Worked with Esraa and Antonio today and they were amazing. Guided us through everything and gave great advice! Picked out a great mattress and couch with there help! :)

On time delivery, set up done well. Removal of old furniture good. Told us there is 200.00 referral, my kids referred us to them. It's not 200.00 cash but only a credit on next purchase, never told us that. Both kids and us just spent over 8500.00 with them, not buying anything too soon so credit on next purchase useless would rather have had it applied to current sale or cash back not future purchase.

Gentleman at the door asked what we were looking for and we told him and right away he was like we don’t have that have a nice day and basically pushed us out. We wanted a sleeper sofa even if they didn’t have that he could’ve let us looked around or suggested something similar. Felt like we were a bothered and not welcomed to look around.

Jonathan and Anthony were absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel genuinely comfortable and welcomed. They even offered us hot chocolate while we waited, which was such a thoughtful touch. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed. They were patient, attentive, and truly caring throughout the entire experience. Their professionalism and kindness really stood out. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend them!

Moving out in a couple of weeks, and could not have had a better experience for buying my first couch. Jonathon and Doug were really nice and super helpful when I was looking at sectionals. They explained everything thoroughly, including details on the couches, payment options, and the warranty. Will definitely be going back for future purchases!

Recently, we had a pen break and ink got on one of our cushions. Thankfully we had purchased the 5 year warranty! The process was simple and within a few days we received a determination that the spot was unrepairable and a credit for the section of the sofa would be issued immediately to the store. I went down to the store to see if I can get a replacement and unfortunately, my couch was discontinued. With that information, I was instructed to call the company back and let them know about the discontinuation. Within three days I received a full credit for the price of the couch. I'm not want to buy extended warranty normally but this time I was glad I did. I can't emphasize enough how easy it was to navigate through their system. They stayed true to what they promised. I would highly recommend Ashley furniture and definitely get the extended warranty!

Doug the sales rep was great from start to finish. My fiancé and I went in around October to start getting ideas. Doug showed us around and told is he’d be available when we were ready to come back. We contacted him a few weeks later and he was extremely helpful with our couches and dining room set. Unfortunately with the dining room set the table came but chairs were delayed, the warehouse texted us the week before Christmas saying they could be delivered before Christmas and then fell back on that. I contacted Doug and he made it happen, we got our chairs on 12/23 with no problem. Highly recommend this location

We bought a mattress, bed frame and pillows and our host Essra was super helpful and patient with us! She showed us multiple options and did not rush us at all. She and her manager Jonathan helped fix us a good price for our furniture. I would definitely recommend this Ashley store to others. We got all our things affordable and seeme like all good quality. We live an hour away but will definitely go back if we need anything else!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience purchasing furniture through Bryan at the Paramus store. He was great with communication throughout the entire process, helped us get a custom certificate of insurance, assisted us with navigating the delivery team through some somewhat strict delivery requirements, and went out of his way to make sure we got some health-related accommodations we needed for our delivery. Truly, this was the best delivery experience I have had to date. If we ever need to purchase furniture again, I will definitely be looking to Ashley first, mainly because of the excellent service Bryan provided.

The worst experience buying at Ashley furniture we expended $ 6000 plus we paid $ 600 for a warranty that now we are having trouble resolving a very simple that should be very easy to solve. Just had a disgusting discriminant experience. Called prior to check for black Friday deals and went to store to actually purchase a recliner sofa. No one attended us and when I went to ask few questions to a sales representative he just set me aside to greet another person who was just coming in. I was there for at least 10 minutes and the whole time saw 3 to 4 idle sales person who did nothing to help or assist in sales. Good stuff. America. P.S. Just saw post before mine. Customer service seems to be real issue in this store.

Bought a sectional, dining table, chairs and bedroom set last year with the Platinum coverage plans. Salesperson was Sheby. We were told explicitly that all stains, damage, defects would be covered. Long story short, they are NOT covered. READ the contracts because they will lie and provide a coverage document that appears to bet the terms but is in fact, not the explicit terms.

My sister and I bought furniture for our new apartment with the help of Franklin, who was very attentive, friendly, and helpful. He showed us different options, but didn’t push us to buy anything extra if we weren’t interested. We had a great experience and love the items that we bought.

I’ve had one of the worst customer service experiences with Ashley Furniture. A couple of years ago I purchased a sectional couch along with their platinum protection plan. A few months ago, the frame on the chaise section broke. The insurance company honored the warranty and issued me a store credit to replace that part. When the replacement chaise arrived, it was immediately obvious that something was off — it sits about 4 inches higher than the rest of the sectional. The delivery team told me it was just the new cushions and would “settle,” but it never did. Upon closer inspection, I discovered that Ashley had actually changed the frame design on the chaise. Now I’m stuck with a mismatched sectional. Ashley says it’s the insurance company’s problem, and the insurance company says it’s Ashley’s responsibility. For months I’ve been bounced back and forth with no resolution, and neither side is taking accountability. I spent good money on this furniture and protection plan, and all I’ve gotten in return is frustration and finger-pointing. I would strongly caution anyone considering buying from Ashley Furniture or relying on their insurance program — they do not stand behind their products or their customers.

I would give them 0 star if i could I went to the store bought 9k furniture i get all of them same color i check a tv stand they said they have same color as coffee table and dining i order that it was 1200$ they send everything except tv stand after couple day they deliver that to i was not home when i came it was diferent color and scratch i spoke with them they said they had only that color they dont give me a return my money is stuck to them after talking back and forth with them they told me come and get something else with that money now i have to go get something even i dont like they sucks they told me they had same color now they hold my money they not giving me diferent choice Be careful people when you purchase something from them or you give them money even if they don’t match when they get home you stuck with it If i go back to ashley never again I would never recommend to everyone

READ THIS FUTURE BUYERS. Great selection of couches. However, very very poor information was given to me regarding my delivery and services. Came in to discuss with the manager Shayan all my issues being that the delivery team could not fulfill their duty (yet I was still charged the delivery fee of $170 for an incomplete job). The delivery team is a third party service, on top of them charging me for failure for delivery, they wanted to add a fourth party delivery team to do it instead and charge me more. SHADY. save your breathe and don’t bother with the sales “manager” SHAYAN. Poor poor poor service. Would never do this again. This guy doesn’t even know current percentages and numbers. Save your time and go to bobs at this point. Shayan didn’t even to come and chat with me after attempting to figure out a solution he went into hiding in the back. Hope corporate sees this.

I had an outstanding experience at the Ashley furniture store in Paramus. The salesperson I dealt with, Jeni was wonderful. I told her what I was looking for and she showed me all my options. There was no pressure put on me to make a decision. I did not make a decision that day but went back a week later and bought the chair I decided on. The delivery experience was unbelievable ! A text was sent the day before telling me my time frame for delivery. I could also track the drivers progress. I was kept up to date as to time he would arrive. I was also sent a picture of the driver! I was #6 on the route and was amazed that he was at my home at 9:56 the time the text said he would arrive! Carlos and Luis flawlessly put my chair up the stairs in my bedroom exactly where I wanted it. Only shop here if you want disappointment and frustration! I recently purchased a sofa from Ashley Furniture. The sofa I received is not the same as the one I tested extensively in the showroom. Before making my purchase, I visited three different Ashley Furniture locations, spending over an hour sitting on the showroom model to ensure it met my expectations in both comfort and aesthetics. Based on that experience, I decided to move forward with the purchase, spending close to $3,500. However, the sofa delivered to my home does not match the showroom model in terms of density or comfort. After sitting on it for less than 15 minutes, I experienced significant back pain. Something that never happened with the showroom version. It is clear that the sofa I received does not provide the same level of support or quality as the one I tested. I reached out to Ashley Furniture to resolve this issue, but I was informed that I would have to pay a restocking fee to exchange the sofa. This is unacceptable. I purchased this item based on the expectation that it would match what was displayed in the showroom. Now, I am left with a $3,500 sofa in my living room that I cannot use. I am requesting a resolution that does not involve additional costs on my end, as this situation is due to a discrepancy in product quality.

Jenny was amazing!!! We stopped in looking for mattresses for our home. I mentioned that these were going to be shipped to Florida. Even though she could not sell us the mattresses we liked because they are independent franchises she did spend a considerable amount of time educating us on shopping for mattresses. If you are heading to Ashley furniture on route 17 ask for Jenny you will not be disappointed.

The chatbot "Jenny" scheduled the delivery for my order on a specific date, and I confirmed it. On the day of the delivery, at 5:22 in the morning, I received a text from Ashley with a link to track the delivery truck. I followed it in real-time, trusting that my order was on its way. Hours passed, and I kept waiting. I waited and waited, but the delivery never arrived. Instead of my order, I got a message from "Jenny", informing me of a delay and promising to notify me when my order was near. But the delivery never happened… because the delivery NEVER EXISTED. According to Ashley, it was all due to a "mistake" by "Jenny". Really? A total disaster. I wasted an entire day waiting for a ghost delivery. How is it possible that, in the days leading up to my delivery, not a single flesh-and-blood employee at Ashley noticed Jenny’s mistake? Shouldn’t there be a human verification process to prevent these errors? Tell me, how am I supposed to trust that the next delivery won’t be another fiasco caused by "Jenny"?

The ABSOLUTE worst experience I had to get a police report with the amount of money they are trying to rob me of $159.99 I have yet returned, $90.00 of protection plan on merchandise I do not have. Avoid the manage Alfred and Rimon and Michele who says there a glitch with their system so they can’t refund you your money back.

Worked with Franklin Payano at Ashley in Paramus - had a great experience in selecting a table - all the colors we wanted for the chairs were in stock, and they made us a great price. Today, the team came to deliver and assemble, and it was nice to have our table less than one hour, ready to go!

I want to start off by saying this review is not to slander Ashleys as a company but more so talk about this store and the products they helped guide me to buy. I bought a sectional from Ashleys not even 6 months ago. I talked to a sales rep as well as the store manager at the Paramus location (blonde haired lady, cant remember her name). My two requirements were comfort and durability (we have three toddlers). We were open on price to ensure we got those two things. The store manager lead us to buying a couch that she promised would last forever and how her sister had the same couch and its lasted over 7 years now and with the warranty they service the couches regularly to come and clean the couch as much as you need. This couch is absolutely a disaster. She told us the therew was 2.0 foam density in the cushion meaning the cushions were denser than the standard cushion and that they were Ashleys new foam tech material that rarely flattens from wear. We have had this couch for three months and the cushions are absolutely sagging and the foam has clearly flattened compared to the couch part we dont use as much (75% of the couch is flat). The sitting and back cushions both have severely flattened and this isnt even with regular use, we spend maybe three hours a night on the couch, if that. I called the warranty company to discuss the sag of the foam and how i wouldn't expect cushions to be flattening like this just 6 months in, they said they couldn't help because its normal wear and tear and the warranty doesn't cover this. There is no way a couch can go into this condition in just 6 months. Worse part is my wife went in a few weeks ago to talk to them about the situation and was looking around and that same store manager gave the story about her sister and kids for a completely different couch unsolicited. LOL. Their staff are dishonest as any car sales men out there which i get is there job but come on. Im also now skeptical of the quality of Ashley furniture products as well. We bought a dining table for my mom a fee years back so we gave them a shot for a couch…never again. Good luck all and hope your experience shopping with them is better than mine.

Wish I could give it 0 stars. Worst shopping experience I have ever had. I ordered a two piece couch and ottoman set for delivery. On the day of delivery, one piece of the couch was correct, the ottoman correct, the other piece was a different couch. They took they entire order back, charged us as completed two pieces when not one piece of furniture went near the inside of my home and now we have no furniture maybe even for the holiday because of THEIR mistake. Our order should have been prioritized to get fixed and instead I’m constantly calling to get things figured out with different answers being told every time. Still trying to get it figured out. Would not recommend this to anyone.

When I bought my furniture back in late August, I was told by the salesperson I would be getting my furniture in 4-6 weeks because it was backordered. I followed up in September and October, and I was told it was still backordered. I followed up in early November and was told it would be delivered on the 26th. But I also received an email saying my delivery date is the 30th. Then the salesperson and store manager called me to say it wouldn't be the 26th but would be the 30th. I was frustrated and asked about the discrepancy, and the store manager was supposed to call me back, but he never did. I spoke with customer service, and they told me no, not the 30th it's not in stock yet. It's arriving on December 12th. Then I spoke to customer service again today and was told no specific date, just the 2nd week of December. So, as of now, I'm still waiting for this furniture and who knows when I'll get it. Please, shop elsewhere and save yourselves the trouble I'm going through with this place. So many other furniture stores, save yourself the hassle. I honestly would give zero stars if I could and return and get a refund but they have a no return policy so I'm stuck waiting around for who knows how long for furniture I ordered and paid for back in August.

Beware of the follwing person and his scam tactics. Read below, I am rating 2 stars bc of one specific detail. I went into this store with my wife to pick furniture for our apartment and we were approached by Frankie, he will sweet talk you and make himself your "friend" hell promise you discounts and heaven on earth. BEWARE for we were scammed by this behavior. He said to us: "all you hav to do is leave $100 deposit to supposedly separate your furniture you just picked so that nobody else will take it and you'll be asured your delivery" beware once again this is a scam. 2-3 weeks prior to us having a date for our new apartment keys I let Frankie know that the date was approaching. Again hell give you his number and be so cool with you. Then 1 week prior I said ok Next week well have our keys make sure you deliver it at this new address. He was again, all good no issues. Now 2 days prior to our delivery Frankie says oh you know what your couch and dinning set will be the only things delivery. Your and your kids bedroom set were sold to somebody else so you wont get the. Until 2-3 weeks later. 2 days prior he says that to us. I flipped and was about to cancel the order bc this guy all he does is blame somebody else for his own incompetence and lies. I was about to cancel and to go a different store when i received a call from Alfredo, who is from a whole different store and he was actually the one who went above and beyond to try and give us solutions which unfortunately, again wasnt delivered, as i come to find out THE DAY of the move. Tho It was a really disappointing experience altogether, I do have to say that it was ONLY bc of Alfredo's commitment to even offer to purchase out of his pocket mattresses for us to us in the meantime (luckily we did kept our old mattress otherwise my wife and 2 kis would have slept on the floor thanks to Frankies money grabbing lie tactics), we decided to keep the furniture only for two reasons, mainly we had absolutely no time in our hands to shop for a whole new apt furniture the day of our move and two bc of Alfredos courtesy to help even tho that was not even his sale. I believe it was Frankie's duty to put in the effort but he completely disappeared from the radar after dropping the ball so hard and I wanted to make a formal compaint agaisnt him but the hold on the phone on the corporate number was too long and I had to keep on moving boxes to my new apt. So again beware of this person and make sure you know what get into if you fall for this guys money-grabbing deception tactics. Absolutely disgusting.

My husband and I had the WORST experience ever here. We thought we’d have a nice seamless experience, we thought wrong. Vimala was our sales associate, she had no idea what she was doing we chose our couch and waited for her to fill out paperwork/computer work for the couch we chose. She looked constantly lost and it made me and my husband extremely wary/anxious. To top it off after 30-40 minutes of her panicking and asking for help from her coworkers one of whom even joked to my husband and I “you trust her?” Laughs walks away. She printed out our order form we walk out I look at it do a double take because the delivery address was to another person!!!!! This was supposed to be a stress free they take care of you process seeing as how we spent over $2k on a sofa that is now still being pushed back on delivery time. Please please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere this was a complete joke. We told vimala many times we never shopped there before we are new customers yet she still put our purchase under another customers account that shares the same name as my husbands. We stressed it multiple times and she still put it as their delivery address. This was supposed to be a relaxing stress free experience it should be pleasant. This was a NIGHTMARE it still is as we haven’t gotten the couch. Another goofy moment was when we looked at tables and asked her what other color it came in a simple question then she started listing off the triangle square circle theory and how we should decorate our home..BEWARE this is not the place to trust people with a big purchase.

my husband and I had an amazing experience at Ashley furniture paramus - we were greeted as soon as we got off the escalator , offered water and coffee , Vimi and Brian were extremely helpful in getting us everything we wanted and working with us budget !

The salesperson was quite delightful and informative. She said everyone gets a brand new mattress made on the spot for every order that comes in. There’s nothing in stock. Till I found out she lied. The mattress cover she talked me into: “Call twice within the year. They will give you an extra both times, that’s why the price is so high” I called. “ I’m sorry, but that’s not true. If the mattress gets damaged, we’ll come, assess, and if the pad was faulty, you get another, and we will replace the mattress if we can’t fix the problem. And only one more time if it happens again”. While drawing up contract I was offered to buy insurance on everything I was also advised to buy their electric frame and save$100, instead of purchasing the Sealy frame. The fine print, I later found out, is not replaceable under any circumstance. The Sealy one is. The mattress delivered, was as hard as a rock. I was told to give it a few days, because the cold of the warehouse affects it that way. I called back, it was still hard, I bought a medium. They said I have to give it 120days for it to adapt to my body. It was still hard. I had to beg for 45 minutes to get a tech to come to the house. He gave a great report. I was told it had no sinking dents. So the mattress was intact and not damaged and that the ticket said it was a medium which is what I wanted. I told headquarters, because the store wants nothing to do with you after you sign the contract, that the mattress would never sink because it is too hard. I was told that they don’t check for that because it is personal preference. I was also told that the making of mattresses at the local warehouse is government rated with strict guidelines and They Don’t Make Mistakes. I had to wait another 120 days and beg for an hour to two extra people up the chain for a new mattress. I was told it would cost me $400 to pickup and dispose of the mattress. Then I was told the fee was for inspection and disposal. See I kept my own mattress for the spare bedroom. I was also told to go back to store and pick another. I bought a soft lower quality mattress, so I wouldn’t get another rock. It was another rock and my only recourse. It was a one time deal. It smelled like strong marijuana, which they all found funny, which was the cleaning agent they use to recycle mattresses , they don’t toss them. The mattress stayed hard, and has deformities now. But it felt as awkward as the other one was. I attribute the very very hard middle to the Ashley electric frame. I called the store and was asked what was I complaining about now. I had to call another business Again I asked, begged, for a tech, and he also said there was nothing wrong. I’m in my early 60’s. This is not my first rodeo purchasing mattresses. It is however, the first time I have been treated sorely for damaged goods. It’s obvious how they became a billion dollar outfit, literally walking on peoples back to get on top. Enter at your own risk

I came into Ashley looking to see a sofa and loveseat I saw online. I wanted to try it out and see if it would be best for my apartment before purchasing. Unfortunately they didn't have the sofa in stores. Bryan the sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. He showed me all the sofas that were similar and gave me the best deals. I paid more than what I expected but I realized a sectional sofa was a better fit and comfort for my apart.

Had a great experience at the Paramus Ashley Furniture. My Mom was in the market to replace her family and living room couches. They had a great selection (There is one closer to our house but the showroom was much more limited). Our advisor, Franklin Payano, was very knowledgable about all of the products, including exactly where everything was in the store and the different features and options for each product. There was no pressure to buy and they offered free waters. I appreciated not feeling like we were at a car dealership (which is the vibe we got at some other furniture stores). Franklin was very patient with us and my Mom got exactly what she was looking for with a nice discount. I would definitely go back for furniture in the future.

The problem is the poor quality of Ashley Store products . I bought 2 Angleton Sofa from them and after 1 year their seat cushions collapsed and its very hard to get up from the sofa due to a low quality. The other product I purchased Isanti dining table just 1.5 year ago and I had these major cracks which you can see them in the pictures. I called customer service and the told me that I didn't have protection plan so they cannot do anything about it. I bought a dining table and after 1.5 year later I had these major cracks this is unacceptable. I strongly recommend that please make sure to pay for the protection plan because their products looks good at first sight but the quality is really low.

Locations is nice and convenient, they don’t have military or first responder discounts unfortunately. Customer service is nice too

DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!! Scammers: worst customer service I have ever received. They sold us a defective mattress, horrible customer service showing attitude and rude. Instead of being helping they made us call them every day for a month. Took 1.5 months to return defective product, then call them everyday to return money. Now they still haven’t given us the full money. Now we’ve given up. They showed us one product and sold us something different. These people are scammers. We have been trying to reach the store everyday on call, they are useless!

Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a furniture store. I ordered a mattress, a base and a bed frame. When I was trying out mattresses in the store, I asked if I could exchange the mattress if I wasn’t satisfied and was told that I had 30 days to exchange my mattress. When the mattress arrived it wasn’t as comfortables and was too high for me but when I called customer service, they informed me there was NOTHING they could do for me and that Ashley brand mattresses could not be exchanged or replaced. I would have never bought that brand had I been told that information up front. And I have NEVER heard of buying a mattress that can NOT be replaced or exchanged. I checked around to other furniture stores and mattress companies and every single one of them had return/exchange policies, some of them up to 150 days or more to try out the mattress to make sure you are satisfied. To be told false information in the store when I specifically asked about their mattress policy and then told by their customer service that they have no policy like that and they would not be able to help me in ANY way was beyond disappointing. The bed frame I purchased did not sit around the adjustable base appropriately there was about a 6 inch gap where you could see the slats when you got close to the bed. Not at all how a bed frame should look when set appropriately. The adjustable base needed to be lowered to fit inside the frame but the delivery people did not take any time or care to recognize how poorly everything looked and they wanted to leave as quickly as possible. Again, when I called customer service with pictures of how poorly set up the bed frame and base were they told me that there was nothing they could do about it and that was how it was supposed to look with the huge gap around the mattress. Their customer service team were rude and so unprofessional. I had to research the situation myself and ended up having to buy shorter legs for the adjustable base (which should have been brought with the delivery of the base) to make sure it was at the correct height for the frame and for ME. My feet were literally dangling from the bed with the legs they set it up with! This situation could have been fixed by the customer support team if they had cared about their customer. Instead I had to fix the problem myself, order parts from Amazon and have friends come over and fix the issue on our own. Again so so disappointing. I had also purchased a sofa from Raymour and Flanigan (I do NOT work for them) at the same time. Something was off with the sofa and I called their customer support line regarding the issue, a technician came out a few days later and they replaced the sofa! No trying to argue with me or tell me their was nothing they could do, they issue was fixed seamlessly. Night and day from my experience with Ashley. Needless to say I will never buy anything else from Ashley furniture. Hopefully my experience helps someone looking to buy a mattress or another piece of furniture from having the same frustrating experience I did.

Nice store, good choice

We went in for a couch and left with exactly what we wanted, but it took almost 2 hours and that was entirely on us. I say that because our salesperson Toni exhibited endless patience with us. At one point we were talking like were were leaving, and he never changed his tone, it was more like he was "in it" with us. Ultimately the 3 of us (me, my wife, and Toni) made a choice and we'll have it in time to host Christmas. The attention we got from the manager in finalizing the paperwork is also worth noting. This is the 2nd couch we've purchased here, we'll definitely be back. PS ask for Toni!

Informed us less than 48 hours in advance when our furniture would be delivered which was not within our 4-hour requested time period and then told us we would have to pay $100 to reschedule it since we didn't give them 48 hour notice.

I only want to express my bad experience with the mattress that I bought a week ago at Ashley. My husband and I tried the mattress for a week, we gave our body time to adapt to the new mattress but after a week we realized that it was not a good choice. I called Ashley's customer service and they told me that there is nothing they can do for me, not even because I wanted to exchange for another mattress of their own that is worth twice than the one we bought. They practically told me that i throw my money in the garbage because now I will have to buy it again elsewhere, throw away or give this away. The sales person who assisted me at the Paramus NJ store, a very nice lady, did not inform me about their replacement policies, if she would tell about it I would be more careful when choosing the one we need. I spent $8,000 at Ashley that day, and they let me down with their policies that don't help customers. The saddest part is that even few days after visiting the store and before I got all my furniture delivered, I went to a different store and quoted my furniture with them and they gave me better prices. I was saving with the other store $2,000 with the same items I purchased at Ashley. I had the chance to cancel this order as it was not delivered yet and go with the other store with better prices and I decided not to do it because I rather to buy from well-known companies like Ashley because of security and better consumer experience, big error. I am very surprised to see that this company has policies that do not accommodate their clients when I thought that it was a very prestigious company and I felt safe buying with them, not any more. I regret not going to another place to buy all my furniture. However, mistakes only happen once and I promised not to buy anything from this place again and express my bad experience with Ashley to everyone around me.

I had the most amazing experience with Franklin and Juan. I was greeted once I walked into the store by both, Franklin and Juan, and had such a smooth purchase because of them. They are well informed of the inventory and helped make decisions on which items was best for me during my purchase. 1 Nightstand- got a new one 2 Nightstand – had stain for tissue box. I just kept it. 3 Draw Dresser- Replaced 3 times. Holes, pealing and scratched. Drawers not closing. Had to report them to better business bureau to get a new one. Had to record a video of me sticking finger nails in cracks because they didn't believe me. 4 Chest- had problems with one draw and my husband fix it. Got 2 new ones that did not fit. Wrong gliders. Only fit on the original drawer Ordered bedroom set in July 2022 but furniture got delivered in October 2022. Had all the correct and new pieces by the end of July 2023. Which took exactly one year. Overall, -They did not believe me about the dresser I had to keep recording videos. - Bad communication skills. Said were coming and were not. -Said I closed and opened cases which I did not. -Said called and left messages and they did not. They emailed me instead. -Pieces keep getting delayed for months. - One time the workers delivered a damaged piece they were supposed to take damaged pieces back and did not. -Scheduled appointments and cancelled 2 days before and said I never made one.. I ordered a sofa from Raymor and Flanigun and there was a little scratch on it. I just emailed them and sent two pictures and didn’t even talk to them on the phone. Ashley is a big project when you do this. Order from Raymor or a different place. Just not Ashley.

The sales staff was good and the items appear to be good. But, the delivery system needs help. Don't call it a 'courtesy time window' if it is set in stone and unable to change. 6am is not an appropriate time to deliver furniture. Especially for coustomers who don't get off work until midnight. All the reasoning fell on deaf ears when I tried to change the delivery time. After explaining my wife works nights they had the balls to tell me she better be up by 6am because we were first on the list. All I was asking for was a later time slot.
