I been customer for so many years with Ashley never have problems with my orders my daughter purchased sofas they came bought defective so my daughter called customer service the guy was so rough so disrespectful doesn't have no idea what is customer service I work at retail un bolivabe he's hendeling customer service positions so we sende back both sofas he said he will change my daughter restacking fees for they mistake shi have to pay so that's the reason I geve Ashley one star because they have an educated person working
