very nice. Ashley did not compensate me with a discount or anything. Not happy with Ashley furniture. My salesman Mike was great and the delivery itself was on point but the company should have given me money off for missing work twice.

The delivery guys were excellent. Ashley on the other hand is less than stellar. When I purchased the couches, I specifically asked 3 times if they would take my old couches away. I was told yes and at no point did they tell me that was an additional $199 plus tax. When I got the email of the delivery schedule they told me that wasn’t included. So I had to go back to the store and clarify, but the salesman said he remembers me asking about that but I wasn’t charged. SO, long story short, I had to pay an additional $199 plus tax to get that squared away on top of the price we agreed upon the week before. That is not very good business.

Called regarding no reply to a recent service request. Rep took my info , did a search and told me there is no record of my calling in. I asked to open a new request. In the process the rep said, she saw in the notes that I recently called with a request. I thought there was no record of my call. She took some info and told me my request for a manufacturing defect is only applicable in first 72 hours. I informed the table only started showing issues after 72 hours, basically your out of luck. She informed me manufacturing issues would be noticeable right away. I asked if she knew this based on her trading and was told no, she does not have any trading in this area. I again stated I just wanted someone to look at issue. Nope, I asked for a manager , waited on hold 15 minutes. Manager understood issue and send a link to submit photos. That was supposed to be done after my initial call but never happened service dept needs some training

Apparently this store won’t check if the items are in stock or not they only go by what the computer inventory shows. Wasted 3 hours of my time only to show up and find out that what I wanted was not in stock. Have bought furniture from Ashley’s before and never had a problem but this will be my last time purchasing from them. Terrible experience with customer service up front as well.

STEVE is the man! He got me a mattress that all the other ashley stores said is discontinued! Steve was very patient and understanding of my reluctance, and fear that it would not be the right mattress. I was worried I'd have to return it after delivery and probably called/troubled him 20 times, but he assured me not to worry. Sure enough, I've been sleeping like an baby on my (NOT discontinued) mattress! THANK YOU STEVE!!

Jessica and Kenny were extremely kind, courteous, and helpful, and I appreciate how I was free to look around the shop without being followed. :) I learned that furniture at the outlet is priced accordingly because those models are being discontinued or they may have manufacturing defects. The store associates were very transparent about what the defects were on the pieces (if any). The prices at this outlet are unbeatable. Also, other furniture stores won't deliver for weeks or even months after purchase, so I was thrilled to learn that my sofa would be delivered within a week of ordering! Martin, one of the store associates was really rude and uncouth. He had a zero customer service! We were there today and while we were asking him questions about the items on display, he was so non-chalant. While answering the questions, he kept wiping/cleaning his phone with a paper towel with his eyes fixated on his phone and his side turned to us like his phone was more important than the customers in front of him. Looked for a bedroom set for my niece.

I have come to pick up items twice here. Once Sunday and today, Tuesday. Both times they leave us waiting in the back by the dock for an inordinate amount of time. I called an hour prior to arriving, then a half an hour prior. Then upon arrival I went to the front to check in. She told me just to head back It’s now an hour later and still waiting. I called the front twice. The girl again said she would tell them. Then the man says that they don’t have anything to do with the warehouse and I am supposed to ring a bell. If they don’t have anything to do with the warehouse then why do I need to check in with them at all? Simple communication of correct instructions would be useful. They operations here are ridiculous Rang the bell. Still waiting. This is beyond annoying and rude

If i could give them negative stars i would! they are horrible. they LIE. they gave a broken piece and never did anything to fix it. they doge our calls and ignored us. we tried to make a solution and they didnt want to help at all. they send and give damaged items and dont fix, exchange or return them. all we wanted was a new piece and to send back the damaged one. they are no help and just wanted our money. never will we ever buy from them again and we will spread how terrible this experience was. you guys are horrible and we will never be back as customers

I went to Ashley to get a couch and got one right away. The staff was very helpful and it was easy to set up delivery. Couch came today. Very happy with the quickness and thorough work to check for damages. Would definitely recommend going here plus the prices are great and affordable

Great place but if your looking for new furniture don't go to a warehouse go to an actual store. It's mostly used or exchanged furniture discounted.

Ask for Martin! He was amazing! Worked with us to get the couch and coffee table we wanted. There was a supply chain issue which delayed the coffee table 6 months but Martin kept us informed and made sure we were take care of.

Slight mixups with delivery process. Deliverers not preppared to enter peoples home with proper PPE. Great prices, just be sure to understand all sales are final once delivery date has arrived. Not all but some of the delivery men not helpful at all and very rude unfortunately. Customer service was quick on the fix to make sure I got my items.

Bought a table Paid in full. Including delivery and assembly. Table arrives damaged. The delivery guys take it away. A week later they deliver another table. It’s also damaged on arrival. They again take it away. No customer service, no replacement, no refund, and still no table. This place seems a bait & switch scam. Run for the hills.
