Recently went to this location on Sunday at 6:57, when they closed at 7:00. We were let in and felt welcomed. Rocky came to greet us and asked us questions to see what we were looking for and he was very patient, understanding, and helpful. We ended up leaving the store close to 8:00pm, feeling happy and having purchased new couches. Very professional staff and I would highly recommend going to this location.

We stopped by Ashley’s just to take a look since we’re new in town, and ended up leaving with a bed, mattress, and sofa! The service was outstanding—Santiago greeted us and guided us through the entire process with professionalism, patience, and kindness, he’s the GOAT. I also had a great conversation with Jordan (who is the manager I believe?), which made the experience even better. Overall, we felt truly welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommend!

Javier Lopez is amazing! Helped us find our new couch & explained everything, gave us options and made sure we knew it all. He really worked with us to make sure we got the right fit without being pushy! However I will say the manager does not use my favorite sale tactics. Making comments about the shoes I’m wearing so I should be able to make the down payment… which left a bad taste in my mouth. If it wasn’t for Javier I probably would’ve went elsewhere Make sure to ask for him when you stop in :)

Unfortunately if I could give a zero I would. Ashley’s customer service is absolutely horrible. After spending thousands of dollars on a sofa and waiting months for it to be delivered, it was delivered missing parts. I called the customer service number after waiting even more time to be told that it was my fault and I should have refused the delivery. I was not given the option. The supervisor at customer service was actually rude and not helpful at all.
