we purchased a bed and dresser for my granddaughter. The person that helped us was Christian and he was amazing. I will always go to him as long as he stays there.
The experience was excellent. The store is very impressive and the merchandise is displayed well. The furniture is easily determined to be of high quality. But, the primary reason I chose your company to supply my furniture replacement was you salesperson Donica. She was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Today’s visit was fantastic. We had Christian helping us and he went above and beyond our expectations to answer all of our questions and give us some ideas to make our selection the best. Although this review was only for today’s visit we hope that delivery and set up goes as great experience as we had today. Thank you Christian for providing an exceptional customer service today. Everyone that goes to Albuquerque Ashley’s should ask for him.
THESE PEOPLE DON'T HONOR WARRANTIES I purchase furniture about 6 years ago with the warranty at the time of purchase they told if you don't use it we will reimbursed you with credit on the store . The warranty cost me $200 dollars 5 yrs went by and suddenly I show up to collect my $200 in store credit . First thing they told me was that the warranty was given under a different ownership and now with the new owner he only collects monthly payments owed by customers still paying there furniture but not the debt owed to the customer of which I said if you are carrying the ASHLEY FURNITURE LOGO you must honor the warranties owed . I had place complaint at BBB , CFPB . Lady call me try to be nice but she's not at all she lie to the BBB about giving me a credit till this point I am still waiting for an answer . I notice that lots of people had complained about there scams we might have enough power to sue them in a court of law because just imagine how much money they make just on phony fake warranties it's outrageous
Julie was extremely helpful she was very knowledgeable on the merchandise her friendly demeanor made it extremely easy to want to make purchases she really did go the extra mile to take the steps needed to make me comfortable I would definitely recommend Ashley to anybody
