Do not buy furniture here. I purchased a $4000 sectional. My salesman Garrett set me up for home delivery, fee of $299.99. Come to find out, they don’t deliver to my area. In an attempt to resolve the problem, I called customer service. Spoke to multiple people who could not speak English. I have been denied access to the Store Manager and the Regional Manager. After several calls, I was finally given the secret number to call the store. Spoke to several “Managers”, all of which are unable to communicate with the warehouse or give me the number to the Regional Manager or anyone at Corporate. I was lied to and charged a fee for something they can not even do. Garrett Powell and his “Managers” continue to give me the run around. They don’t even know when the couch I have already paid for will arrive at the store for pickup. I have been told that the couch may or may not show up at the store and even if it does, it is missing sections. If you want to be lied to and cheated, come by and buy some furniture. Update: Is my furniture going to be at the store tomorrow for pick up? I don’t know, Elliot the “manager” never called me as he promised. Great customer service continues. Update: Still no information on the furniture, week three. It seems the customer service bot can type, but is unable to access my account to solve the issue. DO NOT BUY FURNITURE HERE! Who are you gonna lie and cheat today Garrett Powell?

Purchased dining set in September. A chair was not assembled correctly. AI sends a text to only schedule for Fridays. If a reply is not made in a certain amount of time, the request is dropped. Calls are made to reset the request. Still waiting...
Overall ok. Salesman was good price was good. They charge to much for delivery and won’t give any kind of break on it and 4 weeks out to get product is a long time. Probably won’t buy anything from there again.

My daughter, son-in-law, and I went into this magnificent store after supper last night just to browse. We casually strolled through the store enjoying our time wishing and dreaming. We encountered a sweet man by the name of Jacob that we learned was the store manager. Eventually we made our way to the matress area where we tested the comfort of several beds. Jacob directed his top matress sales associate to us. We greatly appreciated Ashley's expertise. My kids walked out an hour later the proud owners of a new Temper pedic bed. Our experience was phenomenal. Thank you Miss Ahley and Jacob .

I will never buy furniture from Ashley‘s again. They sold me a warranty and then they couldn’t help me with it and it has taken me over two months to have my adjustable bed replaced and now we’re going on the third month and I’m still waiting.

Hmmm… I have a home filled with Ashley furniture, mostly from a San Diego store; however, many other items from Ashley Furniture in Farmington, New Mexico. The quality of the furniture from San Diego was relatively good; however, the quality of the dinette set we purchased in Farmington was very poor. We purchased the dinette in March 2024, it is now November and two of the four chairs have cracked… not little cracks, but two very large, sharp cracks. We’ve use the dinette less than five times since the purchase, it still looks brand new. So… two out of four is 50%. I requested from Ashley that they replace all four chairs, which is not an unreasonable request, considering that half of them cracked. Ashley refused to replace all four; however, they’re going to replace the current one that is cracked. The first one that cracked was repaired with a new back. So, basically it’s your money. If you’re in the market for new furniture, I would totally avoid Ashley Furniture and go with a quality furniture store/company that supports their customers and sells a quality product that’s reliable. I know Ashley Furniture could care less that I will never purchase furniture from them again, and could care lesd about bad reviews, but do yourself a favor, read reviews on furniture stores before you purchase. Avoid Ashley Furniture.
I don’t like how you guys have your delivery policies. people want yo pick up their furniture and you tell us we have yo go pick it up in the warehouse and your warehouse is in Albuquerque. Maybe it’s time you put a warehouse in Farmington so that we don’t have to pay delivery.
At first no one paid attention to us as we walked around. Results were awesome in the end.

I think if you purchase a certain amount of furniture the delivery should be free. But that’s just my opinion.
Delivered chair that has space.
I had initially gave this review 4 stars but not after today. I sure hope this doesn't ruin my upcoming pick-up for my order. Lack of communication regarding my order and lack of professionalism, etiquette & respect has now made me 2nd guess ever going back to this store for future purchases. I was raised that your word is a reflection of you. I was willing to go to ABQ to pick up my order and was told by Carla "I will contact you on Saturday. I will even get to the store a little earlier to get with you regarding the information." I did not get a phone call back from her until close to noon, followed by her constantly interrupting me while I was trying to speak. ABQ is a 6 hour round trip. And the store opened at 10 am. I call to the store the (504) 516- number...never an answer from an actual person. I had to call customer service and got answers from them. Smh And I'm still waiting on a call back from "Nate" the supervisor. Anyone looking for quality customer service from Farmington store AFTER your purchase...be careful. And fyi...I have text messages as proof. I was not disrespectful.

I went in to get help with an insurance claim for a couch I bought this year. The sales lady greeted me and handed me two pamphlets, barely explaining what I really would need to do but it was fine, whatever, I can figure it out. We then proceeded to look around, sitting on a few different pieces of furniture and she told us to leave since we weren’t buying anything. We were being respectful, quiet, and hadn’t been there for more than 5 minutes. Short with us, not very helpful, and I found it rude to kick out customers that have spent thousands of dollars in the store previously. We may not have needed the couch we sat on but we were looking at rugs, throw blankets, lamps… lost opportunity for sales.

We went in the Ashley store in Farmington, NM, to purchase a matching love seat to two chairs I purchased last year in Texas. Also, needed a recliner that would go with them. . So, we were greeted by salesman, Garrett Powell. He was awesome showing us lots of options and found out they were on sale. Yay!! He got us all set up with sale price plus 2 yrs 0 interest. Double yay! 😁 We were not in a hurry for the delivery, so we will be receiving them in mid October. So excited! I can’t wait to have the house all match. Ashley furniture has the best styles and best quality. And- Garrett was seriously an excellent sales person. Thanks Garrett!!

I spent thousands of dollars for my couch to show up uncovered and the delivery drivers not being able to "fit it in the house" until when my husband gets home and tells them where to put it, it magically fits? But out of all things WHY WOULD YOU UNWRAP MY OFF WHITE COUCH AND THEN PROCEED TO DRAG IT AROUND ???????? All of the dark spots are stains, and there is a red spot on there as well. Along with scraps on the cup holder. The owner who replied to this gave me numbers to call/text but are not valid ? I texted the number and got an automated text back, it's the same as when you call. You all are joke.. I can't Even get partial delivery fees back since the drivers were not able to move in the correct spot and me and my husband had to do it ourselves.

Visited Ashley furniture Farmington NM needed to pass 20 minutes of time. Ended up purchasing a lift recliner. Having no purpose to purchase ANYTHING. Just pass 30 minutes time. The sales woman ironically named Ashley was wonderful. Very friendly, informative and no pressure to purchase. I did find an attractive deal on this recliner. Purchased it and was told it would be taken off the floor, kept in back until I returned for pick up in 2 days. I was advised to bring a blanket to cover chair but it would be shrink wrapped in thin plastic film. I arrived for pickup and my chair was still on showroom floor unwrapped. As I was speaking to Nate manager, another employee by herself decided she would load my chair up onto a piano dolly. She failed to unplug the chair having the cord tightly pulled with strain on the cord. Blown away by her decision to be super woman and load the chair by herself. I then asked for the plastic covering wrap to protect my new chair. Manager Ashley advised me they DO NOTE PROVIDE ANY TYPE OF PLASTIC PROTECTION FOR MY NEW PURCHASE. THIS SITUATION is mind boggling. A furniture store a huge nationwide corporation ASHLEY FURNITURE does not provide any type of plastic or otherwise covered protection for furniture purchased from their store! Seriously 😳 when you get your newly delivered cargo freight furniture pieces are they protected in transit with any type of covering??? If so is it paid by Ashley or the company delivering ? Regardless, Ashley furniture is wrong in not providing protection for purchases made in their store. You are a corporation able to buy bulk and get a huge difference in price on their plastic covering to provide this service to customers. Ashley furniture is EXPENSIVE, I guarantee your financial assets can afford this courtesy. It is just ridiculous that you don't! When looking for furniture new or used I'll be buying from ANYBODY BUT.....Ashley Furniture in Farmington NM!
I went into the store to place an order, and Garret was exceptional. He made sure my order was placed exactly like I wanted, and offered me all the bells and whistles, while respecting anything I declined. He definitely made my experience great, and we will be back to get more furniture.

I was only in the store for 10 min. looking for something specific, however I found 3 items I wanted to purchase, 2-pillows and 1 set of flowers. It took 35 min for me to pay. The “manager” whom needed to give approval kept walking off, which caused the salesman to walk around the store and look for him 3, separate times! The 2nd manager who needed to give approval, walked off twice, once again had to hunt him down. Still it took a total of 50 minutes before we were finally able to walk out the door with only 3-items. There was no one else on the store, so it wasn’t busy, and the salesman was adamant about assisting us, so not sure what happen…but the managers whom needed to give approval EACH time we’re inconsiderate of the customer a time. Not professional.

If I could give a negative star, I would. This buying experience has been the WORST ever. We purchased over $7k worth of furniture; however, we were unhappy with only two items. We knew after less than 24 hours that the couch and loveseat we purchased were way too small for our bodies and extremely uncomfortable. I was unaware that there were different reclining lengths for couches and therefore did not think to measure for a 6'1" man and a 5'10" woman to fit comfortably on the couch. We reached out to the store first, thinking this would be easy to resolve. We were never informed that Ashley Furniture does not have a return or exchange policy. Once the furniture is delivered you are stuck with it. Period. The worst part is the store employees/manager gave us the run around for weeks, making us think that an exchange was possible. The store blames Corporate and Corporate blames the store. There is zero accountability. If you call the 800 number, they are even worse. In all my years of customer service I have seriously never experienced this type of treatment. Especially since I was willing to pay a restocking fee and I was only asking to exchange the couch/loveseat for another item at Ashley. I was also looking to purchase several more items, including additional barstools and bedroom furniture - which obviously I will be purchasing elsewhere. I am baffled at how this corporation is still in business. I assume this review will be ignored as has been for all of our other pleas for help. However, if this review helps someone else then it was well worth the time.

Walked in to a super friendly store manger looked around for 5 minutes before a sales lady came to talk to us within 5 minutes she was telling us to basically leave because we were just looking at prices and wernt sure if we really wanted to make a purchase she said at least 4 times I only make money if I sell stuff would not recommend if you want to browse and not get harassed every 10 seconds by a sales person

Went in to look at dining room table sets. Was talked down to and told not to touch or move the tables. We were seeing if we could move the assembled table. Left immediately, why would I buy a table I can’t move for cleaning.
I went in, looking to replace a chair I had bought there many years prior. I was se on guessing my chair idea and decided to get a new love seat instead. My sales person , Cassondra, was extremely helpful. She helped me find the couch I wanted and helped me get the color I wanted and guided me through the financing and protection plans, and even helped me convince my ol lady that the couch would he fine. Very helpful.

I'm sad that I must retract my previous review. It's true that the Jacob Tillman was a very good, helpful and courteous young man. However, Ashley Furniture is NOT the place to purchase anything! After 7 phone calls from 7 different "customer service people" all saying they wanted to schedule delivery, not knowing about all the previous calls, and never being able to do anything except apologize and say someone would call back, I decided my only option was to drive the 65 miles (1 way) back to speak with Jacob and cancel the order, receive a refund and go shopping elsewhere. [ Previous review: Jacob Tillman who was just great - he was helpful, answered all my questions and assisted me in making my final decision. ] That's where the positive review ends. My advice is NEVER shop at the Ashley Furniture Store in Farmington, NM
Bought many pieces of furniture at Farmington, NM store today. My salesperson was Carla. She was very helpful and worked hard to get us the best prices. When I got home, I saw that there was one item that was almost $300 cheaper on line. I texted her a picture with the price. She immediately got back to me with a price match and credit. What a great shopping experience. So rare these days!

I’ll start with what I didn’t like at first. We were purchasing a couch and a ottoman. They applied a 20% discount to the couch. Which was great, but at the same time Ashley furniture had already mailed out 20% off coupons in the mail. So essentially a big nothing burger on the discount. We did want to purchase the matching ottoman. This had been discounted online. But the store manager acted like he was doing me a favor for giving it to me at the discounted price claiming he gave me 20% and that was not the truth because he gave it to me for the current price. He did discount the delivery but we were quoted a $50 lar are delivery charge a couple of weeks earlier an we ended up paying slightly higher. Everyone was friendly, however I would have appreciated if he left out the part of giving me a 20% discount on the ottoman if in actuality I received it at the current price. All in all We saved money from the online price but it would have been nice if he didn’t try to mislead me.

Older blonde sales person with smeared makeup was annoying. We walked in on 3/25 around 6pm interested in reclining couches. She starts talking super slow about all the features but going on and on. We never asked her for info nor questions at this point. We just wanted to look. Then she starts going on about Acima and other finance plans. I was like “I already know all about that, we already have the funds figured out” but she kept talking and trying to sale me on Acima, which I don’t need. Then when we asked prices on two different couch sets, never got clear numbers just more rambling about features of different couches that I didn’t even like. Then she lectured us on the differences between leather and the other fabrics, when I never asked. The way she talked sooo slow and rambled, I think she was drunk or on something but her behavior and tone of voice was beyond annoying. So we ended up leaving and will be buying online else where.

Went in looking at dressers. The staff was very friendly and left us to shop without hassel. We were able to find one we loved, very sturdy and good quality.
Will not be purchasing any other items from this store. I waited almost 6 months for 1 piece of an entire bedroom set. There was NO communication given to me. I would call to check on the status and never got to speak with any one local. They would be unsure of the status and the status would end up changing (delayed) every time. When asked if I could do I refund, I was told I could get a refund on the one item only, which made no sense since I spent several thousand dollars to have a matching set. This company has lost out on my business for all future redecorating needs.

0 stars if I could! Had issues with the comfort of new furniture compared to the store model and I also did not like they way the wedge fit in my home. I was told that Ashley would not do a return, store credit or exchange. I was actually told I was stuck with the purchase and there was nothing Ashley would do. I was told by store manager that she would call me within 24 hours to get my issue resolved, I never got a phone call and felt she just to me that to get me out of the store. I called customer service within 24 hours of delivery and explained my issues, again I was told someone will be calling me to process my claim/unsatisfactory issue. AGAIN NO-ONE CALLED OR SENT THE PROMISED EMAIL AS PROMISED. I called customer service for 3 days then after 72 hours I was told nothing will be done and Ashely does not do returns/exchange or money back on customer unsatisfactory. I purchased the warranty and that didn’t help either. After spending $7K Ashley does not care about customer service the store, customer service will not help you at all. They say they are helping to resolve your unsatisfactory issue but in all reality they will do everything to get you off the phone and push you to someone else until your 72 hour window closes and then tell you that one you sign on the delivery your stuck with the purchase no matter what.
Horrible. We bought a couch and loved it. Payed for 5 year insurance. Part of sectional broke a year in and they sent a repairman. He said he couldn’t fix it and Ashley said they don’t have that couch anymore. So we proceeded to make visits over there that lasted hours each time. We were told one story that we can buy anything of the same value of the original couch and since the couch is broken we could keep it. So we chose a dining room table. Delivery comes and they have the table, but have to pick up the couch. Well, if our couch is being picked up, then we have no couch so we denied the table and went back to Ashley. They then told us that they would always have to pick up the old couch and we wasted our time being told the opposite. So we chose another couch and asked about the insurance carrying over because it’s a 5 year insurance and we only had a year of it. They said we are out of luck and would have to purchase a new warranty because they switched the company they use. Their sell on the 5 insurance is that “your kid could shred it with a knife or light it on fire and we will still replace the couch.” Yet a year in we were screwed out our 5 years completely out of our control. The mangers dodged us and it was never made right. They lost a customer for life and we won’t recommend them.
I ordered this couch on 8-26-2023 And didn’t receive it until 1-17-2024 Had it one week now and the Ottoman is a already broken and they told me there was nothing they will do about it because it looks like somebody sat on it, well yeah obviously somebody sat on it. It is furniture.
Excellent service! Only thing that I did not like was the added delivery fee at the end of the transaction with no option to pick up the item ourselves. If there is no option, the $80 fee should be up front during the price discussion.
Our salesperson Lorenzo was very helpful, fun and great to work with. He made sure we knew about deals ahead of time. The store is beautiful and has great inventory to look at. Our delivery time is very reasonable. Very happy with our experience at Ashley in Farmington.

Hi'Rom provided excellent customer service. He was patient and answered all of our questions. The only complaint I had was with the store manager. She was very rude to Hi'Rom who was only asking questions that we had. She stood behind the desk on the laptop and was very dismissive to this paying customer who returned later in the day to pick up our sofa recliner. I tried to get her attention as I stood less than two feet away and she still ignored us until Hi'Rom saw us at a distance and assisted us in loading up our purchase. I explained her rudeness which he apologized for the experience we had with the manager. This female manager needs to be released of her duties. If it wasn't for Hi'Rom's professionalism and kindness we would have walked out and made a purchase elsewhere. Thank you Hi'Rom for all you do and hope that store appreciates workers like you.

1 star seems harsh but it is well "earned"...I bought a livingroom set here before Thanksgiving and was told the order would be delivered to my house on Dec. 13th - at a substantial cost of course (I watched it get scheduled). I was told that the delivery team would NOT touch existing furniture and to be sure it was not in the way. On Dec. 12th, I still hadn't heard from the Store for delivery and I tried to call only to find out the only number listed for the store is a recording and doesn't allow for speaking to a real person (both the listed "local" number and the 866 one listed). I ended up in the store on the 13th asking about the order and was initially told I had not yet scheduled delivery. When I pushed the issue, I was told by the original salesperson that delivery had been cancelled (I was not notified). I explained I no longer had furniture AND had taken the day off to ensure availability for delivery but there was very little empathy, only an offer to reschedule. I asked to speak to a manager about "customer care/satisfaction" and I was told the store had a new manager but was unavailable - I was also told a discount would be sought and I'd be called later in the day to let me know what that would be. No call ever came. I ended up back in the store on the 15th and once again spoke to the original salesperson. After she consulted with someone, I was told there was nothing they could do beyond offering me a $40 discount (on a nearly $3,000 purchase). I told them to keep their discount and that I'd write a review outlining the facts. I was once again promised a manager would be contacted and the discount would be larger. Late on the 15th, I did get a call telling me nothing could be done and I'd have to contact the corporate offices to plead my case. The complete lack of concern for a customer was overwhelming. Not only did I remove/repurpose the old furniture as per their directions, I completely wasted a full day of work at my own personal cost. I'm told my delivery will be fulfilled in JANUARY but, given all the failed promises to date, I'm not holding my breath. Showroom selection is impressive and lures people in but it's clear they have nothing in stock AND have no regard for the customer after the purchase is made (even when the delivery of the purchased goods is not yet fulfilled). I'd simply say buyer beware...
Upon entering the store everyone seemed friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately that all ended after the sell was made. Multiple promises turned out to be dishonest sales tactics. Our furniture did not arrive in the week they indicated. Contingent on our purchase we were promised 2 replacement cushions but only received one. In an attempt to resolve the issue, we were told we would not receive the 2nd cushion. In fact our Sales person, Susan, stated “I could care less about you or your cushion.” And then hung up on us. A 2nd conversation with the store manager, Charlotte, was equally unproductive as she refused to honor the stores promise. She informed us that we would need to call a number and order our own extra cushion at an additional cost to us. It was clear that she too could care less about us or our cushion and she too hung up on us. I would not recommend this extremely unprofessional and dishonest business.
Very poor customer service. Don't return calls when they say they will, can't seem to figure out why our order was not complete when it was delivered to our house..now wanting us to wait 2 more weeks (6 weeks from original purchase) to get our mattress and adjustable bed frame. Be very careful doing business with them, very disorganized and unprofessional.

Didn't want too add a star but Google made me. 0 star customer service when I went back was 0. Their pillow sucked and could not return. Literally spent so much money there for them to say no. Will never go to another Ashley store again. Was very disappointed with the customer service when we returned to see if they could help us out.

We went into Ashley's of Farmington on the 15th of September.. Had in mind what we wanted but meet a Cassie and she showed us a very beautiful set (electric).we decided that this would be good for us.. We went ahead and signed and had a delivery date for end of month . Unfortunately for other reasons we quickly decided that this electrical furniture would not be good for us.. AS BEAUTIFUL AS IT IS! We tried contacting Cassie several times( as Cassie was very through with us )but wanted to adjust this quickly so where able to speak to Averi(asst mgr)he was very accommodating and told us to come in and see Jacob .. So we did on the 20th.. Jacob was such a nice person to deal with and even move ottomans for us (lol) so we could see difference in colors etc.. "What a gentleman " All in all we found what was good for our living standards and transition of paper work easy.. We are excited to get our delivery still scheduled for end of month .. Will report on that ..later lol..when it happens .. But again Ashley Didn't and the staff we dealt with all very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with .. Worst customer service experience i’ve ever had.. I bought a couch back in June and was promised it would be delivered straight to my house but would take up to 6 weeks. After the 6 weeks was up still nothing.. I called the Farmington store multiple times to ask about it got nothing but an automated call. Finally went into the store and they then said they didn’t deliver anymore but would send the couch from Albuquerque to Farmington and then call within the week to let me know it was there. Never got a phone call again tried reaching out to the store and personal phone number of the lady who helped me.. nothing still. Then another week goes by i called again finally get to talk to an real person that was from the corporate office still not farmington and they canceled my order back in august because i failed to show up to pick up the couch and didn’t respond to them! I never once got a call or a text or anything and they didn’t call me to let me know they cancelled i had to find out myself. Worst experience i’ve ever had if i could i wouldn’t even leave one star and i would recommend Big Lots or literally anything else over these people.
Walking inside this was my first time experience where I can honestly say that I really felt at home. The sales agent Cassie very pleasant young lady, that listened to the customer and actually cared. We purchased our living room set and can not wait to finally sit in class. Thank yiu Ashley Store for your merchandise but most of all it is employees like Cassie that make us customers whole and I will always return knowing that Cassie is there!
Susan was an extremely helpful sales person. She is kind and helpful and went out of her way to help me find some thing that I really liked. The quality of the furniture from Ashley is always wonderful. My only complaint would be that you cannot take anything home from the floor. You have to have it shipped to you. otherwise they are always helpful, friendly, always good quality.

I order a bed back in February 2023, received mattress in late March. They have tried to deliver the wrong base 3 times. Thus is the end of June 2023 and still don't have it. Bonus they damage my wall the first time and said they would fix it hasn't happened yet. Never buy a thing from them again.

This is the worst run store I have ever dealt with. I waited 4 months for my furniture, which was supposed to be a few weeks. Then i got furious and CANCELED. Other companies will gladly take my money. Liars. Then, there is no help from anyone and poor manager whose bargaining skills suck. If you want to be taken advantage of, this is your place.

My wife and I were shopping for a mattress yesterday. This was the single worst experience we've had. The sales reps were like vultures descending on us. The did not listen to us at all and kept trying to sell us a $3-4k mattress, we said this was not the budget we were looking for. They then tried to pressure financing. Ashley not only lost a current sale, but because of this experience, we will never set foot in an Ashley store again. We've never had an experience like this at a furniture store. We are taking our business to American. They listened, were attentive and low pressure.

Came by Friday after looking up their hours online hours online said they close at 9 it was 7:40 and they were closed. So looked at the hours on the window they said they close at 8. So not a big deal I get wanting to close early on a Friday. Come back Saturday at 6:40 and they had the doors locked and people were still in their window said they close at 8:00 pm. Super first and disappointing

My wife and I like the store, we just didn’t like the fact that the salesman did not want to honor the price on the dining set advertised price and wanted to sell the chairs at a full price when the card at the table clearly stated that the set included 4 chairs for the price advertised. We did purchase the set after talking to the manager who finally honored the advertised price.

We had a fantastic experience working with Laura, Cassie, and Michael. They did an excellent job in serving our needs. They were professional in dealing with us; yet, they presented themselves in a very welcoming and friendly manner. It was a nice family atmosphere. Found the same pieces online for $3,600 less. And that includes the delivery fee which the store waived. They charged $400 more for the protection plan than what was quoted on the website. Will be canceling the in-store purchase unless they match the online pricing.

The process of paying for merchandise is completely broken. It took 20-30 minutes to pay for the item. I doubt if I ever buy from Ashley again.

My experience with the Farmington NM Ashley store was phenomenal because of Gareth. Gareth went above and beyond to get my parents and I the best deal and provided exemplary customer service. I went and purchased a mattress; Gareth immediately answered all my questions with no hesitation, was very attentive and made the process quick and easy. After looking around a little more I saw some more furniture I wanted to purchase for my home; a dining table set and a sofa table with stools; I immediately went to Gareth because I knew I could rely on him to take care of my family and I with the best prices and great deal. I do have some more furniture to purchase for my home and I will definitely go back here soon and contact Gareth because I know and I feel secure that he will go above and beyond as usual to make sure we are taken care of and provide us with the best customer service. I was was in on Thur and was told they come from a warehouse in Albuquerque but I couldn’t get delivered until the 31st of Dec. I went back on Fri to buy it and was told the computer wasn’t showing a delivery day but would find out Monday. I questioned the sales person how this could be, she told me it was because their deliveries to Farmington were just backed up. No call on Mon, I called Wed and was told they didn’t have any at warehouse and didn’t have a date but thought maybe the 1st week of Jan, when it gets there they will send a text so they can give an estimated delivery date. This is very poor customer service if Not an out right lie to make the sale!!!

Went to buy one item, a clock. Filled out enough paperwork to get a firearm, gave them all this info and I knew I shouldn't have, was trying to be nice. Everyday I get bombarded with ad's from ashley in my email. I have unsubscribed to it, supposedly, over 20 times. Still getting the emails and therefore it has backfired on them. Now I will never shop there. Too much annoying nonsense just for buying a clock.
Cancelled our order 2 months ago and still have not received our cash refund. Every time I call, they say they will open a ticket for it and those tickets keep getting closed without a refund being sent to us. We were also lied to about the delivery date and when the product would be available. So now we are out $820 and didn't get any furniture. Very dishonest people!
Do NOT shop at this store. They will tell you anything just to get your money, as soon as they have your money they will ghost you! We spent OVER $10,000 in October on furniture. When part of it arrived a couple weeks later it was damaged and/or missing the hardware they couldn't even put it together. I was advised to call the number for guest services. So I did and they told me that I had to call back again in a few weeks when I received the parts they ordered. Then a few days before the rest of our furniture was to arrive someone from ashley called to say that we would now not be getting our furniture for another 6 weeks!! They never placed the order. They sure took our money!! And when the parts came in and I called Ashley AGAIN. They said someone would be calling me back to set up an appointment. NO one has called. I have been calling the store everyday trying to talk to the manager. Surprisingly he is ALWAYS in a meeting! And never calls back. We have left numerous messages to try and figure out how to get our stuff fixed and the status on the rest of our order but no one will call us back!!! Worst place ever!! Do not buy from them.

We had a horrible experience. The people at the store were very helpful and friendly. The issue we had stemmed from the distribution center and the third party delivery personnel. To get this resolved, I had to call multiple times and file a complaint with the better business bureau. Weeks later, I’m still waiting for the remainder of my refund.

It was alright but the price went up considerably and my monthly rate went up double what the sticker said and I have really good credit. There's always a catch, this time it was I didn't spend enough money. Plus, I have to wait almost a month to get it delivered. I couldn't pick it up, it has to be delivered. I had to have a 5 year warranty on it, what is that about? All of it jacks up the price. But it is what it is because if I cancel now I have to pay 10% of the total. Just WOW!!
In general, Ashley had proven to be one of the poorest quality furniture we have had (couches, tables, chairs, entertainment centers). This is the reason for the three stars. The customer service has usually been very great and informative. Today was the exact opposite but has no bearing on the star-rating today.
I visited Ashley for a couple of manual recliners. My salesman was Justin. My budget only allowed me $409.00 per recliner. I had already looked online and selected the style and color. Unfortunately Justin was unable to choose the style and colors that the online store had. There wasnt another recliner within my budget at the store so Justin spoke to his manager Michael. Together they put me into a $700.00 recliner for the $410.00 price! That's one heck of a savings considering that I purchased two! Outstanding! I am more than pleased with my experience at Ashley. Its wonderful to know that there are caring people out there who really put their customers best interests in mind.
Worst experience I've ever had with customer service. I ordered a bedroom set and couches. They had no idea what they were ordering. I received the wrong items THREE TIMES. I kept having to refuse and send back the items. It took them over 3 months to get it right. They also promised a credit that I never received. The managers are RUDE and INCOMPETANT! DO NOT GET FURNITURE HERE!!!

Awful experience all together. Furniture was supposed to be delivered on a specific day. Then got an email saying it will be pushed back 2 weeks & that didn't happen. Got pushed back another two weeks due to the salesman not scheduling it and guess what that date didn't happen either. now we're waiting another 3 weeks for my stuff to get here and to top it off they spelled our name wrong on the card we got from them. Talkee to a manager named Jacob that was supposed to call us back that never happened. It wouldn't have been so bad if they would have at least explain to us what was happening. The fact that we have to keep on calling them to find out when our delivery date is just to find out that nobody even scheduled the appointment or the delivery has been pushed back and no one notified us. Terrible communication with their customers. But I guarantee this will be the last purchase I make from them.

The worst customer service I have experienced in my life!! My father is almost 90 years old and we went to the store in Farmington to help him purchase a new electric recliner. Great customer service there!! He tested them and found one that he liked and thought was comfortable. It was delivered on a Saturday night and was a beautiful chair. In the middle of night her had to get up (he also sleeps in a chair due to his breathing) because his feet were hanging off the foot rest and his back was hurting him. By Monday night he decided he would not be able to use the chair due to how uncomfortable he was trying to sleep in it. He called me Tuesday to tell me this. On Wednesday I called customer service telling them the situation thinking they had a 72 hour return policy and were not open until Monday. They simply told me that it was not their problem, and that it was my chair now and I had to deal with the problem. The supervisor in customer service was very snarky with me her name was Dominic I do believe. So basically I am out $1200 dollars and stuck with a chair that can only sit there.
Sales Rep was awesome. He was part of the reason I chose Ashley. I purchased my couch in March and finally got it August 25. Every month they would tell me it would be here and I’d rearrange my schedule. The couch looks great and the two guys who delivered it were very nice but they made a mess of my pocket door frame so now I will have to pay to get that fixed.

Sales person was very helpful found everything I needed the recliner I got to take home right away but the sofa I had to wait 90 days for it to come in I paid cash for everything 90 days went by and I never received it or heard anything from them so I called the store they told me that my order had been canceled and reordered several times and nobody knows why so now I have to wait 6 to 8 more weeks before I get my sofa I don't think it's right that I have to wait 6 or 8 more weeks to get my sofa when it's their fault I will never do business with them again unless they fix this problem and get my furniture by the first of the month

The sales people are knowledgeable. But you gonna have to wait awhile for the delivery. Also they don't give you an option to choose your date of delivery. The system sets you up and will not change it for whatever reason.

Do not order furniture from Ashley'!!!! We ordered furniture 5 months ago and was told it's going to be another 2 months before getting it. Customer Service center is in Mexico and can't get any help whatsoever. no phone calls, no updates. Basically they are happy sale furniture and take your money and then never deliver. Criminal!!!!

I got a text last week saying my delivery will be tomorrow. Got excited and cleared my schedule. Decided to check on my delivery status and found out that my delivery was changed to next week. Now I gotta live without couches for a week. They gave me $150 refund for the $279.99 delivery fee but it doesn't solve me having to take another day off or if I can even get the day off or now. Guess we'll see.

Well..I wasn't sure what I wanted at first , but the sales guy found a good deal on a Sofa Chaise sleeper which was unexpected. It was the only Sleeper they had, I couldn't pass on a good deal. Sleepers are hard to find in our town. It was a tough decision to make w all the inventory. I am satisfied w my Sofa and Good Customer Service there. I will come again.

In December I purchased a dining room table and chairs and was told the delivery would be longer due to supply chain issues, the salesman told me delivery would be in February, today I was told the delivery is in April!!!!! 5 months to get items you have already paid for is Ridiculous!!! The worst customer service since I placed my order! Placed my order the end of August and now it is December and they keep giving me different delivery dates. One time I call and they tell me the furniture is here and they have to do paperwork to get it delivered, the delivery date comes and goes, I called and they tell me the furniture isn’t there and give me another date that the furniture is going to come in and a delivery date that comes and goes. Every time I call I get the runaround with notes contradicting what I was told, and I still have no furniture and no end in sight! Often calling customer service you are hung up on or put on hold while they go to lunch or something and leave you until you can’t stand it any longer and hang up. The best purchasing experience with the absolute worst follow through to actually get what you buy. We will see if it is ever delivered. Losing hope with no place to turn to for any actual help.

When I had finally made up my mind on what I wanted (a few weeks later) they were very prompt in helping me fill out the paperwork necessary for me to get the best deal possible. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE OR EVEN THE COMPANY. It's very disappointing when you purchase from a business and they cannot deliver what the consumers buy from them. I'm not sure how a company can stay in business after reading all the reviews and the Better Business reviews for this company. I bought a sectional couch; the sales person was wonderful and we were told that the deliver will be a couple of weeks due to "COVID". It's funny how businesses are using this a reason for all the delivery issues nowadays. I sent a complaint through the Better Business Bureau. Someone calls from Texas; leaves a message and when I call back, it goes directly to her voicemail, and I have not received a call back regarding the delivery of the couch. This is the last time I will buying from Ashley Furniture. Still, no sectional couch after months of waiting and waiting. If you cannot meet the customer's demand, maybe it's best you give me and everyone else's refund for buying products that may never be delivered. It appears everyone is missing a piece and so forth. Please be HONEST with your customers.

Highly do not recommend if you are purchasing dinning sets and or living sets. I ordered a very costly dinning set and was told it would be one month. Understandable not worries at all. Waited a month and called because the due date was missed with no updates. I called an they said it’s going to be another month because they don’t have the chairs in yet but they have the table.. waited another month again and called again. Then they tell me they have the chairs in stock and are waiting for the table which will come in two parts. They told me the base of the table is estimated to be one more month out and the top is two more months away….. terrible customer service I haven’t received an update the whole time and have had to call in for any information.. I will never buy any sets here again.

We went to get my mom a bed cause we just moved here. Was told our delivery date was today 10/7! Mom called to confirm our delivery for today and found out it would actually be 6 to 8 weeks from today. No one contacted us about this. When my mom called to speak with the manager he was completely unprofessional. We went into the store canceled both order and took our business to another furniture store who treats people with respect and can actually deliver when said they would.
Made a purchase at the Beginning of March. Its now the beginning of October and I have not received all my items. 7 months and counting. UPDATE: ended up getting a refund and never received the furniture.
Worst experience ever do not go to Ashley furniture for any means if you do not have a credit score of 800+ or enough money to out right by what you’re looking for me and my husband went there for a table and chair set for Thanksgiving was told we didn’t qualify so we went through a different finance agency got qualified had everything set win and two days later to finalize they told us that they didn’t have the furniture until January 2022 then told us that they didn’t have it in stock that they actually had to and that we could pick it up from Albuquerque ourselves this upcoming weekend my husband went down to finalize the order and they told us that they no longer had anything in stock until January 2022 and that the set was reserved for another customer warning do not go to Ashley furniture.

We were able to shop sofas online, measure our room to see which fit and styles we liked best, and narrow our selections to 2 sofas. Then we were able to see both in store, sit in them and see the fabrics. This made for an efficient shopping experience in which we were able to find a sofa we love and that fits great in our room! Jamie, the Ashley store staff member, was super helpful in answering our questions and getting our sofa ordered.
Going to the store was easy… I picked out all my furniture before (I started looking for help) a nice woman whom I’m sure wasn’t a sales person helped me/ and opened an Ashley furniture card I didn't agree to.... Ordering was easy (without mention of my new card) but the process I had to go threw just to cancel my huge order 7MONTHS later was bull**** if you ask me!! I do not recommend at all!! Your service sucks!!
We have come to shop here 2 times. The first time it said they closed at 8:00pm and we got there at 7:30 it was closed. So the second time we called ahead, they said they closed at 9:00pm. So we got there at 7:30 and it was closed again. Both times we could see an employee walking around. Tonight not only could we see an employee but what appeared to be a bunch of her children. We drove 30 minutes just to shop here. That’s 2 hours total for no reason!!!!

The worst experience ever! I placed an order for furniture then paid $400 cash and financed the remaining balance. I canceled my order the next day after realizing how overpriced the furniture really was and it wouldn't even get delivered for weeks. They canceled my order but opened the finance account on my credit report with a $4000 balance and refused to refund my $400 cash payment. It took 2 months to finally get my money back minus a $20 deduction for who knows what. I had called and gone to the store multiple times and no one wanted to deal with this issue which was ultimately the finance people's fault for failing to cancel the order from the day I requested it. Acceptance Now is the absolute worst company on earth. Ashley would be better off severing that business relationship for sure. Now my credit score is ruined and the ordeal drained me completely. LAME O
I went into Ashleys feeling frustrated because I was told the items I had ordered were going to be here in 2022. A year from now! I went in to cancel my order but a sales lady helped me. She took the time to look at other furniture pieces that were in stock and switched my order! I left feeling satisfied and happy!

I had order a sectional and Ashley home store said it will take two to five months, I keep getting text messages about my order being ready and when I can to set up a delivery,it doesn't come, and when I call back to see what is going on, the customer service says that it is not ready and its not in the warehouse, this happened to me 4 times already, the first time it happened, I had gave all my furniture away because I that it was gonna be here and I waited two more months and it still not ready and I have mo furniture.

NEVER AGAIN. I should have read all of the negative reviews before shopping here. I could have saved a lot of money. I shopped at the Albuquerque store and ordered from the Farmington store so items could be delivered to Colorado. HUGE MISTAKE. I ordered a bed for my home-bound sister and her husband. The Albuquerque salesman was great and talked me into a Tempur-pedic adjustable bed for them. At the time of delivery, my sister knew immediately that the bed was not going to work for them. Her husband slid off of the bed and fell to the floor. He has a lot of physical limitations (the reason for getting the adjustable bed). After calling the fire department to help get him up, he tried it again, and we had to call the fire department again that day. We immediately called Ashley Furniture and told them that the bed was not going to work for them, and they insisted that we had to sleep on the bed for 30 days before they could refund our money or exchange the mattress. We explained that the bed was stored in a different room and would not be used. They would not be sleeping on it at all. This didn't matter to them. We waited the 30 days and then tried to get a refund. Ha Ha that was a joke. First not being to get thru on the phone, no returned calls, etc. I kept getting the same information from everyone at Corporate, Customer Service, and the Albuquerque store. I was told by all that each store is Franchised and has a different owner, and that each store makes their own policies. The store manager was no help at all and said they policy is NO RETURNS. They wouldn't even offer a store credit to exchange for something else. Their answer was you bought it, it's yours. I am terribly disappointed that I will NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. I hope the owner reads this because their identity is being protected by the manager.

I ordered furniture back in February 2021 with a hopeful delivery date of April. I have been given every excuse in the book as to why it is July and still no furniture. When I have called for the past few months to inquire about delivery my date keeps getting further away. However, I was excited to hear my furniture would be delivered July 29th, 2021. When the delivery team arrived to my home, I was less than impressed when they informed me only half of my sectional was being delivered. Well played Ashley Home Store, well played. If I had one piece of advice for fellow furniture buyers, DON'T! Please do not purchase anything from this chain!! Ashley's HomeStore is only looking to make a quick sale without any desire to try to make sure there is ANY customer satisfaction. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE! Needless to say, I am out money and without furniture waiting until Ashley Home Store decides they are good and ready to refund my hard earned money... I have called on 4 separate occasions to finally be "allowed" to cancel my order. I have been lied to at every turn. I have been told they were going to expedite the refund and to keep an eye out for the money in my bank within 24 hours. After the 24 hrs. was up, I called a second time only to be told that refunds are never "expedited"... what type of company is Ashley's HomeStore? If their employees are lying to get customers off the phone, just imagine the integrity of the higher-ups... This company has zero concept of honesty, or what it means to conduct business in a dignified manner. PLEASE, PLEASE RESEARCH THIS COMPANY BEFORE PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THEM! 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Michael was very helpful in finding a very specific type of bed frame for us. Great customer service, we will definitely shop with Ashley again. Edit While our sales experience was good, our furniture took 4 months to arrive and when they set the bed up with white glove service unbeknownst to us they had one support leg higher than the other two which caused major discomfort and breaking of the head support while we were sleeping! I have fixed the bed and put my own supports under the box springs. Just know that after this experience and the quality of the product and install we will never shop, purchase or entertain a call from Ashley. Too bad as we were buffaloed pretty well at the sales meeting.

We found what we were looking for but the process took awhile..altogether transactions were completed in 4 hours..we had to leave to run errands then go back. So, now the delivery will take 3 weeks. I am so looking forward to it. Otherwise furniture is very nice.

The lady that helped me came to me quick, gave me some information and then left me so I could look at the furniture. It was very nice not to feel like someone was following/bugging me. She made the checkout quick and gave me all the information I needed. Never felt pressured which was one of the best parts!
Our salesperson really knew her stuff, there was a much wider range of selections than the other stores in town, and the experience was pleasant. Our only gripe is that we came in for the “store wide 30% off sale” but it only applied to certain types of furniture—sofas, chairs, but no tables or mattresses. So how is that store wide? And of course it’s tough for everyone that it takes 2-5 months to get the order.

You have changed the delivery date 4 times from the Ashley store in Farmington, NM. It has been over six weeks and still have not been delivered the products I paid for in full. Also your distributor in Cortez (Town and Country) sold the bedroom furniture I paid for in full to another customer and denied to work with me to correct their poor customer service situation.

Good furniture, but horrible horrible horrible customer service. We walked in the front door without being greeted. We came in to buy a bed frame for our new bed. A group of ladies just stood around the front looking our way but still no approach from them. Felt very unwelcome. Staff/Management needs to be replaced with workers who treat every person that walks through that door like family. How do you expect to sale when you don’t have the decency to welcome all customers into the store. This is not the first time, it’s happen. I’m sure I am not the only person who has felt this way coming into the store.

From 2017 to 2019, this place has gone from great to the worst. Company transition came about in late 2019, and into 2020. It isn't what it use to be, as many started to walk out from working with the company, and customers started to see a drastic change. The company is more with a focus on upper personnel payout, and the sales floor personnel are the least considered. A sales representative will not be able to sustain a $100,000 in sales for the year, as indicated on the site. To many variables which includes customer count that is used in favor or against you, commission changes, on-line sales percentages, answer in-calls, required sales per week and monthly, mattress sales, financing customers, and sad to say, delayed and cancelled deliveries. The company has provided an Ipad Format System that was to make things easier, but it also provides complications, as a higher demand is now placed on sales representative. Plus, it now provides a hand radio communication system for inner contact. Lots of training that is done at your expense, not good!Look at company reviews...Look at employee reviews...Look at customer reviews...
My Experience was so awsome at Ashley's HomeStore. Right away I walk in and was greeted so politely. I also had a sales associate walk up to me right away and Thank you Thomas! For being a great help to me in getting a new set for my room. Can't wait to see and have it. I hope it arrives sooner than expected.
Pandemic furniture shopping is depressing
Tried to order a chair from them an took 4 months. Tried to cancel order at the store they did nothing. Finally got warehouse guy who canceled the order. Had to wait 10 days for refund hope it is credited. Meanwhile I ordered a glider rocker on Wayfair.com got it in 6 days for 160 dollars less. Never dealing with Ashley furniture again.

My order was continuously delayed, they gave away my furniture, they would not pick up the phone when i tried calling. The worst experience I've had.
I went in approximately 3 Months ago ordered a living room sectional. I was told the furniture would be delivered in June. Got a call the 1st of June telling me the furniture would be delivered June 4th. NO FURNITURE. "It should be in by August. NEVER MIND I canceled the order. They don't care if you buy or not I guess.. Don't waste your time buy else where.

Ashley Furniture is the absolute WORST company ever! I have spent TWO YEARS working to get a refund on a product I never received. You pay, you wait, and wait and wait, and if things arrive they will likely have damage- if you do not receive the item you just pay for air. And to top it off- most of the stuff they sell is cheaper at American Furniture Warehouse.

Same story as most people lately. I ordered my dining table back in September. Every time I’ve called to check the status, I’m given a new pushed back date. I’ve been given 7 dates as of today. It’s frustrating to say the least. Communication probably would’ve made this experience a little more tolerable.
Same experience as everyone else. Ordered a sectional March 6. Received two texts messages week of March 23 saying the order was ready. Received a phone call March 24 and scheduled a date and time for delivery. Sold my furniture in anticipation of delivery. Was told on scheduled delivery date no such delivery in the system and acted like I made it up. Said I could show phone record AND texts saying order was ready. Only “pieces” of the couch are there. I am thinking based up reviews I should cancel my order. That three weeks is not a realistic time to expect to get my couch as I was told during my most recent phone call. Manager does not call back.
Horrible horrible customer service. I ordered a couch received a phone call March 24 that the couch was ready for delivery. Scheduled delivery for April 10, 2020 and was told today, on April 10, that only part of the couch is ready and it’s another 3 weeks before it will be ready. I sold my other furniture. And the response from the store is basically too bad. Will never shop here again. Update: received email asking for information saying the matter will be looked into. That is nothing but a comment for public to see. I emailed them all the info the same day and no response or acknowledgement to my email. I’m now trying to see if I can cancel my order. Absolutely would not recommend. 6 months wait. 6 different dates for our couches. No communication. Was suppose to be here yesterday only to be told it’s now May with that date subject to change for something that is done and waiting delivery. But I had to go into the store to be told the new date. Great customer service until they get your money then it’s nonexistent after. Don’t waste your money or time.

so let me tell you a story :) .. first of all we ordered a couch and a reclining chair spent 1400$$ .. rep told me it would take 3-5 months to receive . which it took the maximum 5 months and still have not recieved called them to see whats going on they tell me oh it should be here soon , and oh by the way your reclining chair isnt availible anymore , they never called me to tell me this ..and now today i was scheduled to recieve my couch and the driver comes to my door gets ready to take my couch out and then goes back to the truck and says wait its not on this truck were going to have to reschedule now im once again waiting this place or furniture store is a joke... ok update to your response I have called 2x since this post and the people I’ve talked to they said they would look into it and call me back still no reply . Seriously this is so bad

Thomas was wonderful! He was absolutely willing to give us the space we needed and/or any information and help we needed to make our decision on what we wanted. I was super happy with the variety of options and pricing. Their warranty is completely worth the 299.00 for 5 years (seriously ask about it). I AM sad about how long it will take to receive BUT THEY MAKE IT to my order and im super happy to wait due to the quality and customer service ill be receiving for the next 5 years. Big love for this place. Highly recommend.
I placed my order on January 2nd. I picked a delivery date of January 13th and here it is March 26th and I still do not have my whole order. My delivery date has been canceled 3 times. I called the number to track my delivery and they keep telling me that my delivery will not be available for another two weeks and that was over a week ago, so I talked to an agent and she scheduled the delivery day for March 27th which was over a week ago. Great happy to finally get my headboard. I only received an email never got a text. Knowing that at least two days before delivery I will receive a estimated delivery time. Here it is less than 12 hours before when my order should be delivered I never got a text confirming my delivery date and I never got a delivery time. I was also told that on March 9th my headboard would be back in stock at the warehouse and that it would be delivered with my rescheduled delivery time and it was not and since then it has been rescheduled 3 times this time will make 4! Not happy at all!
Bought a sofa and recliner from this store. It has needed to be replaced on a few occasions. It’s impossible to get this store to answer there phones, get a return call if you leave a message, even if you call the customer service center line. Customer Service has made a ticket order for the manager to contact me, still nothing. I’m now so frustrated, next call is to corporate office.
The staff was very friendly and helped me understand the ordering process. They were also able to help me apply for credit, that was amazingly easy. Our family is looking forward to new, cozy couches!
My daughter and I went into Ashley furniture store today and were very quickly met by a young woman by the name of Tink. She was very kind and helpful. Most stores that I visit, I already know what I want before I get in the store and this was no exception. Tink politely showed me the options that they had and we were able to make a deal on my furniture needs. Thank you Tink. Lastly and definitely the most important part of our shopping trip was the way that we, my daughter and I were treated, very professionally and kind. My daughter had no idea that people could be so kind until today.

Delivery is still delayed because of virus. But staff followed up with me to resolve issues and they temporarily moved my order to layaway status so I wouldn’t have to reorder everything and lose discounts. I am still waiting for my furniture but I understand. Thank you!
Cancelled my order without permission! We ordered furniture in September and were told it would be here by the end of October. We spent over $3,000 and no one took any time to communicate with us once they had our money. We had to call over and over trying to find out delivery dates. I last spoke with a manager in January and she was kind and considerate and told us it wouldn’t be until the end of February. I called today (March) as we still have not received the furniture and was informed that my order was cancelled and we were refunded in January!!! I’m furious! We did not want the order cancelled! And even worse is that no one called to tell us they cancelled our order. When I spoke with a manager today they didn’t do anything to try to make it right and blamed it on an employee who no longer works there. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!

We were on the market for couches and we walked out being owners of a beautiful sectional! The price was outrageously affordable than what we expected!! We recommended a friend of ours the same day as they were also on the market for a new couch set. They also walked out owners the same day!!! Highly recommended!! I was looking online for a bed for my daughter. She loved this Catibrook bed from Ashley's. We decided to ask about it at the store and here they had the one we looking at! It's for display but awesome to see what we were wanting and it was so much better in person. The saleslady Andrea was really nice and helped us out. We got an awesome bed at a great price! *Update* So we received 3 boxes of our bed. We decided to put it together ourselves. We took everything out and nothing was labeled. The instructions were terrible and had labels on it. So finally figured out which is which but then the screws weren't labeled either, just a yellow rubber band around different sizes. The first one we put the wrong size in and the second set too. We finally figured we needed only the gold ones in the back part. So we had figure out which size gold go in the back. The frame part wasn't lining up, the notch was off. So I had to cut half the notch off using my saw. It was built terrible in the back of the bed. The bed said made in Vietnam. I honestly thought Ashley furniture made the best beds but actually putting it together ourselves we saw the flaws and how they couldn't measure right. The head part was the worse. It had a sideways gap in it. Also we had to saw a part on the ends cause it wouldn't fit together. The rest of the frame was ok, it was easy. The drawer were already put together in one of the boxes which was great. It took 3 hours to put together. We would have been done earlier if things were labeled and screws holes lined up. I don't think I'll be ordering any more beds from them again. Seeing how they just threw everything together thinking "this isn't my bed so I don't care how we build it". It was simple things they could have done to make it good. I don't recommend 👎

Finally someone answered an had some one call me from the New Mexico store. Tyler helped me with ordering my furniture. If I hadn’t loved this chair & ottoman so much I would have given up after the first call I made. Thanks Tyler from New Mexico.

I've been trying to get service for my $1800 dollar couch, but lack of communication with both customer repercetive and technicians. I suggest you really inspect you furniture because they won't work with you at all. I got the delivery in February and the service won't come until end of April.
I bought a furniture set from here back in November 2020, service and everything was nice, when asked when it's getting delivered they said by January....it's now February and I called about the delivery again, now they are saying it's "expected" to be delivered in April 21...not buying here again

1/10 experience. Unsatisfied with our purchase and time spent with this company. Came here almost a year ago with a budget and the seller mistakenly missed ordering the middle of our couch to stay in that budget. Then had to order $400 or so more to not have a really weird looking couch with a missing middle piece. After months of not being able to get a hold of anyone during covid. The couch we chose was an L and ended up being the wrong side of the L which caused our couch to not fit in our living room any way we put it. It was also in the middle of the door way. After another few months of trying to talk to someone or get a call back we finally went in and were able to speak to our seller about an exchange. We immaturely chose one online and did not see it in person. Terms of this were to keep our couch until we got our new one along with a chair. The chair showed up about a week or so later but they took our couch. After three weeks of not having a couch and finally getting a hold of someone they said we would not be getting our couch for a month and we had some family coming in. Our poor saleswoman had a cow when she found out they had taken our couch when they were not supposed to. She thankfully worked really hard to find one to make it up to us but I am positive she no longer works there and reassured to us how sorry she was and often brought up how this store often makes mistakes like this. Our couch was delivered and we are disappointed in ourselves for our choice. It’s more like a fouton than a couch. We feel like we lost a lot of money from what our couch was before to now. We don’t want to sound pessimistic or too hard to please but this experience has caused a lot of stress over the long year of this happening and at loss to now do with the products we have. Will never be using this store or recommending their products ever again. Oh and not to mention the brackets under our 7 month old bed from here broke after 5 months and our newest couch pillow zipper is broken and the bed part bar on the couch is completely broken. We are also not anymore rough on our furniture than anyone else. Their products are very cheaply made and I am completely disappointed in myself for going here.
My parents bought a couch set from them in June 2020 and now its January 2021 and still have not received them. And they keep giving them the run around on when they are going to deliver their furniture....
Good selection. Decent price, however for the wait, we should not have to pay delivery or shipping price. Not my fault they can't keep up with demand.

It was our first time at an Ashley store and we we're pleased with the selection of living room furniture they had available. While we weren't ready to select our furniture, we did find some nice accent pieces and our sales person, Andrea, was most. We will be returning.

Changed my review from a 5 to a 1 star. Our experience started off great. However, once we locked in our purchase it went downhill from there. We were told our purchase would be delivered in 2 weeks. Then it turned into 5 weeks, then possibly 8 weeks if not longer with no guarantee. Spent hours on the phone multiple times to be told our order was ready but not sure when it would delivered. Not the stores fault, but no point in ordering something if you can't get the product.

Zero stars Update, I cancelled my order. The store never called to confirm delivery. Only connects to the national number. They changed my delivery date three times. I took three different days off (30 hours leave) to wait for delivery that never showed. The company never kept record of my calls and couldn't track my sectional. Delivery is non-negotiable. They told me two to five months upon sale but the records show that it was going to take up until 2022 possibly for it to be delivered. This is all until I had to go into the store because the store itself is not taking calls.. Very disappointing.

DO NOT order from Ashley online! We have been waiting since December 8th for our couches. We have called weekly for delivery updates. Today, finally, talked to someone who gave a crap and were told we have been waiting on BATTERY PACKS that were backordered! Our couches have been sitting at the distribution center for a MONTH!!! We went to our local store and picked up the batteries. The customer service reps are abominable for the most part, lazy and wouldn't or couldn't do their jobs. Never buy from this company online, absolutely the worst!!!!

Purchased a bedroom set in August with a delivery date of September 18. Have since had 5 cancellations for delivery. Had the wrong furniture delivered on Christmas Eve and they are just calling today to tell me that they still have the wrong furniture ready to deliver(was supposed to be delivered yesterday) and to get the correct furniture will be March or April. The kicker in it all is I have talked to so many people and the person on the call today said this is the first she has heard of an issue with the furniture. I have asked numerous times to speak to a manager here in the store and at the warehouses. Have left messages With no return calls. I cancelled the entire order today: this location will go under due to its poor customer service. I will never purchase from them again and I have made many purchases with them. The “new” management or corporation or distribution warehouse all blame the other and no one does anything to help the customer. I have never been so frustrated....

I purchased a new bed with an adjustable frame on labor day in September. I didn't receive the bed until a month later. They kept sending out delivery dates I would take off from work but the bed would never come. Than in December the items I paid for with cash was recharged to my Ashley furniture card. Manager will not take it off and now I have a 30% interest fee on the card along with charges that were already paid for. They are robbing their long term customers!
We took the time to looked at specific furniture pieces, no rush from any sales person. The show room was clean and everyone wore masks. In the end, we bought what we wanted. ANDREA did an excellent job with our application process! 🙂👍👏

I've never gotten brand new furniture on my own before. I have been wanting something so nice for awhile now and my faince and I are finally in a place where we can afford it. I was day dreaming about some couches I found on Ashley Home stores website and finally just gave in and went to the store. I was extremely nervous about purchasing furniture as I had never done it before. I walked into the store and Christina immediately greeted my mother and myself. She was very attentive to my needs as soon as I walked in. I showed her what I had been looking at online and she took my directly to a sectional that matched what I was looking at online. But the best part, she took me to a couch that was an even better quality than the one online. I had told her I have 3 kids and dogs. She didn't hesitate to take me to a couch that was much sturdier and better quality to insure I would be 100% satisfied with my purchase. I bounced around the store and she followed. Answering any questions I had, looking up every product I pointed at and wanted. I probably spent over 2 hours in that store running back and forth and she was incredibly patient the entire time! My mother was not buying furniture and she even answered all my moms questions. I couldn't believe how kind and helpful she was! I got everything I wanted, but more than I expected. I got my living room set for FAR FAR less then I even imagined! Christina saved us so much money! I could not believe the deal I got! Christina made my first time buying furniture easy, relaxed, and so much fun. What a relief that was to know I literally got every question I had answered, made the right choices on furniture, and got an amazing deal! She gave me a lot of advice and made the buying process easy. I left that store grateful that I chose Ashley Furniture and was able to work with Christina. If you are looking at getting new furniture please go to Farmington Ashley and ask for Christina. I can not stress enough at absolutely how amazing she is as a person, manager, and sales person. They left us alone to check things out and when we saw what we liked they were readily available and very helpful. Bought furniture in August have been given at least 5 different delivery dates. Keep getting the runaround will NEVER purchase from this place again. Now we are scheduled for Feb. but they can’t be sure absolutely ridiculous.
This store has great customer service associates who are friendly and very helpful in looking for what I wanted in couches. Purchased my first sectional couch from here 5 years ago and now just upgraded to new couches.

Terrible experience, bought our furniture September 4 and still don’t have all our furniture. We’ve been told lie after lie after lie. Very disappointed in this company. I’ll never buy anything from here again.
Paid for a tv stand early September. Still have not received it. Store does not bother to give any updates at all. Good luck trying to get ahold of a person to talk to if you call the store. Delivery date keeps getting pushed back. Finally they called last week and scheduled the delivery for last weekend. Did not bother to call to update to say that they weren’t going to deliver it after all. Status check on my delivery tracking link said “unable to deliver.” They called again this week, scheduled it again for today. Well, guess what the status says again? “Unable to deliver!” Here I am waiting at home and all the furniture I moved out of the way for the tv stand that is not coming again! If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely terrible service. I get that we are in the middle of a pandemic, but communication and caring for customers is nonexistent.
Worst company ever with the worst customer service! I ordered my bedroom furniture and sectional in July and paid for in FULL. Three cancelations in October even though I had confirmed each delivery. I took time off work for the delivery, only to have it canceled. Reschedule for Wednesday and no call no show on the truck. Rescheduled for Saturday and no truck, only to be told that my items are somehow missing. Went down to the local store and was told my headboard only was somehow found and that it would be delivered on Wednesday this week. Oh and part of my sectional won't be done until December 31st!!! That's 6 months of waiting on furniture that they said would only take 8-12 weeks. Their customer service is terrible, I've had a complaint escalated to Alb and I can't get email responses other than it will be delivered. Worst company ever! If things disappear in Wednesday ill be calling for a refund and they can come pick up the peices to the bed I've had for over a month without being able to set it up. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY! They don't care about their customers.**Update, after 2 months and 3 separate deliveries, I finally have my bed and 1 piece to my 5 piece sectional. I confirmed this week 3 times for delivery on November 21st to have 2 more pieces of my sectional delivered, only to be told this morning by their customer service line that Oops my 3 separate confirmations didn't make it to the trucking company. So now, after having my old couch removed, all that sits in my living room is the wedge piece. Oh and the customer service rep, hung up on me while I was explaining why I wanted to talk to somebody about getting my pieces delivered today. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE ABD GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
I was seriously looking for a sofa with recliners on each end. There were signs everywhere stating that it would take 2-3 months before your item would be delivered. Well, I don't think so! Anything could happen in 3 months. In addition, several employees looked at me looking at the furniture, but it took one of them yelling across the room, "Do you need help?" No. I'm looking in a furniture store for hamburger. Seriously? I will never step foot in Ashley's again. I'm sure they won't mind if I spend my $1,500 elsewhere. Good luck in this one. UPDATE: In answer to the reply from Ashley: If you had read my review completely, you would have realized that I did not make a purchase. Your answer is canned I would bet, which shows just how much this Ashley store pays attention. No need to reply. I'm done.
Ashley furniture had good customer service and easy financing. But, the product has to be ordered and you pay too much for furniture you never see. I almost bought a desk, that was going to cost twice what it’s worth, and I would not have received it for two-three months. In the meantime, I would be making payments on sum’m that I would never use. My sister also purchased couches back in January. We still have not received them. I was glad I didn’t go through with the purchase.
Everyone was very helpful and great selection. A little pricey, but I guess it's normal for this part of country. Will return.

We paid in full for our furniture 4 MONTHS ago! They told us 4-6 weeks. They have not communicated with us. No one ever answers the phone and every time we go in they try to pawn is off on the 1-800 number that doesn't answer and lie to is and day one of our pieces will be in next week! Worst customer service ever. They are trying to blame it on covid, but that first stop then from answering the phone! And everything we've ordered from wayfair had coffee in just fine. So only Ashley has indefinite waits and people who try to constantly pass the buck and take no responsibility.
There is a reasonable amount of stock in store, but limited color palette. I was not given the option of ordering a different upholstery color for my purchase. The downside is the estimated delivery will be in four months for a single piece of furniture. I am concerned about this, especially after reading the most recent review of people waiting since June to receive their purchase and not getting all of their order in current time.

If I could give them no stars I would. I have never purchased furniture from Ashley and I will never again. Ordered items of a new sofa, ottoman and a dresser in "May". We have had to call numerous times after getting updates over 5 times that it was delayed. Finally! We got half of our order to be told it would be another week until we get the full order. Guess what? that was a month ago. Now, we were just told until the end of November. Good grief. If you want your furniture in time? Go elsewhere. You might be waiting half a year or more for your furniture just like I have been. Restoration Hardware, Crate & Barrel, West Elm, CB2, Bassett have been my stores that have never given me problems. I gave Ashely the benefit of the doubt, unsatisfied and will never use them again. Future buyers, be warned you are better off shopping somewhere else with a faster turnaround.
Went here after deciding to get a new sectional. First of, the doors were locked and had no sign why, just assumed it was due to COVID. But we saw people inside so we waited. Finally a customer came out and we went inside. 1 salesperson came over to help but we told her we would like to look around first, big mistake... we should’ve kept her with us bcuz after her we couldn’t find anyone else to help us. We found a sectional and waited an hour before anyone came to help. But midway to buying she switched us over to another sales person. Started all over With what we wanted as far as add ons. Finally he sent us to financing which took another hour. FINALLY it was our turn, the financing we got was way over priced, WAY WAY PRICEY!! So we decided to pay the full price. We again waited in another dept., holy moley!! Waited another 30mins. But we were dead set on this sectional bcuz we drove 3hrs and there was no other furniture stores around where we lived. So we paid for the whole thing plus some extra fees. They then told us this sectional was NOT at their warehouse and was out in Albuquerque. 😫 They then proceeded to tell us that the furniture we paid for was on back order bcuz they were out. Why didn’t they tell us before..UGH!! They told us a delivery at the end of the month... Well... it is now Nov 1st and we bought it Sept. 12th... NOTHING!! We called 2 weeks ago and had bad customer service with a woman, bad attitude. Told us it’s still on back order. We called again a few days ago and they still don’t know of a delivery date....UGH!!! We’re deciding on getting a refund. So frustrated!!

We ordered a couch from them in June are just now receiving it at the end of October. We paid for people to come set it up the men who did didn’t stick around to see if everything was working good they just left. We have been on hold for over 20 minutes now trying to see if they can replace it. The people who set it up knew it was broke and they ran out. How ridiculous I wouldn’t get anything from them again. The whole process is so frustrating we spent so much money on this couch and paid for people to set it up. My husband has no idea how to repair furniture but looks like he will become a furniture repair man today! Makes me wanna get a lawyer and take them to court because they have screwed so many people.
Shouldn't even get 1 star. Ordered a table in August and was told that it was going to be delivered in a week and a half. Now its October and still no table. Have been given different dates 8 times! No apologies, no nothing. I have ordered numerous items from other companies including beds, chairs, and mattress during covid and received said items with ZERO issue!! Why can't Ashley deliver or figure this out!! Quick to take my money. So I cancelled order. Nothing from the sales rep. No apologies no discount no nothing. Just really short with me and hung hung up the phone as soon as I asked for a refund. This is the second time in my life I have ever took the time to write a review. Nice store, friendly staff. Showed me around, I was looking for bed, sofa, chair. Unfortunately sofas and chairs are 2-5 months out because they do not keep anything there. I can't wait that long, makes it a little tough.

I came in upset because my furniture had been delayed but the staff helped me feel better and gave me 10% off my current order. I left feeling happy and satisfied with the service. The delay wasn’t there fault it’s due to the pandemic.
My husband and I went to Ashley in Farmington NE we live in Fort Defiance AZ. After a 2 hour drive we were greeted by a lovely lady Danielle who was our associate. She was assisted by the Manager Christine and I can not express the length they went to help us find the perfect living and dining furniture for our home.. they spent time getting to know us and our needs and also making sure they gave us every discount possible..I would go back and I will to continue to use Ashley in Farmington even though we have and Ashley 40 mins from us in Gallup.

Ordered a sectional back at the beginning of June! Anticipated deliver date was beginning of August which is the reason I purchased the couch to begin with. Now it’s almost October and I’m missing not my entire couch but half of the couch!???? How is this even possible? It’s a sectional and I’m missing half! Now my anticipated deliver date for the part I am missing is end of October! The sales Lady Dorinda did me absolutely no justice as corporate states it’s been out of stock since April! I paid cash not financed and they can’t give me a cash refund? Hmmmmm they have my money no problem but no couch to show for it. Completely disappointed! Will never shop here again!

Hello ladies and gentlemen I recently purchased a bedroom set from Ashley's home furniture and was told it was 20% off which never was the case I paid full price for my bedroom set thinking it was 20% off. After being notified that it would only take 3-4 weeks I agreed and I received the furniture in peices 3 to 5 months later instead of a full bedroom set I got a broken dresser and half of the furniture I paid for. That being said I tried to go inside Ashley's home furniture in Farmington when I did I get discriminated against. Trying to check on my order that I paid cash for when I finally spoke to someone at Ashley's the sales person didn't have any customer service. I'm really recommending that everyone go to a different Ashley's store in Albuquerque.
Ordered in July. Pd cash. First delivery date 8/14. New delivery date 9/15~ 9/18. Second purchase in July (before reading other reviews- I wish I would’ve done that before purchasing) earlier delivery dates but now won’t be delivered until the end of September... maybe. I understand the back up with Covid. However, you have my money - paid cash, and you don’t seem to be able to deliver our furniture. The end of September is it for me. I will be seeking a full refund at that time.

All went fairly well until deliver glitch they don’t deliver on Mondays?? I was never told anything of that when we were finalizing our purchase. I called to talk to someone finally, after sitting on the phone 3 times about 25 min on hold each call 3rd call (35 minutes) about our delivery date they bumped it up by 4 days (I had requested Monday as that is a day I’m off work now I have to take time off) we are clearing out our room as we don’t have a large place but wanted it to be totally ready and that means the weekend to get it done Not very satisfied
They sent an email confirming delivery of the sofa we paid cash for and we followed the steps to confirm. In anticipation, we sold our old couch tbe night before the delivery was supposed to happen. The couch didn’t come. I called Ashley Home Store and was told I had my information wrong by the first two. A second call let me know the system was flawed and our new couch would be a week later that we were told (they told us that first date in the store, too) We’ve had to deal with homeschooling while having no couch for a week. I asked a rep at Ashley’s to have corporate call me. I thought my delivery fee should be refunded. No one ever called me back. What a terrible mess. I’m sorry I spent my money there.
my salesman was a very attentive to my budget space of my home color of the furniture. I really like the labor day specials offered and the cleanliness of the store. I was skeptical at first to shop but I'm glad they were involved with the awareness of Covid 19

We went in store instead of shopping online so we could stay as local as possible and I’m glad we did! **Update: I am also having delivery issues and cannot get ahold of our local store. I have called their corporate number and have been on hold for longer than 20 minutes each time. We received a partial delivery and one of our pieces of furniture was broken inside the box. I was told to email pictures and haven’t heard anything back. I am still missing part of my order and called to schedule to just pick it up so we wouldn’t have to wait weeks and weeks. The corporate associate didn’t tell me the only place I could pick it up was Albuquerque. I know have to call back in 48 hours to reschedule a delivery. So frustrating!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! We bought a sectional couch June 6, 2020, 3 months later we have nothing still, not even a delivery date! The manager in Farmington is racist and will not help you or acknowledge you unless you are her same race. Twice she has acted like I'm not there. Terrible customer service in the store and if you try to call, you will not get an answer. Ive tried the coorporate number, same thing! I sat on hold over an hour several times and no one ever answers! No one has answers, no one cares! Well maybe just Jaime, he is overworked and trying to do all that he can but no one else there seems to help him or help anyone! I went in person today to get a refund and ofcourse the person that handles that wasn't there so I have to wait for a call back...I'm sure I will never get it and i will have to go down there again! I really wanted to give a great review, we've always used Ashley and have never been disappointed but...we purchased a whole living room set in June. They told us it would be August 1st for delivery due to COVID delays and we understood that. We then got text after text pushing back our delivery date. We finally received a text saying our delivery date would be August 13th so we moved out the old furniture the night before. The day of delivery, nothing, not a text or call. So I called them, after being on hold I got told that only one of the six pieces were in and the rest weren't scheduled to be in until September 1st, fine I get it, we'll wait two more weeks putting our delivery a month overdue. Well it's the 2nd, and you guessed it, called in today, spent another 30 minutes on hold, just to be told it has been delayed again and they don't even have a date for me anymore. They will look in to it and get back to me.

Its most upsetting not being able to talk to anyone. If you buy from them expect to not get your items for a long time and expect to not be able to talk to anyone!! 8/26/2020** Still no response from Ashley Furniture, no reply to my emails or messages, not even a reply to my previous review! Unfortunately not a good experience. They tried to separately charge me for unauthorized items, that were not delivered. Delay after delay. With Covid, yes that part's understandable (but be ready for your order to push 4+ months). And customer experience/relations/updates/help in general was flat out horrible. Just had to cancel our order. Was not worth it to me to continue with further expected delays, and dealing with really bad customer service (from store to corporate level).
HAD TO REVISE PREVIOUS REVIEW (Was glad they were finally able to open again. Was looking for a dining set. Had looked online and knew what we wanted. Was in stock. Fast and friendly service. Thanks). CHANGING MY REVIEW!!!. After waiting a month for delivery (which we accepted); delivery dates constantly being changed further out. Even received a call saying it was scheduled further out(was to be 15 days further out than original) said to call back. Put on hold 10 minutes; then they disconnect you(1 hour of this B.S.) .Finally after much calling; got a new delivery date(3 days after original). Wrong; delayed again! Finally got it(whoo-hoo; so we thought). Chairs all wobbled and table missing a piece they didn't send up so they took table back (they said they would deliver it 3 days later; what a joke!) After calling again (Local store-Farmington NM) they said would get back with us. No one would call back (I had to continually call them) got a call saying the table was back ordered (what?). WE HAD GOTTEN RID OF OUR OLD SET DAY BEFORE CONFIRMED DELIVERY (So now we have no table). Wasn't our or my wife's first purchase through the years; but this was the worst!. Cancelled order and going elsewhere! They are supposed to refund full amount (was paid in full prior); we'll see. Wish I had read previous reviews. Would have never bought there and never will again! And all you see is the company giving lip service and not getting things straightened out. WELL THEY JUST LOST $1,100 business and we have to buy a table and metal chairs or used dining set to use until we get one; grrrrrrrrrrr!!!
Purchased leather furniture that bubbles and peels. I was fraudulently sold something as leather while spending close to $5000 on it. I have called at least 3 times a week since April and they DO NOT ANSWER the PHONE! This PLACE is CRAP their FURNITURE is CRAP and their CUSTOMER SERVICE is CRAP! BUYER BEWARE. My husband and I have ordered majority of our furniture from Ashley. The Farmington branch is always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They under promise and over deliver on customer service. Which keeps us coming back for more! I just recently ordered a vanity for my daughter. Jaime was super awesome! He even entertained the little one while I was finishing my shopping. Dorinda was very thorough with presenting her product of the posturepedic bed and base. She was not pushy and very pleasant to work with. This is the most expensive bed we have ever purchased but with a need for comfort and a full nights rest, the price and warranties offered just made sense. Will definitely pass the product quality and customer service on to others.

We choose a recliner and a entertainment center from our local Ashley store (Farmington, NM), it took over a month for us to go ahead and pick up our recliner. They never answered their phone and finally they were telling us that they were going to deliver our entertainment center but it was broken and dusty!! Im pissed 😡!! they made my husband sign first and then when they delivered it we noticed that the shelves were broken! I will never buy from them AGAIN! Even when we called them, we waited for over an hour and half but still no answer.
I would not like this review to reflect my ashley store associates in Farmington. As my complaint is with you customer service call sent and delivery. we had agreed to receive our order Mar. 18th. We got a call to reschedule to the 25th due to manufacture delay. We called our local store and they noted no delays and kindly refunded our delivery fees. soon after we got a call to reschedule to the 31st because there were not enough drivers. We recieved confirmation all of our order would be delivered 2 days before the 31st, with our delivery window. yesterday our order arrived except it was only half of it! I called to enquire why this happened and why were we not notified as we would have rescheduled to receive it all at once. I was met with an extremely rude and condescending customer service rep who's explanations made no sense. when I pointed that out she had no answer. I even told her this was terrible customer service from a company in general. Everytime we called customer service they were rude. why would we receive confirmation for our whole order 2 days prior and only receive half day of? Now we have to wait until April 18th to receive the rest of our order. which is ridiculous when we ordered mar. 1st. This is terrible way to do business and my family will not buy from here after this encounter. which is terrible because the local store is so friendly

We had a wonderful experience! Dorinda Gaston waited on us. We needed a bed due to a house fire. We learned more about the importance of sleeping on the right bed than we ever knew before. Dorinda was very professional and very personable. Looking forward to getting an amazing night’s sleep in our new home soon! Our shopping experience was fun, educational and easy! I was frustrated in receiving my $500 refund for the warranty I purchased 5 years ago. To this day I still have not been seen my in-store credit. Very disappointed! I wonder if I will see the other warranty in-store credit in 5 more years. I let everyone I know that the warranty is hard use and when you don't use it and try to receive your in-store credit it is even harder. I will continue to let everyone know how bad the warranty program is, until I get it resolved.

I am changing my review due to delivery. I had ordered on January 24th. I was told it would be 2-3 weeks. I later found out it would be 5 weeks. Here we are two days before delivery and I get a call telling me that 3 out of 5 pieces of my furniture is not going to come in until March 11th. I'm about to cancel my order and go some where else. This is getting very irritating. For the amount of money I have spent you would think they would be more punctual.

I have never in my life Dealt with such Unprofessional people in a Business. I order my furniture, said it would be in 2 weeks! Then I get a call that it need to be Scheduled for delivery in a month, no problem!! Then I get a call saying it’s reschedule to be delivered, no problem again!!! Then 2 months later I get a call that my headboard had been Discontinued!!! 2 months, come on now!!!!!! Had to go in and resign on my other headboard, then I finally get a final delivery after 4 different delivery dates!! Get a call day before delivery to come pick up my stuff!!! Omg. These people are so confused! I will not be going back after this, I have always like Ashley, but enough is enough!!! Just deliver my furniture already!!!!!!!!!

Went in on a Friday and spent about an hour looking around. We weren't bothered by the staff, they just asked every now and then if we were doing alright, which was nice. We came back on Saturday to make our purchase. We worked with Greg. He was very friendly and the paper work was easy and fast.

I proceed to tell native lady i have done alot of business with them. She hands me a pamplet with a 1800# to call to deal with warranty n says "it doesn't matter if you spend $50,000 dollars here this is how it works" in a not so friendly way. Ok i understand there are ways to do things. The attitude n statement were a bad choice. I do not recommend this place.
Great customer Service from Brent! He was extremely helpful and we never once felt pressured to buy anything. He listened to what we wanted and showed us exactly that.
Too expensive
This whole experience has been horrible. We went in on black Friday to take advantage of some of the deals. We ended up buying, a kitchen table and chairs, sectional couch, king mattress and adjustable base. Our original delivery date was set for Dec. 13 (2 weeks out) they said due to the table. They called when the table came in early and said they could deliver everything on Dec. 11. They delivered everything EXCEPT our bed. The manager said corporate screwed up the delivery date as the bed wouldn't even be available until Dec 20! We had gotten rid of our bed to make room. So they told us to go back into the store and pick out a comparable mattress that was IN-STOCK. We went back to the store, they showed us king mattresses that were in stock. They didn't even want to honor black Friday pricing we ended up having to pay over $300 extra. On black Friday our sales lady told us if we spend over $2,000 on a mattress we would get a free mattress (our total for the mattress alone ended up being $1,999.99 so we were 1 penny off), after having to pay the extra money she said she would look into the free mattress deal only to turn around and say the deal was actually for if you spent over $3,000! Regardless of that we paid the extra money and were told we would get our bed on Dec. 12. Then they called and said "Sorry the bed we sold you was actually already sold to someone else so it's not in stock!" they said it wouldn't be until after the 20th now. Then later until the 26th. Then i got a text, email and 2 phone calls on the 28th to confirm delivery for the 31st. which i confirmed. This morning I get a new text saying delivery date for January 4!! I have been on the phone with several different people from Ashley for over 3 hours, NONE have been able to help with anything other than transferring me to someone else where I am on hold for 30 minutes, repeat my story, then get transferred again to be told that Ashley in Farmington is NOT a corporate store so they can't help. This is Not the first time that I have ordered close to $10,000 in furniture from Ashley but it will be the last! They lost a customer this is ridiculous!
We went in to the Farmington store and was shopping for recliners. They had a great selection we picked the ones we wanted and started the paperwork. First was really shocked they charge a 150.00 delivery fee, and the soonest they could deliver was 10 days from the time we bought the chairs. So when it was a couple of days before delivery I kept trying to call the store because they never called me to confirm delivery. I was on hold for over 3 hours total, no one would answer the phone. So I drove to the store and all they could give me was excuses. We were not put on the delivery schedule and would be another week. Worst customer service ever, they lie to you to get the sale, and then deny they told you the delivery would be a certain day. Trust me they have excuses for every thing, refund takes 7 to 10 days it has to come from Canada. Really I didn't pay for it in Canada. We have bought a lot of items at this store but will never get any more of our business.
Back to one star. Got a text message saying that my delivery was set for tomorrow. Awesome! Checked on it today and it’s set for the 22nd. Trash. No notifications or calls about the change in delivery date. Also note that delivery fee is $279.99. Got everything set to get rid of my old couches today and be ready for tomorrow. Instead I have to live without couches for a week. They gave me $150 refund but it doesn’t solve me being couchless.

Experience was good but we ordered furniture beginning of November being our first time purchasing, our scheduled delivery dates have been changed 4-5x, it's been so disappointing waiting for our furniture, it was scheduled today and now its changed to next week again. A month of waiting is ridiculous. We had to call to make sure they were coming and we were told until the 4th.
My husband and I went into Ashley Furniture to look at mattresses this afternoon. We were assisted by Robert who was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. We told Robert what we were looking for in a mattress and he took the time to go over the different brands, styles and features of the wide selection available. Robert was not pushy at all. He even encouraged us to shop around to see what is out there and told us what to be sure to look for in a mattress. It was a wonderful experience to work with such a professional gentleman. We will definitely be going back to Ashley Furniture! Thank you Robert!

I had a very interesting experience here. Overall it ended up being worth it. The customer service here was great. They worked very diligently at getting me the sofa I wanted at the best price. I worked with a man named Robert Rascon who was very patient with me, as well the manager who's name I have forgotten. The staff experienced difficulties with there new system and handled it with class and dignity. I'm am grateful for the employees that helped me at the Farmington, NM location.
Robert Roscon did a good job of showing me what recliners you had in stock. He knew his product answered my questions and closed the deal. The only draw back is I have to drive 30 miles round-trip or pay an additional $60 for delivery.
No book cases that we were interested in. We will come back and check it out again.
We had a great experience at the Farmington NM Ashley's Furniture store location. A lady named Brandi was EXTREMELY patient with my indecisiveness;) on trying to pick a couch and then a rug to match that couch! Brandi was very helpful and nice! All sales people could learn a thing or two from her. Definitly recommend!

Your associate Brandie, went out of her way to help me replace my furniture. That was damaged by a flood in my home. It took us two and half months to get my renters insurance to settle up with me. No matter what questions or concerns I had she was there to answer them for me. Your office staff was also excellent in helping me pay for my furniture. I will recommend Ashley Furniture to all my friends and family. I was very impressed.
I have now purchased a couch set and dining room set from the Ashley Home store in Farmington. While the people who work there may be kind, their products are cheap and wont stand the test of time. I first purchased a very expensive couch set with a protection plan in 2017. I was told by the sales associate that the plan would fix anything. Two years later my children were messing around and broke the couch, something I would think is to be considered accidental. I filed a claim with GBS (the protection plan) in June and today I was told that the claim is denied due to the fact that they do not repair any of the inner workings of the couch. I called the corporate office for our area to get a refund and they told me that the plan does not cover "normal" wear and tear only accidents (I thought that my children messing around and tearing the couch would be an accident) they also said I can only call GBS and get a prorated refund. So what is the point of the protection plan???? Now I am stuck with a broken couch and a $399. 99 worthless protection plan that will turn into store credit in three years so that I can purchase more crappy furniture from them. My table was delivered wobbly and warped along with three of the chairs the same. Three weeks later they delivered the replacement (really they only replaced part of the table) and had the same issue. They said my floor was warped and there was nothing they could do other than put a ton of those green floor protector pads under the table and chairs. I really don't think that my tile floor is warped. . . I wish I had gone to American Home Furnishing. Can't wait to use my in store purchase of $399 on more crappy furniture so that I can cancel my Ashley card.
No customer service at all, no acknowledgement even though they had quite a bit of boys at front area(employees?) Maybe... profiled. No idea. Was there for a living room set. So online it is. Disappointment.
Well I have a good experience with this business other than the fact that the guys that delivered the furniture scratched up my door frame and door.

Bought an outdoor table set and extended warranty from this Ashley. After less than 2 years the table is ruined and the chairs are damaged. The warranty will not cover this damage, claiming it was an ‘act of god’ and that I didn’t tell them about the water ring damage in a timely manner, which is also wrong. What a waste. Pathetic excuse for an extended warranty and poor customer service. Ashley Furniture claimed this material would last far better than alternatives and that has proven false. Wasted $2500 on this set and will never buy furniture from Ashley again. My Home Depot aluminum/glass table and fabric chairs I bought for $200 has lasted for 7 years and counting in the same conditions with not so much as a scratch. Word of warning to Google users - shop elsewhere for furniture and if you insist on shopping at Ashley, don’t think the warranty will actually cover a thing for you.

Went in to price mattresses for my sister. When I told Tyler I needed a mattress that would go on a frame where the head goes up and down he showed me a mattress AND a frame for the same price my sister was going to pay for a frame that was of lesser quality. I used a personal credit card here to purchase a dresser and TV stand. The TV stand showed up with damage, and they told us the dresser was no longer available. So we looked at American Furniture and bought one. Ashley Furniture will not refund for the dresser they no longer carry or make. Corporate says the store has to submit for a refund, and the store manager says Corporate has tell them to refund. It's been ongoing for months now and they will not refund. Now it seems like every time we walk in there to try and talk with the manager, he disappears and there is always a new secretary..high turnover rate. Avoid this place by all means. I've been buying from this place for decades, I'm going elsewhere for my Furniture. I do not recommend Ashley Furniture. Be warned, if they all of a sudden don't have what you paid for..you will not get your money back.
