I came in to Ashley Furniture Store yesterday and was greeted by an awesome salesperson name Sara. We made a few purchases with some furniture but the highlight of the experience was Sara helping us out, she was wonderful, patient and very helpful with this purchase. I would give Sara a 10 star if so can. Highly recommend at Ashley Furniture but def. ask for Sara!!

The experience inside the store was fine no issues. Only once I left the store was the experience sub par. I had selected a couch and needed to return back home to verify measurements one last time for my entrance. Was told I could lock in price and they would email me a payment link as I did not have time to return to the store. Talked to associate to final and provide my info. Waited days with no link or further resolution. Guess my potential purchase was not enough margin for the effort to reach back out to me. Went to Bobs instead

I ordered a dresser in person on February 23. I was told it would take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive. This being the beginning of the third week and not hearing anything I called to see if there was an update. The person I talked to told me that the estimated arrival date at the warehouse is April 14. This is not what was conveyed to me at the store when ordering. I tried canceling and the person told me I had to go in store to cancel the order. I’m so disappointed in this experience. The sales person was very kind when I ordered but this is false advertising and I wouldn’t have known about the estimated date of arrival if I didn’t call.

Abigail was awesome! She took good care of me. She was very patient with me. Thank you. Her manager Dayla on the other hand, lacked customer service skills. She came across very robotic and very much like an order taker. She whizzed me through the purchase process way too quickly. If it weren’t for Abigail, who walked me through each closing steps slowly, I would’ve walked away with my head spinning. Dayla needs to slow down or bring in a second person on peak selling days to assist her with closing out customer purchases. She was however, very helpful with taking my cash down payment. Other than that, I had a really nice experience! Abigail and Tina made my first time experience with you very pleasant. I will come back and I will refer your establishment to my friends and family. Thank you again.

Abigail is the absolute best! She has helped us to find the perfect furniture for my family room, bedroom, and living room! She personally hoisted the furniture around the store to ensure that the ottoman matched the sofa and loveseat pair.
