Even though I have purchased from this location before without issue, I want to warn anyone shopping their close-out sale who wants to buy a floor sample that your items may not be delivered. On Black Friday 2025, I purchased a new mattress, a floor-sample adjustable base, and a dresser/mirror combo. I was told my items would be delivered on 12/11. However, approximately 2 hours before delivery, I received a call from the manager, Michael, who stated there was an issue. The delivery team had reportedly picked up my adjustable base and delivered it to a customer who had only ordered a basic box spring and wire frame. Between 2:30 PM and 5:30 PM that day, the team supposedly tried to retrace their steps, but later claimed they could not find the person to whom they had delivered my property. Under New Jersey State law (N.J.S.A. 2C:20-4), signing for or keeping property that is not legally yours constitutes theft by deception; yet, the store failed to recover the item. Instead of the Greenbrook team rectifying this internal error, I have had to call the escalation team numerous times since 12/11 personally. Throughout these calls, I was gaslit regarding the timeline for a resolution. Finally, on 12/15, the escalation team approved a re-selection due to the circumstances. I was informed that the Greenbrook team would be responsible for finding a replacement base with features and pricing similar to my original order. I was told the Greenbrook team would reach out with an action plan, but I heard nothing until I initiated contact today. Instead of honoring the agreement to find a comparable replacement, the team removed and canceled the base from my invoice without notifying me or reversing the payment with the finance company. Throughout this entire situation, the Greenbrook sales team has attempted to deflect responsibility, claiming the fault lies solely with the shipping department. However, that department operates under Greenbrook and its sister sites; this is a joint failure of the brand. Be aware before purchasing: you may not receive your items due to a “Visual Merchandiser releasing the incorrect product,” and the team will do little to nothing to make you whole.

Don’t buy here. It says it’s closing so there’s “a massive sale” but what happens is there are pieces that can be found at any other Ashley’s at the same price, but simply the fact that they’re closing it’s all sales final.

My husband and I bought a sofa and over sized chair unfortunately the sofa would not fit up our apartment stairs so we decided to send it back we waited two days till it got scanned back into warehouse we called and ordered love seat instead when we got the updated invoice it was 46 less then sofa this made no sense to us. I called store back and spoke to Jamel he said we had to come in to cancel. We went in and Jamel got store manager Greg who never introduced himself all he said was I’m trying to figure out why they’re trying to cancel this when I informed him that we can’t see paying $46 less for a loveseat than a sofa. He told us well that’s the price and what price did we expect to pay and I didn’t answer him and then he asked me again and I told him $500 less he told me I was ridiculous so we got corporate on the phone we asked Greg the manager to cancel it he said we can’t we signed invoice saying we can’t cancel corporate said he can his answer was I just don’t want to 5 minutes later corporate called us and canceled DO NOT SHOP THERE MANAGER IS RUDE AND STAFF ARE DUMB
