That's the purchasing of the dining chairs. Went very smoothly, no complaint. The only comment I have is they stated. The chairs will be there on the 16th, but to call and make sure if they are in. I stated, can you guys give me a call to make sure when they're in? I live a 100 miles away one way I was told they cannot. I don't understand that most businesses we'll tell you. We'll give you a call on their here.

We bought a nice glass picture and we are very happy with the price and conveniant free delivery.

Great experience until I got home and saw they charged me for a protection plan before asking and calling to get it cancelled has been difficult, getting the run around to get a refund.

As usual, Ashley has an amazing selection of great furniture right on the sales floor. The staff are attentive without being pushy. We bought a new sectional during the Labor Day sale and got terrific pricing, comparable to online competitors. Having a physical store that you can go into for any warranty or service issues is the difference.

If you're brown skinned... you will be ignored and looked at an awkward glance as if you're told that you don't belong.

Customer service is great, we are always greeted at the front in a friendly manner. Taj’s service was exceptional this Labor Day weekend when helping my mother find the perfect couch and rug. Additionally, he got us some good deals on top of the sale! Thank you!

Christopher was extremely helpful at figuring out our style and taking us to several items he thought would work best. Even an alternate dining chair to a table we liked. Purchased several items for a new house that we could have never found on our own. All are good quality and well priced, thank you!!

Went in with a set budget for the Labor Day sale, worked with Jussiah, who was incredibly kind, level headed, did not give off that pushy salesman vibe at all, did not try to oversell us, did not follow us around to push a sale, he just introduced himself, checked in when we found a couch we liked and helped us with all our questions. When I told him it was still a little too out of budget he worked with us and got the couch we wanted in budget! Great work and thank you so much Jussiah!

Nick was great. He not only match the price with your competitor but offered a great deal. We went from a queen to a king size bed and also added a mattress to the purchase. He was very professional and polite. Jussiah made the process very smooth and seamless.

Christian was extremely helpful. He was patient and showed us different options making sure we were shown the furniture to make an informed decision and were happy with our purchase.

We went in to look at couches. Mr Nick Dipomazio greeted us cordially. I told him what I was looking for and allowed us to look around. When we came to one that looked promising. He was so knowledgeable about the colors it came in and what choices I had. He was not pushy and gave us time to talk amongst ourselves and look around more. He told us about the type of fabric it came in . The fact that it was machine washable pulled me towards it. Within less than an hour I had bought a couch with all the discounts he could give me. For being so young he is indeed a great sales person ❤️ therefore he and Ashley get five stars.

Don't buy the warranty. Ive attempted to file a claim on a sectional couch through one of the companies they hand you off to after the first year to have 2 issues with my sectional couch addressed and the provider does not work with customers well. I had a support piece for the chase detach internally and insurance claims I damaged the piece, sight unseen. This piece requires you to slide from a seated position to closer to the footrest to stand up and they claimed my movement on the piece is what caused it to fail. Second issue was a spill on the wedge (part that you put in a corner of a sectional to bridge from one wall to the next). The supervisor for the provider repeatedly, rudely, told me that she couldn't see the stain despite me repeatedly saying the padding underneath was what I needed them to address. I paid a decent amount for this piece, I've always heard Ashley is a higher quality product, but believe me when I tell you they're not THAT great. Store employee was supposed to call me back 2 days ago to see if they could negotiate a service event with the carrier, and wouldn't you know it he didn't follow through either. You could do better, Ashley. You should do better, Ashley. I am a supervisor at a technology manufacturer, have worked here for 15+ years running a team of customer service and technical support agents. I come from a large family, and I'd like to think I've got some good friends. I'm not stopping at social media with my complaint.

The seller edwined at Ashley Furniture was very professional. Any questions we had he was able to answer and if he was not able to answer the question he would get the information from another associate. We have always had very good experience at Ashley Furniture as that is where all of our furniture has been purchased.

I purchased a reclining living room set. Looks well-made. Crystal, the sales person was very nice. Very kind, very knowledgeable.

They have nice chairs but the sales people are deceptive. The sales people use old tags on the furniture to over charge you when there is a sale instead of giving you a sale price for what it truly is. They act like they are giving you the protection plan for free but they charge you and use the sale price to make it look like it was free instead of being $99 cheaper.

You all have the worst customer service refuse to refund a purchase and then choose to commit Cc fraud i will never buy from you all American furniture is better all day

I ordered 3 item a king sized bed a box spring and a bed frame the sales person told me it’s gonna be all delivered the next day.and he made sure of that. And that never happen it turned out my bed frame won’t come in for another 5 days. The delivery people showed up at the wrong time. This company is very disorganized. Last time I will purchase from this company.

This has been thee WORST experience I have ever had! FIRST issue I had to wait a month and a month and some for my bed to arrive SECOND when the delivery put it together come to find out it wasn't complete! THIRD they are making me pay for what was missing which is insane! Fourth what he said he through in for free actually wasn't I'm getting billed $600 for mattress protectors, insane! Then I call to talk with CESAR the sales rep, and the manager JASON told me he advised him to call me all day when in fact he never let Cesar know. Also I asked both to speak with a supervisor as Jason is rude and would laugh at the situation instead of actually helping I was told there were no supervisors just Jason. This experience absolutely sucked I will never come here again and would never refer anyone I'll also let who I can know about how we were treated.

Had the products, were very helpful, worked with us, Ashley has some good financing and incentive plans - that made all the difference for us buying.

Was told I was approved for a certain amount of financing, but was bait and switched when one of the things I bought was not under the 0% financing I was promised. I am now on the hook for a 36% interest rate that I never would have agreed to. Managers and corporate weren’t any help. Avoid this store as this is not the first time I’ve heard of issues like this.

Arrived around 10:30am at the Albuquerque store and was greeted by Chris. I told him what I was looking for, he showed me around and found the dresser I wanted. Set up delivery, made the payment and walked out the door. Easy-peasy. Chris was very polite and pleasant to talk to. No complaints regarding the quality of furniture. I would recommend going here for your furniture. And don’t forget to ASK for Chris.

Are sales. Gentleman was very considerate and courteous and gave a space. No pressure. The only thing I have any question is about the digital price on the chairs that I bought were one price and when pulled up on his computer for the sales it was $50 extra for both chairs and no real explanation except that the system wasn't updated which I thought if the chairs are priced on the floor they should be sold at that price

If I could leave 0 stars I would. They have taken advantage of my grandfather. My grandfather purchased a chair that never arrived. He went to the store for a refund and ended up finding the chair with a sign that had his name on it. They rescheduled the delivery and again it never showed up. We called and was told that they had a “paperwork” issue where their system didn’t capture information that was given. This company had still not delivered the chair and has admitted that the paperwork issue was on there end signaling that they have compromised my grand parts information in some way. The only solution we were given by corporate was a $60 store credit . That laughable. What kind of furniture can you purchase for $60 a pillow? Avoid this company at all cost. Their managers do not resolve anything. Corporate greed at its best I guess.

UPDATE: When I was originally shopping, I had mentioned I wanted a white dresser. I picked one off the floor, and when it came today it was blush pink. Apparently that dresser doesn’t even come in white, so I’m confused why the color wasn’t talked about at time of purchase. I came back today after refusing delivery of the dresser and was told I can’t do anything with the order until it’s off the truck manifest, and when I mentioned we had financed, Anthony audibly grimaced and I felt he was passing judgement. He was great when we were purchasing, a little too casual for my taste when it comes to professionalism, but still fine enough, and now that I want to make changes and do something different, he was less than helpful. Additionally, he didn’t even offer to let me look around the store to see what I would maybe want to switch to. Super disappointed that we were treated so well when he was making a few thousand dollar sale, but completely disregarded me when there was an issue. It’s also important to note that when you walk in, the salespeople are at the front, but they are just lounging on chairs playing on their phones, so when you walk in, you feel like you’re interrupting them. We had a great experience with Anthony! He helped us find exactly what we needed and the process was smooth and easy!

I will never buy anything at Ashley furniture store. The whole experience from the beginning was horrible. The sales people, the so called warranty. The broken piece of over priced furniture. The run around customer service, just to get rid of you and to pass you to another untrained person. They are about making a quick dollar. They should have labeled the furniture used and broken. The only reason I am giving this a star is because I can't post unless I rate it. They should have negative 5 stars

We purchased a sofa on 6/06/2025. We paid CASH!! Our salesman told us we can expect delivery within two weeks. After three weeks I called and was told “we’re not Amazon that keeps stock”, we should be getting it soon. I decided to go back and speak with a Manager who apologized and said he would look into it and get back with me. The next day I received a text (Ashley does everything by text) stating I would be getting our sofa by the 17th of July. On the 12th I received another text asking if I wanted a delivery date of the 27th of July or the 15th of August (after telling me my scheduled delivery was to be on 17th of July.). So, I decided to return to the store to get a full refund (paid CASH). I was then told “we can’t do anything today, you will be hearing from CANCELLATIONS tomorrow” the 14th of July. I was then told I would have to wait two to three weeks to get my money back. Crazy since I paid CASH. Customers, you need to get the facts from Ashley before you pay! We went to FURNITURE BY MOR and got everything thing we wanted with a committed delivery of 7 days. THANK YOU FURNITURE BY MOR!

The “white glove” service aspects of the business are over-priced for the benefits provided, and costs the company additional sales due to the lack of removal residential property being replaced by the newly purchased furniture. I will not revisit the store for repeat business as a result of this missing service component of “white glove”.

Found the patio furniture we were looking for at Ashley’s. Took measurements. Went home to see if it would fit in our space. Came back the same day and purchased it. Mohammed took great care of us. Wrote up the order fast, friendly, and professionally. Great price and product. This was the second time we did business with Ashley and most likely not the last. Always a great experience.

Took 7 months to get my credit for my broken chair with a warranty. Every time I go in the staff is not friendly. Due to having to spend the entire credit at once or loose it took a few trips to decide what all we wanted but when we go back in those items became online only and we couldn’t use my credit for that. Every time I go in it’s a different issue. I will never return to this store or give Ashley furniture any more of my money. This company is a joke.

We purchased a recliner to go with a previous purchase of a sectional from the Next-Gen line, coffee table, end tables, and a beautiful rug to tie it all together. I was really surprised and happy to catch some great accessories on sale to accent our new living room which was a BONUS! Christian and Anthony made the whole process enjoyable, fun and stress-free. Happy with sales person but pickup experience in the store was terrible! The sofa also has an issue where the led lights do not turn off and I am having a hard time getting any customer service to take care of the issue. No response from the text claim line. I can’t recommend Ashley and will likely never shop there again.

2 stars is more for the contracted moving team that brought the packaged furniture in, and was understanding when I was confused they wouldn't be assembling the furniture. My sales person, as well as other staff, stated several times that the bed would be assembled, however that's not the case. I also had to wait for my order for 2 months because one of 2 items was on backorder.. Aside from the above issues, my sales person initially tracked on protection plans for the furniture that I didn't ask for, nor did I even know about it, as it was never discussed. I called the store to have them fix my order, and did not learn that they didn't remove it until I'd returned to the store to make a layaway payment. Good furniture, lack luster sales team 👎🏼

Charlie F. was great help in the purchase of a dresser that I needed to function as a 75 inch TV stand. The Tackston 6 drawer will be long enough to accommodate without hanging over the edge or a the added cost of a specialized stand. Charlie also made sure I maximized my purchase price with added benefits like warranty and white glove delivery without an add to the floor price and certainly made it a better priced purchase than online where this would have not happened. I had a great experience buying a bed and some furniture recently. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Charlie and Sayra were especially helpful—both incredibly personable and easy to talk to. They really knew what they were talking about and took the time to answer all my questions without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. Their knowledge helped me find exactly what I needed, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. It’s rare to find that combination of professionalism and genuine friendliness, but they both had it!!!

I would have given 1stars, but the lady from customer service who called after I cancelled my order brought it to 2. The only thing she did was take off the deliver charge and cancel the protection plan for the furniture piece, but at least she bothered to call to try and offer something after the mix up at the store. Long story short, I bought a painting/wall art and I was told they would deliver it. The next day I get a call saying that it would not be delivered and I needed to pick it up. Today I go to pick it up and it had been resold to someone else and the purchase had been removed from my account. Luckily I had my receipt which showed I bought it, but it was useless still because the painting had been taken already, so I cancelled the order entirely. Tips for shopping at Ashley Furniture, keep you’re receipts cause Ashley will delete your purchase order and it will be like it never happened. Also, if you buy wall art, make sure you take it off the wall when you leave cause it won’t be delivered and you’ll just be really mad. 🙃

Awful experience with Ashley Furniture, mostly due to the manager, Mike. I spent almost $3,000 on furniture that never got delivered. When I called to confirm the delivery, I was told it had been rescheduled for the following week, which didn’t work for me, so I had no choice but to cancel. Mike told me twice that the order was canceled (no apology, bad attitude), but it turns out he never actually did. It honestly felt like he was trying to hold onto the sale just to keep his commission. Since then, I’ve heard I’m not the only one who’s had problems with him — apparently this kind of behavior is part of a larger pattern. That says a lot. If you shop here, avoid Mike at all costs!

Sales associate was nice but seemed to push pieces that were not at all what we were describing but instead higher priced items in the wrong style/look. Once we checked out, our order showed the wrong product listed. Associate said it would be worked on the next day but didn’t work on the fix until nudged again by us for an update. Still waiting for the actual product to arrive to see how the pieces hold up so this is only a review on the purchase experience .

The only problem is having to wait approximately 4weeks before my furniture would be ready for delivery. These items are not in stock in the store. Ordered a couch- the sales team is like a used car lot. Trying to sell you a warranty etc. I got the couch today and it has a big grease stain on it. Customer service was not helpful. You’d have better luck buying something online.

I will never buy anything from here ever again I paid over $1000 to buy a new bed. It broke within a month they came to fix it didn’t bring the right parts so they came back a second time to fix it. It broke again after two weeks After multiple phone calls and being hung up on numerous times and dealing with rude staff members they finally sent somebody to fix it again who told me the first people didn’t even fix it right then it ended up breaking again for a third time during this whole process while asking to speak to managers I was always told one would call me back and never did When I asked for a refund the rude lady on the phone said no one‘s gonna give you your money back or give you a bed you didn’t pay for when asked to exchange it. I’ve still only had this bed for five months and it’s broken for the fourth time. Do not buy anything from here!!!!! Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my life and I’m still stuck with this broken bed!

Bought furniture in November of 2024, put together wrong & had to do a warranty claim that was like having to beg them to get it done correctly. Now pieces are falling off- same deal- begging to get it fixed. Don’t ever buy furniture from Ashley- I tried & talked to the manager that was a total jerk & should be working elsewhere. NEVE AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH ASHLEY FURNITURE! Got a half ass reply with your company wanting me to call the phone number that was the problem to start with. A bullshit AI reply!

The benches I was looking at were one price online and more than double in the store. They honored the online price!

I have been to the store in Albuquerque at least four times regarding the rugs. They were ordered in mid May. I was told they would be delivered within ten days but they never came. I called at least three or four times. No one could tell me the status so I bought rugs elsewhere. Two months late they showed up. The delivery person never rang the bell so I had no opportunity to refuse delivery. I called and was told they would have to be returned to the store which was a huge hassle. I did return them and was told I would receive a refund in a few days. I returned to the store two weeks later and was told they had no record of the return. Again I was told a return was issued after the store manager talked to my sales person and confirmed the rugs were returned. I also ordered a different smaller rug at this time. I came in two weeks later. Still no refund and initially no one could find the record of the return or the order for the new rug. The manager was quite rude. He said he could see the return. There was zero record of the rug I ordered. He has no idea when I would get a return. That was two weeks ago. This has been going on for 3 months. I WANT MY REFUND INCLUDING DELIVERY FEE SINCE I HAD NO OPPORTUNITY TO REFUSE DELIVERY. AT LEAST ONE OF THE RUGS WAS BACK ON THEIR FLOOR THE DAY I RETURNED IT! DO NOT SHOP HERE EVER!!

I absolutely love Ashely furniture store! It is conveniently located off 1-25 and Paseo. When we walked in, a sales woman was so kind and answered all our questions. They have a beautiful store, that was very clean and full of beautiful furniture to fit almost anyone’s needs. Very happy with our decision!

We had a horrible experience! We bought furniture that was in stock so we could get it delivered quickly, 5 days after purchase. Well the truck showed up today and 1 bed and a recliner was missing. (No heads up). We were told it was on back order. Our sales person Anthony assured us it was in stock and it all would be delivered on Wednesday ! My 84 year old parents will be waiting another 1-2 weeks for delivery. Promises made but not delivered!!!

The process to pick-up your purchased items at warehouse could use review. You have to access the warehouse area by pushing a button and speaking with an individual who verifies your reason for being there. I felt like I was in prison. You are given instructions where to find your retrieve your purchased items. You back up to the ramp and wait. No contact with anyone to acknowledge your presence or working on getting your items. You just have to hope their contactless system works. You are instructed at beginning there is no need to exit your vehicle.

To be honest I didn’t have a very smooth experience with Ashley, I just purchased a set that I found there on clearance which was awesome it is a very nice set a couch and loveseat, well I was at first going to pick it up but it fell through so I tried to pay for their delivery and they said the problem is it’s a clearance item and I didn’t get my couches for over two weeks I was not happy and I still paid $139.00. For delivery. I feel that any item in that building deserves the same treatment no matter the cost. Thank you

I went in looking for a mattress without any idea what the differences were and that's when Donica, their mattress specialist, saved me. She asked what benefits I wanted and helped me purchase the perfect one. She gave me service that was above 100% and I would highly recommend everyone buy their mattresses at Ashley. They've got the right atmosphere and staff making your purchasing easy and enjoyable.

First off our sales person Cesar was awesome. No complaints about him. However we bought gold standard furniture in June. They deliver it and the drawers broken within less than 24 hours. We looked and seen that the people who delivered them didn’t properly assemble it. Screws were stripped out. So we made a claim they delivery parts 21 days later technician comes out. Tells us oh they sent the wrong parts I can’t fix it. Make another claim so they send us drawers this time. Drawers came in 7/10/2025 No handles to the drawers no sliders to the drawers also damaged to the new drawers that were sent. I’ve been calling trying to talk to someone helpful about our situation and all we get told is make a claim I’ve made 3 claims already nobody’s helping and still til this day I’m not able to use my $1,000+ gold standard dressers I purchased paid in full and nobody to help with situation. Mind you I bought the whole furniture set that cost $3683 and I’m not able to use it i made the purchase 4/23/2025. Ridiculous

The delivery guys were professional, clean and quick. One of the left couch arm had some damages, they had the dispatcher to give me a call right away with the quickest delivery option which worked perfectly with my schedule. The modular couch looks incredible and solid.

I pay for the furniture with my debit card, they lost the payment, never called me to tell me that, i had to call to find out what was happening with the delivery, thats how i find out that i still had a balance and that my payment was not showing. But good thing i got my receipt. 2 weeks later and 7 calls and 2 visit. They finally said the $$ was lock. What ever that means. They alway said ( i will call you tomorrow to give you an update after each call and visit) never did!!!! its been 3 weeks and no one has taken the time to explain what is going on and apologize. At this point as much as i like the furniture, I just want my $$ back and i want all of it. DO NOT EVER PAY THEM WITH YOUR DEBIT CARD. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

TL;DR: Use the website instead of the store. I love my couch and my experience picking up with the warehouse was great. This review is for the store. I purchased a large sectional. When signing paperwork to complete the sale, I alerted the young man helping me that one of the pieces was incorrect. He insisted I was wrong and despite my protests and showing him photos on the website, he refused to change it. Instead, he told me I could open the box and check it when picking up at the warehouse and then refuse to take it no matter what the warehouse workers said if it was incorrect. The store manager was standing a few feet from us throughout this entire exchange and not only did he fail to intervene or verify the piece but he raised his eye brows when I insisted it was the wrong piece. I gave up and went home. The next morning, I drove all the way back to the store and asked for help correcting the order. A co-worked walked back with us and confirmed I was correct and we redid the paperwork. It took an hour and a half including travel time. No one apologized. One piece was on backorder from the warehouse and when I didn't get a call from them, I called customer service and found out he had entered the order incorrectly. Luckily, customer service fixed it quickly. While I was at the store, the guy helping me also tried to tell me that if I purchased insurance, I would get back any amount I did not use once it expired. I asked if that meant the money would go back to the my card and he said, "yes." I only found out asking questions at the end, in front of his boss, that the "money back" would be in store credit. In the future, I would go to the store and look around and then order online. I ended up paying the exact same amount doing self-pick up with a store purchase as I would have using delivery from the website despite being told I was getting a "special discount."

My experience was fantastic at Ashley’s! We were greeted at the front but in a manner that didn’t make us feel pressured to purchase but instead help with information. The associate LaMarr was great and very attentive to any questions we had! I would definitely recommend shopping here!

Heads up for Xavier he is a good sells person,if he wasn't we won't have bought the queen mat. We know he tryed hard to sell us another mattress, but it was upto the BOSS she said NO. What really counts is we had good night's SLEEP thanks to all, Xavier keep up the good work thanks.

i bought a sofa and chair. Sales personnel helpful and knowledgeable. However, store's policy keeping cost of shipping until almost complete conclusion of sale seems very underhanded to me as prospective buyer. After I agreed to buy furniture was informed that $360 would be added for delivery fees. So alleged 20% sale discount wiped out by alleged delivery fees. I have never been charged anything like $360 for sofa and chair delivery from a furniture store. Very expensive and bad surprise. Very coincidental that 20% discount for alleged last day of sale very close to very high delivery fees.

DON’T BUY HERE. Bought a tempurpedic mattress and was told that I have a 90 day trial. Did not like the mattress because it is too hot. Went to return it because we were going to go back to the doctors choice. Was told that the mattress could only be exchanged for something of equal or greater value. Don’t ever buy from a company that doesn’t believe in their products enough to allow returns. The store manager Jason is very condescending to woman when he tries to explain policy. Basically told me they are too big of a company and they couldn’t do anything for me. That I don’t know how business works and if they accepted returns they would go out of business. He tried to act like I didn’t know anything when I told him Walmart, Costco, and Amazon are bigger businesses than they are and still accept returns and they still manage to stay open. We have bought a lot of furniture over the years from Ashley and we will never by from this company again. They need to actually get rid of everyone there because they are useless and can’t help you with anything. They should just have a cashier at the front the checks you out with a sign on the door that says All Sales Final. Other than that you have to call corporate anyways, so why the sales people? They could save a ton of money with online sales and a return policy.

I spent almost $4000 total including a $1600 mattress that they didn’t tell me that was an inflatable kind. They installed it and I went the next day to sit down on the side of it like I was getting into bed it gave out and I fell on the floor and injured myself. There is no one at the Albuquerque store. That’s really in charge to see that the customers are taken care of properly all they do is tell you to call and try to get some help , when you reach them, they want you to jump through a bunch of hoops to try to get hope also. i’ll have to call them again and ask him we’re on the site to go to to try to get some help

Never buy from ashley furniture store... 3 weeks ago I bought a dinning room and when they delivery I noticed that 4 out of 6 chairs were wiggly and one had a crack in the leg ... I went to the store to complaint and they told me I need to claim by phone and send pictures by email.. and they will resolve my problem when that shouldn't have happened and I wouldn't have to struggle when I paid for the product that would arrive assembled right 😡😡😡

The worst customer service ever I will never suggest to anyone to go to Ashley it was a nightmare don’t pay cash cause it takes 10 days to get refund by mail I don’t give any stars but can’t post this without one. It was suppose to take 6 weeks to get a recliner delivered and I was told by T-Bone it would be a week . They never called or texted to tell me I had to do all the calling also they have no where to complain to like corporate number

When I first arrived I was greeted by Jason [Jarvis]. He was very friendly, kind, courteous, and charming. He explained where I could find what I was looking for in the store. He wasn't very pushy about me buying anything and worked with me in finding information on what was available or not. He showed options of different styles and was knowledgeable about the brands. Very helpful and explained everything. I left the store with a purchase.

We ordered our sofa yesterday and were treated well and fairly by Richard, the salesman. He showed us options and asked us the right questions to help us pick the right sofa. It won’t be delivered for two weeks so I can’t comment yet on the product, but the service was good.

I ordered a sectional couch with extra pieces, Upon delivery, the delivery driver said I had 72 hours to make any returns or report any problems. The couch is too big. I wanted to return two pieces., Call the sales manager at the local store. He’s like just call customer care. They’ll take care of it, Tell him it’s too big for the space and they’ll approve the return . Call customer care, sorry ma’am you should’ve refused it at time of delivery. There’s nothing we can do. It’s our policy. They refused to take the extra two pieces back less than 24 hours when I was told I had 72 hours . Just terrible how they treat people one employee will tell you one thing the other will throw policy in your face!! Never again !

Return a piece of furniture that wasn't able to work, 2 months trying to get them to acknowledge that I didn't receive the furniture and issue credit. Basically crooks, they don't answer the phone, sales guy refuses to call back, horrible customer service! The response below from their customer service and waiting 30 days still haven't resolved the issue. I assume this business practice is pure fraud and if they employees misplaced, stole or misappropriated the furniture. I will not be chasing them to clear this up. I guess that's why lawyers make commercials for dealing with shady people.

Update: as of 03/12/2025, the claim process seems like a scam. Called the numbers as instructed in the comment, and was told to submit the claim like the first one, but chose “repair”. I did and was told to wait for 2 business days. After the 3rd day, an email requested me to send “product series” which I provided 2 times in two separate emails (although it was provided while i submitted the claim via chatbox). I have not heard anything till I followed up and was told "no further information provided". NEVER BUY AGAIN FROM THIS COMPANY. They took your money, delivered junk product, and pretend to have a "claim process" to satisfy you, but what they do is fooling you around with that process until you loose patience and give up. $1000 worth sofa deserves much better product and the customer service There is a piece of redundant wood under my sofa, I called the customer service number to ask if it’s kinda non-conformity on the product, but was directed to submit a claim through their chatbox, I went to whole thing and was offered $86 gift card, then $56 refund, and repairing. I chose none of those my main reason is to find out what is going on with this product before I can decide the solution. The chatbox is close and says “sorry”. Its not great idea when the company keep using this technology for customer service, instead of talking to real person. If the product is in error, $86 gift card or $56 refund seems too cheap to me. I am not satisfied with the post- purchase customer service at all.

I initially purchased an expensive power reclining sofa, then reconsidered after I got home so the next day I called him and changed my order so I could have multiple pieces of furniture and he accommodated. My only complaint or critique is the chat bot does not understand when something is being picked up and when something is being delivered so I’m getting constant text messages from Jenny the chat bot requesting me to pick up my sofa that is set to be delivered.

My wife and I were greeted by a salesman named T-bone when we walked in. Our intention was to purchase a dining room set. T-bone mentioned a president day discount, march madness discount, cash payment discount and another he could give. We found the set we really wanted for $1500 and were ready to purchase however, T-bone came back with three prices all of which were more than the price on the table. Long story short, he gave us a final price in the neighborhood of $1200-$1300 got up off the chair and walked away as if both the offer and us were an inconvenience and didn’t exist. He was a very rude and horrible person. We left confused and upset without getting the dining room set we wanted.

Very very very frustrating to deal with as far as delivery services go. Everything I order from here is rescheduled numerous times. I was supposed to receive a bed 2 weeks ago and was told to make sure my bed was moved before the delivery so the delivery team could set up the new one…. So I got rid of my bed the day before. Only to find out the following day my bed did not get delivered. I was then told my bed would be delivered today. Only to now find out that the soonest it can be delivered is in a month…… and that is IF that happens then my wife and I will only have had to sleep on the floor for 5 weeks straight because this companies ability to coordinate and provide accurate information is basically impossible. The furniture quality isn’t bad, however, the process of receiving it is a complete and utter nightmare.

Good prices that encourage repeat business. Prices are good and furniture is comfortable and of good quality. The sales team is friendly and willing to work with you on pricing and financing. We are repeat customers and will probably continue to go there for our home furniture wants and needs

Complete lack of transparency when trying to make a claim for repairs. I would avoid this place like the plague. EVERYTHING is handled on the corporate level. If you want personal service you’re not gonna get it. Save yourself the heartache and go to the Amish Connection instead.

We decided to buy a mattress for my daughter because the brand she uses has fiberglass in it. When we asked if the mattresses have fiberglass, the salesman had the "sleep expert" came out. He said he had never heard of that before after being in the industry for 20 years. Relieved, we decided we were gonna go ahead and purchase a mattress. Thankfully I did a quick google search before processing the payment and found that Ashley has had lawsuits based on fiberglass. So either the "expert" doesn't pay attention to his field or he straight up lied to us to get the sale - putting our child's health at risk (actually our entire family's health at risk since the fibers float through the air). We won't be returning.

I love how the chair looks however approximately 2 weeks after it had been assembled and barely used I noticed both rear legs had become dangerously loose. After looking closely at the only way they could be assembled I determined there was no way the legs could be securely attached due to defects in leg construction as well as incorrect placement of pre drilled holes. I have not made contact with anyone regarding this as I just noticed this yesterday. Will call, email and send photos on Monday. I sincerely hope they will provide a replacement as the chair in it’s current state is useless.

I was double charged for my purchase because their system(tablet) died mid transaction. They assured me the first one would fall off my account because the full purchase hadn't completed. Instead, I now have 2 charges on my account and Ashley claims to only see one charge in their system. Now I have to dispute the charge through my bank. Between this and shady sales tactics, I will never return.

If you have damaged furniture and try to return it Ashly's policy is to give you the run around. I received damaged chairs and table.. I had to assemble them.. It took 20+ phone calls, emails and texts before the issues were resolved. I first tried to speak to the manager at the retail store and he refused to talk to me. He handed me a sheet titled GRT (guest response team) which included there basic warrantee and a phone number that you must call. It also included a website that did not exist. I called the number and after about 30 min. I was connected to a A.I. application. Then I was finally connected to a actual person. Then the nightmare began.. I was forced to submit photos of the damage and then they started email and text negotiations. This went on for several weeks. They sent forms via email titled "Dufresne Spencer Group" with transaction numbers that included 9 digits. They were vague instructions for return and delivery.. I was finally given a replacement chair. That was delivered to my home assembled. They also delivered a replacement table that would have required assemble by their "white Glove" team. The table had damage that was worse than the one I already had. They gave me $50.00 to just keep the original table. Bottom line is if the manager had just spoken to me instead of handing me the GRT sheet we could have resolved the issue with one visit a replacement chair and a $50.00 refund to just keep the cosmetic slight damaged table. Instead they frustrated me and waisted two delivery trips that I'm sure cost them way more than what it should have.

I purchased a new. hybrid Temperpedic mattress, yesterday, with no interest financing! I got to lie on the mattress, almost two hours, and it felt better than the seventeen year old foam Temperpedic mattress, I’d had before! It was a great experience, replacing the previous mattress! EDIT: The reply Ashley gives is proof of their incompetence in customer care. They do not do anything to help except provide a phone number to their customer service as if they aren’t the ones who are the entire problem. If I could give zero stars I would. I have had and unresolved warranty claim since May 2024, only 6 months after receiving our couch. Despite my patience and numerous attempts to resolve this issue, the lack of communication, follow-through, and effective solutions has left me thoroughly frustrated and dissatisfied. To summarize my experience: 1. Initial Purchase Issues: My dissatisfaction began with less than poor customer service during the purchase process in August 2023. We were ordered the wrong couch and the Ashley store in Albuquerque was almost no help and the manager there was extremely rude when we inquired about the status of our couch (we had a date scheduled for delivery to which I took off of work for and it never showed up and that evening the status of the delivery showed cancelled) I understand things happen and sometimes the wrong products get sent. That wasn’t the issue, the way I was treated after the fact is what made me so dissatisfied. We finally reduced our couch after 2 months after we ordered it. 2. Warranty Claim: I filed a warranty claim in May 2024 for a couch that, despite being just 6 months old and is hardly used, has multiple structural issues. Sitting on it causes it to collapse and sink, and the pull-out mattress mechanism is faulty, it crashes when you sit on the couch. The literal first time we used the pull out mattress we experienced this problem. 3. Ineffective Repairs: After months of waiting, I received replacement cushions that degraded almost immediately due to the failed mechanism. Months later, December 2024 a technician-installed mechanism which immediately failed upon installation. I was then told Ashley would be in contact with me to find a resolution and I have yet to be contacted by them. Aside from telling me more cushions are about to be delivered. I guess their solution is going to just send new cushions so they don’t have to do anything. 4. Lack of Communication: I’ve made over 15 calls to the warranty center, only to receive conflicting information. I was repeatedly told that parts would arrive within days, only to later learn they weren’t even ordered. I have been told I have no choice but to wait. Most recently, on January 16, 2025, I was promised a supervisor would contact me within 48 hours, yet I’ve heard nothing six days later. On January 22, 2025 I called customer service again and after nearly 40 minutes of being on hold with a representative I was told that the couch is no longer under the original warranty and I will have to contact the extended warranty provider. I was told the warranty expired in October 2024, 5 months after the first call to the warranty department to make the claim. This is really what caused me extreme frustration as this has been an ongoing issue since May 2024. Because of Ashley’s inability to solve a problem it is now thrown on me? Ashley didn’t do their job so now it’s not their problem? After explaining to the customer service representative that the same issue is occurring after the new mechanism was installed he said it is a new claim and that I will have to send in pictures or videos showing proof of the issue, which puts us right back to the beginning. For over seven months, I’ve endured broken promises, misinformation, and no resolution despite paying for the extended warranty. This has been exhausting and has undermined my trust in Ashley Furniture. As of today 1/28/25 (nearly 9 months after my first issue) I am yet to have been given a resolution. I hope anyone that reads this takes their business to another store.

Excellent service great product

I purchased a new bedroom set on black Friday and it was delivered the following weekend. The dresser arrived broken and when I called to inquire I was told to put a claim in and replacement parts would be sent. I explained that I did not want replacement parts for a brand new dresser. It has now been 5 weeks, with 2 different trips to the store to speak with local management and district management with nothing being resolved. I called again today and spoke with customer service regarding the ongoing issue and was again told that I needed to send more pictures. Customer service also informed me that she did not see notes pertaining to the issue when upper management said they would have someone call to schedule a pick-up of the old one and delivery of the new one. I am now paying monthly for a piece of furniture that does not function. I will never again buy furniture from this company as they clearly don't know how to run a business, and hire incompetent lazy people.

Had a great experience walking through and looking at potential pieces. The staff was great and even accommodated me and my children providing water and balloons to keep them entertained. I was also able to find my dream couch for my new home. Will be back and for my other pieces!!! Karina was a great help!!

Our Ashley assistant, Donica, was wonderful in helping my wife and I determine the best mattress for our sleeping preference - very knowledgeable and patient!

Lots of choices to look at. We really appreciate that we weren’t hounded by the sales team. We were shown some examples of what we’re looking for and were given ample time to look and think about our choices.

Edwin Rio was super helpful but was not pushy. He gave us the space to make a decision on our own. Edwin being bilingual is an added plus as we could talk in either language at any given time. We walked out with a new sofa and loveseat!!!!

Do not believe them when they give you a delivery date and then confirm the same date by email. Two days later you'll find out you're waiting three weeks or more.

We went in looking for some furniture with two(2) recliners being 1st on the list and Muhammed helped us and we couldn’t of been happier with his patience, knowledge and honesty. We not only left with the recliners but we have identified the additional furniture we’ll be back for. Thanks again Muhammed and we will be seeing you soon…..
