Was unprofessional when picking up our order. When we were ready to load up furniture they told us to do it ourselves and also they had a hard time finding it. Could use some younger employees there that we'll actually stay on top of orders. But we love the furniture.

We have returned and bought furniture several times here. On this particular visit, we were not greeted upon entry. We additionally walked entirely around the store and sat on several sofas and no one asked if we needed help. We walked up front where 3 sales reps were sitting and talking. I stood for several seconds before one asked if they could help. He walked us to a similar couch than the one we were requesting because what we wanted wasn't on the show floor. In the middle of talking to him, he calls over someone else and he says someone is asking for me and leaves us with Martin. Martin was nice and helpful and answered all our questions. Recommended and will return for future needs.

Delivery was on time and setup was professionally done.

Waited 2 months to get our mattress frame due to an error on their part. No accountability from our sales associate for her mistake. The assistant manager stated he’d lower our price, but instead the main manager barely took anything off. The customer service was awful, stated they call and update us with our order but never heard from them. I’ve never had issues with Ashley Furniture as I’ve purchased from them before, but this time was terrible. Overall, just ensure your order is correct and that the sales associate is knowledgeable with their products.

Carla was totally dishonest and lied about EVERYTHING!! And I was not able to cancel my order even though I had not received it yet. This place is a total scam! They said if I refused to accept possession I would be required to make payments anyway or I would be turned into collections. Very high presure upselling as well as telling me the item I came in for was not available. NEVER AGAIN!

Courtney was very patient and provided a high level of service regarding are living room furniture purchase. Unfortunately the customer service from this point forward, the truthfulness of what your being told, and how much time you have to invest in trying to correct issues is shocking. I'm not sure if its intentional, problems with the system or lack of training. But, when you process a transaction and charge someone for a product that is no longer available it causes questions. Especially when you tell the customer the product is going to be dropped shipped and then its going to be on the truck, and then told it was no longer available. And then your told were crediting your account, and then your system changes it to a re-select and not a credit, and then you call ten more times and are told it's now been changed to a credit and then you wait, no credit received, and you call again, again, and still no credit as of today. Like I stated above, shocking!

When we walked in friendly greetings the time wasn’t rushed, we came to find a couch for our home for best comfort and found plenty of beautiful furnishings that I couldn’t decide. We found two couches reclining and wonderful comfort. We’re gonna enjoy our living room a lot more thank you!!

Do not do business with these people. Their salesman Avery sold me a reclining loveseat that had been discontinued. How did he not know that??. Kept getting the runaround on delivery date finally called and talked to somebody that said the item has been discontinued. They never should have sold that to you. Went back in to talk to him about a refund. He said he would take care of it that day and I would get an email. Got nothing. Went back in a couple days later told me the same thing he would take care of it that day and I would get an email. Got nothing finally got a hold of a lady. I’m assuming at corporate she said nobody has initiated any kind of refund for you. I guess they thought I would just give up and give them my money. STAY AWAY!

I am an overthinker when it comes to redecorating. It took me years to decide to pull the trigger and buy new furniture. Jessica at Ashley furniture made the process so much more easy and stress free. I went to her store in Farmington 4 times before purchasing. She never pressured me, she was there to answer any questions, quick to pull out a measuring tape and calculator to help me make decisions. Within the short time we were in the store, we were able to get the couch we've been looking for and a super comfortable bed within our price range that still had the comfortability and functionality that we needed and wanted. Even though we were on a time crunch, she made the best recommendations within our budget and respected our time throughout the entire process. I went shopping for furniture and finely ended up at Ashley Store and was greeted by Susan she answered every question with knowledge of the product. When asked to look and try a specific mattress she knew exactly where to show me on the floor. Susan is a top notch employee who worked her magic with the manager and I now no longer need to shop any where else. Will be purchasing a coulple of more pieces of furniture and she gained another future customer a friend that was shopping with me...great customer service. Have to totally back track...ordered furniture on the 1st of August long story short...no couch until now September 10th...no recliner period...been ghosted by sales professional (hahaha)...finally got the bed that was ordered two weeks after said delivery would be by sales professional (hahaha)...sales professional lied out and out lied to me...Ashley Furniture is NOT the #1 professionals in home furnishings that they claim...so very disappointed after multiple multiple calls and no one answering not even the store I made these purchases through...😡😡😡

We were lied to by a sales associate (Garrett) about a dinette set we purchased last week on Thursday, July 24th at the Farmington, NM store. We specifically asked if we could order additional chairs and a server for our purchase. He said "yes, we could...." the set we purchased was a set that was on "clearance" and had only 4 chairs. Friday, (25th) I logged onto Ashley's website after work and couldn't find any chairs or server. I took the liberty of calling him and inquired about the additional items. He then stated "the items were disconnected and couldn't purchase additional items." I became extremely upset, and reminded him that that wasn't what he told us the day before. Had he been honest with us we wouldn't had made the purchase or would've considered something different. Monday (28th) I went to the store and complained about our purchased to another associate (Susan) she told me that they couldn't do anything and suggested I contact their damn GRT. I kindly asked if we could exchange the items for a different set that has at least 6 or 8 chairs. She had the audacity to suggest that we can try selling it online... or purchase chairs that can compliment the set. I then asked her if that's what she would do if she were in our situation. No response... this was bullshit of Garrett to lie about w could purchase additonal items. They shouldn't be ill advising customers. We have a nice table with only 4 chairs. Tuesday (29th) I called the GRT and reached a damn call center outside the states and barely could understand the person on the other end because of his heavy accent. No luck there either.

I need to give Jenny a 5 star. She is and was very helpful and professional. I am rating the store as a 1 star, because they brought the wrong frame for the bed I purchased. They delivered on July 23rd and noticed this that night. The bed works great and I love it, but the bed has nothing to keep it in place. You sit down and it shifts off the frame and almost slides completely off the frame they sat it on. I have been in contact with them, taken pictures, and after 2 days of that, they tell me I have to call a customer service warranty number and file a claim. I file a claim and again send pictures to them, three times they asked what was wrong and told them the frame was wrong for the bed. They asked for more pictures, then yesterday said someone would be contacting me in a couple days. Note here, that I have slept in the bed only 4 nights and feel it would be handled by the store. I asked they make it right in a timely manner at the store. So I wait until whomever gives me a call from the claims department. At this point, I’m frustrated and would like them to come get the bed and refund the full amount paid.

Just can't recommend Ashley. They advertise sales, but with all their add-ons, you wind up paying full price. If you decline the add-ons, the price goes back up. After the sale, there is no customer service. Can't depend on a scheduled delivery date, and there's no coordination with the robot you're left to consult with. Delivery personnel were rude.

Very welcoming the minute I walked in to the Farmington store, Jacob greeted me and for the next hour he entertained all of my questions! Upon my settling on a loveseat, he continued his professionalism and made sure I received all the discounts Ashley offered that day. Not a pushy salesman at all!!!! I highly recommend!

I asked that a manager give me a call about failure to deliver because of a mixup. I did not receive a call. I called the sales person, Carla Beckner, left a message for her to return my call, she did not. The couch was finally delivered and after two days, I discovered that it hurt my back. I asked to exchange the couch and, of course, no resolution was offered. I will certainly never do business with this company again. I am beyond disappointed!

Store great. Deliver and assembly terrible. Bookshelf put together backwards. Desk legs installed incorrectly and separated the desk top. Very disappointed

Best furniture shopping experience EVER!! We basically needed to furnish an entire house. We were shown EVERYTHING, every option. Our guide was Sam, who was patient, caring, FUN! If he needed extra assistance , he was backed by his AWESOME manager and creative, knowledgeable sleep specialist. They made us feel special and appreciated. And we got an incredible price on some beautiful, great quality furniture. I hope anyone needing furniture out there, gives this store a try. You most sincerely will not be disappointed!!

Went shopping for a mattress for my son. Garrett is a great sales person. He really knows his mattresses. Also knows all the deals and different payment plans. I only had affirm to use and he helped me purchase a queen mattress. Also told me its better to buy a cover for the mattress that it helps with warranty, so I got one. Even threw in a free pillow. It was a great experience and he had a great attitude. The mattress will delivered in one week. They will also dispose of the old mattress when they stop by.

so glad I came back in today so that Avery could get the credit and when she helped me about three weeks ago. Everything was great customer service was great. It was an easy process.

My first day was great. I believe Sam was our sales representative. He was patient and very helpful. When my husband came back with me to find the recliner he wanted, the girl that helped us was kind of pushing us. She was very nice but I told her numerous times that we wanted to try some other furniture to make sure we liked it. Overall it was good, she just needs to slow down a little bit.

We'll never shop at Ashley's home furniture again feel like I spent a lot of money on trash thought I was buying quality ended up just being a ugly piece of trash I saw that fell apart with poor customer service to help resolve any issues people at the stores that work in the store don't care about you after you are done giving them all of your hard-earned money they're happy to take it but not happy to help you with your problem after purchase

Update: Tried again to shop at this store and it was worse than the previous time. You all need to read your customer. I just want 15-20 minutes to look through the store before ANYONE starts hounding me about what I’m looking for. That will be the last time I step foot in this store. When a customer tells you they are browsing and will come to you if they need help, that doesn’t mean get an attitude and then call for backup. You all are worse than used car salesmen. The white coats? Seriously the dumbest thing I have seen. The front of the building is covered in weeds and bird poop. Walk in and I am bombarded by 4 sales people all in less than 5 minutes. I counted 8 sales people sitting on the floor doing absolutely nothing. Let a person shop, quit bothering them. I was in and out within 15 minutes. I’ll shop online.

Overall a wonderful experience and looking forward to having quality furniture to sleep on and to relax on in the living room. From a sales perspective, a deal that met my needs and expectations was made. Using Acima’s 90 day interest free option is allowing me to make this purchase! There were a few times that there was some pressure coming from the sales staff, but that’s part of being in sales. I look forward to returning to this store for any future furnishing needs… will update upon delivery, assembly, etc.

The sales guy was awesome

Corbin (I think that’s his name) was our salesman. Very 1970s used car salesman vibe. He did the typical sales tactics, “I have to check with my manager,” “this price is only good for today,” and “why the hesitation” were all thrown in. I told him that I do not borrow money or use credit, and he still pushed financing and leasing the couch a lot. I asked him for a pamphlet on the extended warranty and his response was, “I’ll get it to you with the paperwork as you’re heading out.” My guess is that he didn’t want me to see how useless it is for $550 extra. (Btw you have to pay an additional $60-200 charge in order to activate it from the third party warranty company and an additional charge to actually use it.) Once I asked him to remove the warranty, he seemed perturbed, and standoffish. He ordered the wrong color on one of my sectional pieces. I’m not sure I’if this was intentional for cutting into his margin, incompetence, or a genuine mistake. In any case, there’s an additional 3 week wait for them to fix the mistake. The delivery guys were great. They were respectful of my home, friendly, and worked quickly. The couch is great. I hope it lasts a long time. I don’t think I am going to buy from here again. I will probably go in to find what I want and just order it online, unless the salesman can give a lower price.

In store experience was great. Our salesman, Garrett, seemed to be great and let us know he would personally call us when our new sectional came in and made it feel like a very personal experience but then when it came down to it, it took 2 months for our sectional to come in instead of the 2 weeks we were told. We couldn't hardly get ahold of our salesman and every person we talked to had a different story. Every week we were told it was being delivered that Friday so we would adjust our schedule to be able to pick it up, only for it not to show. We would get told they would call us back only to receive no call and have to call them again a couple days later to follow up. The experience was very frustrating, communication lacked from the store and we will not be purchasing another item from Ashley Furniture in Farmington.

Corbin was a great salesman to work with. My main disappointment is with the delivery system. I was given a date of 3/20 for delivery and then the day before I receive a message saying that my new table is delayed by 2 weeks. I found this to be very disappointing. The delivery of the chairs and bench went ok once the driver adjusted the chairs to remove the wobble. One chair had to be sent back as it was damaged.

The whole staff was very accommodating by bc and helpful. I highly recommend Garrett Powell, as he was especially helpful. He helped us draw up our floor plan and searched for pieces of furniture that could work with our very limited space and difficult floor plan.

I bought $7k in furniture from Ashley Furniture one of the items being a sectional couch and 3 months after purchasing it, one of the sectional couch pieces collapsed. I had purchased the insurance for $1K but since only owned it for 3 months it should have been covered under the manufacturer warranty. After MANY MANY hours on the phone and online and never speaking with the same person twice, the denied coverage from the manufacturer and said since I purchased the extended warranty I would need to file a claim with them. Ridiculous because the bottom just collapsed after 3 months! Long story short after 7 months of having a broken couch they finally paid out the claim. Not sure if I will ever do business with Ashley Furniture again!

We shopped everywhere in the four corners area to find a new couch and mattress and ended up with Ashley Furniture in Farmington NM. Our sales person was informative, helpful, and also gave us time to ourselves to decide what we wanted. We had our items delivered today and the guys were fantastic. They assembled and tested our electric couch first.. Then brought in the new mattress and removed our old one. One of the things I liked best was being able to track the delivery kinda like when dominos delivers a pizza. We purchased about $10,000 worth of furniture in September 2020. It took several months to receive our furniture, as it got delayed 4 different times. We called to cancel the order and then all of a sudden they could deliver it all the next day. Apparently they robbed someone else of their order to get us our stuff before we canceled. Real classy! We had also purchased a 5 -year protection plan that we were told would cover any damage to the furniture. We have since learned, that was a complete LIE! None of our claims have ever been approved and paid for. The insurance representative basically told us that we were scammed, because none of the things we were promised were actually covered. Our bed frame just completely collapsed without any cause of our own and apparently this is not even covered under the protection plan. We were scammed into the $1,000+ protection plan! Needless to say, we will never purchase furniture from this place ever again. Honestly, we should've cancelled the order when we had the chance!

I was very happy to purchase a queen size bed with frame was thank ful for my grandson to sleep well and rest for his school and order any one for my second grandson the same thing queen size bed and it on it way and I purchased a recliner chair with build in remote to do messages and I am so happy and later a king size bed for my only son that on road and to come home to his king-size bed to rest and I am think of a show case for my grandson he like to do build Lego 🤗🤗staff are very helpful and very professional and friendly and thank you again God bless you all 🙏🙏

Jacob helped me today and he was so nice. I felt bad cause I caught him right when he was coming on shift I may have made him late clocking in. But he was still there to help me. I was very happy with the couch he helped me pick out even though I made a mess out of the showroom. He was great!

We just moved to the area and needed furniture for some rooms. We spent a delightful 4+ hours with Garrett, selecting furniture, a mattress, and lighting. Garrett was so much fun to work with, and worked hard to make sure we explored all price points and options, as well as making sure we got the best discounts available. We have shopped at Ashley before for a piece here and there, but this was an extensive shopping spree that required a conscientious salesperson, quality products, and good prices. Today, we got them all in one place, and are grateful. We can’t wait to have our new goods delivered and set up so we can enjoy them.

We were welcomed at the entrance and ask if we would like some help. We inquired about a mail ad that we received. Our questions weramswered and got what we needed ordered. It was very nice and helpful experience. Thank you team Ashley

When I ordered my recliner the salesman said they would haul off my old one when they delivered the new one. They just delivered it and said that they don't know why he told me that because they don't haul off the old one. I don't appreciate being lied to and they said that's to bad there's nothing we can do. If they promise you anything make sure and get it in writing because they don't honor their word This was my second bad experience with this store so I will never shop Ashley again.

I ordered a bedroom set from Ashley Furniture in May 2024, and it’s now January 2025—what a frustrating experience! It took months to finally get all the pieces delivered, and when everything was supposedly completed, the bed frame arrived broken. Now, we’ve been waiting for a replacement since November 2024. While we’ve been very patient throughout this entire ordeal, it’s been nothing but delays and disappointment. I sincerely hope no one else has to go through this.

Overall ok. Salesman was good price was good. They charge to much for delivery and won’t give any kind of break on it and 4 weeks out to get product is a long time. Probably won’t buy anything from there again.

Sales lady was very helpful and friendly, found what I was looking for. UPDATE: I ordered 2 recliner chairs on 11/29/24, was told they would be delivered in about week, before Christmas. Closer to the delivery date I get a text stating that the chairs will now be delivered 12-30-24. On 12-29-24 I was advised that the chairs were on the truck and would be delivered on 12-30-24 between 4:30 and 7:30. Waited all day no chairs no call. I called corporate and their response was "we don't know where they're at". Now they are saying they will be delivered on January 16th. No manager will call me back. A sales lady in Farmington tells me they will be delivered on the 21st. Not very happy that our Christmas gifts are not delivered after paying for a white glove delivery. We love the quality of Ashley furniture and have purchased some before but this customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with.

My daughter, son-in-law, and I went into this magnificent store after supper last night just to browse. We casually strolled through the store enjoying our time wishing and dreaming. We encountered a sweet man by the name of Jacob that we learned was the store manager. Eventually we made our way to the matress area where we tested the comfort of several beds. Jacob directed his top matress sales associate to us. We greatly appreciated Ashley's expertise. My kids walked out an hour later the proud owners of a new Temper pedic bed. Our experience was phenomenal. Thank you Miss Ahley and Jacob .

I will never buy furniture from Ashley‘s again. They sold me a warranty and then they couldn’t help me with it and it has taken me over two months to have my adjustable bed replaced and now we’re going on the third month and I’m still waiting.

Hmmm… I have a home filled with Ashley furniture, mostly from a San Diego store; however, many other items from Ashley Furniture in Farmington, New Mexico. The quality of the furniture from San Diego was relatively good; however, the quality of the dinette set we purchased in Farmington was very poor. We purchased the dinette in March 2024, it is now November and two of the four chairs have cracked… not little cracks, but two very large, sharp cracks. We’ve use the dinette less than five times since the purchase, it still looks brand new. So… two out of four is 50%. I requested from Ashley that they replace all four chairs, which is not an unreasonable request, considering that half of them cracked. Ashley refused to replace all four; however, they’re going to replace the current one that is cracked. The first one that cracked was repaired with a new back. So, basically it’s your money. If you’re in the market for new furniture, I would totally avoid Ashley Furniture and go with a quality furniture store/company that supports their customers and sells a quality product that’s reliable. I know Ashley Furniture could care less that I will never purchase furniture from them again, and could care lesd about bad reviews, but do yourself a favor, read reviews on furniture stores before you purchase. Avoid Ashley Furniture.

I don’t like how you guys have your delivery policies. people want yo pick up their furniture and you tell us we have yo go pick it up in the warehouse and your warehouse is in Albuquerque. Maybe it’s time you put a warehouse in Farmington so that we don’t have to pay delivery.

Sales person was very nice. The delivery team was fantastic. I did wait 75 days longer than I was told for one of the bedroom suits.

I went in to get help with an insurance claim for a couch I bought this year. The sales lady greeted me and handed me two pamphlets, barely explaining what I really would need to do but it was fine, whatever, I can figure it out. We then proceeded to look around, sitting on a few different pieces of furniture and she told us to leave since we weren’t buying anything. We were being respectful, quiet, and hadn’t been there for more than 5 minutes. Short with us, not very helpful, and I found it rude to kick out customers that have spent thousands of dollars in the store previously. We may not have needed the couch we sat on but we were looking at rugs, throw blankets, lamps… lost opportunity for sales.

We went in the Ashley store in Farmington, NM, to purchase a matching love seat to two chairs I purchased last year in Texas. Also, needed a recliner that would go with them. . So, we were greeted by salesman, Garrett Powell. He was awesome showing us lots of options and found out they were on sale. Yay!! He got us all set up with sale price plus 2 yrs 0 interest. Double yay! 😁 We were not in a hurry for the delivery, so we will be receiving them in mid October. So excited! I can’t wait to have the house all match. Ashley furniture has the best styles and best quality. And- Garrett was seriously an excellent sales person. Thanks Garrett!!

I spent thousands of dollars for my couch to show up uncovered and the delivery drivers not being able to "fit it in the house" until when my husband gets home and tells them where to put it, it magically fits? But out of all things WHY WOULD YOU UNWRAP MY OFF WHITE COUCH AND THEN PROCEED TO DRAG IT AROUND ???????? All of the dark spots are stains, and there is a red spot on there as well. Along with scraps on the cup holder. The owner who replied to this gave me numbers to call/text but are not valid ? I texted the number and got an automated text back, it's the same as when you call. You all are joke.. I can't Even get partial delivery fees back since the drivers were not able to move in the correct spot and me and my husband had to do it ourselves.

Visited Ashley furniture Farmington NM needed to pass 20 minutes of time. Ended up purchasing a lift recliner. Having no purpose to purchase ANYTHING. Just pass 30 minutes time. The sales woman ironically named Ashley was wonderful. Very friendly, informative and no pressure to purchase. I did find an attractive deal on this recliner. Purchased it and was told it would be taken off the floor, kept in back until I returned for pick up in 2 days. I was advised to bring a blanket to cover chair but it would be shrink wrapped in thin plastic film. I arrived for pickup and my chair was still on showroom floor unwrapped. As I was speaking to Nate manager, another employee by herself decided she would load my chair up onto a piano dolly. She failed to unplug the chair having the cord tightly pulled with strain on the cord. Blown away by her decision to be super woman and load the chair by herself. I then asked for the plastic covering wrap to protect my new chair. Manager Ashley advised me they DO NOTE PROVIDE ANY TYPE OF PLASTIC PROTECTION FOR MY NEW PURCHASE. THIS SITUATION is mind boggling. A furniture store a huge nationwide corporation ASHLEY FURNITURE does not provide any type of plastic or otherwise covered protection for furniture purchased from their store! Seriously 😳 when you get your newly delivered cargo freight furniture pieces are they protected in transit with any type of covering??? If so is it paid by Ashley or the company delivering ? Regardless, Ashley furniture is wrong in not providing protection for purchases made in their store. You are a corporation able to buy bulk and get a huge difference in price on their plastic covering to provide this service to customers. Ashley furniture is EXPENSIVE, I guarantee your financial assets can afford this courtesy. It is just ridiculous that you don't! When looking for furniture new or used I'll be buying from ANYBODY BUT.....Ashley Furniture in Farmington NM!

I went into the store to place an order, and Garret was exceptional. He made sure my order was placed exactly like I wanted, and offered me all the bells and whistles, while respecting anything I declined. He definitely made my experience great, and we will be back to get more furniture.

I was only in the store for 10 min. looking for something specific, however I found 3 items I wanted to purchase, 2-pillows and 1 set of flowers. It took 35 min for me to pay. The “manager” whom needed to give approval kept walking off, which caused the salesman to walk around the store and look for him 3, separate times! The 2nd manager who needed to give approval, walked off twice, once again had to hunt him down. Still it took a total of 50 minutes before we were finally able to walk out the door with only 3-items. There was no one else on the store, so it wasn’t busy, and the salesman was adamant about assisting us, so not sure what happen…but the managers whom needed to give approval EACH time we’re inconsiderate of the customer a time. Not professional.

If I could give a negative star, I would. This buying experience has been the WORST ever. We purchased over $7k worth of furniture; however, we were unhappy with only two items. We knew after less than 24 hours that the couch and loveseat we purchased were way too small for our bodies and extremely uncomfortable. I was unaware that there were different reclining lengths for couches and therefore did not think to measure for a 6'1" man and a 5'10" woman to fit comfortably on the couch. We reached out to the store first, thinking this would be easy to resolve. We were never informed that Ashley Furniture does not have a return or exchange policy. Once the furniture is delivered you are stuck with it. Period. The worst part is the store employees/manager gave us the run around for weeks, making us think that an exchange was possible. The store blames Corporate and Corporate blames the store. There is zero accountability. If you call the 800 number, they are even worse. In all my years of customer service I have seriously never experienced this type of treatment. Especially since I was willing to pay a restocking fee and I was only asking to exchange the couch/loveseat for another item at Ashley. I was also looking to purchase several more items, including additional barstools and bedroom furniture - which obviously I will be purchasing elsewhere. I am baffled at how this corporation is still in business. I assume this review will be ignored as has been for all of our other pleas for help. However, if this review helps someone else then it was well worth the time.

I went in, looking to replace a chair I had bought there many years prior. I was se on guessing my chair idea and decided to get a new love seat instead. My sales person , Cassondra, was extremely helpful. She helped me find the couch I wanted and helped me get the color I wanted and guided me through the financing and protection plans, and even helped me convince my ol lady that the couch would he fine. I'm sad that I must retract my previous review. It's true that the Jacob Tillman was a very good, helpful and courteous young man. However, Ashley Furniture is NOT the place to purchase anything! After 7 phone calls from 7 different "customer service people" all saying they wanted to schedule delivery, not knowing about all the previous calls, and never being able to do anything except apologize and say someone would call back, I decided my only option was to drive the 65 miles (1 way) back to speak with Jacob and cancel the order, receive a refund and go shopping elsewhere. [ Previous review: Jacob Tillman who was just great - he was helpful, answered all my questions and assisted me in making my final decision. ] That's where the positive review ends. My advice is NEVER shop at the Ashley Furniture Store in Farmington, NM

Bought many pieces of furniture at Farmington, NM store today. My salesperson was Carla. She was very helpful and worked hard to get us the best prices. When I got home, I saw that there was one item that was almost $300 cheaper on line. I texted her a picture with the price. She immediately got back to me with a price match and credit. What a great shopping experience. So rare these days!

Terrible service after my order was placed. Half of what I ordered didn't arrive until 3 months later which then couldn't be financed. Bed frame arrived in different prices and I am still missing the slates. Susan said "Just go to get boards from the hardware store." Then another salesman told me "I'm not your salesman so can't help you." I can't speak with anyone that can help me. Don't go to Ashley's for any furniture.

I’ll start with what I didn’t like at first. We were purchasing a couch and a ottoman. They applied a 20% discount to the couch. Which was great, but at the same time Ashley furniture had already mailed out 20% off coupons in the mail. So essentially a big nothing burger on the discount. We did want to purchase the matching ottoman. This had been discounted online. But the store manager acted like he was doing me a favor for giving it to me at the discounted price claiming he gave me 20% and that was not the truth because he gave it to me for the current price. He did discount the delivery but we were quoted a $50 lar are delivery charge a couple of weeks earlier an we ended up paying slightly higher. Everyone was friendly, however I would have appreciated if he left out the part of giving me a 20% discount on the ottoman if in actuality I received it at the current price. All in all We saved money from the online price but it would have been nice if he didn’t try to mislead me.

Will not be purchasing any other items from this store. I waited almost 6 months for 1 piece of an entire bedroom set. There was NO communication given to me. I would call to check on the status and never got to speak with any one local. They would be unsure of the status and the status would end up changing (delayed) every time. When asked if I could do I refund, I was told I could get a refund on the one item only, which made no sense since I spent several thousand dollars to have a matching set. This company has lost out on my business for all future redecorating needs.

0 stars if I could! Had issues with the comfort of new furniture compared to the store model and I also did not like they way the wedge fit in my home. I was told that Ashley would not do a return, store credit or exchange. I was actually told I was stuck with the purchase and there was nothing Ashley would do. I was told by store manager that she would call me within 24 hours to get my issue resolved, I never got a phone call and felt she just to me that to get me out of the store. I called customer service within 24 hours of delivery and explained my issues, again I was told someone will be calling me to process my claim/unsatisfactory issue. AGAIN NO-ONE CALLED OR SENT THE PROMISED EMAIL AS PROMISED. I called customer service for 3 days then after 72 hours I was told nothing will be done and Ashely does not do returns/exchange or money back on customer unsatisfactory. I purchased the warranty and that didn’t help either. After spending $7K Ashley does not care about customer service the store, customer service will not help you at all. They say they are helping to resolve your unsatisfactory issue but in all reality they will do everything to get you off the phone and push you to someone else until your 72 hour window closes and then tell you that one you sign on the delivery your stuck with the purchase no matter what.

Horrible. We bought a couch and loved it. Payed for 5 year insurance. Part of sectional broke a year in and they sent a repairman. He said he couldn’t fix it and Ashley said they don’t have that couch anymore. So we proceeded to make visits over there that lasted hours each time. We were told one story that we can buy anything of the same value of the original couch and since the couch is broken we could keep it. So we chose a dining room table. Delivery comes and they have the table, but have to pick up the couch. Well, if our couch is being picked up, then we have no couch so we denied the table and went back to Ashley. They then told us that they would always have to pick up the old couch and we wasted our time being told the opposite. So we chose another couch and asked about the insurance carrying over because it’s a 5 year insurance and we only had a year of it. They said we are out of luck and would have to purchase a new warranty because they switched the company they use. Their sell on the 5 insurance is that “your kid could shred it with a knife or light it on fire and we will still replace the couch.” Yet a year in we were screwed out our 5 years completely out of our control. The mangers dodged us and it was never made right. They lost a customer for life and we won’t recommend them.

I ordered this couch on 8-26-2023 And didn’t receive it until 1-17-2024 Had it one week now and the Ottoman is a already broken and they told me there was nothing they will do about it because it looks like somebody sat on it, well yeah obviously somebody sat on it. It is furniture.

Excellent service! Only thing that I did not like was the added delivery fee at the end of the transaction with no option to pick up the item ourselves. If there is no option, the $80 fee should be up front during the price discussion.

Our salesperson Lorenzo was very helpful, fun and great to work with. He made sure we knew about deals ahead of time. The store is beautiful and has great inventory to look at. Our delivery time is very reasonable. Very happy with our experience at Ashley in Farmington.

Hi'Rom provided excellent customer service. He was patient and answered all of our questions. The only complaint I had was with the store manager. She was very rude to Hi'Rom who was only asking questions that we had. She stood behind the desk on the laptop and was very dismissive to this paying customer who returned later in the day to pick up our sofa recliner. I tried to get her attention as I stood less than two feet away and she still ignored us until Hi'Rom saw us at a distance and assisted us in loading up our purchase. I explained her rudeness which he apologized for the experience we had with the manager. This female manager needs to be released of her duties. If it wasn't for Hi'Rom's professionalism and kindness we would have walked out and made a purchase elsewhere. Thank you Hi'Rom for all you do and hope that store appreciates workers like you.

1 star seems harsh but it is well "earned"...I bought a livingroom set here before Thanksgiving and was told the order would be delivered to my house on Dec. 13th - at a substantial cost of course (I watched it get scheduled). I was told that the delivery team would NOT touch existing furniture and to be sure it was not in the way. On Dec. 12th, I still hadn't heard from the Store for delivery and I tried to call only to find out the only number listed for the store is a recording and doesn't allow for speaking to a real person (both the listed "local" number and the 866 one listed). I ended up in the store on the 13th asking about the order and was initially told I had not yet scheduled delivery. When I pushed the issue, I was told by the original salesperson that delivery had been cancelled (I was not notified). I explained I no longer had furniture AND had taken the day off to ensure availability for delivery but there was very little empathy, only an offer to reschedule. I asked to speak to a manager about "customer care/satisfaction" and I was told the store had a new manager but was unavailable - I was also told a discount would be sought and I'd be called later in the day to let me know what that would be. No call ever came. I ended up back in the store on the 15th and once again spoke to the original salesperson. After she consulted with someone, I was told there was nothing they could do beyond offering me a $40 discount (on a nearly $3,000 purchase). I told them to keep their discount and that I'd write a review outlining the facts. I was once again promised a manager would be contacted and the discount would be larger. Late on the 15th, I did get a call telling me nothing could be done and I'd have to contact the corporate offices to plead my case. The complete lack of concern for a customer was overwhelming. Not only did I remove/repurpose the old furniture as per their directions, I completely wasted a full day of work at my own personal cost. I'm told my delivery will be fulfilled in JANUARY but, given all the failed promises to date, I'm not holding my breath. Showroom selection is impressive and lures people in but it's clear they have nothing in stock AND have no regard for the customer after the purchase is made (even when the delivery of the purchased goods is not yet fulfilled). I'd simply say buyer beware...

Upon entering the store everyone seemed friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately that all ended after the sell was made. Multiple promises turned out to be dishonest sales tactics. Our furniture did not arrive in the week they indicated. Contingent on our purchase we were promised 2 replacement cushions but only received one. In an attempt to resolve the issue, we were told we would not receive the 2nd cushion. In fact our Sales person, Susan, stated “I could care less about you or your cushion.” And then hung up on us. A 2nd conversation with the store manager, Charlotte, was equally unproductive as she refused to honor the stores promise. She informed us that we would need to call a number and order our own extra cushion at an additional cost to us. It was clear that she too could care less about us or our cushion and she too hung up on us. I would not recommend this extremely unprofessional and dishonest business.

Went in not knowing what mattress I wanted but Lorenzo in sales was knowledgable. Service was smooth and efficient.

Didn't want too add a star but Google made me. 0 star customer service when I went back was 0. Their pillow sucked and could not return. Literally spent so much money there for them to say no. Will never go to another Ashley store again. Was very disappointed with the customer service when we returned to see if they could help us out.

Although the sales person was helpful, the overall feel of the store was high pressure, high prices and the delivery fee was very high. I will probably not do further business in the store.

We went into Ashley's of Farmington on the 15th of September.. Had in mind what we wanted but meet a Cassie and she showed us a very beautiful set (electric).we decided that this would be good for us.. We went ahead and signed and had a delivery date for end of month . Unfortunately for other reasons we quickly decided that this electrical furniture would not be good for us.. AS BEAUTIFUL AS IT IS! We tried contacting Cassie several times( as Cassie was very through with us )but wanted to adjust this quickly so where able to speak to Averi(asst mgr)he was very accommodating and told us to come in and see Jacob .. So we did on the 20th.. Jacob was such a nice person to deal with and even move ottomans for us (lol) so we could see difference in colors etc.. "What a gentleman " All in all we found what was good for our living standards and transition of paper work easy.. We are excited to get our delivery still scheduled for end of month .. Will report on that ..later lol..when it happens .. But again Ashley Didn't and the staff we dealt with all very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with .. Worst customer service experience i’ve ever had.. I bought a couch back in June and was promised it would be delivered straight to my house but would take up to 6 weeks. After the 6 weeks was up still nothing.. I called the Farmington store multiple times to ask about it got nothing but an automated call. Finally went into the store and they then said they didn’t deliver anymore but would send the couch from Albuquerque to Farmington and then call within the week to let me know it was there. Never got a phone call again tried reaching out to the store and personal phone number of the lady who helped me.. nothing still. Then another week goes by i called again finally get to talk to an real person that was from the corporate office still not farmington and they canceled my order back in august because i failed to show up to pick up the couch and didn’t respond to them! I never once got a call or a text or anything and they didn’t call me to let me know they cancelled i had to find out myself. Worst experience i’ve ever had if i could i wouldn’t even leave one star and i would recommend Big Lots or literally anything else over these people.

Walking inside this was my first time experience where I can honestly say that I really felt at home. The sales agent Cassie very pleasant young lady, that listened to the customer and actually cared. We purchased our living room set and can not wait to finally sit in class. Thank yiu Ashley Store for your merchandise but most of all it is employees like Cassie that make us customers whole and I will always return knowing that Cassie is there!

Susan was an extremely helpful sales person. She is kind and helpful and went out of her way to help me find some thing that I really liked. The quality of the furniture from Ashley is always wonderful. My only complaint would be that you cannot take anything home from the floor. You have to have it shipped to you. otherwise they are always helpful, friendly, always good quality.

Always helpful and good quality furniture

I order a bed back in February 2023, received mattress in late March. They have tried to deliver the wrong base 3 times. Thus is the end of June 2023 and still don't have it. Bonus they damage my wall the first time and said they would fix it hasn't happened yet. Never buy a thing from them again.

This is the worst run store I have ever dealt with. I waited 4 months for my furniture, which was supposed to be a few weeks. Then i got furious and CANCELED. Other companies will gladly take my money. Liars. Then, there is no help from anyone and poor manager whose bargaining skills suck. If you want to be taken advantage of, this is your place.
