And I’ve dealt with a number of employees along with other entities.He was so easy to work with and sincere and genuine. I’ve already recommended him. You guys should have a store phone number. The one you have cannot connect you to the store.

Sales Rep was great but Ashley Furniture Delivery Department and Customer Service is another story!!! If you can buy somewhere else! I'm at the point I want a full refund they keep changing my delivery date last minute, (three times) like I have nothing better to do! And Their response, "OH that's an estimated date.", "We confirm the actual date the day before!" Wow really, I took three days off, (meaning, no work, no pay!) for this already. If you can go buy somewhere else unless you want to get lurked around on the delivery times!

We went into the store with intentions of buying a couch, a few chairs, and a dining room table. The sales woman Maureen at first seemed to be helpful and kept taking us to different couches she thought we would like, however we told her we just wanted a moment to look around to see what we liked and to discuss our options but she would not back off for even a moment! She kept taking us to look at things we didn’t want to and in some instances even argued with us about what we felt we wanted. When we finally got away from her for a second and wanted to regroup she appeared again trying to take us somewhere else. It was so uncomfortable and overwhelming that we just walked out and went to Furniture Row where we were allowed to look in peace and was helped when we needed it, so we bought from there!!!

PLEASE DO NOT MAKE A PURCHASE AT ASHLEY STORE IN LAS CRUCES, NM……especially if you purchase an item in the AS IS section of the store…..I bought my daughter a sectional for $1,500.00…….whenever my grandchildren or my daughter sat on it, they got red blotches all over their legs, almost like bug bites. I called Ashley, they said there is nothing they can do about it…..WOW not only did I buy a sectional for my daughter, but it comes free with skin irritation. I will NEVER purchase anything from Ashley again……the Ashley in Las Cruces, they will cheat you, get you to make the purchase and then who cares what happens after that. So dishonest, unethical, unprofessional behavior.

Maureen was great to work with but the online system was problematic and took forever.

I went in to by a twin mattress. The sales people didn’t know what they had. One employee took me all the way to the back and found a mattress that would work, I decided to buy the mattress. She charged my card then after they couldn’t print a receipt they told me they can’t actually sell me that one and we went to look for another one. Didn’t find anything in the price range I was looking for so I decided to just go but I had to wait until my refund could be processed. So all of this just to waste half an hour of my life and have my card charged for nothing. The manager never apologized nor did he ever even acknowledge my existence. I went in there ready to spend money and dealt with some seriously unprofessional and silly behavior.

Our salesman / manager Miguel was amazing, quick and efficient, made us feel welcome to Ashley. We told him what we were looking for and he got the exact idea. I would highly recommend him to others buying furniture from Ashley, ask for Miguel.

Great Labor Day sales and plenty of selection. Bruce was very professional and helpful with the sale.

Not pleased with how hard it became to purchase 2 pillows. We have an active account and still took over a hour to add the pillows to my account. I almost walked out. I won’t be making anymore purchases unless this problem gets resolved. Very unhappy with the BS I had to go through for pillows.

Mauricio 5/5 stars, was a great salesman, very knowledgeable and attentive. We placed an order with him 8/22. Ashley’s on the other hand 3/5 stars. We had a promise date of 9/2 or before. That’s the only reason we ordered the couches was because of the date we should’ve received them, just in time for football season. Unfortunately that date was pushed back another week. You’d think if you pay in full you’d get your couches at the promised date. Not here.

I have bought Ashley6 Furniture for over 30 years.. I saw the leather set that I've had for 20 years because I needed to downsize. That was 10 years ago and that furniture is still as beautiful as it was the day I bought it. I enjoy going to my friend's house and seeing my furniture still being loved. Two days ago I went online to Ashley Furniture here in Las Cruces looking for a specific size to fit my living room with the specific style.. and within 30 minutes over the phone I secured a delivery for next Saturday. I know the integrity of their furniture so seeing it or sitting on it before I purchase, wasn't necessary. The staff, Miguel and others were great and found me exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Ashley Furniture for helping me create another dream living room.

It was a good experience. Mauricio checked on us as soon as we entered, but then he gave us space to browse at our leisure. He was helpful in a non-typical salesman kind of way….and got us a good deal!

I went to the Ashley store in Las Cruces, NM and was given a quote for a three-piece living room furniture set on 8/17/25. My husband received a quote for the same furniture the following day, from the same salesman, and the price difference was $3,538.90 less than what I was quoted. The delivery fee was even $200.00 less. Both of the quotes were for the same Labor Day sale. Ladies, please beware of being overcharged and taken advantage of when shopping at this store.

Wonderful experience purchasing and shopping here. Maureen was very patient, helpful and easy to talk to. The store is a very calm and nice environment which made it really easy to take our time and decide.

We purchased a complete household of furniture to be delivered on August 19 2024. It was delivered and we were happy until one B of the end tables split down the middle after a short while. We called and could not reach the store so we finally went to the store and told them what happened. The sent an examiner to look at the table and he said it could not b be fixed and put in for an exchange. We have been waiting since May when we reported it and we still have not gotten an exchange. I have called at least 15 times or more to Guest Care and they tell me they will have someone call me but they never do. I am really tired of this and just about ready to file a complaint against Ashley’s. We cannot reach the Las Cruces store by phone as they put you through to Guest Care and that is a joke. I need someone to reach out and take care of this. We need the table exchanged. I hope someone can help. Thank you.

Stopped by the Ashley store shopping for an executive office desk. I was greeted by “Mo” sorry his name is hard to pronounce. He was a great sales person and went out of his way to get me a great deal, once I decided on a desk. He did just that. I left the store with a big smile on my face and Mo, gained me as a dedicated customer. I highly recommend Ashley, as a store to add to your go to furniture store list.

My sales agent and I were walking the floor for an easy chair. We walked right by one and later she showed it to me on her tablet. The price was OK went and sat in it and wanted it. Maureen then said it was approved to take with me and the price was even better. Love the chair it is perfect fit. Color was dead on what I wanted. Maureen is an absolute doll. Not sure I will need any more in the near future but will only buy from her. She had previously outfitted by bedroom office and living and she knows style.

We ended up buying a mattress, foundation and a cooling mattress cover. We also bought an electric reclining love sofa that is long enough for me to nap on and two reclining chairs that match! Ed did a great job getting us the discounted prices, warranties and delivery in 2 hours! Also, 1 year no interest financing as well! I love Ashley Furniture!

Love the end tables!! Jesus and Mauricio were fantastic! I am pretty upset with Maureen she promise to get my paper work and my tables and glass ready to travel across the curves mountains to Artesia. She did not have paper work ready nor did she get the glass and tables ready for travel. When Mauricio called her she said she had not gotten the sale ready. She did have someone pull the tables to the back. When my son pulled around to the back at Ashley’s the tables were only wrapped with plastic wrap. My son said they could not travel as far as we are going like that. My son asked for a box or bubble wrap the young man could not find any box. So my son hunted in a trash can in the bay and found some bubble wrap and proceed to wrap the glass then he put the tables in back of his pickup and drove to the hardware store to buy something to tie them down for the trip. Not a happy customer at this time. I’m the last few months I have made big purchases from Ashley’s because you do have furniture I like!!

Incredibly unsatisfied with customer service. My sofa was not assembled correctly by the delivery team and one of the pillows is missing. Customer service is all automated and not helpful at all, failing to resolve the problem. I went into the store for assistance all the staff did was text me a link to the AI customer service which couldn't resolve the issue. I WILL NEVER do business with Ashley Furniture again.

Bought a comfortable chair at Ashley. They were anxious to give discounts. The experience was very pleasant except for one thing. They have a "sleep doctor" who wants to demonstrate expensive mattresses. If I was interested in mattresses that would be great but I just wanted a chair.

I love how Reggie compromise with me and my family. I appreciate yr time and patience.

Delivery was very rushed and unpolite. We removed old mattresses and we were trying to sweep dust when the delivery guys did not wait for me to finish he placed base. They were instructed to remove old mattress and almost drove off without it.

Mauricio was outstanding and made the sale by recognizing that I had already done my research and knew what I was looking for. I didn't see the sectional I was after in the store and was headed out the door to see where online it could be found. He greeted me coming in but also, heading out. He said to at least let me look it up, and he was sure he would have something similar in that brand so I could at least check out the fabric and construction to see if it suited me. He looked up the sectional model I was after, and it turned out I had walked right by the unit I was looking for. Although the model on the floor was not the color we were after, we enjoyed how our future sectional was going to feel while he got the right one on order in under 5 minutes. We were glad to stop searching and we were also glad the final deal he made with us was $150. under our budget. I am sure Mauricio felt the accomplishment of making the sale to potential customers on the way out the door. Mauricio was on the spot with the info and gave us the option to let us check out the quality of the piece and color on something similar the brand offered. He was easy going, courteous, and a professional. I will go to Ashley and talk to Mauricio first about pieces we plan to buy in the near future before I look elsewhere. Thank you, Chris Conway

Purchased a Beautyrest adjustable platform bed in early February. The bed was on clearance and we were told the bed worked and came with the remote. Delivered the bed without the remote. Told us they would get the remote to us when the rest of our furniture was delivered. Delivery day arrived and once again no remote. We have been to the store several times attempting to get the remote without success. Last time we were in the store we asked them to take the bed back and refund our money. We were told that was not possible since they have moved to a new computer system and were unable to see our order. Here we are 4 months later and still no remote. I would give zero stars if I could. In response to my original review I was asked to call the store to attempt to resolve. Call what I am guessing the Las Cruces Ashley store using the 575 phone number and I get a call center who cannot connect me to the store and are unable to help me. Not sure how far I am supposed to go to resolve this issue. As stated we have been to the store several times in an attempt to get a remote that should have been delivered with the bed. The Las Cruces store should have my contact info as I have left it each time I have visited. Once again, I would leave zero stars if I could. If Ashley really wanted to help me they would have done so by now.

I paid $86 extra to have desk put together. I then found out after a number of times the small desk was not able to be assembled. Don’t know if I will shop there again as I live alone and am 80 years old.

He also explained a protection policy that would enable us to be confident that the dresser would function and look fine years from now. After waiting for a month we finally received our furniture. The delivery guys are awesome and courteous. It just took to long waiting and all the mixed up with their new system but gave us a $450 discount for waiting.

I find the quality of their products lower tier vs what you pay. I would definitely find an alternative place to go. Since the beginning, I’ve had an issue with one of their tables. They refinished it and the refinishing was a horrible job and they then sent me a replacement. The replacement is starting to give the same issues as the previous table however, since I’ve now hit over a year since my initial purchase. They are refusing to get this issue resolved. (Replacement table is less than a year since I had it) Obviously, this is a quality issue with this particular table, however, with their lack of willingness to help out for a product (without charging $350 to pick up and fix) that they sold me, I am all about company loyalty but just shows in my opinion they are not in it for the customer. I Personally, will always avoid Ashley furniture from now on.

The furniture we ordered developed delivery issues beyond the previously expected arrival date. Our need was immediate, so Shaun took it upon himself to design a way we could take possession of set that was in store. This extra effort saved the day for us. Went yesterday. Walked in. Not a single person acknowledged or greeted me or offered to assist me. It hit me when one female employee nearly broke her neck to offer to assist a white woman, although she clearly saw me walking around looking for furniture. Needless to say, I will NEVER return to this Ashley. I don't know if I was discriminatory against me, or what. But it sure felt that way. Thank God they didn't visibly have what I was looking for, but even if they did, I would never spend a penny in such a place who treats certain customers this way.

We were quick to respond, "a new mattress and it cannot be firm, no memory foam, no pillow-top, non-cooling mattress." Wow! Were we surprised when he introduced us to the Ashley brand mattress line. The price of the sofa was good and the salesman was friendly, but the $90 dollars for the delivery was a waste of money. Instead of carefully noting and either moving items that might have been in the way, it was hurry up, hurry up. The delivery ended up in having a valued lamp broken and not even an apology for the breakage. Very dissatisfied and will never recommend this store to anyone.

Ashley furniture is a decent store to buy furniture from. When Ashley has their sales is the only time I go. One complaint I have is the sales team waits for you near the door like vultures. Even if you had talked to a different sales person the day before, they seem eager to sell you things themselves. This is because they work on commission. It just makes the buying process less enjoyable. Like a dealership I won't buy from the guy who comes bugging me. That's why I sought out the guy who helped me first, for every time I went back. I was looking for a recliner. I was greeted at the door with smile. A young lady named Danielle Guerrero, who was very friendly, very informative and very polite. I would highly recommend anyone to go and do business with Danielle at Ashley's homestore in Las Cruces NM.

They have great furniture. I don't like the feeling of like I'm being watched, or feeling like I'm being followed around. I went in early Monday looking for some odds and ends, one being an area rug, and I was very disappointed in the rugs they had. Some were hanging up and a lot of them were just hanging over other rugs. And all the rugs didn't even look nice and new. They all looked like they had been there for years and didn't look new. Looked old and used. So that was disappointing.

Danielle was VERY helpful. She went out of her way to help us figure out what was within our budget and she took the time doing so. Def will be back for future purchases.

He assisted us for 3 weeks and was extremely helpful. We did purchase a 3-piece sectional with electric recliners and a pop up coffee table with storage. Mike and Carlos delivered and setup our furniture. They conducted themselves in an efficient professional manner, they were extremely polite and helpful. My husband and I needed a new mattress. We went to the nearest Ashley Furniture Store. The salesman was eager to help us. We found the mattress we wanted. The salesman suggested their mattress pad and that seemed appropriate. Then she suggested pillows. I found them and picked out 2. Everything was delivered on time. My husband decided he didn’t want a new pillow so we didn’t open the box or take the 2nd one out of the plastic. We decided to return it. Turns out Ashley Furniture has a NO return policy. I was told by the manager when I brought it back that my husband should have read the fine print. How’s that for good customer service? I highly recommend not shopping at Ashley Furniture. Their customer service is non-existent.

The employees follow you around and it’s so awkward… didn’t even consider getting anything because it was so annoying.

I can’t say enough good things about the staff at Ashley here in LC. I had come in last Friday and purchased a electric recliner for my elderly father. The salesmen was amazing and so very helpful. He took the time to help me pick a model that would be perfect for my dad. They even agreed to take his old recliner free of charge for me when they delivered the new one. Then the worst thing happened. My father passed away on Sunday. So I didn’t have a need for the recliner anymore. I went into the store on Monday and explained what happened. They were so amazing. I can’t even begin to describe how much I appreciated the care and compassion they had. The team and the manager immediately took care of everything very quickly and refunded the entire purchase. I know the next time I need to buy I’m going to come here because of how these amazing people were on what was the worst day of my life.

Ordered furniture and after 3 weeks I called to check status because I didn’t receive a call. Turns out furniture has been sitting in warehouse. I have purchased furniture from Ashley in (Albuquerque) for years and never had this issue.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! After my wife and I made a very expensive purchase for Ashley Furniture we unfortunately could not take delivery of the items and called to cancel the order the very next day. After waiting 2 days with no response on the third day I received a phone call from Wanda Bowman(owner)stating that she would not refund all my money because there was a 20% order fee and will charge us $690!!! Even though the items we purchased were on the floor and did not have to be ordered she still refused to refund us all our money back! We will NEVER shop at her store again and have told everyone we know to stay from from that store!!!

Got a great deal on a new sofa. Delivery charge was reasonable and got it in just three days. Love our new sofa!

Kind of weird. Kind of shady. Bought a chair, but I regret it now. The name and type of chair wasn't specified on my sales receipt. Not even sure I got the one I wanted. Felt smaller once I got it home. Apparently that's just how they do business.

I am still waiting for the store to contact me about an item I received damaged. It’s been 6 days since I was last physically in the store and not one call. I have called customer care and they assured me the store would be able to help and all they have done is completely ignore me. Buyer Beware! My Dad bought an electric recliner lift chair. The 1st one was too hard and he exchanged for a different one! You only have “so many hours” to have in your home and then you can’t return. Well, this one also has very little padding and still VERY uncomfortable!! The owner will not bend in any way to fix the problem and no refund was her only answer! Make the trip to El Paso instead. Lazy Boy has a great warranty and 100% satisfaction policy! Ashley Furniture, you are worthless when you sell poor quality items and have poor customer service!

I bought a beautiful well made bedroom set from Maureen Greene. Unfortunately they didn’t stock this style of bedroom set. I had found one at Ikards that I loved, but decided to check out Ashley’s to see if they had something comparable. Maureen said she had a set that was high quality and I would really like it. It was only sold through their catalog. She explained about how it was made, hardware etc… Maureen like many of Ashley’s sales folks have been with the store for many years. That is one of the big reasons I like Shopping there. If I’m not satisfied they will see me over and over. I know they will do their best for me. So I purchased the set only from seeing in catalog and Maureen’s descriptions. Wow! It arrived at my house and I love it!! It’s high quality, and it looks great in my bedroom. I’m very pleased and happy I trusted Maureen. I have already returned to discuss my next purchases. The two young ladies in the office are also very professional and personal. This is a well run business. Of course I’m only stating what so many people in Las Cruces/El Paso area have already known for decades. Thanks Ashley! Thank you Maureen Greene!!

We have purchased a couple of items from Ashley Furniture, a sofa with electronics and a Tempur-Pedic bed. We have had the sofa for a little over a year, and it seems to be doing fine. More recently we purchased the Tempur-Pedic bed. Reggie Blalock (the salesman) spent a sufficient amount of time with us explaining the beds, however he did not offer the display model which was lower in price than the newer models. We decided to think about the price before we jumped into a hefty payment, so we left. Originally we asked for Maureen Greene (saleslady), who is a friend of the family, but unfortunately she was not there, so we talked to Reggie. After a couple of days later, we decided to go back and talk to Maureen, she immediately took us over the the display model that was less in price than the new models, plus we'd get it quick. She made a deal, we asked for the extras as she added them into the package deal. We had the bed 4 days later, plus she threw in a mattress cover and a couple of pillows. Great customer service Maureen. Thank you! However, I must add that I'm not impressed with Wanda (store owner)! She did not give me the time of day after seeing us in her store two times, purchasing her items. She also advertises on the radio she orders extra, not true, it takes 4 - 6 weeks to get a new model off her floor. So all in all, I'd recommend Ashley furniture, Reggie Blalock and Maureen Greene!

Customer service is a nightmare here! My husband and I bought a mirror in store and the mirror was defective so we exchanged it for one that wasn't defective. Unfortunately, months later the mirror is starting to have defects again. I called into the store and spoke to Stephanie who was rude and didn't provide any solutions. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from Ashley's unless you're sure of it. Their "customer service" if you can even call it that and their "customer service" team (I called headquarters) is an absolute joke.

Pretty much bare showroom floor.

My wife and I were told that they have a certain mattress currently in stock and that they will be able to deliver, whenever we are ready. So we purchased the mattress. Moreover, I called the following week and I was told that the mattress was not in stock and would have to wait a month. Moral of the story, when purchasing get an aaddendum , when they mention that they have certain items in "stock". I will be going back to get a refund.

We will not buy furniture here again. We bought 2 large couches and were convinced by their salesman to get the extra warranty. He made a huge pitch about how the warranty would cover any kind of damage that you could imagine. Well, we discovered a seam rip and and guess what? It's not covered. So their amazing warranty doesn't cover the simplest of repairs. You lost us Ashley furniture.

That store is a joke I should of read this reviews before I bought anything there ..never in my life would i buy anything from there. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER..!!!

0 stars they robbed me. This lady rushed us into a sale. Not telling us that I had to have it paid off before I’d receive my furniture. They still won’t tell the truth about where my furniture is; if I call them they say it’s coming from California and because of COVID-19 it’s taking a while. I call the financial company and they tell me that I’ll receive my furniture after I complete the pay off.

Save your time and money and shop elsewhere. We are paying on furniture that we don’t have and have been promised to us several times with no luck. It also does no good to talk to the owner Mrs. Bowman because she could care less from the tone and attitude she had with us on the phone, not to mention she hung up on us as we were asking another question. In the end she is still getting paid while us as a customer suffers. Shop somewhere that makes you feel appreciated as a customer and person in general and skip This place.

Salesperson was nice, got a good deal, but store and floor is filthy. Also furniture. Looks like they havent cleaned in a year. They must not own a mop or bucket. Or a vacuum .

Took to long to get item

We have purchased many items from this store however lately service has been lousy. We were looking for a living room set. Closed during covid however there was a kiosk outside and a salesperson. He said to keep looking and they will price match online. We found the exact same thing online and we went back to the store and were told “no it has to be online through Ashley furniture”. Than we settled on something else and went back to the store during working hours and it closed. No kiosk and sales person outside. Door locked. We figured it was because of covid. We called and no answer. So we called on Tuesday and they couldn’t figure out why it was closed? They said maybe we didn’t see the kiosk?? We walked up to the door it was locked. No kiosk. We than order led furniture via telephone. It was bought and set up. Nice looking set. We paid almost 6,000.00 for the set. Well it doesn’t seem comfortable to us. We called back and they said “sorry we don’t buy back”. After being a customer for years and paying over 5000.00 for a set they couldn’t work with us. Such bad customer service. So much for being a “hometown” type of store. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone! Bad business.
