Poor after sales support. Being waiting for more than 2 months to get a recliner fixed that got defective within a week of use. Go somewhere else if you want better support and service for your furnitures.

Shady salesman here. Went in a week before Black Friday and asked if they do BF sales - he said no they don't and don't worry the prices won't go lower. Sure enough BF comes and I see that there's a big BF sale on their website. Salesman will also awkwardly follow you around with the most random things to talk about.

Nightmare experience! My sectional was due to be delivered this morning. Upon arrival, the delivery team explained that it could not fit. I spoke to a customer service rep who informed me that my only option was to opt for a service that would deconstruct and reconstruct the product in my home at an additional cost ($170) and an unknown amount of time. I asked to speak to a manager/supervisor which after 4 hours never called. I called back l, the customer service rep finally connected me to the supervisor who informed me that the sales rep at this location marked that I waved the measurement fee (something that was never brought to my attention, didn’t even know it existed). After being bounced around for about an hour, I was finally put on the phone with someone named Juan at the location who finally offered guaranteed delivery but because the experience had been such a nightmare I asked to cancel the order. I was made aware that I would still be charged 220 dollars for their failed attempted delivery! As I tried to reason with him, I could not hear him because of the noise in the background and when I told him I could not hear him because of the background noise Juan HUNG UP ON ME! I had to recall customer service who then had to stay on the line as they connected me once again. All in all, I waited 2 months for a couch that couldn’t fit, wasted half of a day, was hung up on, and lost over 200 dollars for their error. Absolute worst customer service experience ever. FOLLOW-UP: I reached out to the email address to see if Ashley’s response to my review was a genuine attempt to make the situation right. The response I received was the very same. They kept attempting to depict me as someone who didn’t want the drivers to be compensated which couldn’t be further from the truth. They admitted fault in the email correspondence but still would only cover a redelivery fee rather than the initial failed delivery which makes no sense. I believe the response to my review was strictly for public relations and not a genuine attempt to rectify the situation.

Our salesperson Doug was very helpful and we were in and out pretty quickly. Didn’t expect to purchase anything that day, but we found a bed we loved and with delivery time less than a week, it was a no brainer for us.

Jonathan was able to assist me over the phone efficiently whereas the customer care center was not! I was able to get the item I needed at a more reasonable delivery rate than the website! I am very happy with the service!
