Cristian was very prompt and respectful when it came to delivering replacement parts for my bed. He stayed true to the delivery window time, and even showed up earlier than expected. There was no mess left behind and the delivery and setup occurred very quickly and smoothly. I would definitely recommend again!

They gave me a time that they was coming. They were here on time. They deliver my sofa. Put it together 123 and remove the old sofa 123. So I think they did an excellent job. They kept responding to me to let me know where the truck was and what number I was in line to be. Have my delivery.

First and foremost, I want to commend Jennifer Ortega (sales rep) at the Ashley Furniture store on Central Park Avenue Yonkers, New York. We walked into the store and the very first person that approached was Jennifer. She was dressed professionally, spoke softly and was very proactive. I am a non-nonsense type a person while I do any type of business and I expect my questions answered truthfully. She appreciated that and that I was very specific. Jennifer took the time to answer all my questions with patience and kindness. In the end, the price was right, the warranty was perfect, so went came back to be store two days later only after looking at other near by furniture stores. Nothing compared to Ashley prices or their selection. We returned back to the store and Jennifer once again explained the entire process to us without a glitch. In addition, Jennifer stayed in communications with me via text and even email me the entire time with an GPS link of the times and location of th delivery truck until the item arrived. The delivery was prompt, the delivery personnel were very professional, thorough, and they both explained to me how the item operated. Before the delivery personnel even left my home. They removed all the garbage and then I was asked to speak to an Ashley Furniture representative. The representative asked about my experience with the sale, price, delivery and also provided me with a number in the event we had an Issue with the item. That I found to be a new type of approach that I have never seen in a furniture company or ANY company I have dealt with for over 40 years. Therefore, I am completely satisfied with the methods that Ashley Furniture utilizes and its profound services. I will from now shop for my furniture needs at Ashley Furniture as my preferences. I am very impressed by their service, representatives delivery and Customer Service. I give Ashley Furniture five stars, and if I could, I would give them a 10. Top notch. Recommend Ashley for furniture. The sales rep Rocky was amazing and patient, taking his time to show us the options available, and was honest. He informed us of the furniture we were interested in and even the best method of cleaning. Rocky also was transparent, showing us the cost and the monthly option of financing. Pleasant experience placing our order with Rocky. Delivery went well. From the 1st call to completion. The crew did a great job. I will be using the word they to represent each member and collectively. They were courteous and after inspection of the room, they asked where the items were to be placed and placed the furniture in the location request. They assembled the items in an efficient manner: assembled the furniture well and were timely including testing the items. They collected all the boxes that the items came in and discarded. Also, the crew called Ashley to place me with the Ashley rep, who, also was amazing, where he asked if all is working and furniture placed in the area requested, making sure all is well. From the sales representative to the delivery crew to the representative calling via phone the whole crew was amazing. The delivery crew had good customer service and quality in moving and assembling of the furniture. The sales rep, Rocky did a great job, especially by being patient, honest, transparent, and pleasant in the sales process. We found a sofa that we liked and before it was delivered I changed my mind and selected a different sofa which he also price matched. Our new bed was delivered today. The movers were great. They really paid attention to making certain they didn't hit anything on the way up the stairs. They did a great job putting the bed together. They wore shoe coverings and gloves. It was a great experience.

We had a 10-2p window and was updated about their stops, current location, and their estimated time of arrival. They gave a call when they are 15 min out. They were pleasant and respectful of our house and property. It took them about 20 min altogether to unload and set up the furniture. Great job Alexis and pal!

Bought a bed and dresser for my 5 year old. The bed came without any hardware to assemble it. When I called the store to complain and see what they were going to do to make it right I was told that they would have to reship a new bed and that my son could sleep on the couch for a few days. This sales team and management are garbage and never even called me back like they said they would. Never buy anything from this place all they care about is your money and don’t care that a child wouldn’t have a bed to sleep in.

He walked us around showed us things online. Worked with our budget. The purchasing part of the experience was wonderful. The delivery side went just as fantastic. They reached out to confirm a couple of days before. They reached out with a delivery time window the night before. The morning of They gave me a tracker to see where my delivery was and when it would arrive. I received both email and text. The morning of, Leoncio and his teammate arrived as scheduled. They were really great. Personable, efficient, careful. Really impressed with the delivery team. Buying from Ashley's was an easy, pleasant experience. I would definitely buy from this location again. I would highly recommend Ashley's to anyone who's in the market for some new furniture.

Fast and amazing service. I had to get the GTD and the delivery crew contacted me before their arrival, they brought in all the components and built my couch extremely fast.

Appointment was 0630am to 1030am. Got a text saying they would be there soon and say hello to erwin at 530am. After an hour checked online and got email said track them, they just entered the city, 1 1/2 to 2 hours away. Delivery guys sis good but they slide the couch out of the back of the truck, to the ground, so I knew I had to really check it. Some wood got scrapped, told them and they just put black pen on it. Since it was the bottom and could not see when on the floor accepted it. I would not call it white glove.

The sales experience was amazing! I felt like I had known Shae Lynn forever! And the delivery experience was excellent. Early, quick and very professional. The loveseat was in impeccable condition. My only "minor" complaint is that the cushions are very stiff, moreso than the sample in the store so that was a surprise, but I am absolutely certain they will soften with use over time. Recent purchase in Poughkeepsie, delivery from NJ, went extremely well! Was originally given a 4-hour window for delivery, but delivery was made over an hour early, and I was able to track the driver from the start of his shift until my stop! I had taken a day off for all my furniture to be delivered a month ago. It was a couch a loveseat and a tv console. They did not have the loveseat and no one told me until the day the guys delivered. I was very angry. The delivery men are wonderful so not their fault. Now I just got the loveseat delivered and have to leave work again but the delivery guys were very nice. Ashley did not compensate me with a discount or anything. Not happy with Ashley furniture. My salesman Mike was great and the delivery itself was on point but the company should have given me money off for missing work twice.

They also made sure that I understood what needed to be done with the end tables, as we are taking them upstate, and didn’t want their assembly to be completed. Outstanding service!!

The delivery guys were excellent. Ashley on the other hand is less than stellar. When I purchased the couches, I specifically asked 3 times if they would take my old couches away. I was told yes and at no point did they tell me that was an additional $199 plus tax. When I got the email of the delivery schedule they told me that wasn’t included. So I had to go back to the store and clarify, but the salesman said he remembers me asking about that but I wasn’t charged. SO, long story short, I had to pay an additional $199 plus tax to get that squared away on top of the price we agreed upon the week before. That is not very good business.

Called regarding no reply to a recent service request. Rep took my info , did a search and told me there is no record of my calling in. I asked to open a new request. In the process the rep said, she saw in the notes that I recently called with a request. I thought there was no record of my call. She took some info and told me my request for a manufacturing defect is only applicable in first 72 hours. I informed the table only started showing issues after 72 hours, basically your out of luck. She informed me manufacturing issues would be noticeable right away. I asked if she knew this based on her trading and was told no, she does not have any trading in this area. I again stated I just wanted someone to look at issue. Nope, I asked for a manager , waited on hold 15 minutes. Manager understood issue and send a link to submit photos. That was supposed to be done after my initial call but never happened service dept needs some training

Apparently this store won’t check if the items are in stock or not they only go by what the computer inventory shows. Wasted 3 hours of my time only to show up and find out that what I wanted was not in stock. Have bought furniture from Ashley’s before and never had a problem but this will be my last time purchasing from them. Terrible experience with customer service up front as well.

STEVE is the man! He got me a mattress that all the other ashley stores said is discontinued! Steve was very patient and understanding of my reluctance, and fear that it would not be the right mattress. I was worried I'd have to return it after delivery and probably called/troubled him 20 times, but he assured me not to worry. Sure enough, I've been sleeping like an baby on my (NOT discontinued) mattress! THANK YOU STEVE!!

I had a phenomenal experience at this Ashley's Furniture Outlet. Jessica and Kenny were extremely kind, courteous, and helpful, and I appreciate how I was free to look around the shop without being followed. :) I learned that furniture at the outlet is priced accordingly because those models are being discontinued or they may have manufacturing defects. The store associates were very transparent about what the defects were on the pieces (if any). The prices at this outlet are unbeatable. Martin, one of the store associates was really rude and uncouth. He had a zero customer service! We were there today and while we were asking him questions about the items on display, he was so non-chalant. While answering the questions, he kept wiping/cleaning his phone with a paper towel with his eyes fixated on his phone and his side turned to us like his phone was more important than the customers in front of him. I have come to pick up items twice here. Once Sunday and today, Tuesday. Both times they leave us waiting in the back by the dock for an inordinate amount of time. If I could give your company -5 stars I would. My husband and I bought a very expensive couch from Ashley's and have not been happy with the product at all. Within 2 months of owning the couch we ran into issues with the cushions. We've spoken to management many of times to try and rectify the issue, but they are not willing to work with us. We've had a technician come to the house at least 5 different times to bring it back "up to standards". However, after only 2-3 days after it goes back to what it was like prior to the technician coming out. We've had new cushions sent to us and it still does not resolve the issue we currently have. ASHLEY FURNITURE IS OKAY WITH STEALING OUR MONEY. My family has bought from Ashley and we also furnished our new home with some pieces from Ashley, I never thought I would say this but I will NEVER give Ashley's my business again. I'm so disappointed in the product we bought and I'm even more disappointed in the customer service. Management has closed our complaint stating they did "everything" they could, but yet my couch is still not fixed. I have some cushions that are 3inches lower than other cushions. I'm disgusted with this company. UPDATE: I had called customer service and was told that someone from management (Wendy) would call me back by the end of the day. Mind you I called earlier on in the day so there was more than enough time for a phone call back that same day. I NEVER got a phone call back so I called the next day in the late morning to follow up and and apparently Wendy and the other manager were out. This is not unusual because they did this when they were dealing with my husband. They said they would call back, we wouldn't hear from them for weeks at a time and when we'd call to follow up they would happen to be off. Since they were off I asked to speak to someone above them and I was told no. Their customer service is a complete disgrace!

I would give 0 stars if that is possible for their corporate office. Their corporate office has a terrible sense of customer service . I bought a living room set including a sofa, a chair and an ottoman. In 2 months the fibers came off of the fabric and they started making cranking sounds. Just in 2 months!!!! The issue was arising from the nature of the fabric and a design error with 4 thin legs that are unable to carry the sofa itself. And I was forced to get a brand new one with the same defective fabric and design with error if I do not want to pay a restocking fee of $149.99 to select a new model. I was punished by a restocking fee for a defective product that I have purchased and turned out bad in 2 months. I paid for the restocking fee just clear this mess up Ashley Furniture created and will never ever make a purchase from Ashley Furniture. Anyone who is looking get a furniture or anything, I would suggest Ikea. At least they stand behind their product and accept full return without causing any problems without any waiting time.

BE AWARE. Similar to many other reviews this company only cares about taking your money upfront and not helping you out at AT ALL on the backend. I bought an expensive brand new sectional sofa last week in cash and they sneakily declined the measuring service on my behalf. I had the sofa picked up in its full wrapping and find out one of the pieces will not fit in my living room once it arrives. I request to return just one piece of the sectional that I cannot use because it will not fit for store credit and they said all sales are final. The sectional piece is still wrapped up brand new not used. I can't believe they will not help a new customer out after spending thousands on not only the sofa but on a full bed set and other furniture as well.

What a terrible business. These people run sale post scams just to get people in the door. Twice I’ve had a terrible experience because of their BS advertising. NEVER AGAIN!

The worker's we're excellent. But the selection was poor. I saw it on Facebook so I went and when I got there it was a small area. So not much to look at plus wast of time.

Im very dissatisfied with my purchase, it was very expensive and it was malfunctioning no matter what got replaced. And not one single representative gave me a resolution that benefit me, only you guys. I purchased a bedroom set ($10k) and the bed does not work properly or attach properly and my only option is to return the bed for a refund but stay stuck with the rest of the bedroom set, no matching bed. WHY WOULD ANYONE want to do that? Why would i want to finance the rest of the bedroom set if i don’t have the matching bed? I want to return everything if i can’t have the matching bed. I don’t care about your contract. You sold me broken furniture, take the responsibility and take your furniture back.

Things just seem over priced for it to be a whole sale

I wish I could give less than one star. This place is all about getting the money upfront and cares nothing about extending customer service. I paid cash for a sectional and a month later, when the furniture finally arrived, the chaise came with a broken frame. The delivery men took it back and said I would be contacted when the new one comes in. When the new one came in, I was given another two weeks delivery date. I was told that I could pick it up earlier. When I arrived to pick it up, we discovered that they had sold it and I would have to wait another two weeks for it to arrive and be delivered. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was given the runaround and told that the manger is on vacation. When I called customer care, a “manager” told me that there is nothing he could do and I would just have to wait. I have been an Ashley customer for years, however I have mage my last purchase from them.

Do not shop here! Worst phone customer service, defective furniture that they don't want to take back. They don't respond to messages after they read them! The agents they have answering the phones at the store are clueless. Go to Bobs or somewhere else not here!

They are Horrible they increase the price on the merchandise and they increase the discount, we went to this place few time to to trying buying few sofa and ech time we went the original price was each time high and the discounts was high so we didn't Understand how , they cant do the , I don't recommend this place. If you have regular prices on merchandise on regular days not holiday and went holiday come you increase the original prices and give discounts and number Came higher or the same prices as a not holidays and not discount. , If company offer discounts is to give discounts not to cheat on Buyers.

I'm calling the Federal Trade Commission I will get results

Not sure how Ashley home is still in business ,its a throwback to the days before internet when unethical business practices in the furniture stores were common . went in to the so called warehouse for discounted pieces and they had everything marked up 1000% and then took 75% off. in other words , A $200 coffee table tagged at $ 599 then marked down to $300 , who is falling for this in this day and age.

Most things here are things no one wants. Some of the mattresses were dirty and nasty looking. I expected some of the furniture to be dinged up, but some were in horrible condition and the prices were still rather high. The couches looked dirty. I personally would probably never go back there.

I bought a couch that did not fit upon delivery. I was never offered measurement services that I was told about after the attempt. I was inconvenienced with out a couch for the weekend and a delivery fee of $80.00 that I will not get back because David from the home office said there is nothing I can do for you. I wanted my money back to get another couch and i could not get my money back until the drivers return the couch that they have on there truck. I am willing to go drive to pick it up but will not have my funds released for a couch or be accommodated for the inconvenience. I spoke as well to David's supervisor and she could not offer me any accomodation as well. Last piece of furniture I will buy from Ashley furniture going foward and I will be paying off my account and not reusing it again.

One star is too high a rating for the type of service and lies they’ll tell you. They bully you with deceit in order to make a living because they have 0 sales skill. I have been on the phone with them canceling for 5 days with them and between them avoiding me, talking over me, or outright lying to me, they have made a mockery of themselves and Ashley Furniture should be ashamed of the level of corruption they’ve allowed to represent them.

It’s ok .. not that much options ..it gives discount on all products but I’m not really sure if they increased the price and then decreased it ! I didn’t feel that the products were cheap .. some products are available new but most of them in the warehouse are pick n go .. they don’t sell rugs here .. overall a very average experience

Visited this location in hopes of finding a particular living room chair. Floor salesman Michael was instrumental in helping me to finalize decision about the chair selection. I appreciated his patience and sensibility which helped to narrow down selections. His presence was so great that I decided to purchase an accent chair for a bedroom. Highly priced store

Worst furniture store ever. People over here never take accountability for what they sell. They just wash off their hands as soon as they get the payment and are NOT worried about the delivery. The furniture broke the first time they tried the delivery and it had to be rescheduled to a week later. And when confronted about the delivery delays, both the customer service people and the store manager over there speak to the customer very rudely and say that it's not them who caused the issues and only the delivery guys. They had to be reminded multiple times that they need to speak courteously with a customer.. will never ever go to this store again. Pls refrain from buying anything from this store. I was almmost about to sue these guys..

Liars and frauds. Sold over 10k worth of “solid wood” furniture in June 2018. I dropped a small vase by accident and the surface of the nightstand cracked like cardboard paper. Complained at every level but nothing but ignorance and nastiness. Don’t go there please.

Terrible delivery services. They were 4 hours late and then delivered a broken chair that was bought new, the other chair that was as is was fine. I purchased a farmhouse table it came with a sliced piece on the top. The moving people said I bought as is but table wasn't this damaged in store. The piece you can tell someone tried to glue it. I would've never bought a glued up table. My suggestion look at the furniture very well. Look under those as is price tags and please bring it home yourself in your own vehicle.

I wish I could have chosen a more professional furniture store but figured I'd get a deal. When you save money in one way, you'll surely pay in another way. As is chair was fine but the one I purchased at regular price to match came off that truck cracked in half. They tried to say that was an as is chair. My farmhouse table came super damaged and they tried to say I picked it out that way. I made them take that back. I'm so upset that I have chairs and no table. The other 4 chairs were spared. My 2 year old Ashley couch set I paid $1,500.00 brand new was done after 6 months. I kept it too long couldn't afford to buy another. Please go to another store. The delivery truck didn't have Ashley name on it and they came 4 hours late.

Will never again purchase from this business. Purchased furniture and took off from work for delivery. Customer care contacted us on 12/6/18, day prior to delivery, and said the scheduled delivery time would be 11:15-3:15. Day of delivery on 12/7/18, they called at 8:30 am saying they would be there 9:45 am instead and never showed up on the changed time causing me to lose work time that morning as well waiting around for the earlier delivery. Contacted store manager who confirmed they did in fact call day of delivery and confirmed that conversation on recorded line but customer care would not refund delivery for the inconvenience and loss of work for their actions. I have done business with several different furniture manufacturers and never experienced "customer care" like I did with Ashley Furniture. Very disappointed.

We recently bought the Alenya sleeper sofa and matching loveseat. So far no complaints. My husband picked up the loveseat with the van. The sleeper sofa which we knew would pretty heavy was delivered a couple days later. They are pretty comfortable and look great in our living room. After shopping online and going to a couple different furniture stores I had my mind made on that set. My recommendation for anyone looking for furniture is to always go in and look at it. Things that looks nice and look as though they are solid wood it might not be so definitely looking everything over and do your research. Brandon at the warehouse was wonderful to work with and helping me get my order.

If I could give them a zero i would. My mom purchased a livingroom set, according to them it was “leather” it hasn’t even been two years since she purchased it and they’re all peeled off . She even got warranty. She called them to let them know all they said they couldn’t do anything. They’re so unprofessional. & they dont care what the customers feel.....all they care about is getting rid of the furniture! DO NOT waste your money!!!!

The name and price say it all. what do you expect from warehouse prices you buy as is. if you want white glove service then this is not for you. dint expect a return or repairs service you bought it hear because it's not perfect. I use the good eye and try to get the best I could. I will decently shop there again🙂 happy with my leather sofa and end tables.

i wish there was a way to give 0 stars. worst customer experience. after waiting the entire day they call up to say they cant deliver and above that put us a week after the date. do yourself a favor and dont get anything from here. i am going to cancel my order because of this frustration where we as customers have to face while they make money. sorry im taking my business else where

Quick and Easy, picked up two chairs a staffer loaded them in my truck, out in less than 10 minutes.

Always rescheduled on 2 different orders. Rescheduled first order and when arrive it was rushed. Delivery guy was in a hurry and didnt give me a chance to adjust entry point so furnitur would fit and I had him take all furniture back and canceled order. Ordered online and was told a date I selected would be available to receive a call 5 days before delivery to change it to another date. I canceled that one also. I've had no furniture for over a month.

You are the worst We have a living room furniture and purchased your worthless insurance. Springs are busting the seats are frayed. (No we don’t have any pets) mechanisms is shot. We had a contractor here twice and said it’s not wear and tear its the cheap way it’s made. And of course we received a phone call twice and of course your garbage insurance will not cover it. Never will I ever purchase anything from Ashley and I would never ever recommend your company. Awful company and I’m telling everyone. Thanks for nothing

Only refurbished or things that were sent back for sale. Prices very expensive for that stuff.

I brougt my daughters bedroom furniture great quality and even better price including mattress. i will be shopping there again real soon. The sales person was awesome!!!!
