We had such a great experience at Ashley. Jason from the Albuquerque location went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we needed. He was friendly, informative, and never pushy. Customer service like that makes all the difference—thank you, Jason!

The furniture is ok but not great. The purchasing experience was ok except they mistakenly sold me a queen bed instead of the king size we needed. . This was missed until the delivery. The delivery I would rate a "1". Ashley sells the service as "white glove" but in reality its 2 men with a truck that they basically dump in your house. They forgot hardware on their 2nd visit so they couldnt complete the assembly and after 5 days it has been impossible to get help to complete this delivery from either Ashley or the 3rd party delivery service.

My first time here. My wife wanted to buy a bed and she knew pretty much what she wanted. The store is huge, but it didn't take long to find the beds. We were there just a few minutes looking at different ones when Richard came in to help. Well we thought we knew what we wanted! But after much bed surfing and discussion about features we chose a bed that was completely off our radar, but perfect for our needs! Thanks to Richard Rivera, a man who is versed in all things bed wise! We had a very pleasant experience and would go back again. Though it took around 2 plus hours to find the perfect combination of platform and mattress with the patience of a saint we tried most of the beds and are very happy.

Had a lovely Sunday afternoon spent picking out new living room furniture at Ashley. Don’t generally love dealing with sales people but Mike was nicely unobtrusive yet still readily available to get us all the info we needed to make informed decisions for a major purchase. Thank you! Can’t wait to get our couch and recliner.

Picking up my couch took a while. I texted ahead when I was 30 minutes out, but still had to wait for it to be pulled-another half hour. I was told on site that they don’t start pulling your order until you show up at their warehouse. If that’s the case, don’t tell customers to let them know you’re on your way- 30 minutes out. Leads to frustration.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received! Told my dining set was in stock and ready to be picked up so I purchased it cash. They took my cash and as I was walking out the door it all of a sudden wasn’t available anymore.. Requested a refund and now they have to mail me a check in 14 days.. Also, the whole time the sales man was assisting me he was on his phone texting.. Overall frustrating experience.

We ordered a sectional from here and had a great in store experience. I am sadly disappointed to say that afterwards was not the same. We were told we would be getting our couch 3 weeks after our purchase and they are now telling us a part of the couch will not be here for an additional 2-3 weeks (receiving this information 2 days before our scheduled delivery). They are refusing to provide an explanation or any assistance on the matter. There is a possibility it will arrive earlier but I am not holding my breath.
