My father called Ashley Furniture regarding an order totaling over $5,000 — simply to ask a basic question. The representative who answered the phone, Leon, was shockingly unprofessional from the start. There was no proper greeting, no courtesy, and absolutely no basic education in how to speak to a customer. Wondering if it’s because of my father’s accident. Instead, he repeatedly said, “What do you want me to do?” in a dismissive and rude tone, as if my father was bothering him for calling about an order we paid thousands of dollars for. When we calmly asked for his name, he hesitated and then hung up the phone. That behavior is completely unacceptable. I have worked in customer service for years, and even on my worst day, I have never spoken to a customer with that level of disrespect. There is no excuse for treating people that way especially when they are asking about a large purchase. If this is the level of professionalism customers can expect after spending over $5,000, that is extremely concerning. Very disappointed. If I could leave zero stars I would

A huge thanks to Johnny and Lina for their immense knowledge on mattresses! We went to Raymour previously but ended up canceling our order because of their sweet nature. As a plus, they rocked my baby while he was in his stroller as we checked out mattresses.

Just bought a bed frame and couch from Ashley’s for my new home, and it was one of the best furniture-buying experiences I’ve ever had. Johnny, Lina, and Jordan made the entire process completely seamless. They were professional, personable, and truly listened to my needs. Their knowledge of the furniture was impressive, and they helped me find pieces I love while staying within my budget. I walked in planning to buy something for myself—and my mom ended up leaving with something too! That’s how great they were. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to see everything in my new home. Plus, Johnny and Lina have really cute pets so it was enjoyable to hear about their pet kids as I am a cat mom.

Elvyn the sales man was very helpful and took his time answering me and my wife questions. When we did find a sofa and love seat we liked he showed us everything it came with. He even had us jump on the sofa to show how sturdy it is. I highly recommend the store
