We were lied to by a sales associate (Garrett) about a dinette set we purchased last week on Thursday, July 24th at the Farmington, NM store. We specifically asked if we could order additional chairs and a server for our purchase. He said "yes, we could...." the set we purchased was a set that was on "clearance" and had only 4 chairs. Friday, (25th) I logged onto Ashley's website after work and couldn't find any chairs or server. I took the liberty of calling him and inquired about the additional items. He then stated "the items were disconnected and couldn't purchase additional items." I became extremely upset, and reminded him that that wasn't what he told us the day before. Had he been honest with us we wouldn't had made the purchase or would've considered something different. Monday (28th) I went to the store and complained about our purchased to another associate (Susan) she told me that they couldn't do anything and suggested I contact their damn GRT. I kindly asked if we could exchange the items for a different set that has at least 6 or 8 chairs. She had the audacity to suggest that we can try selling it online... or purchase chairs that can compliment the set. I then asked her if that's what she would do if she were in our situation. No response... this was bullshit of Garrett to lie about w could purchase additonal items. They shouldn't be ill advising customers. We have a nice table with only 4 chairs. Tuesday (29th) I called the GRT and reached a damn call center outside the states and barely could understand the person on the other end because of his heavy accent. No luck there either.

I need to give Jenny a 5 star. She is and was very helpful and professional. I am rating the store as a 1 star, because they brought the wrong frame for the bed I purchased. They delivered on July 23rd and noticed this that night. The bed works great and I love it, but the bed has nothing to keep it in place. You sit down and it shifts off the frame and almost slides completely off the frame they sat it on. I have been in contact with them, taken pictures, and after 2 days of that, they tell me I have to call a customer service warranty number and file a claim. I file a claim and again send pictures to them, three times they asked what was wrong and told them the frame was wrong for the bed. They asked for more pictures, then yesterday said someone would be contacting me in a couple days. Note here, that I have slept in the bed only 4 nights and feel it would be handled by the store. I asked they make it right in a timely manner at the store. So I wait until whomever gives me a call from the claims department. At this point, I’m frustrated and would like them to come get the bed and refund the full amount paid.
