Worst experience ever. I ordered furniture in August. It was supposed to come in at they delayed the order month after month. I finally received half the order 6 months later and the kitchen table was wrong. It looks like something I could have bought from temu for $50. To get assistance with a return has been hell. I would never purchase from this store again.

After being told my choice of furniture could not be delivered, I spent over an hour with Christopher finding what I needed that was in stock and be able to be delivered when I needed it. However, I am now being told my order will not be available for an extra 3 days. I feel I was made a promise just to make a sale. Christopher did get the delivery moved up, still not when needed but atlest I wont have to wait for delivery to get dad set up

To start off with, this was a pleasant experience! I was just going window shopping and ended up with a new den makeover. My salesman was Cesar Gonzales (no relation) and he went beyond the call of duty! He helped me coordinate colors, find deals and moved furniture pieces for me so I could figure things out. He also gave me awesome discounts. If you want to have a stress free experience buying furniture go to Ashley’s and ask for Cesar!

⭐️ ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE My husband and I spent $20,000 at Ashley Home Furniture and were flat-out lied to. The sales associate told us we could return anything that didn’t work in our home. That was not true. They delivered the wrong size bed, and the bed frame we bought was too large for our room. When we tried to return it, we were suddenly told all sales are final because we didn’t pay an extra $650 “white glove” fee — something that was never mentioned when we purchased. The manager pushed us off to customer service. Customer service pushed us right back to the store and basically said too bad. No one took responsibility for their mistake or the lies told to make the sale. This place is a furniture car lot — say anything to close the deal, then wash their hands of you. I should’ve listened to the bad reviews. Do NOT shop here. Save your money and your sanity.

The salesmen will lie to you. We spent $20k on furniture, and the salesman (Nick) told us if anything didn’t fit or work out, we could bring it back for a refund. Prior to buying, we were unsure about the size. Nick assured us that he would take care of us if we closed the deal that day. When signing the contract, I was only told where to sign, and not to read anything. When the bed frame did not fit in my room, I called and was told by customer service to go to the store. The store told me all sales were final. I spoke to the store manager Jerry, who said to call customer service, even though his employee told me I would be able to return anything. These guys are liars and snakes, go spend your money somewhere else.
