Looked for a bedroom set for my niece.
I have come to pick up items twice here. Once Sunday and today, Tuesday. Both times they leave us waiting in the back by the dock for an inordinate amount of time. I called an hour prior to arriving, then a half an hour prior. Then upon arrival I went to the front to check in. She told me just to head back It’s now an hour later and still waiting. I called the front twice. The girl again said she would tell them. Then the man says that they don’t have anything to do with the warehouse and I am supposed to ring a bell. If they don’t have anything to do with the warehouse then why do I need to check in with them at all? Simple communication of correct instructions would be useful. If i could give them negative stars i would! they are horrible. they LIE. they gave a broken piece and never did anything to fix it. they doge our calls and ignored us. we tried to make a solution and they didnt want to help at all. they send and give damaged items and dont fix, exchange or return them. all we wanted was a new piece and to send back the damaged one. they are no help and just wanted our money. never will we ever buy from them again and we will spread how terrible this experience was. you guys are horrible and we will never be back as customers
