I've had the worst experience with Ashley. I bought a new house and saved money to buy a beautiful sectional.we purchased the couch on labor day. Here I am, one month later and still , no couch. I have heard so many different excuses. When I first asked about my couch, all I ever got was, "I'll have the manager call u back" never once did managers call me back. And when I finally called and got ahold of a manager, he was not very friendly, he said I'll figure out what's going on and call u back, he never called back. I had to keep calling them. I went to more Mor furniture for whatever else I needed. They were wonderful and much better prices.

Subject: Urgent: Unresolved Furniture Order & Lack of Communication Dear Ashley Furniture Customer Care, It has been almost a month since my wife was approved for a furniture set. We had to cancel her first order due to two pieces not fitting, and we started a new order on 9/18. Now, as of 9/26, we still do not have our completed furniture set. Both my wife and I have called Judy with Asema and left a total of five messages, and I have personally requested callbacks multiple times. To date, no one has returned our calls. This level of communication is unacceptable. As someone who works in customer service myself, I know that when an issue arises with a customer’s order, it is the company’s responsibility to communicate clearly and work to make things right. Instead, we are left with no updates, no callbacks, and an incomplete order. In addition, we were promised a $150 gift, yet my wife has still not received the email for it. At this point, I am extremely disappointed with Ashley Furniture. Poor communication and lack of accountability are not what we expected when making this purchase. I am requesting immediate action: 1. A clear update on the status of our furniture set. 2. Delivery of the promised $150 gift. 3. A phone call from a manager who will take ownership of resolving this situation. We chose Ashley because we trusted the brand, but our experience has been very frustrating. I expect a prompt response and resolution. We were delivered to broken couch a month ago. We have gotten the runaround with the warranty department online. Wanting us to send videos , Which we did over and over. Saying their technical team is looking at it and we would hear back in 48 hours. We have not gotten anyone to come out and look at our broken sofa. I would expect more from a large company like this. The customer service is horrible. The warranties are a joke. Don’t shop here if you want. Good customer service after the purchase. They only care about sales.

Don't bother ordering from their website. It'll be a waste of your time just like it was mine. I ordered a recliner that the site said was in stock and would be delivered to my home in 1-2 weeks. Soon after placing the order, they changed it to 3-4 weeks. The delivery date was to be 3 days from today and they would not tell me what time, so I arranged to have the day off from work so I'd be home all day to receive the order. They just called to say there's been a delay and it will now deliver in another 1-2 weeks. I told them to cancel the order. I'm not waiting over a month. It's been a bait and switch. I'm sure there would have been another delay had I not canceled. Ashley Home Store is a terribly managed company that obviously doesn't care about customer satisfaction. Avoid them like the plague.

Caesar and Christian were very helpful and great to work with. I went in to look at various items for my new house, and came out with such a great deal. I was offered various ways to save money and make a payment that worked best for me. The 0% interest financing is also a great option for large purchases if needed. Overall great experience, and I will recommend Ashley's to friends and family! Thank you!
