Where do I start. Reggie at the Las Cruces store is awesome. I made a purchase from the Cruces store because the Ashley Outlet in Alamo has no integrity at all. Sold me a mattress that lasted less than a year and a half. Silly me went back. Second time, they did not follow through with a purchase. Third time dealing with them and I had enough. I've got to say this about the manager: I tried to tell him his math was incorrect and I tried to get him to correct it, which was in his favor but he insisted that 2030+1300 equaled 2300. He insisted it was the right total, although, not once but twice I tried to correct his math. I gave him my card because I was happy with the total he kept insisted on. Surprise, his math was wrong when he put it in the register. I said he should give me the price he insisted on so he told me to get out of the store. I didn't argue, he gave me my card and while putting it away, he told me to get out of his store. I went willingly. Guess what, I just spent several thousands at the Cruces store. Why would anyone scuttle their own boat! Just saying, if that was me holding the credit card, I would have salvaged the deal. Thanks Las Cruces store. They were respectful and worked out a good deal. I'll be back Cruces!

Excellent customer service! Attentive, knowledgeable, polite, personable, and transparent. The staff invited us to explore options with our home in mind: Asking us about the space, the colors of the walls, the flooring, Etc., which made the experience very tailored. They weren’t just there for a quick sale. They went in depth of the pros and cons, and we were very respectful when we declined some of their offerings. I really big shout out to Jesus and Danielle for taking great care of us from the moment we walked in, to the moment we set up to pay.

I spent 3 hours with Fernando who was extremely patient with me. When I walked into the store I gave him my parameters for a couch. He was perfect in not bothering to show me couches outside of those parameters. We didn’t even talk price until I found the 2 couches that accommodated my neck. I would go back to Fernando anytime.

Trash sales guy lied to me sold me a chair said it would be delivered in a month I call a month later and it won't be delivered for another month canceled order go to furniture row !! All I wanted was to buy a chair had no stock wouldn't sale floor model said it would be a month trash trash I'd say how I really feel but that requires expletives don't stop here unless you don't need your furniture for two months

We had a good experience. Our salesperson, Maureen Greene, and the supervisor, Miguel, provided highly personalized attention. While we didn’t find everything we were looking for in their catalog, they were very helpful with the items that we did select, including favorable pricing and even matching prices that we found at another business. Maureen was attentive and responsive after the sale and through delivery of our furniture. We’ll be back for future needs.

My husband & I walked in just to look around and ended buying the TEMPUR-LuxeAdapt® Firm King Mattress & the Stupendous Oversized Chaise. We have zero regrets. The mattress is like a spa treatment. Seriously just stop by the mattress section for 5 mins and you'll be shocked at how affordable and comfortable they actually are. I now have the cozy oversized reading chair of my dreams. Mauricio Martinez is the kind gentleman that helped us throughout the entire process. From the moment we walked through the door his customer service was top tier. Salesman Coby was super boring. Like really boring. Everything that came out of his mouth made me wanna go to sleep and dream of a more fun salesman. Does he even get invited to parties? Do his parents even know he still exists? I'm surprised he even got hired, that must have been a really excruciating interview to sit through, I feel for the management and any other customers he's had. The management were wonderful thankfully and the store has a groovy vibe to it. Love the recliner I bought too, the cup holders are sick!! I'll definitely come back to this store for more

They were pretty helpful in the store for the most part. We were supposed to get our order December 18th. Took time off work and moved out all the bedroom set. Now they are telling us they wont be here until January 9th. So now we are stuck with all of our clothes in bags because we gave away our old furniture. So be careful when you order from these guys. This really put us in a bind. And their service department is definitely a joke. Good luck if you order from this company. We should of went to the store down the street.

From the moment I met my salesman, Reggie blaylock, I knew that this was going to be a good experience. He's very professional. Very helpful, witty, and goes out of his way to make sure that the customer is satisfied.

Took over 4 months to deliver my couch and showed up 4 hours ahead of schedule while I was at work. Ashley furniture blew up my phone while I was working and one of the texts said I quote, “THE DRIVERS ARE IN YOUR HOUSE” would not recommend.

The Las Cruces sales team ranks 10/10. A truly exceptional crew with a great captain. Everyone’s demeanor is respectful and professional yet comfortably charming and down-to-earth. I applaud management for running such a pleasant store and I thank the team for their hustle, and commitment to customer satisfaction. The vast majority of the furniture in my 3 homes is Ashley. Unfortunately I had to endure the worst salespeople on the planet to acquire it. The El Paso location has been a living nightmare every single time I purchased there. I can only describe their employees as arrogant, rude, dismissive, and blatantly discriminatory. If the furniture wasn’t such top quality, I would have never set foot in there again. I only wish I’d known about the Las Cruces store years ago. If you’re in the market for some top tier quality service with a smile, AND a warm welcoming environment to shop in…stay far far away from El Paso. I’m Team Las Cruces from here on out.

The first time was excellent service second time not so good you pay $1200.00 for a item and they make you wait way over a month to get it and they are a big corporation all they want is your money they could let you take the store display and then replace the store display when they get new freight and when you call all they due is come up with excuse after excuse. Never again will I set foot in a Ashley Furniture Store.

Sales Rep was great but Ashley Furniture Delivery Department and Customer Service is another story!!! If you can buy somewhere else! I'm at the point I want a full refund they keep changing my delivery date last minute, (three times) like I have nothing better to do! And Their response, "OH that's an estimated date.", "We confirm the actual date the day before!" Wow really, I took three days off, (meaning, no work, no pay!) for this already. If you can go buy somewhere else unless you want to get lurked around on the delivery times!

We went into the store with intentions of buying a couch, a few chairs, and a dining room table. The sales woman Maureen at first seemed to be helpful and kept taking us to different couches she thought we would like, however we told her we just wanted a moment to look around to see what we liked and to discuss our options but she would not back off for even a moment! She kept taking us to look at things we didn’t want to and in some instances even argued with us about what we felt we wanted. When we finally got away from her for a second and wanted to regroup she appeared again trying to take us somewhere else. It was so uncomfortable and overwhelming that we just walked out and went to Furniture Row where we were allowed to look in peace and was helped when we needed it, so we bought from there!!!

PLEASE DO NOT MAKE A PURCHASE AT ASHLEY STORE IN LAS CRUCES, NM……especially if you purchase an item in the AS IS section of the store…..I bought my daughter a sectional for $1,500.00…….whenever my grandchildren or my daughter sat on it, they got red blotches all over their legs, almost like bug bites. I called Ashley, they said there is nothing they can do about it…..WOW not only did I buy a sectional for my daughter, but it comes free with skin irritation. I will NEVER purchase anything from Ashley again……the Ashley in Las Cruces, they will cheat you, get you to make the purchase and then who cares what happens after that. So dishonest, unethical, unprofessional behavior.

Maureen was great to work with but the online system was problematic and took forever.

I went in to by a twin mattress. The sales people didn’t know what they had. One employee took me all the way to the back and found a mattress that would work, I decided to buy the mattress. She charged my card then after they couldn’t print a receipt they told me they can’t actually sell me that one and we went to look for another one. Didn’t find anything in the price range I was looking for so I decided to just go but I had to wait until my refund could be processed. So all of this just to waste half an hour of my life and have my card charged for nothing. The manager never apologized nor did he ever even acknowledge my existence. I went in there ready to spend money and dealt with some seriously unprofessional and silly behavior.

Our salesman / manager Miguel was amazing, quick and efficient, made us feel welcome to Ashley. We told him what we were looking for and he got the exact idea. I would highly recommend him to others buying furniture from Ashley, ask for Miguel.

Not pleased with how hard it became to purchase 2 pillows. We have an active account and still took over a hour to add the pillows to my account. I almost walked out. I won’t be making anymore purchases unless this problem gets resolved. Very unhappy with the BS I had to go through for pillows.

Mauricio 5/5 stars, was a great salesman, very knowledgeable and attentive. We placed an order with him 8/22. Ashley’s on the other hand 3/5 stars. We had a promise date of 9/2 or before. That’s the only reason we ordered the couches was because of the date we should’ve received them, just in time for football season. Unfortunately that date was pushed back another week. You’d think if you pay in full you’d get your couches at the promised date. Not here.

I have bought Ashley6 Furniture for over 30 years.. I saw the leather set that I've had for 20 years because I needed to downsize. That was 10 years ago and that furniture is still as beautiful as it was the day I bought it. I enjoy going to my friend's house and seeing my furniture still being loved. Two days ago I went online to Ashley Furniture here in Las Cruces looking for a specific size to fit my living room with the specific style.. and within 30 minutes over the phone I secured a delivery for next Saturday. I know the integrity of their furniture so seeing it or sitting on it before I purchase, wasn't necessary. The staff, Miguel and others were great and found me exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Ashley Furniture for helping me create another dream living room.

I went to the Ashley store in Las Cruces, NM and was given a quote for a three-piece living room furniture set on 8/17/25. My husband received a quote for the same furniture the following day, from the same salesman, and the price difference was $3,538.90 less than what I was quoted. Wonderful experience purchasing and shopping here. Maureen was very patient, helpful and easy to talk to. The store is a very calm and nice environment which made it really easy to take our time and decide.

We purchased a complete household of furniture to be delivered on August 19 2024. It was delivered and we were happy until one B of the end tables split down the middle after a short while. We called and could not reach the store so we finally went to the store and told them what happened. The sent an examiner to look at the table and he said it could not b be fixed and put in for an exchange. We have been waiting since May when we reported it and we still have not gotten an exchange. I have called at least 15 times or more to Guest Care and they tell me they will have someone call me but they never do. I am really tired of this and just about ready to file a complaint against Ashley’s. We cannot reach the Las Cruces store by phone as they put you through to Guest Care and that is a joke. I need someone to reach out and take care of this. We need the table exchanged. I hope someone can help. Thank you.

Stopped by the Ashley store shopping for an executive office desk. I was greeted by “Mo” sorry his name is hard to pronounce. He was a great sales person and went out of his way to get me a great deal, once I decided on a desk. He did just that. I left the store with a big smile on my face and Mo, gained me as a dedicated customer. I highly recommend Ashley, as a store to add to your go to furniture store list.

My sales agent and I were walking the floor for an easy chair. We walked right by one and later she showed it to me on her tablet. The price was OK went and sat in it and wanted it. Maureen then said it was approved to take with me and the price was even better. Love the chair it is perfect fit. Color was dead on what I wanted. Maureen is an absolute doll. Not sure I will need any more in the near future but will only buy from her. She had previously outfitted by bedroom office and living and she knows style.

We ended up buying a mattress, foundation and a cooling mattress cover. We also bought an electric reclining love sofa that is long enough for me to nap on and two reclining chairs that match! Love the end tables!! Jesus and Mauricio were fantastic! I am pretty upset with Maureen she promise to get my paper work and my tables and glass ready to travel across the curves mountains to Artesia. She did not have paper work ready nor did she get the glass and tables ready for travel. When Mauricio called her she said she had not gotten the sale ready. She did have someone pull the tables to the back. When my son pulled around to the back at Ashley’s the tables were only wrapped with plastic wrap. My son said they could not travel as far as we are going like that. My son asked for a box or bubble wrap the young man could not find any box. So my son hunted in a trash can in the bay and found some bubble wrap and proceed to wrap the glass then he put the tables in back of his pickup and drove to the hardware store to buy something to tie them down for the trip. Not a happy customer at this time. I’m the last few months I have made big purchases from Ashley’s because you do have furniture I like!!

Incredibly unsatisfied with customer service. My sofa was not assembled correctly by the delivery team and one of the pillows is missing. Bought a comfortable chair at Ashley. They were anxious to give discounts. The experience was very pleasant except for one thing. They have a "sleep doctor" who wants to demonstrate expensive mattresses. If I was interested in mattresses that would be great but I just wanted a chair.

Mauricio was outstanding and made the sale by recognizing that I had already done my research and knew what I was looking for. I didn't see the sectional I was after in the store and was headed out the door to see where online it could be found. He greeted me coming in but also, heading out. He said to at least let me look it up, and he was sure he would have something similar in that brand so I could at least check out the fabric and construction to see if it suited me. He looked up the sectional model I was after, and it turned out I had walked right by the unit I was looking for. Although the model on the floor was not the color we were after, we enjoyed how our future sectional was going to feel while he got the right one on order in under 5 minutes. We were glad to stop searching and we were also glad the final deal he made with us was $150. under our budget. I am sure Mauricio felt the accomplishment of making the sale to potential customers on the way out the door. Mauricio was on the spot with the info and gave us the option to let us check out the quality of the piece and color on something similar the brand offered. Purchased a Beautyrest adjustable platform bed in early February. The bed was on clearance and we were told the bed worked and came with the remote. Delivered the bed without the remote. Told us they would get the remote to us when the rest of our furniture was delivered. Delivery day arrived and once again no remote. We have been to the store several times attempting to get the remote without success. Last time we were in the store we asked them to take the bed back and refund our money. We were told that was not possible since they have moved to a new computer system and were unable to see our order. Here we are 4 months later and still no remote. I would give zero stars if I could. In response to my original review I was asked to call the store to attempt to resolve. Call what I am guessing the Las Cruces Ashley store using the 575 phone number and I get a call center who cannot connect me to the store and are unable to help me. Not sure how far I am supposed to go to resolve this issue. As stated we have been to the store several times in an attempt to get a remote that should have been delivered with the bed. The Las Cruces store should have my contact info as I have left it each time I have visited. Once again, I would leave zero stars if I could. If Ashley really wanted to help me they would have done so by now.

I find the quality of their products lower tier vs what you pay. I would definitely find an alternative place to go. Since the beginning, I’ve had an issue with one of their tables. They refinished it and the refinishing was a horrible job and they then sent me a replacement. The replacement is starting to give the same issues as the previous table however, since I’ve now hit over a year since my initial purchase. They are refusing to get this issue resolved. (Replacement table is less than a year since I had it) Obviously, this is a quality issue with this particular table, however, with their lack of willingness to help out for a product (without charging $350 to pick up and fix) that they sold me, I am all about company loyalty but just shows in my opinion they are not in it for the customer. I Personally, will always avoid Ashley furniture from now on.

The furniture we ordered developed delivery issues beyond the previously expected arrival date. Went yesterday. Walked in. Not a single person acknowledged or greeted me or offered to assist me. It hit me when one female employee nearly broke her neck to offer to assist a white woman, although she clearly saw me walking around looking for furniture. Needless to say, I will NEVER return to this Ashley. I don't know if I was discriminatory against me, or what. But it sure felt that way. Thank God they didn't visibly have what I was looking for, but even if they did, I would never spend a penny in such a place who treats certain customers this way.

The price of the sofa was good and the salesman was friendly, but the $90 dollars for the delivery was a waste of money. Instead of carefully noting and either moving items that might have been in the way, it was hurry up, hurry up. The delivery ended up in having a valued lamp broken and not even an apology for the breakage. Very dissatisfied and will never recommend this store to anyone.

Ashley furniture is a decent store to buy furniture from. When Ashley has their sales is the only time I go. One complaint I have is the sales team waits for you near the door like vultures. Even if you had talked to a different sales person the day before, they seem eager to sell you things themselves. This is because they work on commission. It just makes the buying process less enjoyable. Like a dealership I won't buy from the guy who comes bugging me. That's why I sought out the guy who helped me first, for every time I went back. I was looking for a recliner. I was greeted at the door with smile. A young lady named Danielle Guerrero, who was very friendly, very informative and very polite. I would highly recommend anyone to go and do business with Danielle at Ashley's homestore in Las Cruces NM.

They have great furniture. I don't like the feeling of like I'm being watched, or feeling like I'm being followed around. I went in early Monday looking for some odds and ends, one being an area rug, and I was very disappointed in the rugs they had. Some were hanging up and a lot of them were just hanging over other rugs. And all the rugs didn't even look nice and new. They all looked like they had been there for years and didn't look new. Looked old and used. So that was disappointing.

Danielle was VERY helpful. She went out of her way to help us figure out what was within our budget and she took the time doing so. Def will be back for future purchases.

Need Furniture, shop here. From the moment we entered Ashley’s, Rick introduced himself and left us alone. He is the go to salesman when in this establishment. He assisted us for 3 weeks and was extremely helpful. We did purchase a 3-piece sectional with electric recliners and a pop up coffee table with storage. Mike and Carlos delivered and setup our furniture. They conducted themselves in an efficient professional manner, they were extremely polite and helpful. My husband and I needed a new mattress. We went to the nearest Ashley Furniture Store. The salesman was eager to help us. We found the mattress we wanted. The salesman suggested their mattress pad and that seemed appropriate. Then she suggested pillows. I found them and picked out 2. Everything was delivered on time. My husband decided he didn’t want a new pillow so we didn’t open the box or take the 2nd one out of the plastic. We decided to return it. Turns out Ashley Furniture has a NO return policy. I was told by the manager when I brought it back that my husband should have read the fine print. How’s that for good customer service? I highly recommend not shopping at Ashley Furniture. Their customer service is non-existent.

The employees follow you around and it’s so awkward… didn’t even consider getting anything because it was so annoying.

I can’t say enough good things about the staff at Ashley here in LC. I had come in last Friday and purchased a electric recliner for my elderly father. The salesmen was amazing and so very helpful. He took the time to help me pick a model that would be perfect for my dad. They even agreed to take his old recliner free of charge for me when they delivered the new one. Then the worst thing happened. My father passed away on Sunday. So I didn’t have a need for the recliner anymore. I went into the store on Monday and explained what happened. They were so amazing. I can’t even begin to describe how much I appreciated the care and compassion they had. The team and the manager immediately took care of everything very quickly and refunded the entire purchase. I know the next time I need to buy I’m going to come here because of how these amazing people were on what was the worst day of my life.
