When I was looking for a new bed the young girl Ashley was very nice. But the day of the delivery they sent 3 Spanish guys who's English was horrible and when they got to My house they started yelling at me and saying they don't take the Old bed. When I was in the store I paid for the removal of the old bed. Ashley the Young lady told me that they will take the old bed. Well when the Guy was here he was getting very nasty with me and talking loudly to me and saying he had new beds in the truck. so I decided stand up for myself and yell at him and tell him yes you are taking the old mattress or bring the new one back. Then 4 hours after the delivery they called me and threatening to bring back the old bed and leave it here. I told them if you come on my property I'm calling the police. They were very nasty and yelling at me and they're English was horrible too. I was thinking about buying other furniture from Ashley furniture because I'm moving soon but I decided I don't need to be yelled at again so I probably won't be going back to Ashley furniture when I move I'll buy new furniture somewhere else when I move. I'm very aggravated that I had to yell at them for being very nasty to me. Then later threatening me to bring the old bed back to my house. I had to threaten them and tell them if they came back on my property I'm calling the police. If I were you I'd avoid shopping at Ashley furniture because what I went through. They send Spanish guys who's English is horrible. I'll buy new furniture somewhere else when I begin to move.

Ended up canceling the order. Ended up purchasing a Lovesac - which was the best decision ever. Check out all of your options. Buyers beware!

I would do zero star if I can. Purchase a small sectional on 11/20/25, was suppose to be delivered the week of Christmas, heard nothing on the delivery called and was told it would now be pushed back until the first week of January. If I did not call I would have not known. They supposedly only delivery to my area on Wednesday or Friday. Had someone to be here when delivery was supposed to happen, but since the date was changed with no notice, I would have to take a day off of work to have my furniture delivered because they were not willing to work with any other delivery date when I would have somebody home to accept the delivery problem number 2. When I called to question where my couch was and explaining how upset I was that I had not received a phone call or anything about the delivery change they didn’t seem to care. I said I was going to cancel my order. They’re like well. You need to go into the store to do that again didn’t seem to care that I was canceling my order. Went into the store tried to speak to the people at the store. All I kept hearing is I can’t we we didn’t know I can’t. I can’t. I can’t when I said I was going to cancel my order again. They just didn’t seem to care. I will never walk into Ashley‘s again. I will never buy anything from Ashley‘s. I left Ashley‘s went to Raymour and Flanigan got almost the exact same thing at a cheaper price and I will have it in four days not over a month and a half.

I just moved from San Antonio, TX to Easton, PA and sold all my furniture before the move. So of course, the first place I thought of to start fresh was Ashley — I’ve always shopped with them and had great experiences. Let me just say, this Easton location did not disappoint! Cholly (Charlie) was AMAZING. Seriously one of the best sales associates I’ve ever worked with. He was so patient, super thorough, and incredibly helpful. What I loved most was the balance — he knew his stuff and gave great recommendations, but he also let me wander, look around, and explore on my own. No pressure, just genuine support. That’s rare, and it made a huge difference. I also want to give a big shoutout to Ashley Rodriguez, the sales manager. She was just as welcoming and supportive, and together they made me feel like I was more than just a customer — they treated me like someone they genuinely wanted to help. Even though I didn’t buy anything this time, I absolutely will be back when I’m ready to furnish my loft area. Between the fair prices, great deals, and the OUTSTANDING customer service, this Ashley is the place to go. Hands down, top to bottom, left to right — excellent customer service all around. Last minute apartment shopping was made a lot less stressful with the help of Christianna. We had a tight budget and a very close move-in date, but she helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Cholloy went above and beyond to help me find the bedroom set of my dreams. He was humorous and patient. I had an amazing experience with him!

If I could give zero stars I would. My wife and I spent over $8,000 on a new bed only to be treated horrifically by the staff. Beyond rude whenever we called, never could give us answers and constantly would try to send us to the corporate line rather than actually help us. The first time they delivered our bed the entire thing was ripped down the side so they had to leave. They then scheduled the second delivery and gave us a delivery window of 3pm-7pm. When the 7pm window came and went we called the store to make sure they were actually still coming. The store was once again beyond rude to us and told us they even though our window was until 7pm, they could actually come as late as 9pm but that they had no way to contact the delivery company. Seriously? The bed then showed up an hour later than the given window and the drivers tried to leave without taking our old bed and claimed they were not told that they had to take it. We had to physically show them that we paid for the haul away before they eventually took it. We will absolutely never shop at Ashley furniture again and they should be embarrassed by their staff .

I have had a terrible experience with Ashley’s. I bought goods from the store about two months ago. Was informed of the 3-4 weeks turnaround however till date I have not received all goods. Story time I received the first batch of goods to be precise couch it arrived stained and broken. Pictures attached. Called customer service case opened then no action was taken. Today 08/28/2025 a bed set arrived And it was broken. Had to send it back. Wish I could’ve shopped somewhere else.

If had an option to rate zero I will rate a zero. Very frustrated, I did purchase the entire house furniture for my new house but I have I the worst experience ever. First my furniture took longer than I was told during purchase. During delivery my furniture was damaged I immediately called customer service and they provided me an email to send the photos but they never replied or take an action. I called to make a follow up and customer service told they don’t handle such situations the store manager will contact me, it was end of July and we heading end of August and I have not heard from Ashley about my damage furniture. The set had nine pillows but they only delivered eight decorative pillows.My furniture was white it was stained. The delivery team was unprofessional they would not figure simple trick to get the furniture through the door. We tried to explain to them they would not listen and started breaking my door. Very shameful after my husband help them and the furniture get through the door without struggle within a second.It was delivered not covered exposing it to dust and stains. Am worried with the amount of money I spent during the purchase and the kind of treatment am receiving by Ashley very frustrating and I can’t recommend it to anyone. Very bad customer service.

When I called the store to see if they had a particular couch in stock, I was told they did, and if I came in the next day to order it, it would be 25% off and no tax. When I went to the store the next day, I was told that it was not on sale or tax exempt because of the price. Because I traveled an hour to get there, they honored the tax exemption and I was told it would be delivered in 2 weeks. I called for a delivery update and was told that it will not be arriving for an additional 2 weeks. There was no attempt to make any amends on this except for coming in to find another couch that is in stock. I am extremely unhappy with this level of service. I needed this couch as soon as possible, and if I thought I had to wait a month+ to get it, I would have gone else where. The customer service is less than satisfactory, and I will not be ordering from Ashley again.

Recently stopped in to Ashley Furniture to purchase a new sectional, and we were warmly greeted by Cholly. He was so kind, professional and quick to assist. We will most definitely return!

They bribe you into a 5-star review before services are complete so they can gain commission... take those reviews with a grain of salt. Do not use Ashley. The whole process from scheduling our delivery to delivery(and haul away) was a disaster and less than desirable customer service at all levels. After over 2 weeks from purchase date, I followed up with the store as to status of our items and when we can expect then to arrive at the store for delivery, only to be told “oh the items have been here”… great, missed my window of delivery that week as a result and had to wait over an additional week to finally receive mattress, base, mattress protector, pillow. The mattress was damaged upon delivery, but decided to keep the mattress protector and pillow. We sent mattress and base back (no place to store base in interim without haul away of old mattress, yet that baffled customer service). Wish we never kept the pillow from the 1st delivery because there is a 72-hour return window they refuse to budge on, even though we didn’t test it until the new mattress finally arrived AND we tried to return within 72-hours of the new mattress delivery. The second mattress delivery arrived after the 4-hour delivery window and they refused to haul away the old mattress (even though we paid for that service) until we basically had to demand they take it. Customer service says they’ll get back to us, they never do. Says they’ll look into things, never do. Avoid at all costs. Should have purchased the mattress directly from the company. Please look elsewhere for furniture and spare yourself the headache!

I was told to expect my sofa on 7/31. I voiced with sales consultant what I would need it sooner. She said she would reach out to the warehouse to see if she could expedite it and would let me know. It has been one week and have not heard from anyone. I tried to do the tracker with the website provided off of my receipt and it gave me an error message. I called the number on the receipt to be told my sofa is now expected on 8/16 and that no sales associate reached out to the warehouse. I’m disappointed and frustrated by the way everything was handled.

In-store team was amazing, very knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery experience was not stellar - terrible process, conflicting communications, multiple emails and phones calls with different points of contact, and several delays/reschedules after they had already confirmed a delivery date.

If there is an option to not to put even one star, I would have done it. Customer service doesn’t care about our issues, you would call someone, they will tell you one moment please and they keep you on the line for hours, even if the call disconnected, they won’t call you back because they don’t care. I have received a wrong package, it took me a month and half to return it and get the right item I purchased this is after 15,000 calls throughout the month with people who don’t want even to answer the calls. I had the worst experience with Ashley. I don’t like the people being unprofessional and careless.

I was eyeing a table online for about a month. I went to the store just to see if they had it so I could see it in person. Ashley knew right away where it was and even helped us search for other chairs since the ones that come with it didn't work for me (kids and fabric chairs). I bought 2 rocker recliners from Ashley. I had then about 9 months and I had a problem with the one. More stuffing was needed for 1 and if you sit in it your feet don't touch the floor due to weak springs. I had a technician come and Ashley says it's normal eat and tear so it's not converted under manufacturers warranty. BUYER BEWARE......

Philipsburg store- Disappointed with the sales person at Ashley. Ordered a bed for my daughter and was told (after asking twice) if a box spring was needed. Was told no by the sales person and manger in the floor, “No”. I specifically asked because it was a a slightly different model of bed. Guess what? They were wrong! Now I need to get a box spring! Disappointed in the whole process there!

We know as pet parents we have to throw away rugs every so often because of our OCD with cleanliness, and Josh worked through many options with us until we got something we were happy with--at a great price! I purchased the Reveon Lakes sofa on 4/19/24, it was delivered on 5/8 and was damaged during delivery. When I noticed the damage the following morning I immediately called and Ashley furniture agreed to take back the sofa and give me a full prompt refund because I didn't feel like a repair would suffice. Also upon further inspection, I noticed a hole where the warranty pamphlet was attached to the sofa and that the sides of the sofa were merely fabric stretched over a cheap wood frame. I wanted it out of my house ASAP. They picked it up on 5/17 and I still have not received my refund check and it is July 11th. I've been given the runaround for almost two full months now and I can confidently say that I would NEVER buy furniture from Ashley Furniture again. They are selling overpriced, poorly constructed garbage and their customer service is by far the worst I've ever experienced. Go online to Costco for quality furniture, great prices, swift delivery and amazing service.

My mother and I went in today looking for a rug and a mirror and while having a bunch of different options to choose from Josh helped us choose the perfect mirror and assisted in browsing the rug options. The associates there were all amazing, but Josh truly went above and beyond.

They started off great, but finished horrible. The furniture was much later than promised. Not a huge deal. we made it work. The last two pieces where delivered yesterday and they don't fit. The sectionals do not connect to stay together. The frame on the chase lounge cracked after three uses. They offered a repair, but who wants a repair on a cracked frame? No replacement even with a 5 year warranty. Repairs only!
