There’s a lot of glass in the parking lot and on the sidewalk entering the building. Very unsightly and dangerous. My salesman from Sunday was unavailable today but he had arranged to have another associate write up the order that I wanted and after three attrmpts to locate the associate he never came to the front so another gentleman was kind enough to write up the offer. It was a bit frustrating to continue waiting. I look forward to my new table however.
If I could give NO stars I would. Horrible. I ordered 5 items from this store last year October 2021. Was told 8 - 12 weeks. By March 2022 only one item came in - a dresser. Went to the warehouse to pick it up and asked if I could see it and was told I had to sign off first. I sign, and go to the bay for loading. I ask the guy loading if he can open the box so I can see it and he said no but if there's an issue tell us within 3 days and it'll get taken care of. So take it home and unbox it to find a DESTROYED dresser. Immediately call customer service which isn't even local and get a case number. Nothing happens. Weeks go by no remedy. Finally go to the store to complain and I am offered a replacement. Told it'll be 72 hours. Nothing happens. Weeks go by again and I go back to the store. First off the girl behind the counter clearly doesn't want to help and treats me like a I am interrupting her day. I'm told they have a replacement at the warehouse but just had not contacted me yet, and by the way, they can't guarantee delivery dates for anything else I ordered. By this time I am so upset by the whole situation that I don't want any of it anymore and I tell the her to cancel everything. Says she can't cancel the dresser because I signed off on it and they will not accept return of the broken dresser there. I can schedule the replacement and that's all I can do. I ask for a manager and I'm told the manager can't help - only the people behind the service counter have the ability to do anything. So I leave the broken dresser anyway and try to remedy with the credit card co. By this time I have already gotten my first bill for the dresser. The credit card company sides with Ashley because I "signed off on it". So now I pay monthly for a $1000 dresser that I DO NOT HAVE and do not want. I either pay the monthly charge or hurt my credit. No one will help you here. You're stuck. No one will do right by the customer if you've "signed off on it". Never again will I set foot in an Ashely Home Store. Run.

The office and dock workers at the Ashley warehouse where shipments are picked up were exceptional to ensure the right person received what they ordered, in taking care of delivering packages to the dock, and aboveboard in aiding with placing on vehicles and ensuring secured.
