Our sales person was helpful but not pushy. We knew what we wanted but needed to test couches for comfort. And when we had questions about the couch he was nearby. Great experience! We love our couch and recliner!

Received mattress when I was supposed to. Ok-ish delivery. Ordered the mattress pad, didnt come with matress. Called to cancel , couldn't get a hold of anyone. Over all....love my Nectar mattress!

I purchased some furniture from this location but there was some confusion regarding delivery. One of the managers named Josh was so incredibly helpful. He really put my mind at ease and helped make the process so easy!

We’ve bought a lot of furniture from here in the past and never had any issues. This time around was different. on 12/28 we went in knowing what we wanted. A couch with 3 reclining chairs and chaise in brown leather. They had what we wanted but only in gray. After the salesman worked his “magic” to get what we wanted within our price range we moved forward with the sale. Once he told us the total, I asked him again to confirm there was a left arm recliner, 2 armless recliner and a chaise? He said yes. I swiped my card. He gave us the paperwork & we went home. We tried calling the store asking to speak with the salesman that helped us but he was always unavailable we tried calling his personal phone several times and texted but got no response back. On 12/30 we tried calling the salesman’s phone number again but still no answer. So then I called the customer service line to double check that all 3 chairs were reclining chairs. The customer service representative told us that the 2 armless chairs were not reclining chairs and if we wanted those reclining it would be more and that he wasn’t able to fix it that we would have to go threw the store. Since we had been trying to get help from the store and the salesman wasn’t returning our call, we decided just to cancel it. We were told it was going to be 5 to 10 business days to get our money back and that someone should be calling us in 2 days. We still didn’t receive a call, on January 4th I went to the store with my dad to get the status of the cancellation since I haven’t heard anything from Ashley. I spoke with the store manager. I told him that I just want to continue with the cancellation he said it was canceled and that we should be expecting a call on January 7th or 8th and will take 7to10 business to see it on my card. The 8th past still no call from Ashley. On the 10th of January my husband and I went back to the store, spoke with the store manager again and come to find out he had put the order on hold to so we can select something else to “save the sale” (which he told me on January 4th that it was confirmed as canceled.) I made sure to take a picture of his screen showing purchase canceled. It’s now January 23rd (23 days later) and still have not seen my refund on my credit card that has a balance close to $5,000.00. Building interest that we have to pay out of my pocket, with no couches and no regards to how this affects the customer financially and totally disregarding what the customer wants, to “save a sale” to put money in their pockets. I wanted to say the salesman’s name but when reading other reviews, I see I’m not the only one who has had an issue with this story and this specific salesman name starting with a J_ _ _ _ _ h.

Overnight I had a sofa in my cart and the manager raised the price 10%. When I called during business hours, his phone system chucked me out to a remote non English speaker. I will exact revenge.

still waiting since November 30 2025, refuses to deliver our furniture! lots of excuses blaming everyone but themselves! they will say anything to get sell--over promises under delivery! this is what $2500 gets you after 2 months!

We got some great service today. We were able to try out a couple couches, and we picked a couch set along with a table dining set. Jussiah was the gentleman that took care of us today. We appreciate his knowledge, expertise and customer service.

I was looking for a electric recliner for my older brother. Stopped at Ashley Furniture Store off I-25 freeway. The salesperson I worked with was " Xavier " . He was BEST. Knowledgeable, easy, helpful, friendly. Xavier made it a point to listen to what I needed in the recliner. I bought the recliner right there on the spot. Thank you Xavier. Delivery was on time. No problems.

Ordered a bed a week ago, they were gonna deliver the next day…then on Tuesday of the following week, that got changed to Thursday…now I have been told it will be another week. This is ridiculous!
