Was visiting in Gallup NM for the Balloon Rally & on my way to Tombstone Az, when we had a thought to visit the the Rio West Mall, as my grandkids told me it was the best mall in the WORLD !!… Went into the Ashley Homestore, as I was looking for a small recliner sofa for my small home. A young woman named Madi found me the PERFECT sofa! She knew exactly what I was looking for & seamlessly took care of my purchase & delivery. The 2 young gentleman that delivered & set up my sofa, were amazing! Bought a couch. Spent thousands. The couch broke in 3 weeks. They didnt care. What a scam. Never shop here.
I arrived last minute from Phoenix looking to get a recliner for my father. Stephanie was able to help me with a quick credit check and was approved within 5 minutes. The recliners I liked were out of stock so asked if floor models were available. She did a quick check and it was available. I was there for a total of 30 minutes and had a great experience.
