Leaving this review on Santiago’s service especially. After going to multiple furniture stores and moving within 5 days I decided to stop in here to “just look”. Sure shopping online is easy, and you don’t have a salesman down your back, but you get to actually FEEL what you’re getting. This is my 3-4th move and decided to do some adulting and purchase some better quality items (no more ikea, amazon, etc) only came in for a couch but because of Santiago I left with a couch, mattress and bed frame. Spending more than I intended, but truly happy with my purchases. He read my vibes and showed me pieces that I am truly excited for and can’t wait for my move. Set up my delivery and even after a weekend of overthinking, he was super flexible about helping me re-choose a better mattress (another upgrade) hahaha. Dealing with sales people is sometimes a drag when you feel like they’re trying to upsell you, or just showing you things you really don’t need or looking for. Santiago was not pushy, or overbearing, gave me the space to think, and guided me through everything and his suggestions ended up being exactly what I was looking for. Thank you so much for everything!
