I do not recommend! My husband and I made a purchase using the store's financing, and everything the manager offered as an advantage when he was selling was a lie. We went back to the store a few months later to complain about what was happening, another manager spoke to us and said that we are not the first to complain about the same problem, he suggested that we contact the bank as the store could not do anything to help Help us.

We were looking for a chair for our nursery and Christopher was wonderful from the moment we walked in! He showed us all the options and was so knowledgeable and made the process so easy and fun! He was so personable and truly made our experience amazing!

My husband and I found two sectionals that we really liked, Jonathan was assisting other customers so his colleague Alhassan came to assist us. Alhassan was so kind and patient with us, gave us time to decide on which sofa we were gonna get. We eventually decided on a sofa, and Alhassan explained the details of the sofa and the warranty. And informed us of the financing offer and told us the amount we would be paying monthly. Overall a good experience- nice store & nice associates. However, the associate tried to charge us $600 MORE for a dining set than the online price! When we pointed out the discrepancy, he happily matched the price, saying he didn’t know it was available as a dining set, and that the increased price resulted from him charging for each individual piece. We believed him at first, however, we later overheard a different associate do the same thing to another customer! Just be careful & check the online prices before over-paying by hundreds.

Not the Union store... Do not order from Ashley Furniture online the worst experience I have ever had with a Furniture establishment. We placed an order for over 3500.00 and they delivered three separate orders but a dresser was missing from the order. We waited two months for them to deliver the dresser. They gave us a 15.00 gift card for their error. ALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. We finally found one employee that was able to reschedule the delivery and help us get the $15 gift card. I will never buy from them again.

Shaq was an excellent sales person! He gave me the space to look around without making feel like I was being followed or harassed. This was important to me because the first time I went in there (several months ago), the associate followed me to the point where she was invading my personal space and I felt very uncomfortable. I told her that I would let her know if I needed her and she disregarded my request and continued to nearly walk on my heels. I decided to go back last week and before I went into the store I prayed that I would have a better experience. Due to Shaq's customer service skills, I did have better experience! The only reason why I am not giving this a 5 is because when the furniture arrived, it was the wrong color. At that point, I decided to go with something different. Nevertheless, kudos to Shaq for helping me change my perspective of the store!
