I can openly recommend Christian St John who was the salesman who helped me with my purchase today, his attention to us was excellent. The deals I got in the store were the best I could have had. I had been looking for a dining set with the features I found at Ashley Forniture and in no other store could I find what I was looking for, at the price I was looking for. Only here I found what I was looking. I am more than happy with my purchase today!

I was very impressed by the service which we received from Christophe at Ashley. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products. In particular, he could tell us details about the materials used to make the products and what the different materials would mean as far as durability and long-term use. We loved the bast selection available.

How does two weeks delivery turn into 90+ days? We purchased furniture, paid cash and have had our nightstands delivered and the footboard of our bed was left in garage because the delivery guys said they couldn’t assemble it and the next delivery guys delivering our headboard and bench would take it upstairs for us! The next delivery guys literally had no furniture and said they didn’t even know what they were doing at our house. Well we call the manager and get hung up on, then head to the store, get a shut up coupon for a “free stanley” and a man’s word that we would have it delivered the following week! 3 weeks later they want us to pick it up and offer to assemble it for $99 because they the last two trips count against us! What the heck! Customer service is going to Hell in a hand basket! Can we just get it delivered and setup for Pete’s sake! Sheesh!

I bought a beautiful kitchen table and four chairs on June 22,2024. No doubt the quality is good and we love the furniture. However, I was double charged on my credit card and was told that within five days one of the charges would be dropped. Two weeks later, When I inquired again, I had to wait to be called Back again, and told that the charge will be dropped within five days. One month later now on July 22nd, I Had to pay both charges to avoid a finance charge on my credit card. When I called the store, again, they said my credit card was denied, but they got double their money and they could not put the second errored charged money back on my card. This is ridiculous. They didn’t even call me two weeks ago to tell me that that card was denied(It shouldn’t have been since I’ve had it since 1982.) They had to put the refund fund on a different card. It is unbelievable to me that a furniture store of this caliber would act this way.

Went in to purchase a dresser and Anastasia Garcia helped me out. After purchasing the dresser, I had been looking to upgrade my bedroom set. Anastasia showed me multiple sets before I made my choice. For someone who has only been working with the company for 8 months, she was HIGHLY knowledgeable and was super easy to work with. Needless to say if u go into ashley, ask for Anastasia.
