Was a great experience.I've been there before ordered things there before.I love their items furniture.That's why I went back looking forward to getting my dining room table

It was a great experience. The young girl (Melanie)who assisted us went far beyomd expectations. I highly recommend Ashley and of course Melanie when shopping for furnature.

overpriced SLOP go to a thrift store instead, you will not regret it.

Purchased a sectional from this store. My dog ate one of the cushions. I have been trying to purchase a replacement cushion and cover for over a month now. I was told they still carry this specific furniture and that ordering replacements is not a problem, then I get bounced around to different departments where noone actually helps me or takes my order. Maybe someone will see this and get back to me. Here's hoping.

The reviews don't lie!! Ashley P is a friendly, kind, and knowledgeable saleswoman. She greeted us right away and let us know the sale of the day 😆 we misunderstood... Totally our fault... And I'm glad we all laughed about it. You can tell she has experience in the industry, and she even told us about the known issues of the last sofa we purchased 5 years ago and how AF has made improvements in those areas with the newer line. Thank you for a great experience! When we decide on more items we will be back!

I'm so sad I can't recall the sales girl's name. There were a couple of customers, but she did approach us and answered our questions. She then went to get the price of the furniture. I could clearly see customers approaching her and she was very busy. As we were leaving she ran to me and gave me the price of the furniture. This sales girl made sure she tended to every customer. My sale person was very polite and helpful. She did stalk me when we entered the store she greeted us and told us if we needed help she available. Like other wise at a previous store where I just left the sales lady stalked us. Which was a turn off so we left the store

Buyer Beware! Great Expectations when you enter the store; Promises broken; Poor customer communication & lack of understanding for customer care! Our furniture was ordered 4 weeks ago & promised to be in store for delivery on 12/9 for which ultimately after I called the store to verify delivery date, I was told that it would be 12/28 with no explanation except that someone who came in after us purchased the same set & was invoiced to have the set for delivery which took our sofa & ottoman out from under us. William did not return my calls after he promised to speak with a manager & find out if he could make another arrangement for which I had to call the store again 2 times to ask for a manager to call me. The manager, who was Ashley called my husband at work & offered another set, or wait for the 28th of December with a waived delivery fee of $130.00. This was totally absurd to treat customers this way. It was like selling something from under your nose to someone else. I called Ashley after she spoke with my husband for which she said this was the best that she could offer us. What an insult! This is not how you treat customers! Caution~ In addition to the HARD credit inquiry left on the credit report from this company after not complying with the ordered date. So pathetic! In addition, my husband & I returned to the store this evening to obtain the credit back to our card for the taxes paid. The Manager Ashley was conveniently on break while we spoke with Tatiana who was very kind to us. We obtained all of the necessary paperwork to cancel the open charge on the credit report agency which Ashley Furniture allowed knowing this furniture would not be delivered on the date or week promised. I called another local furniture store for the same sofa, make, model & style for which is delayed until January 2025. Ashley, the manager nor William revealed any of this to us and have avoided us completely. If you notice, Ashley only responds to positive reviews on Google & DOES NOT acknowledge the faults of herself nor her staff. The Better Business Bureau has been notified for the reckless behavior of this company, their stsfff and the unnecessary hard credit inquiries done when products are not produced in the time promised on invoice.

I was greeted at the door and allowed to walk the store without interruption except when I passed our sales lady Melanie after 20 minutes. Told her I pick one item and would see her after our walk through. I saw her at the desk when I was done and made a purchase. I also ask about another item and she promptly got me the paperwork on that to take home. All the people at the desk where friendly and completed my purchase which was very pleasant experience.

This is the second time I’ve purchased a bed from Them my daughter loves her bed and I love mine love love my bed the staff was very understanding when I couldn’t have it delivered when I originally was thinking because we all had gotten sick but once we were all well I had it delivered on 3/16/2024 Thank you to Robert for helping me understand the mattresses I needed to understand from a professional standpoint and he helped me understand the best mattress I needed for my back

I purchased a mattress and it now feels like I am sleeping in holes. I was told that I had a 10 year warranty. That was not the truth, I put in a claim and because the mattress had a stain they would not replace it or fix it. This is the 2nd piece of furniture I purchased from Ashley's that fell apart. Please save your time and money and do not purchase furniture from Ashley's.

Our sales person was nice, but we asked to buy a sofa, and if they could hold till 2/12 as we are moving. We were going to pay for it. I get that they have inventory coming in, but if we were buying several pieces of high end furniture I am mostly guarantee they would have held it. They missed out on a 600 sale, and a possible sale on 2 bedroom sets and a kitchen set. It was not our sales persons fault, the manager decided to say no. It is a shame, because We found the perfect bedroom set just could not get it last night. So thanks Ashley furniture because you lost us as a customer, we will not be returning.

I placed an order for a full bedroom set, a 7 piece dining set, 2 stools, and a nightstand to a previous set. I informed the salesperson that I wanted a platform bed because I did not want a boxspring. The bed was delivered, and the guy asked if I had a box spring. I said I specifically ordered a bed without one. He thought he had the wrong rails for the bed. Long story short, in order to get what I wanted, it will now cost an additional 350.00 to get what I originally ordered. I have fully furnished my whole apartment over 5000.00 in furniture, and they can't make this right when this was their error. I am very unhappy. On top of it, they told me that I spoke to a manager, and she had explained it to me. My daughter and I went together, and both of us said we only talked to the sales associate. When I make a mistake, I don't make up lies to cover it. I admit to my mistake and try to make good.

The sales team at Ashley was the best I have ever experienced. The quality of the furniture is better than most competitors. This would have earned a 5-star rating. However, their delivery service needs improving. On June 09, 2023, a dining room set consisting of 1 table and 6 chairs was delivered. The table was damaged. Furthermore, all 6 chairs' casters were loose, and 1 chair had a rip. I refused delivery of the table and the ripped chair. The casters to the other 5 chairs were tightened. On 06/27/2023, (18 days after delivery), one of the casters broke off. An inspection of the broken caster revealed that the threads were stripped. See attached photos. As a result, I inspected the rest of the chairs. Most of the casters on the chairs worked their way loose again. On 06/29/2023, I spoke with Customer Service, from the Millville store. I explained all the details that I posted in this review. Customer Service stated that I will hear from a technician within 72 hours to schedule an appointment. On 07/05/2023, a technician came to my residence to inspect the chairs. He found several castor threads to be compromised. On 07/12/2023, replacement chairs were delivered.

The merchandise that I bought was exactly what I wanted.

They have a nice selection of furniture but I feel it's quite pricey. Also as soon as I got there I told the saleslady that I was only browsing and she continued to follow me around the store acting like I was going to steal. What in the world am I stealing from a furniture store? That totally turned me off and I left soon after. Probably will never enter that store again and I was very interested in seeing their selection as it presidents day sales. I bet stores lose A LOT of biz by doing that kind of stuff. Oh well! The wife and I mention we were looking for a manual love seat in the range of 8 or 9 hundred dollars. She showed us what they had on the floor in that price range. We made a choice and said we would go home get measurements and would come back the next day. I made a call to Ashley and said we would be back in an hour and lay the love seat away. I bought 4 pieces of furniture (a couch, reclining chair and 2 end tables) 3 of 4 pieces of furniture had damage. End table was missing paint, delivery driver took it upon himself to use a black sharpie to fill in the spot, couch has a snag and recliner is missing a rubber foot. I was asked to forward pictures for proof. Weeks later they send some strange man to my home to “fix” these things. He spray painted the end table, cut the snag (which is now a hole) and did not have the rubber foot. When he was finished I told him I was not happy. My furniture is brand new, not a year old. It shouldn’t have needed any attention this soon. I was told someone would contact me, 3 weeks later I have yet to hear from anyone. The quality of this furniture is no different than big lots. Terrible experience with Ashley’s.

I bought $6,000 in furniture last week. This is almost only place I ever buy furniture for the last 10 years…Went yesterday to buy a table, paid $800 they said I had a discount from a warranty I never used of $59. They took off $59. They called today to say I owe them $59 even tho it was their mistake. I went there to tell them I was not paying and without a blink of an eye they gave me back the $800 and could care less. It’s not about the $59 it’s the principal. What poor customer service

Don't look for you furniture anytime soon. They verbally tell you one delivery date and then you find out after purchase the date is later. Buy furniture in February and told March. Now it will not be delivered until possibly June.

My Bedroom set it's not coming to my house complete

I came in having seen what I wanted on the website. I had already been to 4 different stores looking for something to replace my current broken sofa with something that my 6 year old daughter could also sleep on because she prefers to sleep most nights in the living room with the tv. After my travels and research, I was sure I knew what I was buying before I walked in. I was hesitant to go to a large furniture retailer like Ashley's or Raymour and Flanagan because I really didn't want to spend thousands on a single sofa and recliner or a sleeper sofa and accent chair. But I found something reasonably priced online and wanted to sit in it before purchase. I got a new rep but when I described what I had seen, she knew exactly what and where in the store it was. She went to find out final pricing and delivery but by the time all that was completed, which was only a few minutes, I had wandered around the store just looking and discovered the clearance and discontinued section. What great deals and bargains for amazing expensive furniture!!!!! By the time I was swyping my card to pay outfight, I had picked out a totally different sofa and recliner and was able to get a tape measure for sizing and move an ottoman across the sales floor to see it next to the sofa and saved $500 and got a better set then the original one I came in for. Great experience with a very helpful and friendly staff. Even the new girl was knowledgeable and got help from the one of her many willing and friendly coworkers for the few questions she had. Definately will be back.

Very disappointing experience. Visited the store, salesperson went into great detail about upcoming Presidents Day sale starting 2/12. Went back only to see prices were the same, all the so-called specials did not apply to anything we were looking for. Salesperson left for a very long time, did not check back, so left the store. She came to the car to explain it was the Manager holding things up. Went directly to Raymour & Flanigan where they care about the customer. Staying away from Ashley unless I order online on my own.

Said it before and I’ll say it again because it just keeps getting worse I will never shop with this store ever again, FINALLY after more than 6 months of waiting for our furniture to be delivered we received it in January of this year. Our ottoman was broken by April/may called to get it fixed since it was still under warranty and only had it for a few months at this point. It is OCTOBER and the piece is still broken I’ve had to call multiple times and when I call they set another delivery date instead of replacing it they are sending parts to fix it and will come fix it in my house. FINALLY received parts last weekend after I called and inquired about them almost 2 weeks after the latest delivery date given to find out that they’ve been sitting at the store for who knows how long to THEN getting the delivery and finding out they didnt deliver all the parts and they don’t know where the parts are and can’t give me a delivery date for them but will call me back…this was Saturday and it’s now Wednesday and still haven’t heard anything so in the mean time we’ve had a broken piece of furniture since MAY and it is now NOVEMBER.

I am disappointed not with the item, but when the bed was delivered I discovered a rat in my bedroom. I called complaining about it and no one reached out to be. I have been living in in the house since 2017 and never ever saw a rat in my home until the night after that bed was delivered. I set traps and poison and can't catch it . I would like fore something to be done about it.

This is a review for Anna Mongelluzzo at the Ashley Furniture store in Millville. I had made a previous purchase on the corporate website early in June using my Synchrony account. The majority of my order was not to be delivered until mid September, including a sofa and loveseat. A few weeks ago, I was looking online and found a different sofa and loveseat that were in stock and could be delivered within a week. On a whim, I started chatting with someone on the corporate website, and it turned out to be Anna. She gave me clear instructions as to how to cancel the sofa and loveseat from the original order, have the funds freed up on my Synchrony card and then place the order for the new couch. Due to things at the corporate level and outside her control, this process took about two weeks. Working both at your Millville store and online allowed Anna to stay on the case, updating me every few days, looking for workarounds, really going above and beyond. She would update me before she left for her scheduled two days off, and contact me first thing in the morning when she returned. The entire process was so frustrating for me that I was ready to give up on Ashley Furniture and Synchrony altogether, but Anna helped get me through it. She was available for me all the way through the delivery process, reaching out to make sure everything went smoothly. I've truly never had such great customer service.

I can not believe how satisfied we were with our visit. We ended up buying a three piece sofa set. Our sales associates name was Kyle. Let me just say that man needs a raise. We not only walked out with a new sofa, that Kyle had shown us, and suggested multiple other sofas, he was SUCH a gentleman!
