Buyer Beware! Great Expectations when you enter the store; Promises broken; Poor customer communication & lack of understanding for customer care! Our furniture was ordered 4 weeks ago & promised to be in store for delivery on 12/9 for which ultimately after I called the store to verify delivery date, I was told that it would be 12/28 with no explanation except that someone who came in after us purchased the same set & was invoiced to have the set for delivery which took our sofa & ottoman out from under us. William did not return my calls after he promised to speak with a manager & find out if he could make another arrangement for which I had to call the store again 2 times to ask for a manager to call me. The manager, who was Ashley called my husband at work & offered another set, or wait for the 28th of December with a waived delivery fee of $130.00. This was totally absurd to treat customers this way. It was like selling something from under your nose to someone else. I called Ashley after she spoke with my husband for which she said this was the best that she could offer us. What an insult! This is not how you treat customers! Caution~ In addition to the HARD credit inquiry left on the credit report from this company after not complying with the ordered date. So pathetic! In addition, my husband & I returned to the store this evening to obtain the credit back to our card for the taxes paid. The Manager Ashley was conveniently on break while we spoke with Tatiana who was very kind to us. We obtained all of the necessary paperwork to cancel the open charge on the credit report agency which Ashley Furniture allowed knowing this furniture would not be delivered on the date or week promised. I called another local furniture store for the same sofa, make, model & style for which is delayed until January 2025. Ashley, the manager nor William revealed any of this to us and have avoided us completely. If you notice, Ashley only responds to positive reviews on Google & DOES NOT acknowledge the faults of herself nor her staff. The Better Business Bureau has been notified for the reckless behavior of this company, their stsfff and the unnecessary hard credit inquiries done when products are not produced in the time promised on invoice.

Customer service at Ashley’s Furniture in Millville, NJ is the absolute worst!!! Many mistakes and a lot of apologies but nothing has changed when you call back there. The worst!!! I’ll NEVER buy anything from them again.

I was greeted at the door and allowed to walk the store without interruption except when I passed our sales lady Melanie after 20 minutes. Told her I pick one item and would see her after our walk through. I saw her at the desk when I was done and made a purchase. I also ask about another item and she promptly got me the paperwork on that to take home. All the people at the desk where friendly and completed my purchase which was very pleasant experience.
Ashley and Matt were so very helpful to me in finding the right living room furniture. They went above and beyond to help me find what I wanted. This is my second time buying furniture from Ashley and I love their selection, their quality, and their knowledgeable and friendly staff!!

Ashley ur salesperson was great! She answered all the questions we had and was patient with me and my husband having her get us quotes for several sectionals. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely shop at Ashley Furniture in the future.
I would have spent several thousands of dollars here because I found furniture that I liked. But the way I was followed throughout my visit and hounded while trying to speak to my husband about it wasn't worth it. The employees are bloodsucking hounds that won't give you a chance to breathe. It's worth paying extra money to fo to other furniture stores that treat you as though you have a mind and need a chance to tour their store.

This is the second time I’ve purchased a bed from Them my daughter loves her bed and I love mine love love my bed the staff was very understanding when I couldn’t have it delivered when I originally was thinking because we all had gotten sick but once we were all well I had it delivered on 3/16/2024 Thank you to Robert for helping me understand the mattresses I needed to understand from a professional standpoint and he helped me understand the best mattress I needed for my back
I purchased a mattress and it now feels like I am sleeping in holes. I was told that I had a 10 year warranty. That was not the truth, I put in a claim and because the mattress had a stain they would not replace it or fix it. This is the 2nd piece of furniture I purchased from Ashley's that fell apart. Please save your time and money and do not purchase furniture from Ashley's.

Melanie R was very helpful and easy to work with. (I will ask for her next time here) Unfortunately Ashely Furniture wouldn’t let her sell the items I wanted off the floor so I wasn’t able to purchase end tables that I wanted for this weekend. Would have liked to have given her more sales.
Our sales person was nice, but we asked to buy a sofa, and if they could hold till 2/12 as we are moving. We were going to pay for it. I get that they have inventory coming in, but if we were buying several pieces of high end furniture I am mostly guarantee they would have held it. They missed out on a 600 sale, and a possible sale on 2 bedroom sets and a kitchen set. It was not our sales persons fault, the manager decided to say no. It is a shame, because We found the perfect bedroom set just could not get it last night. So thanks Ashley furniture because you lost us as a customer, we will not be returning.

I placed an order for a full bedroom set, a 7 piece dining set, 2 stools, and a nightstand to a previous set. I informed the salesperson that I wanted a platform bed because I did not want a boxspring. The bed was delivered, and the guy asked if I had a box spring. I said I specifically ordered a bed without one. He thought he had the wrong rails for the bed. Long story short, in order to get what I wanted, it will now cost an additional 350.00 to get what I originally ordered. I have fully furnished my whole apartment over 5000.00 in furniture, and they can't make this right when this was their error. I am very unhappy. On top of it, they told me that I spoke to a manager, and she had explained it to me. My daughter and I went together, and both of us said we only talked to the sales associate. When I make a mistake, I don't make up lies to cover it. I admit to my mistake and try to make good.

It was nice walking through a furniture store being able to chose and think about options rather than having the sales member follow me around the whole entire time making me feel pressured.
Our sales rep, also named Ashley, got us exactly what we wanted including delivery in less than 48 hours, in time for my wife when she came home from the hospital. The delivery guys were excellent. Called when they were on the way. Friendly, set everything up. Took away the trash. We will be shopping at Ashley Furniture again.

The sales team at Ashley was the best I have ever experienced. The quality of the furniture is better than most competitors. This would have earned a 5-star rating. However, their delivery service needs improving.On June 09, 2023, a dining room set consisting of 1 table and 6 chairs was delivered. The table was damaged. Furthermore, all 6 chairs' casters were loose, and 1 chair had a rip. I refused delivery of the table and the ripped chair. The casters to the other 5 chairs were tightened. On 06/27/2023, (18 days after delivery), one of the casters broke off. An inspection of the broken caster revealed that the threads were stripped. See attached photos. As a result, I inspected the rest of the chairs. Most of the casters on the chairs worked their way loose again.On 06/29/2023, I spoke with Customer Service, from the Millville store. I explained all the details that I posted in this review. Customer Service stated that I will hear from a technician within 72 hours to schedule an appointment.On 07/05/2023, a technician came to my residence to inspect the chairs. He found several castor threads to be compromised.On 07/12/2023, replacement chairs were delivered.

They have a nice selection of furniture but I feel it's quite pricey. Also as soon as I got there I told the saleslady that I was only browsing and she continued to follow me around the store acting like I was going to steal. What in the world am I stealing from a furniture store? That totally turned me off and I left soon after. Probably will never enter that store again and I was very interested in seeing their selection as it presidents day sales. I bet stores lose A LOT of biz by doing that kind of stuff. Oh well! On to the next!

The store representatives are helpful with this, however it takes so long if you end up having an issue. So the four stores is because of Ashley’s cooperate operations.

I bought 4 pieces of furniture (a couch, reclining chair and 2 end tables) 3 of 4 pieces of furniture had damage. End table was missing paint, delivery driver took it upon himself to use a black sharpie to fill in the spot, couch has a snag and recliner is missing a rubber foot. I was asked to forward pictures for proof. Weeks later they send some strange man to my home to “fix” these things. He spray painted the end table, cut the snag (which is now a hole) and did not have the rubber foot. When he was finished I told him I was not happy. My furniture is brand new, not a year old. It shouldn’t have needed any attention this soon. I was told someone would contact me, 3 weeks later I have yet to hear from anyone. The quality of this furniture is no different than big lots. Terrible experience with Ashley’s.
I bought $6,000 in furniture last week. This is almost only place I ever buy furniture for the last 10 years…Went yesterday to buy a table, paid $800 they said I had a discount from a warranty I never used of $59. They took off $59. They called today to say I owe them $59 even tho it was their mistake. I went there to tell them I was not paying and without a blink of an eye they gave me back the $800 and could care less. It’s not about the $59 it’s the principal. What poor customer service

Don't look for you furniture anytime soon. They verbally tell you one delivery date and then you find out after purchase the date is later. Buy furniture in February and told March. Now it will not be delivered until possibly June.

I came in having seen what I wanted on the website. I had already been to 4 different stores looking for something to replace my current broken sofa with something that my 6 year old daughter could also sleep on because she prefers to sleep most nights in the living room with the tv. After my travels and research, I was sure I knew what I was buying before I walked in. I was hesitant to go to a large furniture retailer like Ashley's or Raymour and Flanagan because I really didn't want to spend thousands on a single sofa and recliner or a sleeper sofa and accent chair. But I found something reasonably priced online and wanted to sit in it before purchase. I got a new rep but when I described what I had seen, she knew exactly what and where in the store it was. She went to find out final pricing and delivery but by the time all that was completed, which was only a few minutes, I had wandered around the store just looking and discovered the clearance and discontinued section. What great deals and bargains for amazing expensive furniture!!!!! By the time I was swyping my card to pay outfight, I had picked out a totally different sofa and recliner and was able to get a tape measure for sizing and move an ottoman across the sales floor to see it next to the sofa and saved $500 and got a better set then the original one I came in for. Great experience with a very helpful and friendly staff. Even the new girl was knowledgeable and got help from the one of her many willing and friendly coworkers for the few questions she had. Definately will be back.
Very disappointing experience. Visited the store, salesperson went into great detail about upcoming Presidents Day sale starting 2/12. Went back only to see prices were the same, all the so-called specials did not apply to anything we were looking for. Salesperson left for a very long time, did not check back, so left the store. She came to the car to explain it was the Manager holding things up. Went directly to Raymour & Flanigan where they care about the customer. Staying away from Ashley unless I order online on my own.

Said it before and I’ll say it again because it just keeps getting worse I will never shop with this store ever again, FINALLY after more than 6 months of waiting for our furniture to be delivered we received it in January of this year. Our ottoman was broken by April/may called to get it fixed since it was still under warranty and only had it for a few months at this point. It is OCTOBER and the piece is still broken I’ve had to call multiple times and when I call they set another delivery date instead of replacing it they are sending parts to fix it and will come fix it in my house. FINALLY received parts last weekend after I called and inquired about them almost 2 weeks after the latest delivery date given to find out that they’ve been sitting at the store for who knows how long to THEN getting the delivery and finding out they didnt deliver all the parts and they don’t know where the parts are and can’t give me a delivery date for them but will call me back…this was Saturday and it’s now Wednesday and still haven’t heard anything so in the mean time we’ve had a broken piece of furniture since MAY and it is now NOVEMBER.

I am disappointed not with the item, but when the bed was delivered I discovered a rat in my bedroom. I called complaining about it and no one reached out to be. I have been living in in the house since 2017 and never ever saw a rat in my home until the night after that bed was delivered. I set traps and poison and can't catch it . I would like fore something to be done about it.

I order bedroom furniture on 5/23/21 and part of it arrived broken today now saying its gonna be a few weeks until the stuff is gonna come in. stay far away from this place they didnt even offer anything for them being weeks late and everything screwed up. this place is a joke!

This is a review for Anna Mongelluzzo at the Ashley Furniture store in Millville. I had made a previous purchase on the corporate website early in June using my Synchrony account. The majority of my order was not to be delivered until mid September, including a sofa and loveseat. A few weeks ago, I was looking online and found a different sofa and loveseat that were in stock and could be delivered within a week. On a whim, I started chatting with someone on the corporate website, and it turned out to be Anna. She gave me clear instructions as to how to cancel the sofa and loveseat from the original order, have the funds freed up on my Synchrony card and then place the order for the new couch. Due to things at the corporate level and outside her control, this process took about two weeks. Working both at your Millville store and online allowed Anna to stay on the case, updating me every few days, looking for workarounds, really going above and beyond. She would update me before she left for her scheduled two days off, and contact me first thing in the morning when she returned. The entire process was so frustrating for me that I was ready to give up on Ashley Furniture and Synchrony altogether, but Anna helped get me through it. She was available for me all the way through the delivery process, reaching out to make sure everything went smoothly. I've truly never had such great customer service.

The first time I went my salesperson left me to take care of someone else. I tried waiting but I finally left. The second time it took me about 20 minutes and I was in and out and got what I wanted. The warranty that Ashley sells is absolutely awful.. I have a $2500 sectional that ripped at the seam and the warranty company never calls and is trying to get out of fixing the product.. avoid this company at all costs.. I paid $250 for a warranty that is not being honored!! Just found out Ashley Furniture is actually Value City Furniture and I would have never paid that much for crap!!

I had a wonderful experience at the Ashley Millville store my salesperson was Kyle this young man was so was so helpful and very experienced in his job he was able to answer all of my questions and concerns I was buying a mattress and he was able to explain the different details that I needed to know about the mattresses. And at the same time he was doing training with another employee but was courteous enough to ask if I mind this took place while he was taking care of me which I did not mind it did not deter him from doing his job giving me the excellent service that he provided me with this young man gave me A one service.

I can not believe how satisfied we were with our visit. We ended up buying a three piece sofa set. Our sales associates name was Kyle. Let me just say that man needs a raise. We not only walked out with a new sofa, that Kyle had shown us, and suggested multiple other sofas, he was SUCH a gentleman! Not only was he interacting with our two daughters, (3years old and 9 months) he bought my daughters a pillow they wanted. He was constantly going out of his way to do things for us. He went above and beyond. And to add, we evidently had him as a sales associate the last time we were there (4 years ago). This review is for a coffee cart i ordered. I put it together and the next day, the cheap drawer ripped right off another piece. I tried using the message support on yhe website and that was a waste of time. You will get a rep on the end that disconnects you and doesnt give af about your order. Then i call. Some guy kevin acted like he was concerned and told me he would get that replacement piece sent out to me. Never did.6 weeks later i got a defect item still and zero help. I will NEVER buy anything from this place again.
My husband and I went to Ashley Furniture to just look to see what they had in living room couch and love seats. We looked around sat on several different pieces Ashley met us when we entered the store she showed us around and several of the pieces she was an excellent sales representative we ended up getting one of the ones that Ashley showed us and even got a chair. I would definitely come back to get other furniture for my mobile home and ask for Ashley my next trip.

Complete scam artists. They talk you into getting the warranty. When you go to make a claim, they find a reason to deny it. I went through hoops making multiple calls, sending tons of pictures of 1 scratch. They deny it. They should be locked up. Also, hope you like the sales people following non stop asking questions non stop. Making you walk all over to show an item. Then upselling additional nonsense. Stay away from this place. Scum, liars, overpriced, and cheap.
I don’t like complaining, especially during a pandemic which is stressful on everyone. The couch I wanted was a sectional and I needed to verify the size would fit in my oddly shaped living room. I asked if we could measure the couch and she told me I was welcome to. I impulse decided to buy the couch and didn’t have a tape measure. I told them I didn’t have a tape measure and rather than her offering to get one and measure the length she said we could go online and just add up the dimensions of the pieces and only when I got annoyed and said I would come back a different day did she say she’d go look for a measuring tape. We got the tape and I helped her measure it which is totally fine. I decided to get the couch I chose to finance during the 24 month no interest deal once I was approved I asked what my monthly payment was and she stated she didn’t know she didn’t offer to find out she said she could go ask someone but that didn’t happen until the couch was already almost completely purchased. It was more than I anticipated but I already signed everything. It’s fine I would of gotten the couch anyway but knowing in advance would of been the professional way to sell something. Also, I was not told until after the purchase was complete that it could be up to 18 weeks until the couch arrives. Which would of been what made me go elsewhere because I did not want to wait months to receive the couch. A relative used raymour and flannigan and bought a very similar couch after I purchased the one I still don’t have (lower payments monthly and they have worse credit) and they already received theirs. I think the delivery estimate should have been a lot more transparent before running my credit and signing me up for an Ashley credit card. Also I had a significant amount of credit left and was repeatedly asked if I wanted to buy a mattress it was said in a friendly tone but I had to repeatedly decline if I needed a mattress I absolutely would of let them know. So now I’ve been waiting a month already called and the estimate is now into March when it was supposed to be 2nd week of February. It also may be later than March. I asked if it was free delivery too but was told they would not know until after I purchased. The whole thing was just a bad experience- I don’t think the employee should have negative repercussions but they need to be trained on sales again. Also pulling the list of specials out of a cigarette pack to read them off to a customer was an interesting choice. I will not be using this store again in the future even with the high credit limit I received id rather pay out of pocket and go elsewhere. And unrelated to this during the purchase act very very drunk man stumbled in the store and was talking very incoherently and dropping things and then fell onto the floor and another employee had a difficult time getting him to leave. This has nothing to do with the employees but really just felt like the appropriate ending for my purchase experience. Then I had to wait inside to leave until he was out of sight and I felt safe. Super disappointed with everything over all, and wish I listened to friends from the area, and coworkers who warned me to not use this store. Hopefully the couch comes in soon bc I gave my current one away after I called for a time frame and they said it’s scheduled for delivery 2nd week of February.

This is the second time that I had gone to ashley furniture and walked out disgusted. The first time I was going to purchase a dining room table and chairs which cost $1200.00. A few days later, I got a coupon in the mail for a “big sale” 50% off. I had even called the store to see if it valid for the set i wanted and was told yes. Very excited to get this set. Went to the store only to see the same set that was 1200.00 the week before is now 2400.00. When I questioned the manager about this I was told”oh it was always 2400.00 until I showed them the price tag from last week. He walked away from me. Now today I was ready to purchase a tv stand for almost 500.00. I was told it would take a week to get in. My husband said “ok just give me a call when it comes in and I will pick it up”. We were then told “oh no because of covid we have to deliver to your house and thats a $45.00 charge” So let me get this straight, because of COVID I can not pick something up, but you will deliver it to MY house, delivered by someone I DONT know and CHARGE me 45.00????? Really Ashley talk about ripping people off. Im done with this store

So far I will only give them 1 star. Waiting on furniture since the beginning of November. I was told and shown on the computer that my table and chairs would be delivered to the store 11/30/20. I called after that date and was told it should be in any day. I got a phone call last weekend from Linda our sales associate who said now delivery would be Mid January. I now have no dining room furniture to eat Christmas dinner on! The sales tax was collected and cashed and I have zero product!!! I’m not a happy camper. I will never recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone!

for anyone who is thinking about shopping here .Do yourself a favor and avoid the aggravation. i have called the 800 number they give you, they could not help. I called corporate. They could not help,,,,,i put in a complaint with NJ consumer affairs and i am waiting to see how that works out. The piece that i layaway and that was delivered to my house, was not the piece they delivered. The sales associates answer? Pay more and well give you something different. (substantially more) Your companies fault and you want to basically punish me? i kept up my end up the bargain which was paying it off then you do not keep up your end and want more money, which the item is not what i picked out, Any company that doesnt find an amicable solution to a problem that a customer is having, is not worth doing business with,,,,,,Next time it could be you.
The salesman , Kyle was a joy to work with. He gave us our time to look around and try out the comfort and features while checking up on us to ask about any questions. The store setup was a problem. The pricing was geared towards a single piece instead of the whole display, I didn’t like having to search the back of the signs or read the fine print to add the pieces together.
5 stars isn’t enough. My wife and I could not have asked for a better experience. Kyle seemed to know everything about every piece of furniture. He answered all our questions and helped us get exactly what we needed. He even stayed after closing to finalize our purchase.

Kyle was great. With Covid restricting what is available, what isn’t, what’s delayed shipping, etc., he took the time to show us exactly what we were looking for. We left purchasing a beautiful new living room set and we will be back again when we remodel our dining room.
Horrible. We ordered our couch back in august and still do not have it. I understand covid and all but don’t promise your customers that they can get it by a certain date when you know it’s been taking extra long because of covid. I had to call multiple times to even know the status of my order, ON the dates that I told itwas going to be delivered and didn’t show up, they didn’t even call to tell me I had to call and ask where my order was to then find out that it hadn’t even come in multiple times. The date has changed about 10 times or more now, and at this point we will be lucky to have our couch by Christmas. They won’t even reimburse you any kind of money for being over the 6-10 week shipping and delivery time they quoted. The girl I spoke with said “we can’t do that because then the store doesn’t make any money.”
Poor customer service. After spending over an hour selecting a table, the manager tells me its possible I would wait 12-14 weeks before I would receive the furniture due to Covid and that they were getting ready to shut down again (why not tell me that sooner?) I told her I would look elsewhere but I would like a wall hanging. She then asked someone to help her, I paid, then she did not even offer to help me carry the item to the car. The item was bigger than me and very heavy. I did great at Raymours. My table will be delivered in a week :))
Ordered furniture and paid off on September 11 2020,Why am I not getting my furniture until (tentatively) November 30th. So I inquired about a refund since I put it on lay-away only a store refund will be offered. Almost 4000.00 dollars... So make sure if you order or get something make sure it's not gonna be coming from a far... They won't get me again,Spent about 9000.00 in the last year in that store..Duces!!!
Kyle was excellent throughout. He wasn't pushy at all. He answered all of our questions and not once did he appear to be rushing us. When we received our dining room table, there was an issue with it and I came back to the store and Kyle was quick to assist me. Ashley furniture has a beautiful showroom. Kyle introduced himself to us and then gave us room and time to look at couches and loveseats. He was courteous and answered all of our questions more than satisfactorily. He helped us put together a payment plan that met our needs and time frame. He is a credit to your organization.
Edit: Two months later still no sofa. Delivery date keeps getting pushed back. Never shopping at Ashley’s furniture again. Went to Ashley’s furniture to purchase a sofa. Ashley Centeno was exceptional. She was very polite and knowledgeable. She helped me find the perfect sofa for my living room. I am all around pleased with the service and had a great shopping experience.
Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We were lied to the second we walked through the door (aug 2nd). We were told our 4000$ worth of furniture would be in around 4-6 weeks. We recieved a call that only one piece was being delivered and our bed showed up broken. Eight to ten weeks later we were told our daughters bed would be delivered and we need to clean out her room. The bed showed up with no mattress or box spring. When I call the store to complain I was told it was the warehouses fault and I should call them. When I called the warehouse they said it was the stores fault and I should call them. Needless to say we ordered her mattress off line for way cheaper. As far as the other pieces of furniture we were told that they are now telling customers 10-12 weeks but our pieces could take 14 weeks explaining that they had no idea in August,in the middle of a pandemic, that it would take that long. Finally, after no solution to resolve the situation i.e. offering a discount or a different set they refunded our money.Basically shut up money. The district manager called me 24 hours after I was promised he would call me (lie number....I lost count) to basically tell me that there is nothing they can do to make the customer happy but refund the money and send them on their way. He told me someone would be out to pick up the one piece they did when I told him I needed an afternoon time because I work nights he told me he cant do that either. We got a call they would be there between 1-4 and they showed up at 1030am. The lying with this garbage company is endless. The moral of the story is covid will affect when you get what you pay for but not them getting paid. Do yourself a favor and order off amazon and hope and pray that lying, dishonest businesses like this go out of business.
Nice furniture, great service and very well displ.ayed. We recently had a new mattress and base delivered to our home. We had a little problem with the install and the delivery people were not able to do the job. I called my sales man and made him aware of the problem. He said that he gets done at 6:30 and will come by. We got the bed installed in no time. Without his help this would not have happened. His name is Kyle Jones and works at the Millville store on High St. I appreciate what he did for me because I recently had emergency surgery on my left hip and left knee replacement. I couldn't have got this done without Kyle

Every experience I’ve had a Ashley’s furniture has be a great one. One of the salesman Kyle has been wonderful with helping me and my girlfriend find beds coaches etc. Whenever we had a question or concern he was attentive and handled all problems. OMG!!! It has been a VERY long time since my husband and I have purchased a brand new bed. For 5 years we've been sleeping on a "not so comfy" bed, however we've been grateful to have had a bed to sleep on night after night. We originally had a plan to look at some of the mattresses and then leave to compare with other stores in the area. Needless to say, We didn’t make it to any of the other stores! Kyle was on point with EVERYTHING. From the moment we walked into the store he greeted us at the door. Asked us what we were interested in & just so happens he’s a mattress expert. Showed us some mattresses based on our preference and the rest was history. Kyle was awesome from start to finish with making sure We’d fall in love with every piece of our bed. Ashley in Millville has the worst manager I have ever seen, their floor staff is outstanding! However their back office is extremely unhelpful with anything that requires the least bit off effort. I litter after years of shopping with Ashley and spending at least 20k and switching to Rayomor and flannigan or using a non Millville Ashley store.
Ashley at the Millville store has been super helpful in my purchase! Moving in the middle of the pandemic has been a headache but she has made the transition seamless. Even in spite of hiccups with delivery, she went above and beyond in every aspect, maintained a heightened sense of professionalism and kindness. Shawn Torres and his trainee (I apologize but I didn’t get his name) did their best to help me understand the difference between the beds and which one would best fit me. I have to say those two gentlemen were very patient with me. I walked in there at 3:45pm and I didn’t leave until 5:30pm. I was so indecisive. I kept going back and forth between 2 beds and at the end I ended up picking the one Shawn suggested. He’s very knowledgeable and he listens and pays attention to detail. I bought a reclining sofa and reclining chair both oversized. It was a game changer! I feel energetic and well rested after sitting on my new furniture. Easy to get up, from sitting position. My back and knees feel much better with the addition of new furniture. The sales staff were polite, friendly, articulate and extremely helpful! The deliveryman were on time well mannered, quick and efficient. I was VERY pleased with Ashley Homestore. I would suggest anyone looking for well made, reasonably priced furniture, to start and end there!

Awesome selections, lots of variety, there was someone ready to help when you needed it. Love our new table set, power recliner set, and bed frame. Each item took a bit of time to be ready for pick up or delivery. Table set was ready in a few days but the recliner set took about 2-3 weeks for delivery. I definitely recommend. I fell in live with an Ashley manufactured entertainment center w/fireplace insert at Raymour and Flanigan. Waited too long and it was out of stock. Tried online through Ashley and found it was only available for instore purchase die to limited quantity. I took a shot in the dark and called the Millville store. Spoke with a very helpful employee by the name of Bianca. Millville did not have the unit, but after checking the computer, she identified a few store locations with floor models. Bianca called the other stores and found one in Northfield which is on my way to/from work! I spoke with Pam in yhe Northfield store who immediately placed a sold sticker on it and was waiting for me this morning to close the transaction. Kudos to both Bianca and Pam for taking those extra steps towards GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

My mother and I came in to look for a server for my dining room. We looked around and were greeted by Vincent, a great salesman and an old friend! I eventually found a clearance item that matched my dining table and bought it! My mother was suddenly shocked of the price of a coffee table and 2 side tables! We previously looked at furniture she was going to buy at Reymour and flanigan and she decided to cancel the order and buy from ashley furniture instead! Not only for the price difference but because of the variety of colors and that it matched her already bought tv stand a couple years ago. Ordered a bed at the store and was told it would be delivered the week of the 14th. The time passes and I call the store and they tell me its going to be at least another week before my order will be ready for delivery. I was very specific on when we needed the bed by and I was assured we would have it in time. Baloney, never again.

I caution anyone who buys from here they may not get a confirmation call and be charged a redelivery fee. If ur lucky, they may offer free re-delivery and all you have to do is reschedule your entire day to accommodate, but hey! Their doing you the favor. I strongly suggest going to the another Ashley&'s for purchases.

We are purchasing the Darcy sofa, loveseat and chair with ottoman from the Millville, NJ store. Our salesman, Vinnie, was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. We have been given a delivery date that meets our needs. We have been very pleased with our Ashley Home Store experience so far.

Received a flyer of the Memorial Day Sale and decided to go take a look for a new couch. We were greeted by Vincent. He was amazing. Told him what we wanted within a price range and he made it happen. Very knowledgeable of the inventory He went as far as moving an oversized ottamen from one display to another just because I wanted to see if the colors matched. They didn't. But he took the time to sort through pages on the website to find us one like we wanted and in the color we wanted. Very happy with the visit. Waiting for it to arrive on Saturday.
Today I had an amazing experience with Ashley HomeStore thanks to Vince Gazzara! After shopping around at different home stores I’m so happy we walked into Ashley and were greeted by Vince. Many of our past experiences were stressful and pressured into closing the sale. Vince greeted us in professional manor and allowed us to take our time walking around the store. Many sales associates follow you around the store and throw information at you. We were told to look around and let him know if we had any questions. After taking our time we were able to go to Vince with our questions. He was professional, respectable and super helpful. From the time I walked into the showroom I was greeted with a warm smile and curtious welcome. I was not buying that day but would come back after all my shopping was done. I came back about a week later and was greeted by a salesman with a southern accent, I apologize I don’t remember his name. He also was very helpful.michael Harrell overheard our conversation about dimensions I had to deal with and he quickly jumped in ( with permission) from the other salesperson. He was on point and knew exactly what I needed and wanted. Very knowledgeable and informative to me and my daughter. We were happy to give him the business and will be shopping again for a dining room set in the future! The store is great, and the service we received when purchasing was excellent. BUT, we had an issue with the products we received (not the same as what was displayed in store!) The store has not returned any phone calls, was told to speak to customer service and put in a claim. Customer service said it wasnt there issue and to take it up with the store. Extremely frustrated with this service, and for that reason we will not be purchasing there or recommending this store to anyone.

Very nice store big selection but couldn't beat the price of their competitor and it was their own brand furniture we're willing to match price but what good was that they should have beaten the price especially when they were offering free delivery no and send it to buy there for the same price that means their prices were higher than their competitor which was Raymour and Flanigan Outlet

I have this place a good review when I bought my furniture because the sales guy seemed to be ok. But all behold the truth when u need something to be repaired. I bought a dining table about 1500 dollars and the sales guy talked me into buying the insurance and I did, he also said that if I don't use it I would get a full refund. This is all false information because I'm trying to get a claim for my table and I'm getting the run around, so I said instead just refund my money for the insurance and now I'm told it's only store credit...an absolute joke, so now I'm very mad with this store and they expect me to buy something else? And to top it off I've been waiting for an answer for nearly 8 weeks only to find out the case has been closed and not a single person called me to inform me. Also the sales rep specified (because I was in the mikitary) put your claim in after your move is done and I listened to him only to be told the damages are sccumulated so it's not covered....thus place is a disgrace and I will nvr shop here again...

MELANIE was EXTREMELY helpful, informative n personable. I spent 2 hours looking. The time went by so very fast because MELANIE was SOOOO helpful. MELANIE quickly realized what I was looking for and directed me to MANY options. When I was done Melanie printed out specs on what I liked AND she printed off some additional possibilities from online. I LOVED her EXTRA suggestions.
