The personnel in this place are so awsome. They listen to what I was looking for offered suggestions let me take as much time as I wanted to try the item out. Humberto is one of the nicest and professional individuals in this whole town. He rates a 10 star.

My husband and me went to Ashley’s to find another bed. Humberto helped us as we browsed the store showing us all the different kinds of mattresses and frames. He was very knowledgeable and extremely sweet. We found the mattress and frame we liked. Because of Humberto we will continue going to Ashley’s. He made the whole experience fun and entertaining.

Sunday at Ashley Furniture in Artesia offered up great customer service. She is extremely knowledgeable about the products and what they have to offer. She showed me a lot of furniture, checked other stores for inventory I was interested in, worked me a great deal and got me in on the President’s Day Specials they are offering. Great experience. I had no idea I would find what I like in our small town furniture store but I was so wrong. Super impressed. If you are looking for new furniture now would be a great time to take advantage of their sale this month.

The staff here was great. We showed up right before closing without knowing it and they took their time and didn't rush us. They showed us everything they had on the floor and then even took the time to look online with us. A great staff.

I just recently moved to Artesia from Louisiana. I had ordered a couch online to be delivered once I arrived, but there was a problem getting the piece that I wanted. I was directed to the Artesia store where they were aware of my problem. The store manager Sunday got my online order canceled. She was very understanding, nice & professional. She showed me another couch that she had that was just a shade difference from what I had ordered. She worked up a good price for me and had it delivered the next day, as my other furniture had not arrived and I really needed it. I appreciate the help & the quick response that I received. Thanks

Quality of service dictates review. If you want bad service from a mediocre store with inflated prices this the the place for you. Best advise look here for what you want and then go order for far less $ online.
