Darien was knowledgeable and personable. We found exactly what we were looking in a sleeper sofa without pressure or disappointment. The entire staff was helpful, charismatic, and efficient. I would recommend this location to anyone.
Giving one star since I did speak to a couple nice people but terrible experience. I bought the Ambrielle Oversized ottoman at the Maple Shade NJ location. The sales person said he was going to process price match to the price on Ashley furniture online. Manager says they can't price online since it's not an individual franchise. I should have stopped the purchase there but was in need for holiday. I spoke to another person and I pointed out the same item cheaper at other online sellers. They won't price match that either. Picked up item at warehouse location ( 35 mintue drive) and quality is just not good (flimsy build and plastic legs). That is my fault for only seeing it online. They want me to drive it back to warehouse and won't accept in store returns. I'm stuck with it I guess.

Stay away from this store due to abysmal customer service. Our salesperson deceived us into thinking that we were getting one sofa, when in reality we were getting another. He assured us that the sofa we saw on the computer was the same as the one in the showroom, just in the configuration that we were looking for. However, the sofa that we received was a different feel. The day after we received it, we went to the store and complained. They said that we should have rejected it upon delivery, but we hadn't realized the error until later. It was difficult to evaluate it while the movers were waiting. In addition, my wife was not present to help me make the call. So, they approved us for a “re-select,” but there was no other sofa that would satisfy our requirements. The store instructed us to call a customer service number, which put us in touch with an offshore agent, who in turn, emailed the customer service manager. The agent told us that the manager would contact us within twenty four to forty eight hours. Unfortunately, when they did, we were unavailable, so they left a message instructing us to call back at our earliest convenience. Minutes later, we called back, and again, we reached an offshore agent, who emailed the customer service manager, and had us wait twenty four to forty eight hours. And so it went for a week. We asked to contact the manager directly, but nobody would give us their number. We even called a corporate number, which put us through to another franchised Ashley store. They could not help us, but they did tell us how poor this franchise was. All the while, Ashley told us that we had passed the three day re-select period, and that we would probably have to keep the sofa. Finally, we returned to the store, and said that the run-around had gone on long enough, and that we wanted to speak to a manager. The manager was not in, but the associate finally called a customer service representative, and gave me the phone! Wade, the manager, listened to our story and said that he would approve the return, and that he would remove the one hundred and fifty dollar pick-up fee, but that we would be responsible for the twenty five percent restocking fee, which amounted to four hundred and seventy one dollars. I stressed that he was taking advantage of us, after having already been victimized by the salesperson. He said that he hadn't witnessed what the salesman had said (implying that we were either lying or confused), but that he understood our position. I reminded him that the salesperson is an agent of his store, and that as an agent he represents the store in all facets. I also reminded him that he, Wade, was the manager and that he could wipe the balance clean if he wanted to. He said that he could, but that he didn't want to, and that he wouldn't. I stressed that four hundred and seventy one dollars would mean very little to Ashley Furniture, but that it was a lot for us. I was even very generous and said that we would split the difference, and that I would give him two hundred dollars. He flatly refused. I told him that I run my own business and that I make compromises with my customers in order to resolve conflicts. I asked him if he really wanted to dig his heels in over this, and make an enemy of us. He just stuck to “that's the policy.” Essentially, he couldn't care less. I told him that we would post this online, and that we would spread the word to everybody we knew. I told him that we were contemplating going to small claims court. He said that it was our right to do so. In the end, I asked Wade if he would give me his contact number, so that we could think this through, and then get back to him. He said that there was no way to contact him directly. So, in the end, we chose to get ripped off, and pay the fee, rather than be stuck with a sofa that we didn't want. We have since filed a dispute with our credit card company, and are awaiting a decision.
Only thing is I don’t want to have to wait until December for my couch to be shipped out.

I purchased a sofa from this store and I am still waiting for the delivery. There is no record of scheduled delivery and no one even contacted me. I was told that I should receive it in 2-3 weeks so I let my sofa go and here we are. I’ll cancel it if I don’t receive it in 3 days.

I am 40 years old and since I moved into my first apartment, I’ve always been a loyal customer to Ashley furniture I would tell everyone I know the best furniture is Ashley furniture durable, and long lasting great quality. Until this last purchase I made the dining room table that I purchased two years ago, with A very expensive protection plan The finish has been chipping off. I’ve never experienced this with any of the wooden dining room tables that I have purchased from Ashley so I called protect all USA by the worst protection plan company I’ve ever dealt with since my sales rep informed me that they will cover any scratches or stains to my furniture Once I sent them the photos and told them what’s going on with my table, they immediately denied me stating that it’s normal wear and tear. I would understand if the table was five or 10 years old, but two years for the finish to start peeling off. Unacceptable I do not use any harsh chemicals. I use a damp microfiber cloth to wipe the table. once a week, I would use pledge to give it a little shine And to top it all off the representative Iris was very rude and unhelpful I feel misled about what the protection plan covered at time of purchase and also very upset that the quality of this table is not that great for the price I paid

The person who “helped” us told us our furniture would be delivered on the date that we move, which is why we went with the furniture we bought. After not hearing anything in over a month, we call the store asking about the status of our order. We were told we’d have to wait another month until it comes in which means we won’t have anything until then, which is extremely frustrating! We bought the furniture only because she guaranteed the delivery time! I feel completely frustrated and blindsided by the worker and the store. I won’t never buy furniture at Ashley’s store and I don’t recommend the store.

I bought a sectional and table set from this Ashleys on memorial day and they are comfortable and look great! I needed a little more help in order to buy the sets but Ben was awesome and attended to me quickly and answered all questions I had! Received the furniture today so about a month later and the movers were also quick and did not damage the furniture on the move in. I will be back!

Do not buy from Ashley Furniture! I purchased a dining table and within the year I noticed the leg of my dining table was separating/cracking. After going to the physical store, I was told to call the customer service. A month later, I’m told that after their review they cannot provide any credit because the claim was made “close” to the 1 year mark. So beware! Even if you’re within the one year timeframe they will tell you they can’t help because you’re “close” to one year. Not only that but I was being accused that the cracking of the dining table leg was my fault and for that they cannot not cover “breakage”. Imagine being told it’s your fault instead of owning up to the fact that they do not make quality furniture pieces. I am extremely disappointed and I suggest you avoid purchasing at Ashley Furniture.
Ordered furniture on Feb 17 was told they would be here by the 29th of Feb. . Every week since they say great news it's expected on this date . And it's gets pushed later and later. Now supposedly will be delivered end of March. They didnt mention the 12 week delivery period until after we signed and payed .Should have known better than to not go to Raymour and Flanigan, we've always had furniture with in 3 days with them.
Stop in Ashley's today to buy a twin mattress. Was greeted by a professionally dressed sales man name Frank Ryan. He was extremely knowledge able and helpful. Not only did we leave with a new Mattress but a living room set also. ASK for Frank

Our experience with Ashley Furniture has been awful. We purchased a full section couch from them in summer of 2022. When they delivered the items it came in broken. And the delivery guys made a report of it and we were told that new piece will be delivered. Now we are in February of 2024 we are still sitting on a broken couch, they have been sending wrong couch or wrong part all this time and lastly we were told that this couch manufacturer changed the color so they wont be able to match the color so they said they will send a brand new set, so today delivery people show up at our door with 3 pc of couch, of course its not the broken part and or course the color does not match.. God know how many phone calls i have to make and leave messages to them again to get someone on the phone or at least do something regarding to this.. Overall our experience has been very very bad, buying again from them is not even an option for us, we rather to sit on the floor or sleep on the floor than purchase anything from them. I wish i could do 0 star because they dont even deserve 1 star at all
I went here with my family to hopefully purchase a new bedroom set. My experience was very positive! We were assisted by Larry, who was as funny as he was helpful. He gave us space to wander, while also staying close by making sure we saw everything without making rash decisions and he took the time to get to know what we were looking for in regards to color, style, etc. Overall, walked out buying our new bedroom set with a great discount and all within about an hour. Thank you Larry!
Buyers beware!!! I purchased a Caitbrook dining table with 5 chairs in June of 2023. On Christmas morning, my daughter went to sit on the chair and the chair broke! For reference - my daughter is 5” 0” & weights about 125 pounds. She is very athletic and was able to avoid falling. I contacted Ashley furniture and I was told to contact their service department and a new chair would be sent as the purchase was under warranty. I spoke with Robert in their service department today and he told me that they would send me a chair leg. I would need to contact another person to come and attach the leg at my cost!!! He said the 1 year warranty does not cover breakage!! I was livid, they sell me defective furniture and do not want to grant a replacement even though the product is under warranty.

Had to give a star in order to continue. I purchased a sectional and recd in July. From Ashley furniture in maple shade Shortly after a few days to be exact when you sat it would make a noise like something was breaking. Then the one end became so low it was difficult getting up. I called store and after some time of back and forth sending pic etc. they sent someone to so called fix it. This person replaced webbing didn’t clean up all the staples which I’m still cleaning up. Again it was not repaired. I called again had to send pic (don’t know how one can tell from pic that sofa is sinking) they always say someone will get back to u well that’s bull I called again was told someone was trying to reach me I checked phone nope no calls! Then after calling again today some nasty rude unprofessional women in phila names Lorleen called told me the man who came out was a “professional” and deemed this was not a manufactures issue! When I could get a word in while Lorleen was being so unprofessional ) I asked then what is it? She led me to believe it was something I did. Also I would have to pay to have someone come out if I disagree with her finding. I paid for the protection plan why do I have to pay for anything? I already paid over $2000 I am retired. I am not nor is my husband over weight and she told me it’s normal wear and tear! I’ve had this since July! Besides being very unhappy with this purchase Ashley furniture should not let this woman Lorleen treat customers like this. I have purchased from Ashley before never had a issue but now I have a issue with this furniture and this employee who let me know she is the boss shame on you Ashley furniture!!

Would give zero stars if given the chance. We purchased $10,000 worth of furniture from the maple shade location. Kitchen table, chairs, island, side tables, coffee tables, recliner, love seat, couch, and another table. Purchased in June, received in July. The day it was delivered there was razor blade cuts on the furniture and stitching issues. We contacted the insurance we pay for, 3 days after receiving. They could not locate our information. We went to the store and they can find our information but couldn’t help us in store. Called back insurance and still same thing. They’ll contact us in 24-48 hours. Never hear anything for weeks. Followed up with them and the bank and made a claim. The bank and insurance don’t side with us and deem us responsible. At this point we don’t want any of the furniture but no one seems to help us. Still calling all the numbers, the store, the bank, the insurance, the manufactures insurance. No one will help us. Today, 10/4/23 was told by the manufactorer they told us “it won’t be covered it is what it is” there’s zero supervisors apparently. No one will help us. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. Rips, razor cuts, screws coming out, furniture sinking, detaching from its self. Do not purchase

Walked in to look at tables and left with a couch. We were greeted by a kind gentleman by the name of AJ. He immediately informed us of the "Super Sale" they had going on. We ended up seeing a couch that we fell in love with. It was super comfy and fit in our space perfectly. AJ explained everything in a friendly professional way and helped us get the best possible price for our purchase. We are very pleased and will return!

She helped my husband and I purchase a couch and love seat tonight and after multiple stores and reluctantly having to buy a new couch due to our lovely dog chewing the current one. Frustrated. Waited 3 weeks for my furniture. I had received text notifying me that delivery would be from 10am-2pm, but they show up at 9am, so I ask my sister to receive furniture. And she send me a text that table and chairs are damaged. Si now I'm suppose to wait 7- 10 business to get a call. And I paid for the insurance. I am so frustrated.

Buyers BEWARE!!!!!! Went To ashley Furniture Feb 6,2024 and Purchased Living Room Furniture, first of all I knew something was suspicious when the manager looked at the sales person Laurie Gallaghar a certain kind of way , only to get home and realize they had over charged me a extra $117 in sales taxes( How many other people do they do this to that don't pay attention?) I thought that was the reason for the look he had given her, she promised me my Funiture would arrive the first week of March, because they deal directly with the Manufacturer even though i questioned the fact that the website said it was on backorder they said it would not be a problem, every month i went into the store for them to lie and tell me it would be here the end of the month for 4 months and here it is May, still no Furniture and they are still selling the set it's on the showroom floor knowing they can't get it in stock! I will Never shop here again.

I went back to the store because the delivery people threw the couch that wasn't mine on the grass and when I went back to the store and I asked to speak to the store manager, I said please can you send me my rifle couch Would you make sure you don't send the same delivery people because they're very rude. Well they did they send the same delivery people the manager assured me that they would be fired, but apparently they weren't
Unfortunately, after assuring me that the store would price match; online vs in-store price and apply Memorial day promotion discount; they made multiple excuses of why they couldn't . The classic bait and switch along with a touch of gaslighting! A company is only as good it's word. Integrity is everything. Buyer beware!
Came in spent 2 hrs found 3 nice pieces, 1 was doorbuster special 2700 which included free shipping and protection plan, at the checkout we get charged another 349 for protection plan which was included. But the manager states it was breakdown in communication, very unprofessional. So if you go to Ashley expect phantom charges and whatever pricing the salesman gives you, don't believe a word.
Used to be a loyal shopper at R & F but their quality has gone way down over the past several years. Bought to night stands and a dresser that were very cheap. So I switched it up and went here. Really great service and selection. The stuff is not cheap but they let me finance for 24 months with no interest! Be careful though, they will make you pay the sales tax up front. They do tell you about it. Got a sectional and a new kitchen table. Really happy I went here.
The staff looks hungry to make a sale and the furniture if too over priced. Not good for furniture the is made on and assembly line.
All the “wood” furniture felt super cheap. They had IKEA-quality furniture with luxury prices. Very disappointing.

Worst experience ever. Ordered my furniture in October, didn't receive it until Mid-January. When i finally received it, half my couch was the wrong color! To add insult to injury, the lady I spoke to, was extremely annoyed with the delivery guys and I, as if the mistake was made on our end. Nonetheless, she never corrected the issue. Now I'm left with a tiny couch and have no idea if I will ever get the "entire couch" I paid for. TRUST ME! Go to another Ashley's furniture and thank me later.

Ordered two bed sets. One was missing a part and the other one came in the wrong size. Took them 3 additional months to deliver the missing part and still waiting on the replacement for the wrong size. Delivery is always delayed, smh!
HAHAHA. what a joke!! Terrible customer service. I was there 20 minutes. No one even said, hello or smiled....nothing! 4 sales people literally walked away and REFUSED to make eye contact with me. WOW! Never will I come back or buy a single anything . Trash furniture with zero quality anyway.
Saw an Ottoman about a week before Thanksgiving which the salesman told us was $499. Didn't buy it and a few days later (Tuesday) we received a flyer in the mail for 30% off everything in the store. Went back to buy it and the Ottoman was now $639 with 30% off was $449. Decided to buy it anyway because we were told it would be delivered to the store in 3 days (Friday) for me to pickup. Cost me $40 extra to have it shipped to the store from the warehouse. Friday came and they said maybe Monday or Tuesday. Called on Monday evening and they said 2 weeks. Finally had them deliver to my house after 2 more weeks and the Ottoman wound up in North Jersey. Waited 10 more days (now December 10th for the delivery and they cancelled it due to no driver. Saw one cheaper online and Ashley said they'd price match on their website. So when I asked them to match the price they said some websites they won't match even though it's the exact same ottoman. Totally fed up with their ineptness. Bought thousands of dollars of furniture from them over the years. NO MORE!
I never write reviews on Yelp but this service was so terrible. We got a table, that upon the sales rep looking up, was discontinued. So he offered us the floor model at a discount and we happily accepted. However, the delivery team broke the table prior to even loading on to the truck and still loaded it on the truck. They got to our house to begin the delivery. While they're unloading the chairs, the delivery driver said they broke the table. I said if its broken, we don't want it. He proceeded to get annoyed and try to get me to accept it stating that we just couldn't use the leaf at all. I again repeated, no we are not accepting a broken table. He gets annoyed and walks out He just leaves without telling us. At this point we have no idea when or how we are getting our money back. we finally call the store who tell us we have to come into the store because of their "fraud policy" even though they have our card number and took ID at time of purchase. They stated they will just keep our money until we step foot in the store to collect refund. During some of these calls to the store we got the whole "you sure you don't want another table? you can always get something else". Refunds are processed via phone call all the time. Their "fraud policy" is just a deceptive sales tactic.

Went to Ashley looking for living room furniture and found something I really liked, but Zack the Jack &$$ manager was so customer unfriendly that I walked out! Little did I know, he actually did me a favor because I ended up going to Macys Furniture Gallery on Route 38 and the same set was close to $3,000.00 cheaper.
We went to a number of well known furniture stores in the area. We weren't happy with the others. The Ashley's in Mapleshade far exceeded our expectation. Shima was our salespetson/design consultant. She is awesome. We outfitted 2 rooms and went back same day knowing she will be there to help with the 3rd room. Sophia helped reserve the 3rd room for us and Zack was very helpful and supportive. We enjoyed the shopping experience. Thank you BC/CC

Great experience for choosing the best right bedroom setting for my new apartment. I was very excited about having credit limits of finance to meet the qualifications.I am so delightful that I was able to get one in Ashley's department furniture .My bedroom will be arriving in the next two weeks.

Great Customer service and variety of options
Honestly the staff is as helpful as can be, but it does not make up for an awful franchise corporation! My boyfriend and I bought our sectional couch and it was delivered at the end of june/beginning of july last year. Around November, the recliner started coming apart from the rest of the couch on a regular basis and the chaise lounge cushion started to drop on the left side. Due to it being the vusy season I was not able to call til January, which was still only 6 months in of having our couch. The service department sent out a third party tech to try to replace parts to get the couch to stay together and get better pictures to see what was going on with the chaise. The tech stated that they could only replace whay was sent but they could not get it to stay together and suggested buying a carpet since we have hard wood floors and that would prevent it from slipping, which was frustrating that we would have to spend more money to buy a carpet and took pictures of the couch but this was 2 months after calling that he showed up. I called back a few times again requesting assitance and the service department was closed at the time and finally called back in July and got through to service department and service advisor/manager was very rude and unprofessional and stated that only since there was a record of this issue going on since January would they even send a tech out to look at the couch, when I have stated that my recliner still does not stay attached to rest of sectional even after buying an area rug and sticker pads to hold the rug from sliding, and the left side of the chaise lounge dropping almost 5". They sent out a second tech from the same third party company, who flipped my couch over, flipped it bacj and put it together, the recliner still not staying together, told me that it is not normal for a cushion to drop almost 5" in the first year and supposedly reported back to this awful company that it is normal wear and tear and that my floor is the issue with my couch! The one sales advisor Cris and Manager Sophia have emailed corporate on my behalf and they still will not do anything to honor the 1 year warrantee on the couch, and I have just been asking since January to have this fixed. Honestly do not waste your time with them at all! I have tried even calling ashley furniture corporate and they said due to buying from the franchise location, which is no way of knowing from looking at the building it is a franchise, that they can not do anything, and you must go through the franchise corporate who does not care to help anyone!
Schima was an AMAZING salesperson and she was so patient and had great taste in furniture. She was the reason we came back and purchased the three tables! I can’t recommend Schima or Ashley furniture in maple shade NJ!! Go there for all your furniture needs - home of office!

This is the worst store on the planet, everybody is confused and not on the same page, nobody does their job right or takes it serious, they lie to you about delivery dates so you can pay, once you pay you won’t get your items til months & months later. I spent 10k with them & I went through hell, called the company over 20 times, including 3-5 visits just to push them to get the items delivered. Keisha the sales manager is very horrible at her job and irresponsible, even when I got the items delivered it was missing a piece. I bought a item off the floor she said she will take it off the floor I came in 2 weeks it was still on the floor, she’s lucky there was no extra scratches on it. Communication is horrible and they try to make jokes instead of fixing the issue. I escalated the issue to Sophia who helped out, she’s responsible with her job. When I was still having issues Sophia was absent I escalated the to Chris who had a horrible attitude, never returned the calls, didn’t want to escalate the issue up, continue to lie that he was the only one in the store, they didn’t want to work through their mistakes and fix them. I was finally fed up and tried to return the items since they didn’t want to help, she tried to charge me 25% fee for their mistake. He said I have to resolve the issue with customer service for their mistake. I told him call customer service and explain it to them he said he can’t just call them. The store needs new staff because it well get ran to the ground. If you want a stress free life DONT SHOP HERE! Shop at your local stores, shop anywhere besides here! Worst store, worst managers, horrible staff. Chris is very horrible a manager at the store that can’t even smoothen a situation. I wish I can give them negative stars.
Looking for a bed, mattress and dining room chairs. First, we were greeted by the manager who told us where things were in the store but then turned us over to a salesman. He rushed us through the downstairs and then said to go upstairs and where the elevator was. He said look around, I'll be up in a bit. When he finally came up he rushed us through again. Needless to say we didn't buy. Anyway, the furniture looks cheap.
Worst experience ever, terrible service. Just moved to new area, Purchased $2400 of furniture (bed & couch) the first week of June, delivery was set for Saturday June 25th. The time frame was between 12pm-5pm. Waited all day that Saturday and they call me at 4pm saying the delivery guy got hurt and they’d come the next day (Sunday). I waited all day Sunday got no call or alert about the delivery so I call the store for an update and they tell me that they don’t even deliver on Sundays. They couldn’t even get a hold of the delivery team because they’re “separate”. At this point I’m irritated because nobody even knew where my furniture was or when I’d received it. Long story short I had to reach out multiple times, talking to several different people, calling different numbers just to get a delivery date. They delivered the furniture the following weekend but damaged my railing and gave me a CRACKED headboard. I reported the railing scratch a few days later and they tell me it’s been past 3 days so they cannot honor the damages. When their own delivery guy took pictures of the scratch himself! On top of this they didn’t even screw in my mirror on my dresser all the way so it was wobbling. If I didn’t reach out multiple times for my furniture I probably would’ve never received it. Their customer service is terrible will never order from them again.
On July 5th, I received a delivery from this store. Two of the items are mildly damaged (dining table and dresser). The platform bed frame I received is completely unusable. The mattress sinks to the bottom of the bed frame and there is almost no support for my mattress. The delivery people were unable to address this issue. I contacted the store in Maple Shade, NJ who told me to contact another number before I could even finish my sentence. I called Ashley customer service and opened a ticket. I had not received any update on this ticket's status and attempted chatting with an agent online. The agent was unable to look up my order. The agent did provide me a number they said would let me speak with a manager. When calling the number I entered a phone tree that did not lead anywhere. Yesterday, July 14th, I was able to speak with a customer service agent. All I requested was an update, which they were unable to provide. When I asked for reassurance that my issue will eventually be resolved, the agent could not answer. I was then transferred to another agent who said more of the same and did not help me. All I am looking for is a simple yes or no answer to whether or not the bed frame I spent thousands of dollars on will be fixed or not. It is incredibly disappointing to work with a company who's customer service team is kept in the dark. I will never work with Ashley again, and I recommend others not to waste their time. Today, July 15th, I learned this store is owned and operated independently of Ashley Home Store. It is a licensed retailer. More reason not to waste your time here.

Worst company ever. From the prices I would never have guessed it was an outlet store. I walked around the store for about a half hour before even being acknowledged by the many salespeople standing around. When I finally decided to ask for some assistance the salesman had no problem helping me accumulate $10,000.00 I furniture for my newly purchased home. Never once did the salesman ask about measurements, just happily pointed out items and wrote down numbers. When my furniture is was finally delivered and it was too big for the space I was told by customer service it was too bad, it was my problem and of course my personal check had cleared already. Noticed that the sofa has a huge hole in it, the USB ports in the tables do not work, velvet chairs had stains on them, my sons bunk bed has splits in all the wood pieces(bed can not be used as a bunk bed), entertainment center is missing screws for the bridge and the dowels for the glass shelves. Customer service keeps saying I need to be patient the parts are coming from China. I told them to come get their furniture and give me a refund and they refuse. Ashley furniture store won’t help me because they already made the sale and cashed the check so they don’t care. Thinking of selling this furniture and purchasing quality furniture from elsewhere

High end store and employees that try to help you will try to make you buy something right then and there they don't want you to leave without purchasing something. That's always very uncomfortable.
Barb is an awesome sales person and has taken the time to call me multiple times with updates for my furniture despite my upset with supply chain delays. She's the person you want to work with! I would post a lower star rating but it would be unfair to the work she's put in. Regardless of the major delays, any product I've ordered has always come with great quality and efficient movers who did no damage to my home.
We have bought many pieces of furniture from Ashley’s in the past, but today was by far the best experience we had with our salesman by far. Evan D. at the Maple Shade NJ location is by far the best to help you find what you’re looking for and for the best price that works for your family. I’m not going to lie I am a very tough person to work with as I am very indecisive and it literally took me more than 2 hours to decide on a living room set, but Evan stood by us the whole time and was so patient and kind. He definitely made this shopping experience the best yet at an Ashley’s store. He is the epitome of great customer service and others could learn a lot from him! We purchased furniture three months ago from Ashley in Maple Shade New Jersey. Our furniture was scheduled for delivery between 8 AM and noon. The night prior, we were contacted to ensure we were going to be home at 8 AM. Apparently our furniture was loaded in the truck for the first delivery of the morning. At 12:30 PM we were still without furniture and notified that it would not be delivered until 2 PM. We were contacted three times following, each time with a later delivery time. No one can tell us when the furniture would be delivered. We originally asked for the furniture to be delivered on Monday the fourth. We were told no. Now, we have been asked to delay our delivery until Monday, after taking today off of work and waiting around now over 12 hours. I would never purchase furniture from Ashley again.

I am giving Ashley one star not for the quality of the furniture even that is an issue in itself but their financing group, Great American Finance. The company charged me in interest even though it was an interest free agreement and one of the payments I made went missing. Through the BBB the lost payment issue was resolved but I filed yet another complaint with the BBB due to the interest charges, which has yet to be resolved. You cannot get in touch with people at this company and when you finally do they tell you a supervisor with be in touch, but again that never happens. It has been a nightmare resolving these issues and shame on Ashley Furniture for dealing with such a company.

There is a reason this location has such a low rating. In a time of trying to get people to buy local instead of just making purchases online I went to the Maple Shade location to see a sofa that I saw on their website. I found the sofa myself and walked up to the counter to place an order. When the price came up $150 higher than the price I saw on their website I showed the salesperson the website. She said she can’t go that low and called her manager. The “manager” wasn’t friendly or welcoming to us and only talked to the salesperson at that point, right next to us. He then went to his very important manager workstation to look up the item only to tell the salesperson he wont do that price because “online” is showing out of stock for 8-14 weeks when this store has it in stock (I went to look at it in the store and knew it was 8-14 weeks from seeing it online. I didn’t need it to be in stock). I then needed to interject so he actually speaks to us rather than through the salesperson when he is 6 feet away. He then drones on about the corporate website and they’re a franchise etc. I said do you think that difference should be the customers concern and the website referred us to Maple Shade. It’s interesting from listening while he spoke to the salesperson that he was going to match the price but because “online” doesn’t have it in stock he isn’t going to match it. So it was very apparent he could match it and just chose not to. I also told him the time frame of 8-14 weeks is fine since it’s just going in the basement. So his poor customer service skills lost the “franchise” a sale and irritated me enough that he also lost the “corporate website” a sale. The fact that upon further investigation the website actually addresses this topic in the details shows this is a common practice and problem. Many companies have the ability to run franchises and corporate stores without having these type of pricing issues. So don’t expect prices you see on the website to be available in Maple Shade. Save yourself a trip and just order online or find a better company to deal with. That’s what I did.
I honestly can't say anything bad about my experience at Ashley. After looking online and in about 6 different furniture stores, we went to Ashley. We were greeted right away. Asked what we were looking for, I told the salesman a sofa and love seat. He gave us space to look but checked in periodically. From visiting so many other stores, I knew items were delayed. We were told to expect a 6-12 week wait. We were in a crunch as we wanted to have something new before Christmas. After looking for about half hour, we decided on a set. The associate, Moulay went right to the computer to check the availability. He told us it would be towards the end of December. Not what we wanted to hear, but we liked the furniture so we made the purchase with our fingers crossed as he also showed us his inventory screen showing a set is expected in to the warehouse on November 18. To my satisfaction, on November 22, I placed a phone call asking for a status update and was told my furniture was expected in next day and I would receive a call to schedule delivery. That's what happened! I scheduled delivery for today, November 28. I received my phone call the night before with a time frame of 10am-2pm. At 9:30am on delivery day, I received a call from the driver saying they were 40 minutes out. Right on time they showed up (10:10am). The drivers assessed the area, determined it would not fit through the front door and walked around back to look at the back door. Within 15 minutes, I had my new sofa and love seat set up and in place. They cleaned up their trash and left. Unfortunately, they left their hand truck here so I had to call the driver and he came back within half hour to get it. This entire experience was great. Just over 6 weeks from purchase to delivery when I was expecting December 30, since that was what was on my receipt. Thank you Ashley. We will br back since we are in the market for a dining set next!
When I moved to this location, I was shopping for new furniture for my Den. I found at this Ashley (Cherry Hill) the very set that I wanted from the other Stores, at a deep discount. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very happy with the furniture still, 4 years later.

Absolutely avoid this place at all costs. I would give negative stars if I could...Let me start off by saying, salesman Andy N. was a pleasure to deal with. He did everything to make sure my purchase went well and I was happy. It went all downhill from there...I purchased one sofa, an accent chair, two end tables, and a coffee table. I made it a point to inform Andy and Mike (the gentleman who set up the delivery) that this was going to a nursing home and as such, the deliverymen would need a 5-minute rapid Covid test to enter the building and take the furniture to the 3rd-floor apartment. I received a call the next day from Ashley, telling me that was going to be a problem and likely would not happen. I asked to speak to the manager Mike and was told he was in an interview. I asked for him to call me back and when he didn't. I proceeded to call every hour for 2 days and each time I was told by the receptionist that the manager "was in an interview".On that second day, I received a call informing me that both end tables had been broken when being loaded. Again, I called the store only to be placed on hold and again told the manager was in an interview. No callback.I had been told I would receive a notification the day before delivery to inform me of the arrival time...did not happen. I got a call 15 minutes from the driver and 2 handlers, all of which could not speak English very well so communication was very difficult.Upon their arrival, they unloaded the couch (which was fine...new and wrapped, etc) and the chair. The chair was open, unwrapped, scuffed, scratched, and stained. I immediately called Ashley in Cherry Hill only to have the same receptionist put me on hold indefinitely.At this point, the driver and handlers actually were swabbed but refused to wait the 5 minutes for results. They got all agitated saying they had other deliveries and loaded the furniture back on the truck and left. They were there for all of 15 minutes.With the exception of Andy the salesman, this has to be one of the worst operations, top to bottom, that I've ever dealt with.

Worst customer service that I have dealt with for the last (almost) 3 months! We ordered a complete bedroom set that was delivered July 31st. It was damaged ( which was replaced and repaired) missing the feet from 1 nightstand. I just now received 1 of the 4 feet minus the hardware! The delivery people gouged my brand new flooring that is beyond repair!! They are stating that they (Ashley) is not responsible. They hired this company to deliver my furniture! I have spent hours and hours of my time with constant calls and follow up! I have ordered from Ashley many times in the past and I have never been disappointed in the past! I still have much more furniture that I was planning to order and will definitely take my business elsewhere! The flooring issue has now been in the hands of the trucking companies insurance company and they are not getting anywhere with this company they stated that I might have to pursue this with Ashley! This in insane! I feel like I am running in circles with this company! Never again will I deal with this company!!!😡
This review is for RT.38 Maple Shade, NJ location. I order a mattress in August 2021. I was told it would take up to 4 weeks to come in. I agreed to purchased the mattress with this in mind. After 3 weeks I called the store in maple shade to receive a follow up on my delivery for the following week. I spoke to someone at the customer service desk and she informed me, she does not know where my mattress is and has no ETA and she will send an email and call me back. I called again the following week, spoke to someone different, I got the same answer. After 2 times of no call back as promised. Called again and I asked to speak to the store manager, I was transferred to the office manager, and she was very rude to me. She asked me if I read the back of my receipt, and that I have to wait until November 9th before I can cancel without penalty. Even though, yet again no one knew where my mattress was or had an ETA. I then visited the store to speak with the store manager to see if he can help me. He informed me it takes 6-8 weeks to get my mattress and passed me along to his customer service rep. He showed no care or interest in helping! I was again told an email will be sent and I will get a call back. No call back again, I called again and I got the same answer. I stated I was going to call corporate to see if I can get answers. And then I get a call back the next day telling me, they found my mattress and it’s on the truck for delivery and I should be expecting it in 2 weeks. Again no delivery call within the 2 weeks. I called the store to follow up, and was told they now have no clue where my mattress is and no longer an eta!! I have now waited 9 weeks and still no mattress or an ETA on delivery. I have informed the employees that I’ve been sleeping on an inflatable mattress throughout this process. After this review, I am going to contact the corporate office to express my concerns for the lack of CARE, follow up, follow through, and product knowledge at the Rt. 38 Maple shade, NJ location. I would not recommend to shop at the location… buy elsewhere!
Go to the outlet section in the back. Find what you like. Find it online much cheaper! Everything back there is sold by many retailers online cheaper. I had a different Ashley's price match because the manager here wouldn't.
Comparto mi mala experiencia con estos hijos de puta el sábado 25 de septiembre fui con mi compañera a comprar un mattre y un sofá y un loveseat me envían un texto con otra dirección que ya venía de camino bueno lo arreglo y llego el sábado 2 de octubre recibo los muebles un color diferente le explico al conductor y se los llevó ni los bajo del truck espero que me llamen nada pasa voy a la tienda el mismo sábado y nada no llegamos a ningún acuerdo el martes me llaman que los muebles llegaron al almacén hoy miércoles voy a la tienda a buscar mi dinero de vuelta y no me lo quieren regresar son 520 del loveseat y 570 del sofá estoy esperando una respuesta

Don’t buy furniture from this company. Sent wrong furniture, sent unprofessional delivery company who damaged my walls and Ashely said they were going to fix and now saying they are not after a month still haven’t receive second piece to my couch. Terrible customer service all around.
Employees have no mask, considering the climate where in. The receptionist coughs in here hand and still handles my paper work without using sanitizer. Forget the pandemic, it was nasty!!!
Save yourself the waste of time and drive the extra ten minutes to go to the other Ashley furniture store in Cherry Hill. This one in maple shade is way overpriced compared to the one in cherry hill and offers way better deals with free delivery no minimum and offer 5 year interest free.
Visited this location today during their grand opening event and was greeted & assisted by salesperson EJ. EJ did a great job answering my questions and engaged his manager, Christian to help finalize my purchase. Kudos to a job well done Christian & EJ! Wishing you much success at this new location!

Poor customer service from store manager. Dropped the ball on refund, four weeks later “does not have paperwork”. Does not return phone call and is “busy” with another customer when I call to follow up. Too bad, his loss as I have three more rooms to furnish and will not be spending my money at this store.
Nice quality recliners at a reasonable price. COVID caused delays in delivery but, that was stated up front at the time of purchase. Delivery crew was nice and set up the chairs for us in the house.
The salesman was fine but since my purchase the chairs have gone on a 20% off sale. The chairs have not been delivered yet so I tried to discuss a possible review of the first price to now include the sale price. No one at the store could help as they needed to speak to a manager who would not be in for two days! Incredulous for a company this large to not have professionals on staff to make a decision when a customer has a question! Well, the answer did come after I called several times...........there would be no sale adjustment with the now 20% off on chairs that I do not even have yet. So Ashley furniture is definitely a disappointment!
Zack and all the staff at the front desk were very kind and easy to work with. They made the process of buying a new couch set simple. When a potential issue came up they were open and upfront and assured they would do whatever they could to fix the issue. Overall, great shopping experience.

So disappointing! It's been almost 2 months since we purchased our bedroom set. We were excited that they were going to deliver within a week. Delivery showed up and bed was broken so they had to take it back. 2 weeks later delivery came again and once bed was together they realized they didn't have all the parts to the stars and some hardware. We reached out to the main company and they told us they have no clue when we will get the parts. I really hate this experience so much I wish they would just take the website thing back and refund us at this c point.

I ordered a sofa in early March and was given a delivery date for the end of March. OK, so far. Then the week before, they sent an email pushing the delivery back to mid-April. Well that sucked, but was somewhat understandable because of the COVID nonsense. Then, the day before delivery was supposed to happen, I got a textsaying that it WOULD be delivered as scheduled... but no! The next day (supposed to be delivery day), I got a phone call saying the "driver had called in sick". Was it rescheduled for the next available business day? No, it was not! They rescheduled for ANOTHER month away at the END OF MAY! Oh, it gets worse! Then AGAIN the morning of the delivery, AGAIN, they call saying the "driver called in sick". Yeah, right! This time, another 3 week wait till June 30. I told them that I thought they were just trying to get me to cancel the order because the sofa now is listed online for over $250 more than what I paid for it back in March. I said that this was an unfair business practice that could cause them a class-action suit if the sofa wasn't actually delivered on June 30.FINALLY, it was delivered on June 30. I asked the driver how he was feeling, because his employer kept claiming that he called out sick so many times. He said that Ashley Furniture LIES all the time blaming the drivers when they just don't want to deliver the products! I will NEVER EVER order ANYTHING from Ashley Furniture again, no matter how good the deal looks!
I purchased a small file cabinet that was $269.99. The delivery was so expensive that this purchase cost me $499.23. Never again.

The absolute most incompetent furniture company you could possibly deal with. Stay as far away from them as possible. We were warned but since we used Ashley in past we purchased 4 rooms of furniture anyway. From the store employees, to the customer service department to the warehouse manager. Deliver dates promised. Changed multiple times. Furniture delivered 5 months later in pieces. Wrong parts delivered. The delivery guys were great and were helpless due to the incompetence of the customer service and warehouse managers. Take our advice NEVER purchase furniture from Ashley furniture. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to get the sales and will do whatever they want. The store blames the wharehouse. The wharehouse blames the customer service department , the customer service department blames the manufacturer. The customer comes dead last. Stay as far away from them as you can. The definition of incompetence.

Awful customer service. This is my first ever google negative review, so this says a lot about how terrible they treat customers. Was told numerous times our furniture would be picked up since it did not fit, and was lied to and given the run around each time. Still stuck not knowing what to do.
If you want the drivers to damage your neighbors vehicles and then have them threaten you then this is the best place to order from...
I wish there was a no star rating. Buyer be aware!!!!!I ordered a fireplace/entertainment center early Dec, 2020 and delivery early March 2021. When I called on March 13 , 2021, I was told it could be delivered May or not at all so my choices was to wait, cancel or pick something else out. I cancelled the order on that date. Payment was made via credit card, and two stimulus credit cards. The person at this store did not keep the credit card (as we were told she should have by another store employee) and never told me that if we cancelled we needed that credit card to issue a refund. Numerous phone calls to the store to get a refund and Now I am now being told they do not have a record of my cancellation. Bad customer service. Ashley can certainly credit my credit card the full amount or issue a check for a refund, it is done all of the time but they are choosing to keep my money and wasting my time.
Customer service was good however the delivery charge was insane. In store delivery charge for a loveseat was $106. I've never paid that much for any furniture delivery. Online for the same item was $70. That was weird so I'm good.
I had my couch only for a week I notice one of the legs were cricket The company has a year warranty When my wife called up the company she realise that this place is a 3rd party There not even though the real company They just somehow have the name Don't buy from this place again I don't think this is the same couch I picked out

I walked in the store and 5 associates where on the phone and didn’t even Acknowledge me at that point i went upstairs walked around for about a good 20 and NOT a single soul asked me if i need something until i was on my way out and one of the associates ask me if i meed help i told him they were unprofessional and at least they should acknowledge customers coming in the store bad place to go So i went to Ashley’s funiture in cherry hill and the associates from the were very helpful so i told them what happened and the manager told me they get alot of complaints for there #boycott them
We were excited to have found furniture for our new place at Ashley. The experience in the store was good, prices were reasonable and we were able to take advantage of Black Friday deals.Unfortunately that is where our good experience ended. I had to call to check on my order several times as we were never given updates. I had to call to request part of our furniture get delivered as our couch was not ready but other pieces were. I never received any updates and was given several estimates for delivery all that were later and later. Finally four months later I had to call again about our couch, which unfortunately wasn't successfully delivered the first time.We like our furniture however I would never go back to Ashley again as my experience was extremely poor and disappointing.
The Ashley stores mark up there prices $250 and up. If you ask them why is it cheaper online then they have an attitude and lie to you because they do not like to price match. And i have already had this experience at 3 different Ashleys in 2 different states. Delran nj, Maple shade nj & fairless hills pa. Maple shade actually refused to price match the online price because he wouldn't get any commission. It was a $300 different for the bolenburg coffee table at maple shade.
Nothing but problems with EVERY SINGLE PURCHASE from this company. Don't bother calling them. They don't return calls and it will take SEVERAL months to get anything resolved. They delivered my furniture either with missing parts and today sent the WRONG color couch a month behind schedule. NEVER AGAIN. ZERO communication with these people. They need a full staff just to deal with the problems which apparently they are SEVERELY LACKING. Edit: 6 months later...still no couch!!! It was supposed to be delivered today by 7pm. It's now 10 pm and not even a phone call. BUYER BEWARE!

Poorly set up. Majority of power recliners are not plugged in, so you can not try them out. Water leaking from ceiling in multiple places. Staff without masks on or not on properly. 2 or 3 staff sucking on lollipops with no masks...ridiculous!
Really disappointed! Paid a large amount of money for furniture to furnish my new apartment. Was told about my whole order needing to be ordered and may take 12 weeks to be delivered, but informed of a 3 day grace period if I choose to cancel. After thinking on it the next day I regretted it all because I was moving into an empty apartment and NEEDED furniture and mattress. After speaking with online rep that majority of my furniture was in stock and waiting 12 weeks could jeopardize things not being guaranteed to be in stock. Called the store and was informed that majority of my furniture was being sent to the warehouse and just a few items items back order. Long story short, I move into my new place this weekend with no furniture, no mattress and still have to wait 2 weeks for partial delivery. Why would the customer have to suffer after spending large amount when you have majority of the items I ordered but rather have me wait because you want to eliminate multiple deliveries? It would been nice to know this up front before I handed my money over and the 3 day grace period is over to tell me that you have a lot of my items but drawing out delivering those items and now I have to sit on the floor in a empty apartment. SHOULD OF WENT TO RAYMOUR AND FLANAGAN!!! Would never had this problem 🤦🏾♀️
Too bad one star is the lowest that this store can be rated. Worst, unprofessional customer service that I have ever experienced. On delivery day, the two drivers showed up with a cracked chest of drawers and tried to leave without assembling my furniture. They also tried to leave all of the boxes that the furniture came in front of my door which is a no no in my development. The lead driver did a walk through of my home prior to bringing the furniture in the house. He saw my headboard on my bed and asked what I was going to do with it. I told him that it goes in the room next door. Never did he ask me to remove it. I have had deliveries from other stores that removed my other headboards. After seeing where the furniture was going, he brought all of the furniture in the house, and then made an excuse about my headboard being attached to the bed. This only required the removal of 4 screws and took less than five minutes. He should have mentioned this before bringing in the furniture. I could have done this before they got my furniture off of the truck which took about 10 minutes. Instead of putting the bottoms on my nightstands while I removed the screws he decided to leave. They left one nightstand on its side and didn't place it upright. I called the supervisor who made them return and they were incredibly rude. I guess that they were mad about having to return. I got the feeling that they just wanted to deliver and not assemble my bedroom set. Left for a second time without assembling my furniture after I mentioned that one of them needed to put his mask on his face. He was so aggressive about wearing a mask that he got up in my face. Very street like behavior. I threatened to call the cops because I was concerned about being alone with them. He tried to make the manager believe that I was not cooperative but changed his behavior after I revealed that I have cameras in my home that recorded the whole interaction. They failed to notice the sign on my front door that says that I have cameras. After being rude and the worst delivery experience ever the one driver had the nerve to ask for a tip. I have dealt with the real Ashley Furniture for 14 years and have never had not one problem. I found out from Ashleys that these are the Mealeys employees that have an Ashley's Franchise. They blew a huge sale because I spent thousands redecorating my entire house. After this, I went with other furniture stores and had a better experience. I guess the real Ashleys train their employees in customer service. Even the real Ashleys are getting complaints about this store. I have posted pics to show how they initially left my delivery. Even my neighbors that were outside witnessed the whole fiasco and their craziness. Never again!

EDIT: spoke to Felix on 12/5/2020. Found out he is the REGIONAL MANAGER! He gave us a $50 refund and guaranteed us it would be in the warehouse on Friday 12/11/2020. Drove all the way out to the warehouse at 9401 Bluegrass Rd, Philadelphia, PA. Just to be told that it is not here. A customer service rep, by the name of Lorleen, spoke with me. They are guaranteeing another $100 refund and delivery to my house on Tuesday 12/14/2020. Let’s see what happens. Came to the maple shade location to look fir new furniture. We were not ready to buy, but just look. The sales lady, Victoria Hill, was amazing. Check out was a breeze. I own a truck and trailer so I said I would pick it up from their warehouse, in order to get it faster. They said it was 6-8 weeks for delivery. After 7 weeks, I called on 11/23/2020, Kenisha (I’m not sure if the spelling is correct, my apologies) told me that everything was in the warehouse and ready for pickup, except a desk we ordered. I said no problem, I would pick up some time that week. Decided to wait on the desk (promised the first week of December). Today 12/5/2020 (a day short of 9 weeks) we set out to pick up from their bluegrass warehouse in Philadelphia. On our way there we get a call. They tell us that EVERYTHING is in and ready for pickup. I say great because we are on our way. They ask me to hold a minute. They tell me that they “made a mistake” and most of our furniture is in brandy wine, MD and it will be another 2 weeks before we can pick it up. I’m irate. Kenisha gets on the phone and apologizes for her mistake. But can’t do anything about it snd I’ll will have to drive to Maryland or just wait. After 20 minutes of talking to a wall and me getting even more irate, she puts Nick on the phone. Just to repeat what she told me. I said I feel like I’m talking to a bunch of idiots, and nick said now you will have to come in and talk to Felix, The manager after 12, and promptly hung up. So here I wait. Stay tuned. I’m either getting my furniture today or a refund. I would NEVER recommend this place. Since it is all the same staff as Mealey’s Furniture, I can see why that company closed this location. Horrible customer service. FYI: the service and rudeness at this location was so bad, I signed in just to make this review. I never do reviews, especially negative ones. As a business owner I know how they can impact my business. But this place is deserving of a negative review.
Heavily overpriced... The same set of sofa found in Raymour & Flanigan was priced at $1870(inclusive of taxes, delivery charges and 5yr protection plan).... Whereas the same set of sofa was priced at $2349(at the display before taxes, delivery, 5yr protection plan) ... When asked to the staff about that, they came back saying that they can do $2150(inclusive of everything) which was lower than their display price...(what if I didn't know the Raymour's price and didn't ask them.... They would have overcharged me) .... But even after their revision, still it was overpriced than Raymour's... Now the staff working over there came up with a different answer saying I won't have seen this product in Raymour and it is ASHLEY EXCLUSIVE (when it was clearly not the situation).... As Raymond's had the exact same product with the same lighting... Please check with other store's before going ASHLEY'S. They are giving a fake image of a discount, when clearly even without the discounts, other stores's prices are much lower than ASHLEY'S.... P.S : I'm not Branding Raymour's & Flanigan... Just went to these 2 stores and found this difference... That's why I Thought of sharing it... Stay safe and Stay Happy 😊
i purchased a set back in September and the rug was not deliverable and was advised to pick up from local store. upon going to the store i was advised that the rug was placed back on the floor in error and i would have a replacement in 2-3 weeks. 2 months later, i still am not in receipt of the rug and was advised that it wasn't due back into the store for another month. No follow up procedures to keep customer informed and the delivery continues to get pushed back after a mistake of the store
If i could give a 0 I would. I understand we are in a pandemic and things will be delayed, but their communication and customer services is appaling. I was told the LATEST our deliveries would come in would be a few months from purchase which, again, I was understanding of. I&'m now almost 3 months past that date and still waiting. I have had to call myself for updates on the furniture AND to ask what had come in to schedule delivery, even though that&'s what they repeatedly promised they would inform me of. It wasn&'t once or twice but EVERY time we&'ve had to call for any informaiton/delays/updates/availability for delivery. I was never connected to a manager and never received a call back from one. They keep trying to appease with &"I&'ll make a note of that in your file&" and &"I&'m sorry, that&'s unacceptable, that will not happen again&" but has remained the same routine. I&'m beyond disappointed I invested my time and money into them and now feel stuck waiting for the rest.
Large selection of furniture at fair prices. They stayed after hours to secure our sale without issue.
Worst service. In the day of the delivery, I reject the delivery because there are missing parts to assemble the bed. The delivery was already late. In top of that, the warehouse manager was rude and not cooperative. She did not tell what is the expected day for delivery of the missing part and she insist on asking me to reject the whole shipment.
I should&'ve read the reviews prior to stepping into this location. I ordered a sofa and loveseat with an ETA of about 3-4 weeks. I was &"promised&" no later than the end of September. Okay, fine.. I understand things are still a little hectic with everything going on. I was advised that my sales rep would keep in touch if there were any updates. I had to call the store a few times to get an update that the sofa would arrive past the first week of October. What frustrated me more was that there was no communication with the store from their end, as promised. During my follow up call, I was advised my love seat would arrive this week and the sleeper would arrive in Oct if I was okay with a two part delivery. Great! Atleast it&'s something, because I have no furniture! *DELIVERY DAY!* Yay. The guys bring the couch in and I was thrilled because I thought I lucked out getting my sleeper earlier than expected. Check the couch and it&'s NOT the sleeper, not my loveseat!Now I&'m here with the wrong order. Called the store and was advised the manager would call me back in 10 minutes. An hour and a half later... NOTHING! I called the store and apparently the manager tried to rush ordering the loveseat and is trying to process the exchange. Which is greatly appteciated, but he had the time to update the notes, yet not pick up the phone and communicate with the client. No one is perfect, things happen! But communication is key. I&'m a very reasonable person, I understand things don&'t ways go as planned. Had I been notified of any changes when they occurred, it would be okay because I would know what to expect.*Think twice before ordering anything here and if you do, I hope things go smoother for you!Stay healthy.
Supposed to have received couch for my handicap uncle. Ordered July 2020. Arrival was supposed to be August 15th called September 1st and said arrival was now September 15th. Called again September 18th and said arrival is now October 15th. Yeah no thanks, I will get my refund.

We had a great experience shopping at Ashley today. Ultimately we didn&'t end up buying and found something we liked better elsewhere. But Richard Kennedy was amazingly helpful. He checked on us numerous times but in a low pressure way. When we needed measurements he quickly offered to print them for us. Give that dude a raise. He&'s great. If I could buy our couch from somewhere else but give Richard the credit I totally would.

I placed an order at the beginning of June for a sofa set and paid in full. I was told 3-4 weeks turn around time due to COVID. Ok, No problem. I understanding the situation. And everything is not back to normal.Then they call me back 2 days before the date they were supposed to receive delivery our furniture in June and we are told that because of everything it&'s being pushed back to no later than August 15th. And would provide us with a gift card they don&'t know the amount yet. But will give us something for our troubles. Again being understanding because of the situation, but mind you, we have no furniture in our house. Now it is August 7th we decided to call to confirm we would be receiving a call for delivery before the 15th. We were told that it was pushed back till the end of SEPTEMBER Maybe. And that the manager would give us a call today to discuss it (Still no call). I am so unhappy and honestly becoming upset. I am trying to be understanding but 3 MONTHS is crazy. And this still isn&'t guaranteed. I have a home with no furniture. I can&'t even sit down. I have children who start school and nowhere to sit. And now to try to offer me a refund is even more upsetting because I will be back in the same boat with another company. If they knew they didn&'t have the furniture then why sell it? Why are they currently opened taking people&'s money? Making them pay in full?
My husband and I went in looking for a kitchen table and were helped by Anastasia. She did a GREAT job showing us all of the options that would work for our space. She is very kind and knows the products very well! When you go in, definitely ask for Anastasia. She’ll point you in the right direction! Thanks Anastasia for all your help! Do not buy anything from this store! You can not talk to a live person. I paid extra for home delivery...only 2 pieces came via home delivery...the others via UPS and they came damaged. Queen bed and nightstand damaged...box damaged...missing parts. I have tried to contact someone since May 6th. I keep getting a record to leave a message and someone will return my call within 72 hours. I mailed with pictures...nothing. Now I have a queen bed and nightstand damaged. Stay away!
I ordered a bunk bed about 3 weeks ago. Never received a confirmation and can not get ANYONE on the phone. I know there a pandemic going on but not to able able to get someone on the phone is ridiculous. Will NEVER order from them again. If this order went through I&'m canceling and ordering from someone else. Horrible customer service!
I bought a recliner for my 92-year-old grandmother and when it arrived it was too big for her and she wanted to get something else. I was told that we could not return the piece of furniture and I will just have to eat the $800 that I spent on it. This place is a disgrace. Do not buy your furniture here.
If I could give it negative stars I would do so. Our sales rep &"tiara&" lied to us from the beginning of the process. When I questioned about the delivery times and days I was told, that they deliver in the weekends and I should be receiving a call within 48 hours to step up a date and time for delivery. I placed the order for my furniture on October 27, 2019 on my way home while looking over the paper work she put on my form a delivery day of January 20, 2020; we immediately when back tot he store. I had to speak with the store manager about my furniture and had to get the date changed. Like really who waits almost 3 1/2 months for furniture. About 3 days later I received a call from Ashley&'s stating only one portion of the sectional would able to be delivered and I would have to wait u til January 20, 2020 to received the rest. I went in to cancel my order the next day and all of sudden they Said the entire couch is in.I would never again shop at this place or any of the other locations.
Don&'t go here if you want your stuff now. I purchased my bed over a month ago. I was told they had it in stock when I was in the show room. Apparently that wasn&'t true and then I was told it would be in on the 18th (3 weeks later). 18th comes and goes with no call. The 26th I finally get a call to set up delivery time. I sit with the phone ringing abnormally long when I call back. The. I am told that they don&'t have set times for delivery. You pick a day and they call the day before with a 4 hour time frame. How am I supposed to plan? I was told in the show room that I could get it delivered after I was done work now that&'s not possible? Am I supposed to take an entire day off last minute to have something delivered a month after I buy it? They also said it was free delivery but charged me $50 forUPDATE:Bed was finally delivered and quickly built. However they built the booklet for the bed into the headboard and it is stuck. They refuse to send someone out to fix it. Spent 20 minutes on hold the first time. 12 minutes on hold the second. They just tell me &"I&'ll look into it&". I am going to the store tomorrow and if it will not be fixed I will be returning the item. Updating to 1 star.
I thought I that they had the best furniture. I was so excited to buy my kids bunk beds and a dinette set from them. Believe me when I tell you it has been the worst purchase I&'ve ever made. They sell you on buying extra coverage, and tell you it will cover any damages that may happen, but I found out that&'s a lie, and they make up all kinds of excuses to not honor the contract. The bunk beds are falling apart and all they can say is children shouldn&'t play on them oblivious they don&'t have kids. So anyone who thinking about buying any thing beds for your kid I hope they just use them for sleeping like all kids do (not)
I had the guardsman insurance on my furniture which I bought at the end of March of this year. I had them out to replace two arm cushions on the couch and before they came out to do the replacements both my sons play football and wear cleats well from them rubbing and kicking back there foot it made a small hole on the bottom of my couch and the ladySaid the tech would look at it. He looked at it when he was here and said they would order a new base and call me when it&'s in. So I assumed ok I&'ll hear from them he said within 5 days. Well over two weeks went by nothing!! I called again still nothing!! And I just called on wed aug 7 and the girl said the tech said it was animal damage and because he&'s experienced they aren&'t going to fix it. I said to her I want to speak to a manager because he&'s not god he wasn&'t here and why would he tell me they would fix it and here from them within 5 days than? The girl said a manager would call that day no call bad customer service all over. I bought insurance basically on a couch that they get to pick and decide whether they feel it&'s coverable or not over. What happened to my warranty on the couch. What happened to customer service? I am the one who spent 1700 on two couches which might I add u didn&'t have in stock on a major sale!! And had to wait a week for the loveseat. I am moving In April and will need a bedroom set doU really think I want to buy again with how the follow up and customer service is here? Manager that was on the phone before when my loveseat hadTo be delivered was so smart he thought he was only right and no accommodating the customer only himself! Rude...Work in the area will for sure tell my customers and co workers no to buy heAs a courtesy Ashley&'s manager at the store ordered my new piece of furniture and will be repairing the piece. Jesus. In the world of customer service this place doesn&'t seem to understand it exists, apply it in any form to customers or offer to make things right when pointed out it is wrong. Punch line - get your furniture and your customer support elsewhere. When you buy furniture you expect it to last several years. But just in case I bought the warranty on my sofa. Just over 1 year old and the sofa wood was so deformed and warped that springs broke and now I&'m told not to sit on it. Let&'s get over the fact that a new sofa broke. Things happen, things break. The warranty technically covers it. Fine.It took weeks to get someone out to look at my sofa. It was so badly damaged that he said he will need to come back and told me not to sit on it. Then after following up for several days Ashley Furniture and their repair service provider are pointing fingers at each other with paperwork issues. Now the repair services place can book their second visit but it&'ll take another 2 weeks for someone to come out. I tried to ask to speak with a a manager at both the repair service AND Ashley furniture but was denied. Ultimately they told me they can&'t do anything for me but to confirm the booking 2 weeks from today. Meaning I have a sofa I can&'t use for 1.5 months.Take your money to a place that will give you good products up front but more importantly take care of you if something goes wrong.

The absolute worst! Wish u could give zero starts. Bought a couch in January of this year. The couch broke 3 times already and they are fighting me to fix it again. The cheapest furniture ever and they do not care that they are selling low quality products. I am so tired of going back and forth with them. End of the line was when my parents were sitting on the couch with my infant son and the couch fell through. Again this couch was fixed 3 times before that and is only 6 months old.
I ordered a couch in store and was told I would be able to fit it through my door. I measured my entryway to be sure and called the store with the information. I never received a call back. They got to my house 1.5 hours after the scheduled delivery window (which they never called to tell me, by the way--I had to call myself, twice after seeing they had still not arrived) and then said they could NOT fit the couch through the door. Then they said I could pay over 200 dollars for them to disassemble the couch and deliver it in TWO WEEKS. Horrendous service. If you actually want to receive the couch you picked out, this is NOT the furniture store for you.
They make the Worstttt furniture. Never buying here again. I am starting to have back problems. I have had the sectional for close to a year and you can still not sit or lay down on it, it feels like sitting on cement or hardwood floor. I do not know how they make furniture. Your bones will hurt even if you are young and have no back problems. This brand is the worst. I need to throw this out and buy something else at Raymour & Flanigan before my back gets worse and I sue Ashley. Do not make the same mistake that I did. Ashley, you should give me my money back and get this back which you claim is furniture. Either there is a defect or you cannot make furniture. One side of the sectional is higher and the other is lower, they are not even, and the higher one is the worse piece. Waited for months for this to become somewhat softer but it is the same as we first bought it. Please send this to management and respond to me.
