My wife and I went here to just look around and check this place out since we've never been here. One of the guys there was helpful by showing us how to shop off the signs they have but just followed us around the whole place making my wife and I uncomfortable to shop. Everytime we stopped to have a convo about a set he'd be no more then 5 feet away. Kind of annoying if you ask me. If customers want help we will ask for it. We dont need a private shopper to hold our hand around a tiny store. That cost you guys a sale because of it. If you want to spend top dollar come here. If your expecting to come here to save money you have the wrong place.

Different furniture and it is an outlet prices are better.

Went looking for a dining room table & wow was the shopping process seamless from start to finish! I was greeted by Beny, who introduced himself as the sales manager. He was extremely patient & kind and let me look around for as long as I needed. When I finally settled on the dining room set I wanted, he rang me up with no inclination to upsell me on other products. It was clear that Beny was professional because he wasn't just all about "the sale." He let me take my time and didn't follow me around the whole store like other places do. He was very easy to talk to and I felt very comfortable while I was there because there was no pressure (like other furniture stores) to buy right then & there. While he was ringing me up, I saw a wall clock that I really liked in the corner of my eye. He gave me a great deal on it so I added it to my order with the dining table. They both compliment each other so well & look amazing in my home. An added bonus was the delivery coming 3 WEEKS EARLIER than expected! Beny had said the estimated delivery time was currently at 4 weeks but to my surprise it was all delivered way before then. Thank you to Beny for helping me out & making this one furniture shopping experience a pleasant one I surely won't forget!

Benny and Louis where fantastic many, places you don't get greeted at the door anymore, but they did. They answered all our questions, took care of us, and have great prices.

I want to first start by saying, I was EXTREMELY skeptical to order from this Ashley store after browsing through some of their 1-star reviews. A lot of them talked about how horrible the delivery-time was, how their orders never arrived or arrived months after promised, etc. so it was definitely a risk to make the decision to give them a shot. Well, I'm glad I did because I can say for certain that it was one of the best shopping experiences ever. I have to give all props & credit to the person who helped my fiancé & I out in the Randolph Ashley Outlet store. When we first walked into the store it wasn't like most of these furniture salesman who hound you around the store for a sale & don't leave you alone. We were greeted by Beny the sales manager & he let us do our own thing. He let us know he was there if we had any questions/concerns & gave us our time & space to roam the store. We just recently bought a house and weren't moved in yet, so we weren't exactly sure what furniture we wanted to get. We took our time looking & decided to go back the next evening to purchase a couch we had been eyeing. Beny was there again to help us. He was terrific from start to finish. He never tried to "upsell" us or pressure us into purchasing things we didn't want. We knew we wanted this one sectional couch & that was it. He gave us a phenomenal deal & made the entire process smooth & easy. I cannot say enough good things about Beny & how professional he was, as well as personable. Him & my fiancé talked for a good half an hour after the sale just like they were friends. If only all salespeople were like him! Additionally, he gave us an estimated delivery time of between 1/25/23 & 2/3/23. Now after reading all of those god awful reviews of how peoples' orders didn't arrive for months after ordering, I have to say I was worried ours wouldn't either. But what do you know? Beny was truthful & completely on top of our order the entire time, providing me with updates every week, and I'm happy to say our couch is being delivered tomorrow! (2/3). We are so excited to get our sectional couch & are hoping for a smooth delivery process. I want to thank Beny so, so much for helping us with the furniture shopping process & getting our couch to us in a reasonable amount of time. We will definitely be back!

Great service especially from the sales lady named B. She has been very helpful and not pushy nor hovering. We received our order in a timely fashion and it was as ordered though the delivery guys could have been more helpful. We love what we had bought and have since gone back and have purchased some more.
