Had a great experience at this Ashley’s location! The staff is amazing and very helpful! Kobi went above and beyond to help me with what I was looking for in the store! What I also liked there was no pushy up sales and that makes a difference when you are on a budget!

The men did an excellent job of delivering my new furniture. They sat it down where I requested. They even moved a recliner to a different room. Overall I'm satisfied. We were looking for living room furniture. Great job gentleman. On our second trip to the store I told Mauricio that I was looking for a bigger chair so he looked around and found several for us to look at. He was amazing but at the end of the day I stayed with the original chair that matches the furniture that we purchased.

Shopping for a new couch and bed was so nice. Reggie was so helpful and gave us all the right options. We never felt pressured at any moment in the process. We will definitely be back!

I know the salesman Ed, so we asked for Ed. We went there to buy a king sized mattress to replace our 14 year old sleep number bed. We ended up buying a mattress, foundation and a cooling mattress cover. We also bought an electric reclining love sofa that is long enough for me to nap on and two reclining chairs that match! Ed did a great job getting us the discounted prices, warranties and delivery in 2 hours! Also, 1 year no interest financing as well! I love Ashley Furniture!

Love the end tables!! Jesus and Mauricio were fantastic! I am pretty upset with Maureen she promise to get my paper work and my tables and glass ready to travel across the curves mountains to Artesia. She did not have paper work ready nor did she get the glass and tables ready for travel. When Mauricio called her she said she had not gotten the sale ready. She did have someone pull the tables to the back. When my son pulled around to the back at Ashley’s the tables were only wrapped with plastic wrap. My son said they could not travel as far as we are going like that. My son asked for a box or bubble wrap the young man could not find any box. So my son hunted in a trash can in the bay and found some bubble wrap and proceed to wrap the glass then he put the tables in back of his pickup and drove to the hardware store to buy something to tie them down for the trip. Not a happy customer at this time. I’m the last few months I have made big purchases from Ashley’s because you do have furniture I like!!

Incredibly unsatisfied with customer service. My sofa was not assembled correctly by the delivery team and one of the pillows is missing. Customer service is all automated and not helpful at all, failing to resolve the problem. I went into the store for assistance all the staff did was text me a link to the AI customer service which couldn't resolve the issue. I WILL NEVER do business with Ashley Furniture again.

Bought a comfortable chair at Ashley. They were anxious to give discounts. The experience was very pleasant except for one thing. They have a "sleep doctor" who wants to demonstrate expensive mattresses. If I was interested in mattresses that would be great but I just wanted a chair.

Delivery was very rushed and unpolite. We removed old mattresses and we were trying to sweep dust when the delivery guys did not wait for me to finish he placed base. They were instructed to remove old mattress and almost drove off without it.

Mauricio was outstanding and made the sale by recognizing that I had already done my research and knew what I was looking for. I didn't see the sectional I was after in the store and was headed out the door to see where online it could be found. He greeted me coming in but also, heading out. He said to at least let me look it up, and he was sure he would have something similar in that brand so I could at least check out the fabric and construction to see if it suited me. He looked up the sectional model I was after, and it turned out I had walked right by the unit I was looking for. Although the model on the floor was not the color we were after, we enjoyed how our future sectional was going to feel while he got the right one on order in under 5 minutes. We were glad to stop searching and we were also glad the final deal he made with us was $150. under our budget. I am sure Mauricio felt the accomplishment of making the sale to potential customers on the way out the door. Mauricio was on the spot with the info and gave us the option to let us check out the quality of the piece and color on something similar the brand offered. He was easy going, courteous, and a professional. I will go to Ashley and talk to Mauricio first about pieces we plan to buy in the near future before I look elsewhere. Thank you, Chris Conway

Purchased a Beautyrest adjustable platform bed in early February. The bed was on clearance and we were told the bed worked and came with the remote. Delivered the bed without the remote. Told us they would get the remote to us when the rest of our furniture was delivered. Delivery day arrived and once again no remote. We have been to the store several times attempting to get the remote without success. Last time we were in the store we asked them to take the bed back and refund our money. We were told that was not possible since they have moved to a new computer system and were unable to see our order. Here we are 4 months later and still no remote. I would give zero stars if I could. In response to my original review I was asked to call the store to attempt to resolve. Call what I am guessing the Las Cruces Ashley store using the 575 phone number and I get a call center who cannot connect me to the store and are unable to help me. Not sure how far I am supposed to go to resolve this issue. As stated we have been to the store several times in an attempt to get a remote that should have been delivered with the bed. The Las Cruces store should have my contact info as I have left it each time I have visited. Once again, I would leave zero stars if I could. If Ashley really wanted to help me they would have done so by now.

I paid $86 extra to have desk put together. I then found out after a number of times the small desk was not able to be assembled. Don’t know if I will shop there again as I live alone and am 80 years old.

He also explained a protection policy that would enable us to be confident that the dresser would function and look fine years from now. The entire process was another and made us grateful for his knowledge and courtesy in helping us. Thank you ...we will be back as we plan our move to los cruises. .

After waiting for a month we finally received our furniture. The delivery guys are awesome and courteous. It just took to long waiting and all the mixed up with their new system but gave us a $450 discount for waiting.

I find the quality of their products lower tier vs what you pay. I would definitely find an alternative place to go. Since the beginning, I’ve had an issue with one of their tables. They refinished it and the refinishing was a horrible job and they then sent me a replacement. The replacement is starting to give the same issues as the previous table however, since I’ve now hit over a year since my initial purchase. They are refusing to get this issue resolved. (Replacement table is less than a year since I had it) Obviously, this is a quality issue with this particular table, however, with their lack of willingness to help out for a product (without charging $350 to pick up and fix) that they sold me, I am all about company loyalty but just shows in my opinion they are not in it for the customer. I Personally, will always avoid Ashley furniture from now on.

Shaun was uncommonly considerate and creative in meeting our needs. This in addition to his pleasant demeanor and thorough product knowledge. The furniture we ordered developed delivery issues beyond the previously expected arrival date. Our need was immediate, so Shaun took it upon himself to design a way we could take possession of set that was in store. This extra effort saved the day for us. As this was the furniture we really wanted after a thorough search of the city. Our shopping and purchase experience could not have been better because of his concern. His constant good humor and patience in answering multitudes of questions was greatly appreciated. Having been in sales thru my lifetime,I am generally a difficult customer and seldom have complete praise for salespeople. This is a rare occasion, when I can find nothing lacking whatsoever. M. Went yesterday. Walked in. Not a single person acknowledged or greeted me or offered to assist me. It hit me when one female employee nearly broke her neck to offer to assist a white woman, although she clearly saw me walking around looking for furniture. Needless to say, I will NEVER return to this Ashley. I don't know if I was discriminatory against me, or what. But it sure felt that way. Thank God they didn't visibly have what I was looking for, but even if they did, I would never spend a penny in such a place who treats certain customers this way.

Got you! That was our experience today at Ashley's. As we entered the store, Reggie received us with a big welcome. He inquired about our visit. We were quick to respond, "a new mattress and it cannot be firm, no memory foam, no pillow-top, non-cooling mattress." Wow! Were we surprised when he introduced us to the Ashley brand mattress line. After trying them out, we knew we had found our mattress, and boy were we surprised when we found out it was a memory foam! He got us! Reggie is a very professional sales representative. The price of the sofa was good and the salesman was friendly, but the $90 dollars for the delivery was a waste of money. Instead of carefully noting and either moving items that might have been in the way, it was hurry up, hurry up. The delivery ended up in having a valued lamp broken and not even an apology for the breakage. Very dissatisfied and will never recommend this store to anyone.

We had a wonderful experience at Ashley's Furniture Las Cruces. Ed our salesman listened to our issue with a previous purchase, which was in all honesty our fault, three years ago! He went to the extent of bringing our issue to Mrs. Bowman, the actual owner! She listened and did all in her power to fix our problem. They are great people and we are extremely satisfied and happy with our new purchase. The price was excellent! Ashley furniture is a decent store to buy furniture from. When Ashley has their sales is the only time I go. One complaint I have is the sales team waits for you near the door like vultures. Even if you had talked to a different sales person the day before, they seem eager to sell you things themselves. This is because they work on commission. It just makes the buying process less enjoyable. Like a dealership I won't buy from the guy who comes bugging me. That's why I sought out the guy who helped me first, for every time I went back. I was looking for a recliner. I was greeted at the door with smile. A young lady named Danielle Guerrero, who was very friendly, very informative and very polite. I would highly recommend anyone to go and do business with Danielle at Ashley's homestore in Las Cruces NM.

They have great furniture. I don't like the feeling of like I'm being watched, or feeling like I'm being followed around. I went in early Monday looking for some odds and ends, one being an area rug, and I was very disappointed in the rugs they had. Some were hanging up and a lot of them were just hanging over other rugs. And all the rugs didn't even look nice and new. They all looked like they had been there for years and didn't look new. Looked old and used. So that was disappointing.

Danielle was VERY helpful. She went out of her way to help us figure out what was within our budget and she took the time doing so. Def will be back for future purchases.

Need Furniture, shop here. From the moment we entered Ashley’s, Rick introduced himself and left us alone. He is the go to salesman when in this establishment. He assisted us for 3 weeks and was extremely helpful. We did purchase a 3-piece sectional with electric recliners and a pop up coffee table with storage. Mike and Carlos delivered and setup our furniture. They conducted themselves in an efficient professional manner, they were extremely polite and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about the staff at Ashley here in LC. I had come in last Friday and purchased a electric recliner for my elderly father. The salesmen was amazing and so very helpful. He took the time to help me pick a model that would be perfect for my dad. They even agreed to take his old recliner free of charge for me when they delivered the new one. Then the worst thing happened. My father passed away on Sunday. So I didn’t have a need for the recliner anymore. I went into the store on Monday and explained what happened. They were so amazing. I can’t even begin to describe how much I appreciated the care and compassion they had. The team and the manager immediately took care of everything very quickly and refunded the entire purchase. I know the next time I need to buy I’m going to come here because of how these amazing people were on what was the worst day of my life.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! After my wife and I made a very expensive purchase for Ashley Furniture we unfortunately could not take delivery of the items and called to cancel the order the very next day. After waiting 2 days with no response on the third day I received a phone call from Wanda Bowman(owner)stating that she would not refund all my money because there was a 20% order fee and will charge us $690!!! Even though the items we purchased were on the floor and did not have to be ordered she still refused to refund us all our money back! We will NEVER shop at her store again and have told everyone we know to stay from from that store!!!

Kind of weird. Kind of shady. Bought a chair, but I regret it now. The name and type of chair wasn't specified on my sales receipt. Not even sure I got the one I wanted. Felt smaller once I got it home. Apparently that's just how they do business.

I am still waiting for the store to contact me about an item I received damaged. It’s been 6 days since I was last physically in the store and not one call. I have called customer care and they assured me the store would be able to help and all they have done is completely ignore me. Buyer Beware! My Dad bought an electric recliner lift chair. The 1st one was too hard and he exchanged for a different one! You only have “so many hours” to have in your home and then you can’t return. Well, this one also has very little padding and still VERY uncomfortable!! The owner will not bend in any way to fix the problem and no refund was her only answer! Make the trip to El Paso instead. Lazy Boy has a great warranty and 100% satisfaction policy! Ashley Furniture, you are worthless when you sell poor quality items and have poor customer service!

I bought a beautiful well made bedroom set from Maureen Greene. Unfortunately they didn’t stock this style of bedroom set. I had found one at Ikards that I loved, but decided to check out Ashley’s to see if they had something comparable. Maureen said she had a set that was high quality and I would really like it. It was only sold through their catalog. She explained about how it was made, hardware etc… Maureen like many of Ashley’s sales folks have been with the store for many years. That is one of the big reasons I like Shopping there. If I’m not satisfied they will see me over and over. I know they will do their best for me. So I purchased the set only from seeing in catalog and Maureen’s descriptions. Wow! It arrived at my house and I love it!! It’s high quality, and it looks great in my bedroom. I’m very pleased and happy I trusted Maureen. I have already returned to discuss my next purchases. The two young ladies in the office are also very professional and personal. We have purchased a couple of items from Ashley Furniture, a sofa with electronics and a Tempur-Pedic bed. We have had the sofa for a little over a year, and it seems to be doing fine. More recently we purchased the Tempur-Pedic bed. Reggie Blalock (the salesman) spent a sufficient amount of time with us explaining the beds, however he did not offer the display model which was lower in price than the newer models. We decided to think about the price before we jumped into a hefty payment, so we left. Originally we asked for Maureen Greene (saleslady), who is a friend of the family, but unfortunately she was not there, so we talked to Reggie. After a couple of days later, we decided to go back and talk to Maureen, she immediately took us over the the display model that was less in price than the new models, plus we'd get it quick. She made a deal, we asked for the extras as she added them into the package deal. We had the bed 4 days later, plus she threw in a mattress cover and a couple of pillows. Great customer service Maureen. Thank you! However, I must add that I'm not impressed with Wanda (store owner)! She did not give me the time of day after seeing us in her store two times, purchasing her items. She also advertises on the radio she orders extra, not true, it takes 4 - 6 weeks to get a new model off her floor. So all in all, I'd recommend Ashley furniture, Reggie Blalock and Maureen Greene!

Customer service is a nightmare here! My husband and I bought a mirror in store and the mirror was defective so we exchanged it for one that wasn't defective. Unfortunately, months later the mirror is starting to have defects again. I called into the store and spoke to Stephanie who was rude and didn't provide any solutions. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from Ashley's unless you're sure of it. Their "customer service" if you can even call it that and their "customer service" team (I called headquarters) is an absolute joke.

Pretty much bare showroom floor.

My wife and I were told that they have a certain mattress currently in stock and that they will be able to deliver, whenever we are ready. So we purchased the mattress. Moreover, I called the following week and I was told that the mattress was not in stock and would have to wait a month. Moral of the story, when purchasing get an aaddendum , when they mention that they have certain items in "stock". I will be going back to get a refund.

We will not buy furniture here again. We bought 2 large couches and were convinced by their salesman to get the extra warranty. He made a huge pitch about how the warranty would cover any kind of damage that you could imagine. Well, we discovered a seam rip and and guess what? It's not covered. So their amazing warranty doesn't cover the simplest of repairs. You lost us Ashley furniture.

That store is a joke I should of read this reviews before I bought anything there ..never in my life would i buy anything from there. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER..!!!

0 stars they robbed me. This lady rushed us into a sale. Not telling us that I had to have it paid off before I’d receive my furniture. They still won’t tell the truth about where my furniture is; if I call them they say it’s coming from California and because of COVID-19 it’s taking a while. I call the financial company and they tell me that I’ll receive my furniture after I complete the pay off.

Save your time and money and shop elsewhere. We are paying on furniture that we don’t have and have been promised to us several times with no luck. It also does no good to talk to the owner Mrs. Bowman because she could care less from the tone and attitude she had with us on the phone, not to mention she hung up on us as we were asking another question. In the end she is still getting paid while us as a customer suffers. Shop somewhere that makes you feel appreciated as a customer and person in general and skip This place.

Salesperson was nice, got a good deal, but store and floor is filthy. Also furniture. Looks like they havent cleaned in a year. They must not own a mop or bucket. Or a vacuum .

Took to long to get item

We have purchased many items from this store however lately service has been lousy. We were looking for a living room set. Closed during covid however there was a kiosk outside and a salesperson. He said to keep looking and they will price match online. We found the exact same thing online and we went back to the store and were told “no it has to be online through Ashley furniture”. Than we settled on something else and went back to the store during working hours and it closed. No kiosk and sales person outside. Door locked. We figured it was because of covid. We called and no answer. So we called on Tuesday and they couldn’t figure out why it was closed? They said maybe we didn’t see the kiosk?? We walked up to the door it was locked. No kiosk. We than order led furniture via telephone. It was bought and set up. Nice looking set. We paid almost 6,000.00 for the set. Well it doesn’t seem comfortable to us. We called back and they said “sorry we don’t buy back”. After being a customer for years and paying over 5000.00 for a set they couldn’t work with us. Such bad customer service. So much for being a “hometown” type of store. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone! Bad business.

I Ordered online, was supposed to get a gaming chair. Never received. No follow-up or no action was taken by store, let alone to even get it shipped. I had to reach out 6 days later after it was supposed to be received. To see what was going on no response until the next day. Just Worst Experience ever!!! I'll stick to amazon or even Staples. This place is disappointing

They took a lot longer than what we were quoted and they said they didn’t have what we ordered so we had to get the display furniture. We were also there in store for more than half an hour before asked if we needed help.

It's a joke of a store. Representative gives an long estimated dates, incorrect information and delivery dates which the item should be delivered to my location but choose not notify me about my items delivery and messed up schedule plans. do not go to this if you can avoid doing so!

We were greeted by the most friendly group of people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Whether they were the sales' agent or the owner, we were treated like guests in their home! Wanda Bowman is the store owner and we had the BEST experience while deciding what to get. Every person who works for her said how much they LOVE her AND LOVE working for her from delivery guys to employees on the floor or behind the desk! They all said she is THE BEST BOSS!!! We felt the same way-- Wanda is the BEST!!! Her store offers gorgeous, quality furniture and she offers the best prices around. They will make you happy; I will not go anyplace else. I am in the market for a Loveseat either with built in recliner or an audomen. Went to furniture row and a guy named Patrick been over backwards to help me even though I didn't buy anything. Went to Ashley furniture right after walked around the entire store. I sat on a few loveseats. There wer several salespersons on the floor. Not one of them offered to help me. Last time I go to Ashley's Furniture Store.

Bought a couth that makes in to a bed.

1 Star is not for the customer service. The one star is for the STORE OWNER Ms BOWENS! My wife and I came in and wanted a new sofa four our new apartment and the sales guy Anthony was extremely helpful and awesome. He answered all of our questions and concerns, After we found the one we wanted We’re we’re approved for it with no issues and a “OK” from the store owner that we were too buy the sectional without the middle pice of it. Went too pick it up the same day 2 hours later then the store owner said Anthony can’t sell you the sofa without the middle pice because I’ll be stuck with it . She said too me either you can get you’re money back or cancel the order or we can order it and wait 3 weeks due too COVID . I was like NOO! the reason I wanted it it’s because of convince so I want it today. Went back inside the store and the owner preceded too scream at Anthony because she said it was his fault but however he had got the approval from her not but 2 hours earlier. So long story short we ended up getting the middle part of the sofa and delivery fee waived. If you’re ever going into this store DO NOT ASK FOR MS BOWENS she is extremely rude too her employees and her staff . She should not be running this store if she is going too be unprofessional towards her staff . Anthony thank you for everything you were able too help us out considering the hassle from you’re boss . Pricing was competitive Delivery was rapid installation and assembly time is very satisfactory. Very professional and friendly. 5 out of 5 if you need a bed room set this is the place to go.

Went into the store looking to buy a new bed. Walked around the entire store and not one sales associate asked if they could help me. There was one young man who was sitting on a couch on his cell phone who I thought was a customer but he went over to a couple and asked if they were doing ok. Never bothering to ask if I needed help. Then there he was again sitting on another couch on his cell phone. Very disappointed. I really liked several of the beds, but with that kind of customer service I will look elsewhere!!

Through Ashley's is a national brand, it is owned locally by a wonderful woman who supports Las Cruces ang the University. Please do your shopping with Wanda. I do!

Absolutely appalled by the way the owner treated my fiancé and myself. Our Sales associate was great and told us not to worry Wanda takes care of everyone she is super nice and will most definitely price match if it’s our furniture at another store. Well Ashley actually makes the couch we wanted, but Furniture City had it for almost $600 cheaper. Asked to price match and she laughed at us, wouldn’t look at us in the eye and told us she wouldn’t help us all within an awkward 5 seconds. The sales associate had a look like what’s happening. I understand we look young, and weren’t YOUR type of customer but stereotyping and not even giving your customers a chance to speak shows what type of business she runs. Little did she know we had a dining room set picked out from her store and a coffee table picked out as well as a $4k couch. She lost a lot of business yesterday, she lost her associate commission, and she lost numerous sales in the future by treating us the way she did. Drove directly to El Paso and bought our couch, after they gave us ANOTHER discount. Highly recommend Furniture City over Ashley any day. Same EXACT furniture but better prices!

Good customer service from the sales person but the worst service ever from the owner!!! As a local business owner I like to support local. The sales person said the owner would price match from an El Paso store. When the sales person presented the offer to the owner, the owner didn’t even say hi and automatically denied it without hearing me out. I highly recommend Furniture City in El Paso. They have the same furniture with better prices and service!

my wife and i went in to the store walked around the store twice and no one would ever help us Employees were just standing there talking to each other but as soon as someone else would walk in they would help them. Just because I have been doing yard work and wasn't dressed very nice they thought I didn't have money.

Went in today for a replacement mattress under warranty, they like your money from the initial purchase but don't seem to care so much when you try to get broken items fixed at their expense. Waited around for over an hour to be helped, left empty handed.

Wanda and her team went ABOVE AND BEYOND anything we could have asked for with incredible pricing. We had a very difficult situation and that did not tatter our experience with Ashley in Las Cruces. If anything they had to work 100x harder and never complained but only brought solutions to the table. Delivery was quick and the gentlemen were extremely kind! The world needs more business owners who are kind and work so diligently to full-fill their customer needs. Without a doubt we will be returning!

Excellent service

In my experience their prices are always higher than online and I get that they are commission based pay, but you can't walk in the door without being hounded. Not a big fan of walking around browsing with the salesman or women peering earily around ever corner waiting to pounce.

We bought patio furniture a little over a year ago and it wasn’t cheap. It’s literally falling apart and crumbling. DO NOT BUY from here unless you are okay with furniture falling apart in less than 2 years. And it’s NOT covered at all.

I ordered my furnitures last June 27 and it's been a month and they have not deliver it yet!!!! They told me they will deliver it today but lo and behold I called there store and said it will not be delivered today. If I had not ff up I will be waiting the whole day for nothing!!! Went to buy a rug,found a nice one was 5hundread and something dollar plus 10% off. Noticed some dark areas asked if they had it on the floor the sale lady said yes. I asked if they had one on line that was a bigger size( plus no stains).she said no because they discontinued the rug and it's over 8 year they had it in the store I asked for a bigger discount then 10% which would of made the rug 530 dollars. She said she'll asked cause it was stained and old. Mrs.Borman, the owner said it was new and said we could buy it for 550 🤔more then it was with the 10%discount😲.On a ethical level I didn't buy the rug.#1she lied trying to say it's new when her employee told us it was over 8years old plus stains. #2 she jacked up the price, like if we didn't know what 10% off would be.

Why are the "sale" prices higher than the original MSRP? Online at ashley furniture you can see the prices on the website. Why does this store say the MRSP is so much higher, put the items on sale, and the sale price is still higher than the actual price? What a joke. When I asked about it they said its individually owned so they can change the prices to anything they want, but the MSRP should never change, its from the manufacturer. This just shows how little the owners of this store care about thier customers. They were willing to match any price on the website because they would lose their commission, but i'd rather do business with someone who is not trying to deceive their customers.

If I could give zero stars I would. To start off with I went to the store to purchase furniture over a month before it was needed. I needed the furniture delivered on April 18th being that I was moving that day and they told me that that wouldn’t be possible and assured me that I would get my furniture delivered on the 20th. I was then told that I would have to wait till the following week to get the furniture that I was promised on the 20th. Very inconvenient because I am busy and work. I decided that I would just pick up the furniture. When I got my furniture one of the pieces was snapped in half. I was told that I would have to pay a delivery fee for them to pick up the price that was broken. How is it my fault that it came broken? They only care about getting a sale. NEVER shopping here again. This store gives Ashley Furniture a bad name.

I just moved here from Florida and I needed to buy all new furniture. I moved into a completely empty home where it’s ceramic tile and cold. I take care of my 83 year old father too. So..I admit I was in a hurry when I purchased a sofa and loveseat here. I thought buying at a retailer may cost me a little more, but I found out that I actually paid almost $1,500 more!!! When I attempted to cancel MUCH before the furniture arrived, I found out that not only is this store NOT even an Ashley Home Store, they just hijack the name, but they don’t honor anything whatsoever that Ashley adheres to because they’re privately owned. I was told that I’d have to pay $700 to cancel this order!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am a widow and I’m doing ALL this on my own. Now I have to either take the $1,500 hit for couches that aren’t all that impressive and not even 100% leather, OR I have to just GIVE them $700!!!!!!!!!! Nice!!! Clearly I am rich and I have $700 to throw away. They’re utterly unapologetic about it too. Great first experience making a big purchase in Las Cruces!!!! Welcome.

I came to buy some recliners and the man just kept me comfortable and smiling! Finally I stettled on 2 of their own top one home built ones. I paid cash for both because I don't have any good or bad! They arranged for delivery and bought them also set them up and left leaving 2 old best friends comfortable and smiling.!!😊😴 now many years later there is only one old lady who sleeps in the sleigh bed and I need to reno my place! Guess where I am going to shop online😂
