Internet purchases are decieving, but this is theft. When I received my couch after waiting 3 months, was disappointed in quality. The exact same couch was available through BIG LOTS! at a $1k lower tag. However, I figured ordering from Ashley would guarantee a better couch, priced at $2200 than what is available at BIG LOTS! for $850, but it turned out to be the exact same couch. Materials, framing material, smetal springs inside are the exact same, no quality difference. Best part of the experience was the delivery guys. They were very quick and delicate with the sectional couch on delivery. If I could rate them, it'd be 5 stars.

I am still waiting for the store to contact me about an item I received damaged. It’s been 6 days since I was last physically in the store and not one call. I have called customer care and they assured me the store would be able to help and all they have done is completely ignore me. It’s been so upsetting to be treated this way especially dealing with a new disability in the family which the owner is aware of. I will not be purchasing from Ashley’s furniture again. Completely heart broken.

Buyer Beware! My Dad bought an electric recliner lift chair. The 1st one was too hard and he exchanged for a different one! You only have “so many hours” to have in your home and then you can’t return. Well, this one also has very little padding and still VERY uncomfortable!! The owner will not bend in any way to fix the problem and no refund was her only answer! Make the trip to El Paso instead. Lazy Boy has a great warranty and 100% satisfaction policy! Ashley Furniture, you are worthless when you sell poor quality items and have poor customer service!

I bought a beautiful well made bedroom set from Maureen Greene. Unfortunately they didn’t stock this style of bedroom set. I had found one at Ikards that I loved, but decided to check out Ashley’s to see if they had something comparable. Maureen said she had a set that was high quality and I would really like it. It was only sold through their catalog. She explained about how it was made, hardware etc… Maureen like many of Ashley’s sales folks have been with the store for many years. That is one of the big reasons I like Shopping there. If I’m not satisfied they will see me over and over. I know they will do their best for me. So I purchased the set only from seeing in catalog and Maureen’s descriptions. Wow! It arrived at my house and I love it!! It’s high quality, and it looks great in my bedroom. I’m very pleased and happy I trusted Maureen. I have already returned to discuss my next purchases. The two young ladies in the office are also very professional and personal. This is a well run business. Of course I’m only stating what so many people in Las Cruces/El Paso area have already known for decades. Thanks Ashley! Thank you Maureen Greene!!

We have purchased a couple of items from Ashley Furniture, a sofa with electronics and a Tempur-Pedic bed. We have had the sofa for a little over a year, and it seems to be doing fine. More recently we purchased the Tempur-Pedic bed. Reggie Blalock (the salesman) spent a sufficient amount of time with us explaining the beds, however he did not offer the display model which was lower in price than the newer models. We decided to think about the price before we jumped into a hefty payment, so we left. Originally we asked for Maureen Greene (saleslady), who is a friend of the family, but unfortunately she was not there, so we talked to Reggie. After a couple of days later, we decided to go back and talk to Maureen, she immediately took us over the the display model that was less in price than the new models, plus we'd get it quick. She made a deal, we asked for the extras as she added them into the package deal. We had the bed 4 days later, plus she threw in a mattress cover and a couple of pillows. Great customer service Maureen. Thank you! However, I must add that I'm not impressed with Wanda (store owner)! She did not give me the time of day after seeing us in her store two times, purchasing her items. She also advertises on the radio she orders extra, not true, it takes 4 - 6 weeks to get a new model off her floor. So all in all, I'd recommend Ashley furniture, Reggie Blalock and Maureen Greene!

Customer service is a nightmare here! My husband and I bought a mirror in store and the mirror was defective so we exchanged it for one that wasn't defective. Unfortunately, months later the mirror is starting to have defects again. I called into the store and spoke to Stephanie who was rude and didn't provide any solutions. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from Ashley's unless you're sure of it. Their "customer service" if you can even call it that and their "customer service" team (I called headquarters) is an absolute joke.
