Overall a good experience- nice store & nice associates. However, the associate tried to charge us $600 MORE for a dining set than the online price! When we pointed out the discrepancy, he happily matched the price, saying he didn’t know it was available as a dining set, and that the increased price resulted from him charging for each individual piece. We believed him at first, however, we later overheard a different associate do the same thing to another customer! Just be careful & check the online prices before over-paying by hundreds.

We placed an order for over 3500.00 and they delivered three separate orders but a dresser was missing from the order. We waited two months for them to deliver the dresser. They gave us a 15.00 gift card for their error. ALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. We finally found one employee that was able to reschedule the delivery and help us get the $15 gift card. I will never buy from them again.

Shaq was an excellent sales person! He gave me the space to look around without making feel like I was being followed or harassed. This was important to me because the first time I went in there (several months ago), the associate followed me to the point where she was invading my personal space and I felt very uncomfortable. I told her that I would let her know if I needed her and she disregarded my request and continued to nearly walk on my heels. I decided to go back last week and before I went into the store I prayed that I would have a better experience. Due to Shaq's customer service skills, I did have better experience! The only reason why I am not giving this a 5 is because when the furniture arrived, it was the wrong color. At that point, I decided to go with something different. Nevertheless, kudos to Shaq for helping me change my perspective of the store!

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Ashley for the first time, and I must say that my experience with one of their sales associates, Carmel, was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to assist me in finding the perfect bedroom set.

Everybody is very kind and patient. I get exactly what I wanted!

Daron was great with helping me find everything that I needed and had a lot of patience. The manager Janelle was great as well.

Special thanks is going out to Mr. Al and Ms. Marie. They were both very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. They made my shopping experience at Ashley amazing. I went in just to look around today but purchased the bed of my dreams. Ashley store is very lucky to have two wonderful hard working people like Mr. Al and Ms. Marie. First time coming to this store and was amazed they had our dream couch. Oyin greeted us warmly by the door, she was very nice, inviting and was patient with us as we browsed the store.
