Diana Marquez was absolutely amazing! Sooo helpful, but also let us walk around and not chase us to get a sell. Sara Martinez was also fabulous! She was able to show us a couple of pieces mix and matched together and show us what it could look like!

My wife was looking for a chair at the time sales person made her feel very un welcome so we bought the chair at another local store. Will not ever go to this place in the future.

Samia was fantastic to work with! After describing what I wanted, she sent me to the right place in the store. She provided measurements of the bedroom set and gave me options on availability timeframes, prices (new versus the floor model)…. I got a terrific deal, and the type of mattresses that were available based upon what I think my mom would want. She offered a package that included a waterproof mattress pad that guarantees that the 10-year mattress warranty would be honored, two “Purple pillows and 3-month mattress exchange policy, and all for a very reasonable price. She ensured that the bedroom set would be delivered in a my very restrictive timeframe that ensures my mother’s bedroom would be set up at Wheatfields Estates prior to her arrival. Samia was friendly, very knowledgeable and genuinely concerned that my mom’s new place would come together on time. She deserves to be commended based upon my pleasant experience.

My shopping experience with Sara was amazing. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and after a little explaining, Sara knew exactly what to show me. I highly recommend Ashley's in Clovis NM and recommend asking for Sara.

Furniture buying was low pressure with quality service, which is difficult to achieve. Sara was great to work with and we were able to find the sofa that fit perfectly in my space. I did have some complications with delivery due to my sofa being very large and difficult to maneuver in the doorways. The delivery guys are not concerned with scratching up my door or scratching up my sofa. Fortunately was minor issues that occurred, but I am going to have to paint the doorway and I had to cover up the scratches on the front of my brand new sofa. I paid the premium for delivery and your delivery drivers should have the patience and a plan for how to carefully get furniture into a space even if it's a difficult tight squeeze space. Also, when a sofa is as big and heavy as the sofa is that I purchased maybe there needs to be three people when it's delivered instead of just two. The delivery is the reason that we didn't get five stars here, but the purchasing was great.

I went in looking for a mattress. Samia (hope that’s right) met me as I walked in. This girl is a saint!! She spent so much time with me trying to figure out what I was looking for. Can’t tell you how many mattresses I laid on but probably every one they have. I really couldn’t make up my mind so she went to look for another item I wanted. I left without buying but will go back Monday & buy a mattress from Samia. She is awesome!!! Update: bought a new mattress on Monday. Of course they had to order it in but that’s ok. One thing that’s not ok??? Delivery fee!!! I live alone & have no way to get it home. They wanted $300 to bring it about 6.blocks & put it on my frame. I’m embarrassed to say, I threw a big fit & told them never mind. After further discussion, I bought it. Stefanie & Semia are awesome!!

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Sarah. (Excuse the name if it's misspelled.) She was very helpful and happy to answer any questions for us, she was patient and didn't try and talk us into anything we didn't want. She knew the answers to all of our questions and went above and beyond to make sure we were getting a good deal and even catered to our kids to help them stay occupied. She was great. Even the staff we didn't do business with were welcoming and supportive. I'll admit I didn't want to go here originally because we like to support small business but I'm glad we went here after bad experiences elsewhere.

Being people of meager means, we are often moved to get “cheap” furniture. However, we needed a good recliner for my husband following his knee surgery. We went to Ashley for quality and also found a bargain!! Nichole Lujan was so nice, professional and helpful. She did not try to sell me something “extra” I told her our needs and she was very accommodating. When we are ready to upgrade our furniture, we are DEFINITELY going to Ashley!!

Edit: I truly appreciate the response, so I’m going to change my rating from two stars to four. I didn’t end up buying anything, or contacting the business, but one employee shouldn’t bring down the rating that much when there are so many there that are above and beyond.

Bought a lift recliner and got it home and after few days it just didnt fit me and i have to have it correct for the shape i am in. Called Bobbie he came out and we came to agreement and he took it back and i got my money back. He was fair i was fair and it worked out for both. I will be back to buy furniture when we need. I am an Admin Assistant for the corporate office of a Senior Living Company. We own a senior living community in Clovis which was unfortunately hit with a tornado in the surrounding area and it left quite the mess at our community. One of our resident's bed was destroyed by water so we needed to find a replacement. Given that I work out of state, phoning all the local mattress stores was my only option. I had the absolute pleasure being assisted by Ean. They went above and beyond my expectations helping me over the phone. Ean offered different options (as the exact model wasn't available), they even checked inventory at the Portales location. Thankfully, the resident's family was able to decide on a mattress replacement in person with Ean. I am just overwhelmingly thankful that Ean was the one to assist and save the day. :) Definitely the best customer service I have ever experienced.

The people who work here are sooo sweet and extremely helpful. I’ve been to many Ashley furniture stores, but this one was the best. Didn’t catch the two ladies names but they were awesome with helping my husband and I purchase our new king bed and dresser.

We bought a sofa set at Ashley a few years ago, along with a warranty. We were extremely happy with our purchase, but a few years later, we had to use the warranty and had problems with the warranty company. I spoke with the local Ashley store and they helped me with the process, including getting a good trade for our original item. Their customer service is top notch and Jessica, the manager, treated us exceptionally well. We will definitely be back!

I recently purchased a king bed from Ashley,it took me a few years to decide which one they have a great selection.I got it and it was so easy to put together but very well made,and the price was incredible. THE PEOPLE that work in this store are really nice and helpful,the store always looks great.If you have time go in and look around it's worth your time...

It took a while to get everything right (chair assembly fails) But, they kept after it and finally have everything just right. Our reason for shopping there in the first place was to purchase a large, eight chair dining table. They were the best in every respect.

While they have good selection and customer service, their prices are slightly high, and it isn't within the Ashley Furniture chain. This causes some availability issues from what I have experienced over the years. Still a great place to get good furniture if you can get a decent sale.

The sales staff are very nice and knowledgeable about the merchandise. What we purchased has not been delivered yet but the floor model was nice so I feel the items will be just what we wanted.

Ashley Home Store is very pleasant to deal with. No hard selling and no one is pressuring you to buy anything. It's a calm and relaxed atmosphere and a large variety to pick from. If you find something on their website they don't have I'm the store they will research it and give you all the info they can find on it. Many different payment plans to choose from that best fits your current situation. Tiffany was a great help in our shopping experience, ask for her when you go inside.

Shopped numerous furniture stores in Clovis looking for a bunk bed for the grandbabies. I thought Ashley's would be out of my price range but they actually had the best value for my money! Icing on the cake was how incredibly friendly everyone was! Would highly recommend!

Ian and Lee wee amazing!!!!!! My wife hates sales people, like literally, will walk straight out of a place of sales people bug her. These two wonderful gentlemen, made her feel comfortable and made her laugh. They came and went, never had a feeling of towering over. They also showed us all types of designs of what we wanted. They worked with us and completely went above and beyond! We spent 3 hours there, and left with a great feeling. Like a family feeling! We purchased, a couch, dining table set, and a bedroom set. BUYER BEWARE!😬😬😬 So the low score isn't for the store itself. It's for the company as a whole. The staff at this particular store were very helpful, nice, welcoming, and didn't follow us everywhere. So that experience we appreciated. However, this furniture is craaaaaaaaaap! After getting our couch it broke in four different places in three months!!! I wish this was an exaggeration. We didn't get warranty coverage because we have 5 dogs and honestly thought that the dogs would have ruined it before the couch fell apart. Oh how wrong we were. You HAVE TO GET WARRANTY COVERAGE if you buy furniture from them. If there is no warranty coverage, they won't take the furniture back. We lived with our broken couch for a year before replacing it (DID NOT buy replacement couch from them). Upon closer inspection of the couch we tossed, it was made out of very cheap and weak wood. Everything was STAPLED together. Under the bottom seat cushions was a thin material holding it up, it tore after about five months. My husband had to put a wooden board underneath to provide support to keep us from sinking in. BUYER BEWARE!😬😬😬

I was immediately welcomed by Elizabeth when I came in. She went way above and beyond as she helped coordinate a color scheme for my dining room and living room. I love the way the house looks already and I don't even have the table. Lol. Elizabeth was extremely attentive and was able to meet my needs that I was looking for but unable to express. I will be back really soon to do some more upgrades in the house!!!

Only buy on sale and be careful. They'll try to sell you fake leather. Most of their wood is not solid. Parts will begin to wear down and come off after a while

Excellent customer service. Once I finally made a decision on what pieces I wanted to purchase,the whole process took minutes. The only thing I would like to recommend is that you offer some loaner furniture since shipping may take a few weeks to 6. I'm suggesting this simply because we sold our previous couches right before purchasing our new ones & we are currently sitting on lawn furniture. Since delivery is offered, the company could pick up the loaners once they deliver what the customer has ordered, since the customer has most likely spent a good chunk of their hard earned money

Employees usually are pretty good at giving you space but making sure all of your questions are answered. Never pay the regular price because there’s always a special sale every 72 hours or so.

Tayler from the Clovis store was awesome through the entire process. We walked us through the store and described the different styles, helped us narrow down the pieces we liked and make a final choice. The delivery crew was prompt and got everything positioned exactly as I wanted, noticed a small stain on our piece and got it us schedule to have that cleaned. Taylor from the delivery center came out and took care of the stain and made sure everything was just what we wanted. Returned to the Clovis store last week and Tayler helped us with a new rug to complete our room. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service experience.

Ashley Black and Jessica Smith treated us like family! We just moved to this area and needed a living room piece - Ashley did her job and sold us a gorgeous entertainment center, but when we expressed concerns about the protection plan, she not only answered our questions but also pulled Jessica, her manager, over to reassure us and fully explain each aspect of their (new) plan. Ashley then walked us through all the math to make sure we were getting the best deal we could and not going over our budget. And when Jessica found out that our plans for the holidays were uncertain, she invited us to her gathering! I have never been treated to such warm and welcoming customer service anywhere, and especially not in any furniture stores. We will be customers of this Ashley HomeStore for as long as we live in this area! I highly recommend going to see them!

I was very grateful for this Ashley location considering the few furniture store options in the area. Ean helped me purchase a new mattress and bedroom set. Ean was incredibly helpful. He listened to what we wanted and was very patient as we deliberated over our different options. At no point in working with Ean did I feel pressured to purchase anything, and I felt he gave us his genuine opinion and was not trying to upsell us, which can be a problem at other furniture stores. Overall, very satisfied with this Ashley staff and the selection they offer.

We went in Black Friday and got some good deals. We were not bombarded at the door or stalked in the show room. Our sales person was Ashley B. and she was super friendly and helpful although she admitted she doesn’t use a pillow when she sleeps!? Despite that she answered all of our questions, and we had a lot! If she didn’t know she was able to find the answer for us. No BS and no pressure. She gave us space but also checked on us at just the right times. Checking out was easy. All the employees seemed to enjoy their job. We will be back for sure. Thank you.

Raquel Morales was AWESOME! My wife and I visited the store to find a bedroom set that would fit our style and needs and we were able to find it with the amazing help of Raquel Morales! She took the time to listen to our requirements and I didn’t feel that she was pushy at all. She presented us some options and gave us her personal thoughts (likes/dislikes) about some of the bedroom sets that were available. Seeing the need, she reached out to Cassidy (sp?), who then helped to measure out precisely the size of the bedroom set dimensions with a mapping program. This in turn, helped us to confidently decide on and purchase a bedroom set that we intent to use for the next 50 years! Ashely's Furniture in Clovis was excellent! A year ago I bought a sectional couch and dining table from the Ashely's in Lubbock and had an absolutely horrible experience!! Not to mention, I'm still missing a dining chair from them.... Skeptical to buy from Ashley's again, the Clovis store told me they aren't affiliated with the one in Lubbock so I decided to buy a bedroom set with them and WOW! Everything (nothing missing) came in a week after I purchased and set up beautifully. I am very satisfied and happy with the exceptional customer service with the Ashely's in Clovis!

Way overpriced. Walked around but no rep even acknowledged us to help. They had a furniture set here that I saw somewhere else and it was cheaper at the other place by almost half.

In August we purchased an entire bedroom set of furniture from the Clovis store. The salesperson checked and told us it was all in stock that day. When delivered the night stands were on back order and we were told they would arrive by the end of September. We called the end of September and then were told October 11. This week we went to the store to inquire and were told the end of October. We were also told that we would not have to make any payments until we had ALL of the furniture. We have had to make 2 payments so far and still do not have all of the furniture! We are VERY unhappy with our experience and my husband said he would not EVER shop here again!

Your website takes forever to load...from three different computers I tried looking at beds and dresser sets and all it did was take the time to load load load..I am still waiting and it has been over 45 minutes and It still wont let me look at anything. FIX PLEASE
