purchased a floor model BR set, beautiful set and delivery was scheduled fairly quickly (only after I called multiple times after I hadn't heard back. when deliver was scheduled, somehow thy couldn't find the mattress (Red flag #1) I ordered so, beautiful BR set but useless because we didn't have a mattress, and, the delivery driver noted that they had the incorrect size mattress (red flag #2) . Finally straightened that part out, was promised delivery of the mattress the next day....was assured at least 5 times that it would be on the truck and delivered the next day although they couldn't give me a delivery time window (red flag #3). When I called in the morning, they said it was on the schedule but couldn't give me a time (red flag #4) - to call back later. Called in the afternoon, only to find out, it never made it onto the truck...again, beautiful BR set, but useless without my mattress! Now waiting on a call back from the manager of the store - someone needs to be held accountable and compensation needs to be made - seems like no one knows what is going on! absolutely horrible - not a happy customer! Moral of the story, check, double check, triple check - and then check again and again! Update to red flag #2, they delivered the mattress, after they left, I measured the mattress and it is a full and NOT a Queen! Waiting now for them to come take this away and get the right one to me!

This is a limited review because my sister-in-law did most of the scouting for this purchase, but the salesperson was very helpful. Only reason this isn’t 5 stars is the last minute mattress cover offer, would rather have had that presented early so we could research it.

I was at a nearby furniture store when she called me and offered me an excellent discount. I returned immediately and bought the furniture that I had chosen. Customer service was great. They go above and beyond. Came in looking for a specific set that they didn’t have on the floor but happened to have in the back warehouse for future display. Sara Appell offered to open the piece and show it to us anyway. They opened the boxes and brought the nights stand out on a dolly and even let us come in the back to view the large dresser. We wound up buying the set! Great service. Definitely recommend.

Ashley furniture is conveniently located near the Tilton Inn Movie theater. There is plenty of parking. Good place for handicapped or wheelchair accessible people. They have what I would call a large selection of furniture available, with some very nice pieces and bedroom sets. I didn't feel pressured, or intimidated, it was a very relaxing atmosphere. I like Ashley furniture, and when they have sales you can really get some good bargains. I would recommend Ashley Furniture, Even if you're just pricing things out.

Terrible customer service. I have been trying to get a manager to call me for days now. We bought a chest and a rolled up mattress for our house that has a very small stairway. The salesman ensured us that if the chest did not fit up the stairs, they will take it back and refund us for the chest. Of course now I haven’t received a credit on my credit card and no one will call me back. According to the receptionist, there’s a store credit. I do not want a store credit with all the issues I had getting my furniture delivered. I’m never buying anything from Ashley again, so what good does the store credit do me

Where do I start? We were told by Matt a manager who is now "fired" that we'd get 500$ reimbursement if we didn't use the warranty for 5 years. Fast forward to this weekend we went to use it and they told us they only do the amount you paid for it. While checking out our total came to $1800 and it should have been minus $279. They wanted me to sign it showing that I am financing $1800. I said I am not comfortable with that because that's untrue. Well, this "lady" Kelly who never introduced herself butted into the convo snarky as ever to "tell me the policy". She wasn't involved in the sale I don't even know why she butted in. I found it very rude the way she butted in and came off. And I was trying to explain to her that I didn't want to sign something or go off of their word because of our previous issue with that and that I wanted something stating, in writing, that we would be reimbursed the 279 ,however it worked, and she mumbled under her breath after that. I was very close to the ending the sale and taking my business elsewhere. We buy all of our furniture from you guys and I am HIGHLY disappointed.

Please don't buy nothing at Ashley furniture store it's value city furniture u get a warranty to replace ur items just incase. And when the service person comes out all he wants to do is talk about wat him ^ his has never says anything about the problem. He put a wood piece on a broken wood piece wth. Now om calling because it broken again they telling me my warranty doesn't cover my foundation. When I got it never told me I had to get separated warranty never heard of that. Sylvester was rude act if he know what transpired at my home argued me down until he read the notes never again

2/4/23, after 5 p.m. I went to Ashley’s to look for a new sofa and check out twin size bed frames. I was in the store 40-50 mins and not a single sales associate spoke to me or acknowledged my presence. As I was getting ready to leave I notice a couple of a lighter complexion came in and within five mins of them being in the store not one but TWO sales associates greeted them and offered to assist them. Don’t think I’ll be purchasing from that location.

Eugene (Gino) was amazing. He was so patient and helpful. He was truly a pleasure. When it came to check out the representatives were so negative and honestly rude. Instead of spending $10k we only spent close to $3k and that was honestly just for Gino. We were ready to walk out and try somewhere else. I’m really undecided if we will return to this store. Solely because of their customer service. I work in customer service and I would never make our customers feel how they did us. It’s a shame. You’d think spending that much money people would be a little more kinder but that wasn’t the case.
Very push sales staff. The store itself is perfectly nice and has a decent selection, but the sales staff would not leave us alone. We just wanted to spend some time privately browsing but the same woman came over three separate times within ten minutes to try and push specific items on us. Every time we told her "We're just looking for now but we'll come find you if we have any questions." I finally left the store because it was such a hassle to just try and look at their selection and decide what I wanted to buy for my home.

I'm not one to waste my time leaving a negative review, but here I am, unable to help myself due to such an overwhelmingly poor experience. I'm not surprised to see such a low rating and my experience echos the other 1 star reviews.My fiancée and I knew we could order a table off of Amazon and have it in a couple days, but we were gifted some cash and wanted to spend it at a local store and still hopefully get the product within a week or two.First issue, price in store was MUCH more expensive than on the website -- excuse was that each store sets their own prices. After far too much hassle, they worked with us to bring the price down a little since we were paying cash. We were told we'd get a call from a manager to finalize our order the next day. We never received a call. So my fiancée called 2 days later. Our order had not been finalized. So here were are, delayed. Eagerly waited for the call that our table was in which never came. We had a tragic passing in the family on Friday, so calling Ashley HomeStore to check in just wasn't on our minds. Sunday night rolls around and my fiancée realizes we've not heard from them and gives them a call. Spoke with Matt (a manager). Matt says our table will be in 12/12 and we'll get a call. Monday night comes with no call, fiancée reaches out to them AGAIN. A female manager says it will be in 12/13 and someone WILL call us tomorrow to let us know it's in. Well, Tuesday (12/13) came and went. No call. Once again, bless his patients, my fiancée calls again on 12/14. A very nice lady named Tammy talks my fiancée off the cliff and says she's sorry but her computer says our table is NOT in but says it's guaranteed to be delivered 12/15. Unfortunately for them, my angry grieving self could not just accept this and it was now my turn to call. Kristen (a manager) did her best to "I'm sorry" her way past my frustrations however, we ended on that I am canceling this order and would like to pick up my cash refund the following day. She said that when I come into the store tomorrow (a 40 minute drive) a cashier could help me with that. After a 40 minute drive there, I find out that they do not give cash refunds on a cash payment and they will be mailing a check. They don't even keep cash at the store. Now tonight, we've received our first returned phone call! Our buddy Matt, calls to tell me the order is canceled and check is on the way. I express to Matt the poor experience we had with examples, but Matt defaults back to "order is canceled and check is on the way." I find it hard to believe that when the ball is dropped with one simple order, that more customers aren't dealing with this headache as well, maybe this could be a learning experience! Matt couldn't have brushed me off, said all the "manager things" and got me off the phone faster. They don't care, they don't pay attention, they don't communicate, they throw our arbitrary dates then gaslight you saying "oh well we don't even XYZ so I don't know why they would have said that." So now we're waiting 10 BUSINESS DAYS for a check from cooperate (but each store sets their own price...but refunds come from cooperate?) after we paid CASH. Will absolutely never buy from any Ashley store again. Can't recommend, even if you're desperate.

This place has been a nightmare to deal with. When they took our money 30 days ago everyone was happy. We have had NO GOOD results with them at all. Damaged and broken furniture was sent to our home, we didn't see this at first until we opened the table up. The problem I believe is they don't want to pay to replace the item. Their tech was sent out a week ago and clearly said that the item could not be fixed it had to be replaced, poor communication from the store, and still waiting for our item to be replaced after a week, and no one has any information that makes sense when you call. I have never experienced anything like this before. Wayfair and Raymour and Flanigan hands down are better stores to shop from. I wished I had listened to my instinct and not shopped from this store at all but no.. we listened to my mother-in-law, it's not her fault but we should have seen the signs when she had to return her furniture 3 times. My suggestion is to save your money and shop at a real furniture store, you will thank me later.WHAT A NIGHTMARE THESE STORES HAVE BEEN!!!!

I've been waiting for my delivery since March 22, 2022. I was given a date in early June. I understand that ships are stuck with merchandise, but I have called several times and no one is responding. I was told that I could actually get the piece of furniture from the showroom. I was told that I would get a call with a delivery date on June 16th. No reply. Very disappointed!
What a joke store. Manager and sales person swear it will be delayed by promised date. 2 time lies. And told me wait 6weeks again. Now I will have house without furnitures. DO NOT Believe these crowns.
From the moment I walked in I was treated not only with respect but a feeling of warmth and comfort. Franklin was fantastic not pushy giving me honest opinions and truly helped me make decisions. Upon checking out, again, I was greeted and treated like family from a wonderful woman whose name I unfortunately did not get. But she was from Brooklyn and she was honestly so completely organized and efficient but maintained the warm and friendly demeanor that Franklin had begun. The transition was flawless from sales to service with Franklin helping alone the way. I would highly recommended this place with my whole heart.

Sara was very nice! Not super pushy like you get at other places but she did check on us occasionally. A bit annoying that they don’t want to give you the advertised price on the Ashley furniture website because the website may not offer free shipping like they were in store today. They were saying that’s the corporate site not the same as the store. Corporate shouldn’t be willing to advertise at that price if the stores aren’t willing to easily match it. They did eventually match it but it shouldn’t have had to be a discussion. So all is good.
I came in searching for a much overdue bedroom set and matresses, Franklin was my sales associate and he was amazing!! Very patient, gave me time to look around and offered information on the products I was looking for. He answered all my questions patiently and was super helpful!!!! Best sales rep I've enclosed in a long time!! Zero pressure, just allowed to do my thing then make my purchase. He was super awesome!
when it comes to selling, you will be sold the world, but the second you aren't happy with the Delivery, good Luck getting your money back or support from the store. we had ordered a couch from the store, once it delivered 2 months later, we weren't happy with it. they charged us a $500 restocking/delivery fee, which was fine, but then never gave inputs to when it would be picked up. I had to call the store about 16 times to get some proper answer. DONT LEAVE A MESSAGE for the manager as its useless and will never get a callback. 10 days later, my full amount for the couch and the refund money is held by them.

The Ashley store in Northfield, NJ is spacious with lots of furniture choices. Our sales person, Frank, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful! The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is we'd prefer if the sofa we're interested in was offered in a color other than cream or brown -- maybe a gray or navy blue?

I have been waiting for my furniture since August 2021 and Today is March 7, 2022. They keep saying Things about Covid Protocals but that has nothing to do with my 7-month wait.
My husband and I are were in the store for quite some time trying couches. No one said a single word to us, not even hello. We probably would have bought something but I'm not seeking a person out to spend $2000 plus. We took out business elsewhere.

I went to Ashley Furniture Gallery there were 5 salespeople standing around, none them acknowledged the fact that I was there; but did acknowledge the couple that came in behind me. I went to the sleep room and got the mattress protector and nobody ask if I needed help. I will never go there again. Sad that my money doesn’t matter!!

Delivery day and time was fine but kitchen set my son received was not the set he saw on the store floor and ordered. Notified the store right away. That was 5 days ago. NO word since. Very disappointed with this store.

For the love of God ,RUN as far away from the store as possible! I should've canceled it but it would've cost me over $1000 for a restock fee. Almost $4500 paid for my bedding and to take two boxsprings and a king mattress away and I had a hard time getting them to do that even do that though it was written on the order! Please, go someplace else these people are not worth the hassle and their customer service it's just as bad never ever ever will I buy anything from this place ever again Ashley furniture is the worst mistake you could ever make buying from them!

Todd was extremely helpful and informative in the process of choosing the best sectional for my living room. The prices are very competitive compared to other furniture stores.
I bought a sectional from them Feb of 2020 and the cushions already are flat and feel like I'm sitting low to the ground and not high up when I first bought it...very disappointed in the quality of this furniture for the price I pd for it....plus it does not clean very well at all either another disappointment.... I bought the Amici 3 Piece Sectional I do not recommend it.....I don't think I will go back and buy from Ashley again....I did call them and got I'm sorry furniture isn't like our grandma's furniture anymore....when I asked about the cushions I was told I would have to pay for the new cushions.....

My sales associate Shaina was great and worked with me the best she could through my not so satisfactory experience. Computer glitches causing me to lose furniture, causing me to be inconvenienced and looking for new furniture which was not in, a manager who was not helpful at all and never contacted me once he said he would take care of it personally, and when I went in for the last time to work a deal or cancel the order it was still impossible. Hours of phone conversations with Shaina to try to help me resolve the issues with no help from her manager, multiple visits to the store spending hours there and finally at the end we finally came to some sort of solution. It was unnecessary stress and work that could have been avoided if the management truly cared about his customers and his store, regardless of how big or small an order was.
Absolute great experience! Sara Appell was our sales associate and welcomed us as we arrived. She was attentive and knowledgeable with all our questions. She never once pressured us to purchase anything. We left and returned the next day after thinking about all the choices and finalized everything in a quick and timely fashion. I highly recommend both the store and Sara to anyone in the market for furniture!

I ordered a table and after a month of waiting for it, found out the wrong table was ordered. They wouldn't honor the price for the table we wanted and didn't even try to make it right. I will never shop there again.

Went to buy a mattress today...had Caitlyn as a sales lady!! Absolutely amazing did her job perfect...go to buy the mattress with our store card. Mike the manager decides to add all these different finance terms and long story short the signs that were posted stated 60 month finance never clearly stated had to buy both box frame and top mattress...already charged us for taxes on another card so obviously to late to back out...stuck in a 30 month finance that in the end was never clearly stated in the sign!! To many hidden finances dude mike was not helpful and very rude not only to us but his employees!!

Awful experience all the way around. Would give zero stars if possible. Ordered a desk on 1/6/21. Arrived damaged. Spoke with customer service on 1/22 provided pictures as requested. Told will be contacted within 72 hours for an exchange. Five days later I contacted them. Was told person didn’t process it correctly so they will process exchange. Had to mail desk back before they would send new one. Complied with all instructions. Tracked package back. They got it 1/28/21. Still no desk for me. No email. No notice new desk shipped. Nothing. Called today 2/2/21. Spent over 2 hours on the phone and countless Reps. Was told they hadn’t processed it correctly for an exchange and would do it now. Then they decided to tell me today they canceled my order, did a credit on my charge and told me if you want it go online and buy it again! You have got to be kidding me. A month later and so much aggravation- no thanks! I will spend my money elsewhere. I will never shop at Ashley furniture again.
These sales people will say anything to get you to buy without any repercussions. We bought a sofa here and it is very nice. When I asked about the procedure for cleaning this sofa I was told "it will come with a cleaning kit"... It did not 🙄 (I blame myself for believing this tbh). What's worse is when I tried calling the store initially they would always hang up on me. After several days of trying to find some info on cleaning this material I finally got a hold of a customer rep who was able to locate my account but could not help me find any info on the recommended cleaning products and etc. I get this it's not a huge deal, but for the sales person to literally lie to me and then customer rep not even able to help on such simple matter is definitely worth a negative review.

Let me share my Bad experience with Ashley HomeStore. I have been customer for the past 17 years and I just purchased a new house and I decided to order my furniture for my new house from them and they told me it will take 4 to 6 weeks for everything to arrive and it ended been 3 months. Finally the order arrived today and everything they brought was wrong and missing part of the order. Really bad experience I had to sent everything back to Ashley HomeStore because is not what I order. And the manager couldn’t resolve anything or give me a solution I will never order anything else from Ashley or recommend to anyone. Please stay away from this store! Terrible service! Don’t waist your time!
Ordered furniture over 4th July sale told it would be in August. Was called September 16th items where in by salesperson Robert and one item was back order 2 weeks. I stated that I could wait 2 weeks and have whole ordered delivered. Never heard back. Never returned call. November 13th I visit store. John the manager told me my furniture was allotted to someone else and my ETA was January. I found out from Ashley furniture on-line that the items where discontinued and I was not going to get them. Neither man had the balls to tell me . Don't buy here. Go up the road few miles and shop Raymour Flanigan or across the street to Kensington for honesty and better service
I would personally never purchased anything at this store. I purchased a bedroom set back in august 15, and it was supposed to be delivered by the 16 of September. We’re in the middle of November and I still haven’t received the bed. Before purchasing the bedroom set, it was not brought to my attention that the bed was not in stock nor did the person let me know about delivery delays. I’m furious about the lack of communication they have with their customers when they already have my money on hand.
I bought a bed in On August 8, 2020. Over two months later, still hasn’t been delivered. I am trying to cancel my order and no one will contact me back to arrange a refund.

We purchased a sectional sofa back in 2019. After a few months we noticed that the framing and structure of the sofa was sagging when you sat on it. The cushions eventually began to slide. We called customer service )during the Covid period) and after awhile we’re able to have a technician come and look. And then a second technician. They both reported that it is how the sofa is made. Very uncomfortable and per Ashley nothing they can do. The sofa was not cheap. It has definitely not met our expectations. If this is the quality that Ashley sells. I will be advising people to go elsewhere. Ashley ... step up and do the right thing and replace the sofa. Rmw
I use to enjoy going to Ashley furniture pre-scamdemic. I bought several pieces from there in the past....Not anymore. As soon as you walk in you get stalked by their floor sales people. I understand they're doing their job on commission but at least give people a chance to look around without you breathing down their necks. I found them very rude, inpatient and pushy. The only pleasant people were the women behind the counter. They have absolutely no furniture in stock and you have to wait three months or more for delivery. The salesman try to lie and over charge me on delivery. I don't understand why furniture on their website is cheaper than the store and they refuse to honor the online price. I know you're desperate but damn.
The staff was nice and the furniture is very reasonably priced. However, we placed an order on June 29, it is now October and we *still* haven't gotten it yet.
I would of gave them 5 stars. I bought a bed from this store. I was told it would be ready in 2 weeks. 2 months later I got my bed. I called repeatedly to inquire about the beds and the last time I called i was told they have been in the warehouse for two weeks awaiting delivery. I asked why they did not call me to set up delivery and the women at first told me she was unsure why they did not call. When I got upset she tried to tell me they call which was a lie. When you pay 5000 dollars for a bed you expect better service. I understand covid causes delays but at the time of purchase I asked if that would happen and I was assured it would only take two weeks. Then after two weeks passed when I called i was told they were delayed due to covid. I am tired of businesses using covid 19 as an excuse for incompetence.
If you need to buy furniture please go here and ask for Jackie! She was so helpful and a pleasure to work with. She answered all our questions, back and forth as we were decided on what to get. The customer service is amazing from start to finish.

Ordered a bed online almost 3 weeks ago and cannot get one person on the phone. Yes, there&'s a pandemic but you can&'t have people answer the phone? Disgrace! You have people working in hospitals, supermarkets and you can&'t have people answer the phone about your order. Bad business and speaks volumes. You take my order, money but leave your customers hanging.

Cancelled our placed order after deep frustration in repeated delays in delivery. The staff is impolite and they even didn't show minimum courtesy to say sorry for their fault. Strongly not recommended place for shopping. You will be frustrated.
Long story short I was sold a bedroom set that they dont even know when it's arriving and when I spoke to John the manager he told me he would do his best to help me out 4 days later he is still avoiding my calls and hasn't even attempted to call to give me some poor excuse of why 3 months is what it will take for a bedroom set to arrive if it even arrives

Horrible quality furniture and they don’t fix anything that fails. You pay good money for garbage furniture. Particle board , bad seams and they will make excuses to shrug any responsibility for poor craftsmanship. I’d put zero stars but I can’t. Go elsewhere

I finally called and demanded to talk to a manager, and was told by a sales rep that he had personally called me to tell me my couch was in and I never answered the calls. Meanwhile, I called every 2 weeks to check and was told it wasn't in. Now every time I call I get a busy signal. I tried calling from a different phone and it went through. Not sure if they blocked my phone number or what. The absolute worst customer service I have ever received and wish I never went through the headache. Terrible customer service. There are many other furniture stores in the same location that have much better customer service and products. Horrible customer service and nearly impossible to get through to someone who can actually help.
While shopping at Ashley HomeStore I worked with a sales woman named Fatima. She was the most helpful, kindest and caring salesperson I’ve ever encountered. Her knowledge of the products and her willingness to help and research everything I was interested in, made my shopping experience not only enjoyable but extremely productive. I bought all the items I was in search and I owe the positive experience all to Fatima. I won’t hesitate to return to that Ashley location to have her help and expertise.

I was thinking to replace my bedroom furnitures. So went to this Ashley’s to see their collections. Jamar Bacon was the salesperson who helped me to find out what I was looking for. He was very nice, friendly and helpful person. I’m definitely going to this store again.
I didn't buy the furniture was going to get because I was mad the sign said they deliver anywhere for free but it was not true if you live on the third floor so I did not get the furniture false advertising

We went in and were not sure what we were looking for but with Steve's help we were able to poke stop shop for all of the furniture we needed. He was knowledgable, attentive, and professional with us the entire time. He was able to point us in directions when we were a little aimless as well which saved us tons of time. Overall fantastic experience and would recommend to family and friends!

Bought furniture and 5 year warranty. When the leather couch started getting tears, I called and filed a claim to have it repaired. They denied me by saying some "accumulation" BS. Horrible furniture, Terrible customer service, and their warranty is a scam. I would never buy furniture here again. Stay away from this place. update 4/23/19 filed a complaint with BBB. received a call from Ashley Service Dept. Service dept. was very professional and immediately issued a credit for the furniture. I went back to the store to pick out another set of living room furniture. The sales staff was courteous and helpful. Changing the rating to 3 stars since the initial complaint has been resolved. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the hassle I had to put up with initially. Thanks

Picked out a dining table and chairs cost...$1200.00. A week later got a sales circular for 50% off, I had called ahead of time regarding the set I had picked out and was told yes the 50% off also applies to the set I had originally picked out. I had gone back to the store only to find out the original price of $1200.00 was NOW jacked up to $2600.00 and the "50% off" would have me paying $1300.00. What a scam. The following week it was back down to $1200.00 and if you buy it separately its cheaper yet by $300.00. Very deceptive practices.

I had a horrible experience with this store. We were moving into a new house and I ordered furniture way in advance so it would be there when move in date came. We were reassured multiple times that it would be no problem for that delivery date by our sales representative, Steve. When the date rolled around we received no call or updates and reached out ourselves to find out that it was not delivered to the warehouse and that our delivery date was now being pushed back 8 days. It has been two weeks since and we still have not received our furniture or even a date of when it will be in the warehouse or delivered and it has been impossible to get a phone call back or any information. The customer service is absolutely horrible and I'm extremely disappointed. I will not purchase furniture from this store again. The only individual who finally took time to listen and help me was the floor sales manager, Teon I believe. Which still was 2 weeks later. Terrible experience and still without furniture.

Let me start by saying I've had nothing but good things to say about Ashley Home Store since my first purchase in 2017 at their Egg Harbor Township location. My sales man Teon Cash was beyond helpful with everything from the time I walked in the door making sure that I was highly satisfied and had warranty coverage on all of my furniture. One of my purchases was a beautiful espresso colored table! Unfortunately, a couple days ago I had to call in a warranty claim because I noticed there would be what looked like brown finishing from the table on the cloth that I was cleaning with- this left my table with actual wood showing. I was told to submit pictures so they could review my claim in which I submitted to them promptly. Within 24 hours I received a call from a lady named TK from the warranty department telling me that my claim has been denied because there is too much damage to my table. I then asked her to speak to a manager because something didn’t seem right. She then assured me that a manager from the warranty department would contact me within an hour (which they never did)- I took it upon myself to call them back to get this situation rectified immediately. I was then connected with a manager by the name of Sylvester. Needless to say he was extremely rude and had no customer service skills what so ever. All he kept doing was repeating himself saying the claim is denied there is nothing we can do. The whole reason I escalated it to a manager was because of the fact that the denial in my eyes seemed to be bogus. I then asked him to speak to someone above him and he told me that he is not able to transfer me to any one and continued to then get an attitude with me. Let’s keep in mind that the reason I purchased the warranty to begin with is so that my furniture was covered if anything happened. After spending a pretty penny on this table set and within a year or so have this happen and be turned down after spending additional money for a warranty that gets denied. I was furious at this point and didn’t know which way to turn. I ended up contacting the store personally to see if I could speak to my sales man Teon. Thankfully he was still employed there and like always goes above and beyond to help his customers! He is now bringing it to his higher ups at his store- I am beyond grateful just for his generosity in doing so.
Teon Cash was a great salesperson. He was knowledgeable and worked with us to get a good deal. We will shop at Ashley’s again. Ask for Teon.
Service was attentive and knowledgeable. Atmosphere was open but cozy. Large variety, and prices were reasonable. The extended warranty is comforting. We did not feel pressured in any way. And free delivery is an added plus.

We have purchased from Ashley a few times. Went In to look with plans of buying elsewhere . We meet Steve M and were so pleased with him. The best sales rep we worked with in a long time. Went from not planning to buy there to getting the perfect LR set to fit us. Also came back the next day to get 2 more accent peaces

Furniture is nice quality, an expensive. I made large purchase for my new home. The store had a promotion @ the time which made me choose this store over the competitors similar pricing. I had the furniture delivered an NEVER recieved my promotional item. I patiently waited a month still NOTHING. Called 3 times about this issue store manager says it was sent, yet I clearly told him I never received it... Pls show me reciepts of delivery Sir??? Poor customer service come through with offers as advertised. Will not purchase from there anymore!

*REVISED* I am thoroughly disgusted by their customer service! We have an issue with our couch purchased 4yrs ago. We purchased all the warranty and protection plans. It took WEEKS of back and forth to finally speak to someone who could help me with my issue. After I FINALLY thought it was squared away, the part was ordered etc... I receive a VM weeks later from someone saying she "didn't know what the hell to order". I have left messages and emailed. Haven't heard back. My husband is now a week away from surgery and it was imperative this was resolved PRIOR. I'll never purchase anything from this place again. I just want this resolved :( *PREVIOUS REVIEW* Judy was a pleasure to work with! Even had an issue with the delivery, went back, and both she and the manager were very easy going, caring and friendly. Great place.
