My wife and I went in tonight and bought a sofa and loveseat. We were very happy with the selection and service. We loved our sales person, Braily. And the couches are super comfortable and high quality. I loved when Braily showed us that you can take the cushions off the sofa and jump on it like a trampoline.

Found a beautiful living room set at a very good price. Our very helpful salesperson, Lina Morales, was very informative and gave us space as we roamed the showroom. My pet peeve is salespeople who cling to you as you enter the store and give you no room to breathe. Thanks, Lina, for your help and guidance!

I recently went in on 10/30/24 to look at bedroom sets. I was greeted politely by a great Salesman, Trevor, who was open, honest and very helpful! My delivery was scheduled for 5 days later. The delivery went very smoothly. The driver Wilbur was extremely communicative with me about the timing of delivery. All around this was a great experience and I highly recommend going here if you are looking for new furniture.

This has been my worst customer experience. I purchased a sofa sleeper, a bed, two nightstands, and a dresser, but the only item delivered in good condition was the dresser. The rest arrived damaged and had to be returned. Ashley’s team scheduled a second delivery, assuring me that all items were in stock. I stressed the importance of this date since my parents were visiting from Brazil, and I needed everything ready for their arrival. The day before the scheduled delivery, I hadn't received the usual delivery window notification. When I called to check, I was told they would not deliver because one item was unavailable—information I should have received in advance. As a result, my parents now have nowhere to sleep, and when I visited the store in person, no effort was made to resolve the issue. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I hope Ashley can improve its communication, delivery reliability, and customer service response to prevent this from happening to others.

Highly unprofessional help once I needed to exchange and return something. My sales associate, Kim, was so kind and attentive throughout the purchasing process. They even gave me their personal cell phone. I spent close to 10,000 dollars on furniture. Once I needed to exchange something, they disappeared, ghosted me, and never responded. I would understand if I brought like a chair… not 10,000 worth of furniture. The call center was so disrespectful and did nothing to aid me in the process and stuck to their ridged policy to aid in them staying in business and not being there for the customer. I will never shop at Ashley again or recommend them. It is completely understandable why you guys are almost out of business. Your priorities as an organization are backwards

Tim Was an absolute gentleman and very knowledgeable of the furniture we purchased. Tim was very professional and was the Reason we came back to this Ashley Furniture store even after visiting other businesses. He understood our needs and most importantly the product.
