Great people and good prices
We went in looking for a new sofa for our RV which as you would expect is a challenge but Sunday went above and beyond and found us a great sofa that was pretty much exactly what we were looking for but it was at another, non-Ashley store in Roswell. We made the 60 mile drive ( needed to go to Sam's Club anyway ) to look at it. We decided we wanted it but this store doesn't deliver & because we were not told that beforehand my 5th wheel hitch was still in my truck. I had to return to the KOA, remove the hitch & drive back to pickup the sofa. An extra, unnecessary round trip When I get the sofa home I find 3 loose & 1 missing screw that holds the center back section on. I was able to tighten the loose screws & replace the missing one. We love the sofa but getting it could have gone smoother.

cant get furniture delivered as promised
Great experience looking for and finding a dining room table at this location. I forgot the lovely woman's name who helped us, but she was the perfect combination of helpful yet non-pressuring. With her help, we found what we were looking for the same day. We live in Carlsbad and will gladly drive to Artesia to this location again. The people are just nicer up there.

The reason I gave one star is because negative stars was not an option. The people at this store are great at selling furniture however they are horrible at delivering said furniture. I paid them $3000. 00 cash and over a month later they still have not completed my order. When we call all we get is lies and the refusal of a refund. Leaving a person no choice except legal action. This store is criminal.
Took 7. 5 weeks to get my furniture. . . extremely expensive, no returns and large cancellation fee so I was trapped and stuck waiting until whenever they decided to get me my furniture. . . I think in that amount of time they must have had one person building the bed frame.
