I had a pleasant easy-going non-pressure shopping experience at Ashley of Santa Fe. The sales associate Brock couldn't have been any easier to work with, Brock was very accommodating & I took a lot of his time searching the display floor for my perfect sofa. I ended up going with the newest line that Ashley offers which is"ModMax" I've read a lot of negative reviews on Ashley & through my personal experience I have to completely Disagree with all of those negative reviews because I only had a 10-star positive experience at Ashley. The sofa I purchased implements corner blocking construction which in my opinion is imperative to a sofa build,, another reason I chose to go with Ashley was because in real time I was given a demo on the floor to how durable/strong Ashley's products really are=the manager who is a big guy stood on top of one of the sofas without the cushion bounced up & down on the thing- I didn't even hear any squeaking going on within the sofa,, then Brock the sales associate took out a nightstand drawer and stood on top of it. This guy Brock is no Bean Pole either,, needless to say I was pretty shocked that Brock did not go through the drawer breaking it. I did not need to see anything else & made my decision right there,, so thank you Ashley for a Grand experience & as well to Brian the store manager + Brock the sales associate.

I ordered a Leesworth reclining sofa last Thursday or Friday and it was delivered today. I bought the ocean (dark blue) color and I like it very much. So many leather furniture is either brown or black. The service was excellent. I spoke with Zia on the phone and then Rosa in the store. The next day I called and Rosa helped me. I didn't even need to drive back to the store to place my order and pay. The price was surprisingly low. Habitat for Humanity picked up my old loveseat yesterday and Ashley delivered today around noon. Very easy and good experience. There was no hype. Ashley came through on every promise. Having a local store makes a big difference as does having excellent employees.
During a recent visit to Ashley Furniture, I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with an employee named Lawrence. To say his attitude was unpleasant would be an understatement. His lack of professionalism was palpable—sneering remarks, dismissive responses, and a distinct air of superiority that seemed entirely out of place in a customer service role. It's baffling how someone with such poor social skills and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction could be employed in a position that requires interaction with the public. My experience with Lawrence made it painfully clear that Ashley Furniture's hiring standards must be disturbingly low—or perhaps they're unaware of the damage this one individual is doing to their reputation.Regardless of his role at Ashely he doesn’t seem fit for it. Store Manager is the exact contrary, very professional, goes above and beyond for customers, willingly to find a solution to any obstacle and expects the same of his salesmen; Brock most notably. To have the efforts of these gentlemen undercut by Lawrence is a shame and regrettable.
Would give 0 stars if possible and probably the most untrustworthy place a person could buy from do not trust or listen to any of their deals or promotions they don’t hold their word and the manager is on it to their delivery dates are faker then the people you’ll meet be prepared to wait months for something that was supposedly in stock and was going to be delivered in a week make sure you save all paperwork that contains what you paid for and the price because they will make a mess with your credit card which is sad because we’ve been frequent buyers until this last time

Had a hard time with my financing paperwork, had to go back a second time but Jussiah and Lawrence were respectful and amazing. While it was frustrating, they made things easier on me and tried to get everything done in a timely manner. Just wish I could get my items a few days sooner! That is my only issue.

Place is horrible and they rip people off there all making deals then change paperwork I have someone looking into my case they are horrible don't shop here and the manager is a joke order over 3000 dollars and they couldn't deliver half the stuff trying to get the stuff removed off a card is a joke cause they will not right anything stating there a mess at that store and couldn't deliver more then half of the order

I purchased 3 items from the Santa Fe store. Not once, period, was I told that the items would be unassembled. When does someone buy furniture that is unfinished? When I went to pickup my furniture, they were in small boxes. When I called, I was told that I didn't purchase the "White Glove Service" which means that if I wanted the furniture complete, I would have to pay more. Again, I was never told that it would be unassembled. They would not take the items back, send someone to assemble, or refund my $700. They are unprofessional, dishonest and incompetent.
I felt like our sales man was new or not very prepared. I asked what size the table was we were looking at and he said he needed to get a tape measure. When he got back with it he gave it to me to measure the table . I was in design in Dallas and this was very unprofessional. Every question I asked he had to stop and say I’ll be back . It took forever. Hopefully the table we ordered will get there on time and everything will go smooth .

Hello again. Somehow my post got lost on my end and it was sent to you. I’d like to finish where I think I left off. I wish I could find my original post. My husband and I bought a love seat and chair in a half on Monday 6/17/24. We returned to pick our furniture up on Tuesday 6/18/24. Signed the paperwork that we picked up our furniture. There also was a rug that was with the love seat and chair 1/2. We liked that too, but didn’t buy it the day before so we bought it when we picked up our furniture. We also bought the extra warranty. Lee and Josiah helped put our furniture and rug in to our truck, which was not an easy task! We didn’t have enough rope, so Lee gave us some he had. He made sure all our stuff was tied tight and secure. We had a drive to go, we live in Taos. Anyway, I know both of my posts are long, but I wanted to give in detail how hard, but not pushy, all these people helped us! Thank you so much, Lee and Josiah, for putting our furniture safely in our truck. Thank you so much Jerome for helping us with our purchase. Last but not least, a BIG THANK YOU TO ROSA!!!! If you are looking to make payments on a purchase, never use the financing department that is in house it is called Ecima! You will end up paying about 3+ times the original amount of the product if you can’t pay it off within the three months. This is not some thing that they tell you when you purchase the furniture! Only shop here if you’re able to buy your purchase in full!
They were able to rush order a bed to accommodate my schedule, were very helpful in understanding options for purchasing, and the store was very neat with very kind employees. T-bone was a great salesman and offered me advice for Santa Fe since I'm new and moving into the area. Would shop here again!

Incredibly disappointed. Was delivered a broken bed, on 4/16, told it was fine to sleep on and I'd be getting the replacement broken part in the next day or so. Bed broke worse sleeping on it and parts are now over 6 weeks out leaving me sleeping on a mattress on the floor. Horrible customer service and communication. Will definitely be the last thing I ever purchase from them. Save yourself the hassle and buy somewhere that treats you better and is honest with you.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Ashley Furniture. I purchased a bedroom set from their Santa Fe, NM store in August 2022, and it has been nothing but trouble since day one. To start with, the delivery process was a nightmare. The delivery men marked up my walls, damaging them in the process, and even ruined one of the nightstands. While they did replace the damaged nightstand, they completely neglected to address the damage they caused to my walls, leaving me to foot the bill for repairs. The $200 reimbursement offered was laughably inadequate considering the extent of the damage. Now, just over a year later, the drawers of the bedroom set are falling apart. The side bars are coming off, and the wood is so flimsy that I can't even attempt to fix them myself. When I reached out to Ashley Furniture's customer service to inquire about warranty coverage, I was met with a dismissive response. I was informed that the warranty period had expired after just one year, leaving me responsible for any repairs. To make matters worse, I received a call from Ashley Furniture's corporate office, where I was told in no uncertain terms that they would not replace or repair the furniture, citing the expired warranty. This level of disregard for their customers is simply unacceptable. I expected better from a company like Ashley Furniture, but unfortunately, their poor quality products and lackluster customer service have left me deeply dissatisfied. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing furniture from Ashley Furniture to think twice and explore other options.
Orlando and another employee from Ashley Furniture showed up at my house at the perfect time. I received text updates on their ETA which was great! When they arrived they got right to work. My house has some clutter in it and they did an awesome job maneuvering around it. They were hardworking, polite, and overall good pleasure working with. They set up the Furniture in a timely fashion and they put it exactly where I had asked them too. They made me feel comfortable and important as a customer. I'm extremely pleased with the way my entire purchase and delivery went with Ashley Furniture. The furniture is beautiful and exactly what my sons and I wanted. To file a warranty for a piece of furniture is a nightmare, I have been waiting 3 months to get a sleeper sofa fixed, do not buy from Ashley furniture!
Fantastic, welcoming service. I went in for a guest bed + came out with a couple of counter chairs and a sofa. I'm new to the area and I need lots of new furniture! Tony (aka, T-bone) was amazing! He helped me pick out some new new furniture and even gave me some tips for some local restaurants.
Thank you Anthony! You answered every question I could think of, you were patient with me and my family, and you addressed every concern and want that I had. Now, that being said, their logistics department and coordination for shipping is a disaster. We originally talked about a delivery date 2 weeks out because the recliner was in stock. I called to see if I could pay for some sort of rush shipping. Not available. That's fine. Then I was informed that the deadliest delivery was approximately 8 weeks out. At that point I was rather confused and asked if I could have someone come pick it up at the store. Can't pick it up at the store. Got it. They ship from the warehouse an hour from their store. Can't pick it up there either. So the woman I spoke with said she would try to put me down for a delivery 3 weeks out, 4 weeks from date of purchase. No choice I said okay. Back on the Internet I found that Ashley has a sale on their Amazon store and guaranteed delivery in 3 days. I called to confirm it on their national line with my zip code. It was accurate and they could have it shipped that day or the next depending on the stores fulfillment capability and workload. So the woman went ahead and cancelled my order so I could go through Amazon. Excited it would be here this week and for 300 less, I quickly ordered it. Two days later they cancelled the Amazon order with no justification. Going to try another place now. If only they could keep up with their sales department.

We received our new furniture in December. Neither the couch or chair sit like the one in the store. They are both very uncomfortable. We have had to schedule two repairs already. The person that left today told us before the fix that it wouldn't work. They also said to call the store demand a replacement of a third of the couch. I will never shop at Ashley again. Very disappointing from a store I used to like.

Please do not sell any furniture out side of New Mexico. Bought my recliner in Sante Fe last May of 22, shipped to Farmington New Mexico via Ignacio Colorado. Chair has had problems with motor and cannot find any one of your people from GBS (third contract company) to fix due to it being outside of New Mexico. In order to fix the Chair I would have to have some one from Florida fly in to Colorado to fix under Warranty. I would have to pay out of my pocket. How stupid is that for a 5 year warranty? I was able to get the part and fix myself .You folks did a chair replacement ( thank you) I have disposed of the old char in another room and works great and now I have two recliners . Will never buy another piece of furniture much less an extended warranty from Ashley’s again.

Went into the Santa Fe NM store looking for a queen bed, just the bed nothing else. I explained that it was for an extra bedroom that would be used by our 2 small grand sons so it had to be sturdy. Upon looking at all their beds we realized that they were not made of wood rather what looked like particle board covered in what seemed to be plastic made to look like wood!? They were so cheaply manufactured that were still scratching our heads as to why they were so expensive! Not spending over $1000 on a plastic bed!

Not only did you screw the order up, (3) of the most important pieces didn't even arrive as guaranteed! Now you are telling me it will be mid to late Jan that I will receive my couch, chair and ottoman! This location, it's services and it's staff literally lied to me to simply make a sale. We were very disappointed and the TV stand we were promised for delivery in 2 weeks will not be in for another 3 weeks. Needless to say we are disappointed because this is another disappointment as how times have changed. We.got another box spring at 50 percent less in our home town of LV NM For much less. Ashley quoted us over $400 for a box spring and our local Prices Furniture store sold it to us for appx. $290. WOW! I am OVER price gouging int the USA!!!

The table I bought was a laminate and peeled and is showing signs of splitting elsewhere also within three months of purchase. Mind you it took a couple weeks to get it delivered. I've sent them pictures and filed a claim. They have a one year manufacturers warranty on their products but they won't respond to even look at the table because they said I didn't buy their extended warranty also. I decided at the time that in a year I would know if it was a quality product or not and it was covered until then. I guess that I got my answer. I have visited the store where I purchased it twice since and spoke to the manager who agreed that it looked like a manufactures defect (by my pictures) and they keep saying they will get back to me with a resolution. I have yet to hear from them and it's been over two months. This was an expensive table.

NOTE: I spoke with the manager and a refund is bring processed. I want to thank Brian for moving quickly to solve this issue. I have yet to receive the refund but it does take a few days. I just want to stress nothing against the staff at the Santa Fe store. They were just doing their job as told. The company on the other hand needs to be a little generous with trusting returning customers. It was a clearance item a small fraction of the inventory in store. I should have been trusted to proceed with the purchase and taken the item home as I live outside of Santa Fe county. We have purchased before from Ashley and both times there have been issues with payment processing. Last time it was a format problem with the payment. This time we went in and purchased a large TV Cabinet. While the payment for $583 was being processed the computer died. Our payment was taken immediately out of our account because it was a debit card. Ashley did not receive the payment on their end. So we were unable to bring the sale item home. I should of stayed until it was loaded into my truck because I had a receipt in hand. But giving the benefit of the doubt my wife and I left. Now I’m realizing I paid for an item and was told I could not bring it home which I felt was not right. Today I spoke with a representative with s foreign accent who told me I hand to wait 24 to 48 hours to get an answer of when my money will be returned or I can get the item. I’m very very angry and frustrated to where I want to go to the store and demand my item be given to me or an immediate refund. Please help! Or you are going to loose future business from me as well as many other people in Santa Fe.

Anthony gave us great service. He was very knowledgeable of the products considering he has only been there a month. He also made sure the first customer representative we worked with a couple of months ago would share in the commission for the sale. The only criticism I would have is there is a lack of inventory and no outdoor furniture on display. I realize the footprint of the store is small but if it could be expanded somehow, it would probably bring in more sales.

Will never go to this store again !! Was in there shopping for a love seat recliner . And as we were doing the paperwork to get it finalized the one that was helping us out left in the middle of it and brought a different person to finish the paperwork for us .. that was the first problem second was they had the delivery address and information all wrong when we called customer service to straighten it out they were being rude . And was asking for more information to verify it was us even though we provided all the necessary information !! Waited for a month and a half to find out that our order was still on back order since the time we purchased it!! they never told us from the beginning it was not in stock ... finally went back after a month and a half to cancel our order and asked for a receipt to say the cancelation was being processed and they couldn't provide us with one!! But said it was canceled that we should get our refund within 7 days... two weeks later still no refund!! had to call someone for an explanation and it was all through text what kinda store is this that you can not get a hold of a live person !!!.. by the time we finally got a hold of someone they said the order was never canceled.. I would not recommend Ashleys store to anyone !! Would not give any stars if I could but could not post unless I did 😒

The Ashley team and delivery crew bent over backwards to get our bed frame and dresser delivered to us. Now that we need repairs and replacement parts, it’s the complete opposite. I should have listened to my gut instinct when looking at the completed bed frame. I dismissed the Flimsy supports thinking “it’s Ashley so it should be fine.” Welp, the center supports all collapsed from the headboard to the foot. Some of the struts snapped, others the screws are bent. I reported it right away and we were told it would be fixed within two weeks. I was told to send pictures, explain the damage, and replacement parts would be delivered. Then someone would come out to fix it. That was more than a month ago. At this point, Makayla McAdams has stopped replying to my emails. Jussiah and T-Bone tell me there’s nothing they can do from their end. And all they keep saying is it will be taken care of but no information as to when. I’m expecting nothing else be done and as a customer I highly suggest taking your business elsewhere
Very poor experience with this store and the service provided. The $3,000 bed frame I purchased broke within 3 weeks of having it. When I tried to get it repaired within my 30 day warranty we were initially told it would be two weeks to get everything taken care of then all contact ceased. This all happened at the beginning of May, we are now mid June. There is no way to get ahold of the actual store because their call lines are always “non-operational” and email responses are no existent. When I FINALLY got in touch with someone from corporate to get a tracking number(because the store refused to provide one)for the replacement parts I saw it was delivered to the wrong address! I’d give zero stars if I could. This has all been a shady nightmare and feels like this place of business is being run by con men. I wouldn’t recommend buying from here.

All this over $100 pillow! They gave me another 800 number to call and all I got was send us the invoice! I sent the company photos of their defective pillow and this is what I got. Send us a copy of the invoice. well I've moved since I bought the product and I don't have the invoice. Actually I found the invoice and there was no pillow on it. You know this is the worst furniture company in history you can take your pillow and your furniture and have a nice day and that's putting it lightly. Have the CEO give me a call so we can talk about it if he has or she has time in his or her busy day. Otherwise I'll never buy another product for your company and my invoice was $6,800 for a bedroom set a TV stand. I don't have to add photos I already sent them in the first place all over $100 pillow. Again I sent the photos of the damaged pillow which is not normal wear and tear wear and tear should be after two or three years I'm a single guy I used the pillows myself and no one else.

Came in and the sales girl at this location approached us. She explained the details and offered us some sales promotions. Being that my wife and I need furniture for our new manufactured home such as dining set, couch, love seat and reclining chair we were hoping to use Ashley furniture for our needs. I mentioned to the sales girl if we could get free delivery and she said no and they charge a 10% delivery fee! Another reason I considered Ashley furniture is because they gave my wife's aunt free delivery. I was hoping to get the same service. As we walked around the store I observed her and another employee whispering and both looking our way. I did not appreciate this as it was pretty obvious things were being said about us. Ashley furniture you lost a sale due to a couple of employees mistreating a customer.
The sales rep who served us was misleading and not totally honest. First of all he said delivery was free when we asked about it. Then it came down to the sale and he tacked on a delivery fee! When I reminded him he said it was free, he denied saying that when the store manager was present! Also, our sales rep and the store manager explained the protection plan to us and said if it’s not used in 5 years, you get in-store credit for the amount of your item purchased. When I get home and I’m looking over the paper work, it says that in-store credit is for the amount paid for the protection plan, which was $399, NOT the amount of our purchased item as we were told!
Ashley furniture always has the biggest selection of furniture. Both traditional and modern pieces are easy to find at a great price. The staff is amazing! I’m greeted and treated as if I’m family.

Ordered a $1200 bed two weeks ago. Scheduled, rescheduled, damage, finally delivering. The delivery guys said oh this bed is discontinued and it’s complicated and time-consuming to put together so we can just drop it off here or take it back to the warehouse and have it assembled there. Geez, that would’ve been nice to know to begin with. Still waiting on bedframe to be delivered but there is a mattress on the floor. Save yourselves. Find a company that will give you just write schedule and all the details you need to make an informed decision on a purchase.

Bought a bed plus frame for $1200.00 two weeks ago. They scheduled delivery. Then called to schedule delivery because they didn't see original scheduled date. On the day, called to say bed was damaged, need to reschedule. Sigh! Finally arrived today with mattress and said, frame too complicated/time consuming to assemble. Seriously? You tell me now? Dropped mattress, took frame back to be assembled and with the promise to deliver it next week. Oh, and delivery guys tell me twice frame has been discontinued, not sure why that mattered.
This was my first time buying furniture and I would’ve liked for my experience to have been more enjoyable:( I walked into the store and Jussiah greeted me and the first thing I asked was do you run credit, he said no .. two minutes later there is an inquiry on my credit and not only that he applied me for a credit card that made my score drop dramatically .. I would have went elsewhere if I would’ve known.. after seeing that I was just stressed the whole time I was working with him and just wanted to leave, felt like all he wanted was his commission .. I was also charged an additional $300 when I picked up my furniture and nobody will call me back.

We are recent newlyweds and wanted to get a new bed. We had been shopping all day and had a 5yr old with us and just came from a horrible overpriced experience where they tried to push off a used product on us as new and charge waaaaay too much! So we walk in and the place is HUGE and filled with beautiful inventory. We are greeted immediately, our needs are asked and we get right to it. We had a few snags on the financing, but it wasn’t their fault. They worked with us through it and we actually got the mattress and frame we wanted. The staff was all friendly and patient and helpful, even to our kid who they let sit on the recliners and watch Netflix. When I asked about how these beds hold up to 5yr olds the store manager told ours to jump on it! They were relentless in helping us to get approved for what we wanted. It was overall a great experience. The delivery time is about a week and a half away so that’s kinda a bummer cause we’re TEALLY excited to get our new bed!! (but not their fault.)We live in the next town over. I’d definitely tell my friends to go here, and when we pay off the bed we got we’ll definitely pick out more stuff to fill our home. It’s nice quality beautiful stuff.
We had an amazing experience. The guys that delivered our furniture had to arrive at 7:00pm due to snow/extreme winds and yet they did an amazing job. They were quick, professional, and concerned about our needs. We had three big pieces to be delivered, plugged in and check to make sure everything was working right. They did it swiftly and professionally we were very pleased with her service.

I had two deliveries this week, one on Tuesday and one on Wednesday. I had bought two sofas of the same model last week to replace severely damaged furniture in my living room. Both deliveries went exceedingly smoothly. The delivery man were exceedingly competent, polite, and efficient. I am very pleased with their work and with the sofas.
I ran award winning retail stores for almost 50 years and pride myself on the service we gave to each and every customer; that is why it is important to document the rude and abysmal service I received in this store.I had never been in an Ashley store and am looking for a new chair. I was greeted when I entered the store, and then one of the salesman followed me and began harassing me for my name. I politely told him I did not need help, I just wanted to look and to please leave me alone, he persisted in following me and asking my name. When I pointed out the first rule of customer service is to listen to the customer and I did not want to engage with him he talked over me. At that point I turned to leave the store, which he found funny, another man came out behind the counter and kept repeating have a nice day. i asked for the contact information for their district manager and was facetiously told his name is "have a nice day". I can see why the parking lot was empty and there was no one in the store if this is common practice.I realize I am only one person who would not have spent a fortune in this store and so perhaps the company doesn't care. I was proud of my profession and the service we offered and not only was this rude and insulting to me, it was an black mark on service people everywhere. You can be sure I will tell everyone I speak to about my experience.Obviously the team in Santa Fe needs to go back to training in customer service.
Jerome was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to show us all of our options before we made a decision. Price was good too. And because it has electrical parts, we chose the 5-year protection plan. The money gets applied to a store credit if you don't use it, such a wonderful idea.

I gave 4 stars because the next day, I identified an error on my invoice (25% sale not reflected). I purchased a bedroom set there less than acyear ago furniture is already falling apart i called the store they were extremely rude. Customer service is no help. Trying to get a hold of a manager is not an option. I will never do busoness in this store again.

Bought a $1200 dining room set here. The sales agent was pushy about me purchasing the warranty so I did. The quality was so cheap I will never buy anything here again. Reached out to ask for a refund and I was told that there is a 3rd party who issues the warranty and it had been canceled without my request. So they scam you into buying a warranty on raggedy furniture and then evade responsibility. Nasty service and experience.

Yet again I'll give 1/5 stars only because I can't give 0/5. After my last review I figured I would see if the furniture would be delivered when they said it would. Unsurprisingly, it was not. The furniture did supposedly come in and was ready to be delivered but my husband and I had to leave town unexpectedly because of the sudden passing of a close family member. I called the store and explained the situation and two separate people (a) scheduled the delivery and (b) assured me the furniture would be held for us and delivered when we were home. Unsurprisingly that did not happen. When we got home and I called they said that they had the possibility to hold it for us, but whoever I spoke to did not do so. We were told it would be delivered 6 weeks later. That was 5 weeks ago. I called tonight to confirm. The phone message says it's scheduled but the associate I spoke to said the pieces were not in stock and it'd be another week. Based on this trajectory I am seriously doubting that I will receive the furniture before it's paid off. I'm sorry that in addition to calling the store 3 times to reschedule I didn't think to quadruple check that the store associates did what they said they'd do because I was too preoccupied with my grieving family. Note to self: try to schedule the next family emergency not in the only 3 day window over 6 months that Ashley might decide to deliver your furniture. And the topper on the cake: I reached out to the email that they leave on every negative review and got no message back. They also gave me a number to text and I haven't yet received a response. I guess this will be a good test to see if it's an auto reply to a negative review or they actually read the reviews.

This was the worst ever could not deliver my purchase because it was raining and did not want his truck to get stuck and didn't want furniture to get wet. And I caex customer service and they pur me on hold for 12 minutes and instead of telling me that my purchase was canceled thar is why I called yesterday and they told me to call and cancel 😞 This is the worst customer service ever. In new Mexico worst ever I will not shop there.

Worst customer service. Don't go there. I bought a nice couch 9 months ago that came with a damaged cushion. They confirmed it was a manufacturing issue. I'm still waiting for the replacement of that 1 cushion! I'm seating on a brand new couch with a three inch hole in it. I've talked to many people both over the phone and in person at the store, and no one cares!!!

Good customer service is only till they collect your payment details. After you pay, they ignore you, and don't follow up. If you want any hope of returns, send it back on day of delivery or shop online. They have a " no return policy after delivery." They could do with more selection at this location.

The saleswoman Karli was so awesome we went back a second time even though they rescheduled our delivery by a week the first time! We ordered a chest for our bedroom we weren't sure would fit the first go around... This delivery was an absolute joke! We were the 5th stop on a Friday our initial delivery was scheduled between 11:30-2:30... Then the time frame just kept growing! By 5pm we were the 7th stop. Not sure how that works. I called to reschedule the appointment at 5pm because we have serving jobs. The delivery guys called me at 6pm to tell me they were on the way. Today I get a random call from the delivery guy calling to make it right! I was super excited that they'd do that! They showed up and tried to deliver a mattress. So we had to reschedule for another delivery. We will try again next Friday. Again they'll make it sound easy but the delivery team will screw it up I promise!

I received excellent service at the Ashley store in Santa Fe, NM. I saw a sofa I liked but didn't buy on the spot. The sales associate (Karli) gave me her card and I went home which is an hour away. I'm hard of hearing and it's difficult for me to conduct business by telephone. Not wanting to make another 2-hour round trip to the store, I sent Karli an e-mail with questions. She responded quickly, and we proceeded to have a multiple e-mail conversation, which would have taken significantly less of her time if done by phone or in person. She always responded quickly and pleasantly. I messed up the online credit application and got a bit cranky about it, and she reached out to assure me she could help me if I could come in an work with her at the store. In the end I'm getting a beautiful sofa and ottoman, with 20% off the listed price, and 12 months interest-free payments. I'll definitely be shopping there first for my future furniture needs, and hopefully Karli will be able to help me again.

We ordered a new pricy bed, whew, u wud think as much as the bed will eventually cost that installation, the mattress cover, n quarenetee wud be part of the cost, rather then in addition too. It's like shopping for a used car.
Sales people were courteous and accommodating. Was given a small discount on purchase of recliner which was deciding factor in choosing Ashley over competitor.
Overall, the experience was sub-par. Rosa was able to make everything better, and if it were not for her we would not have bought anything. The original sales guy didn't know much about anything. Didn't offer anything to us, delivery, white glove, etc., it was pretty dry. He didn't inform us of delivery delays, shipping timelines, nothing. Didn't have info on the current promos. He was just a waste of time to be quite honest. The reason for only 2 stars is because of delivery. Rosa was kind enough to let us know 12 weeks to arrive, I think the last item arrived on the 16th week, broken. The delivery guy told us we had to keep it, which we thought was strange. Everything else was shipped sporadically, i think we missed 4 days of work due to weird delivery schedules. So for the broken TV stand, We were told to text a number for a part, and those rude people didn't even order the right part, nor did they ask which part was broken. They just assumed they knew. 10 days later I get the part and I have to contact them again to ask them to order the right part. Several weeks later I still don't have the part. I've spoken to an Ashley online and asked for a refund or a credit of some sort,they told me there's nothing they can do. I have an $800 broken TV stand now. I spoke your store staff about it and they said there's nothing they can do either but I could call an 800 number, but now it just feels like im being passed around. Just frustrated I paid 800 and I have a broken TV stand.
Went to 4 places to find a mattress and finally Found one that I liked daniel was really patient with me after testing and testing the 2 that I liked I went to lunch and came back retested the ones that I like and chose the sealy I was happy no pressure to buy and just very patient again thank you

Well first of all I really don’t ever write bad reviews, this will be my first.want to make everyone aware before spending a fortune on a Tempurpedic mattress we new the price of the mattress and base going in. This where to beware we were informed you have 30 to 90 days to sleep and try out and at that time you are able to return without any instructions asked if not totally satisfied. The problem is read completely you can return but have exchange for same price or higher price item. Shame on me for not reading more in depth and clarifying, but we really believe the sales team should be clarifying that to all customers. So be careful before you sign on the dotted line. Now we are pretty much stuck with a 9000 dollar bed . Respectfully Greg Meyer

The first time we came here a few months back. No one wanted to help us. All the staff were hanging out by the front desk. Which is no biggie. We just thought they were giving us time to walk around and check the furniture. We had came to look at couches and a beds for our children. After about 30- 45 mins we had a few questions. So I looked around and I didn’t see anyone on the floor. Still no biggie. So I look over to the front desk and see them still chilling. Still no biggie. As I start walking their direction to see if someone could help and just like that they pull a I’m on a phone call, I’m dealing with another customer or some type of excuse and leave the front desk. When they were clearly chilling out. (Us and 2 other families were in the store that day) The only person that couldn’t really go anywhere was the receptionist. So I asked if there was anyone who could assist us. She said all the sales people were busy at the moment and that they would let them know. Now I’m starting to get bugged but I’m like ok we’ll wait. As I get back to where my wife is I could see the sales people start trickling back to the front desk one by one. We waited another 30 mins. So l looked over at the front desk and they’re back chilling and hanging out. So we decided to take our business else where. They were definitely the laziest group of sales people I’ve ever seen. Yesterday we were kind of hesitant about coming in due to our last experience but we decided to go in to look around. This time was a totally different experience. We came in and we started looking around and within 15 mins or so. The sales woman Paula came to see if we had any questions and showed us a few other couches that we might be interested in. She’s a prime example of an excellent employee. Even though she was dealing with other customers she would come back to see how we were doing and if we had any questions. So we found a couch that we liked and she came and started the paperwork. As we were doing the paperwork she asked if we had been here before. We told her yeah and the experience we had. Then the manger came over and apologized about our last visit and told us to let her know if there’s any problems. Shout out to Paula. Thank you for being an awesome sales woman and thank you getting us set up with our new couches. We’ll definitely be coming back because of employees like you.
I would like to share my experience with Ashley Furniture. We ordered our furniture almost 10 months ago and I kept getting messages that out "partial" order was ready for delivery. We were ready to cancel the order and go elsewhere as we were frustrated and tired of the run around. After months and multiple times declining to accept a partial order I finally went into the Santa Fe location and was in contact with Rosa Rodriguez. Rosa went above and beyond immediately, checking on our order and keeping me updated. Finally our entire order will be delivered in 2 weeks from today and Rosa Rodriguez confirmed this today! Rosa has the most amazing customer service skills I have experienced in quite some time and this is to be appreciated. Thank you Rosa!

I was greeted by Paula Beltran and Jerome Salazar, they were very helpful and showed me different options. I fell in love with the Tempurpedic Pro Adapt medium Mattress and the Motion 500 tween XL Base. Paula and Jerome explained to me all the benefits the set had to offer. After trying this amazing bed and almost folling asleep, I went ahead and bought it! They will deliver it in a week. I know it's going to be a great addition to our home. We have been very happy with your service and everything we have bought from you.
I bought a loveseat from Ashley Furniture it came with a dent and left a white spot on it , I called them the next day they told me they would send or call me to take 💅 of it it's been two months already and nothing has been resolved, will never buy anything from the again

We have in the market of purchasing living room furniture and keep getting turned off by how pushing the sales people can but today that all changed. We had the pleasure of meeting Daniel R. at the Santa Fe store and he was great. My husband and I went in and made a large purchase. The salesman was very helpful when we went in shopping. It was AFTER the purchase and the delivery that we had a bad experience. Not all our purchase was delivered at the time that was promised. We had a missing item and, we were told it wouldn't be in for another 6 days. Our frustration was when we went in and tried to get answers for the delay in what was promised to be delivered. Our original sales associate completely ignored us knowing he had helped us only a few days before. We had an another sales associate try to help us however he went on helping others who came in after us. Finally the manager came to help us, getting no real answers... only to blame the store in Albuquerque. As of today we are still waiting on our missing item which has already been paid for. Ashley Furniture is not a store we will purchase from again.

Our experience,as we looked for the perfect seating for our TV room, was enhanced 150% by our sales consultant Jussiah Sanchez..He was patient, professional and extremely knowledgeable about all the furniture we previewed..Then after choosing a sofa he explained to us the value of the temper pedic bed..we were so impressed we are going back next week to purchase a new mattress ..This young man is a pro in every sence of the word..
Purchased a new bed, dresser, and night stand for my daughter's room. The salesman (Mr. Landeros) told me it was going to come in a month and half, which I had no issue with. When they finally delivered the items, there was no rails for the bed, just the headboard and foot board. When I called to get a status on the rails two weeks later, they told me there was no order for any rails. I called the store and they told me that they would take a look at the order and call me back in ten minutes. They didn't call me back at all, and placed an order for the rails on the bed which I received a receipt for later that night. I'm upset at the customer service and the fact that my daughter is going without a bed for what will probably be a month or more.

We visited several furniture stores before finding what we wanted at Ashley. The selection was great, with lots of choices and a very helpful staff. Delivery was earlier than expected and the delivery crew was excellent. They were through in setting up and checking out everything to make sure it was all correct before they left. Bought 2 recliners. Haven't been able to use one for 4 months because reclining mechanism quit working while still under warranty. Been calling/texting for 4 months to get this fixed.
This visit was to look at mattresses. I worked mostly with Jerome. Jerome was knowledgeable and considered what I wanted and needed rather than trying to sell me something I didn’t. He was able to analyze my spinal positions on various mattresses and help me figure out comfort considerations I had not considered. Above and beyond assistance. And to top it off, Brian, the store manager, checked in regularly and answered questions as well. He helped with the cost considerations and was just a genuine and reasonable guy. I ended up purchasing a mattress and frame during this visit. I highly recommend considering Ashley Homestore in the future for bed considerations.

Save your money and time! I ordered my dinning set in June was told it would take about three months. It's now the end of November and no end in sight. I emailed Ashley's customer service as suggested and have yet to hear back. What a joke.
I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, was checked on several times, but not hounded. Richard Craven was my sales rep, and made me feel right at home. This was my first visit and I'm definitely going back.
Not very friendly or helpful. I just went home and ordered online from a different retailer. My daughter got her bed in 3 days and is enjoying it. I'm always let down when I shop in a local store. They always seem to be bothered by customers.

It is a furniture store with no furniture to sell. It's pathetic. Close down if you have no furniture. You had one job and you couldn't even do that.
the best thing was when we walked in, we were greeted by a very nice gentleman (Jerome) asked if he could help us. Asked if we were looking for a sofa or mattress, we told him we were wanting to check what they had in mattresses, Jerome was very professional and explained everything we needed to know, he made us feel very comfortable, answered our questions without being pushy about making a sale. We will return back for future purchases. We have gone to other furniture stores and never felt comfortable because sales person would not back off and leave us to see what we liked. I wasn’t told I was getting charged $249 for delivery, I asked if they had in stock - yes was the awnser and when I went to pay it was not today even if I can haul myself it was 10days and I wasn’t allowed to pick up my own furniture, my date to deliver finally came and was confirmed 12:30 to 3:30 nope didn’t come then it was 430 to 5 nope wasn’t here , then I called to find my delivery and was told another 45 min now 630 pm and still no furniture which was over an hour past the time , no call no information I’m tracking through calling since the app is a false app to track it and now at bed time no delivery. Why did I pay ? You can be that many hours behind from a 12:30 to 3:30 delivery. You can’t call the store and you wait for at least 10 to 20 plus min before your told nothing . Worst experience ever

Ordered my furniture originally in January when my order was supposed to be here and April never received it May came around never received it in the month of May I called and they said my order was being delivered when I called back within minutes my order was canceled. I went in to Ashley furniture store in Santa Fe and spoke with the manager and a sales rep they told me that it was somebody from the back office that canceled my order and there was nothing they can do I had to pay for my furniture again and it was supposed to come in July, we are here in November and I will not get my couches until January. I went in this evening to go ask for a refund because I was told false information when I purchased my couches versus when I called the corporate office. I went to ask for a refund from my first order and my second order the guy John (really nice gentleman) wasn’t in and I dealt with this rude little girl named Rosa. She tried to argue with me telling me that furniture is gonna take that long everywhere I go and she also told me that she didn’t know when John would be in because he does deserve two days off. An employed like that does deserve to be fired. I’m not begging them to take my money, I will gladly go somewhere else with BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.
BEWARE, just like the other reviews here they don't know when your order will get here or may I say they won't tell you, it will take half a year if so... I went in the beginning of August looking for a bed employees are nice but now I see it was just for the sale cause after you swipe your card never again will you hear from them. I asked several times when my order would arrive and if they were having delays they told me 30 days... 30 days past into 4 more weeks where the status of my order was 2 to 4 weeks every time I called. 2 to 4 weeks turn into 19 to 22 weeks for my order to be ready!!! I was done by this point called and requested a refund immediately! Beware, nice sales persons but if you call or email after you purchase from them to see where your order is they won't answer you! Take your business elsewhere. O and by the way you would still have to go pick up your furniture to ABQ.
Ashley offers great furniture from simple ones to unique ones, I’d give a 10/10 because of the how helpful the assistants here are they tell you all the details you need about something you like, which ones lowest or highest price, which ones best when it comes to comfortable etc. They have all furniture you need, tables, seats, beds, and so much more, they’ll help you find exactly what you’re looking for, like a table for example, if you want it short they’ll show you all the short ones they have until you find the one you like and that fits where you want it, but overall great place for finding a furniture that you need.

I waited 5 months for my furniture not one piece ever arrived was quoted 2 months all the delivery dates and times Changed weekly and daily I asked customer service if they have any solid dates the service rep stated the don’t only estimates which means they have no idea when it would be ready or even arrive! I highly recommend getting furniture elsewhere unless your willing to wait over half a year or longer because I ended up canceling! Would not recommend beware!

The stores will put together it's a little hard to get your questions answered quickly usually have to hunt for someone to help you because they're usually with other customers but as soon as they're done helping they usually come around and ask you if there's anything you need.

Update 11/9/21: No resolution. do not bother to pay for the 5 year warranty. Pitiful. I will never shop here again. I have been trying to get ahold of customer service for over a week. I bought an Amish heater insert from them a couple of years ago and now the buttons on it no loner work. I was able to talk to person at the store, they gave me an 800 number. I called that number numerous times and never got through to a human. I then chose the call back option. They never called me back. Finally, today, after being on hold for 20 minutes, I got a human. After numerous questions, I was told, "Sorry we don't service that area...." they gave me another number. I am now on my third try with that number. The first time after listening to a "your call is important to us..." for 15 minutes it hung up on me. Then, after calling back and getting a human, she hung up on me too. Now I got another person and they have no idea what I'm talking. This is infuriating. Here's some more....they replied see below, and when I sent an email to that address, I received back a rote email saying something to the effect of "you purchased the 5 year warranty, your one year warranty is up, please contact this number......for the warranty company". I have spent 2 weeks and many hours going in circles on this. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. And if you do, don't bother with a 5 year warranty.

I will never give them business again and encourage others to be wary. I’ve had the worst customer service with this company. Sure, the store is beautiful and the sales lady sells you furniture but I’ve been lied to about receiving my order multiple times. I’ve been patient for 7 months and every month I was told next month, next month. When we purchased they said 3 months wait. Now they say it will be 9 months for the couch and 11 months for the chair but we can’t trust that is true based on the past. If they were upfront about their trend, I could have cancelled and gotten something much quicker. They don’t seem to care at all about my orders of multiple items, 2 couches and 2 accent chairs. They don’t answer the phones in the store most of the time and when they do they say they need to put me on hold and don’t come back. The main customer service employees are terribly rude and don’t take down the correct information. We ordered a couch for our living room and it arrived with a big ugly scratch in the front wood panel. I called and told them what happened and they put in the wrong info in the system. I followed up later and there was nothing in the system. They finally sent us a new couch and it was also scratched because they don’t wrap them when they’re delivered. They sent us a new wood panel for the first couch but that arrived too late. We received 1 accent chair 3 months after ordering which was understandable and the other isn’t coming for another 8 months after the first. I’m not joking. We order 2 matching accent chairs. They will not return the 1 accent chair we have! Edit added: I contacted the email and text number and they told me they don’t have a return policy once it’s in your home. I bought furniture in February and have had bad service ever since. I called the customer service number and they say they don’t have a return policy once it’s in your home. Bad company. I ordered two accent chairs at the same time. One came in May. The other one won't come till January. I need two accent chairs now. Customer service has been telling me I would get the rest of my order every month and they have lied and pushed it off every month. I've been waiting a very long time.

Worst buying experience, 10 of out 10 would not recommend buying from them ordered furniture back in end of may and delivery has been pushed back since original delivery date of August 9th. Furniture is now to be delivered at the end of October if they dont continue to push it back again.
I ordered furniture at the beginning of June, I was told 8-10 weeks. It is now September 20th, for the last 3 weeks I have called to check on my order in which customer service says it would be delivered on the 21st of September. I call today to confirm it was still scheduled to be delivered tomorrow as I hadn't heard anything and customer service tells me it's now pushed out till October 29th due to a manufacturing issue. Yet last week on Thursday I was told it would be here on Tuesday 9/21. All of the other representatives have said it's due to covid and lack of workers and now it's because of a manufacturing issue?Maybe stick to a story next time. I'm so sick of Ashley's and their run arounds.

The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. When I was looking for a couch that fit my 6'3" husband, they would keep an eye out for taller sets and contact me as they received display models. They never push me to get something that isn't perfect for my family, and have worked with me more than once to get me exactly what I want. They walk me through each step of the process, make sure all of my questions are answered, and are as welcoming when I don't buy as they are when I do. The sales staff, the sleep experts, the management, have all been wonderful! However, delivery scheduling has been a nightmare every single time. Took more than a year to get one shipment, but delivery calls started at month 3. Deliveries canceled, rescheduled, canceled again. Trucks showing up when we weren't expecting them. One group backed into our adobe wall and tried to deny it, even though part of our wall was still stuck to the truck! Paid for white glove once, delivery people dropped and left (claimed we declined assembly service we specifically paid extra for!!!) Unfortunately, the delivery problems have reduced my enthusiasm for buying here. Limiting future purchases to what I can pick up myself.
This is our 3rd visit to Ashley’s this year alone! From mattresses to sofas, we’ve loved every purchase so far. Dani is our gal. We always go to her because she’s so friendly. Thanks Ashley’s!

We had a great experience. The associate that assisted us was very patient with us during our time picking out items for our new place. He knew a lot about the pieces and was very helpful in finding coordinating pieces. The environment there was very welcoming and we will definitely be going back for future purchases.

It took almost 3 months to get our furniture in. The love seat recliner broke as the frame was made from particle board. We had the one year warranty and they send someone to fix it twice, they used glue and staples but that still did not work. They waited until the warranty expired to tell us they would not replace it. They were helpful and nice until we bought and gave us the runaround when our furniture was not delivered and was faulty from the get go. We will never purchase anything from Ashley again.

They sold us a elevation kit that they don’t even have techs that know how to install, a month later of giving us the run around they give us a number to call the manufacturer so they can walk us through installing it ourselves. After not receiving my order three different times as promised to me by the customer service associates, I decided to go back into the Santa Fe store to inquire about my purchase since the last associate told me that the sectional I ordered wasn't even in stock (as in not even made yet). After a few minutes of letting me stand at counter while he sat next to me not doing anything, the store manager finally asked how he could help me. When I expressed my frustration about the whole situation and having basically been lied to by the customer service associates, the manager of the store told me that there are more important things going on in the world than worrying about what to sit on. Oh thank you, Store Manager! I had no idea! But I'm not here to talk about tragedy in the world. I'm here to discuss my sectional and dining room chairs that I ordered two months ago. He then informed me that his mother-in-law is in the hospital. While I was sorry to hear that, if he wanted to play a sympathy game let's just say I would win hands down. But our personal lives had nothing to do with the professional matter at hand and his response about what I should be worrying about was downright insulting. He then informed me that the soonest they could deliver my items was September. SEPTEMBER. Very close to the June 13 date I was originally promised. And yes, I am aware that it's "just an estimate" however the sales associate told me it was already in the distribution center and that I was "in luck." Guessing I'm not the first person to hear that there. I wouldn't have spent the thousands of dollars at that store if I had known that I wasn't going to receive my items for another four months and that I was going to be fed a bunch of false information by "customer service" and then insulted by store management. Bought couches over the weekend at Ashley Homestore. Had a pleasant experience which is usually not the case. Sales person Mr. Sipes was truly an expert presented himself in a kind and respectful manner explain all options available to us and worked with us to give us the best price.
When I walked in all but one looked at me like I was not buying anything so why bother with me.can not remember the name ofe guy that helped us but great friendly guy. We did make a purchase from him.

I really give Ashely's Home Store, Santa Fe location a Zero Star review. They take over 6 months to deliver furniture. They do not deliver all of what you have purchased. They NEVER answer their phones. They will tell you anything to get you to purchase from them. They will even give you wrong dates of delivery just to make a sale. They also, want your money right away but you have to wait FOREVER to get what you purchase. This location is the worst and I will NEVER buy furniture form them again. We made a $3000.00 purchase form them and still have not received what we are waiting for.
The store was absolutely beautiful but Rosa was the star of the show. She walked us through absolutely every question we had without being one bit pushy. She gave us space to look around for ourselves and checked back to answer questions. We ordered a sofa and she worked with us to find the best deal. Ordered furniture beginning of March that was supposed to arrive June 1. Called June 1 and was told June 22. Called June 22 and was told mid August. Absolutely ridiculous. I understand everything has changed with Covid but customer service is non existent here. I literally receive emails every day from Ashley trying to sell me something’s but not one single update on the status of my order. I went ahead and cancelled and they could have cared less. Very disappointed. Never again. Complete waste of my time!!!
The worst experience ever! We order our couches, dinning table, and a tv stand. We were told and promised that we would receive some of the stuff by May and this did not happen. We called and they said that it was going to take longer than that. We understood and switched some of the pieces to stuff that was ready to ship and be delivered within days. A few days before our delivery we get a call saying the stuff was not available until a later date. Jerry the manager gave us the list of stuff that was available in stock and that’s why we switched our stuff. He told us that the table was damaged in the process while loading it. This was not true. We decided to give them a third chance and wait for the table delivery and the same thing happened that it was put longer than what they said. They wasted a lot of our time. We finally decided to cancel our order and go look elsewhere. I will definitely never buy from Ashley again.
My dad was looking for a new recliner so he can relax in the living room. Ashley's homestore was able to get us a really nice power recliner in just 3 days. . Thank you to Daniel Rael are sales person for the extra effort.

We ordered couches from here and they were aupposed to be delivered in May and now they are saying they wont be ready until late August! Really think we need a refund of some sort because they were not cheap and we need our couches! They don't even send an email or call at all we have to call them to find out. While customer service in the Ashley's Furniture store was great, it's AFTER the sale is final that they have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I purchased couches, TV stand, end table and entire bedroom set in February 2021. I was told by sales girl to wait 2 weeks to get a status update and to expect my furniture to be delivered in May or June at the latest. June 1st I called and was told I wouldn't get a status update for 10 weeks! Never received callbacks after multiple attempts. Spoke to a manager. He said they wouldn't have a status update until August 25th but the dates may change because they change everyday. We're not even at the stage of setting up the delivery! Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Update... August 28th and they told me to expect middle of October now... Update... finally got all my furniture January 2022.
They only care about the sale. They don't provide any customer service throughout the process after the sale. I have been waiting for a status as to when I can expect to get my furniture since purchasing in February. During all this time since the date of my purchase I have never received an email, text or phone call letting me know what the status is. Every time I call I either don't get thru or they say they will call me back and never do. I finally got a manager today who said they won't know my status until August 25th but the date may change. So it seems I will never know my order status which means they'll never schedule for delivery. And not one single form of communication while I wait.
I just purchased a sofa from the Santa Fe store. The service was awesome. I especially want to commend Armando who greeted me at the door and then provided excellent service. I had something picked out and he showed me something that worked much better based on what I really wanted. I have used this store before and will use it again I'm sure. Seriously amazing! These days, good customer service is so hard to find...but you will find it at this location!! Brian and Dania were so great, and Brian specifically was just incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! No pushing, no pressure. Just friendly and had the answers. We were so impressed, we live in ABQ but literally came back up to his Santa Fe location a day after meeting them, to make our purchase. I totally recommend. Excellent material on the sofa, great product and good people :) 5 stars!

Armando was a friendly, professional and attentive to our needs. We found the perfect silk tree for our livingroom and he helped us get the best deal. Ashley always has the nicest furniture and accessories.
Found a nice dining room set in July 2020 and was promised over and over that the set was going to be ready month after month. It is now May 2021 and finally received our dining room set. The set is damaged from being put together poorly and the smell of chemicals is so overwhelming my windows have to be open 24/7. Not happy with customer service as well. Agent after agent promised me discounts in attempt to save the sale but never gave me a discount! This Ashely Home Furniture experience has been nothing but the worst experience ever.

I should have started my couch hunting at Ashley's! I went to 3 different stores looking for a couch and my last resort was Ashley's. I thought they would be overpriced but I found the perfect couch at the perfect price and my salesman gave me a 20% discount to convince me to buy the warranty if anything happened to the motor for power reclining. So happy I went to Ashley's and this customer will definitely be returning again!

I placed a large order to furnish my new home in January. Every month I inquire about the details my order is backed up another month. I was told I would receive everything by April and now I'm told that my order won't be in until July. This is unacceptable and I don't understand how they're still in business.

Worst place to buy furniture. I ordered two kids bed sets it took four months to get them and when they came they were damaged, the mattress had a black stain my son's bed and dresser were chipped all over they didn't send the mirror for his dresser my daughter bed didn't come with all the screw's for the bed and her dresser didn't have the holes to bolt on her mirror. I have tried everything to get hold of a manager to make it right but he's a cowered how won't answer or call me back. I hope this helps people not to buy from Ashley store in Santa Fe.

Customer service sucks... They lack accurate communication when it comes to the delivery time and completion of all furniture. Its been about 6 months now and still waiting for one more piece as they have delivered my furniture in increments of 2 different dates and times. We also had to call multiple times to get clarity of when they will be here. We got conflicting answers. One person would say, your order will be delivered to your home well another would say, it's here at the warehouse. Honestly, their logistics are terrible and management is not professional. In future references, we will not do business with this company.
Same experience as many others. Excessively long wait for items to be delivered, national customer service line has assured me three times in the last two weeks that the store would contact me to cancel my order, which I decided to do after hearing that my items wouldn't be available for another two months, putting our total wait time at seven months. But hey, they got their money right away so it sure seems like they don't actually care about service once they're paid.They continue to blame covid, but I've had plenty of purchases come through in the past year so how long can they use it as an excuse? Do yourself a favor and just purchase from Wayfair or Overstock and stay away from Ashley who apparently sell items that they don't really have.

Bought a dresser and was told it would be delivered within a week. Delivery was scheduled for Thursday between 9 and noon. I took the day off work to be available for the delivery. At 3:00, no one had shown up. I called the store, the distribution center and the call center and no one could tell me the status of my delivery. My advice - do not buy from here unless you have a LOT of time to sit around and wait, or you enjoy being transferred from department to department when you are trying to get answers. I spend two hours on the phone (after already waiting six hours for a delivery that didn't show) just trying to get a refund.
Don’t bother, they push extra warranties and savings to get the sale. Unfortunately they can’t back up on what is promised. I purchased a sofa and loveseat, was given 25% off if I get the warranty. Was told that both items would be here 1st week of April. Never received a call from them to pick up my items. Called customer service and they told me they were pushed back until a week on 1 item and May for the 2nd item. I waited again and called a week later and was told they wouldn’t be here until July. I called the sales representative to helped and he flat out lied and said it they would be in, in a couple days. I called customer service again and requested a refund due to manufacture delays and they said they would process it and send an email. I’m still waiting on the email since Saturday. I just want my money back. I understand Covid has caused delays but they don’t have to lie and make promises they can’t keep.

They delivered wrong color, customer service stated they could do nothing it was the lighting in the store. Sent photos very clear different colors. Had to repeat situation over again, Worst experience I have had with customer service and store managers. Where is the accountability and respect for customers?
Horrible furniture, looks decent enough but will not hold up to even light use. Made the mistake of buying four rooms of the flimsiest furniture ever made. Two bedroom sets, dining room and living room. Everything is falling apart and I can't wait to replace!

So I have had no couch since I ordered a new one (in February) and was expecting It now and now have been told it will be another 2 months!!! And told if I cancel I will have to pay 10%!! My grandson and I went to order two chairs to complete the dining table set we had purchased in July 2021. We were treated very well and I am happy with our encounter. We will return for other furniture items later this year.
I’ve purchased several items at this location and find the staff helpful and the selections to fit my needs. The reason for the missing star is the delivery service isn’t the best. Once they damaged my wood floors. They sent someone to fix it but it’ll always show. Make sure they unpack whatever is being delivered before they bring it in the house.
Shopping Ashley in Santa Fe was a wonderful experience. Bryan and Rosa were wonderful and extremely helpful. I bought a beautiful kitchen island with barstools and 3 end tables. Couldn't be happier.
We ordered a coach and chair from Ashley Home store and was told it would be delivered 2 months later. Delivery date can and they said another month... And another month came and went... And another... And another. We decided to get a refund because of the promises that were constantly wrong. My neighbor has been waiting 9 months with the same promises and the same results.
So many issues. First, I paid for "white glove" service and I was told the delivery people would move my old furniture. They refused. When I called at a later time they assured me the furniture should have been moved. Second, the mattress doesn't fit the bed frame properly. There is a good 4" gap between the mattress and frame, there is a drawer in the frame that doesn't sit right, and there is a crack somewhere in the frame. A photo was taken of the crack and while I was unaware of this issue, the customer service person had the photo and forwarded to me. With all these issues, I wanted to start over with a new set, apparently this is impossible. The in-store people were fabulous. Even the people on the phone were fabulous, it's just that nothing happened for weeks. Every time I called (about 6 times) it was at least 45 minutes, multiple holds and nothing was ever resolved. I ordered the furniture in November, received it in January and it's March and I still have a bedframe that doesn't fit the mattress. I still want to "start over" with a new frame, but can't get any help.
Armando Quinones greeted us immediately upon entering the store. He asked if we were looking for anything specific, and then continued to guide us through the areas we needed help with. He was patient and sincere, also very customer oriented. His salesmanship was exemplary, and his co workers as well. Armando stayed courteous and patient as well even though we were close to the stores closing hours. In the end we purchased 2 living room sets and a dining set. We are very satisfied and will definitely return to this store again. Best service we have experienced in many years. Thank you Ashley Home Center and Armando and all the staff! Ended in the worst the way. We can in to look at Dinning room sets at witch we bought one. At that time we asked him about if we find lower price will you match this and he said he would and that included on line pricing. after checking and seeing your on line pricing was less. We tried to get a hold of the sales manager and the owner but he was not in a said he would get the message. weeks went buy with 4 more messages and still no call back from a manager nor the owner that is ask to speak to. After 6 calls no return calls ! I see service after the sale goes out the window

We ordered a desk and bookcase in October 2020. It is now March 2021 and we still don't have the bookcase. The manager told us it was the manufacturer's delay. We had been told at least four times that they would be delivering and a date was set, only to never come and not call. However, we spoke to Isabella (she's fantastic) online and she ordered it, we picked it up in Albuquerque, put it together and it is now here. I am cancelling the previous order and I will never order from this store again.

Purchased a sectional recliner and coffee table in August. received the wrong end cap when sectional was delivered in January.Table still not delivered.Can't get anyone to give an accurate delivery date. Or take responsibility for the lack of customer care. It looks like if I ordered something two weeks ago it would be delivered. Per reviews posted. Waiting for the to tell me the items are discontinued. I would not recommend Ashley's to anyone for anything So lets see if we get a call from salesperson. Highly doubt it.

Absolute worst experience ever. Ordered a set back in September of 2020 I was told every month I would be getting my stuff but each date was passed and when I call they just give a new date. I finally received my love seat in November but they sent me a used one full of hair and obviously used I rejected the delivery and they did send a new one in December. I was then told I would get my stuff in January that didn't happen. I was called and finally given a delivery date of February 27th but that fell through and was told I would get it March 10th. I called again and asked for a manager the lady on the phone told me I was talking with corporate and she was the higher up. She was very rude and again stated there was nothing they could do for me. I asked to have all my delivery fees waived at least and she stated that she could not since I took delivery of the love seat. When I explained to her about the issue with the used love seat her response was "Well did it get replaced?" I have ordered all my furniture from yu guys in the past and I have never had issues. I understand that COVID has caused challenges and was being very patient, but 7 months is crazy! I wouldn't even give a star if it didn't make me.
This rating is solely based on trying to get ahold of someone at the store via phone. I’ve been on hold for over an hour and someone picked up the phone but didn’t speak, they disconnected the line. So livid. How can it be this hard to get ahold of a customer representative in store to ask a simple question?! Based on this, I would probably never make another purchase there again.

I ordered a dresser and was told it would be 2 months before delivery. So I waited the 2 months and come time to deliver they said it will be another month. (Never did they notify me about the change, I waited and waited and finally had to call to inquire.) I didn’t like the way they were handling things so I decided to get a refund but because I paid half in cash the cash would be refunded as a check within 45 days. After 45+ days I call and was told the check will be mailed December 18th. Still have not seen the check. I call customer service and wait 45+ minutes to get told they have to transfer me and then get disconnected. Have a claim ticket started on Feb. 16, 2021, still no refund. Working with BBB to hopefully get my money back. March 5th Ashley’s furniture sent me a check and I deposit it into my account. Today the money was taken out of my account saying the check was returned. Please explain why your check was returned??
Terrible experience. Ordered a bed and a loveseat in September 2020, payed in full. After 1 failed delivery,nobody actually showed up at the scheduled time, my furniture was delivered on 1/20 21. Unfortunately the screws to put together my bed were missing. Now 2/14/21, still awating for the missing screws

My husband and I were shopping for a mattress. Ashley’s was our first stop and our last. The salesman Antonio Gamboa was able to find the perfect mattress for us. We tried out the mattress he suggested and it was just what we needed. We are so happy, can’t wait to get it delivered!

We ordered a coffee table over labor day weekend (beginning of September 2020), I provided my license which had the correct address for delivery on it, as well as verifying the address with the lady who helped us. A month later an attempt at delivery was made, to our old house over 100 miles away from us. When I called to change the address our delivery was pushed. I have called, as well as driven to the store in Santa Fe, we have had multiple tickets put into their dispatch and delivery system, and it still keeps going out for delivery in Rio Rancho. The delivery driver has even called from the house in Rio Rancho. Absolutely worst experience ever. After the last attempt at delivery, I tried to cancel the order, and was told I would receive a refund, and have been instead receiving multiple calls a day to schedule delivery... to Rio Rancho...

However, I have still not received my furniture that I ordered back in August despite many phone calls and emails! I continually get estimated dates that are pushed further and further out. This morning I was told that I shouldn't expect to receive them until MARCH. I would not order furniture from them unless you're willing to wait half a year to get your items (and thats not even guaranteed).
I ordered a bedroom set from them since September only received half of my set the end of December I’m still waiting on the other half and they’re telling me it won’t be here till the end of February beginning of March. I’ve been waiting way too long I think

Some of the worst customer service I've ever encountered (but a few good interactions that make what would be a zero star a one star review). The experience I had trying to talk with the deeply unhelpful and beyond rude sales associate, Sabrina at the Santa Fe store, is enough to make me cancel my order alone. We've been hung up on from corporate and the local store, no call backs, put to the side, and most frustrating of all months of no furniture delivered with blame always put on the manufacturer or warehouse, neither of whom they can contact for details. Multiple times a month I have to check in on where my furniture is and I'm told a new delivery date. Delivery date comes, no call to let me know it won't be arriving, so I call them and check in and sure enough a new guaranteed date. I get that there's covid but this is the most worthless company. Last I was told all. Our furniture pieces were accounted for and on their way from California, and now none are available until two weeks from now and one piece back ordered.Will be canceling the order since it's a complete crap shoot when it will actually get here and going elsewhere.
A furniture store selling you nothing but bs. We have been told 10 times that our furniture would arrive on a specific date and never does. We call asking about our order and they have nothing but excuses to keep you entertained in a mindless loop promising lies. I hope COVID puts them out of business so a local furniture store like TEMA can step in and would have the professionalism to tell you the truth about delayed deliveries and manufacturing problems. We get it, it’s a pandemic but have the decency to be honest. Just another corporate store keeping the doors open to sell you air.
If you can actually get ahold of an associate that's not at the call center they are ok...we ordered our furniture in July. And we got two of the 6 items. It's January....and we still don't have our furniture. I went in instead of calling and their Manager sorted it all out. But between the call center and then not delivering the $3500 order we had...two stars. And that only because of their Manager.

margarita was absolutely awful she was the worst saleswomen I have ever encountered. Not only did she give us a entirely wrong price quote (which was about 1000 dollars off) She was rude, stubborn, and untrustworthy. She alone lost my business. And I will probably never go to Ashley again. she disrespected my wife and ripped a paper out of her hand after she failed to give us details on our furniture that we asked her about. She was ill informed incredibly slow, and had an awful temper. She also snapped at a coworker in-front of us that was unprofessional and incredibly awkward. That lady does not belong in any customer service business and I will probably never go to Ashleys again as long as she works there. However the manager was quite pleasant he was a good man and very thorough I feel bad that he has to deal with employees like margarita. Overall just a terrible terrible employ who quite frankly doesn’t deserve this job. Rude, slow, uninformed, stubborn and incredibly disrespectful.
Do Not Buy Any Furniture From Ashley's in Albuquerque New Mexico as you will what over five months and may not have it! I have been waiting for all my furniture since I paid in full $2,238.35 on August 5, 2020. I have had over 10 delivery dates and nothing has been delivered. I was suppose to get my furniture on Dec. 26, 2020 and received a call that my furniture will not come until February 2021. I was given a text and confirmed my furniture would be here on Dec. 26th so I got rid of my couch, ottoman and chair and now have no furniture! I have been dealing with this store and when I called I was told I could not speak with the manager and would receive a call back. However no call. I have contacted the BBB and will be contacting the NM Attorney General's Consumer Complaint Division in the beginning of January if I don't get my furniture or a confirmed date of delivery. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with! I had major surgery in October and am unable to go out and find more furniture and I liked the furniture I ordered. I was told it was made in America but since then found out it is made in Vietnam and then put together in America. STILL WAITING FOR MY FURNITURE OF WHICH I PAID FOR IN AUGUST 2020!
Another update I went and spoke to Jerry Noble, who is the "sales manager", and he insisted that I "Do not care" about the people sick with Covid because I kept asking about the delivery on my furniture (which is defamation of character). He also would NOT give me anyone info on the management above him. He should NOT be customer facing and should not be a "manager" if he cannot "manage". UPDATE* now my furniture will not be delivered until after Feb 2021. This was ordered 10/2020 and was supposed to be delivered in 10/2020. Escalation associate Lane Robinson REFUSES to give me any of the manager contact info, saying " I cannot give out employee information." She also stated that someone should have told me about the delays when I purchased the furniture, which no one did. Sabrina Wolfe in santa fe was very deceptive and quick to take my credit application, but never mentioned anything of the sort, also ran my credit and approved me for 2 credit cards. Even though I only needed one. This company is so full of it. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! DON'T LET THE FAKE REVIEWS TRICK YOU, THIS PLACE HAS SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I cannot wait to get ahold of the GM and explain all of this mess!! We will see if ANYTHING will be done. Highly doubtful! Original complaint* Please read and understand what you are signing before actually signing. Had a misleading and deceptive experience where I received 2 separate Ashley credit cards instead of just one. The rep was very comforting and just said "sign here, initial here, date here", my fault for trusting the rep. My credit was ran more then once, and now I have over $7k in ashley credit I don't need,nor want, when my purchase was only $3k. This WAS NOT explained to me and unfortunately a resolution could not be reached. My credit was still ran and now I have to deal with the impact. Will not recommend this store to anyone I deal with on a daily basis. Aside from this, my delivery has now been pushed back another month. Very unfortunate situation when everybody is struggling.
The selection was great, a lot of sifting through the products because we loved everything! When we did settle on the *perfect* sofa and love seat combo, the staff was helpful and efficient. Will definitely come back for future furniture needs! UPDATE******** Its been 3 months and we still have not received our furniture. Every time I call they come up with some excuse. I am getting very frustrated. We threw our old furniture out this weekend because we were told our new furniture would be here and now they say it won't be! RIDICULOUS!!
Horrible I ordered a chest of drawers in August and I still have not received it and it is almost the end of December, I have also called to ask about when it will arrive but they tell me a different date every time. Also to cancel the order I have to pay 10% if the drawers cost which is absurd because I have waited over 5 months for a simple chest of drawers.

I attempted to purchase a mattress and there were none in stock. I also wanted to buy a piece of furniture and it took about two hours and I was not able to accomplish the purchase. I am still waiting for my refund or a call back to finalize the purchase. It just takes too much time to do anything.

Getting a delivery from this place is near impossible. Don’t count on getting your furniture by the date they tell you at purchase. It’s like pulling teeth dealing with their customer service and every person we talk to says something different. I talked to 2 people within the same 30 minutes and one person told me our delivery would be on time and another person told me my items were delayed by a month. We won’t be purchasing from them again. It’s too much hassle to get your items.
I had bad experience with this store. They do not take care of the costumer. I been waiting 6 months for my loveseat to get delivered. I would never purchase anything from this store anymore. If call costumer service they don't help the costumer at all

Ordered my sons bedroom set in June, It is December 9th, 2020 and we have received no communication despite having gone to the store on multiple occasions to get the status of the bedroom set. They delivered the two dressers, but of course, if we want everything to match, which we do, apparently we have to wait. I somehow doubt the bed and bedframe are even coming. - I would love for someone to contact me. But alas, no one answers their phone. :(
Excellent shopping experience. Sky Pirce did a great job going through selections and we got what we wanted at a terrific price! COVID precautions were on point and it was the most comfortable experience I have had while shopping for furniture.
Sales representative eriana was attentive and answered all the questions I had with regard to Product and product availability.
Had no problems what so ever. Everyone was polite and made you feel welcome. I was practically in and out. Can’t wait to enjoy my new dinning room table!!

We went in to look at Sofas and we’re greeted by Ariana, she was very friendly and helpful and gave us lots of options to look at. I didn’t find anyone too pushy everyone was really friendly, the store was clean and had lots and lots of beautiful options. The only negative I would have is the wait time for the delivery but that’s just more on my lack of patience... they advised us right away if the time frame for deliveries.
Excellent customer service by Bryan Sipes. Bryan took care of our issue, didn’t give us the runaround either. We will continue to shop at Ashley Furniture in Santa Fe. Honestly, we as customers need to treat everyone with respect and not be so angry and take out our frustration out on associates at the stores. Same as all the other complaints. Went in on 10/3/20 was misinformed as to the date in which the sectional would be in apparently. Then went in to inquire about the status of my order, and was greeted by the most unpleasant staff member I could imagine. He treated me like I was a liar and then informed me that the soonest it would possibly be in would be 11/14 /20. It is now 12/05/20 still no information as to where my sectional is and when I attempt to call the store I'm on hold for over 25 minutes for consecutive days in a row. I do not understand how this store has anything higher than a one on its reviews. I had to email their customer service email to request a cancellation. I am done with this company the customer service seems to be only acceptable when you're purchasing after you purchase that's a different story.

Extremely disappointed, was a previous client who recommended friends and family which I no longer will. I've been waiting since late June. Got my son a bedroom set for his birthday.was told to roughly expect it Aug 20th. I called the day of and was given another date, Sept 13. Sept 13 came and went so I called customer service and was told a delivery date of Oct 2. No one called to confirm or give an update status so Oct 6 so I called customer service again and was given a date of Nov 18. On Nov 5, just for a sense of comfort to confirm the delivery date was given a new date of delivery of Dec 2. Called today Dec 3 just to be given another delivery date of Jan 6! If I hadn't signed to for their credit card I would have just cancelled the order all together. My poor 6y old is having to sleep on our sofa queen sleeper that I purchased at Ashley Home Store. I know I have a 5yr warranty on my couches, but are the warrantied for overuse? I highly doubt it

We ordered & paid for a bedroom set & sofa on August 18. We still do not have them! It’s been a variety of reasons & customer service gets worse each time I find someone that actually answers the phone. We were initially told the furniture would arrive no later than the end of October. I don’t recommend shopping here.

I am absolutely disappointed and very very angry not only have I waited 6 yes SIX going on SEVEN MONTHS for my complete sofa sectional. I have been waiting for 2 months SO FAR for a refund I was credited for waiting so long. I can never ever get ahold of anyone and when I do not a single person has answers. The call center representatives are absolutely rude my 4 year old could do their job saying “no sorry” over and over and over. I HATE THIS PLACE. They keep saying It’s because of COVID but flash back to Black Friday last year I bought a sofa here and I didn’t get that one for 3 months! I should have learned the first time.

Mostly disappointed with how long it's taken to get one couch from this company. It's a been a month past the expected date (three months now) but I can't get a hold of anyone to see what's up. We had tons of assistance buying a couch but I'm pretty disappointed with the customer service after you have purchased something. Extremely hard to get a hold of. We had to drive out to get one simple question answered because none of our emails or phone calls were answered and no wonder... there were four people hanging around the front counter staring at computers while the phone was constantly ringing. After a while of waiting, someone finally acknowledged us. Still no couch

Today we went to talk to the manager here in Santa Fe, NM and he was the rudest. Mind you, our delivery has been pushed back 5 times. This is ridiculous!!

Yes, don&'t waste your time here!! We have had same poor experiences as others reviews. Excessively long waits for furniture, no local customer service. You are forced to talk to call center where you are on hold forever and must call back repeatedly and recant your story over and over again. My husband ordered 2 small items months ago and they keep Giving him date he can pick up items And when he follows up they change date again weeks in the future. What is the hold up?? Absolutely awful place.Notice on all the store responses they never give you personal name or direct phone number to contact. They don&'t want to help or resolve your problem.Why is store response signed with initials?? Who are you? You&'re giving me a general email. Why can&'t we get help directly with a real person? No transparency, poor business model. And why should we have to resort to Yelp for customer service??!Be honest or shut down. Another customer Gone!

We were in the market for a entertainment wall unit, we found one, got a price quote advised them we would let them know within a few hours we went back to make the deal WELL the salesperson gave us a wrong price and the store didn’t honor her PRICE she quoted bad business practice didn’t give them our business, very very disappointed
Found everything I was looking for.
Last year we purchased a sectional couch through Ashley, it has been one of the worst decisions of our lives. Our second mistake was not going outside to watch the couch being unloaded. The couch was dropped and the frame was broken bad enough to cut through the fabric. We did not realize this until about two months after delivery when we tried to re-arrange our living room and separated the sectional to reveal a snapped piece of wood sticking out. We promptly called the store and they said they would send someone out. About a month later, we receive a call from the technician informing us he needed to reschedule because of a snow storm. I didn’t think this would be a big deal. After this we were never able to get him to answer or return our calls again. We have spent the next year calling Ashley and being torn to shreds on the phone by their representatives. They also will under no circumstances let you speak to a manager, you only get to wait for a call back that never comes. They have blatantly told us that not only will they not honor the 5 year extended warranty we purchased, but they will not come to repair the couch that has now fallen apart and broken in at least 3 places that we can tell, one of them being their fault. They will also not refund the money for the defective couch, or the warranty that they will not honor. It disgusts me that companies are allowed to do things like this and talk to customers the way they have. I wouldn’t recommend you buy so much as a stick of gum from these con-artists.
So I ordered an entertainment center in may this year and it kept getting pushed back and pushed more till three weeks ago when I called customer service to cancel. They told me, sure, I was like great! Full refund because I waited so long. Turns out they didn’t process my refund till today when I had to call back. I expected better from you, Ashley’s.
I was shopping for a bedroom set for my new home. Sabrina promptly greeted me and asked if I needed help, which I did. She helped me understand the pricing, the awesome discount and financing available to me. It was a great, no pressure experience! I’m very excited about my purchase.
Ordered a new couch online with a promised delivery date of 9/19/20. This was more than a month from the purchase date. When the date finally came the delivery was never made and I received an email three days after the fact saying it would come in 10/17/20. I was also put on hold three times to see if the delivery could be made sooner, each time being about 40 minutes long before the call gets disconnected. Not a great experience. **Update: Delivery has been rescheduled 3 more times now. “Escalation” team was less than helpful. Just make a delivery date and make it work. I’m sure this store is great in person, but do not order online because logistically there are some issues. (Also, this is the only review on google I’ve ever written. Just to show how irritating this has become.)

5 months later and I still don't have the furniture that I ordered. If I call to find out when it's being delivered, I'm given a date, but the date keeps changing. Now they are saying April. I'll be very surprised if it ever arrives!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Sabrina Wolfe assured our bed set would be in by mid-September, then October 2nd, then October 8-10th, and now October 15th they knock on my door at 7 am to only bring in a small box. The whole bed set was paid for cash the day of purchase because I was expecting and now I have a newborn sleeping on a mattress on the floor. There is no corporate number or anywhere to place a complaint, I would think twice before going in to this store because they haven’t even had the courtesy to call us to tell us about all of the delays or the frustration we have been going through thanks to them.
So, I ordered couches for my Living Room in October, these items were on back order so I was told it would be a while before they came in January/ February. I was fine with that. I received a call from someone setting up delivery for February 16th. They never showed up. Given we had inclament weather here so I figured that was the reason for the delay. After trying to get a hold of someone all week long! Finally someone answers and tells me that my full order isn't going to be here until May!!! Seriously I will never do business with Ashley again!!! My items have been paid for in full and I will have waited 7 months just to receive them.
I went to Ashley Furniture store today. I liked a power recliner couch. I tried to buy it. But, delivery time was to long for me. I changed my mind and I didn't buy it. When I told that to sales person. Her name is Margarita. She said "Huh" I heard that. After that, she returned her back to me. And she didn't talk with me anymore. She was rude. I don't have any problem with her. I don't understand like a this kind people.
Real pretty furniture but expensive
As soon as we walked into the store we felt welcomed, not hurried. Staff allowed us to look around without hounding us with questions. When we were ready to ask the staff was way to find and so very helpful. I found exactly what I was looking for in the price range I wanted. They were super accommodating as to when we could pick up our item. I will be going back for more pieces.

Well the in-store experience was good Back in July (of course they want to make a sale). I am still waiting on delivery which has been pushed back three times now.I was told it could take 6 to 8 weeks and we are at three months now And I have yet to receive any of my bedroom set pieces. I am furious!
Associate David Mendoza was very patient kind and informative. We enjoyed OurTime with him. We plan on Ashley Furniture being our future go to furniture store we are sharing our experience with our family and friends. We placed an order for living room furntiure, due to ours needing to be replaced ASAP-due to being damaged and still waiting for new set . . . and that was on June 15th to be exact. To only be given new dates for delivery and we still have not heard anything of when it will be delivered. I hope to hear something this week as I plan to call the store I puchsed it at and the customer service number. But this is already 3 months out, when we were first given a date of July 24, then moved to Sept. 22 and so on. I hope to still receive this beautiful set, but I hope I am not having to wait till Halloween.

What started out as an expected and typical visit to a furniture store turned into a visit of laughter and personal stories while shopping and taking care of paperwork. Sabrina was incredibly helpful, and my wife and I left feeling like we received the best customer service possible. 5 out of 5, would spend a little too much at the Santa Fe NM Ashley Homestore again!

We ordered two chairs that we were quite happy with. We were told in the store by an associate (whose name I would be more than happy to provide) that the chairs would "very likely" be shipped to our house in Los Alamos within two weeks. He did caution that it could be a week longer but someone with the store would update us within three business days. SIX business days later WE reach out to the store to get an update. We ordered the chairs 5/22, and the estimated time of delivery is 7/29, more than two months after our order was placed! If we had known this we wouldn't have proceeded with these chairs. I find it very hard to believe that the associate didn't have this information at his disposal. Regardless, I understand that just possibly the associate didn't know and couldn't have given a more realistic estimate. We called and asked about a refund, but we were told that if we were to request a refund, we will be charged a 10% restocking fee. This is absolutely astounding given that the chairs are on back order. There isn't even an item to restock at this point. Very very disappointing. UPDATE: Customer service or corporate reached out to me to help "resolve" the issue. While they did wave the delivery fee, I still don't have my order. It has been 3 months since I bought the furniture, and we still don't know when we'll get our chairs. Update 2: was told and texted that our furniture would be delivered 9/2/2020. We'll see if that actually occurs. Final Update: 9/2/2020 delivery day was again pushed back. We finally cancelled our order. First called corporate and was on hold for over 20 minutes. This seems to be a common theme when trying to get delivery/order status information from corporate. Eventually cancelled through the store itself. We went with a fairly well known company in ABQ and are having our furniture delivered today (only 1 week after the order).
Showed up when the first opened and was greeted by a few employees, wanted to look around first but a salesperson walked us through the store but was very helpful. We bought what we were looking for but have to wait til the end of the month to recieve it unfortunately.
I walked in and picked what I liked and before I knew it I was signing the contract. Beautiful Bedroom Set and I'm so excited. Thank you Margaret and all the staff for your customer service 🤗

We ordered A night stand 6 weeks ago and was promised it would be here in two weeks. I haven’t heard anything from anyone. The salesman was very pleasant at first but have not had any contact with anyone on our order. This is getting pretty ridiculous

The furniture is amazing, and you can check to see the various colors they have. The furniture and wall hangings range from contemporary to artistic and a bit avant garde. I loved it! Everything is reasonably priced, and they offer layaway and financing.

Delivery purchased a bed on May 25th. It hasn't been delivered yet.
We went to Ashley in Santa Fe. Very clean, Covid 19 Safe, distance keeping was good and everyone wore their masks. We found what we wanted and it was ordered. Only a slight glitch because the ottoman was backordered until January so couldn't place that piece on our original order.W were assured it would match our other pieces so hopefully it does and we will order it in a month. So glad they were open and we could try out our sectional before ordering. Our salesman, Tony, was knowledgeable and very helpful.

Very knowledgeable and helped us find what we were looking for took the time to talk with us and know exactly what we were looking for. They help you from the time you walk in until you are done. We ordered furniture on July 3 .. told a delayed delivery of Sept 2 was the best they could do. I’ve been getting updates. September 12. Now October 7 ? If you check their Twitter, it’s crazy. People are waiting since May. How can they request a full payment up front then keep delaying deliveries to 1000s of people ?? It’s fraud. I messaged my sales rep. She replied with a “War Room” list of numbers for upset clients. But never answered my question. Apparently they are at War with us. Canceling this order. I’m done.
My shopping and purchasing experience at Ashley’s Santa Fe NM store was an A+. Tony was the best! I am asking other family members to go see him with their next mattress purchase.
Good service in store no doubt..... but on the phone or online services are ridiculous! No one answers at this phone number for the santa fe store! ( if someone can provide the right number id be grateful.) I placed my order on 6/10/2020 and still nothing, now I've received a delivery notification to schedule a day for drop off there are no available dates to choose so now I call a number thats requiring me to be on hold for hours. Its a horrible cycle and model for customer service period!
This was the worst service EVER!!! Ordered a bedroom set paid for in full on a Sat said it would be ready to pick up on a Wed show up to find it still on display in the showroom My husband and I had to take it apart wrap it up and load it. So that was over and now Mattress was supposed to arrive today and now gotta wait another week thats a total of 3 weeks and got rid of our bed so we gotta figure out our sleeping situation all in all worst service ever!!!

I purchased outdoor furniture for my backyard and it has literally brought my family together for many backyard gatherings. I ordered in May and was scheduled for delivery July 22nd, nothing was delivered. I called and there was no scheduling for my order to be delivered. I get rescheduled for the 29th and my order was incomplete, my dresser was damaged and they couldn’t deliver it. The delivery driver had to inform me. I understand a pandemic is happening but I didn’t even get a phone call on updates on delays or the damages. Last time I do business or recommend Ashley’s to anyone.
The girl that help me was very helpful and not pushy her name was Margret I found something else at American furniture but service was to pushy so decided to go back to Margret at Ashley and decided to buy with here
My wife and I went to the Ashley store to see a particular chair. It wasn’t what we were looking for but found another that was perfect. The sales lady and the Store Manager were so helpful that they demonstrated the epitome of what customer service should be. I highly recommend this store and sales staff to anyone shopping for furniture
Horrible quality of furniture. I bought 2 queen bed sets with dressers . From day 1 this Bedroom set has given me problems. when you need to call them to solve the problem; they don’t answer phone & then your calling corporate which is extremely hard to get a hold of and finally when you do get through you’re waiting for over hours on the phone and they can’t even get a hold of the (Santa Fe) location. Save your money and buy the good old hardwood furniture not there cheap particleboard furniture which don’t last

Overall a good experience. Sabrina was knowledgeable about the current sales and delivery processes. As we had been there several times already we knew what we wanted and the transaction took no more than 10 minutes. We will look for her on our next trip! I do wish that the lady that was following Sabrina that day would have applied her mask properly. The whole time we were there it hung loose enough for me to see her lips and nose. Aside from her all other representatives were masked properly.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at Ashley furniture today in Santa Fe despite all the Covid-19 limitations. We made an appointment same day, we were assigned our associate Jerome whom helped us, he very attentive, and answered all of our questions. We walked away extremely satisfied with our experience and with the selection of our purchase.

Just moved to the area and went to Ashley HomeStore looking for a sectional couch. Our sales advisor, Sabrina was knowledgeable and showed us all the different options available. We were offered 20% discount off our entire purchase and were told that if we purchased an additional $1000 in furniture we would get 25% off. It was a no pressure sales environment which we greatly appreciated. We are looking forward to receiving our new couch that we ordered by phone this morning. A great experience so far!!

I only write reviews when a company&'s service and performance goes above and beyond. I was fortunate enough to stop by on the 4th of July weekend and had an amazing experience purchasing furniture from this store. From our salesperson Jerome, to managers Bryan and Jerry, we couldn&'t have asked for better service. They treated us like family and were extremely professional and caring. I can&'t say enough good things about them and our experience.

bought $7,000 worth of furniture, mattress was no good & they did not want to make it right! also couch material is falling apart @ the seems, sent c.s. pics, made so many calls to so many 's but they just put me on on hold for incredible & ridiculous amounts of time & TRANSFER MY CALL ALL OVER THE UNITED STATES, no one calls back concerNing the faulty problem.I WILL NOT & would not recommend this store or its customer service.

Called last Tuesday several times, no one picked up the phone. So, we finally drove there since the web said open. We were NOT acknowledged by a single worker and we were thede for about an hour. Very disappointing. Took my $4,5000.00 down the road for my set to American Furniture. Customer service is horrible here, can imagine all the customers they lose for their inattentiveness!!!!

Went in over the weekend to buy a mattress, bed frame and couch. My husband and I were lucky to be helped by Bryan Sipes, one of the managers. He worked with us for a few hours as we decided on the right furniture for us. He helped with options and recommendations while still giving us plenty of time and space to make our choice. Just finished our bedroom set shopping. Went to a few different stores, stopped at Ashley furniture and got an amazing deal on a bedroom set. Not only is the quality a whole lot better than a set we were gonna get at a discount furniture store but the price was a whole lot better too. My husband and I went in on Sunday, May 31st to purchase some furniture. When we drove up to the store Reyna Sena greeted us at our vechile and said for us to park closer to the doorway. From the moment we walked in she was very nice. The store is open by appointment with good social distancing and cleanliness procedures. Staff is so friendly and helpful, not high pressure. I think they are happy to be back at work. We purchased furniture during our current pandemic and I must say the process was easy and I am very satisfied with Ashley Furniture. We received timely text messages letting us know the status of our order and we even used the online chat feature to ask questions that an associate was able to answer.
Very disappointed... Still waiting for a refund for over 2 months now! My son placed a big order and had to cancel a few items before it was delivered. He was promised a refund check in the mail and we are still waiting. I keep checking every week in person and this has not been resolved. This is a BIG issue... where is the refund check???

Don't forget- customers pay your salary! second update: worst customer comfort guarantee!!!! The Overpriced mattress I purchased in November is not working for me and after jumping through hoops again ( after being told by the customer service department, that my mattress has stains on it and was nonreturnable... if it has a stain on it they're overpriced mattress cover was defective!!!) - I was told to return it to the store and exchange it. So we drive two hours with the mattress to return it to the store to be told that the store does not want it, and that I have to exchange it for the same price! Now why would I want to purchase another $2800 mattress when the first one didn't work out for me? I told them I was willing to purchase additional furniture that I don't need to satisfy the debt-but they said I couldn't do that either. So tomorrow will be contacting the corporate office again to see what we can do as the attached return policy came directly from their website and does not state it has to be exchangesfor the same dollar amount! Update: November 2019: Great furniture at great prices but it's impossible to get a hold of someone at your local store!!! I live in a rural area and prefer to pick up my furniture instead of paying their ridiculous delivery fee. The first time I purchased an item from here- I asked if I could pick it up at the Albuquerque distribution center, and was told yes. I called to confirm my item was there and I was told it was on back order. I called customer service again the following day and I was told the item was available for pick up the day after my receipt stated. On my original pick up date I received a phone call saying that my item was in Santa Fe. So no one knows what's really going on after they sell you the items and take your money!!!! Disappointing!

We new to the area but we've shopped at an Ashley Homestore in our previous location. Jerome was the sales-person who assisted us in our purchase. He was attentive-yet he gave us time to look at all the selections without pressure and my wife really appreciated that aspect! He was courteous and professional throughout our time with him. He clearly advised us of available options but did not use high-pressure tactics to achieve the sale. He cordially welcomed us to New Mexico when he discovered our recent arrival and urged us to contact him for any future household furniture needs. He was very thorough in explaining the delivery process and this made us feel as though he would still be vested in our sale and in our satisfaction throughout this entire process. We now await delivery. I will report on that aspect as it happens.

Absolutely great customer service by Tony. We took my mother who is 82years of age to find new mattress set, Tony was very helpful and explained so much. He even brought a bench for mom to use in order to test mattress comfort on the displays with higher set ups. Nice store set up and everyone was so cheerful and respectdul. I will go there again for future needs.

Went to your store and spent 40 minutes trying to get someone’s attention so I could buy six grand worth of stuff (and I really loved the bedroom sets I was initially going to get). A Lady paged the guy who initially said hi to me when I walked in three times and he never came by. I left. I guess I’ll take my money and business somewhere else. Customer service and response time are horrible! UPDATE: I did end up buying things online which was so much easier. I think I’ll continue doing it that way since the alternative didn’t work out as well.
Just planned on browsing. Had already been to several places. Walked in not expecting much and left with a surprising outcome of a dual recliner being delivered in less than a week! I suffer from neck and back pain and my sales lady Ziah B. was so patient and helpful. She showed me what I wanted to see but was pretty sure what she had in mind was going to suit my physical needs 100% and she was right. My experience with this company has been horrible. I ordered a couch and outtaman on Dec 12th. It was scheduled to be delivered on Jan 11th, but did not arrive. The day of delivery came and went and no one contacted me at all to let me know what happened. The next day I had to go to the store with the flu to find out what happened. I called several times and the automated system would just tell me they were closed and hang up. I spoke to the manager about my situation and he said the delivery had been changed to the 17th. He said it had been delayed and they changed it on Dec 26th. It didn't bother him that I had not been contacted and that I waited all day for my delivery. He said I could call their hotline if there was a problem. I was offered no apology at all. When I told him their phone was off he argued with me. I proved it by calling them while I was talking to him. I left angry seeing that my business meant nothing to them Now my furniture arrived on the 17th. The guys delivering were very nice and professional it seemed. My only complaint is that they took no care in installing the feet for the furniture. They driiled them on very sloppy. I am a neat freak and really need things to be even. After they left I checked the feet to see how bad they were. I had to redrill all of them for both pieces of furniture. I know for some being perfectly straight may not be a big deal. I admit some were close. One of them was over 2 inches off. I took photos. Now I have several extra incorrect holes through the fabric of my furniture. I will consider a warranty issue if this becomes a problem. In the future I will just not let them do it and do it myself. After this experience it is very obvious the customer service ends when they get paid. The only upside is I love my new couch. Furniture is not a small purchase and for some of us we don't get alot of new furniture. Thanks for ruining my experience. I would call the hotline, but I'm sure it would be a waste of my time.
Friendly sales staff and some decent sale prices, but delivery to remote areas in surrounding area is broken. We scheduled a trip to receive furniture at our cabin on the promised delivery date. We weren't informed until the day of delivery that the furniture had not arrived in time and next delivery option was 2 weeks later. Not acceptable! Cancelled the order and found better price and free delivery at Price's in Las Vegas NM!
I will never EVER again take my business to Ashley Furniture. I was told my furniture would be in on January 11. I called to confirm 3 times the week before, with the 9th being the last confirmation, and each time I was told the 11th was when I could pick up my furniture. On the 10th, my husband took out my old furniture to make room for the new living room set. I called to see if we could possibly pick it up a day early only to be told that my furniture would not be in until the 25th if January!! I was told to call back to speak to the manager at 2pm. I did and kept getting transferred to the call center in some random state because Santa Fe location would not pick up the phone. By the time I was able to speak to someone in Santa Fe an hour and a half later, I was told my furniture wouldn’t arrive until February 1st. I demanded to speak with a manger so we could get to the bottom of why the dates kept changing and they put me on with what I assume was the assistant manager. She told me the manager would contact me soon. A week later and I have yet to hear from him. I called again with the same process of being automatically transferred to a call center since Santa Fe would not answer, but finally got in contact with the SF branch. I spoke to another assistant manager only to find out that my furniture is now not going to be in until February 14th!!! I’m not impressed with the level of customer service AT ALL. That’s not to mention that I can’t even get the main manager to call me back. I will be taking my business back to Mor Furniture for Less where I get exceptional customer service and have never had these issues. I’ll tell anyone who will listen about Ashley and how unprofessional they are about handling these situations. I’m a gracious person, but it’s pretty embarrassing to have family from out of town come for a scheduled visit and have to sit on the floor because Ashley can’t get their stuff together.

Do not buy from Ashley Home Store. I ordered a set of dressers for my daughter. In November they stated I would receive in December, In January still no merchandise. I contacted Ashley Home Store left several messages for a management to contact me they never did..Finally got a hold of " JERRY" SO CALLED MANAGEMENT. He did not want to release his last name. I asked for a reason for my delay he stated my merchandise is stuck in Florida in the middle of 3ocean????
UPDATE: I gave Ashley a second chance and paid for my furniture upfront in hopes of getting better service. Man, was I wrong. Again, I didn't receive a call saying my items were not at the Santa Fe store for pickup and I couldn't get a hold of anyone at the store. I drove to Santa Fe and of course- was disappointed. I spoke with the store manager who told me he could give me a $50 credit back on my debit card. He said I would be getting a call within 48 hours before the credit would be applied. It's been 5 days-and in phone call!!! I was also offered a store gift card, but didn't accept it because I did not want to continue this unprofessional cycle. I asked that the store call me when all my items were in one place so I could go pick them up. I'll update if and when I ever get that call. I went in to buy a couch, I wasn’t acknowledged buy any associates for quite awhile but once I was, Sabrina helped me and was super nice. She checked in multiple times to see if I had any questions but wasn’t pushy. I called customer service.... and said I want my money back so I can just buy another couch. But they will not give me my money back because half the couch is in my house. The in store associate was the only kind person I spoke to. She was the only person to apologize and not just blow me off. I will never purchase from this store again and I will tell everyone I can not to either. VERY UNSATISFIED!!
I received a phone call from a representative at the local New Mexico customer service office. She was extremely helpful in listening to the whole issue that occurred with the order and the break down in communication on different fronts and honestly seemed to want to help resolve the issue, identify what could be improved, and prevent future issues from occurring for others. While still not completely resolved just yet because I don&'t have all of the order yet, it is getting there and should be complete soon (and I have higher confidence the logistical problems are unlikely to occur again). Fortunately, the distribution center received additional stock of the item and pushed up the delivery date to this Saturday (which I found out about just by coincidence calling the store again to try and prod them to deliver earlier). In any case, I do appreciate the customer service team reaching out, figuring out what went wrong, and trying to make things work better customer&'s future orders.
I for one am very disappointed with the delivery service of Ashley. I ordered a dining room set and chairs several weeks ago and no one has called me about delivery I called their customer service line and it was like they had no recollection of my order nor did they give me a delivery date. Instead they asked me to call back five days later to check on the status of my order. The in-store customer service is great but to receive your order is such a hassle and it’s very stressful and I’m not happy with it.

I went to the store to buy my bedroom, pay all of it, they told me it would take 4 weeks to arrive, on November 23 we went for it and did not deliver it incompletely. a piece of the bed and even we have slept on the floor for lack of that piece, because you can not assemble the bed. On December 7 we went back to the store because they told us they would have it, it turns out that they did nothing, they told us that until January 16 or 17, 2020, it means that 3 months I will sleep on the mattress on the floor. They have only kept my money and I without my bedroom complete. I have to drive more than 1:30 to the store in Santa Fe NM because it turns out that when I call they don't want to answer me in Spanish, knowing that there are more than 3 people who if they speak Spanish on the contrary they were very rude to hang up the call .. I ONLY HOPE TO COME SOON FROM THIS NIGHTMARE AND VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND TO BE ABLE TO SLEEP IN MY BED THAT I HAVE ALREADY PAID WITH A LOT OF ANTICIPATION (Original) Hasta ahorita no he tenido una buena experiencia el día 30 Oct. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. This has been a nightmare. Purchased a queen bed over the phone with one of the ashley store representatives in late September I was told it would be in late October early November. November rolls around with no response from Ashley’s so I call them they give me number after number to call. I keep getting the run around from everyone. I was told it would be delivered mid November and it wasn’t. Finally spoke to a floor manager who told me it needed two more weeks to get here as it was coming from manufacture and it would be delivered first couple weeks in December. I’m furious by now!! Got a call yesterday it would be delivered Tuesday and then another call cancelling that delivery for it to be delivered December 27th, a whole 3 months after purchasing it!!! Never buying from Ashley’s again.
Bryan was very easy to work with. We are very happy with our bedroom furniture and mattress purchase. Update. As of today, December 5, our bed and mattress have not been delivered. The dressers were delivered on Tuesday but the bed and mattress were not on the truck. Currently scheduled for next Tuesday. Bryan is trying to help. Ashley’s warehousing and delivery systems do not match the sales experience. No one seems empowered to make things right. At this point Ashley has had our money for almost 7 weeks without delivering the product. We were told 2-3 weeks for delivery at the time of purchase.

If I could give zero stars I would. Please be aware that once the furniture is in your home you cannot return it! That was never once disclosed. Which you should be. That is shady business and you should be sending your costumers home with a copy of the contract they signed! What am I suppose to do with chairs but no dinning table?! I specifically stated that I would not make a purchase if there was no guarantee delivery before thanksgivings. They said my furniture could be delivered on 11/22. Only received chairs no table. Tried calling store to return/cancel everything, Raquel told me to call the customer service and could give me 100.00 for my inconvenience. Called the customer service number and after getting no where with the rep on the phone, the rep referred me back to the store. I go down to the store and tell the lady at the desk I would like to speak to a store manager. The lady goes to talk to the store manager and tells her what to say to me instead of coming out and addressing me. When the store manager finally comes out she tell me to call the customer service while I’m in the store. Ok. I call customer service again and give them my whole story again. The only person who apologized and realized that being bounced around with no answers is not acceptable. He said he would send my issue to the regional manager and get a response. He also said he would call me Friday after the holiday to follow up and make sure my issue is being addressed. Store manager should be fired immediately!
Don’t go here. Staff is incompetent. Manager was not interested in the issue we had. Just sat in the office and told the employee what to say to us. Her resolution was for us to stand in the lobby and call customer service for resolution and let us know what they said. Will not shop at Ashley furniture in the future.
Do Not Buy from this company unless you have money to throw away. Misrepresentation and once you&'ve paid, there is no local service and only corporate disservice. Do not expect what you receive to be the chair you selected after trying every chair and making a selection based on your physical and medical needs. And then if you attempt to use the now corporate &"We Care&" line, you can expect rudeness, no positive attempt to problem solve or any effort to produce satisfaction.

I purchased a mattress awhile back and they overcharged me for the mattress and box spring and I had to call twice for them to refund me what they overcharged which took them over a month to do. I highly don’t recommend buying a mattress here! Worst experience I’ve ever had the sales girl I had didn’t seem like she had much knowledge of the items and was just an all around bad experience I recommend going to mattress firm for all your mattress purchases!

I recently bought a recliner, an occasional chair and an adjustable bed from the Ashley’s in Santa Fe. I love the furniture styles and construction. My sales rep., Bryan, was helpful and knowledgeable about the Ashley brand and Temper-pedic. Not at all pushy, which I appreciated. I recommend Ashley Furniture. They make and sell their products which makes for quality at lower prices. This was not my first buy with them either. I’m a satisfied customer!!

Im alittle late on writing this review, but my experience with Ashley Furniture was awesome! It was a pleasure dealing with Tony and Jerry and John as well who works in the financial part of the store. As soon as I walked in Tony was greeting me and asking me if I needed help with anything which i did and he assisted me right away. I spoke with Jerry on the phone who encouraged me to come in. Jerry made sure I was taken care of and helped me immediately with my order and that everything was in place and going to be delivered. I had chosen a beautiful bedroom set. Very friendly,professional management and staff. They really care about their customers and make sure they are taken care of immediately. John took care of the financial part of it and was a very sweet guy. He made sure everything was in place and set up. With all that being said I would definitely recommend this furniture store. The service is amazing and reasonable and beautiful quality. I WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK WHEN THE TIME IS RIGHT!

We purchased a Beautiful Sleeper Sofa and matching Recliner at Ashley HomeStore, in Santa Fe NM. The person whom assisted us was Sabrina. She is very knowledgeable, patient.... calm and informative. I, wandered into Ashley HomeStore one afternoon, and calmly wandered around the entire furniture store. Sabrina asked if she could help me, I said, “Oh thank you, I am really just looking to see if there are any styles that feel ‘right’ for us, but thank you “ . She smiled and said, “ make yourself at home”. Just what I needed..... to walk around and not be pushed into anything. I found what I thought we’d like. Waved to Sabrina, and left. I brought my husband back - at 8pm. Store would close by 9?9:30? I took him directly to the 2 sets of sofas & recliners . I REALLY LIKE TO BE ABLE TO BROUSE ON MY OWN, so just at the right time.... Chris - the Manager- approached us. We chatted a bit, and Sabrina appears again. We chose the set of furniture and Sabrina did all of the paperwork necessary. Our seller was named Sabrina and she was amazing. She worked with us every step of the way, and was never pushy to meet her numbers or anything like that. The Santa Fe store easily has one of their best assets in Sabrina. It’s too bad, I don’t predict needing new furniture any time soon, but if I did, I’d go straight back to working with Sabrina.

I dealt with Jerome Salazar. He was very knowledgeable about the tempur pedic bed line up and was very patient while we tried out the different selections. He was never pushy and gave us are space as we looked around while we made are choice on the bed and bedroom set as it was a big decision financially for us.

Best lasting furniture
I am very unhappy with service at the Santa Fe location. I requested to pick up in Albuquerque at the store. It was delayed 1 week. Then I received a call to pick up at the store and when I went at 7 PM they tell me pick up has to be done before 4 pm. Then I get a call the next day asking if I had my item (apparently they didn’t know where it was) and was told it was still at the distribution center and I could choose to wait ANOTHER week to pick up or get it delivered 2 weeks later. Are you freaken kidding me!!! To top it off I’m looking online at the same exact item with the current sale $100 less than what I paid in the store.
Great furniture at a great value!
I walked into the store because I have been to Aaron's who did not have a sofa I was looking for. It was an Ashley sofa and Ashley was the one who would have it, so off I went. Of course when I walked in I didn't think I could afford to try and make a purchase. I won't go into the details of why, however, the salesperson Sabrina I wish her she could get me what I wanted. What I thought I wanted was a sofa. But I also needed a bedroom set. Sabrina's walking over to the most beautiful bedroom set I've ever seen in my entire life. And it was so astounding the price I could not resist putting it above the sofa. Sabrina had a lot of work to do and getting me qualified but she did it. Not only did I walk out with my bedroom set but I also walked out with end tables for my living room lamps for my bedroom and vases... The most unusual 3 vases I've ever seen to set upon my mantel. I've always loved Ashley Furniture and for the first time in my life I was able to buy my Ashley furniture without going to a rental store. Thank you Ashley and Sabrina. I will be a shopper with you for the rest of my life. I just hope someday I have a bedroom big enough to store the North Shore bed... What a majestic bed it is. 😊

Our experience at the Santa Fe Ashley store was top notch! Bryan Sipes helped us and was so patient while we tested out all the sofas and looked at various pieces. We didn’t buy anything that day, but Bryan wasn’t pushy and said to just get in touch with him when we made our decisions and were ready to put in an order. On July 6th my girlfriend and I went into the Cerrillos Santa Fe Ashley Furniture location. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was looking for a Dining table and coffee and end table set.They listened to detail about what I was looking for, and about my home. Hate it. Very bad experience there. They got my order wrong they told me it would be fixed in one month. Then the one month went by and i called and ssked if my order was fixed? Apparently my order didnt go thru there system so i had to wait another month.

UPDATE TO MY INITIAL POST The Store Manager approved the exchange of our King size mattress for the same price we paid for the initial mattress we purchased. We exchanged the mattress for a King size Tempurpedic. We love this bed! In addition, we ended up purchasing a mattress cover, pillows, and a sectional sofa! We are very pleased with how smoothly the exchange, the new transaction, and the delivery of everything went. Thank you, Gabby! You have restored our confidence in Ashley HomeStore! INITIAL POST: My husband & I have always purchased furniture, lamps, mattresses, etc., at Ashley stores. We have never gone elsewhere. The sales & administrative people we have dealt with have always been the best. It is the quality of their furniture that has changed. We completely changed out our family room purchasing the entire room from Ashley. After a couple months, the padding on the leather sectional's cushion needed to be replaced not once, but twice! The dye on the leather has discoloration. Some of the pegs connecting the sectional have broken. The coffee & end tables are peeling as they are press wood. Recently, our king-size top-of-the-line mattress started to sag & is still under warranty. The tech came to inspect it. A few days later, we received a letter declining replacement due to a small round stain near the headboard. We spot they talk about is on the removable cover! The letter never addressed the sagging issue. Their concern was about the small round spot, which we had never seen, rather than the defective mattress. Also, this same mattress had been replaced soon after purchasing it due to it sagging. What we learned later is the delivery guys tore the mattress taking it out of the truck but never told us. When we called about it sagging, the tech told us about the tear. You would think our being long-time customers, they would aim to please in order to keep our business. The moral of this story is that we will never shop at Ashley Home Store! If there was a negative star rating available, that is the rating we would have given!

First of all Bryan was awesome! He greeted us at the door when we first walked in, he had answers for all our questions, even the silly ones!. He showed us different things in the same style of furniture we where looking for!. And even with us back and forth taking measurements he was always very helpful!. He helped us get the furniture we really ended up loving!. The store is Beautiful who ever puts the styles together and designs is awesome!. Everywhere you look, you can find something to like!. It’s smells really good and looks very clean each time we’ve went it!. We had a great experience buying a couch during the President's Day Sale. Bryan Sipes, our sales expert, was amazing and everyone in the store was extremely nice and helpful. I'd recommend shopping here for furniture and accessories to everyone.
The place is clean and looks nice. Good prices and fair selection. Good promotions. Some of the furniture looks great but is not very well made. There was a ton of sales people working however, customer service was a 2/10. No follow up or attempt to help us. Took my almost 3 year old and almost 5 year old to buy new beds for their birthday. I think the customer service was poor since I had children with me. I went in one other time alone and received 9/10 service. I was not letting them run around and be rude but still felt unwelcome. Will be looking elsewhere.

We have been looking for a new dresser for my son for weeks, trying consignment stores, Savers, we even thought about driving to Denver to go to Ikea. On a hunch, I thought we would try Ashley HomeStore, just in case. We hadn’t gone there before, figuring it would be too expensive or they wouldn’t have any good options. I was so surprised today when we went in and it was the absolute opposite. The sales staff were friendly but they didn’t pressure us to buy, the products were well-priced, and there was an awesome selection. My son- a super picky consumer- finally settled on a fun but funky dresser, and I found Jerome and asked him to help us. He was in the middle of another customer but he asked me to wait a few. He worked with the other people, checked in with me once, then helped us. He was very professional, knew his products, and was very efficient with helping us pay and get out the door. I will definitely ask for Jerome again the next time we need furniture, and I saw a few pieces I want so we will be back. Well-earned top review.

I purchased a loveseat on Dec. 3, 2018 along with a number of other pieces of furniture. The sales person said the loveseat would be delivered around the 12th - 14th. I did not receive the love seat. I telephoned customer service and was told it would be delivered on the 18th - no delivery. I telephoned and was told it would be delivered on the 22nd. No delivery. I telephoned customer service and the representative apologized but said the loveseat was not in the US but should be in by the first of January. I requested the order be cancelled. The representative called back and offered a 10% discount if I could wait a couple weeks or less. I agreed. I received a call and the delivery was scheduled for January 5th. I was out of town but cut my visit short and returned for the delivery. Waited all day - no delivery. Called customer service. Representative could have cared less - she said loveseat had not arrived in Albuquerque. I asked when it would be delivered. She did not know. Maybe next week, maybe not. I said to just cancel the order. She said a manager would contact me and issue a refund. No one has contacted me and no refund. It has been over 7 weeks since Ashley Furniture accepted my cash for the purchase and no refund. I continue to call - think I will report them to Better Business. Sad.
My husband and I were looking for new furniture, we stopped at Ashley HomeStore in Santa Fe, we were greeted by Rosa Rodriguez, we walked around freely without anyone following us around. We we were ready for questions Rosa was very helpful. We went back a second time and again were treated great. I then called to place my order over the phone and again Rosa was very helpful. I have purchased from Ashley in the past and was happy with my purchase. If the need arises for furniture in the future we will definitely go back.
I came in just looking for new couches since my kids have destroyed the ones we have, not only were we greeted and given the information as soon as we walked through the door, we received help the whole time we were there by Brian. There were so many couches to choose from, different colors different styles, sectionals, just so much to look at. I found couches that I absolutely loved and Brian came and showed me how nice they really were, he then let me know about all the payment options they had. I am currently trying to build credit so I was unable to get approved for a credit card but I was approved for the in house financing program. So not only was I able to get beautiful couches for a discounted amount I will be able to build my credit while I pay for them. Brian and the finance officer Alex explained everything to me in detail and made sure I knew exactly what I was getting for how much, and how exactly the financing works and how it will help build my credit. I am soooooo excited I decided to come in and look around I was able to get amazing couches and was given extremely good customer service the whole time i was there!!!!!!

We enjoyed working with Rosa. She was so pleasant and patient, since we couldn’t decide on the color combination we wanted. She’s a star! She meticulously checked every word and number, and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Rosa didn’t push at all, left us alone but answered every question. We walked into the Cerrillos store and within minutes found just what we wanted!
Terrible customer service from so many associates. Nobody even called me to let me know my order was in. Nobody even asked if we needed help carrying our purchase to the truck. Would never go back.

Ziah was our saleswoman and she was great to do business with. Great selection in store. We also bought a new queen mattress in addition to a sofa and love seat.
