I Had an really worst and bad experience with the Ashley Furniture Fairfield. Will never buy any furniture from them. I am giving 1 star just because google is not allowing me to give less than that rating

A few months ago, I left a one-star review for this store. Unfortunately, there was no option to choose zero stars. This was by far the worst furniture store experience I’ve ever had. Even a store in a less developed country would get a 5-star rating in comparison. One of the beds I purchased came with broken under bed storage, and the second bed was completely missing the storage. It was an unprecedented level of incompetence. I attempted to reach out to the store manager, Steve, and Luis, but they were dismissive and essentially said it was beyond their control, promising to “email customer service.” It’s been almost two months, and there’s still no solution in sight. I strongly advise you to avoid this store at all costs. Your purchase is likely to turn into a genuine nightmare. The one-star rating is the lowest I can give, but this experience deserves even less.
