Alma was wonderful! We had an idea of what we wanted and she helped us pick out our dream living room! She was friendly and knowledgeable, thank you Alma!!

The worst retail experience I have every had. The store doesn't stand behind there products. I have been dealing with the succasunna location for a year now. From the time of purchase to now. I have a defective sofa recliner the store will not do anything to make this purchase better. The frame is defective and now I am stuck with two sofa recliners $4000 later the extended warranty doesn't cover even though I paid an extra $500 for. The store is not interested in replacing thAshley's. Do yourself a favor Check out Bob's discount, Suburban Furniture and Raymour & Flanagan instead of Ashley's Furniture.

We were greeted immediately upon entering, and allowed to browse freely without being hounded. Looking for a new sofa and not expecting a sale but was pleasantly surprised! Salesperson Erica was friendly and knowledgeable. She helped us through the sale and gave us a contact for removal of our old sofa. Delivery was expected in a couple of weeks, but was pleasantly surprised when the sofa we wanted was in stock and delivery was quoted at one week (we live in a location a bit out of the way). Overall very pleased - shopped there before and will do so again when the need arises.

Buyers be aware of the protection plan: it’s a scam. Last year, we purchased a 2k dining set with chairs and spent $200 on the 5 year protection, however the scratches on the table will not be cover due to the reason that it’s not reported within 30 days of the incident happened. Also, they only cover “one-time occurrence” damage. It’s a scam. Save your money and get furniture somewhere else. Highly disappointed.

Be VERY careful buying an expensive couch from this store. Ashley’s associate and manager hyped up the “protection plan” so much and convinced us to buy a more expensive couch ( we have 2 kids ). The associate claimed that they would come out whenever we needed to clean any stains. NOT TRUE!! The protection plan company will not approve my claims and they will NOT come clean the stains on my couch. The people from the protection plan company basically called me a liar saying that I didn’t have any stains on my couch when I clearly do in the pictures I sent. Also - they only spot clean. And they do not do “smell removal”of stains. Another lie we were told inside the store. An entire couch cleaning you have to pay out of pocket, something else that was NOT explained to us! I am extremely disappointed and angry that I was tricked into buying the more expensive couch!!! Then when I tried calling the store it takes you to a calling center and the girl would not put me through to the store, claiming that the manager and associate who sold me the couch were not in the office and I had to call back later. She would not take a message for me.

UPDATE: unfortunately Ashley wasn't able to deliver as quickly as needed, so we need to make other temporary arrangements (but keeping the order, as it's needed).. and also - buyer beware... we noticed afterwards that we were charged an additional fee ($169) for a warranty on our furniture.. this was never discussed during the purchase, and we never would have agreed to it... it can be refunded (and we intend to do so), but unfortunately, we have to travel back to the store to have it done.. just check sales receipts pretty carefully prior to leaving store so this doesn't happen to you!

Bought a sofa and loveseat from Ashley Furniture. Within 6 months the cushions sagged. Contacted Ashley’s service department. They replaced 2 cushions. Ok. Well it’s been several months and this time all of the cushions are sagging. Again I contacted Ashley service department. I was told this time they would not cover the cushions as damage was not covered by the manufacturer. I do not understand why they are not standing by their product. I will never shop at Ashley Furniture again. Buyer beware.

Two weeks ago as I entered the store I was greeted by a very demanding “I’ll be your tour guide around the store today” by the sales lady Margaret. I responded by saying “No thank you, i’m just looking today.” As I just wanted to look around first and see what I liked by myself. Margaret decided to ignore my comment by continuing to follow me and try to sell me on every couch I glanced at. At this point I was making it obvious i wanted to go off on my own since me telling her wasn’t enough and i decided to walk away. To which Margaret very unprofessionally, arrogantly and rudely mannered said “she just wants to dismiss me.” At this point I decided she would not be my sales lady after she decided to get angry and disrespectful when I told her from the beginning I did not want a “tour guide” around the store. I ended up finding another sales associate to get more information on the couch I decided on and locked in a price with her since she was helpful, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend her. While we were doing this at the counter, Margaret took it upon herself to walk aver to my family who was with me and interrogate them if i bought the couch or not while visibly angry. I came back today to put in the final sale on the couch and Margaret gave nasty looks the entire time. Which made me and my family very very uncomfortable. Well turns out Margaret decided that it was a problem we wanted another sales associate and inserted herself onto our paperwork so she would be getting half the commission even though she did absolutely NOTHING for the purchase. All she did was make me uncomfortable and not want to buy the couch. I am now thinking of calling tomorrow and cancelling my order since her name is on the paperwork. Margaret is completely unprofessional and should not be working in any costumer facing position, especially sales. I will be calling higher up about her and how uncomfortable she made me just for wanting to look about the store alone first. I have never experienced anything like that in my life.

Before I start, I would like to say this particular store and everyone we engaged with in it was friendly, helpful, and did everything they could to help our situation listed below. This review is more for the company itself and not this location. With that being said, I would not recommend that anyone engage with this company. We purchased a couch that had the wrong measurements listed on the website. No one ensured that the measurements were correct, and unfortunately, we did not think that the measurements would have been incorrect. When we spoke to the store, they said this is a known issue that happens to customers all the time, and it was never made known to us. Once the furniture was delivered, it became evident that the couch was about two FEET longer than labeled on their site. When we spoke to the customer "care" team, they told us this was our fault and that we were responsible for the $150 return fee. After we complained, they agreed that the measurements were wrong, but this made no difference to them. Through our discussion with the customer "care" team, it became clear that this company is happy to take advantage of its customers for a quick $150 when they, admittedly, made the mistake leading to confusion. They put this on the store to either pay the 150 themselves or have us pay it for a website listing issue. Like I said at the beginning the store ate the cost to help us, which we appreciate, but corporate and everyone we dealt with there is horrible and even disrespectful and will not assist you in any way. They do not deserve your time or money, and I would encourage you to use your money to support companies with respect for their customers, which Ashley's certainly does not.

We had a fantastic experience at Ashley a couple weeks ago. The employee who helped us was very knowledgable and professional. We found a great sectional and a 3 piece table set. We can't wait for it to be delivered.

I had a great experience purchasing my new mattress. I was immediately greeted by Alma with such enthusiasm. Before even looking at mattresses I was excited just to have someone with such great energy. Alma was fairly new at the time and hadn’t gone through her mattress training yet so she brought on Ana to help with her expertise. She was equally awesome, great energy and extremely knowledgeable. Ana was able to not only answer all my questions but she and Alma understood how I make purchase decisions and took the time to cater to my specific needs. The mattress took exactly the time Alma and Ana said it would to arrive at the store. I was able to set up delivery anytime I wanted even over a week out as I wasn’t ready yet. They also were over the top to make sure they made contact with me once the mattress arrived. If you miss the call they will call back continuously until they make contact. I like not having to call and wonder if it’s in. Can’t speak for delivery as it comes this Saturday but I’m sure that will be good as well. I may be a tad bias in saying this hehe but go see Alma for your next furniture purchase. I promise you will have a great fun experience and not feel pressured.
