Ashley's Furniture, Tina was very helpful to my 90 year old Mom. Getting a much much needed new mattress since the other guy from three years ago sent the wrong mattress to the house. Mom fault for not sending it back and calling the day at delivery.

We ordered a sofa on March 27, 2025 from Ashely Store & Outlet, Maple Shade Township, NJ; the sales associate, Sandra, was very nice and accommodating. I applied for their credit card so I could do 12 months no interest. We were told the furniture was to be delivered on April 10th. I received a phone call a few days before that saying the delivery was delayed until May 9th; my daughter just called today and they told her AFTER May 17th. I pulled my paperwork and here on the invoice it indicates that delivery is promised to you on or before JUNE 19, 2025. Shame on me for NOT reading the info on the invoice, and SHAME ON ASHLEY FURNITURE FOR NOT TELLING US THAT WHEN WE PURCHASED IT. I was told I wouldn't be charged until 30 days AFTER delivery; they best NOT charge me anytime before then. There is also a website where you can check the status of your order. I went there, put my info in, and it said "NO INVOICE FOUND." Wonderful! My oldest daughter purchased from Ashley in Florida when she moved there 5 years ago. She had a terrible time with the delivery of her sofa and loveseat getting delayed for months. When it was delivered, the cushions were messed up and there was a tear in the back of the couch. The derelicts that delivered it knocked a shelf off her wall and left a hole there. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE PURCHASE FROM ASHELY. Think before you buy from there.

Dayla, Giana, and Darien were amazing and very welcoming. Their energy is very contagious and so friendly and fun. Tina was awesome. She greeted us and answered our questions and actually let us shop and look around ourselves. When it was time to close the deal, she handled things professionally and was able to answer all of our questions timely and completely. We were very happy with our first experience at Ashley Furniture and we will definitely be a return customer.
