The guys who delivered our furniture were great but the table seemed off and one of them also said the same thing. After they left, we started looking at dimensions of the 3 piece set and found that whoever assembled the tables before it left the warehouse did a HORRIBLE job. They put the wrong legs on the coffee table and on one of the side tables, they put the legs on incorrectly. I called the store to see what they could do and of course they tried having me call to "Guest Services" which was an 888 number that no one actually answered. My husband ended up switching out the legs himself but we paid for delivery service that we ended up doing half the work. Super frustrating to be passed off by the Albuquerque store.....

Salesman was great and patient. The outlandish delivery charge of almost $399.99! Was a shock. Everything to be delivered in one trip. About $100 to $150 more than quotes I received from your competitors. Furniture prices and discounts great!

This to be my third purchase from Ashley's in two different locations. Staff is always professional, and they have good, competitive prices. Waiting on delivery for this latest purchase, so I'll update when that happens.

Was quoted a delivery date, then it was cancelled the day of. Finally received damaged furniture which was missing pieces. Staff was not helpful and has no way to contact the delivery team to see if things were left behind on the truck. Which doesn’t make a whole lot of sense. We will not recommend nor do business with Ashley’s again.

Our salesman Christian St John was wonderful! Found the furniture pieces we wanted and had us done in 20 minutes. Went and picked up our furniture and headed home all within an hour!

The Ashley furniture in Albuquerque was awesome. We had a great experience working with our salesman Jason. We were able to take our time and he showed us many different options of the several different pieces that we were looking for. They had a large inventory for us to choose from. The July 4th sale made it possible for us to outfit our new home with many new pieces of furniture. We would highly recommend shopping at this store.

The mattress salesman was very knowledgeable and I can’t wait to get our mattress on Friday. However, I was watching TV last night and I saw a commercial for Ashley’s 4th of July sale and it said for qualifying mattress purchases of $999.00 or more that a free adjustable frame would be included. The salesman did not tell me this but did give me only 20 percent off. I believe the sale was going on last Sunday (June 30) when I bought the mattress. I even asked how much the adjustable frame was and he said $750.00. Hmmmm

My husband and I have been searching for a new sofa for months, we have a smaller tricky space to work with but loved the deep seat sofas. When going to Ashley we worked with T Bone who was very helpful providing us with info on all sofas that met our needs along with material options for our dogs and kids. While it was a difficult decision T Bone allowed us time to think things over, try different sofas and provided us with the best price and payment options. Thank you T Bone for all your expertise and patience.

We spent 11k in furniture 2 years ago and it's been one issue after another, the place they use for the protection plans is a freaking joke. No Americans to help or talk to. No one helps at ashley they just continue to tell us to call the other place back. Everytime we call they say the coverage covers everything but the issue. First time took 11 months to fix the issue with our couches and we even had to spend more money. Now it's our bed and once again the coverage covers everything BUT our issue. We're 1 month in on this issue so far... I do not recommend this place at all. Costs a ton and cheaply made and forget getting any customer service. Wish I could rate a negative five stars -5☆

The delivery guys were great. We had a couple of issues. One issue was the sales person ordered the wrong color of chair and sent our order to Bernallio and not Albuquerque causing delays.

I had a unique circumstance and my needs were met in every way. Selection, quality, customer service, was all 5 stars. I was able to find the exact sectional sofa- bed for my relatively compact living room in the price range, color, delivered across the country where I’m moving to all while my wife was on the phone from her vacation. Both of us are happy with the purchase. Ashley makes buying what you want easy, and I trust the quality 100 times more than anything off of the internet.

We purchased a sofa and two end tables on 6/22. Matthew Romero was very nice BUT we paid in full with Matthew on 6/22 and set up delivery for 7/12. On 7/10 I called customer service to see when our delivery would be made on Friday. Found out someone did not apply our payment to the order so it was in delay mode. Now after spending hours with customer service over the next 2 days, I never got my delivery on Friday. They are delivering on Wednesday and they are supposed to give me a $200 credit on my account. I loved dealing with Ashley in the past but I doubt I will use them again

Absolutely Great Service

The sales person was nice. We bought a dinning set. After picking up the dinning set we had alot of issues. One of the chairs was very wobbly. After exchanging it it was still wobbly but not as bad as the first one. The table was worse, when putting on the top of the table to the legs 2 of the holes were off by quarter of a inch. Tried to contact our sales representative for 2 days to call us. He would always say that he would call us back but never did. We had 3 days to fix our issues. Those 3 days are up with still no solution. Not happy with ashlys Customer service. I will calling main office tomorrow. Robert

We purchased three pieces of furniture in 2021. A couch, love seat and large chair all with power recliners. We also purchased a five year warranty. About 60 days ago one of the recliners on the love seat stopped working. We called Ashely about the problem three times and they never returned our calls. We went to the local store where we purchased the furniture and the gentleman there gave us a number to call. We were told that since we didn't report the problem within 30 days the warranty was void. We tried to report the problem well within 30 days but received no response. NO MORE SHOPPING AT ASHLEY FURNITURE FOR US!!

This review is a little late, as we made our purchase on Memorial Day this year. Anna Garcia was awesome at making us feel welcomed, taken care of, and listened to. After truly just visiting to peruse, we found the perfect couch on clearance, and she was stellar with letting us know the particular rules with clearance items, and gave us great recommendations on how to care for our couch, who to ask for when picking it up, and making sure we received our couch in great quality condition. We have been loving the couch ever since. I rarely have such unmatched attention to detail from an associate from any company, and if we ever need another high quality piece of furniture, I will be glad to return due to her above and beyond friendliness and commitment to her work👍

Worst experience ever! My fiance and I took our time shopping for the right sectional. We finally narrowed it down to Ashley Furniture. We paid in full cash for a 5k couch. This is where it goes wrong. We get our couch and it turns out one of the ends of the sectional was ripped at the bottom, ripped at seams to where the inner cotton was poking out, a huge stain on the seating cushion and didn’t come with the feet. So within an hour of us receiving the item we immediately called. The store told us we had to file a claim online. Which we immediately did and that process was so unnecessarily over complicated! A week passes by and we don’t hear a thing. We call the main store and told me we filed a claim online and we haven’t heard back. They said wait a few more days. A week 1/2 passes and still nothing. We reach out to our salesmen and he was no help. Finally my husband decided to go to the store and talked to a manager and explained his disappointment and they could care less. So we told them we wanted to return it. They told us they don’t accept returns. My husband said that maybe they should’ve made us aware that this couch isn’t returnable before we purchased it. Manager said it’s not their fault we didn’t read our contract properly! So we waited longer to hear from the claims team online. Still NOTHING! At this point we decided to wrap it up and take it down to the warehouse where we picked it up from. This is where we finally got some professionalism finally! We spoke to a guy named Jonah and he kindly looked up our claim. We explained our situation and in the system it showed our claim but it was updated as “deleted”! So someone went into the system and specifically deleted our claim intentionally!! Jonah was so kind and helpful he helped us navigate through this and got us a new end to our sectional. Jonah was the only light to this whole situation!! Isn’t that a damn shame??? You think if you spend a significant amount of money you would think a company especially as big as Ashley furniture would have some care and professionalism to their customers but they didn’t! My family will never do business with them again!

My husband and I went in looking for a mattress and couch. We walked through the whole store and not once were we greeted or helped. We walked by at least 3 associates that weren’t helping other customers, and they just looked at us and kept talking to each other. Highly disappointing considering we found a mattress we liked, too.

Good employees they help and know what they are talking about when you ask questions. They don’t over crowd you and give you the time and space you need to make your decision on what you want.

Well I was very impressed the moment I walked into the warehouse a young man by the name of Jason walked over to me and introduced himself he indicated he was a sales person and if I had questions in regards to what I was looking for he would assist me well with that being said we started to look at furniture I was looking for and I must say his knowledge and professionalism I was very impressive I bought the furniture I needed for my home but the real impressive thing was I walked away satisfied as a customer this young man made a difference in regards to his craft but most of all just being a caring human because of him and his humane skills I would refer friends family to shop at Ashley Thanks Robert Sentnet

The gentleman that helped me was very nice, useful, and patient. Nobody was following me around. They let me look on my own and if I had any questions we met in the center of the store after I was done to get answers.

We came into the store on a mission for one thing, a specific recliner type for my mom. A salesperson greeted us within minutes and got us some direct help. Lamarr came to assist and was extremally patient, courteous, and professional and helped us decide. We reviewed all options, made the order, scheduled the delivery, and were on our way in minutes. It was an excellent buying experience with ZERO upselling and no pressure to take any of the warranty plans (which did elect for one anyway). We'd gladly shop there again and we hope we get the same young salesperson again. Awesome job!

BEWARE! We bought a brand new $3,000 Sealy mattress and bed, and had Ashley install it in our home. After ONE MISERABLE NIGHT, we requested a softer mattress (exchange) because the mattress was too firm. We were denied. Ashley said using Ashley to do the home install somehow CANCELLED any Sealy exchanges or guarantees? Maybe some small print? BEWARE! This mega-company showed they don't care about consumer here in Albuquerque, and we have a bed we can't use. Ps- the salesperson was very nice, but ultimately couldn't/didn't help us get the mattress exchanged.

Richard R. was very nice and soft spoken. We went into the store to just look at a new couch, and he helped us by pointing out that the phone charger on the couch would charge our phones with the case on if we took the sleeve out! We were able to get approved that night using acima Leasing-Judy Rivera. We will definitely go back when we have more furniture needs.

Ashley had a great selection of the type of sofas we were looking for. The sales staff was friendly and helpful without being high pressure. When it came down to making a deal we got an excellent price and value on the product we selected along with the 5-Year protection plan that is a terrific no-use/no-lose plan.

There is no return policy on unopened furniture. Also, make sure they don't give you a damaged box on pick up. If anything is broken, they are the most difficult furniture business to deal with and will give you the run around on their website only offering a BELOW REPAIRS refund for store credit or 20% LESS refund to you card.

Do not buy from them!!! I purchased a bed frame and mattress and a set of lamps from them and their in store price for the lamps was double than what it was in the website. I received them yesterday and when I pointed out to them that the lamps were double they told me that there was no price matching if I had received the product already. I said I literally got it yesterday and only noticed it today and he said he wouldn’t do anything for me. Then I said I was going to return it and he said there is a no return policy!! A no return policy!!!!!! One of my lamps is broken and he said I had to call a 1800 number to get it fixed and he wouldn’t swap anything in store. Then I asked his bosses name and he wouldn’t give it to me, then I asked his name and he wouldn’t give that to me either!!!! Do not buy from them. I said how can you justify charging me double than your website and he said they aren’t a part of their website!!!!!!! I am totally shocked with this.

I went in to the store on a mission to purchase a chair and ottoman - already chosen from browsing online. I wanted to see it in person, sit in it, curl up and make the final decision yes or no. First salesman ditched me to take a phone call-so I quickly located another associate. Start to finish under 15 minutes bought, paid, scheduled. Buying IN STORE can save money but be prepared to prove the price - they honored the lower online pricing. Also buying IN STORE you have an easier time resolving any issues or returns. All in all a great job and now I hope delivery schedule is met so I can enjoy my new chair!

Very friendly people and I might have made a purchase here except for the price I was quoted on a mattress, of course I was led to the most expensive one they had 8k .. I left thinking that was quite expensive, so I went to a mattress store right around the corner and the exact same mattress and frame was 2k cheaper, that completely turned me off from Ashley furniture

Horrible customer service with zero follow-up or communition. Ordered couch to be delivered. Although order was scheduled and we received a confirmation text about a week before hand, they never communicated with us after that and the delivery was not made. We wasted a beautiful Saturday waiting for them. Against my better judgment, we set up a second delivery the following Saturday. On Saturday morning, when we called to check on the delivery status the representative told us the couch was backordered. But no one called to tell us that. Where, oh where, has good customer service gone?

Very disappointed with Ashley furniture. We purchased our furniture several pieces might I add and had to wait a significant amount of time for its arrival. After this wait we picked up our furniture and insurance was purchased for our piece of mind. Our “new kitchen table was assembled and there were some manufacturers defects to chairs. The table wasn’t as sturdy and the chairs, one didn’t have the proper fill in the cushion and the other chair had the factory holes drilled improperly. I didn’t report it within 24 hours because I have a busy work schedule but Ashley wouldn’t work with me regarding these defect. POS If you ask me. I still make payments for defective furniture. Go elsewhere people not even the insurance I got was I able to use.

Make sure you read your receipt when purchasing things because they like to sell you the wrong Furniture. Swindlers Ripping people off this place sucks. I will never purchase from them again. Scammers

I received my order a few days ago. There is a nick on one of the chairs but don't believe it was due to handling. I will be getting a replacement. I was very impressed with the efficient and friendly service of your delivery people. I would certainly order from Ashley again.

Excellent selection of high quality furniture. Aracelli was a great person to work with. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. She spent the time with us and allowed us to make the best decision for us.

Edwin was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He showed us sectionals of all price ranges and upholstery materials, telling us how they worked, the maintenance of fabric, etc. What was impressive is that although he really liked the high end furniture he knew that we might want to look and consider the others at a lower price because of our specific circumstances i.e. pets. He pointed out the best material for our pets and for better wear!

A little disappointed that I have to wait 3-5 weeks for the bed. Every bed I was willing to get had a delivery date of March 2nd or later. Employees were very quiet, I suspect the morale is very low because of the manager. Managers negative energy and bad mood really shows on the employees faces. Felt like they were all in a time out, not exaggerating, just a honest observation.

I was a little esceptical about buying furniture online. After visiting the showroom a few weeks ago, I called the store yesterday and visited with Taj , a most sensitive and knowledgeable sales representative. He walked me through the pieces of furniture I was interested on and a couple of text messages and phone calls later the purchase was done. Unfortunately not a good experience. We were giving the wrong location by sales associate where to pick up our merchandise. And the funniest thing is I got another text for my review which I had not submitted yet, thanking me and calling me by a different name.

Great buying experience. Attention when we needed it, but the salesman left us alone when we needed time to hang out and test the sofas by ourselves. He also worked to get us some deals, which hopefully was honest and true.

I ordered a recliner and it was to be delivered on Saturday after waiting two weeks . I made arrangements for the delivery. I was called on Friday morning at 7:00 am on my day off to tell me it wasn’t coming the next day instead I have to wait another 4 days and make arrangements during the week . I then called the store to speak to a supervisor because the girl that called couldn’t answer any of my questions , NO ONE CALLED me back! So I called the store and spoke to ANTHONY. I was told that NO manager could talk to me cause they were ALL busy with customers that were in the store. I think ANTHONY needs to go back to training and learn that In Store or On line WE ARE ALL CUSTOMERS!!!!!!! I then had to call the 1800 number for a one man show Omar that I had him cancel my order but my refund would take 10 days. I asked again to speak to a manager or supervisor but there was no one else to talk to he was by himself. This is unacceptable. I will be calling the BBB. Just a warning if you buy something and want to cancel from ASHLEY FURNITURE because of scheduling or horrible customer service you wont get your money back for 10-12 days. This is NOT customer service . And it seems that these companies don’t care if your unhappy . This is the world were living in. Unacceptable!!!!!i will NOT shop here again.

Our salesperson, Lamarr, at the Albuquerque NM store was super patient with us as my 95yo mother tried several different styles of chairs for a dinette table she liked. She then tried some simple occasional chairs, which she needed help getting up from. Then she tried several power reclining/lift chairs. We ended up buying the dinette set and a lift chair for her, AND a power recliner for me as well! Thank you Lamarr for your time and patience!

Had a great experience with Ashley homestore in Albuquerque. We were shopping for a couch. We started at Ashley, looked at a few other stores and came back. My wife and I ended up buying the couch of our dreams. Part of the great experience there was due to our salesperson Ashley Frye! She was very knowledgeable and very patient with us! Definitely would do business with her and Ashley again!

I'm changing my rating to a 1. This was the worst purchase I've ever made. Don't shop at Ashley. I purchased a "new" reclining sectional and when delivered, it looked like it was a return. Also, it immediately needed a part repair. Now I have another part that came off and the cushions are already slumping. I've reached out and no one has returned my call.

I decided to edit this after additional time. The initial process was great. Salesman was very helpful and attentive. When we purchased our couch and desk we were told 2 weeks. We were contacted about 1 week later to arrange delivery and the subsequently received confirmation of the date. Ultimately about 10 days from purchase. Come the day before delivery and I still hadn’t received a time for delivery. I called and was transferred to the national customer service line (basically useless) who told me it was on back order and it would be an additional 4 weeks. When I told them I had already received confirmation, they said it was a mistake. When I was finally able to contact the local store directly, they told me that when I was sent confirmation, every piece was in and they were unsure what happened. I told them I had already sold my old couches as a result of the confirmation and I was no without couches. Their solution was to apologize and that was that. When I finally received notice of delivery, it was an additional 2 week delay. Almost 8 weeks after purchase and we have no couches as we sold ours, as I mentioned above. The least they could have done was waive the delivery fee for their mistake and ongoing delays. Hopefully no further issues or I’ll be requesting a full refund and I’ll never go back.

Updated: This company/store is terrible due to the fact that they are horrible with customer service and they won't assist you properly. This store is hungry for business and will try In anyway to get you and suck you in. I think they call that a "High pressure sellsman." I purchased the wrong item and requested within 3 days of them dropping the item off for an exchange for another item that would fit in my living room and this is what Victor the supervisor said all sells are final and exchanges aren't allowed. I tried to explain to the man that the only reason I bought this item was for my fathers medical conditions and that the reason for it was because we were needing to use the ottoman to put his legs up due to him having lot's of water retaining in his legs. Please if anyone is reading this be careful with this place and if you do shop don't make the honest mistake I did because they don't care all they want is your hard earned money!

The store is well laid out, the only reason I give it four stars is that we wondered the store and many sales people looked at us and never offered help. The store wasn't busy. I spoke with the Manager and he helped us, made it right, and assured us that wouldn't happen again. Update: So, they were supposed to call me last week to give me a delivery time on Thursday, come Thursday... nothing. They didn't call or text to let me know what's going on. I called customer service and they were no help. I went to the store yesterday to see if this could be resolved and finally got some answers. They said the bed we were sold was in stock but when the warehouse looked at it, the bed was damaged and they had to get another one from AZ. Cool, some clarification, my problem is, there was no communication about my delivery, no communication about any problems, and I had to take my time to track down the information. Super annoying.

Overall, Lamar was great, he didn’t put any pressure on additional sales and did his best to get us the best deal. Downfall was that we were given incorrect information about picking up our items at the warehouse. We delayed our pick up from the warehouse by 2 days to allow time for the warehouse to gather all our furniture. When my husband went to pick the furniture, he ended up having to go to 2 different warehouses in order to get all our furniture items.

Terrible. Ordered furniture for my elderly father. Was assured delivery & assembly after 2p 12/26 (since we were off for the holidays) Now I’m told furniture won’t be here until the 28th & they set up the timeframe for when delivery takes place. No one answers the phone unless you are making a NEW purchase, or they refer you to an 866# where you are repeatedly hung up on unable to speak to a live agent… Seriously considering canceling the order- it’s a shame what retail chains have become. Right hand does not know what the left is doing SMH

BEWARE, THEY DON'T HONOR THEIR WARRANTY. I have a 5 year warranty, that is set to expire next year. I have a chipping table and a chair that is now useless as the wood piece that supports one of the legs completely cracked in half. I tried contacting them for 3 Mos before someone finally admitted there was an issue at point of sale. I have a receipt that shows I've paid and have a 5 year warranty, and they will not return my calls. To date, I've placed 34 calls, and the only thing they'd offer was a refund on the warranty. What am I supposed to do with the $1600 broken and chipped table??? I asked for a better resolution as that was unacceptable, and they needed to take responsibility for their screw up. She said she'd call me back and never did. I even called corporate 5 times after this, they ignored me. I went into the store and watched the manager place a formal request. They still NEVER called me back. Shady shady business practices, and now I'm left with a $1600 POS. I will definitely be canceling my card with them. I've literally furnished my entire house with Ashley, and this is how they treat their customers. Run!!!

Let me start by asking you something. What is the worst guest at a house party? Is it the person that didn't read the invite correctly and arrives way too early? You bet! That is a mother-in-law move or a work-friend-with-borderline-Aspergers-you-felt-obligated-to-invite-but-hoped-woundn't-come move. You see, I scheduled my couch's arrival more than a month in advance. I took time off work to not interfere with people that "hypothetically" depend on me. I had an easy DMV appointment 10-minutes away from my house scheduled one hour prior to the EARLIEST possible delivery window provided by Ashley as I took the whole AM off. When did the delivery people first call indicating they were 10 minutes away? 1 hour and 20 minutes before the EARLIEST possible delivery time. To their credit, they weren't lying and they arrived a full one hour before the EARLIEST time they were supposed to arrive and I missed my DMV appointment...but I did get a couch that 1) I paid for the delivery which was delivered whenever they wanted not when I needed it and 2) only "wanted" in these least emphatic way...it was more of a necessity as I had no place to sit. Missing that DMV appointment required me to take more time off work and drive 1 hour and 30 minutes round-trip to the neatest DMV that had an appointment still available that day. Thanks, Ashley! Let's say, "hypotheticallly" speaking I'm a healthcare provider that has a schedule with appointments of people that depend on me being, "on time." What happens if I get ahead of schedule? Nothing! The next patients probably can't come in early because they have agency and free-will and probably also took time off of work to come and see me..."hypothetically" still, of course. In sum, there is zero credit for being early in this world (unless you are Amazon, which doesn't require you to be home) it is actually detrimental to everyone whether at a party or for an appointment. Zero Stars. Yes, the couch is fine. Yes, the delivery was fine but still, zero stars. I'd up it to one star if Ashley would refund my delivery fee and go to the DMV for me and deal with that whole non-sense. Do you know what the best part of this review is? As a GenX-er, I'm not special and it doesn't matter what I think which negates this whole review. That is juxtaposed to the generation of delivery drivers that showed-up from a certain, younger, more inwardly-looking generation that, by their own admission, are very special as the world obviously revolves around them. I hope they ended their day early to make "content" after making my day much longer.

Most products picked up or delivered are damaged resulting in a call to the questionable customer team. This occasion was terrible. They denied service due to my name not matching their records. More calls resulted in them saying they don’t have supervisors or managers and no way to file a complaint. They talk in circles and waste a lot of time. What a poor example of a business.

Robert was such a great help and didn’t pressure us at all. He was quick to answer questions and had a wealth of information when we had questions. Glad he helped us with our purchase.

We bought a set of shelves very nice, but we're not told we have to put it together.. My son helped me put it together was pretty easy. And it came out very nice. Otherwise everything else was a good experience.

Came in at opening on Black Friday - bought an end table. While waiting for paperwork to be completed, saw a sectional I might be interested in, but would have had to check with husband and measure family room. Was advised the sale would only have been offered until 8am, 1 hour after opening. I may have bought it but that wasn't enough time. Unfortunate.

We were so excited to purchase a bed frame and mattress from here. But after 3 days the bed frame broke while our family was getting ready for bed. The entire upper frame underneath the mattress broke we were terrified because our 3 year old was on the bed with us. We made many attempts to schedule someone to look at our bed to fix or replace it because we have a warranty, it took about 3-4 months to send someone to just come look at it. The person informed us parts would be sent, it has been months and nothing came in. We called Ashley’s to inform them because no one followed up with us, we got the response “why haven’t you called us”. It’s been a year now, still making payments for our broken bed costing us thousands. Our family has been having to sleep on our couch. Thank you Ashley’s for the great customer service.

Updated: It has now been 14 days since the Store Manager said he would issue a refund and have the delivered parts picked up. NOTHING has happened. DO NOT SHOP AT ASHLEY!!. They deserve zero starts. I sincerely wish I has read the 1 star reviews prior to visiting. I purchased a bed and due to what I am told was a "tagging error", the wrong rails were delivered. The sales associate did go out of her way to inform me that this would be the case, as it was too late to stop the delivery. But she made a fatal mistake, she promised me the proper parts would be delivered by the end of the week. Based on that promise, I accepted the rest of the bedroom furniture. After I was informed the actual delivery would not take place for an additional 3 weeks, I questioned the salesperson. Basically her reply was essentially "well that is the way it is".

Donica helped us find the perfect mattress for my husband and I!! I have scoliosis and have been struggling for years trying to find something that works for both of us. So me and my wife bought a great amount of furniture from Ashley store in Albuquerque. So one of the items we got was king matters. So what happened that matters was defective. So any how it was very crazy trying to get it replaced. They did honor the warranty and said they would replace it. So I went to the store to pick a matters and of course my matters was no longer available so they called a lady which she was very pleasant to work with and of course she ended up grading our matters which was ok cause my wife really liked it. But my complaint is she promised a couple of pillows and also they were offering a free ice cooler with a purchase of that matters. So when I called my sales person she said she would ask her manager cause it was not a purchase it was a exchange. I then explained that I did purchase a more expensive matters and she agreed with me. Never heard back from her. So my beef is don't promise what you can not deleaver. Also follow up would be nice. I will be thinking real hard if I will return back to that store.

My time shopping was fine. I was greeted and browsed at my own pace without the hovering presence of a salesperson, which I appreciated. But my visit was marred by the absolute nightmare of the check out experience! It took over 25 minutes to complete the transaction for the one clearance item I bought. It took three employees, one being a manager to complete the transaction. There were tech issues, difficulties figuring out the right price (the discount was 75% off $200.00), a wait for a manager’s approval, then my information had to be put into the system twice, next came the paperwork I had to sign 5 different forms, one of which the salesperson didn’t know what it was for. Couldn’t wait to leave and won’t be back!!! My advice steer clear of this store!

I was in need of a new mattress yet I had been putting it off. I knew it would be an expensive venture I wasn't ready to make. So when I did feel up to it, I headed here first and glad I did! They were really nice not too pushy and we believe, I'm getting just the mattress I need. If not, I have 90 days to figure it out. I'm satisfied with my purchase now I'm just awaiting delivery.

Delivery was poor, did not assemble furniture as promised. Ask first and make sure Ashley follows through before purchase. Also make sure all parts are with items purchased.

Terrible store, and worst buying experience ever. I was greeted by a rude salesman who wasn’t interested in me until he found out I was looking for a mattress. Then, when I told him my budget he proceeded to argue with me and the mattress I was looking at, saying I needed to spend over 5k on a mattress to be worth sleeping on! He tried pushing the payments on me, but when I told him I wasn’t interested in financing or getting a more expensive mattress, he rolled his eyes and walked away. No one else bothered to help. No manager to be seen or heard, and I could hear at the employees laughing and carrying on at the front.

I bought a tv stand and the sales associate was great but the folks that loaded the stand didn’t bother to dust it, they don’t wrap your furniture so it doesn’t get scratched, they just gave me a pile of scews and didn’t have anything to put them in. For ready to take assembled furniture they could at least wrap it and handle more gently.

BEWARE!! Unfortunately, my experience did not go well. We did purchase a couch and loveseat on sale. We asked our sales person, Crystal, what if anything is wrong, since the price was very good. She replied NOTHING is wrong. It is a model we are no longer making and want it off the floor. It matched what we were looking for so purchased the item, after looking it over. We had it delivered the next day and it showed up with a rip in the back of the loveseat. Unfortunately where the loveseat sits it is not against our wall so the tear is exposed. It was hidden in the store behind another piece of furniture. We called to get help and we’re actually laughed at- he literally laughed at us on the phone stating we should have noted in this in the contract if we expected help with the tear. Sorta hard to do when you don’t know about the tear even after asking! After a week of trying to get help the store is silent and apparently does not care about its deception to customers. So BEWARE!

Extremely Disappointed! It was Monday, July 1, 2024, when Anthony Montoya approached my family and I and after showing us a few Couch sets, got visibly irate with us when we decided to look at other options/places for which couches would work best for us before purchasing them. He went on to tell us, in an intimidating manner, that he worked hard for us and that he was a single dad. He was so visibly angry, “clenching his jaws” that 3 members of my family, Grandson, wife and baby, decided to go outside and wait for me while I still bought 3 bar stools. My other grandson was really thinking that your employee, Anthony was going to lose control of himself, so he stayed behind to make sure I would be okay. This was an extremely tense situation for us and I would ask that you be aware of your employee to make sure no other customer has to experience this kind of behavior. Will never buy from again. Purchased a $1,500 power recliner. When I received the USB plug to charge my phone didn’t work took them 3 weeks and saying they would send someone out who never showed to tell me that if I would accept the chair as is without the USB charging station working they would give me a discount. A week later the power recliner, warmer, headrest and messager function went out. Spent 4 hours on the phone with them and submitting a ticket they then closed the ticket within 2 hours refusing to refund, replace, return or exchange. Went into store the 1st time in the morning and was not allowed to speak to a manager and was told the only way is through the 800 number which is what gave me the trouble and could never get a hold Of someone from the store. Then went back in the afternoon and spoke with a manager who pretty much stated there was nothing they could do and I was out of luck. So I’m out $1,500 and have a broken chair. Do not shop here unless you want to be taken advantage of

Your lucky you received a 1 star, just because I could not rate a 0.

Went to the Retail Store for help with an issue today and found out they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE people to help you, at the store. Ain’t heard of such a stupid move on their part. They give you a QR Code and an 800 number to call. They don’t call you they text you. Very impersonal and aggravating. I already went down that road and was looking for “one-on-one” personal help!! They don’t provide that anymore! I called and closed my account and will NEVER shop at Ashley again!! Rude lady that worked there flipped me off as I left.

Although I recommend Ashley overall, I do not recommend the store in Albuquerque. Last year, we ordered a lot of furniture and some was very delayed in coming in. Despite this, I tried them again because I needed to purchase a loveseat. Although it was on display/not marked as such, the model we selected was discontinued. I requested to buy the display model, and the salesperson said noone was there to make that decision (it was a Sunday) and he would call me the next day. When he didn't call me the next day, I sent him a text to which he never replied. I tried calling the store the following day, and the store didn't pick up their phone so it went to an out of country customer service line. The costomer service told me I had to call the store, they cannot help me. Of course, given the store didn't answer, my only option would be to go back to the store in person. I opted to go to a different store rather than work with the staff at the store. I have always had a good experience with Ashley in other states that I have lived, but unfortunately this one (Albuquerque) appears to have poor management and staff. Adding this on 3 August 2023 - the below response from "owner" is a canned response (as you can tell from them asking for an order number and store location) - when I texted them, I received canned responses and an update on an old order - nothing in regard to my review above. Clearly this company/store is in need of better customer service.

Ashley Home Furniture are thieves! They sold me a three piece sofa set for $3,400.00 and an extended warranty for $350.00. The love seat has a manufacturer's defect, so I called for repair. Ashley's ordered the wrong part the first time and failed to even show up the second scheduled time. Ashley's puts the blame on thier "third party" repair business and takes no responsibility. It's not my fault that Ashley's is doing business with a less than poor performing company. Who sold me the warranty?? That's right, Ashley's. The endless transferring to different departments by their customer care team is just a buffer to prevent the customer from having any remedy whatsoever. When I finally got transfered to a supervisor the lady hung up on me, after 3 hours of waiting! Ashley's sold me defective furniture and a warranty that they refuse to make good on. Thieves! I'll be seeing AHF in small claims court. Or Ashley's can come pick up their garbage and issue me a full refund. Dont waste your time with AHF, save yourself from numerous hours of frustration and headaches.

Customer service was great at first until I pulled up their own website to compare a price. The bedroom set I wanted was priced around $2,300 but $1,089 on Ashley’s website. I asked if they would honor the price, I was told that the amount lost is taken out of their paycheck so he wouldn’t do it but he could give me 15% off lol. I can order it online, from Ashley furniture, and save over $1,000. I think that is so bizarre.

Experience was just ok. Sales person disappeared when looking at recliners. Thought delivery was free, but was charged $159.99. Sales person never said that the warranty was not included in the price of recliner, that charge was $299.99. Sales person not open and honest on cost.

We bought our brand new living room set For Christmas. It was pricey but we figured it’s been 15 years since we replaced our old set. Less than 5 months later BOLTS are shearing off. We can’t use it and I can’t get anyone to call me back. I had to drive over 100 miles to make sure the Albuquerque store is still open. They can still sell furniture but won’t bother trying to fix what they already sold. Very disappointing ☹️

Walked in, no sales person, so we walked around. We found something but still no sales people. I asked the service desk if they could get us a sales person and she announced it over the PA but no one came so we left. We were ready to buy too, as we walked out, there were the salesmen on their cell phones sitting down.

I purchased the 5 year protection plan coverage. I filed a claim on 2/6/23. I sent a follow-up email on 3/29 after not receiving a response. I sent several other follow-up e-mails on 3/29-23 and then again on 4/3/23 and 4/22/23. I submitted the claim and submitted all photos via the Protect All claim submission website. I would love to revise my review with 5 stars if I can receive a response and get my claim resolved. There is only a support e-mail address listed on the website and so far, as I explained I have had no luck trying to inquire via e-mail. If someone can offer me a direct phone number where I can reach a human to help me resolve this matter - I would appreciate it. Claim ID 904913. Update 6/9/23 - Thank you for having someone reach out to me quickly to resolve this matter! I appreciate it and am excited to know that the protection plan was a good investment after all.

We purchased a whole living room set and had it delivered in early March. The love seat was damaged upon delivery and have been trying to get some resolution since. We contacted the customer service and we told them the brackets pulled out of the wood and wouldn’t hold the furniture together. Instead of sending a new peice of furniture they sent the wrong brackets. We have contacted them several times with no response. We have even tried contacting our salesperson as well as stopping in the store to get this resolved. We only keep getting you will hear something in 3 day and never hear anything. We will never buy from Ashley again they are truly terrible at delivering what you paid for. We are at a loss for what the next steps are to have this issue resolved.

Large variety, courteous and professional staff, price of products vary from good and bad (my opinion). Good store which l would recommend to others! I changed my mind after l later had many problems with Ashley Store, especially with the Customer Service (too many to discuss at this time)! I would give a 0. I ordered a dresser, mirror, table, couch and ottoman. The ottoman was never delivered after a botched first delivery of the couch. Despite acknowledging that a third party delivered the couch the first time, Ashley refused to assist in looking into the issue, refund the money or deliver the ottoman. Needless to say, I would never buy anything at Ashley again. I spent many hours on the phone and never had a single call back. The sales man, Robert, said he would help but did nothing. I will be filing a lawsuit and reporting the conversion to the BBB. Beware. Additional response: Ashley’s response was only for show. I texted with them and they continue to claim they have proof of delivery but refuse to send it. The whole problem stems from their inability to deliver the couch initially. They used a different company. I would recommend being very cautious if they have to come back for re-delivery of a partial order. They may claim you received everything without bothering to show you any documentation. They already have your money and will force you to file a lawsuit rather than do the right thing. They are counting on that most people will not go to the expense and hassle of filing suit for a piece of furniture that is not worth much anyway. I hope this is helpful.

Easy peasy! We knew what we wanted going in but wanted to see other selections before purchasing, and there was no pressuring sales people following or hasseling us when we let them know. Our customer service team, Christian and Alana were amazing! They price matched our bed from what it showed online with no hassel, and gave us all the financing options that would best suit us best.

My sister told me about them. I thought it was like a super expensive place bcuz of there commericals and I was like nope. Update: got a call from customer service saying they can deliver Saturday. Soooo if you call and try to cancel your order, they will make furniture magically appear! Walking around the showroom was fine, the purchasing process kinda took forever. I ordered a sectional from Lucas. He told me most of the sectional would be delivered May 17, and one piece is on back order until June. I said that was fine because I would have most of the couch early enough. He told me I would get a text to confirm a time slot for delivery. I also told Lucas that I just bought a house and would be getting rid of my previous living room set before I move in. Well today is the 17th and I received no follow up for a delivery time slot. I called Ashley and was told my sectional was 8 WEEKS OUT! Not May 17, not June, JULY 12!!!! I told the lady on the phone everything that was explained to me; she said they don’t do partial shipments, they wait for all pieces to arrive to the warehouse. Why wouldn’t the salesperson have told me that? So now you expect me to live two months without living room furniture?

I was expecting more of a selection of the furniture online. The furniture in the store was nice and I did place an order. After I get the order delivered I may up to 5 stars!

Deceptive practices. We found a small sectional that we liked, but was not priced. We inquired about it and they said they'd find us the price. We agreed to buy it and have it delivered. On delivery day they only delivered the chaise saying that is all we paid for (we paid just under $3000. The whole time, the salesman, named Mo, knew we were I interested in the whole sectional, and that it what he led us to believe. After arguing, they agreed to refund the full amount, however, we purchased on Wednesday and delivery wasn't until Saturday, so they wasted 3 days time and we still have to find a new sectional. After reading other reviews below, I am obviously not the first person they have done this to. BUYER BEWARE, go elsewhere.

This store has really went down hill. Walked in and was not greeted by any of the sales associates. Someone finally acknowledged me after 35 minutes but ended up wasting my time anyway. Told her my budget and she found something way above it then kept texting her sister while trying to help me. After being in the store almost 2 hours I found another couch I liked and the sales associate said that her phone was dying and that she basically couldn’t do anything else for me at the moment and said she would text me with more information once her phone was charged but yet she had a company tablet in her hand. All the men sales associates were also not very friendly they were all just sitting or walking around starring not asking if I had been helped. This place is horrible I def won’t be coming here anymore.

I rarely leave reviews, albeit poor ones, but I have to share my experience with this store. We purchased a TempurPedic mattress and bases from this store on March 10th. Today is April 19th and we still don't have them. I've tried to confirm delivery with them multiple times, through their own texting system that randomly sends you text messages and also by phone. Either there is a bug in their texting system, or they are simply inept. At this point I have no confidence that my bed will ever be delivered (was supposed to come today, but lo and behold, somehow my delivery which I confirmed by phone and by text yesterday, only to receive a text saying I cancelled the order, has now been rescheduled for Friday). My next step is to cancel the order and purchase it somewhere else where I have full confidence in their delivery system. INEPT is the only word that comes to mind. I am a calm and quiet person by nature but this whole experience has angered me and my wife. It's truly unfortunate because Ashley has great furniture and good pricing. Unfortunately, who knows what you'll get from them after the sale is done.

Had a great experience here with our couch. We found a floor model on clearance and their employee, Zack, went around it with us to show us any possible wear and check for any other issues. The store wont do shipping on unpackaged floor model furniture, probably a liability to their folks risking damage in handling. But Quintin helped us load it and make sure we got it in the truck in a way it wouldnt cause issue in shipping. Its now setup at home and looks great in the living room. Thanks again Zack and Quintin for the great service! -leaving names so management can recognize them too.
