I ordered furniture from Ashley Furniture with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience was frustrating. The delivery was significantly delayed without any proactive communication from the store. I had to keep reaching out myself just to get updates, and even then, the information was inconsistent with the date pushing every time that I called them. It’s really disappointing when a company doesn’t value its customers’ time or keep them informed. I missed work several days because I would be told they were going to be there only for them not show up, I expected better service and reliability from a well-known brand like Ashley. I hope they improve their communication and delivery process moving forward.  I will NOT being doing business with them in the future. Side note: still haven’t received my couch after a month.

Esmelay was my sales representative. She did a fantastic job and researched items for me. Let me know what types of materials different things were made of was very very thorough. I would definitely go to the store again and I would definitely call on her. The management was very kind and inclusive as well as informative

Dre was amazing! As soon as we walked in she offered us help and showed us the couch we wound up purchasing. She then let us do our own browsing, which we appreciated. She seen us looking at beds also and offered to help without being over bearing. We weren’t sure on a coffee table and she gave a solution that helped, place an end table beside it!! Looked great so we bought it. We appreciated Dre’s sense of humor which matched ours. Def. great buying experience!

I purchased a mattress protector, did not open it. I did not realize I already have this mattress protector. I was really wanting a different one. Which they just say it is the older version. (The one I want) They would not let me return it. Remind you I did not open it. But, if you buy a mattress you can try it out for 90 days if not satisfied you can exchange or return it.

Had a wonderful experience at the store in Hobbs, NM. Came into the store and was greeted by Cynthia. Explain to her that I needed a king size mattress, and she asked me questions on the type of bed I like. She took me to two choices that she felt would suit me. They were both perfect. Not too soft, not too hard. I needed one rather quickly, so she took the time to look up when I could get the mattress. She also took the time to show me some they had in stock in the store. The manager then came over and introduced himself, and he helped to find something quickly. Also offered me a bottle of water. They worked together beautifully and we got the job done very quickly. I was so impressed with Cynthia’s knowledge of her product. She has been there eight years. and the manager was kind and fun to work with. You rarely find service like that anymore, so it was such a treat.

We had a good experience while shopping, the sales lady was very knowledgeable sweet, and kind. She showed us what we were looking for plus more, she also gave us a demo on the adjustable bed frams and how they work, while in the middle of her presentation, the store manager Omar interrupted her to introduce himself and said to ask him any questions if needed. We were not happy about that because it was rude for him to interrupt the sales lady. Overall we were pleased with the sales lady.

The evening we went in there, customer service was friendly enough. We were prepared to buy a new sectional and ottoman found one we fell in love with, signed to paper work set up a delivery date and was so excited until we got the phone call to schedule delivery 1 week after what we agreed on. Now a week may not sound like a lot, but when we bought our bed in May of 2022, we were told by the ned of May. Then the middle of June. Then the end of June.....finally by the end of October we got our bed. So one week push back gave us flash backs. I tried contacting my sales person and she was trying to contact the manager on both their days off. Wich I truly appreciate, but I did offer to go talk to the manager at the store and was told she couldn't do anything for me. So after most of the day waiting to find out what we were doing we just went up and canceled our order, just to find out the manager in the store could have helped us. All said and done, this will be the last time I try to do business with Ashley's

Messed up my order so I wasn’t able to get what I wanted after I was told I was going to be able too. Claims there was nothing that could be done to fix it.

Isaiah was great, helped me as soon as i walked in and i walked away with a great couch ! The only reason i gave 4 stars is because i was originally quoted a price of around $500 and then was told the price was actually around $900. Definitely sucked cause that was more than I was hoping to pay but Isaiah was very sincere in apologizing for his mistake and if that wasn’t the case I probably wouldn’t have continued with the purchase. Overall a good experience , Isaiah and Dre helped a lot !

I saw a dining table I loved in Lubbock Ashley…they had sold theirs (it was waiting pickup), so I called Hobbs to see if they had it. They had it in stock and the sales gal sent me a couple pictures. Their price was much higher than Lubbock and at first they didn’t want to match the price of the Lubbock store. I called Lubbock and the manager called the Hobbs manager and she agreed to match the price, so I was grateful. I paid online…it was delivered fine a few days later. This table was the last one they had and was a discontinued table. Sadly, the two sides with and without the butterfly leaf don’t line up correctly and it’s really obvious. Terribly flawed. The chairs were also dirty. I vacuumed and cleaned the chairs, but I have no idea how to fix the table’s poor quality. Super sad. I really love the table…the one in Lubbock I touched, sat at, crawled under, etc. and it lined up fine. I assumed the table in Hobbs would be the same. I should not have trusted it, I should have gone and looked at it. I’m sad the sales person didn’t point it out to me.

They will screw you around! I paid cash and got a check when they messed up my order! They refused to take back an item I didn't use and picked up myself!!! This is the worst place to do business!!!! DON'T BUY HERE THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!! Let me add that the store in Hobbs NM with Omar (management) and Cynthia was the WORST customer experience EVER! He pushed me off onto her when he realized how badly I needed the bed. She never helped me at all in fact messed my order up. And disappeared when I went back to have it corrected. Omar was rude about fixing my order. Horrible horrible customer service. NEVER GO HERE!!

Lexx was great. She greeted me when I entered and let me browse a bit when I said I was just looking without hovering over me. When I was ready, she was able to show me the bed I came in for and verified a good delivery date. The whole process was smooth and quick.

A little disappointed. I got home and looked on line prices were much cheaper. I called the sales person she said they do price match but I have to wait till friday to talk to manager. So will be calling Manager Friday and hope it gets fixed.

We bought a bedroom suit from Ashley. The one recieved was total different color than the one in the store. They said the sun must have faded the one in the store. We actually took a piece of furniture up there and showed them it wasn't even the same color. I watched one of the managers roll her eyes at my husband when he turned his back. Just showed how much they Respect their customers!! Then after multiple phone calls from us it was apparent this problem was not going to be resolved by Ashley. We stained the furniture ourselves after spending $1000's on a new bedroom set. I sure wish the old owners were there. The new owners will not stand behind their products!!

I was approved for $2000 in credit with differed interest which I was told that meant my interest would start immediately, which I was fine with. After picking out the couch and chair that fit within the amount I was approved for, I was brought a piece of paper that had 6 different payment plans. I ended up choosing the payment plan that was going to be $59/mo for 1.5 years. After signing the contract the sales rep then told me “oohhh I forgot you are differed interest, that paper and payment plant you selected doesn’t mean anything. Your payment might just be a little higher than what we selected.” Well my first bill showed up saying I owe $100/mo for 3 years. That is double the price for twice as long! So after speaking with the store manager her response was “it was explained to you that you were differed interest, there’s nothing I can do” and I explained to her that all I was told, prior to signing the contract, was that my interest would accrue immediately, there wouldn’t be any “same as cash” grace period and that nothing was mentioned about my payment being hire or for a longer time frame than we had discussed. I then told the store manager that due to the misleading on their behalf, I would like to return my furniture at which point the store manager said they do not do returns. This team is a bunch of thieves! They knew full well what they were doing the entire time! I have reported this incident to the Better Business Bureau. STEER CLEAR!

BUT - they proceeded to take the headboard and put it in front of the closet and place the LED light hookups in a box on the dresser. Then they just left. And Ashley’s is refusing to refund my money because they’re going to send someone by to “fix it” in a few days. As though I could leave a headboard that can fall on people just leaned against a closet I need to get into. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Contacted the customer service department and they said a ticket was created. I, apparently, am not important enough for them to at least give me the courtesy of a phone call. Plus, the other half of my furniture has been delayed for delivery until July. I can cancel the order but it will cost a 10% fee. Do not use Ashley for your furniture needs. Order it online through Amazon. They have better connections for shipping than Ashley. You may need to do some assembly but it is less expensive and faster. That is how I have furnished other rooms in the house. If I could give Ashley less than one star I would.

I purchased several furniture pieces from Ashley Furniture. The queen bed which I purchased for my bedroom had the footboard break and the entire bed collapsed. I have been calling Ashley Furniture customer service since it is still under warranty for over a month now trying to get a technician out to my house to fix it with no luck. Every time I call, which has been more than 10 times now, someone tells me a technician will be in touch within 48 hours and one customer service representative even told me a service technician was scheduled to come today but no one ever came or called. My bench to my vanity also snapped a leg this morning and my bed has many chips where the bed collapsed and my son’s dresser also has a large chip in it. It is incredibly frustrating how many times I have tried to get a technician here to fix these issues, all of the furniture pieces are still under warranty, but because of the lack of customer service I doubt I will ever purchase from Ashley Furniture ever again. The furniture is cheap, will take forever to come in once ordered and will break or fall apart after just a few months. Update on this issue: The manager is refusing to fix the footboard to my bed even though have purchased over $10,000 worth of furniture from Ashley over the last 5 years and despite purchasing the Purple Cow protection for all my furniture which is seemingly useless. I will never purchase from Ashley Furniture ever again. They do not care about their customers at all and have poor quality and customer service.

Ordered furniture in March, was able to cancel my 2,000 after contacting someone from another branch (Hobbs refused refunds) 5 months after not receiving my furniture. Refund should take between 4-6 weeks, now at 8 weeks they have the refund processed in their system, they just don't know where the check is. Ordered here because my mom recieved her furniture in 3 weeks. I recieved various other pieces within a month of the initial order. However waiting on the couches and refund method has already reached the 9 month mark all together. I will definitely go to walmart or big lots where they don't advertise furniture they no longer have at a warehouse.

We were greeted at the door, explained a few promotions going on, asked what we were looking for and explained the ordering process if they didn’t have what we wanted on the floor. Went to Ashleys looking to buy a mattress, my sales person was Jessica Sanchez, very nice lady I'm very pleased with her, by the time I went back to the office to sign paperwork, she had everything ready.

This was the best buying experience ever. I bought the Ashley Warnerton recliner, sofa and loveseat. All are dual power so no electric cords to trip over or worry about toddlers messing with. My sales person was Zulema and was so helpful. I am so extremely happy with this furniture. I am a chiropractor and I have recommended beds to help bad backs for years saying we spend 1/3 of our lives in them. I totally missed the boat on furniture. You will spend probably 1/3 of your life sitting or reclining in your home and I think now after sitting in the Warnerton furniture I am convinced the furniture you sit in may just have more of an effect good or bad on your spine than your bed. This is to me the most spine supportive furniture I have ever experienced. Thank you Ashley Furniture!!
