I bought 4 pieces of furniture (a couch, reclining chair and 2 end tables) 3 of 4 pieces of furniture had damage. End table was missing paint, delivery driver took it upon himself to use a black sharpie to fill in the spot, couch has a snag and recliner is missing a rubber foot. I was asked to forward pictures for proof. Weeks later they send some strange man to my home to “fix” these things. He spray painted the end table, cut the snag (which is now a hole) and did not have the rubber foot. When he was finished I told him I was not happy. My furniture is brand new, not a year old. It shouldn’t have needed any attention this soon. I was told someone would contact me, 3 weeks later I have yet to hear from anyone. The quality of this furniture is no different than big lots. Terrible experience with Ashley’s.

I bought $6,000 in furniture last week. This is almost only place I ever buy furniture for the last 10 years…Went yesterday to buy a table, paid $800 they said I had a discount from a warranty I never used of $59. They took off $59. They called today to say I owe them $59 even tho it was their mistake. I went there to tell them I was not paying and without a blink of an eye they gave me back the $800 and could care less. It’s not about the $59 it’s the principal. What poor customer service

I bought a sofa and loveseat and arranged for delivery three days later. Later that evening I got a call from Ashley saying because I paid with a check I would have to wait ten days for the check to clear and then arrange delivery. I told them to cancel the order and hold the check. When I got there they said they deposited it and I would have to wait to receive a refund check from corporate. The most disturbing thing is that I went to the bank and paid for a cashiers check so that it would clear immediately and I didn’t have to carry around that much cash. The manager is very unprofessional and rude and not to intelligent. My salesperson Kyle was amazing. Other than Kyle it is a nightmare. I am calling corporate on Monday to place a formal complaint. The money had better be returned immediately!!!!! They lost this sale and many in the future because of their so called policies. I can see waiting for a personal check to clear but definitely not a federally funded and insured cashiers check drawn off or and guaranteed by the bank and made out to them. Maybe I should have taken them up on the 0% down, 0% interest for five years and stiffed them. Then I would already have my furniture and not have to wait three weeks. Update, July 16, 2022. After returning to the store a week ago to insist they return my $3,207.39 that was given to them in a Cashiers Check a month ago ( Guaranteed money drawn off the bank rather than my private account.) Having the store manager lie to my face in front of everyone, calling the “cooperate number” she had given me on speaker phone only for her to tell me that’s not cooperate. (Excuse me, you hand wrote the number and handed it to me to call corporate???), and finally reaching the real corporate office, on speaker phone so she and everyone can here….and they are stunned and appalled by her ignorance and lies, they apologize and promise me a check to be cut that day and mailed out. And it was. Thank goodness!!! The manager at the Millville store is a joke. Not professional. A bald-faced liar. I have gone elsewhere and could not be happier!

I order my daughter furniture back in February they told me March then April. I been texting the sell person all they said we been tell may we are almost in June and still nothing let see what they tell me today when I call them
