I needed to get a new mattress. I could have went to any furniture store but I chose to go to Ashley’s. I was hesitant to go , because I didn’t want to hear a sale pitch or try to be persuaded to purchase unnecessary furniture items. When , I walked in I was greeted by a salesperson who asked me what I was looking for. I told her that I was in need of a mattress. Not only did she point in the right direction she walked me over. I also found out her name was Meesha and she gave me exactly what I was looking for. She asked me my price range and stayed within that bracket. . I found her to be truthful, honest, and knowledgeable. She is one of the best sales people that I have had and she made this experience painless. She’s an excellent worker and is very caring. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Ashley again as long as I have Meesha as my sales person. I would highly recommend anyone to shop at this Ashley furniture in Greenbrook and specifically ask for Meesha. She is one of the best!

Our experience at Ashley Store was smooth and easy. We applied for the financing and got approved in minutes . The staff at hand was amazing. We love our couches .

My wife went to this Ashley furniture store back in early September. She spent over $5,000 worth of furniture and the furniture wasn't going to be delivered till early October. On the 27th of September my wife went back to ask about the furniture and if we could get it earlier and they told her that it wouldn't be coming in until late November early December. Obviously my wife was upset about this and she expressed it to them and then wanted to cancel the order and the salesperson without blinking an eye said okay. Probably one of the worst customer service experience my wife has ever experienced in any store

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Our sales person Tasha promised us if we purchased a bunkie board to go along with our bed frame that we CAN return it without a problem. She sold us on this piece knowing that we weren't sure if it would fit but she pushed us to go with the purchase because of the "ease" to return the product. She never stated we have 72 hours to call and start the return process once it was delivered. This was delivered to me on a Monday. I called on a Friday. I work and the last thing on my mind is thinking about having to call them within 72 hours. Because it was past that point per their "terms and conditions" they can't honor this return. Please avoid ashleys furniture. Greedy people who don't care about their customers. I'll be making a report to the BBB as well.

Do NOT come to this location. It is an absolute nightmare. My family and I spent 2 days shopping here, 4 hours total. We were loyal to our salesman Adel to make sure he got the commission from our sale. The main thing that we were looking for was a sectional couch WITH a pullout bed. They had 2 options, we shopped around and ultimately chose 1 (WITH) a pullout bed and bought the couch in entirety. They delivered it to our house 4 weeks later WITHOUT the bed. We did not even know that they made this couch without a bed! The manager told us that we need to pay an extra $650 for the bed if we wanted the couch replaced and gave us 72 hours to decide. What a scam! This is called “dirty money.” We had Adel’s phone number because we were going to come back and purchase the outdoor patio set as well as a TV stand. When we went to call him, he had blocked us. Isn’t the purpose of a salesman to maintain rapport with customers for future purchases? To this day, we have STILL not received our refund even though the couch has been picked up for over a month now. All very odd, shady business. No accountability, customer service, nor professionalism at this business. STAY AWAY.
