LIES!!! THEY CANCEL YOUR DELIVERY AND RESCHEDULE WITHOUT TELLING YOU!!!! THEY WILL ALSO TELL YOU THERES CANCELLATION FEES IF YOU TRY TO TAKE SOMETHING OFF YOUR ORDER WHICH IS NOT ASHLEYS POLICY. We have been shopping here for years and we recently ordered some new bedroom items and the sales guy and manager who we've never seen before told us 1-2 weeks delivery. 2 was later and we're told by the warehouse and the store another date that was another month away yet online you can get the items in 1-2wks. we asked for a manager and did not receive a call until 4hrs later. meanwhile I was not waiting another month for a mattress so we purchased a mattress and base for Mattress Firm which was a much better deal and better quality and received next day. when we spoke to the sales rep and told him we wanted to cancel those 2 items he seemed very upset about it and then PROCEEDED to LIE and say I would pay a cancellation fee. Never once in all the yrs have I ever been told this and the Paperwork says different!!!! Not to mention all of a sudden he could have the order delivered that wknd! Friday comes and we receive confirmation calls AND texts regarding our delivery for our other item and when my wife went to track it thw next morning it said NOT FOUND. she called the delivery service approx 10am and they said it was being delivered by 1pm. THE ORDER NEVER GOT DELIVERED. SHE CALLED BACK AND WAS TOLD THE STORE CANCELLED IT ON 7/30 AND RESCHEDULED IT ON US!!!! WE CALL THE STORE AND THE MANAGER DIDNT EVEN CARE AND HAD NO PROBLEM CANCELLING ALL OF OUR ORDERS AS THERE WERE A FEW DIFFERENT ONES. WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE AGAIN!!!!!

Purchased 2 recliners one is defective called the store they said they will let us know in 72 hours what they will do about it. ITS DEFECTIVE. REPLACE IT. That’s what you do about it. The saleswoman Cindy gave me her cell number said “call me if you have any problems”. Called her no answer. Left a message no return call. Where is the customer service? I through Ashley was better than this.

Worked with Giovanni picking out some furniture. He patient and knowledgeable. We looked at several options for a few types of furniture. Did I mention how patient he was while helping us? Ask for Giovanni when shopping for furniture at the Toms River Ashley Furniture store. Best salesman we have ever worked with regardless of product.

We are very happy with the service we got at Ashley furniture. Our salesman was great, he didn't pressure us or try to upsell us at all. After our first couch purchase couldn't fit in our house entries because of our house layout, he was prepared to give us a refund if we couldn't find another couch we liked. We did however, find another couch we liked that did fit. Would definitely recommend Ashley furniture to others.

First of all, Mike my sales rep was outstanding. He has a great people sense and he was by no means pushy. He’s the type of sales person I like. Ashley products are always the finest. I’ve never had a problem in the past, and that’s why I always return. The rest of the staff who helped me at the counter were pleasant and professional. A great group of people working there!
