Ordered two recliners 12/2/2025 for Christmas said they would be deliver 12/26/2025. Never got notified they are on back order and now won’t be delivered until 1/16/2026. Bad customer service and will NEVER buy from them again. Asking for cancellation and refund.

We have always liked Ashley furniture and have not had too many issues. The last purchase was sent for financing through a company called Acima. The idea was 90 days to pay off. Payments would begin the day of our furniture delivery. As we approach the 90 days we have learned that we have been renting the equipment and still owe the original amount we financed. If we do not pay we will be charged an additional 7500 for this furniture. Now we signed the paperwork so shame on us, but a company that we once cherished as a furniture provider led us in a terrible direction and now takes no responsibility other than saying "well you signed for it". Sorry to loose out on this one. But it wont happen again. Furniture is great if your buying. Walk away if they push you towards Acima!!.

I took the day off work to wait for the delivery. I tracked the delivery to my stop (7) just to get an email saying they’re not delivering my table and chairs. I was very disappointed. I had to rent a truck and pay two men to deliver my table which they damaged in the process. I paid Ashley for delivery and I have not been reimbursed. I’m out a full days work of pay, the delivery, plus the truck I rented and paying the 2 men which all totals $600.00.

Patricia Trujillo was incredibly helpful she is one of the sweetest people I’ve met she kind and super helpful when helping you find what you need. I found it super helpful that she bilingual I will definitely ask for her when I go back furniture shopping!

Worst experience ever. I ordered furniture in August. It was supposed to come in at they delayed the order month after month. I finally received half the order 6 months later and the kitchen table was wrong. It looks like something I could have bought from temu for $50. To get assistance with a return has been hell. I would never purchase from this store again.

After being told my choice of furniture could not be delivered, I spent over an hour with Christopher finding what I needed that was in stock and be able to be delivered when I needed it. However, I am now being told my order will not be available for an extra 3 days. I feel I was made a promise just to make a sale. Christopher did get the delivery moved up, still not when needed but atlest I wont have to wait for delivery to get dad set up
