We have bought many pieces of furniture from Ashley’s in the past, but today was by far the best experience we had with our salesman by far. Evan D. at the Maple Shade NJ location is by far the best to help you find what you’re looking for and for the best price that works for your family. I’m not going to lie I am a very tough person to work with as I am very indecisive and it literally took me more than 2 hours to decide on a living room set, but Evan stood by us the whole time and was so patient and kind. He definitely made this shopping experience the best yet at an Ashley’s store. He is the epitome of great customer service and others could learn a lot from him! We purchased furniture three months ago from Ashley in Maple Shade New Jersey. Our furniture was scheduled for delivery between 8 AM and noon. The night prior, we were contacted to ensure we were going to be home at 8 AM. Apparently our furniture was loaded in the truck for the first delivery of the morning. At 12:30 PM we were still without furniture and notified that it would not be delivered until 2 PM. We were contacted three times following, each time with a later delivery time. No one can tell us when the furniture would be delivered. We originally asked for the furniture to be delivered on Monday the fourth. We were told no. Now, we have been asked to delay our delivery until Monday, after taking today off of work and waiting around now over 12 hours. I would never purchase furniture from Ashley again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THE WEBSITE. PRODUCTS ARE NOT DELIVERED OR ASSEMBLED AS ORDERED, IF AT ALL. THEY CHARGE YOU 2X AND BLAME IT ON A "HOLD". CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IMPOTENT TO ASSIST YOU. THE WAREHOUSE STAFF IS INCOMPETENT AND BELIGERENT.

Absolutely DO not order from here! We ordered our couch and desk back in July. It was delivered broken in august and they still have yet to have someone come and deliver a new couch or fix the broken one, we even have an extended service protection! We will never buy anything from here again. We have tried multiple times to reach out to their customer service and you can never reach a manger as they are all located over seas. It has been the worst experience we have ever had buying furniture.

It’s not the store, but the “customer service” that is the absolute worst. You better hope that your furniture doesn’t break like mine did. This is not the type of company that wants to help you after they sell you faulty furniture. Buyer beware!
