Absolute disaster. The salesmen were all very professional and helpful but when I plugged my chair in at home it did not work. Nothing looked damaged, It just literally never worked - the electric recline won’t come on. So I tried to call the store and that’s impossible. The calls just reroute to customer service who informed me that there was nothing they could do. My only choice was to use the insurance and file a claim. On a brand new chair. That literally never turned on one time. Now it’s been a week and I still have this hunk of junk in my living room but it’s too uncomfortable to sit in as is because the legs won’t come up. Just keep getting “please be patient” messages but no action. I guess I’ll just get my furniture from Costco from now on….

So far I have been waiting for a refund check for about 5 weeks now from a mat pad that I was advised to leave on the counter by a manager. I still have not received my refund, and I haven’t received a call back either. I was advised to text a certain number by a manager, but I still haven’t received a response from that either.

Jussiah was very professional gave us time to look through the store and come find him once we were ready no pressure. He knew we were looking for our kids place so he helped use get him taken care of 1st then help us find a new sectional for ourselves. It was a pleasant experience he was amazing.

Worst service I have ever received, I already knew exactly what my family and I were looking for and we even had the model name and # for them. Edwin started off strong helping us and took a full 180 turn ! He messed up something with the paper work so we waited for an hour for him to draft that up. After that there was another issue with the paper work so he made me call there customer support line to provide him with a code, I sat on hold for 45 minutes in store trying to work it out with the foreign person on the phone until that finally got resolved. After that they messed up the paper work once again and told me just to come back the following day…… I spent 3 HOURS IN THE STORE !!!!!!!! Now on top of all of it Edwin had me standing at a desk alone while he left and joked with his co workers the whole time.. awful
