I was in on Presidents' Day for an Ashley swivel chair for the sale. We hadn't measured yet and came back two days later and the price was increased by $200. The associate had spoke to the manager and had matched the price to the prior sale. They were very helpful and answered all questions and made our decision to shop with Ashley easier. Edlin was very helpful and answering any questions and making our purchase easier. Would recommend the store and her as an associate to help anytime coming in here.

I found a table for my living room on the Ashley website. After locating the Ashley Store nearest me, I went to look at the table. As soon as I stepped into the store, Ron Clark, an associate, greeted me and asked if I was looking for something in particular. He helped me find the table I was looking for in the showroom. After asking home for his business card and measuring the living room space for the table, I returned the next day and purchased the table from Ron because he had been personable and professional.

Not only was she knowledgeable about every piece I asked her about, but she was unconditionally patient and friendly. Her warm personality and welcoming demeanor extended beyond a customer and salesperson relationship. She was very respectful and allowed me the time to make my decision. I left Ashley's with intensions of being a returning customer and I must say that Ms. Wanda played a hugh part as a team member. Beyond Impressed 👍

We were looking for a new table and chairs for the kitchen. Wanda directed us around the store. See went over every detail explaining the quality of the table and chairs which we purchased. She was well informed, pleasant and professional. All and all, it was an excellent experience.

We needed a new couch that was spacious, reclined at both ends, comfortable, and looked nice. While browsing in the store, Elle greeted us and together with Wanda, helped us find the right fit at the right price. The delivery and installation took about a month but it was well done and on schedule. The only down side was that some of the couch options only came in 2 or so colors so there was less variety. I would definitely go back for more furniture.

Scott, the salesman was patient with me. I had other issues to take care of before ordering the couch that I liked, but it took two or three hours to do that and he just stood by and waited. Eddie. The manager was helpful too in trying to guide me in taking care of my other issue. When I went back for the couch after I got my issues taken care of they were both very helpful and kind.

The store is located on Rte 1 north but the entrance is inconvenient located via a weird jug handle turn off of main road. There is enough parking. The furniture collection is good. A lot of furniture is on display to choose from. And they have a huge touch screen for online store shopping. They have huge sign which says Clearance store - 75% off but no item was on sale for 75% off... kinda marketing gimmick.

Sonia was extremely helpful with our mattress purchase. She explained the difference between each and let us know which would be best for our teenage child.

Absolutely ridiculous with this location! I went Labor Day weekend to purchase a bed, a mattress and two chests. The mattress and bed was finally delivered almost 2 months later with no chest. When asked when the chest would be delivered, nobody could give me an answer. Still don’t know what’s up I don’t want the bed if I can’t get a full bedroom set. Stay clear of this location never had a problem with the one in Greenbrook. I have called for weeks can never get a manager or anyone on the phone. I even went there in person and manager was not in the store.

Very difficult to browse the store, you will get followed around. Sales person was nice but asked for number. I work nightshift and got a call during middle of day. Very annoying. I did not purchase anything. Do not give them your number. Update the salesperson continued to call to the point I had to block the number and even left messages.

I am very disappointed with Ashley Furniture. When I purchased my furniture, the sales representative clearly told me that pilling is covered under warranty. Now that my furniture has started pilling, Ashley refuses to honor the warranty, claiming that the fine print excludes it. This feels misleading and dishonest — selling one thing at the store and hiding behind small terms and conditions later. The furniture quality is poor, and the customer service is even worse. I feel cheated and will never purchase from Ashley Furniture again. I strongly do not recommend them. The lady name was Wanda who promised me the warranty.

I hate to write negative reviews, especially edit 5-star reviews (that the store representatives requested me to post), but I have to do this so you’re aware before you purchase anything from this store. You visit this store, and they make you feel that they’re great until you sign the purchase order. Yes, Wanda is great to talk to because she’s taking your money. However, once you leave the store, you’re doomed. (1) The store representatives put you on hold for hours when you call to make a change in your order (we had checked with the store rules and employees as we had mentioned we might want to make a change). The manager of the store makes you drive to the store to “re-sign the papers,” despite the accounting team later telling us that that change could have been done on call. Then, you have to call again because they made a glaring mistake in the revised bill amount and when you request to speak to the manager, the rude store representatives cancel the call on you. So, you drive again to the store to get that mistake corrected. (2) No delivery for more than 3 weeks. They don’t tell you that until you’re ready to sign. Then you wonder what choice do you have when you have just spent 2 hours deciding on the furniture. (3) When finally the furniture is delivered to you, you receive a defective chair. Absolutely incompetent offshore customer service team and rude corporate team to deal with. Be ready to be on call for 3-4 hours over multiple days, send emails with pictures and videos then receive no communication from them for days. When you call them again after 3 days for an update on your request, be prepared to be addressed by the rude corporate office employees who think they’re doing a favor to you just by taking your call. Now we wait for a technician to call us with “48 hours,” just so they can “set a date” for when they’ll come over and “inspect the chair,” not repair or replace it. Hence, after spending over $3000 at Ashley exactly a month ago, we still have defective furniture and lots of headache and stress just to get it fixed.

Terrible experience. I purchased a sofa set with them with the expectation of 2-4 week delivery time. They missed their delivery date and didn't contact me to give me a heads up. I contacted support 4 times now, each time they said someone would call me back within 24-72 hours (I never received any calls or emails from them.) Now the websites tracking status shows the ETA to be 3 months out from the date I ordered.

Sonia was AMAZING! She took her time explaining all of our options and the different fabrics available. Her kindness and patience truly made all the difference today. Eddy was also FABULOUS! He went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied not only with the product but also with the price. This is my first experience with Ashley’s furniture and I must say, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Very happy costumer!

Rob was very patient And helpful that being said, it seems like the store and warehouse where they deliver the furniture can't get it right, they've delivered the wrong pieces of furniture twice and if that's not bad enough when you call them they give you the run around or have you wait long enough on the phone that you just get frustrated enough hang up and then call again. Not good business and safe to say we won't be shopping there again and that's why I edited my review

UPDATE - I financed my purchase through Ashley’s third‑party no‑interest program and was charged a $99 annual fee. Ashley never notified me about this fee. I was unhappy with the couch and arranged to return it and exchange it for a different model. Ashley told me not to make any payments until I received the replacement, but they failed to notify the financing company. As a result, I was charged a late fee. I also had to pay a pickup fee to return the original couch that exceeded the cost of the initial delivery, and I was charged again for delivery of the replacement. I was fine with paying to have it picked up but should not have paid more than the delivery cost. I was brushed off when I expressed this frustration. The new couch is not worth the price as it is poorly manufactured. I’ve been couch-hunting for my apartment for weeks, and let me tell you, it was starting to feel like a nightmare that kept replaying every time I walked in a Furniture store. Just when I thought I'd never find "the one," Wanda, my fairy godmother of furniture, welcomed my friend and me at Ashley. She didn’t hover and pressure us but magically sensed when we were torn between two couches. After I explained my dream couch, she pulled up the Maggie on the “Wanda board” and found me the exact dream couch I had been searching for! I’ll definitely be back for a mattress and will ask for my fairy god mother of furniture! Wanda’s friendly and welcoming personality and sense of humor didn’t just make the experience but Wanda was the experience.

We had a pleasant experience at Ashley furniture. Sonia was super kind. Eddie also helped us with purchasing a mattress and gave us a great lecture. I wasn’t impressed with nommy, which I’m sure I spelled her name wrong, but she’s the lady behind the desk who put the paper work together after we made our purchase. She didn’t lift her head up to acknowledge us or cracked a smile for the first few minutes while helping us. She kept her head down while talking to us to point where I couldn’t understand what she was saying. Poor customer service on her part, but will shop again because of Sonia and Eddy.

I am so disappointed in Ashley furniture! I was willing to settle for a set i didn’t love because of how nice the salespeople were and the set i saw online wasn’t on display at this location but after traveling to another store to see the first set i decided to go with my original choice. Delivery was 3 weeks- not great but it is what it is. Then they deliver the wrong color so it has to go back. When you call customer service to get them to send the right furniture they tell you they can not even touch the “ticket” until the warehouse scans back in the furniture you refused which can and did take 3 days Stupid procedure. You can easily verify with the delivery team that the furniture wasn’t delivered. By the time they were willing to correct their mistake it was after the Labor day weekend and they sold out of the set i bought! People that bought it after me got it cheaper and faster than i did. Then when it gets scheduled for delivery the second time they told me the 16th so i took off from work to be home and the day before i called because i hadn’t heard anything and they pushed the date back without telling me.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this store regarding my outdoor patio furniture order. During the purchase, I was informed that one piece was out of stock but that store manager Eddie would call me within three days to confirm the situation. If the piece was indeed unavailable, I could cancel the order, which I agreed to after placing a deposit. Unfortunately, I never received a call from Eddie. After waiting without communication, I decided to shop elsewhere. When I called to cancel my order today, I was informed that I needed to visit the store in person. Upon arriving, Eddie's behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. It was a frustrating experience, and I left feeling disheartened.I believe that even the best stores can have occasional issues, but the way customers are treated is crucial. I sincerely hope Eddie receives proper training on customer service, as his current approach is disrespectful. I would not recommend this store based on my experience.

My experience with Ashley’s in New Brunswick started out well but ended up leaving me with a bad taste in my mouth and after today, I will never shop there again. I went to Ashley’s in March and ordered living room and bedroom furniture. I gave the sales rep my budget and he kept telling me not to worry about everything on the store was 30% off. When I finished picking my order, he worked up my price that came out just a few hundred over my budget. I figured no problem. I loved what I picked. However, when I went up to pay, I was informed the total was $3k higher and the sales guy made a mistake. I should have cancelled the order but I went ahead and gave them the difference between my budget and the cash due. After about 2 weeks with no furniture and no call as to when I would receive my furniture, I was told that the base of the bed wouldn’t be available until May. They were holding ALL of my furniture until the base of the bed came in. They agreed to shop the rest of my furniture early. Now, my sales rep sold me on an adjustable bed. I was told by the manager and the store manager that the bed I picked would work with that mattress. Today, the headboard and base were delivered. Can you guess? The footboard with storage doesn’t fit. The delivery company would not take it back and I m now sitting here with a footboard and two drawers I cannot do anything with. Found out that the headboard is also loose. I am so infuriated with this place I don’t know what to do. I was told not to go there, but I didn’t listen. I will listen the next time someone says they have heard bad things about a place.

We ended up going back to Ashley to seal the deal on the original mattress we liked. I really wanted to love this place after furnishing my entire home through them, but the experience has been exhausting. My furniture arrived damaged, and instead of replacing anything, they just sent me parts—now I’m stuck waiting for a call to schedule someone to come fix it. As if moving into a new home isn’t enough, now I have to chase them just to get things repaired. I also bought a floor model bench for my dining room and was told several times it would be delivered with everything else. It wasn’t. And no one seems to know where it is or what’s going on with it. To top it off, they delivered two different-height twin box springs for my king bed. I had to refuse the delivery and go through the hassle of getting the right ones. The last straw was when I called to get help, and the office manager hung up on me mid-call because she “had another customer.” I spent thousands here and expected better. Disorganized, unprofessional, and completely disappointing. I would not recommend shopping here. Once they get your money, you’re on your own.

This store is a joke, they will rip you off. I am so disappointed in the service. I would highly suggest you stay clear of this location as they are all separately owned and operated.

If I could leave negative stars I would. The only good thing about this experience was our salesperson Khoury. We bought two complete living room sets. The first time they were delivered it was the wrong configuration. We spoke to a female manager who assured us it would be corrected. Then we discovered that it hadn’t been reordered for 10 days. Then today it was only delivered in part, and then they tell me that they can’t deliver the missing piece or even tell me when it will be delivered. The management has been horrible and I have gone through three separate managers and have had no resolution still. They don’t return calls, don’t answer the phone in the store and the person who spoke with me today told me “the manager isn’t going to speak to you” and never received the promised return call. Stay far away. The furniture may be nice, but don’t expect to actually be able to get it in even remotely a timely fashion. Updated to add that it’s a week later and I still haven’t received a single return phone call despite being promised one days ago by Eddie, who is allegedly a manager. Calls to customer service net zero results or information. Still don’t have my furniture or a delivery date. Next step is a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.

I am disappointed to write this review about the delivery of my furniture today and poor customer service today after having such a great purchasing experience with Tom and Wanda. The matteress we purcased is defective. It was a challege connectig with an associate from the New Brunswick store. When my husband finally received a call back, he was told he would be contacted in 24-72 hours. In the evening, I called again, hoping to resolve the situation. I requested to speak with someone in charge, specifically a manager from the mattress department. The associate I spoke with informed me that they were busy with other customers. I politely reminded her that I, too, am a customer, and I insisted on speaking with a manager. Instead of offering a solution or even an estimated time frame for a manager to become available, the associate simply told me that she would inform the manager that I called, and that the manager would get back to me if they had time. This level of service is completely unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect timely and professional assistance, especially when dealing with defective products. To be treated with such disregard and to be told that my issue would only be addressed "if the manager had time" is beyond comprehension. At this point, I am left frustrated and without any resolution to my problem. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from Ashley Furniture to be aware of their poor customer service, especially when dealing with issues related to defective products.

I came into the North Brunswick store with concerns about the damage sofa she took care of us so well. I was never coming back to Ashley but that’s not so true now. Where do I even begin. What an awful experience that I don't know if my review will be sufficient in explaining the horrible experience I had not only with this individual store but the entire customer service experience. We purchased a bed in-store to be delivered to a condo - we specifically asked the salesperson AND the manager in the store if they can deliver it on a weekend, because our schedule doesn't allow us to be there any other time. They reassured us they can make it happen. So we paid. About a week later customer service called telling us they were ready to schedule our delivery for a WEDNESDAY. That obviously wasn't going to work so we asked if they can check with their dispatch to work with us to delivery it later in the week. They called back and said no. So we asked if they can cancel the order. They said we would have to go to the STORE to cancel the order. Huh? So we succumbed and said ok, we will go to the store to cancel. In the meantime, we asked they please cancel the delivery. Then a manager called me (I think his name was Matt) from the store and said they can cancel the order but we would need to come into the store in order for them to send us a refund check. While on the phone he mentioned a cancellation fee we would have to pay and I wasn't happy about that. Once he heard I wasn't happy he said "If you listen dear, we will waive the cancellation fee." I felt that was completely rude after already spending about an hour in total on the phone with them to CANCEL AN ORDER. So we canceled it...or so we thought. The next week (on Monday), we got a notification that the delivery was happened on Wednesday. What?!?! We canceled. So another HOUR of phone calls, being left on hold, being hung up on by the store associates, we are now expecting (hopefully) to receive a check in the mail in 2-4 weeks for our refund WHICH has a cancellation fee taken out of $135. Despite the problem of falsely promised delivery dates being given to us by the store, we STILL have to pay this dumb fee for a mistake we didn't even make. WE ARE SO TIRED OF TRYING TO GET THIS FIXED - that we are not even going to keep trying to get this fee waived. That's how horrible this experience has been. Instead, we're sharing our story in hopes that someone else can spare themselves from dealing with this awful customer service and store.

Want to thank Nore & Wanda for helping us get our bed set. We are soo excited for our new bed and giving us such a great deal. Thank you so much ladies!!!

Beautiful store with very helpful and friendly sales associates. I was considering a large piece of art and the salesman lent me his measuring tape so I could see if it would fit in my vehicle before buying. I wasn’t sure just by the measurements, so before I made purchases, he went above and beyond by bringing it out to my car to see if it could be squeezed in. SO helpful. Also their non-furniture clearance was incredibly well priced. Art and mirrors were $40 each, with many different styles/sizes, and accessories were $10 each. The art in the photo was 4’ x 4’ - still just $40.

Today we arrived at your store in North Brunswick to look at mattresses. Your staff of Sonia and Ed were so helpful, polite and courteous. Their professionalism was incredible. Absolutely horrible service. I was promised delivery in 3 weeks. Its been 4 months and counting. I tried cancelling the order and they said they cannot cancel. I told them i will refuse delivery and not pay. Worst company to shop from hands down.

We bought a new house for which we bought considerable furniture from Ashley, North Brunswick. Last weekend, we returned to the showroom with a minor issue concerning the sofas. Had the most unpleasant experience with Wanda, the store manager. As soon as my husband registered the complaint, she entirely turned it into an overbearing one-way monologue. Every time I tried to open my mouth to say something, she invariably talked over me. Happened 4 times. By the end of it, I no longer cared about the issue with the sofas. I gave her the feedback that as the manager, the least she could do is to LISTEN to the customer. To which she said, "My job is to talk!" Left me appalled. Her conduct throughout reeked of arrogance and inconsiderate high-handedness simply because she is in the seat of decision-making and authority. We went there with very genuine intentions, not in the least looking for an exchange, return or reimbursement. But the TREATMENT was downright nasty, disrespectful and unprofessional. Not fair, not acceptable.

Somewhat decent collection but priced too high and takes a long time to give customer the total price. Do enquire details clearly as they keep adding up. Delivery cost is incredibly high.

Walked in to browse clearance and left with a Tempurpedic mattress! As my wife and I told Store Manager Eddie, we’ve bought a lot of mattresses during 40 years of marriage, and we’ve NEVER received such a thorough education on what we needed to help our sleep and back issues. Thank you Eddie for your professionalism, courtesy, and respect for us, our time, and our investment!

Absolute horrible store manager, lying salesman. Manager share no accountability and doesn't let customers talk at all. We informed how salesman misquoted about returns , the manager agrees that salesman lie and emphasizes that's its not Managers responsibility if salesman lie!! Who says that?? They lied about return policy and of everything they are being very rude. No wonder this place going to ruins over years, horrible staff for sure!

Awful customer service. Unfortunately ordered bedroom set from this location, after waiting for a month, delivered with missing parts. Called customer service to get them, they said 2 to 6weeks, and it might take2 months to fix it. I do not have place to sleep since the bed is occupied without fixing, now my guests are sleeping on the floor, very inconvenient situation. Customer service pathetic and terrible. I asked them to give floor sample parts, they denied. I do not recommend this place at all. Worst service ever seen.

What was suppose to be Nov15'24 is now moved to Nov29'24 without any notice in email or SMS, we took a new Creditcard for this at the store too, with the part of the amount paid already and posted to our CC. Am surprised at this digital age there is such a poor communication maintained and the will not to keep the customer trust.

The sales team was great. But their deliveey team sucks. They went to the wrong address, called me to confirm my address, and still did not show up that day. They lied on me to the store and told them I gave them the wrong address. When the driver called me and asked me to text them the correct address. Which I did. And they still did not show up! Then the next delivery time was not compatible with my schedule. I needed my purchase that day and their awful delivery team caused me to lose out on a good deal for my bed. The only way I would order from them again is if they have a competent and reliable delivery team.

I purchased a new bedroom set from Ashley’s. I was helped by a women named Lynette. She was courteous and very helpful. We were able to purchase the set we really wanted.The price and quality of the furniture was well worth it. With a lot of furniture stores no longer in business, I think we have found our new go to store. Thanks Again.

Worst experience…. I bought items with a date committed to get them delivered. When I call them on delivery date, they just plainly refused saying the order has partially are arrived and ot would take a month more to deliver. While purchasing it was committed to 6 weeks and later it was extended to 12 weeks standard delay. Its very unprofessional

Unprofessional. Bought a sectional and agreed on a price I was ready to take. Turns out they didn’t put all the pieces that I needed on the invoice - so I ended up paying full price for an incomplete sectional. Found that out when they tried to schedule delivery. When I called, they said the store will call me back. Haven’t heard from them since, can’t reach anyone over the phone either. Avoid Enrique at all cost. Nicest scammer I’ve ever dealt with. A great comfortable shopping experience

I was at Ashley's this morning with my wife. Enrique A. was our sales person this morning when we purchased a sofa. He was truly outstanding. To find a salesperson who strikes a great balance between being friendly and personable, one who spends time with you and is available, and yet at the same time gives you space to check things out on your own, and discuss things between ourselves, is really unusual. A young man with a beautiful West African accent (I was jealous with my New Joisey accent) he was professional and a great pleasure to work with. The place is nicely displayed and their were lots of choices, and I think we got a really great price to boot.

This place is an absolute joke, and maybe Ashley's in general. The sales team/staff, I have no words lol, they are unprofessional, do not seem up for the job or sharp, and purely incompetent, let's just say it that simply. They lie a lot and will use any sleezy tactic to come off as nice to you and sell. The manager isn't better and literally walks around with a cigarette in hand, and not the most accommodating. Try to call them on the phone, after you finally manage to get a hold of them after talking to like 4 other people, and their call always just disconnects and they never call back. Had to go in person like 5 times just to get a hold of them. Had to wait longer and longer for a dining table I ordered, to find the chairs may not even come, rescheduled it, decided to just buy a floor sample, said a delivery would be within a few days, just to have it be later when scheduling it, just for them to cancel and not even be able to deliver it that day, yes the floor sample that you could literally see in the store. Went to the store to find they hadn't even touched it or tried, and at last had to literally pick it up myself and assemble at home.

So. I’m not a person to be mad over stuff but this was 3 weeks of run around that was pure hell. Alyssa was so nice when we first came in, went back and fourth with our issues, and was so informative! As soon as this order was placed? GHOSTED. no information, no times, calls to corporate instead of the store was the only way to get answers. incorrect times told to us, incorrect shipping information, and a bunch of hell. Was ready to leave a solid 6 reviews from everyone in the house for being so happy, that all went down the drain really fast. Won’t be coming back to this location sadly. Wish the end half went better, the buying process was nice, horrible communication.

update: store manager promised me refund, hence I am updating rating. I will update further if I get full refund. Very unprofessional store. They forced me to pay for furniture which was not ready to buy before my wife see it with assurance that I can cancel anytime and get full refund before it gets delivered. Later they refused to cancel the order and didn't refund me anything. They didn't even deliver it.. no less than an scam. I am trying to resolve it with them and if they will - I will update my review accordingly Update : they refund me full without further difficulties in dealing on this.

Horrible 1st time experience. They are unprofessional and quick to take your money but give you a run around when it comes to delivery or an exchange. I will never shop at this place ever again. Thank you Param Singh for actually taking the initiative to help me and getting me a delivery date after 16 days of waiting. Sal and Jay should do a better job with confirming the delivery date when taking the payment.

HORRIBLE. Alyssa made a fraudulent sale to me and lied about it. Asked in store 10x if they deliver to my address and she said yes yes yes. After a month of waiting to schedule delivery, learned they never ever deliver to my address. Manager Sal is a class A jerk. Do not buy from these people. Inept fraudsters with sham customer service.

I went into the store just to look and saw a sectional I liked. Alyssa greeted my daughter and I and was very friendly and helpful. When I showed interest in purchasing the sectional, she took us to the back and was very helpful and told us "I got you" and said would do anything to help us get the sectional. I told her what my budget was which was $83 a month interest-free and, she assured us that's the deal I would get. She involved her manager, Mike, who called 2 people to assure us we can get the no interest for 12 months. When it came to check my credit she and the manager, Mike, assured us no matter what it was, they'd help us to get approved. After the approval process, and when it was time to finalize deal, Sal DiGiovanni reviewed the contract and told us we'd have to pay $253 + interest on biweekly basis until it was paid off. It went from Alyssa and MIke assuring us we'd be paying $83 interest-free for 12 months to $253 biweekly. I immediately told Sal I am not interested and he canceled the contract. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Ashley Furniture in North Brunswick. I DO want to Thank Sal for being honest with us. Wasted almost 2 hours of a beautiful Saturday at this store.

I am very disappointed in this store currently—I purchased a new bed set in December of 2023. Two days ago the bed completely collapsed for no apparent reason. It started with two posts under the bed and now every post has collapsed. When I called for customer service, the person at the store forgot to put in a service ticket the first time. The second time I called, I got told I would receive a call back within 3-4 hours. I didn’t. I called the store back and was then told I would receive a call after they review the photos in 7-10 DAYS. I currently do not have a bed to sleep on. The customer service representative was less than helpful. The bed is only three months old. My friend got service from raymour and flanigan for two small parts within a day. I am so disappointed by this customer service.

Gave this Ashley franchise store more than 2 weeks to sort the delivery mixup and to get an ETA on delivery of their own mattress brand that they had recommended. I guess once you make the payment you are nothing but a sitting duck ! What was a good experience initially has turned to become a massive disappointment ! I regret getting furniture from this store now ! Very Sad !!

We went to buy furniture for our new home without any idea on what to buy. The sales person Humara was a great help. She not only helped us in finding a good furniture for good price but her polite nature and her expertise was awesome. You rock Humara😊. I ordered a sofa in November and while placing the order I had a good customer service and they promised me to deliver by first week of December. Later the order was delayed and each time when I called the delivery date was pushed and I am still waiting for the order to be delivered. I understand with all the holiday season and orders but the lady who called me over the phone regarding my order was very rude and not polite. You cannot disrespect someone after you placed the order. I highly encourage the management to look into this.

Do not buy furniture here. The furniture is decent but I spent 5k on couches here and the ottoman had a defect that surfaced after about 8 months( it literally started to cave in middle and turned into a bowl) and when I called they told me they could not replace it. On the other couch the leg was not put on properly and they wouldn't fix that either but I was able to fix myself. Lastly it is near impossible to get their customer service and store on the same page. The service is just awful so I will never buy furniture here again.

Everything they sell is of a low and cheapest quality. We bought a dining table, china, matress and a bed paying big bucks and unfortunately nothing lasted long. Cheapest quality any store can sell. Don’t waste your money and time by buying anything here

I'm currently walking through the store and have been for about 25 minutes now not one hello, do you need any help?, are you interested in anything particular? NOTHING.... I came in and priced the Altari about a month ago and waited for the black friday special and was greeted with smiles and helped immediately. A short statured guy with glasses walked right past us (he was helping other customers) not a smile I'll be with you shortly or anything. We may have been invisible... another lady with black straight hair sat at the main desk did not move a muscle.. Well I guess I'm on a hunt to another location or possible another retailer for my sofa to remodel my new place... Happy holidays!

By way of update, furniture delivered and waiting for response from the manager on issues relative to mattress sizing and issues regarding same. Day 2 and still waiting. Left a message last week and did not receive a call back. Rather I had to go into the store to get a response. Not good customer service at all. Wanda and James were friendly and helpful. Would recommend them.

Poor and rude attitude by the Manager. He also had just smoked and came to interact unnecessarily. We had very similar experience as few others mentioned in their reviews. Sales representative had a good attitude with us but Manager unnecessarily tried to interject and showed disrespectful behavior as if he thought that we didn't have intentions to buy and his staff is wasting time with us. We just bought a new home and require tons of furnitures, next went to Raymour (still amazed with what we experienced there!) and booked $10K+ order. Also, I have no opinions on anybody smoking, but shared here only because it made my wife very uncomfortable, and I personally never experienced any customer-facing store staff to have just smoked & interact with customers.
