Then the saleswoman comes over as says she changed the mattress type and mattress base without coming to me. I definitely wasn't happy about this after having a deal made. So I left.

They will screw you around! I paid cash and got a check when they messed up my order! They refused to take back an item I didn't use and picked up myself!!! This is the worst place to do business!!!! Me and my husband were just there to look around for mattresses for the house and we knew that we were just there to browse. We were stopped by one of the ladies who work there and she was nice, polite but then we respectfully declined the offer she decided to go speak with the manager. After a few minutes to ourself the manger showed and introduce himself to us then he began to be very disrespectful and judgmental towards how my husband makes this amount of money and his sleeping habits. He works 12+ hours 6 days a week. It's a painful job and it's often how he comes home plops on the couch in the living room til he's passes out. He was extremely rude and I know my husband, he would let people talk and talk but once he makes up his mind there's no way ur gonna get him to take it back. He's going to allow you say things and basically waste ur time. We sat there listening to him rant for almost 40 minutes about why he needs to get a bed "today". Idk why this manger was starting to get aggressive when my husband just looked at him and kept repeating himself. I'm assuming it's because the manger just wanted to make him spend his money or he had nothing else to do... I honestly don't know. But what I really don't understand is how when we refused service from the lady she decides to tell her manger to bother us... After the manager finally gives up I've asked for a business card so we can "come back" to work with him. But this dude refused and offered me the girls card and I look directly towards him and said no. Why the hell would I want her card when you clearly wanted to be apart of the "decision making". After months past I came back to Hobbs to see if I can look at the beds alone but as soon as I walked in... he was there with the same woman at there little table just staring me down when I locked I contacted i immediately walked towards the beds took photos of the brand names then left. I wasnt going to let myself get bothered. I've read other reviews on Google yelp and on the website... I've been reading similar complaints about the manger and couldn't believe how he is still employed there. Then the reviews on the website was so fake I didnt understand how no one was addressing this man and calling him out of his ignorance.

I went to Ashleys browsing, thinking the process would take a a trip or two to complete. Zulema however made my life easy! She was thorough, helpful, kind, and made sure I knew all my options. The manager Drea was also very nice and polite! 10/10 experience.

We actually took a piece of furniture up there and showed them it wasn't even the same color. I watched one of the managers roll her eyes at my husband when he turned his back. Just showed how much they Respect their customers!! Then after multiple phone calls from us it was apparent this problem was not going to be resolved by Ashley. We stained the furniture ourselves after spending $1000's on a new bedroom set. I sure wish the old owners were there. The new owners will not stand behind their products!!

With my wife recently out of surgery and my father in law out of hospital we were looking for comfy recliners for both.. Our sales rep was so understanding and didn't make us feel rushed being that my family was moving throughout the store like turtles.. She made us feel very welcoming and comfortable we will definitely be going back to this specific location when we order for our new home soon! ❤️

I ended up choosing the payment plan that was going to be $59/mo for 1.5 years. After signing the contract the sales rep then told me “oohhh I forgot you are differed interest, that paper and payment plant you selected doesn’t mean anything. Your payment might just be a little higher than what we selected.” Well my first bill showed up saying I owe $100/mo for 3 years. That is double the price for twice as long! So after speaking with the store manager her response was “it was explained to you that you were differed interest, there’s nothing I can do” and I explained to her that all I was told, prior to signing the contract, was that my interest would accrue immediately, there wouldn’t be any “same as cash” grace period and that nothing was mentioned about my payment being hire or for a longer time frame than we had discussed. I then told the store manager that due to the misleading on their behalf, I would like to return my furniture at which point the store manager said they do not do returns. This team is a bunch of thieves! They knew full well what they were doing the entire time! I have reported this incident to the Better Business Bureau. STEER CLEAR!

BUT - they proceeded to take the headboard and put it in front of the closet and place the LED light hookups in a box on the dresser. Then they just left. And Ashley’s is refusing to refund my money because they’re going to send someone by to “fix it” in a few days. As though I could leave a headboard that can fall on people just leaned against a closet I need to get into. 🤦🏼‍♀️

This is an update for my previous three star review. Ashley is now a one star. Still have not been contacted by their tech to fix a broken door on the media cabinet delivered three week ago. Contacted the customer service department and they said a ticket was created. I, apparently, am not important enough for them to at least give me the courtesy of a phone call. Plus, the other half of my furniture has been delayed for delivery until July. I can cancel the order but it will cost a 10% fee. Do not use Ashley for your furniture needs. Order it online through Amazon. They have better connections for shipping than Ashley. You may need to do some assembly but it is less expensive and faster. That is how I have furnished other rooms in the house. If I could give Ashley less than one star I would.

No biggie came back Saturday and said they can not release my furniture because they’re financing department has a hod on it which this was payed for on the spot. This was the worst place ever to shop for furniture. We came in and they greeted us and everything was going good. We found a couch for my mother in law and we wanted to purchase it. The guy that was helping us was so nice! He gave us a great deal & was helpful. Then out of the blue a manager comes out trying to take his sale. The manager didn't know what he was talking about or cared about what we wanted. The other guy knew what we wanted and gave us the price we liked. After paying for the couch we patiently waited and after about a month we called to check about the order and they told us it was about another month out yet we didn't get our couch until six months after the purchase. While we were waiting for our couch we were told multiple different dates which were all false. Also the lady that answers the phone is super rude. Never buying from Ashley's ever.

I tried calling the local store and was put on hold forever. I called the 800 number and they told me to call the local store. Very frustrating!

I purchased several furniture pieces from Ashley Furniture. The queen bed which I purchased for my bedroom had the footboard break and the entire bed collapsed. I have been calling Ashley Furniture customer service since it is still under warranty for over a month now trying to get a technician out to my house to fix it with no luck. Every time I call, which has been more than 10 times now, someone tells me a technician will be in touch within 48 hours and one customer service representative even told me a service technician was scheduled to come today but no one ever came or called. My bench to my vanity also snapped a leg this morning and my bed has many chips where the bed collapsed and my son’s dresser also has a large chip in it. It is incredibly frustrating how many times I have tried to get a technician here to fix these issues, all of the furniture pieces are still under warranty, but because of the lack of customer service I doubt I will ever purchase from Ashley Furniture ever again. The furniture is cheap, will take forever to come in once ordered and will break or fall apart after just a few months. Update on this issue: The manager is refusing to fix the footboard to my bed even though have purchased over $10,000 worth of furniture from Ashley over the last 5 years and despite purchasing the Purple Cow protection for all my furniture which is seemingly useless. I will never purchase from Ashley Furniture ever again. They do not care about their customers at all and have poor quality and customer service.

Ordered furniture in March, was able to cancel my 2,000 after contacting someone from another branch (Hobbs refused refunds) 5 months after not receiving my furniture. Refund should take between 4-6 weeks, now at 8 weeks they have the refund processed in their system, they just don't know where the check is. Ordered here because my mom recieved her furniture in 3 weeks. I recieved various other pieces within a month of the initial order. However waiting on the couches and refund method has already reached the 9 month mark all together. I will definitely go to walmart or big lots where they don't advertise furniture they no longer have at a warehouse.

We were greeted at the door, explained a few promotions going on, asked what we were looking for and explained the ordering process if they didn’t have what we wanted on the floor. Randy was our sales man. He gave us some space and let us decide! He was so very helpful and informative on the whole process! While we waited on paperwork Gilbert gave us a tutorial of the bed technology and we fell in love with it! Went to Ashleys looking to buy a mattress, my sales person was Jessica Sanchez, very nice lady I'm very pleased with her, by the time I went back to the office to sign paperwork, she had everything ready.

This was the best buying experience ever. I bought the Ashley Warnerton recliner, sofa and loveseat. All are dual power so no electric cords to trip over or worry about toddlers messing with. My sales person was Zulema and was so helpful. I am so extremely happy with this furniture. I am a chiropractor and I have recommended beds to help bad backs for years saying we spend 1/3 of our lives in them. I totally missed the boat on furniture. You will spend probably 1/3 of your life sitting or reclining in your home and I think now after sitting in the Warnerton furniture I am convinced the furniture you sit in may just have more of an effect good or bad on your spine than your bed. This is to me the most spine supportive furniture I have ever experienced. Thank you Ashley Furniture!!

We purchased a bedroom suite for our daughter that was moving into her new house for college on May 24, 2021. It is now August 11, 2021 and have been informed that it will be October before the order is filled. I have called multiple times and have been hung up on every time. No one can seem to help me. Melissa called with the VIP group and I was unable to take the call at the time when I called back customer service said they couldn't transfer me to her or to the group and I could email the company. Who does business like this? I will never buy from this company again and all I want is my money back so my daughter will have some furniture before October.

We ordered a new bed for our 14 year son. No big deal seeing as how he has a bed but we wanted to surprise him with a bigger, new one. We were told it would be 2 weeks. That was mid May.. here it is August and I have only had one call from them saying we would get our delivery in a week... that was 2 weeks ago. If we had known it was going to take so long to get, we would have shopped around, even Big Lots had beds in stock. We will not buy from Ashley again.

Takes too long to receive furniture and customer service could be a lot better! I ordered a Recliner, sectional, and ottoman on January 4th, 2021. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks to receive. I received the recliner February 5th, 2021. The delivery guys dropped the recliner off in my house and got me to sign something and left. I noticed a stain on the recliner arm and I called them and he rejected my call after we had just spoken on the phone about their arrival. I was able to get some of the stain out after 2 attempts. I was then told the sectional and ottoman would arrive the last week of February. I called the last week of February and was informed the sectional wasn’t going to arrive until March 31st. Customer Service is horrible here. The only sales associate willing to help is Randy, all others ignore you or brush you away at the counter. My mother and I came in to inquire about an instore credit she received. She placed a $13k order back in September 2020, and as of January 2021, she hasn’t received anything. She is still waiting...when we called for status, to make up for the Delay, the associate gave her $1000, the least the can do after a $13k purchase. However upon going to the store to claim it, the associate at the counter wasn’t interested in providing us with any service. We were ignored and when we tried to ask questions when we finally got her attention, we were brushed off. No customer courtesy, no attentive service, no friendly smile, no service. She made us feel as if we were interrupting her day.

Ordered a bunk bed for my children and paid in cash, was told that the set would come in from 2-3 weeks. 4 weeks later, we called to check on the status and were told that it won’t be ready till December (2 months after order)! We were completely unnotified! If we knew we wouldn’t have ordered, we have our 3 children cramped in one bed and we are rushed to get one ASAP!! We want our money back and still haven’t got a response after letting them know already! Don’t order here! False information and bad service!

She and her manager were on top of providing arrival dates for our furniture and they were very honest about delays. We knew that there might be a slight delay due to COVID but we weren’t too concerned because every other company had quoted us a 10-12 week arrival time. After we ordered our furniture, Cynthia followed up with us a couple of days later to provide us with a detailed update on arrival dates, which we loved! But it was not going to fit and we told her we had to chose a different one but when we decided to get a cheaper one she got very upset and said that the manager said we had to spend the same amount of money if not they were going to charge us 25% of what we had already paid and we paid 1600 dlls and we end up buying else a dinning room set but until then i was ok with it, and she said it was going to take between 2 to 6 weeks but like four weeks went by and we decided to go to the store and ask them about it and then they told us we weren’t going to get our furniture until february that’s 4 months they push us to buy the furniture and lie about the date if i could i would give them half star

Me and my husband order a bedroom set in July and were told by our salesman Giovanni that our bedroom would be delivered in 6 weeks and after a few weeks of buying the bedroom set my husband received a call from our salesman saying that our bedroom was going to be delivered soon, it has been 4 months and every time i call to ask if they have any updates on the bedroom they always say that it will be delivered in two weeks and then the two weeks pass and its the same thing all over again, I have bought furniture from the same company at a different location which was Midland and my furniture was delivered in less than 2 months which is why I don't understand why its taking so long for my bedroom set to arrive. They advised I would have to call the store in Lubbock. I called the store and asked for a refund. The store agreed to refund the funds back to my visa. I then called again, they stated they sent the refund but it didn't go through. They asked for my card information again and stated it would be sent. This has happened twice. Need to revise my review. I do love the furniture options and the beauty of the layout of the Hobbs store. However, we ARE NOT happy with the wait we are having to deal with right now. 1. We ordered my husband's desk on August 8, 2020 and we have just been told that he won't have it until November 3rd! What? 2. We ordered barstools and my desk around August 15, 2020. We were told the barstools are in the Lubbock warehouse along with the small side table we ordered. Granted we were only told this AFTER I called the Hobbs store on my own. No phone calls from our salespeople! 3. My desk should be here sometime in October. What? I believe that our barstools and side table, which are in the Lubbock warehouse SHOULD be delivered now and the desks should be delivered after they arrive. I am not understanding why everything will be delivered once everything is at the warehouse. I am sure there are other orders coming to Hobbs and the items already there could come now.

When we went looking at some queen size mattresses, we were just going to look, at Ashley Homestore but the sales person, Andrea was very helpful in explaining to us about the softness and firmness of the different mattresses which helped us in making a decision as to which type of mattresses we wanted. Went to the Hobbs store yesterday looking for a king size bed and they took good care of us. We ended up being able to customize the bedroom set to be what we wanted and customize a sectional couch and all for a decent price. Would definitely return when we need something else.

I paid a bunch of money for my couches and the reclining mechanism quit working on them after only 11 months. They would not replace them but offered to fix them. Well the parts arrived to fix them and have been sitting here for 3 months and I cant get anyone out here to fix them. Their products are over priced and cheaply made. They do not last, and its impossible to get them fixed. I wont be buying from them again.

Had to come back and repost after sale. The store is very unhelpful. Initially the customer sale is good but once sale is done they leave you on your own to figure out scheduling and delivery, customer service with an automation system that don't ever help you. I am working on getting my money back because my furniture is apparently 3 months out after they told me 6 weeks. To make matters worse, they will not help with refund but send you to an automated computer. Cheap place to get furniture, but worst customer service. If you don't care about customer service and have 3-4 months to wait to get furniture.... come here. If not save your yourself the headache and money.

Went to the store to inquire on the status of delivery and was told to wait until the end of the month of january and if it wasnt delivered by then to go to the store and they would push for a quicker delivery. I would definitely recommend ashley furniture to everyone. The customer service was the best I have ever received in a furniture store and didnt feel pushed to buy.

Everything is overpriced for bad quality that wont last long. Also their sales people are rude they follow you when you tell them you're just looking. I thought "just looking" means I'm not going to buy anything. But he took that as "I'm gonna see if I can make some money by referring them to something they may or may not be interested in" which we weren't. I understand it's a sales position but theres a such thing as being too pushy.

This was your typical Ashley Furniture store. The employees were not very sharkish and did not attack us as soon as we entered the store. We were able to find what we need and overall had a good expierence at the store. The store was also very clean, organized and stocked. I would probably come back to this location again.

Giovanni was a great salesman from the start. Very knowledgeable and helpful. The options were many for what we were looking for and although I think the prices are higher than other places, I was willing to make the investment. We ordered on Thursday and already got the phone call to set up delivery for Tuesday! Nice!
