Adora was incredibly helpful! She helped us find the pillows that suited our needs perfectly for the way we sleep and took our mattress type into consideration. Then she helped us pick out the right mattress protector and sheets. She gave us time to really feel out the pillows on our own to consider and was the perfect balance of being helpful and not being pushy for a sale. Will definitely consider them for other furniture needs!
I understand there are corporate policies but I ordered my table and chairs online. A leg broke and in order to get a free replacement I have to go through an online process rather than just call my local Ashley’s store to take care of the issue. Somehow they aren’t really tied together so my home store can order the part but I have to pay a minimal price. Other than the rant the staff at my local Ashley’s was super helpful! So I felt it only fair that I update everyone on our local Ashley’s store. I was contacted by phone by a manager who explained the process which is frustrating to them as well. To keep this post a little short, keep local money local. If you see something on the Ashley’s website put it in your cart and take it to the store. They will honor the price and can order it here for you. If there are issues with your order they can handle it directly and won’t have the middle man (corporate) to deal with. I received a call from my local Ashley’s who not only explained the process but replaced the leg for my chair within a few days of speaking with her! Great local service and product! Thank you!
