I worked with George to furnish my new apartment. He helped us through every second of the shopping experience. He walked us through several options in the bedroom and the living. We never felt pushed into a decision. He explained everything we needed and listened to all of our opinions. I can’t recommend working with George enough!! George was very helpful, he was beyond caring about which sofa fit my needs, he did not stop until i found the one that fit perfect in my family room. He was so polite. I recommend coming to George. I will for sure be coming back for him every time. What a wonderful experience. Very thorough.

Great experience! The customer service was amazing, my couch got delivered, and it was not what I expected, and there was a hassle free exchange. Chet G. And Karen I. were super helpful and I recommend going to see them when looking for furniture 5 stars across the board!!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Bought a bed frame and mattress from this location. Was shipped the wrong bunkie board size which is no big deal assuming the problem would be handled and they would exchange the one I received for the correct size. Customer service told me it would be $150 to exchange for the correct size. After 3 phone calls between both the store and customer service, still no resolution. Will never be shopping with Ashley again.

They were nice but we had alot of problems with Ashley furniture stores that we decided to spend our money elsewhere.
