The worst customer service ever I will never suggest to anyone to go to Ashley it was a nightmare don’t pay cash cause it takes 10 days to get refund by mail I don’t give any stars but can’t post this without one. It was suppose to take 6 weeks to get a recliner delivered and I was told by T-Bone it would be a week . They never called or texted to tell me I had to do all the calling also they have no where to complain to like corporate number

When I first arrived I was greeted by Jason [Jarvis]. He was very friendly, kind, courteous, and charming. He explained where I could find what I was looking for in the store. He wasn't very pushy about me buying anything and worked with me in finding information on what was available or not. He showed options of different styles and was knowledgeable about the brands. Very helpful and explained everything. I left the store with a purchase.

We ordered our sofa yesterday and were treated well and fairly by Richard, the salesman. He showed us options and asked us the right questions to help us pick the right sofa. It won’t be delivered for two weeks so I can’t comment yet on the product, but the service was good.

Purchased some coaches and it was fast and easy!! Can't upload pictures yet as delivery will happen in a couple days!!

All went well at first but after spending $3,000 at the store they never processed my order and I was without furniture for a big event at my home and three weeks without furniture. No offer to pay for delivery nothing but I’m sorry for the inconvenience. Spend your time and money elsewhere.

They really know how to pass the problem on to other departments! I ordered a sectional couch with extra pieces, Upon delivery, the delivery driver said I had 72 hours to make any returns or report any problems. The couch is too big. I wanted to return two pieces., Call the sales manager at the local store. He’s like just call customer care. They’ll take care of it, Tell him it’s too big for the space and they’ll approve the return . Call customer care, sorry ma’am you should’ve refused it at time of delivery. There’s nothing we can do. It’s our policy. They refused to take the extra two pieces back less than 24 hours when I was told I had 72 hours . Just terrible how they treat people one employee will tell you one thing the other will throw policy in your face!! Never again !

The service I received from Christian over several days of shopping at Ashley was exemplary. He gave me lots of time to wander, look and think, but he was available to help whenever I needed him. Return a piece of furniture that wasn't able to work, 2 months trying to get them to acknowledge that I didn't receive the furniture and issue credit. Basically crooks, they don't answer the phone, sales guy refuses to call back, horrible customer service!

Update: as of 03/12/2025, the claim process seems like a scam. Called the numbers as instructed in the comment, and was told to submit the claim like the first one, but chose “repair”. I did and was told to wait for 2 business days. After the 3rd day, an email requested me to send “product series” which I provided 2 times in two separate emails (although it was provided while i submitted the claim via chatbox). I have not heard anything till I followed up and was told "no further information provided". NEVER BUY AGAIN FROM THIS COMPANY. They took your money, delivered junk product, and pretend to have a "claim process" to satisfy you, but what they do is fooling you around with that process until you loose patience and give up. $1000 worth sofa deserves much better product and the customer service There is a piece of redundant wood under my sofa, I called the customer service number to ask if it’s kinda non-conformity on the product, but was directed to submit a claim through their chatbox, I went to whole thing and was offered $86 gift card, then $56 refund, and repairing. I chose none of those my main reason is to find out what is going on with this product before I can decide the solution. The chatbox is close and says “sorry”. Its not great idea when the company keep using this technology for customer service, instead of talking to real person. If the product is in error, $86 gift card or $56 refund seems too cheap to me. I am not satisfied with the post- purchase customer service at all.

I initially purchased an expensive power reclining sofa, then reconsidered after I got home so the next day I called him and changed my order so I could have multiple pieces of furniture and he accommodated. My only complaint or critique is the chat bot does not understand when something is being picked up and when something is being delivered so I’m getting constant text messages from Jenny the chat bot requesting me to pick up my sofa that is set to be delivered.

My wife and I were greeted by a salesman named T-bone when we walked in. Our intention was to purchase a dining room set. T-bone mentioned a president day discount, march madness discount, cash payment discount and another he could give. We found the set we really wanted for $1500 and were ready to purchase however, T-bone came back with three prices all of which were more than the price on the table. Long story short, he gave us a final price in the neighborhood of $1200-$1300 got up off the chair and walked away as if both the offer and us were an inconvenience and didn’t exist. He was a very rude and horrible person. We left confused and upset without getting the dining room set we wanted.

Very very very frustrating to deal with as far as delivery services go. Everything I order from here is rescheduled numerous times. I was supposed to receive a bed 2 weeks ago and was told to make sure my bed was moved before the delivery so the delivery team could set up the new one…. So I got rid of my bed the day before. Only to find out the following day my bed did not get delivered. I was then told my bed would be delivered today. Only to now find out that the soonest it can be delivered is in a month…… and that is IF that happens then my wife and I will only have had to sleep on the floor for 5 weeks straight because this companies ability to coordinate and provide accurate information is basically impossible. The furniture quality isn’t bad, however, the process of receiving it is a complete and utter nightmare.

Good prices that encourage repeat business. Prices are good and furniture is comfortable and of good quality. The sales team is friendly and willing to work with you on pricing and financing. We are repeat customers and will probably continue to go there for our home furniture wants and needs

Lack of communication by the sales rep. Tried adding on protection without communicating with me. Seems aggressive and frustrated when I asked to price match online pricing and remove protection. Aggressive sales tactics will probably have my shop else where in the future.

Complete lack of transparency when trying to make a claim for repairs. I would avoid this place like the plague. EVERYTHING is handled on the corporate level. If you want personal service you’re not gonna get it. Save yourself the heartache and go to the Amish Connection instead.

Jason and team were helpful and got us in and out in under 30 minutes! I had my eye set on a particular sofa which made it easy but they outlined the pluses about the couch. And it was cheaper than ordering online!

Well Anthony could have been a lot more helpful just sat on the couch and had us come over to him. And less time talking to the ladies. I like Ashley’s and was disappointed with that kind of help or lack of.

We decided to buy a mattress for my daughter because the brand she uses has fiberglass in it. When we asked if the mattresses have fiberglass, the salesman had the "sleep expert" came out. He said he had never heard of that before after being in the industry for 20 years. Relieved, we decided we were gonna go ahead and purchase a mattress. Thankfully I did a quick google search before processing the payment and found that Ashley has had lawsuits based on fiberglass. So either the "expert" doesn't pay attention to his field or he straight up lied to us to get the sale - putting our child's health at risk (actually our entire family's health at risk since the fibers float through the air). We won't be returning.

Nobody greeted us initially or offered to help, though there were many salesmen around, but then we saw Jeremy M. and he was very friendly and helpful. He got us taken care of quickly and we loved his upbeat attitude! Would definitely seek him out again next time we are looking for furniture.

I love how the chair looks however approximately 2 weeks after it had been assembled and barely used I noticed both rear legs had become dangerously loose. After looking closely at the only way they could be assembled I determined there was no way the legs could be securely attached due to defects in leg construction as well as incorrect placement of pre drilled holes. I have not made contact with anyone regarding this as I just noticed this yesterday. Will call, email and send photos on Monday. I sincerely hope they will provide a replacement as the chair in it’s current state is useless.

I cannot say enough good things about Mellisa and Kelsey who cleaned my house today. This was the first time deep clean and I could not be more pleased. It was a huge amount of relief off my back because my vacuum was just not getting up the pet hair in my house and I was afraid it was going to start clogging my vents. I have a pitbull and a cat that shed a lot. I will definitely be using your service again and hopefully I can request them.They worked hard! You should value them as employees.You are so lucky to have them! I don’t know if your company gives raises to your employees but these two women definitely deserve one!

I was double charged for my purchase because their system(tablet) died mid transaction. They assured me the first one would fall off my account because the full purchase hadn't completed. Instead, I now have 2 charges on my account and Ashley claims to only see one charge in their system. Now I have to dispute the charge through my bank. Between this and shady sales tactics, I will never return.

If you have damaged furniture and try to return it Ashly's policy is to give you the run around. I received damaged chairs and table.. I had to assemble them.. It took 20+ phone calls, emails and texts before the issues were resolved. I first tried to speak to the manager at the retail store and he refused to talk to me. He handed me a sheet titled GRT (guest response team) which included there basic warrantee and a phone number that you must call. It also included a website that did not exist. I called the number and after about 30 min. I was connected to a A.I. application. Then I was finally connected to a actual person. Then the nightmare began.. I was forced to submit photos of the damage and then they started email and text negotiations. This went on for several weeks. They sent forms via email titled "Dufresne Spencer Group" with transaction numbers that included 9 digits. They were vague instructions for return and delivery.. I was finally given a replacement chair. That was delivered to my home assembled. They also delivered a replacement table that would have required assemble by their "white Glove" team. The table had damage that was worse than the one I already had. They gave me $50.00 to just keep the original table. Bottom line is if the manager had just spoken to me instead of handing me the GRT sheet we could have resolved the issue with one visit a replacement chair and a $50.00 refund to just keep the cosmetic slight damaged table. Instead they frustrated me and waisted two delivery trips that I'm sure cost them way more than what it should have.

I purchased a new. hybrid Temperpedic mattress, yesterday, with no interest financing! I got to lie on the mattress, almost two hours, and it felt better than the seventeen year old foam Temperpedic mattress, I’d had before! It was a great experience, replacing the previous mattress! Thanks, Mohammed and Anthony and Richard (the son of my home health nurse), who will earn commissions from my purchase!

EDIT: The reply Ashley gives is proof of their incompetence in customer care. They do not do anything to help except provide a phone number to their customer service as if they aren’t the ones who are the entire problem. If I could give zero stars I would. I have had and unresolved warranty claim since May 2024, only 6 months after receiving our couch. Despite my patience and numerous attempts to resolve this issue, the lack of communication, follow-through, and effective solutions has left me thoroughly frustrated and dissatisfied. To summarize my experience: 1. Initial Purchase Issues: My dissatisfaction began with less than poor customer service during the purchase process in August 2023. We were ordered the wrong couch and the Ashley store in Albuquerque was almost no help and the manager there was extremely rude when we inquired about the status of our couch (we had a date scheduled for delivery to which I took off of work for and it never showed up and that evening the status of the delivery showed cancelled) I understand things happen and sometimes the wrong products get sent. That wasn’t the issue, the way I was treated after the fact is what made me so dissatisfied. We finally reduced our couch after 2 months after we ordered it. 2. Warranty Claim: I filed a warranty claim in May 2024 for a couch that, despite being just 6 months old and is hardly used, has multiple structural issues. Sitting on it causes it to collapse and sink, and the pull-out mattress mechanism is faulty, it crashes when you sit on the couch. The literal first time we used the pull out mattress we experienced this problem. 3. Ineffective Repairs: After months of waiting, I received replacement cushions that degraded almost immediately due to the failed mechanism. Months later, December 2024 a technician-installed mechanism which immediately failed upon installation. I was then told Ashley would be in contact with me to find a resolution and I have yet to be contacted by them. Aside from telling me more cushions are about to be delivered. I guess their solution is going to just send new cushions so they don’t have to do anything. 4. Lack of Communication: I’ve made over 15 calls to the warranty center, only to receive conflicting information. I was repeatedly told that parts would arrive within days, only to later learn they weren’t even ordered. I have been told I have no choice but to wait. Most recently, on January 16, 2025, I was promised a supervisor would contact me within 48 hours, yet I’ve heard nothing six days later. On January 22, 2025 I called customer service again and after nearly 40 minutes of being on hold with a representative I was told that the couch is no longer under the original warranty and I will have to contact the extended warranty provider. I was told the warranty expired in October 2024, 5 months after the first call to the warranty department to make the claim. This is really what caused me extreme frustration as this has been an ongoing issue since May 2024. Because of Ashley’s inability to solve a problem it is now thrown on me? Ashley didn’t do their job so now it’s not their problem? After explaining to the customer service representative that the same issue is occurring after the new mechanism was installed he said it is a new claim and that I will have to send in pictures or videos showing proof of the issue, which puts us right back to the beginning. For over seven months, I’ve endured broken promises, misinformation, and no resolution despite paying for the extended warranty. This has been exhausting and has undermined my trust in Ashley Furniture. As of today 1/28/25 (nearly 9 months after my first issue) I am yet to have been given a resolution. I hope anyone that reads this takes their business to another store.

I purchased a new bedroom set on black Friday and it was delivered the following weekend. The dresser arrived broken and when I called to inquire I was told to put a claim in and replacement parts would be sent. I explained that I did not want replacement parts for a brand new dresser. It has now been 5 weeks, with 2 different trips to the store to speak with local management and district management with nothing being resolved. I called again today and spoke with customer service regarding the ongoing issue and was again told that I needed to send more pictures. Customer service also informed me that she did not see notes pertaining to the issue when upper management said they would have someone call to schedule a pick-up of the old one and delivery of the new one. I am now paying monthly for a piece of furniture that does not function. I will never again buy furniture from this company as they clearly don't know how to run a business, and hire incompetent lazy people.

Had a great experience walking through and looking at potential pieces. The staff was great and even accommodated me and my children providing water and balloons to keep them entertained. I was also able to find my dream couch for my new home. Will be back and for my other pieces!!! Karina was a great help!!

Our Ashley assistant, Donica, was wonderful in helping my wife and I determine the best mattress for our sleeping preference - very knowledgeable and patient!

Lots of choices to look at. We really appreciate that we weren’t hounded by the sales team. We were shown some examples of what we’re looking for and were given ample time to look and think about our choices.

Edwin Rio was super helpful but was not pushy. He gave us the space to make a decision on our own. Edwin being bilingual is an added plus as we could talk in either language at any given time. We walked out with a new sofa and loveseat!!!!

Do not believe them when they give you a delivery date and then confirm the same date by email. Two days later you'll find out you're waiting three weeks or more.

We went in looking for some furniture with two(2) recliners being 1st on the list and Muhammed helped us and we couldn’t of been happier with his patience, knowledge and honesty. We not only left with the recliners but we have identified the additional furniture we’ll be back for. Thanks again Muhammed and we will be seeing you soon…..

So I have finally received all sofas I purchased. However I have never received the battery pack for the electric recliner sofa. In fact, no one will return my calls or texts. The number provided in the store responses is to an automated system only. One respondent suggested I come to the to pick up the item. When I purchased it, I told them I’d take it with me. Turns out they don’t stock them at the store. Why not just get me the battery pack? Could it be that hard? What is it called when you pay for an item and they don’t get it to you?? 🤬 Update on the update! Big Sigh. Note the loss of stars. For some reason the process of efficiency eludes the folks at Ashley & their delivery service DSG.for the life of me I do not understand why my sofa sits in the warehouse undelivered while the other gets delivered. First I’m told it’s coming in from Houston, on wait no - it’s really sitting in the Albuquerque warehouse. No reason why it can’t be put on the truck to be delivered last Saturday with sofa #2. Oops! No one told the drivers it was supposed to come with. Finally a manager tells me that if there is anyway he can get it to my house Saturday he will. Well, talk is cheap - never came and he never called back. So I am still waiting for my sofa that was supposed to be here January 3. I also purchased a battery pack for my electric recliner sofa. Bought and paid for. It too was scheduled to be delivered on 1/18. Not only don’t I have it, but it’s no longer listed as an open order. Did someone else get it?? Delivering furniture is not rocket science or brain surgery, mistakes can happen without people getting killed. Logistics can be tricky. But getting 4 items to one address at the same time does not seem very complex to me. At this point I’m not expecting excellence or even competence ( those ships have sailed). I’m just looking for the furniture I paid for to get to my house. they say you get what you pay for. I have not gotten what I paid for and I feel I deserve better service than what I’ve gotten Update: Escalation process is underwhelming - no call back. But I contacted my salesperson (ER) and he followed up and learned the reason for the delay was that the sofa arrived damaged at the warehouse and had to be replaced. Why customer service couldn’t or wouldn’t say that is something I can’t understand. Fingers crossed the both come a week from tomorrow as promised. Later I learned ER worked my problem on his day off. Thank you - I was pleased & surprised that you went out of your way for me. I upgraded my initial rating from 2 to 3 stars pending arrival of my furniture. Original post: I purchased 3 sofas mid December. I was told the first sofa would be delivered 12/26. When reviewing the BOS I noticed the description of one of the sofas was incorrect but assured it was “just the picture”. Actually, the wrong item was listed. After a second correction it arrived - after the promised date but within reason. The second and third items did not fare as well. After some back and forth I was told that my sofa-chaise was in the warehouse but they were waiting for the 3rd sofa to arrive. I requested that it be delivered the soonest possible day. The warehouse scheduled it for the 11th but it was changed (no idea why and by whom). I tried to escalate the issue in customer service but evidently the escalation process stops at supervisor and was refused access to a manager. I told the id accept the VO of Customer Service, but you know what happened right?? Now all that is left for me is to cancel the orders for sofas 2 and 3 and begin shopping again

Very disappointed in the quality of the couch and beds we purchased. Also, we were given an itemized list of discounts the day we purchased our furniture and one of them was missed on our final total. For months I went back and forth with the store and they never refunded us the money that they over charged us, even though they acknowledged they charged us an extra $700.

We were greated immediately when we walked in then given a few minutes to look around, shortly after we were approached in a very respectful manner by a knowledgeable salesman. Although it took us multiple trips and many hours to make a final decision on which couch to purchase Mike Garcia was very patient with us, answered all of our questions and provided top notch customer service, he even rearranged a sectional on the floor so we could see how the layout would work in our room. I highly recommend this Ashley Furniture location as it seemed all employees have a similar sense of urgency and knowledge level as Mike Garcia. They will definitely have our business in the future.

Absolutely terrible! The customer service person was very friendly, but when they offered me a 6 month payment plan through them, I didn’t know I was signing up for a credit card! There was no mention of that whatsoever. Only after they told me that my credit check came back good and I’m approved for it did they tell me…Very shady. Left immediately afterwards. At least give people a warning before you run their credit, even if it is just a soft pull…

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced with the warranty. Bought a couch in May part of it broke within 5 months. They refused to replace the piece. They told me it would need to be repaired in my house. Six weeks later, they ordered incorrect parts, cancelled, and “improperly scheduled” me multiple times for the repair. Don’t bother purchasing the protection plan. They won’t help you.

Made us feel at home even with our 21/2 year old running thru store! Sales woman was very accommodating.

Ashley Furniture Store just scammed me! I ordered a complete dinner table set, but they only delivered part of my order and tried to justify it with misleading information. The photo on the invoice was deceiving, and now I’m left with half of what I paid for. I want to return the entire set and get a full refund. I will NEVER do business with them again and will make sure to warn others about their dishonest practices.

Chris helped us find the bed we needed at a fair price and was transparent and down to earth. Seek him out. He was the best out of the 7 different places we went to.

Mom was looking for a new recliner so we went to Ashley's. We were greeted right away and the sales person showed us 3 options (per mom's request). She found the right one very quickly. In and out of store within 35 mins. Delivery scheduled for the 6th. I would recommend Ashley's.

Taj was a sweetheart he did not pressure us and let us look and was also available for questions if we had any. I do not like the pushy sales people we were asked about 20 times if we could be helped we kept sending them away. That’s super frustrating to shop when people are paid by commission. The staff was swarming us and it felt very overwhelming. Some staff also tried to take Tajs sale by asking us to switch, very unprofessional. We bought the furniture from Ashley and we were very happy with the purchase and Taj.

The parent company Ashley left us with a bad experience. I don’t think it was the local store’s fault. The parent company had disingenuous pricing for the modular sofa we were looking at. It was $850 for each end piece, left and right, that takes one armrest, but the armrests themselves were $500 extra. The salesperson apparently didn’t know that and quoted us a price of about $5200, then sent us an invoice for $7200. The armrest thing plus $1100 protection plan plus $500 delivery charge. This after he kept saying “don’t worry, I’ll give you the best available price.” And “today is $30% off for black Wednesday. “ and “I’ll get you the protection plan for free.” it didn’t look that way to us. We cancelled the order.

Muhammad helped us in selecting our recliners. He was well-informed and was not a high-pressure salesperson. We enjoyed our shopping experience.

Two times that I was promised both my couches and only received the love seat. I was very upset since I have company coming for Thanksgiving and the manager was not compassionate about my situation. The sales folks need to be transparent with buyer's about furniture delivery. Very disappointed 😞

the worst experience, you should not buy anything here, the waiting time is too long, the pieces arrive in parts and there are also missing pieces to be able to assemble the bed, I have slept for more than two months and counting, I still have one more month because the saleswoman Charlie, did not put all the pieces and after two months they want to add more cost for the missing pieces, not even the general manager seems like he could help, he only washes his hands saying call customer service which of course means waiting for hours on the phone without helping you with anything, just waiting a month for the missing pieces to arrive, and you cannot return due to store policy. On recommendation, do not buy anything there, because like us, they have us waiting almost 3 months and without being able to assemble my simple bed base.

I’m am very happy with my purchase and my experience at Ashley. The staff was friendly, and professional but not overbearing! The only frustrating thing I experienced was from the warehouse. My husband and I chose to pick up our purchase rather than waiting for a delivery. I received over 15 emails and texts from the warehouse within a 6 hour period to confirm and reconfirm our scheduled pickup!! I don’t know if that is an automated process but it was very stressful and frustrating. The actual pickup process was very organized and convenient.

I went in to buy a coffee table ASAP for a get together I was having the next day. I made sure it would be ready the next day. I went to pick it up and I could not pick up due to not paying the amount. Then called Ashley's who said my ID was not entered when I purchased, called store directly n no help no options to fax or email ID n now I will be canceling my order the only reason I paid for an overpriced coffee table is b/c I needed it tonight!!!

Crystal is amazing! That girl deserves a gift certificate to Betty’s day spa. Found me the perfect bed and nightstand and was able to get it so we could pick it up the next day. I’m 27 weeks pregnant with twins and's just moved into a new home and I couldn’t be sleeping on the ground. She is just wonderful.

I was not interacting with the Albuquerque store. I was having to deal with the company because this is the second time my electric recliner (part of a large leather sectional) has become inoperable. The first time, while it was under warranty, it was only temporarily repaired with a used part. It was never resolved. Now that too has failed. Of course now it is no longer under warranty. All I asked for was for me to pay for a new part and for technician. It took 5 phone calls and filling out an invalid form I was told to fill out. A total waste of time. The part is finally ordered, I paid for it. Now I have to wait to receive it. Then they will schedule a technician. From my first experience, that could be several weeks. I will never purchase anything from Ashley again.

AVOID ASHLEY’S Furniture AT ALL COSTS Go to MOR Furniture for Less (super amazing customer service, both in store and during delivery, quick exchanges, and have made it right every time) Orlando (delivery driver) was to input the pictures he took and have our dining table exhanged, since he delivered it damaged, in which he noted himself, making us feel comfortable that he was going to do the right thing, however, he never did. It’s been 3 weeks of customer service giving us the run around that it will be resolved. Very poor service making it impossible to get an exchange. WE WILL NEVER BE RETURNING TO THIS STORE, and we have more bedrooms and an upstairs to fill, but MOR furniture for less will be our top choice, hands down! They delivered our bedroom set, mattress, couches and kitchen chairs. MOR Furniture for less has been absolutely amazing with their service, easy exchanges, no hassles! Go there and save yourself the trouble! Ashely’s just offers a gift card instead of fixing their mistake. Very poor way to handle things!

We had a terrible experience with Ashley. We worked with Chris, who was very informative and resourceful. We purchased items in stock and were informed it would take two weeks to deliver them. We received a confirmation email on a Friday to confirm the delivery for the following Tuesday. We agreed and confirmed and made arrangements with our employers to be home during the delivery period. On the day of the scheduled delivery, we waited over three hours for the furniture to be delivered. However, no one showed up, nor did we receive any notice regarding the status of our delivery. I took the initiative to call and request a status update. After waiting 10 minutes, I was able to finally get through to an associate who informed me that our order had been delayed and we would have to wait an additional 2-3 weeks for the furniture we ordered. We did not receive any notice about our order being delayed after confirming our expected delivery. We were informed our sales associate was supposed to reach out and inform us of the delay. However, we never received a call or email from Chris regarding the status of our order. I would not recommend purchasing furniture from here, considering their poor communication skills and disregard for the customer's time and money.

We were lied to by our associate on the delivery date of our order. We were told 2 weeks but found out 2 days later that the item is back ordered and is SIX weeks out. Had we known this information we would have shopped elsewhere. This isn’t the first time this franchise has lied to us about delivery. I don’t know why we chose to shop here again. This will be the last time we trust Ashley.

We had great customer service from Clarissa the customer service rep and from Donica the sleep expert when we were in the store shopping for a mattress.

Sharky furniture store. I will never again purchase from Ashley. I went in, in the beginning of September, and purchased a bed and a reclining couch. Total $2,700. I was able to pick up the mattress the next day with little confusion, and was told the couch would be in by Sep. 24th. The couch never came in, the sales girl Karina dropped the ball on that one..wonder if she still got comission🤔 and I was given the run around for about two weeks as to where the couch was. Each time I talked to some new manager, I think theres at least 20 of them that work there ( or way too many never the less) and they all made up a new excuse each time. Cause nobody seems to know what the hell is going on anyway am I right?🤷🏾. So I go in, in person, around october tenth, one month later, and talk to someone remotely competent by the name of Jason. He finally comes clean and says the order was never "billed" and the sales girl probably didnt know cause shes new. Right on, just give me my money back👌🏽. He says hes issuing a refund ($,1600) and I should see it in no more then a week. Well a week goes by and no refund. So, I go in person again and this time talk to another manager named Mike. Mike says he'll take care of it and that Jason just didnt submit the request to issue the refund to accounting (so Jason just didnt do it🤔? There seems to be a pattern on "just forgetting to do it" here). So I see Mike send an email IN ALL CAPS to this magically absent accounting department and he reassures me the money will be back in my account by Wednesday 10.23.2024...its thursday 10.24.24, more than a month and a half after the initial purchase and still no refund. Guess yall are just keeping my cash🤑? Alrighty, see you in small claims I supppse👩‍⚖️. Allen Colmenares

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER SHOP HERE IF YOU WANT QUALITY OR RESPONSIVE SERVICE!!!! We ordered a sectional and had a decent experience in the actual store, but no support afterward. Our sectional came in FILTHY and DAMAGED condition (no fault of the delivery people at all - the couch was unboxed and wrapped in the warehouse where it obviously was treated poorly). The delivery people and I took pictures the day of delivery and submitted claims. We were told in the store and by the delivery people that Ashley would contact us and send a technician to assess/fix the issues within 72 hours. No such luck. We have now spent the last month+ resubmitting claims, sending pics, emailing, chatting, and texting. No response until I gave a 0 for their review in their internal system. BUT...still no response for a tech to come out. They actually sent us fabric...to what? Recover part of the couch??????? And to top it off, they "don't accept returns," so we aren't sure what to do now. I usually only review in positive ways, but this one deserves the lowest possible review. HORRIBLE QUALITY, SERVICE, AND FOLLOW UP.

Service at the store and ready to sell good. But pickup is the worst experience i I have ever had. Gave wrong directions, no way to call warehouse, no answer to store for detail directions. When you finally get a response they say it close to a gas station. Drove around the area for an hour.

Your delivery scheduling is just awful. Will not buy there again because of it.

Bought a sofa sleeper. We also bought the protection insurance. Sofa back cushion stress tears within the first 3 months. Insurance excludes 95 percent of all actually causes of damage. So we just wasted money on a couch that is low quality and money on insurance that doesn't cover anything even though we were told it covers everything!

I had a very great experience here both T. Bone and Cristopher were super helpful, they helped helping us pick the right sofa for our home as well as with the whole buying process.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! This store delivers broken furniture and if you purchase you will receive broken items. They will shift you to warranty services. The calls I made to the store for delivering broken items were rude and I was blown off several times. They do not honor what the sales team says. I have been dealing with these people for over two months and still have broken drawer on a side table. They did deliver a non-damaged item that was originally a damaged dining table after fighting my way though a mess. Just beware of purchasing anything from this store!

Sacmmers, make u wait 3 weeks for delivery ($100 delivery charge) wrong style and color like they're forcing unwanted furniture on customers by their crooked practices. There's better more honest furniture stores. Don't trust their staff. The recliner I ordered mysteriously discontinued and they sold the floor model, the staff acted suspicious like scammers. Btw it was white not grey, and it had a cup holder plus more plush higher quality. This one Grey, no cup holder, very stiff not comfortable.

Salesperson was helpful, but we needed to cancel the order 3 days later. Assured it was processed, credit never appeared. Called again and manager refused to come to the phone. Called corporate to cancel, took 2 people and 2 days to tell me refund would appear in 10 business days. Very poor customer service.

My husband is having shoulder surgery in a couple of weeks, and yesterday we went to Albuquerque to look for a recliner for his recovery. When we went to Ashely, we worked with Muhammed Mujahid. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions. There were many constraints in what we could purchase because of my husband's lack of mobility after surgery. After looking at some stores, we decided that the recliner we saw at Ashley would work for us and look nice in our home. Unfortunately, by the time we got back to the store, the day we would receive the order had moved out a day and we were concerned that we wouldn't receive the chair in time. Mo and his manager discussed it and were willing to sell us the floor model (something that they don't do) to meet our needs. We ended up with the chair we wanted at a good price and were able to take it home that evening. Thank you, Mo, for going out of your way to take care of our needs!

So a little update to my previous post. We were promised we would get a call from Mrs. Miller who is supposed to be the highest in the company for escalation by Monday. It is now Wednesday and have not heard from anyone. Ashley sold us the wrong mattress. Told us to make a warranty claim, spent 5 hours on the phone to be told this was incorrect thing to do. A store manager told us it was unfortunate and hung up on us. It is appearing we are stuck with a $1800 mattress we do not want. This place is a scam, it will wheel and deal you and when they make a mistake, they will force you to live with their wrong doing. I will never come within 100 feet of their doors. There’s a brand new unboxed mattress sitting in a spare room that has never been slept on and Ashley will not make it right and exchange for the correct mattress or take back the mattress they promised they would make right. I guess what is unfortunate is this company has no care in the world, and what is unfortunate is they will be the sweetest people in the world until they have your money and they turn to complete disgusting human beings. Cut you off when trying to speak, hang up on you, tell you we are the ones that are wrong. If I could chain their doors shut to save someone else from such miserable customer service, I absolutely would. Here are some photos of how the mattress has currently sit for almost a week now and this company will not even come get it or pick up their mistake that they promised they would. Don’t worry Albuquerque, I’ll leave a weekly 1 star update until this company decides to maybe finally do right by a very angry customer. Ashley likes to leave a number that you can text if there’s an issue. It gets you no where tho. I added a picture if anyone wants to see where it gets you. 10/17 update: Well documented all conversations. Finally had to explain the need for small claims court since many members said they should refund mattress. They finally agreed to take mattress back. They picked it up on 10/2 and still have not refunded money. So I’m without the mattress and they keep saying they will refund money. At this point I don’t have a mattress and I don’t have my money I paid for it. Ashley is run by a bunch of crooks!!! Avoid company at all costs!

I enjoyed the customer associate. I wasn't super impressed with the selection but found a mattress and king bed set we liked. I was in the store almost an hour completing only the check out process. Then when we picked up the furniture at two separate locations: 1. They didn't give is all the bed pieces and we had to return to get it even though it was their error. 2. The 2nd location to pick up location VERY difficult to find even with the reps “special” instructions. It brings you to the what looks like the back of Ashley furniture as an employee only entrance there’s no signage that lets the customer know that this is a customer entrance. Without the special instructions, the text that Ashley distribution center sends you is an address that brings you to an auto shop. Then a few days later, I found a really sweet furniture store that’s locally owned called furniture 42 in Rio Rancho. Check them out!

You guys we are at a month now of having this mattress at our home. They are STILL telling us that they are unwilling to refund us our money or pick this mattress up!!! It was THEIR mistake!!! Everyone at the store location has agreed to it being THEIR mistake and after a month we are no longer in need of this matress. We had to purchase another mattress in the meantime for family coming in out of town. At this point it WILL be going to small claims court!!! It is $75.00 dollars to file and serve. We have all OUR ducks in a row , with phone records , names and notes on every phone call and converstation we have made, to try and get this resolved. They STILL dont have the mattress we wanted in stock and come to find out the mattress they rang up ISN'T even a mattress they have on their sales floor. I have spend countless hours on the phone everyday for amonth now and have done everything they have asked for. I WILL be going after them for far more than just the cost of the mattress at this point. Unfortunately we had a awful experience with the manager Jason Jarvis. He has no business in customer service, let alone running a store as a manager. He has absolutely NO people skills and is extremely rude and he lost Ashley a customer. I will say if you do decide to shop with Ashley, go to Jason Johnson!!! He is the only one that will treat you with an ounce of respect and try to help. Unfortunately we had this experience and it wasn't even our fault as the customer. They entered the wrong item number and sold us the wrong mattress. When we got it home and realized it wasn't what we had purchased we went back to the store with our paper work to let them know there had been a mistake and we received the wrong mattress. That's when we had our experience with Jason Jarvis..... it was awful that day and got worse the next day when I called to tell him the "information" HE gave me the night before was incorrect. He wanted me to fill out a warranty claim for a mattress that we did NOT purchase and told me there was NOTHING he could do, even though it was their mistake. When I called the number he gave me , I was told this has nothing to do with a warranty issue and this is something the store needed to handle. When I called the store back and gave Jason Jarvis this information his response to me was, " that's unfortunate " and then proceeded to hang up on me after I asked to speak to another supervisor. I called back a few hours later and spoke with the other manager, Jason Johnson who apologized and said he would do everything he could do on his end to get the situation taken care of and get us the mattress we ordered... That's all we were asking for!!!

Terrible terrible terrible!!! Do not do business here. We have made the mistake twice and will never go back. Bought a couch a few years back, they tried delivering 1 piece and couldn't tell me when the rest would come in. I refused the one piece of delivery because as soon as I would of signed, I would have had to start paying for pieces I had not received yet. I called to confirm before accepting the one single corner of a couch they tried delivering. We waited over 4 months and decided to cancel because they could not tell me when they would get the rest of the sectional in stock. It was during Covid, so nothing against them that time. Never left a negative review, unfortunate they lost some business then. Fast forward to now, we are in need of a new mattress. they sell us on a hybrid, and I elect to pick up from warehouse. BIG BIG MISTAKE!! The gate going around the warehouse has a ring bell that I pushed for 30 minutes without answer. I was on the phone with main 1-800 customer service and they couldn't get ahold of anyone inside to open for me. Then a UPS driver came out letting me get in, all to catch a bunch of attitude for showing up to pick up my mattress. We unbox mattress and sit on it one time when my significant other says it is wrong. She had a serious Princess and the pea moment, blew my mind. Sure enough I start looking into sku's on Ashley website and they did not sell us the hybrid and sold us the full gel mattress. Go to the store, they tell us there is nothing they can do and to start a warranty claim for a replacement. After 5 hours on the phone with their warranty claim, they say this is a store issue and we should of never been told to call and make a warranty claim. Call the store, speak with Jason on the phone, who tells me its all unfortunate and hangs up on me. Also, this Jason would not give his last name, and I bet it is because just 2 reviews down, Mr. Jarvis is doing the same thing. This is a manager who does not want to do his job. Mind you, it is the same manager who we spoke to in store who told us there was nothing to be done and to start a warranty claim. No sir, this is not unfortunate, this is a mistake on Ashley's part. So now we are in communication with the highest level of escalation, and we still have to wait at least one week to see if they will even get a shipment of the mattress we want. The lady who is finally taking care of us can only apologize for all the rude customer service, but at this point, I just want to warn everyone that this place is one of the worst places to buy furniture from. I will NEVER be back and they will certainly NEVER receive another dime from me.

We asked him to give us some space and he would not back off. We asked three times to let us look. Even one of the employees told us he is always like this, and the manager called the cops on us. I ordered a dining room set and paid for the” White glove service”. Not only did it come two hours after the time they had given me they did not have all of the pieces to put the table together. It still sits upside down in pieces in the dining room. I communicated with Jenny their virtual service only to get the text. This conversation has been disconnected halfway through the process. Then I called the delivery person who said I will be the first person he calls Tuesday morning, that was a week and a half ago. I’m still waiting for that call. I tried to call the store, you cannot, you only get some person sitting in another state somewhere answering the phone. After 30 minutes she could not help me. I finally walked into the store and my very sweet sales person, Richard took apart the floor model and handed me a pile of screws. I guess I will be putting together a dining room table for this Labor Day weekend. I asked to be reimbursed the $100 ”White glove service” But they said no, they had delivered the dining set. I will not be returning to Ashley furniture!

Today my husband and I went in to Ashley's for a couch and were helped by Christian. We were both plesently suprised with the service he provided us. He was there when we had questions, gave great recommendations, and ultimately, just let US do the shopping. We normally don't like going to stores with sales reps because it feels like they're constantly hounding, or persuading us into getting something we don't actually want. Christian on the other hand, just let us "have fun". If you shop at this location, Christian St. John is a sales rep to go to.

My first time ordering from Ashley and I learned some things. 1. They will honor the online price in store. 2. They can do orders via email so if you know what you want, you don’t have to go into the store. We will see how the delivery and set up process goes. It’s gonna be at least a month before my items come in. That’s not ideal but what can you do?

DO NOT GET FURNITURE HERE!!! I waited over a month for my living room entertainment set and when I finally received it, it was BROKEN!! It’s extremely upsetting, to wait over a MONTH for something, only for it to be broken. I immediately called the store manager, Jason Jarvis, and he advised me to submit a warranty claim, he was rude and anything BUT helpful. Submit a warranty claim on something I just received TWO hours ago, just to wait 10 + days to be processed and get a response?? WHAT A JOKE! Seriously, don’t buy furniture at Ashley’s, it’s obviously cheap and overpriced!!!!!

NOT handicapped accessible! It's crazy, they have handicap parking spaces, but there is no way to enter unless someone opens the door for you. The employees are in the far back how can they claim to be handicap accessible?! Ashey makes enough off of their expensive furniture they should be able to afford one door that allows handicap people inside. But they must not sell to people with limited mobility.

UPDATE #1 The response I got below, text messaging number just says my number is not associated with an existing order, so I called the other number. It just takes me back to where I’ve been calling for the last 50 bajillion times. Worst customer service. And now I’m paying on footboard that I can’t utilize. It just sits in a box on my bedroom floor. UPDATE #2: I have resorted to calling the Better Business Bureau. At this point I’m absolutely frustrated and borderline pissed off. Bought an entire brand new bedroom set with a mattress. Delivery was done July 19th and come to find out the footboard would not work with the particular mattress I bought beeeeecause the footboard has drawers. So, the delivery guys said they would initiate a return and to call the following Tuesday if I had not heard back. I called, was told “ok we’ll make this a priority. If you don’t hear back in 48 hours, call back”. I’ve yet to hear anything from them. No, text, no email, no call, NOTHING. One person even told me that her supervisor would call me back with a ticket number because she was busy with another customer, then proceeded to tell me that she herself was going to lunch and had to end the call. I’m on my 5th (?) 6th (?) call at this point. I’ve lost count. But you can best believe if I miss my payment they’ll be here in a NY minute to pick up my furniture. The furniture is beautiful but the boxes with the footboard and sides are not pleasant to look at. Plus, having to move the boxes just to pull a dresser drawer open is tiring. (My room isn’t all that big) My kitten has made one of the boxes her bed 🤦🏻‍♀️ I strongly advise against buying anything at Ashley because you just MIGHT have to do an exchange.

As requested my experience was unacceptable. Purchased a dresser with mirror for dock pickup. Was sent to the 12th street warehouse, no one to greet you. Found a warehouse employee after wondering around to find out the dresser was at your 98th street facility. Drove across town to the 98th street facility picked up the dresser but the mirror was a repack and damaged. Again no one to greet you at this facility as well. I was told if I wanted a boxed mirror I had to go back to the 12th street facility to pickup. For the amount I paid for this it was totally not worth the incompetent process of doing business. I expect more from a well known brand as Ashley Furniture is. You ask for my experience so there it is.

They got the order wrong and charged $1400. for a protection plan that was supposedly thrown in for free. Also good luck trying to reach a human, this store and their customer care center are IMPOSSIBLE to reach a live person for help. I can not get assistance in canceling anything. I placed an order of nearly $7,000.00 and have been waiting for a chair in a half blue for over 12 weeks. Ashely furniture sent the order the wrong color and delivered the wrong color twice. On the second delivery I went into the store and physically watched them order the chair to ensure the chair was properly order and asked for it to be expedited. The week ending 08/02/2024 I scheduled delivery for today 08/07/2024 between 1:45 - 4:45 (received all text confirmations). I had not received a call or text today so I called to check on the status and Ashely canceled my delivery without notification of any kind. when I called to get answers through customer service I was disconnected. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I regret purchasing through Ashley and have posted my experience to all social media sites and notified my family of the horrible experience.

My nightmare began when I placed an order on May 29th, 24 for a dinette table. First of all we walked in the store told the sales person what we were looking for and she said look around and if you find a round table let me know!!!! We should have walked out. Placed the order and we were told that it will be 8 weeks before it arrives. Fast forward to end of July where I received 2 texts informing me that the table has arrived and set up a delivery date of August 2nd in the afternoon. We took our table out and waited for the delivery of the new table. Waited all day, then finally called at 4:30 pm to check on it. I was on hold for 15 minutes, when an operator finally got on was only to tell me that the table is on back order until September!!!! I asked to speak to a manager & was put on hold another 15 minutes before the operator got back to me to inform me that a manager wasn’t available. At this point I told her to cancel my order & refund my money. The lack of customer service & lack of respect for a customers time is astounding. I will never, never do business with that company & discourage my friend’s from doing so. 1 star on the review is too good for them.

I was very impressed by the service which we received from Christopher at Ashley. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products. In particular, he could tell us details about the materials used to make the products and what the different materials would mean as far as durability and long-term use. We loved the bast selection available. UPDATE: Be careful! Once they have your purchase, things are different. The furniture wasn't delivered when promised. Also, when they delivered the dining furniture, the dining chairs wobbled. I brought it up with the delivery team and they said to contact the salesperson. I contacted the salesperson immediately and have not heard back.

How does two weeks delivery turn into 90+ days? We purchased furniture, paid cash and have had our nightstands delivered and the footboard of our bed was left in garage because the delivery guys said they couldn’t assemble it and the next delivery guys delivering our headboard and bench would take it upstairs for us! The next delivery guys literally had no furniture and said they didn’t even know what they were doing at our house. Well we call the manager and get hung up on, then head to the store, get a shut up coupon for a “free stanley” and a man’s word that we would have it delivered the following week! 3 weeks later they want us to pick it up and offer to assemble it for $99 because they the last two trips count against us! What the heck! Customer service is going to Hell in a hand basket! Can we just get it delivered and setup for Pete’s sake! Sheesh!

I bought a beautiful kitchen table and four chairs on June 22,2024. No doubt the quality is good and we love the furniture. However, I was double charged on my credit card and was told that within five days one of the charges would be dropped. Two weeks later, When I inquired again, I had to wait to be called Back again, and told that the charge will be dropped within five days. One month later now on July 22nd, I Had to pay both charges to avoid a finance charge on my credit card. When I called the store, again, they said my credit card was denied, but they got double their money and they could not put the second errored charged money back on my card. This is ridiculous. They didn’t even call me two weeks ago to tell me that that card was denied(It shouldn’t have been since I’ve had it since 1982.) They had to put the refund fund on a different card. It is unbelievable to me that a furniture store of this caliber would act this way.

Anastasia showed me multiple sets before I made my choice. For someone who has only been working with the company for 8 months, she was HIGHLY knowledgeable and was super easy to work with. I received excellent advice and service from Rachael on Sunday-Monday, July 14-15, better than at four other new furniture stores I visited on July 13. I will recommend her and your store to others.

The guys who delivered our furniture were great but the table seemed off and one of them also said the same thing. After they left, we started looking at dimensions of the 3 piece set and found that whoever assembled the tables before it left the warehouse did a HORRIBLE job. They put the wrong legs on the coffee table and on one of the side tables, they put the legs on incorrectly. I called the store to see what they could do and of course they tried having me call to "Guest Services" which was an 888 number that no one actually answered. My husband ended up switching out the legs himself but we paid for delivery service that we ended up doing half the work. Super frustrating to be passed off by the Albuquerque store.....

This to be my third purchase from Ashley's in two different locations. Staff is always professional, and they have good, competitive prices. Waiting on delivery for this latest purchase, so I'll update when that happens.

Was quoted a delivery date, then it was cancelled the day of. Finally received damaged furniture which was missing pieces. Staff was not helpful and has no way to contact the delivery team to see if things were left behind on the truck. Which doesn’t make a whole lot of sense. We will not recommend nor do business with Ashley’s again.

Our salesman Christian St John was wonderful! Found the furniture pieces we wanted and had us done in 20 minutes. Went and picked up our furniture and headed home all within an hour!

The Ashley furniture in Albuquerque was awesome. We had a great experience working with our salesman Jason. We were able to take our time and he showed us many different options of the several different pieces that we were looking for. They had a large inventory for us to choose from. The July 4th sale made it possible for us to outfit our new home with many new pieces of furniture. We would highly recommend shopping at this store.

The mattress salesman was very knowledgeable and I can’t wait to get our mattress on Friday. However, I was watching TV last night and I saw a commercial for Ashley’s 4th of July sale and it said for qualifying mattress purchases of $999.00 or more that a free adjustable frame would be included. The salesman did not tell me this but did give me only 20 percent off. I believe the sale was going on last Sunday (June 30) when I bought the mattress. I even asked how much the adjustable frame was and he said $750.00. Hmmmm

My husband and I have been searching for a new sofa for months, we have a smaller tricky space to work with but loved the deep seat sofas. When going to Ashley we worked with T Bone who was very helpful providing us with info on all sofas that met our needs along with material options for our dogs and kids. While it was a difficult decision T Bone allowed us time to think things over, try different sofas and provided us with the best price and payment options. We spent 11k in furniture 2 years ago and it's been one issue after another, the place they use for the protection plans is a freaking joke. No Americans to help or talk to. No one helps at ashley they just continue to tell us to call the other place back. Everytime we call they say the coverage covers everything but the issue. First time took 11 months to fix the issue with our couches and we even had to spend more money. Now it's our bed and once again the coverage covers everything BUT our issue. We're 1 month in on this issue so far... I do not recommend this place at all. Costs a ton and cheaply made and forget getting any customer service. Wish I could rate a negative five stars -5☆

I had a unique circumstance and my needs were met in every way. Selection, quality, customer service, was all 5 stars. I was able to find the exact sectional sofa- bed for my relatively compact living room in the price range, color, delivered across the country where I’m moving to all while my wife was on the phone from her vacation. Both of us are happy with the purchase. Ashley makes buying what you want easy, and I trust the quality 100 times more than anything off of the internet.

We purchased a sofa and two end tables on 6/22. Matthew Romero was very nice BUT we paid in full with Matthew on 6/22 and set up delivery for 7/12. On 7/10 I called customer service to see when our delivery would be made on Friday. Found out someone did not apply our payment to the order so it was in delay mode. Now after spending hours with customer service over the next 2 days, I never got my delivery on Friday. They are delivering on Wednesday and they are supposed to give me a $200 credit on my account. I loved dealing with Ashley in the past but I doubt I will use them again

Absolutely Great Service

The sales person was nice. We bought a dinning set. After picking up the dinning set we had alot of issues. One of the chairs was very wobbly. After exchanging it it was still wobbly but not as bad as the first one. The table was worse, when putting on the top of the table to the legs 2 of the holes were off by quarter of a inch. Tried to contact our sales representative for 2 days to call us. He would always say that he would call us back but never did. We had 3 days to fix our issues. Those 3 days are up with still no solution. Not happy with ashlys Customer service. I will calling main office tomorrow. Robert

We purchased three pieces of furniture in 2021. A couch, love seat and large chair all with power recliners. We also purchased a five year warranty. About 60 days ago one of the recliners on the love seat stopped working. We called Ashely about the problem three times and they never returned our calls. We went to the local store where we purchased the furniture and the gentleman there gave us a number to call. We were told that since we didn't report the problem within 30 days the warranty was void. We tried to report the problem well within 30 days but received no response. NO MORE SHOPPING AT ASHLEY FURNITURE FOR US!!

This review is a little late, as we made our purchase on Memorial Day this year. Anna Garcia was awesome at making us feel welcomed, taken care of, and listened to. After truly just visiting to peruse, we found the perfect couch on clearance, and she was stellar with letting us know the particular rules with clearance items, and gave us great recommendations on how to care for our couch, who to ask for when picking it up, and making sure we received our couch in great quality condition. We have been loving the couch ever since. I rarely have such unmatched attention to detail from an associate from any company, and if we ever need another high quality piece of furniture, I will be glad to return due to her above and beyond friendliness and commitment to her work👍

Worst experience ever! My fiance and I took our time shopping for the right sectional. We finally narrowed it down to Ashley Furniture. We paid in full cash for a 5k couch. This is where it goes wrong. We get our couch and it turns out one of the ends of the sectional was ripped at the bottom, ripped at seams to where the inner cotton was poking out, a huge stain on the seating cushion and didn’t come with the feet. So within an hour of us receiving the item we immediately called. The store told us we had to file a claim online. Which we immediately did and that process was so unnecessarily over complicated! A week passes by and we don’t hear a thing. We call the main store and told me we filed a claim online and we haven’t heard back. They said wait a few more days. A week 1/2 passes and still nothing. We reach out to our salesmen and he was no help. Finally my husband decided to go to the store and talked to a manager and explained his disappointment and they could care less. So we told them we wanted to return it. They told us they don’t accept returns. My husband said that maybe they should’ve made us aware that this couch isn’t returnable before we purchased it. Manager said it’s not their fault we didn’t read our contract properly! So we waited longer to hear from the claims team online. Still NOTHING! At this point we decided to wrap it up and take it down to the warehouse where we picked it up from. This is where we finally got some professionalism finally! We spoke to a guy named Jonah and he kindly looked up our claim. We explained our situation and in the system it showed our claim but it was updated as “deleted”! So someone went into the system and specifically deleted our claim intentionally!! Jonah was so kind and helpful he helped us navigate through this and got us a new end to our sectional. Jonah was the only light to this whole situation!! Isn’t that a damn shame??? You think if you spend a significant amount of money you would think a company especially as big as Ashley furniture would have some care and professionalism to their customers but they didn’t! My family will never do business with them again!

My husband and I went in looking for a mattress and couch. We walked through the whole store and not once were we greeted or helped. We walked by at least 3 associates that weren’t helping other customers, and they just looked at us and kept talking to each other. Highly disappointing considering we found a mattress we liked, too.

Good employees they help and know what they are talking about when you ask questions. They don’t over crowd you and give you the time and space you need to make your decision on what you want.

Well I was very impressed the moment I walked into the warehouse a young man by the name of Jason walked over to me and introduced himself he indicated he was a sales person and if I had questions in regards to what I was looking for he would assist me well with that being said we started to look at furniture I was looking for and I must say his knowledge and professionalism I was very impressive I bought the furniture I needed for my home but the real impressive thing was I walked away satisfied as a customer this young man made a difference in regards to his craft but most of all just being a caring human because of him and his humane skills I would refer friends family to shop at Ashley Thanks Robert Sentnet

The gentleman that helped me was very nice, useful, and patient. Nobody was following me around. They let me look on my own and if I had any questions we met in the center of the store after I was done to get answers.

We came into the store on a mission for one thing, a specific recliner type for my mom. A salesperson greeted us within minutes and got us some direct help. Lamarr came to assist and was extremally patient, courteous, and professional and helped us decide. We reviewed all options, made the order, scheduled the delivery, and were on our way in minutes. It was an excellent buying experience with ZERO upselling and no pressure to take any of the warranty plans (which did elect for one anyway). We'd gladly shop there again and we hope we get the same young salesperson again. Awesome job!

BEWARE! We bought a brand new $3,000 Sealy mattress and bed, and had Ashley install it in our home. After ONE MISERABLE NIGHT, we requested a softer mattress (exchange) because the mattress was too firm. We were denied. Ashley said using Ashley to do the home install somehow CANCELLED any Sealy exchanges or guarantees? Maybe some small print? BEWARE! This mega-company showed they don't care about consumer here in Albuquerque, and we have a bed we can't use. Ps- the salesperson was very nice, but ultimately couldn't/didn't help us get the mattress exchanged.

Richard R. was very nice and soft spoken. We went into the store to just look at a new couch, and he helped us by pointing out that the phone charger on the couch would charge our phones with the case on if we took the sleeve out! We were able to get approved that night using acima Leasing-Judy Rivera. We will definitely go back when we have more furniture needs.

Ashley had a great selection of the type of sofas we were looking for. The sales staff was friendly and helpful without being high pressure. When it came down to making a deal we got an excellent price and value on the product we selected along with the 5-Year protection plan that is a terrific no-use/no-lose plan. Update; this fiasco started back in May. To date we never received a sofa, they couldn't deliver as the date kept changing week to week. Original deliver date promised was June 8th. We finally cancelled our purchase over two weeks ago and were promised a refund. Instead they issued us store credit - as if we'd buy anything here again. August 10 a manager submitted a ticket to get us refunded our money. Today, August 16th nothing has changed. Another manager submitted yet another request to get us refunded. We'll see, but not holding my breath. Hey Ashley Furniture, I want my money back! This is going on three months now!
