I ordered a couch back in December on the ninth. Today is march the ninth I still haven't received my couch. No one ever called me about my couch. Every time I called they told me they would call me back. Never, did they ever call me back? Just went down and got my money back. I will never buy anything from Ashley furniture again. If I could leave 0 stars, I would, but they get one. Because I can't leave this message without at least giving them one star. They don't deserve one star.

We bought a Tempurpedic mattress and were adamantly told that in thirty days, but under 90 days, we would be able to exchange out mattresses if we decided we didn’t like it. We asked several times if we could switch to a lower priced mattress if we decided we wanted that instead. After confirming several times, we felt confident about our choice. The sales lady said over and over that was accurate. When the thirty days were up, we decided to exchange for a lower grade mattress. We were told this was not possible and that we could only exchange up to a more expensive mattress. After explaining to the customer service what we were promised, we were told this was false (mind you we are out thousands of dollars) and were denied. The company stopped replying to our emails. This is false advertising and negligence to share the terms. Would not recommend buying from the company ever again. Management did not keep to what their sales person said and was an overall bad experience.

Everyone was extremely helpful and very kind! I was able to get everything I needed. Jonathan was very helpful, easy going and made the process of shopping for furniture very easy.

We were not actually expecting to purchase what we did. But after taking our time wandering around the showroom and realizing what our home was actually lacking we eventually ordered what we needed. Sales/product guide Mike Garcia was phenomenal as a subject matter expert! He knew every spec and data point of every piece of furniture we looked at. I was very impressed with his composure, lack of pressure and expertise with 20+ years in the biz. Highly recommend.

Taj took care to make sure I got everything I needed. Hooked me up with the bed guy that showed me exactly what I was looking for and how it differed from other beds I asked about. It only took a few minutes to get a great bed. Taj helped me with a beautiful recliner and table. He was extremely patient while I figured out how I was going to pay. I am absolutely satisfied with the customer service and quality furniture I purchased for a very reasonable price. They included discounts that made it even sweeter. I am excited about my new Ashley Furniture.

r Ashley Furniture: ⸻ I spent over $3,000 on furniture from Ashley and even paid extra for delivery and setup. When my items arrived, they were already assembled, which was fine — however, they appeared to have been sitting in a warehouse for a long time. The furniture was extremely dusty, and not just regular dust — it was black. When I touched the dresser, the residue left on my hand was very noticeable. For the amount of money I spent, I did not expect my furniture to arrive in that condition. Additionally, the delivery experience was disappointing. Before unloading one of the boxes, the driver slammed it onto his truck instead of setting it down carefully. My son’s bedroom set did not include assembly service, so they only had to deliver the boxes, yet they were not handled with care. That felt very unprofessional. When I asked the driver a simple question — the first time I had spoken to him — he responded rudely and with an attitude. There was no reason for that level of behavior. Overall, I am very disappointed. When customers spend thousands of dollars on furniture, we expect professionalism, care, and clean products upon delivery. Unfortunately, that was not my experience,

I ordered furniture from Ashley Furniture Home Store about 4–5 weeks ago. Last week, Ashley called me about scheduling delivery. I missed the call, but they left a voicemail and sent a text. I responded to the text the same day, asking if delivery could be pushed one additional week due to travel and ongoing work in my home. The text response explicitly agreed to this. When I called back the following week to finalize delivery, I was suddenly told my order isn’t ready and is now 6–7 weeks out. Let’s be clear: this is not a minor delay. This suggests my items were reallocated to another customer the moment I didn’t immediately schedule delivery—despite Ashley knowing full well that delivery windows can conflict with travel or home projects. I specifically mentioned this when ordering and was told by the store manager that I could wait up to four months for delivery. Apparently, “four months” actually meant four days before my order was given away. This feels like a bait-and-switch inventory practice, not a supply chain issue. If items are at risk of being reassigned, customers should be told that upfront. Otherwise, honoring written communication (texts) should be the bare minimum. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend unless you are ready to accept delivery immediately—or risk starting over at the back of the line.

A $1,400 Masterclass in Corporate Incompetence Don't let the friendly sales staff fool you. They are the "bait" in a classic bait-and-switch operation. Once I handed over $1,463.69 (SO #041J963617), I ceased to be a customer and became the target of their broken logistics and nonsensical bureaucracy. The "No-Chair" Holiday I was promised a full dining set by 12/19/25. Instead, I got a table and a series of lies. I spent months calling them every single week because they couldn't be bothered to update me on why my chairs were missing. They finally crawled through the door on 02/11/26—nearly three months late—and one was arrived broken and defective. Weaponized Inefficiency This is where the "service" becomes a circus. I told them I didn't need a technician—I just needed the part. Their response? "If you don't take the tech, it’ll be another week delay." They literally held my repair hostage to satisfy a pointless internal process. Did I mention that I have to do this through text messaging only. I'm a tech-savvy elder-millennial, but seeing the grammatic slop thrown back at me made me question if someone can actually help. Then came the logistics failure: They shipped the replacement parts (FedEx 495139408944) to themselves at their distribution center instead of my house. They told me the technician would bring the parts with him. The poor technician—who was actually professional—showed up and asked me where the parts were because the company never gave them to him. The Nightmare Continues After all that, they finally "ordered" the parts again, only to contact me today intending to ship the wrong items. Verdict: This company is a vertically integrated dumpster-fire that is ripe for an acquisition. They force you into "technician visits" you don't need, fail to provide those technicians with the tools to work, and then try to ship you the wrong inventory to fix their own mistakes. Avoid this place unless you want to spend your free time managing a company that already stole $1,400 from you.

Great selection of furniture, and it is SO nice to be able to sit on a real sofa and touch the fabric vs. ordering on line. Really made me feel more confident in purchasing large ticket items. Salesman Jaime Membreno was just perfect for me. Quiet and soft spoken, but very knowledgeable and helpful. We talked, measured, talked, walked around the store some more, and then when I asked him to let me think, he walked away and gave me the space I needed. Excellent. Furniture was delivered on time and installed by Bayardo and Anthony. They are fast! The level of communication from Ashley on the delivery process is fantastic! An excellent experience from start to finish. Thank you!

This company is horrible. Their delivery drivers drove in to my fence while delivering to my neighbors and didn’t have the decency to stop. Thank goodness for cameras.

I wish I could give this place a zero. I paid $1375.94 for a bed. They destroyed the bed. Wanted to still drop it off to me. I declined it. Know I'm having the worst experience trying to get a refund. Because I paid cash for the bed. Was told that they can replace the bed in a month. I've already been waiting for two weeks. Just give me my refund. I don't want the bed.

Richard Mondragon was our sale person, he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the furniture we had purchased he allowed us to try out the different types of furniture answered all our questions.

Ashley furniture is the worst place to shop. My king frame came and they tried to build it and it was missing parts then they come back three days later. Once again missing more parts. It’s all scratched . I will never shop there again. I call the call center. They won’t even let me leave a complaint. Never again.

The warranty cost way too high the number of people that use that warranty is probably less than 1%. I did keep it just as the salesman could make some money. I’m sure there’s a huge profit for him if he sells a warranty.

This was our first time going to this store, We were a little nervous at first. We were greeted by Richard, he was very polite, Asked us a few questions, we walked around with him checking on us throughout the store, But never pressuring us into a purchase. Once we were certain on what we were interested in, he sat down with us, explained everything in simple words, We got approved when we never believed we could. Worst furniture shopping experience of my life. Bought a sectional that was delivered on Jan 31. It was defective so I called them immediately and requested a return. They approved and processed it for pick up on Feb 7. They never came. I called numerous times to understand why to which they couldn’t explain. They then scheduled it for pick up on Feb 14. They also never came. I have called 10 + times to speak to someone who understands and no one is able to help. You cannot talk to a manager or supervisor. At some point they said it was already picked up! I’m at loss of what to do to get these items returned. You cannot speak to anyone locally.

I bought a sofa bed in September; it was supposed to be delivered in six weeks. I wanted it for when I had guests over. They changed the delivery date to November, then to December. I canceled the purchase. They called me and offered me a $300 discount. I accepted, but it was a scam; they charged me the same amount and told me they were going to review it. Plus, I spent money because they delivered the merchandise to El Paso, Texas, instead of the warehouse in Albuquerque.

We walked into the store and were politely greeted from the team. Nick introduced himself to us with ease and professionalism. He offered us leather and I shot it down cause leather is over rated. He pivoted and understood our vision perfectly. We chopped it up and he showed us everything that we're looking for and more options. After expressing our limitations Nick knew exactly what we were looking for. The last option was exactly what we needed to add to our new home. We appreciated his expertise through our buying process. Thanks Nick!

We went into the store on January 17th to purchase furniture to which we did. The sales person advised the items we chose were in stock and would be delivered the following Saturday on 1/24/26. However when we reached out to confirm we were advised now the items were on back order and our delivery date was pushed to 1/29. That day approached without any updates and when we reached out again we were advised the delivery was set for 2/4. As of now we have been informed the items are in back order and a new delivery date is set for 2/24. This is a huge disappointment and the lack of updates and information from the company is unfortunate. To say the least we still do not have our furniture and no confirmation on when we may. At this point it’s been almost a month since we made the purchase and no items received. Very disappointing.

So very disappointed in every way. Representative sent in wrong order. After going in to store and 6 emails and 4 phone calls still no apology, help, no friendly service from managers. I was scheduled for an 8:30-11:30 delivery. That morning I received a message I was the 9th delivery. At 10:30 the GPS showed the truck was 60 miles away and on the 2nd delivery?? They got to my house at 4:00, but were missing parts. The delivery guy promised he would be back the next day. I was told by the warehouse they would be there between 2:00-5:00. The delivery guy got there after 8:00 that night. My issue is not with the delivery truck; it’s with the scheduler who couldn’t estimate the right time two days in a row, the unrealistic schedules for the delivery truck, and the warehouse for not making sure all the parts were on the truck. You cannot call the Albuquerque store to get information. You are automatically routed to a foreign call center and they are absolutely no help at all.

Great product selection but logistics are weighing down the experience I want to give this experience 5 stars because I really like the recliner I chose but the delivery logistics are making it hard to stay that enthusiastic. After paying for premium "White Glove" delivery, I was disappointed to find out there is a month-long wait for the item to arrive. It feels like the service I paid for isn't matching the timeline provided. In hindsight, I likely should have visited the Farmington store, at the Albuquerque location, the only way to get the chair sooner was to drive to a distribution center at the very edge of the city limits to pick it up myself. I value the quality of the furniture but the combination of a near 30-day wait and the high cost of delivery service is definitely subtracting from what should have been a great purchase. I am a loyal customer and when I do need furniture, I do goto Ashley’s but if I had a hope, it’s that the store can look into streamlining their local logistics to match the quality of their showroom.

Loved the recliner! The salesman was condescending and lied to our face. Raj said he couldn’t get a bigger discount and we were later told we would get 5% more. Then said it would be delivered Saturday which was 2 days later. When in fact that wasn’t an option n he never checked. It was eventually delivered a week after purchase. Was this because we were elderly n gullible. Shame on you! we will never shop with Ashley and will be telling our friends and family.

Our sales person was helpful but not pushy. We knew what we wanted but needed to test couches for comfort. And when we had questions about the couch he was nearby. Great experience! We love our couch and recliner!

Received mattress when I was supposed to. Ok-ish delivery. Ordered the mattress pad, didnt come with matress. Called to cancel , couldn't get a hold of anyone. Over all....love my Nectar mattress!

I purchased some furniture from this location but there was some confusion regarding delivery. One of the managers named Josh was so incredibly helpful. He really put my mind at ease and helped make the process so easy!

Real easy to buy a couch. Real hard to get it. Bought a couch in January, was told delivery would be mid March or sooner. Delivery estimates keep pushing. I can't get ahold of anyone to help. If you try to call the store you go to a call center which will not help you. I'm trying to get the couch I've already bought and paid for.

We’ve bought a lot of furniture from here in the past and never had any issues. This time around was different. on 12/28 we went in knowing what we wanted. A couch with 3 reclining chairs and chaise in brown leather. They had what we wanted but only in gray. After the salesman worked his “magic” to get what we wanted within our price range we moved forward with the sale. Once he told us the total, I asked him again to confirm there was a left arm recliner, 2 armless recliner and a chaise? He said yes. I swiped my card. He gave us the paperwork & we went home. We tried calling the store asking to speak with the salesman that helped us but he was always unavailable we tried calling his personal phone several times and texted but got no response back. On 12/30 we tried calling the salesman’s phone number again but still no answer. So then I called the customer service line to double check that all 3 chairs were reclining chairs. The customer service representative told us that the 2 armless chairs were not reclining chairs and if we wanted those reclining it would be more and that he wasn’t able to fix it that we would have to go threw the store. Since we had been trying to get help from the store and the salesman wasn’t returning our call, we decided just to cancel it. We were told it was going to be 5 to 10 business days to get our money back and that someone should be calling us in 2 days. We still didn’t receive a call, on January 4th I went to the store with my dad to get the status of the cancellation since I haven’t heard anything from Ashley. I spoke with the store manager. I told him that I just want to continue with the cancellation he said it was canceled and that we should be expecting a call on January 7th or 8th and will take 7to10 business to see it on my card. The 8th past still no call from Ashley. On the 10th of January my husband and I went back to the store, spoke with the store manager again and come to find out he had put the order on hold to so we can select something else to “save the sale” (which he told me on January 4th that it was confirmed as canceled.) I made sure to take a picture of his screen showing purchase canceled. It’s now January 23rd (23 days later) and still have not seen my refund on my credit card that has a balance close to $5,000.00. Building interest that we have to pay out of my pocket, with no couches and no regards to how this affects the customer financially and totally disregarding what the customer wants, to “save a sale” to put money in their pockets. I wanted to say the salesman’s name but when reading other reviews, I see I’m not the only one who has had an issue with this story and this specific salesman name starting with a J_ _ _ _ _ h.

still waiting since November 30 2025, refuses to deliver our furniture! lots of excuses blaming everyone but themselves! they will say anything to get sell--over promises under delivery! this is what $2500 gets you after 2 months!

We got some great service today. We were able to try out a couple couches, and we picked a couch set along with a table dining set. Jussiah was the gentleman that took care of us today. We appreciate his knowledge, expertise and customer service.

I was looking for a electric recliner for my older brother. Stopped at Ashley Furniture Store off I-25 freeway. The salesperson I worked with was " Xavier " . He was BEST. Knowledgeable, easy, helpful, friendly. Xavier made it a point to listen to what I needed in the recliner. I bought the recliner right there on the spot. Thank you Xavier. Delivery was on time. No problems.

Ordered a bed a week ago, they were gonna deliver the next day…then on Tuesday of the following week, that got changed to Thursday…now I have been told it will be another week. This is ridiculous!

We got credit from the Extend insurance for other furniture and had to go in-store to use. I called ahead and they told me it was in my account to use. We got there on 12/31/25 and an amazing tech named Donica couldn't find it. She went on the phone for hours to figure it out and when we returned four days later still nothing but Donica figured it out for us! Donica was a professional, passionate and loving lady. Thank you for everything.

I'm only reason I'm giving them 2*s is because we had a great salesman (Chris). He went above and beyond to helpnus out. Once we left the store, it all went downhill. There logistics is a nightmare and the 3rd party delivery teams are horrible. We ordered almost 20k in furniture and it seems customer service could care less. Our bed has been sitting in our room in pieces since it was delivered on 12/26. The delivery company forgot the legs, said they would bring them out the next day and here we are, weeks later and we still have no bed. White glove service? Nope. I had to install the handles on a dresser and they took a giant gouge out of our handrail. Dozens of calls and texts to customer service and nothing is resolved. Even a request to the Store GM went unfulfilled. They'll take your money but went it comes to fulfillment, you're on your own. Stay away. Go with a local company. Ashley is too big to care.

Ordered two recliners 12/2/2025 for Christmas said they would be deliver 12/26/2025. Never got notified they are on back order and now won’t be delivered until 1/16/2026. Bad customer service and will NEVER buy from them again. Asking for cancellation and refund.

We have always liked Ashley furniture and have not had too many issues. The last purchase was sent for financing through a company called Acima. The idea was 90 days to pay off. Payments would begin the day of our furniture delivery. As we approach the 90 days we have learned that we have been renting the equipment and still owe the original amount we financed. If we do not pay we will be charged an additional 7500 for this furniture. Now we signed the paperwork so shame on us, but a company that we once cherished as a furniture provider led us in a terrible direction and now takes no responsibility other than saying "well you signed for it". Sorry to loose out on this one. But it wont happen again. Furniture is great if your buying. Walk away if they push you towards Acima!!.

I took the day off work to wait for the delivery. I tracked the delivery to my stop (7) just to get an email saying they’re not delivering my table and chairs. I was very disappointed. I had to rent a truck and pay two men to deliver my table which they damaged in the process. I paid Ashley for delivery and I have not been reimbursed. I’m out a full days work of pay, the delivery, plus the truck I rented and paying the 2 men which all totals $600.00.

Worst experience ever. I ordered furniture in August. It was supposed to come in at they delayed the order month after month. I finally received half the order 6 months later and the kitchen table was wrong. It looks like something I could have bought from temu for $50. To get assistance with a return has been hell. I would never purchase from this store again.

After being told my choice of furniture could not be delivered, I spent over an hour with Christopher finding what I needed that was in stock and be able to be delivered when I needed it. However, I am now being told my order will not be available for an extra 3 days. I feel I was made a promise just to make a sale. Christopher did get the delivery moved up, still not when needed but atlest I wont have to wait for delivery to get dad set up

To start off with, this was a pleasant experience! I was just going window shopping and ended up with a new den makeover. My salesman was Cesar Gonzales (no relation) and he went beyond the call of duty! He helped me coordinate colors, find deals and moved furniture pieces for me so I could figure things out. He also gave me awesome discounts. If you want to have a stress free experience buying furniture go to Ashley’s and ask for Cesar!

⭐️ ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE My husband and I spent $20,000 at Ashley Home Furniture and were flat-out lied to. The sales associate told us we could return anything that didn’t work in our home. That was not true. They delivered the wrong size bed, and the bed frame we bought was too large for our room. When we tried to return it, we were suddenly told all sales are final because we didn’t pay an extra $650 “white glove” fee — something that was never mentioned when we purchased. The manager pushed us off to customer service. Customer service pushed us right back to the store and basically said too bad. No one took responsibility for their mistake or the lies told to make the sale. This place is a furniture car lot — say anything to close the deal, then wash their hands of you. I should’ve listened to the bad reviews. Do NOT shop here. Save your money and your sanity.

The salesmen will lie to you. We spent $20k on furniture, and the salesman (Nick) told us if anything didn’t fit or work out, we could bring it back for a refund. Prior to buying, we were unsure about the size. Nick assured us that he would take care of us if we closed the deal that day. When signing the contract, I was only told where to sign, and not to read anything. When the bed frame did not fit in my room, I called and was told by customer service to go to the store. The store told me all sales were final. I spoke to the store manager Jerry, who said to call customer service, even though his employee told me I would be able to return anything. These guys are liars and snakes, go spend your money somewhere else.

We had such a great experience at Ashley. Jason from the Albuquerque location went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we needed. He was friendly, informative, and never pushy. Customer service like that makes all the difference—thank you, Jason!

The furniture is ok but not great. The purchasing experience was ok except they mistakenly sold me a queen bed instead of the king size we needed. . This was missed until the delivery. The delivery I would rate a "1". Ashley sells the service as "white glove" but in reality its 2 men with a truck that they basically dump in your house. They forgot hardware on their 2nd visit so they couldnt complete the assembly and after 5 days it has been impossible to get help to complete this delivery from either Ashley or the 3rd party delivery service.

My first time here. My wife wanted to buy a bed and she knew pretty much what she wanted. The store is huge, but it didn't take long to find the beds. We were there just a few minutes looking at different ones when Richard came in to help. Well we thought we knew what we wanted! But after much bed surfing and discussion about features we chose a bed that was completely off our radar, but perfect for our needs! Thanks to Richard Rivera, a man who is versed in all things bed wise! We had a very pleasant experience and would go back again. Though it took around 2 plus hours to find the perfect combination of platform and mattress with the patience of a saint we tried most of the beds and are very happy.

Picking up my couch took a while. I texted ahead when I was 30 minutes out, but still had to wait for it to be pulled-another half hour. I was told on site that they don’t start pulling your order until you show up at their warehouse. If that’s the case, don’t tell customers to let them know you’re on your way- 30 minutes out. Leads to frustration.

We ordered a sectional from here and had a great in store experience. I am sadly disappointed to say that afterwards was not the same. We were told we would be getting our couch 3 weeks after our purchase and they are now telling us a part of the couch will not be here for an additional 2-3 weeks (receiving this information 2 days before our scheduled delivery). They are refusing to provide an explanation or any assistance on the matter. There is a possibility it will arrive earlier but I am not holding my breath.

Christian is AMAZING!!!! We had a warranty issue where on our sectional, one of the seats stopped working and warranty was only giving us credit for that one seat. They don’t make it anymore and we would have been left with mismatched furniture. We met him when we went in to check out what we could get. Christian met us at the door and told us that they should 100% replace the whole thing. He provided us his cell number and helped and walked us through the whole process. Last night, we picked out a brand new sectional and loved him and his care so much, we also bought a bedroom set. If you need furniture, ask for Christian, and get that warranty!!! I will forever ask for him! His passion for helping makes me want to refurnish the whole house!!! Christian, thank you so so so much for caring, servicing and understanding. The wrong base was delivered. It was put in as a full size when we ordered a queen. It's been over 2 weeks since the rest of our order came and we are still waiting for the queen size base to arrive. This has made our sleep not great having to visit the chiropractor and several different occasions ( My Wife and I)

I had white glove delivery for a bedroom set. Men came to put together and said the two drawers were defective and a tech would be calling me. This was not true. You have to call a number and file a claim yourself as if you know what is wrong with it. This should not be a customer’s responsibility. I went to the store that I purchased it from and spoke to the manager. He was soooo rude. He told me I have to file the claim and he would not help me. I will never buy anything from this company again. I really wish I had seen some of these reviews before I bought the furniture.

They sell the WARRANTY TO YOU, but when u file a claim, they will say damages are jot covered! They deleted my review! My husband and I purchase a dining table set. We install it ourselves, pick it up at the warehouse. As we were assembling it we found that the table has a lot of issues. Table aide and under the table as well as the chairs are chipped and has cracks! When we went to ashley’s the lady told us that our insurance doesnt cover the damages since its already at home. When she didnt even tried to look what insurance we got! The salesman, while we were still looking for a table told us we can have WARRANTY insurance that will replace the unit if it has issues and we paid more than 350 for the WARRANTY insurance! So what is this about? Ashley’s staffs only care about people buying stuffs from them and after they purchased the stuffs, they dont care anymore! We paid a lot and we got nothing from that! All they wanted is commissions! Sales! But after sales? its the CUSTOMERS PROBLEM!

My wife and I went to Ashley’s to browse and get ideas for what we wanted. Xavier (hopefully I didn’t butcher the spelling) approached us shortly after walking in to offer assistance. We let him know that we’re looking for styles and just wanted some time to browse. Without question, he said to ask if we needed anything and gave us space. I cannot express enough how awful it is when a salesperson doesn’t allow your time alone, Xavier was incredibly respectful about this. The other white glove portion of my experience was Xavier always being available and able to answer questions. He was always close enough to flag over for a question but not so close we felt pressured. What started as a window shopping trip turned into a new couch, dining table and some bar chairs. Highly recommend this place for a decent deal and quality customer service. Props to Xavier for securing a new customer with his 10/10 service and attitude

Hasn't even been more than three days, we literally can't take the furniture anymore and have been trying to cancel our order and the financing. I spoke to someone over the phone in a different country, she was really nice and said she got with a cancelation department and will call us soon, but we still don't know how to cancel the financing. It's been really stressful. Texted the sales guy who helped us too, and he still hasn't helped us as well.

This store has the worst customer service than any company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a chair back in October and they have failed to deliver it three weekends in a row now. I have tried to cancel it numerous times because they won’t deliver and they keep giving me the run around. At this point, I just want to get my money back and they are fighting giving me a refund and are holding my money, while it earns them interest for their company and I get no product. They were supposed to have delivered it today, and I got a call from their Rotary Robot system saying they need to reschedule a fourth time. When I called them back, they said the chair is not in their warehouse and they don’t have the chair. They said it wasn’t in stock. The store in Albuquerque will not pick up their phone and I get forwarded to their rotary system every time I try to call. I had to drive up to the store this morning to talk to the manager. There were at least six sales people standing around the front doing nothing when I walked in, and when I talked to the manager, he just said it shows the delivery is pushed out to another week and they have the chair in stock and he would have someone call me. Lies. I’ve called my bank and filed a fraud claim. I should have read their reviews online before I walked in the store. Please beware before you do business with this company. They will keep your money and not deliver the furniture you purchased!

This is the absolute worst place that you could ever go to to try to buy furniture. The installers that brought my furniture to my house damage my furniture and dealing with Ashley‘s customer service is beyond frustrating. I’ve been waiting for a credit to my account since June here we are in November and their customer service nor their store nor anybody for that matter can help me with anything looks like I have to reach out to the district attorney to try to get my funds back. Good luck if you have to buy furniture here or have already I hope you don’t have to go through any customer service because it’s the worst I’ve ever seen

It's a good store with nice products and staff. They have an all sales are final policy so no returns...it's kind of buried in their paper work. I just think stores should accept returns at least within a few days. * Contacted the phone number who refused a return.

Jacked up my invoice trying to charge me more than I owe

Absolute disaster. The salesmen were all very professional and helpful but when I plugged my chair in at home it did not work. Nothing looked damaged, It just literally never worked - the electric recline won’t come on. So I tried to call the store and that’s impossible. The calls just reroute to customer service who informed me that there was nothing they could do. My only choice was to use the insurance and file a claim. On a brand new chair. That literally never turned on one time. Now it’s been a week and I still have this hunk of junk in my living room but it’s too uncomfortable to sit in as is because the legs won’t come up. Just keep getting “please be patient” messages but no action. I guess I’ll just get my furniture from Costco from now on….

So far I have been waiting for a refund check for about 5 weeks now from a mat pad that I was advised to leave on the counter by a manager. I still have not received my refund, and I haven’t received a call back either. I was advised to text a certain number by a manager, but I still haven’t received a response from that either.

Jussiah was very professional gave us time to look through the store and come find him once we were ready no pressure. He knew we were looking for our kids place so he helped use get him taken care of 1st then help us find a new sectional for ourselves. It was a pleasant experience he was amazing.

Worst service I have ever received, I already knew exactly what my family and I were looking for and we even had the model name and # for them. Edwin started off strong helping us and took a full 180 turn ! He messed up something with the paper work so we waited for an hour for him to draft that up. After that there was another issue with the paper work so he made me call there customer support line to provide him with a code, I sat on hold for 45 minutes in store trying to work it out with the foreign person on the phone until that finally got resolved. After that they messed up the paper work once again and told me just to come back the following day…… I spent 3 HOURS IN THE STORE !!!!!!!! Now on top of all of it Edwin had me standing at a desk alone while he left and joked with his co workers the whole time.. awful

Richard was very patient and kind as we shopped for our dinning table. He was very attentive checked on us from time to time. We have shopped here multiple times and button furniture from the past always been good experience but I like how they work with you on the sale price at the end they're always working for you to get the best deal for you.

If I could give a zero star I would. Got a brand new house and try to get new furniture. I went back three times to try and get a new sectional couch. I spoke with two different sales people then their systems they could not get running where I had to put in my information several times. Stayed in the store a few hours being patient until they got their systems updated. Went back yesterday and their system still weren't updated. Stayed a couple more hours finally they got their systems updated. After I had to put my information in a couple more times again, got different pricing then the first time the day before. Was told I can get a delivery that week then they pushed it out another two weeks. The day of the delivery they didn't show with no communication. I called customer service they said oh I'm sorry your orders on back order. I told them that I didn't know nobody contacted me nobody sent me an email text message phone call. The customer representative said I'm sorry that's how it is sometimes. I spoke to five different people on the phone kept getting disconnected or hung up on. Try to reschedule no it's set for a month out in advance. I asked him is it an option to pick it up at the store or the warehouse they said I would have to call the store directly but they would not give me a number or any information on how to do that. I asked please speak to a supervisor several times I kept getting hung up on. No call back from the supervisor or manager. Then when I try to reschedule they didn't reschedule. Worst customer experience ever in the store and on the phone.

Awful experience. Long wait time after selecting the furniture. Was told we could get military discount and never given it. I could’ve asked but was in a hurry for the kids were getting antsy and hungry after waiting for 2 hours and never being offered any water.

WOW, this place is a JOKE!!! First of all Mo helped us order our bed and was told it will be ready the next day and said I had to get it right away in the morning because it comes in first come, first serve which doesn't make sense because if you ordered a bed, you should get the one you ordered. Then we drove off and looked at the receipt and found out he ordered the wrong size of bed, he ordered and queen and not a king. When the bed finally came in we went first thing in the morning and we knew we had to be buzzed in at the gate. First issue was we buzzed to get in, but no answer and waited at the gate for over an hour to just let us in and one lady driving by said you still haven't gotten in and gave us the code to go through the gate, she said sorry she was on break (how if this place just opened) and she is already on break!!! Finally got the bed and went home and of course we had issues, first of all; some screws were missing, then some holes were too small for screws, and it was missing a bracket. Then we couldn't get it, so had to load the truck (we borrowed) with the bed at return it. We called the store and said they can't do anything about refunds and we were told ALL SALES ARE FINAL since we didn't pay for the delivery and setup, but we didn't since we are trying to save money!!! I was told by the store they can't do anything about a refund, so take it back to the distribution center so we did and they "processed" the refund and told me to wait for 7 to 10 business days, so the 10 days past and no refund, so went to the Ashley Store and they looked it up and no refund was ever processed so Mike Garcia processed it and had to wait another 10 days (He was very helpful and addressed our concerned right away, so he was GREAT)!!! I finally got my refund and had to wait over a month for it, I will definitely NEVER be back to ASHLEY FURNITURE and will tell my FAMILY and FRIENDS to never SHOP at ASHLEY ever AGAIN!!! What a JOKE this company is!!! 😠😠😠

From store to the delivery everyone was fantastic. Christopher at the store made very easy for me to make my decision about the sofa I selected. The guys that delivered the sofe were exceptional. I have always done business with Ashley's and will always do business with Ashley's!

Had a great experience with Jeff at Ashley. We saw the bed we liked online. We went to see it in person. Jeff met us at the door. He was super friendly and not pushy. Showed us some options, and we ultimately went with the one we came to see. Jeff put together good pricing for the bed and nightstands. We were in and out in 30 minutes and everything is being delivered this week. This is exactly how the process should work. Easy.

The Ashley computer system froze during my sale for over 10-15 at the store. The sales associate had nothing to do with it. Apparently, there was some kind of system merger between states and that’s proxy it happened.

I was told my furniture would be delivered 7-14 day. Its going to be a month before I receive my furniture. I wish I knew that before I ordered. I'd have gone elsewhere.

I went in to purchase a recliner and bed frame. They rang me up, charged my card then the system went down. I was told that my card was refunded and that they had to re-do the transaction. I was told I would see the refund on my card in two days. Six days later no refund, I called them and was told it would take up to 10 days and to call back after 10 days. Well still no refund, called and spoke to the manager after 10 days he agreed that he did not show a refund and he would have to create a ticket with accounting. He said it would take another week and was annoyed with me. Now I have the furniture coming in two days but feel like I should cancel all together. When I called the first time they should have addressed the issue and started working with accounting if they were unable to resolve the issue. I would not recommend Ashley and will not make any future purchases from them! Called the store two more times in regards to not receiving a refund, ask for a district managers name and number but was given the phone number below for customer service. Customer service could not help and said they would put in a call to the store. I ask for a call back yesterday for an update but no one has called me back.

I've had the worst experience with Ashley. I bought a new house and saved money to buy a beautiful sectional.we purchased the couch on labor day. Here I am, one month later and still , no couch. I have heard so many different excuses. When I first asked about my couch, all I ever got was, "I'll have the manager call u back" never once did managers call me back. And when I finally called and got ahold of a manager, he was not very friendly, he said I'll figure out what's going on and call u back, he never called back. I had to keep calling them. I went to more Mor furniture for whatever else I needed. They were wonderful and much better prices.

Subject: Urgent: Unresolved Furniture Order & Lack of Communication Dear Ashley Furniture Customer Care, It has been almost a month since my wife was approved for a furniture set. We had to cancel her first order due to two pieces not fitting, and we started a new order on 9/18. Now, as of 9/26, we still do not have our completed furniture set. Both my wife and I have called Judy with Asema and left a total of five messages, and I have personally requested callbacks multiple times. To date, no one has returned our calls. This level of communication is unacceptable. As someone who works in customer service myself, I know that when an issue arises with a customer’s order, it is the company’s responsibility to communicate clearly and work to make things right. Instead, we are left with no updates, no callbacks, and an incomplete order. In addition, we were promised a $150 gift, yet my wife has still not received the email for it. At this point, I am extremely disappointed with Ashley Furniture. Poor communication and lack of accountability are not what we expected when making this purchase. I am requesting immediate action: 1. A clear update on the status of our furniture set. 2. Delivery of the promised $150 gift. 3. A phone call from a manager who will take ownership of resolving this situation. We chose Ashley because we trusted the brand, but our experience has been very frustrating. I expect a prompt response and resolution. We were delivered to broken couch a month ago. We have gotten the runaround with the warranty department online. Wanting us to send videos , Which we did over and over. Saying their technical team is looking at it and we would hear back in 48 hours. We have not gotten anyone to come out and look at our broken sofa. I would expect more from a large company like this. The customer service is horrible. The warranties are a joke. Don’t shop here if you want. Good customer service after the purchase. They only care about sales.

Don't bother ordering from their website. It'll be a waste of your time just like it was mine. I ordered a recliner that the site said was in stock and would be delivered to my home in 1-2 weeks. Soon after placing the order, they changed it to 3-4 weeks. The delivery date was to be 3 days from today and they would not tell me what time, so I arranged to have the day off from work so I'd be home all day to receive the order. They just called to say there's been a delay and it will now deliver in another 1-2 weeks. I told them to cancel the order. I'm not waiting over a month. It's been a bait and switch. I'm sure there would have been another delay had I not canceled. Ashley Home Store is a terribly managed company that obviously doesn't care about customer satisfaction. Avoid them like the plague.

Caesar and Christian were very helpful and great to work with. I went in to look at various items for my new house, and came out with such a great deal. I was offered various ways to save money and make a payment that worked best for me. The 0% interest financing is also a great option for large purchases if needed. Overall great experience, and I will recommend Ashley's to friends and family! Thank you!

We furnish are whole house from Ashley’s and we got a great price. Good customer service in the store; except for the fact we were told the wrong location for pick up. We told the sales rep that we would be in Odessa and he told us we could pick up there. Unfortunately that was not the case we had to drive two hours out of are way to go pick it up. And then when we got to the warehouse it took over an hour to get are stuff even though we called ahead. So with our six month old we had to take a six plus hour trip to grab furniture and make it back. The reason this review isn't one star is the manger Jason was super friendly and helpful. Was quick to apologize and help us get lined out. So five stars for Jason but everything else was a disorganized mess.

I had previously rated Ashley as 5 stars. I am changing my review to one star. Shortly after my purchase I received a notification from a credit company of my new account with Ashley furniture. About a week later I received notification from a second creditor that I had an account with Ashley furniture. We did apply for credit with Ashley and we were told by our salesman Josiah that we were approved for $2750. What I was told was not true at all. The first creditor had an account with my information and a credit limit of $2000 and a zero balance. The second creditor had a $2500 limit with a $2750 balance. Somehow we were able to charge more than our available credit. We did not approve or even ask for two separate credit accounts. My credit score took a hit because of the two hard inquiries, one of which was not authorized by us. When I inquired with Josiah what was going on via text, he blocked my number and refused to explain what went on. Beware of Ashley furniture and especially of Josiah’s shady financing practices. Definitely do not recommend!!

Sayra greeted me as soon as I walked in the store! I previously worked with another store representative that was no longer with Ashley’s. Sayra made me feel comfortable with talking about what I was looking for! She informed me on the sales offered that day. Sayra was very knowledgeable about the inventory on the beautiful show room floor! I’m a realtor in the metro area. I will recommend Sayra and Ashley’s to all of my buyers and Sellers! The sales staff was friendly, knowledgeable and they listened to my wants and likes. Josh showed me other pieces that I wouldn’t have thought of. I ended up liking and buying several pieces that Josh showed me. Ashley’s has never let me down!

Purchased a modular couch in July that arrived with defective cushions - stuffing was falling out due to poor stitching. While pickup was quick (2 days), that's where the positives end. Customer service directed me to file a claim through an unhelpful chatbot system that provides no clear answers or updates. It's been over 2 months waiting for a replacement cushion, forcing our family to crowd onto one side of the couch or sit on the floor. Ashley's complete lack of accountability and glacial response times for defective products make them impossible to recommend. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

The young men who delivered our furniture were polite, patient, and just very helpful. They were wonderful. The store staff sold us the incorrect mattress pad which now we have to take back. Wouldn’t they know their merchandise? They promised our delivery a certain date because our travels. We worked that out from day 1. However when their automated message came in while we travelled home late on our air flight, we didn’t receive until later the next day. Meanwhile we already hired movers to move our old furniture, paid them to find out they just discovered it wasn’t in stock. They had a week and a half to set this up. When I called, the answer was we notify two days earlier from the delivery date. It was a Sunday and we have a life traveling for a wedding. Very frustrating to go through automated messages one after another. So, we didn’t have a bed. Four days later, we received our bed. The only shining moments were the delivery young men. When I inquired if they could compensate, they offered $30. We paid the movers more than that. What a joke for all the inconveniences and now another trip to the store for a return. Very uncoordinated byAshley. I say look around at other furniture stores.

My wife and I are at the beginning of furnishing a new home and went to Ashley’s with some ideas in mind. They allowed us to walk around to see if anything “connected” and then Josh ‘H’ was very helpful in putting together a nice collection of everything from bed frames, kitchen table & chairs, reclining sofa, and accent chairs. Josh also went to bat for us and we were able to negotiate some helpful discounts. We feel like we were treated professionally and kindly. Two thumbs up!

I have had no problem with any of the sales men but whe. I had to send back a piece for the couch we bought its been 12 days of headaches my sister in law went to speak with the manager of the store Mike he was nothing but Rude to her when the salesmen went to get him about 20 minutes later he asked the salesmen if she was still there he was completely rude and this is unacceptable

If negative stars were possible, Ashley Furniture would deserve them. Over Labor Day, my fiancé and I purchased a kitchen table after Richard Rivera guaranteed in writing it would be ready the following week. We paid in full, only to find out on pickup day it wouldn’t arrive until October 30th — six weeks later, past all our events and leaving us stranded with no kitchen table. No updates, no calls, zero communication at all. The store is impossible to reach, and when my fiancé went in person, manager Jason offered no apology or solution. We had to fight just to get a refund. Ashley Furniture sells products they can’t deliver, hides behind false guarantees, and wastes customers’ time. Dishonest, disorganized, and absolutely not worth it. Stay far away. ***Updated: The manager, Jason was completely dishonest and lied about refunding/cancelling our order, and has ignored all outreach regarding the issue he told us he would rectify. We had to go once more and speak with ANOTHER person. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!

That's the purchasing of the dining chairs. Went very smoothly, no complaint. The only comment I have is they stated. The chairs will be there on the 16th, but to call and make sure if they are in. I stated, can you guys give me a call to make sure when they're in? I live a 100 miles away one way I was told they cannot. I don't understand that most businesses we'll tell you. We'll give you a call on their here.

As usual, Ashley has an amazing selection of great furniture right on the sales floor. The staff are attentive without being pushy. We bought a new sectional during the Labor Day sale and got terrific pricing, comparable to online competitors. Having a physical store that you can go into for any warranty or service issues is the difference.

If you're brown skinned... you will be ignored and looked at an awkward glance as if you're told that you don't belong.

Went in with a set budget for the Labor Day sale, worked with Jussiah, who was incredibly kind, level headed, did not give off that pushy salesman vibe at all, did not try to oversell us, did not follow us around to push a sale, he just introduced himself, checked in when we found a couch we liked and helped us with all our questions. Nick was great. He not only match the price with your competitor but offered a great deal. We went from a queen to a king size bed and also added a mattress to the purchase. He was very professional and polite. Jussiah made the process very smooth and seamless.

He was so knowledgeable about the colors it came in and what choices I had. He was not pushy and gave us time to talk amongst ourselves and look around more. He told us about the type of fabric it came in . The fact that it was machine washable pulled me towards it. Within less than an hour I had bought a couch with all the discounts he could give me. For being so young he is indeed a great sales person ❤️ therefore he and Ashley get five stars.

Don't buy the warranty. Ive attempted to file a claim on a sectional couch through one of the companies they hand you off to after the first year to have 2 issues with my sectional couch addressed and the provider does not work with customers well. I had a support piece for the chase detach internally and insurance claims I damaged the piece, sight unseen. This piece requires you to slide from a seated position to closer to the footrest to stand up and they claimed my movement on the piece is what caused it to fail. Second issue was a spill on the wedge (part that you put in a corner of a sectional to bridge from one wall to the next). The supervisor for the provider repeatedly, rudely, told me that she couldn't see the stain despite me repeatedly saying the padding underneath was what I needed them to address. I paid a decent amount for this piece, I've always heard Ashley is a higher quality product, but believe me when I tell you they're not THAT great. Store employee was supposed to call me back 2 days ago to see if they could negotiate a service event with the carrier, and wouldn't you know it he didn't follow through either. You could do better, Ashley. You should do better, Ashley. I am a supervisor at a technology manufacturer, have worked here for 15+ years running a team of customer service and technical support agents. I come from a large family, and I'd like to think I've got some good friends. I'm not stopping at social media with my complaint.

I originally gave Ashley a five-star review, and to be clear: support after my own purchase was actually fine. The problem is everything that happens when you need any flexibility at all. Once you buy something, that’s it. If you realize it doesn’t fit—even unopened—Ashley is rigid and unaccommodating. Friends visiting from out of town tried to return unopened chairs and were told store credit was possible, only to have that reversed because they don’t live locally and can’t use credit at that store. Ashley’s response was essentially: not our problem. What followed was nearly 18 hours of phone calls, conflicting instructions, and being bounced between sales staff, overseas call centers, and the warehouse. Each group gave different answers. The warehouse didn’t know what the phone reps were talking about. The salespeople weren’t aligned with either. In the end, the customer was expected to coordinate everything themselves—only to be turned away for lacking paperwork that no one clearly explained. Ashley is a national company, yet operates as if each department is isolated and the customer is responsible for bridging the gaps. This isn’t customer service—it’s policy enforced through confusion and indifference. If you know exactly what you want and will never change your mind, you might be fine, guess I was lucky. If there’s even a chance you’ll need flexibility after purchase, don’t waste your time. I won’t shop at Ashley again.

The seller edwined at Ashley Furniture was very professional. Any questions we had he was able to answer and if he was not able to answer the question he would get the information from another associate. We have always had very good experience at Ashley Furniture as that is where all of our furniture has been purchased.

I purchased a reclining living room set. Looks well-made. Crystal, the sales person was very nice. Very kind, very knowledgeable.

They have nice chairs but the sales people are deceptive. The sales people use old tags on the furniture to over charge you when there is a sale instead of giving you a sale price for what it truly is. They act like they are giving you the protection plan for free but they charge you and use the sale price to make it look like it was free instead of being $99 cheaper.

You all have the worst customer service refuse to refund a purchase and then choose to commit Cc fraud i will never buy from you all American furniture is better all day

I ordered 3 item a king sized bed a box spring and a bed frame the sales person told me it’s gonna be all delivered the next day.and he made sure of that. And that never happen it turned out my bed frame won’t come in for another 5 days. The delivery people showed up at the wrong time. This company is very disorganized. Last time I will purchase from this company.

This has been thee WORST experience I have ever had! FIRST issue I had to wait a month and a month and some for my bed to arrive SECOND when the delivery put it together come to find out it wasn't complete! THIRD they are making me pay for what was missing which is insane! Fourth what he said he through in for free actually wasn't I'm getting billed $600 for mattress protectors, insane! Then I call to talk with CESAR the sales rep, and the manager JASON told me he advised him to call me all day when in fact he never let Cesar know. Also I asked both to speak with a supervisor as Jason is rude and would laugh at the situation instead of actually helping I was told there were no supervisors just Jason. This experience absolutely sucked I will never come here again and would never refer anyone I'll also let who I can know about how we were treated.

Was told I was approved for a certain amount of financing, but was bait and switched when one of the things I bought was not under the 0% financing I was promised. I am now on the hook for a 36% interest rate that I never would have agreed to. Managers and corporate weren’t any help. Avoid this store as this is not the first time I’ve heard of issues like this.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. They have taken advantage of my grandfather. My grandfather purchased a chair that never arrived. He went to the store for a refund and ended up finding the chair with a sign that had his name on it. They rescheduled the delivery and again it never showed up. We called and was told that they had a “paperwork” issue where their system didn’t capture information that was given. This company had still not delivered the chair and has admitted that the paperwork issue was on there end signaling that they have compromised my grand parts information in some way. The only solution we were given by corporate was a $60 store credit . That laughable. What kind of furniture can you purchase for $60 a pillow? Avoid this company at all cost. Their managers do not resolve anything. Corporate greed at its best I guess.

UPDATE: When I was originally shopping, I had mentioned I wanted a white dresser. I picked one off the floor, and when it came today it was blush pink. Apparently that dresser doesn’t even come in white, so I’m confused why the color wasn’t talked about at time of purchase. I came back today after refusing delivery of the dresser and was told I can’t do anything with the order until it’s off the truck manifest, and when I mentioned we had financed, Anthony audibly grimaced and I felt he was passing judgement. He was great when we were purchasing, a little too casual for my taste when it comes to professionalism, but still fine enough, and now that I want to make changes and do something different, he was less than helpful. Additionally, he didn’t even offer to let me look around the store to see what I would maybe want to switch to. Super disappointed that we were treated so well when he was making a few thousand dollar sale, but completely disregarded me when there was an issue. It’s also important to note that when you walk in, the salespeople are at the front, but they are just lounging on chairs playing on their phones, so when you walk in, you feel like you’re interrupting them. We had a great experience with Anthony! He helped us find exactly what we needed and the process was smooth and easy!

We purchased a sofa on 6/06/2025. We paid CASH!! Our salesman told us we can expect delivery within two weeks. After three weeks I called and was told “we’re not Amazon that keeps stock”, we should be getting it soon. I decided to go back and speak with a Manager who apologized and said he would look into it and get back with me. The next day I received a text (Ashley does everything by text) stating I would be getting our sofa by the 17th of July. On the 12th I received another text asking if I wanted a delivery date of the 27th of July or the 15th of August (after telling me my scheduled delivery was to be on 17th of July.). So, I decided to return to the store to get a full refund (paid CASH). I was then told “we can’t do anything today, you will be hearing from CANCELLATIONS tomorrow” the 14th of July. I was then told I would have to wait two to three weeks to get my money back. Crazy since I paid CASH. Customers, you need to get the facts from Ashley before you pay! We went to FURNITURE BY MOR and got everything thing we wanted with a committed delivery of 7 days. THANK YOU FURNITURE BY MOR!

The “white glove” service aspects of the business are over-priced for the benefits provided, and costs the company additional sales due to the lack of removal residential property being replaced by the newly purchased furniture. I will not revisit the store for repeat business as a result of this missing service component of “white glove”.

Found the patio furniture we were looking for at Ashley’s. Took measurements. Went home to see if it would fit in our space. Came back the same day and purchased it. Mohammed took great care of us. Wrote up the order fast, friendly, and professionally. Great price and product. This was the second time we did business with Ashley and most likely not the last. Always a great experience.

Took 7 months to get my credit for my broken chair with a warranty. Every time I go in the staff is not friendly. Due to having to spend the entire credit at once or loose it took a few trips to decide what all we wanted but when we go back in those items became online only and we couldn’t use my credit for that. Every time I go in it’s a different issue. I will never return to this store or give Ashley furniture any more of my money. This company is a joke.

My dad is being discharged from rehab in two days and I needed a stable recliner ASAP. I found the perfect one at Ashley and at an excellent price. The salesperson showed me how it worked, and I purchased it immediately. We picked it up at the warehouse, and I am one step closer getting the house set up for Dad. I am very satisfied with the Ashley Store.

They were incredibly knowledgeable about the furniture, the materials they were made of and what we can expect the construction of our new furniture. They patiently answered all of my questions, and I had quite a few! They really listened to what we were looking for and offered great suggestions, helping us find the perfect pieces for our living room. We purchased a recliner to go with a previous purchase of a sectional from the Next-Gen line, coffee table, end tables, and a beautiful rug to tie it all together. I was really surprised and happy to catch some great accessories on sale to accent our new living room which was a BONUS! Christian and Anthony made the whole process enjoyable, fun and stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for furniture! Happy with sales person but pickup experience in the store was terrible! The sofa also has an issue where the led lights do not turn off and I am having a hard time getting any customer service to take care of the issue. No response from the text claim line. I can’t recommend Ashley and will likely never shop there again.

Sayra was just lovely to work with. She was patient and walked with us throughout the showroom until we found exactly what we wanted and then arranged for all the delivery in a timely manner, even doing two invoices so the items in stock could be delivered right away while we waited a couple of weeks for the rest. A fantastic experience!

Xavier was great until we decided to not take the protection plan and wait for my previous protection plan credit to be confirmed before moving forward with the purchase. After that he was a bit more unfriendly.

2 stars is more for the contracted moving team that brought the packaged furniture in, and was understanding when I was confused they wouldn't be assembling the furniture. My sales person, as well as other staff, stated several times that the bed would be assembled, however that's not the case. I also had to wait for my order for 2 months because one of 2 items was on backorder.. Aside from the above issues, my sales person initially tracked on protection plans for the furniture that I didn't ask for, nor did I even know about it, as it was never discussed. I called the store to have them fix my order, and did not learn that they didn't remove it until I'd returned to the store to make a layaway payment. Good furniture, lack luster sales team 👎🏼

I came in knowing what I wanted, was helped right away, given a quote, and there was no high pressure push to buy something else. I had an overall good experience.

Charlie F. was great help in the purchase of a dresser that I needed to function as a 75 inch TV stand. The Tackston 6 drawer will be long enough to accommodate without hanging over the edge or a the added cost of a specialized stand. Charlie also made sure I maximized my purchase price with added benefits like warranty and white glove delivery without an add to the floor price and certainly made it a better priced purchase than online where this would have not happened. Thanks Charlie!

I had a great experience buying a bed and some furniture recently. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Charlie and Sayra were especially helpful—both incredibly personable and easy to talk to. They really knew what they were talking about and took the time to answer all my questions without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. Their knowledge helped me find exactly what I needed, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. It’s rare to find that combination of professionalism and genuine friendliness, but they both had it!!!

Edwin was very helpful and knowledgeable. They had a very good selection of furniture. I can’t wait to get everything delivered.

Fantastic customer service! Shout out to Anthony! He was AMAZING. Attentive and not pushy at all. We will be back for sure just be a of how well we were taken care of. Ashley is known for quality furniture but Anthony shouted recognized as a quality employee. Make sure you ask for Anthony when you go in. He was make sure you get what you want and need.

I would have given 1stars, but the lady from customer service who called after I cancelled my order brought it to 2. The only thing she did was take off the deliver charge and cancel the protection plan for the furniture piece, but at least she bothered to call to try and offer something after the mix up at the store. Long story short, I bought a painting/wall art and I was told they would deliver it. The next day I get a call saying that it would not be delivered and I needed to pick it up. Today I go to pick it up and it had been resold to someone else and the purchase had been removed from my account. Luckily I had my receipt which showed I bought it, but it was useless still because the painting had been taken already, so I cancelled the order entirely. Tips for shopping at Ashley Furniture, keep you’re receipts cause Ashley will delete your purchase order and it will be like it never happened. Also, if you buy wall art, make sure you take it off the wall when you leave cause it won’t be delivered and you’ll just be really mad. 🙃

Awful experience with Ashley Furniture, mostly due to the manager, Mike. I spent almost $3,000 on furniture that never got delivered. When I called to confirm the delivery, I was told it had been rescheduled for the following week, which didn’t work for me, so I had no choice but to cancel. Mike told me twice that the order was canceled (no apology, bad attitude), but it turns out he never actually did. It honestly felt like he was trying to hold onto the sale just to keep his commission. Since then, I’ve heard I’m not the only one who’s had problems with him — apparently this kind of behavior is part of a larger pattern. That says a lot. If you shop here, avoid Mike at all costs!

The process to get financed is quick & easy! Highly recommend to have Chris take care of you!!

Sales associate was nice but seemed to push pieces that were not at all what we were describing but instead higher priced items in the wrong style/look. Once we checked out, our order showed the wrong product listed. Associate said it would be worked on the next day but didn’t work on the fix until nudged again by us for an update. Still waiting for the actual product to arrive to see how the pieces hold up so this is only a review on the purchase experience .

The salesman that assisted me and my wife was very polite. I already knew what I wanted so shopping for it was easy. The only problem is having to wait approximately 4weeks before my furniture would be ready for delivery. These items are not in stock in the store. So, can’t speak to the quality or my satisfaction at this time.

Ordered a couch- the sales team is like a used car lot. Trying to sell you a warranty etc. I got the couch today and it has a big grease stain on it. Customer service was not helpful. You’d have better luck buying something online.

I will never buy anything from here ever again I paid over $1000 to buy a new bed. It broke within a month they came to fix it didn’t bring the right parts so they came back a second time to fix it. It broke again after two weeks After multiple phone calls and being hung up on numerous times and dealing with rude staff members they finally sent somebody to fix it again who told me the first people didn’t even fix it right then it ended up breaking again for a third time during this whole process while asking to speak to managers I was always told one would call me back and never did When I asked for a refund the rude lady on the phone said no one‘s gonna give you your money back or give you a bed you didn’t pay for when asked to exchange it. I’ve still only had this bed for five months and it’s broken for the fourth time. Do not buy anything from here!!!!! Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my life and I’m still stuck with this broken bed!

Bought furniture in November of 2024, put together wrong & had to do a warranty claim that was like having to beg them to get it done correctly. Now pieces are falling off- same deal- begging to get it fixed. Don’t ever buy furniture from Ashley- I tried & talked to the manager that was a total jerk & should be working elsewhere. NEVE AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH ASHLEY FURNITURE! Got a half ass reply with your company wanting me to call the phone number that was the problem to start with. A bullshit AI reply!

The benches I was looking at were one price online and more than double in the store. They honored the online price!

I have been to the store in Albuquerque at least four times regarding the rugs. They were ordered in mid May. I was told they would be delivered within ten days but they never came. I called at least three or four times. No one could tell me the status so I bought rugs elsewhere. Two months late they showed up. The delivery person never rang the bell so I had no opportunity to refuse delivery. I called and was told they would have to be returned to the store which was a huge hassle. I did return them and was told I would receive a refund in a few days. I returned to the store two weeks later and was told they had no record of the return. Again I was told a return was issued after the store manager talked to my sales person and confirmed the rugs were returned. I also ordered a different smaller rug at this time. I came in two weeks later. Still no refund and initially no one could find the record of the return or the order for the new rug. The manager was quite rude. He said he could see the return. There was zero record of the rug I ordered. He has no idea when I would get a return. That was two weeks ago. This has been going on for 3 months. I WANT MY REFUND INCLUDING DELIVERY FEE SINCE I HAD NO OPPORTUNITY TO REFUSE DELIVERY. AT LEAST ONE OF THE RUGS WAS BACK ON THEIR FLOOR THE DAY I RETURNED IT! DO NOT SHOP HERE EVER!!

I absolutely love Ashely furniture store! It is conveniently located off 1-25 and Paseo. When we walked in, a sales woman was so kind and answered all our questions. They have a beautiful store, that was very clean and full of beautiful furniture to fit almost anyone’s needs. Very happy with our decision!

He is a very personable young man with a really good sense of humor and a lot of patience to help this old lady find her furniture. I have always shopped at Ashley's when I needed furniture. Most recently, where I lived in Dallas, Texas and I was pleased to see there was one in Albuquerque. Xavier is a real asset to this store. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

I don't remember our sales guy's name but he was so patient we walked in I was not in a good mood so I said please can you just leave us be for a little bit until I find something then I'll come and find you he was not pushy he was understanding and really qualify for so much and he found us a couch that was even better than the one that we wanted the first time and it was on clearance awesome quality friendly Ashley's just an awesome place to get your stuff don't go to Aaron's or any of those places go to Ashley furniture you won't regret it.

We had a horrible experience! We bought furniture that was in stock so we could get it delivered quickly, 5 days after purchase. Well the truck showed up today and 1 bed and a recliner was missing. (No heads up). We were told it was on back order. Our sales person Anthony assured us it was in stock and it all would be delivered on Wednesday ! My 84 year old parents will be waiting another 1-2 weeks for delivery. Promises made but not delivered!!!
