Ashley Store Santa Fe, NM

We were treated very well by the Santa Fe store and will recommend it all our friends and family. We have prior experience with Ashley Furniture and are still using the furniture we purchased 20 years ago at the Ashley store in Lubbock, TX.

Anna was exceptional!! She was very patient and and very helpful! She made sure I was happy with my decision! She also made sure to go over details and inform me of all the important details! She’s my new go to when shopping for furniture 🥰

Salesperson was very patient and very explained everything well and just like getting my furniture ashley’s purchase there so hopefully next month I can do another purchase.

Ziah was Amazing! She answered all our questions, let us walk around and would check on us every little while. She is the reason we will be going back for more furniture. Employees like her make a huge difference and leave a good impression for customers to continue to go back.

The experience was very good. Charlie the sales associate was so good and explained everything so we could make a good choice. The delivery was the same. They came when they said they would be here. Spent $4300 on furniture the last week of December. Almost right away they rescheduled the agreed on delivery date. When they did show up they only delivered part of the order. In retrospect, I should have refused a partial delivery because they just (Feb 17) called to reschedule AGAIN! Apparently once they have your money, customer service is non-existant.

The staff are one of the best that I have experienced in Santa Fe or any other place that I have resided. They took their time to show me endless couches from which I decided on one that fit my needs perfectly. I give this Ashley Store a high recommendation and plan on purchasing more furniture from them in the future.

I had a very good experience this morning. In the parking lot of the Santa Fe store a big group of people were making their way in front of the store . I was waiting for the group to pass on by. This one gentlemen stopped to let me cross. I asked where everyone was headed to. He replyed that they were headed to their cars. He introduced himself , shook my hand ,and told there were people inside ready to sell me furniture , I stated that I was in fact headed inside to buy furniture. Turns out he the gentlemen who stopped and and let me past him ,put me first instead of himself to go inside Was in fact the Owner of this and soo many other stores , to you my good Sir . This was the sixth couch store we had gone to at first I complained that it was too out of the way, And I thought I had found something I was OK with at the previous store wow was I glad I went. They showed us all the things we were looking for at the customer. Service was fantastic. Charlie helped us pick out exactly what we needed and the delivery was quicker than any other place Not to mention, the price was much cheaper. Seems like every other place we went to was either really cheap low quality or just too insanely expensive. We are very, very happy we went!

We had a great experience and help from Rosa. We were able to find a beautiful and comfortable living room set. Awaiting for our new addition to our living room.

Excellent experience, I knew exactly what I wished to purchase when I walked in the door. T-Bone, with whom I had done previous business, was extremely helpful and knowledgable wth my final purchase and delivery/set up plans.

I am very disappointed with Ashley Furniture in Santa Fe, NM. As someone with muscular dystrophy, I rely on accessible furniture to maintain my independence and safety at home. I live with my daughter, and due to my condition, getting out of our living room chair and hassock has caused me to fall several times. To improve my quality of life, my daughter purchased a Power Lifting Recliner from Ashley Furniture as a birthday gift. Unfortunately, the recliner arrived in unacceptable condition. The box was crumpled upon arrival, and the plastic tag fastener had been cut, removing the Ashley tag and instructions that should have been included. Upon inspection, there were large stains on both the seat and back of the recliner. These stains were still wet, suggesting that someone had attempted to clean them before delivery but was unsuccessful. Additionally, I noticed a defect in the fabric on the footrest, further indicating that the recliner had been previously used and likely to have been returned. To resolve this issue Ashley Furniture sent a technician to try and remove the stains. However, it was clear that attempts to clean the recliner had already been made prior to its arrival. Despite the evident issues and my concerns, Ashley Furniture has not made any effort to replace the recliner as I believe they should. Given the condition of the product received, I feel that Ashley Furniture needs to take responsibility and replace the recliner. Their lack of response and action has left me extremely disappointed.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star) I had a very disappointing experience at the Ashley Furniture store after years of being a customer. I went into the store to purchase a mattress that was clearly marked as clearance. I worked with a salesperson, found one we liked, and completed the purchase. Before leaving, I specifically asked the store manager how long I had to pick it up, and I was told 72 hours. I said that was fine and that I would return the next morning. The next morning, I received a call asking when I would be picking up the mattress. I told them I would be there later that afternoon, and they said that was fine. Later that same afternoon, I received another call from the store manager saying they were not going to be able to sell me the mattress because it was “not available.” I still went to the store to speak with the manager in person. When I arrived, the mattress was still sitting in the same spot it was when I purchased it. I told the manager I was there to pick it up, and he again said it was not available and claimed it was a “mistake.” To make matters worse, the salesperson who sold it to me was sitting right next to him and then said they could sell me the exact same mattress for full price. That is completely unacceptable. You cannot sell a clearance item, take payment, confirm a pickup window, and then suddenly refuse to honor the sale while trying to upsell the same item at full price. After spending several thousand dollars at Ashley Furniture over the years, this experience with both the manager and salesperson left a very bad impression. I will not be returning, and I will not recommend this store to anyone.

Jerome was a pleasure to work with. He was very helpful but not pushy. The other female manager interrupted, which was very rude of her. Upmost respect to Jerome for not letting it bother him. But let it be known, as a customer her actions were not appropriate. As an update to this post. We have now past our two month delivery date. Had to call since there was no notification of them coming on the date we expected the delivery. The lady I got hold of with 800 number said oh it will be the coming Monday (23rd). She said since she just scheduled it there wouldn’t be the normal one week notice. But they would text a couple days before coming and then that day. Then they call Friday(21st) saying that they couldn’t deliver until March 18th so it will be another month. They also added that they only deliver on every other Wednesday to our area. So the lady that I called was saying whatever she had to get me off the phone and didn’t even look at any of the details of my order. When I did more checking up on my order. I found out that part of the furniture was back ordered.This isn’t just a couch this quite a bit of money I spent with Ashley. Maybe I should have just shopped Wayfair. Next time I won’t give a review until the furniture is in my house. No wonder they offer free financing for a year. You don’t get your furniture until then. I made the mistake of paying in full.

My experience buying my item was amazing. Gentlemen and manger (female) made my purchase fast, and peaceful. Both with very nice with great customer service skills. However, the delivery has been a total disaster. I was promised a certain date and my furniture did not come on date given. I had called to question this and was told I never scheduled anything. It was only an estimated arrival. (Not what my order states) I was given another date days later in which I did not get a confirmation. So I called myself the day before which is today to make sure I was going to receive my furniture tomorrow. I spoke to three people on the phone who hardly spoke English. Which stated there was no confirmation or set date for delivery. I finally spoke to manager, Jason. Who also let me know there was no confirmation of me accepting the delivery. Which was an absolute lie I had already been rescheduled twice. Jason was rude over the phone and had no customer service skills to relay my order was not gonna be here. He spoke to me bluntly and said I’m telling you your order will not be here tomorrow so you either have two options. It will be here next week or I will just cancel your order. Jason did not even apologize for the third mistake. Done. As a manager, I’m assuming, with his own personal experience, he would at least apologize but no, he was rude and blunt. I did let him know. He was being very disrespectful and rude. He acknowledged nothing of his behavior and continued. I have to admit I did get a little rowdy on the phone as he was being so disrespectful to me. He cared nothing about my order or my frustration. I had already had two set delivery date dates and both were lies. He showed no compassion towards my need. On another note, he hung up on me and that’s OK. I called back and asked to speak to somebody else to confirm for the third time I would receive my merchandise on the date given. And he just continued without acknowledging I did not want to speak to him any longer. Apparently, he did set my delivery date to next week And I am holding him accountable for this. I’m sorry that I’m writing this ugly review. I don’t always tend to write bad comments, but when somebody treats me like this, it’s unacceptable. I’m hoping after the third attempt, I receive my merchandise at a timely fashion. Definitely running away from purchasing the rest of the merchandise I needed in my new home. To the gentleman who helped me make this order and for the manager that was on the floor at this time who was a female You guys were exceptional. You made my buy , super easy And pleasant. Several years ago I purchased lots of furniture from Ashley, and I was very disappointed with the store and with aspects of my purchase. However, I was in the market for a recliner to go with my couch, and after searching elsewhere to no avail, I returned to Ashley for my purchase. I’m so glad that I did! I say that because the representative, Jerome Salazar, was fantastic! He displayed a high level of patience, knowledge, creative suggestions, and he showed me repeatedly that he was interested in meeting my needs as a customer. He is of the highest caliber customer service representatives that I have ever worked with. If Ashley doesn’t treat him well, he can go anywhere and be hugely successful. Thank you, Jerome.

Updated review. My original review is below; I'm providing an update here to cover the resolution of our problem. Honestly, I don't write a ton of reviews; I'm vision-impaired and it's kind of a pain in the you-know-what. I will, however, take the time to update one if I garner more experience. What I've never done before is LOWER a rating after an experience. This time? Read on... Not too long after I posted my original review, we heard from Ashely's corporate support by both email and a phone message. The individual from corporate who left the message told us to take the mattress protector to the local store and we'd be refunded. So, today we did just that, stopping in while running errands. What a nightmare. When we approached customer service vice, the very first thing we were told is, "all sales are final." Then, suddenly there were four or five people there, all telling us how we were mistaken and that the cost of the protector had been taken off the cost of our furniture, it was just that simple. Then my spouse played the message from corporate. We were told that she was wrong, but we stuck to our guns on this one. After a lot of, well, pure BS, we eventually got the amount refunded to our account. All of this left an undeniably bad taste in our mouths. We both felt that not only had we been ganged up on, but treated pretty poorly overall. Hence the lowered rating. I don't like to say this about any business, but I can't recommend shopping there at all. As sad as it sound, the whole experience there felt like dealing with a particularly sleazy used car dealership, and we won't be going back. Period. Hopefully, someone will speak to those involved and explain what customer service means. It does not mean treating people so badly that they end up never wanting to come back to the store. Original review: I'm conflicted. We've had what I would call a mixed experience with Ashley. On the same visit, we purchased a couch and chair, as well as ordering a mattress. The couch and chair went well; it was a pretty clean purchase and they were delivered and set up professionally. No real complaints other than some attempts to push fabric guard treatment during the sale, which we did not want for various reasons. Now, on to the bed. Since we were trying out different options (I suffer from chronic pain thanks to an accident years ago) we selected a king-sized Tempur-pedic mattress but arranged to keep it on hold until one from another store we were trying was removed and refunded. As part of it, we were saddled with a $400 "mattress protector" that was necessary, we were told, to preserve the warranty because people ooze out fluids over time and the mattress soaks them up. Ewww... We took that home and stuck it, unopened, in the closet. In the mean time, we changed our minds, as we found what turned out to be a better option. That's when the fun started; not only did it take excessive time and many phone calls to get the order fully canceled, but we're apparently stuck with the "protector" as they refuse to take it back, citing the fact that it's bedding. Never mind that it's sealed and we never opened it. Which, frankly, is totally sleazy. If Ashly's mattress sales person had been up front about all of it, we would've left that in the store until we had the mattress. Instead, we're out $400 for something we don't need or want. This seems to be a problem with many places that sell mattresses; we had similar issues with another one in town. The lesson is to not take ANYTHING away from the store until you're sure you want to keep it, and make sure you know what you may be on the hook for. So, two stars. While the couch and chair are fine, the experience with the mattress has left us feeling disappointed and unlikely to give Ashly either a recommendation or more business. I hope they enjoy that $400, as we would've spent considerably more there in the future that we now will not.

I’d stay away from this place unless you just want to try out the furniture and buy online. I came in for Labor Day weekend and they tried to sell me a chair for $200 more than it was online. It was $599 and would’ve been over $700 shipped to my house. I got home and found the same exact chair for $399 online on their site. Not cool IMO. At the very least, always verify any deal they offer you online.

I walked in with my guard up, waiting to be met and "over-talked," talked to rather than listened to, or even left alone. My experience with Ziah, the assistant manager, couldn't have been more delightful and informative. She understood my situation and was helpful in her advice. I felt that my needs came first. And I was very impressed overall with the store, the way it's laid out, and the quality. A very pleasant experience.

Have never been so disappointed with a business. Went in to find recliner for my elderly mother. Found one we liked, was told price. Which was told 950+ by Rose. When about to walk out manager Damien offered assistance. Said he could match price we had been quoted at another furniture store. Of course we were grateful n happy about it. Made a purchase. However after arriving home. Went online to show my mother chair we purchased for her to find that we were not given a good deal but purchased a chair at regular price 700 + tax, not even sure if it is going to be the chair we wanted that was on the showroom floor. Again very disappointed and despite hoping to buy new furniture in the future. Very reluctant to ever consider this ashley location again. Had even offered holiday discount labor day, which we never got🤨

Ordered furniture nearly a month ago first off the price on the set went up by over $1000 so had to settle for something else. Waited and waited no follow up and now that I reach out apparently the set I "settled" for has been discontinued. Mind you I had to reach out for the status . Needless to say bad customer service. Can't give my opinion on quality since I never received anything.

Not able to let anyone know this is a gated community and driver needs a gate code. I am beyond frustrated. Remains to be seen if I actually ever get the furniture. I came into the store and spoke to a very nice salesman (Anthony). Ultimately, I ended up ordering furniture on line. Herein lies the problem. They are SERIOUS issue with this Spencer Dufresne Group delivery company. I will probably cancel the order. Non-English speaking Customer Service who do nothing but REPEATEDLY give you lip service

Go literally anywhere else. You are better off throwing your money into a fire and making a pile out of the ashes to sit in. They will lie to you. Overcharge you by almost double. And you will never see your furniture. The employees seem to take joy in mocking you. This is far and away the worst experience anyone can have and you will never end up with a piece of furniture. Seriously do not waste your time or money going to this location. I’m not sure if they paid their salespeople to create accounts and then rate them highly, but it seems more likely than them spending time getting people their furniture that was ordered. They will lie through their teeth about when things will come and then laugh you out of the store when you come to find that nothing was ever shipped. Do yourself a favor and book a root canal instead.

Hi. I went to Ashley and bought a bed set, mattress, night stand, dresser, entertainment center and a green couch. I finally got my mattress today, it’s nice. I received the bedroom set three weeks ago and that was good. But I still haven’t received my couch. Apparently two came in to the warehouse but were damaged. My entertainment center is a week out. T-Bone was my salesman and he was exceptional. I’m just disappointed that it’s taken so long to get my furniture. The delivery guys have been timely and great as well. One last thing is I was told all Ashley furniture is made in the USA, when my bed frame clearly says Made in Vietnam. Kinda funny. I don’t care but whatever. So I give Ashley four stars.

I made an online purchase in May. I recieved a message that my purchase would be delivered in two weeks. Closer to the delivery date I recieved a text message saying it won't be delivered and to choose another date. So I did. Then I get a phone call and representative had a completely different date. By this time it's July. I end up getting another phone call that again the delivery date will need to be changed. Apparently the text message schedule system and the representatives system don't talk to each other so I was accused of using the text message system that's not accurate. Well don't offer the text message updates if it's not accurate. I was told to ignore the texts and wait the following week for a representative to call me for another delivery date. Well now it's August. I have not received my order or had any phone call since the beginning of July. The delivery schedule dept needs to seriously get their stuff together. Ive never had this much trouble ordering online and having something delivered. The fact that no one has reached out to see if the item is still needed or canceled is very unprofessional. I don't believe I'll be ordering online from here anymore.

The gentleman who helped us (T-bone) was very pleasant. He got us in and out as quickly as possible a plus for me while still maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism! We will definitely be returning.

I visited Ashley Furniture in Santa Fe and was pleasantly surprised. I didn't feel pressured or followed around by a Sales person. I was greeted by Ziah and looked around at my pace. But was never told this when i bought it up front. and then they gave me a # that may help me. All I was still told over an over was all sales are final. I wanted to exchange it, to spend more $$ but no one i spoke to was customer friendly. Just flat out NO!!!! Amazing how friendly they were when i ordered an paid for it didnt finance. This is the 2nd item i have bought from then in last 3 months an 1st time still wasn't told all sales are final. They should tell you this when you are there in person at there store. Website says they will return or exchange items???????? Just so disappointed with bad customer service especially if you have a problem an aren't rude to them just hear sorry but all sales are final!!!!! I have been spreading this unfriendly customer service to alot of my friends an online. Just be kind and help it wasn't like I wanted my $$ back just an exchange to spend more $$.

I purchased a new sleeper sofa. The comfort was definitely not great but I liked the look of it and the fact it turned into a bed. Anyhow, my one star rating is mostly related to the fact that the screws they used were so cheap that they completely snapped off the hinge and the sleeper aspect is now not functional. I did not recognize it was broken for awhile because I don’t use it often. Anyhow, I missed the one year warranty by less than two weeks and I feel a company should have a grace period or make exceptions when it is clearly a manufacturer issue. Definitely will not be buying from them ever again. If they had fixed the product , I might have considered it simply because of the customer service. No repeat customer here.

I made the mistake of buying before doing my homework and I got taken for approxamately $400.00. I purchased a coffee table from the Santa Fe Ashleys for $764.99 and an extra $229.99 for a protection plan that I believed was included with the $764.99 price. I then visited the Ashley website and found the same coffee table for $499.99. I returned to the Santa Fe Ashley store and was told that they could not honor the website price because it was corporate and they were franchise. I asked about their return policy and was told they have a no return policy. I always thought of Ashleys as a reputable firm but this experience has cast a sour note for me and at this point I will never again buy from the Santa Fe Ashley store. Buyers Beware!!!!!!!!

I made the mistake of purchasing before I did my research, so when I called to have the price corrected the managers (two different managers) would say they’d call back but never did then when I finally got through he said he’d refund me to the correct price and email me the new invoice, but he never did so I decided to cancel and take my money elsewhere. Hopefully this review saves the next customer from being ripped off and wasting their time.

I ended up going with the newest line that Ashley offers which is"ModMax" I've read a lot of negative reviews on Ashley & through my personal experience I have to completely Disagree with all of those negative reviews because I only had a 10-star positive experience at Ashley. The sofa I purchased implements corner blocking construction which in my opinion is imperative to a sofa build,, another reason I chose to go with Ashley was because in real time I was given a demo on the floor to how durable/strong Ashley's products really are=the manager who is a big guy stood on top of one of the sofas without the cushion bounced up & down on the thing- I didn't even hear any squeaking going on within the sofa,, then Brock the sales associate took out a nightstand drawer and stood on top of it. This guy Brock is no Bean Pole either,, needless to say I was pretty shocked that Brock did not go through the drawer breaking it. I did not need to see anything else & made my decision right there,, so thank you Ashley for a Grand experience & as well to Brian the store manager + Brock the sales associate.

So many leather furniture is either brown or black. The service was excellent. I spoke with Zia on the phone and then Rosa in the store. The next day I called and Rosa helped me. I didn't even need to drive back to the store to place my order and pay. The price was surprisingly low. Habitat for Humanity picked up my old loveseat yesterday and Ashley delivered today around noon. Very easy and good experience. There was no hype. Ashley came through on every promise. It's baffling how someone with such poor social skills and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction could be employed in a position that requires interaction with the public. My experience with Lawrence made it painfully clear that Ashley Furniture's hiring standards must be disturbingly low—or perhaps they're unaware of the damage this one individual is doing to their reputation.Regardless of his role at Ashely he doesn’t seem fit for it. Store Manager is the exact contrary, very professional, goes above and beyond for customers, willingly to find a solution to any obstacle and expects the same of his salesmen; Brock most notably. To have the efforts of these gentlemen undercut by Lawrence is a shame and regrettable.

Had a hard time with my financing paperwork, had to go back a second time but Jussiah and Lawrence were respectful and amazing. While it was frustrating, they made things easier on me and tried to get everything done in a timely manner. Just wish I could get my items a few days sooner! That is my only issue.

Place is horrible and they rip people off there all making deals then change paperwork I have someone looking into my case they are horrible don't shop here and the manager is a joke order over 3000 dollars and they couldn't deliver half the stuff trying to get the stuff removed off a card is a joke cause they will not right anything stating there a mess at that store and couldn't deliver more then half of the order

I purchased 3 items from the Santa Fe store. Not once, period, was I told that the items would be unassembled. When does someone buy furniture that is unfinished? When I went to pickup my furniture, they were in small boxes. When I called, I was told that I didn't purchase the "White Glove Service" which means that if I wanted the furniture complete, I would have to pay more. Again, I was never told that it would be unassembled. They would not take the items back, send someone to assemble, or refund my $700. They are unprofessional, dishonest and incompetent.

I felt like our sales man was new or not very prepared. I asked what size the table was we were looking at and he said he needed to get a tape measure. When he got back with it he gave it to me to measure the table . I was in design in Dallas and this was very unprofessional. Every question I asked he had to stop and say I’ll be back . It took forever. Hopefully the table we ordered will get there on time and everything will go smooth .

Hello again. Somehow my post got lost on my end and it was sent to you. I’d like to finish where I think I left off. I wish I could find my original post. My husband and I bought a love seat and chair in a half on Monday 6/17/24. We returned to pick our furniture up on Tuesday 6/18/24. Signed the paperwork that we picked up our furniture. There also was a rug that was with the love seat and chair 1/2. We liked that too, but didn’t buy it the day before so we bought it when we picked up our furniture. We also bought the extra warranty. Lee and Josiah helped put our furniture and rug in to our truck, which was not an easy task! We didn’t have enough rope, so Lee gave us some he had. He made sure all our stuff was tied tight and secure. We had a drive to go, we live in Taos. Anyway, I know both of my posts are long, but I wanted to give in detail how hard, but not pushy, all these people helped us! Thank you so much, Lee and Josiah, for putting our furniture safely in our truck. Thank you so much Jerome for helping us with our purchase. Last but not least, a BIG THANK YOU TO ROSA!!!! If you are looking to make payments on a purchase, never use the financing department that is in house it is called Ecima! You will end up paying about 3+ times the original amount of the product if you can’t pay it off within the three months. This is not some thing that they tell you when you purchase the furniture! Only shop here if you’re able to buy your purchase in full!

They were able to rush order a bed to accommodate my schedule, were very helpful in understanding options for purchasing, and the store was very neat with very kind employees. T-bone was a great salesman and offered me advice for Santa Fe since I'm new and moving into the area. Would shop here again!

Incredibly disappointed. Was delivered a broken bed, on 4/16, told it was fine to sleep on and I'd be getting the replacement broken part in the next day or so. Bed broke worse sleeping on it and parts are now over 6 weeks out leaving me sleeping on a mattress on the floor. Horrible customer service and communication. Will definitely be the last thing I ever purchase from them. Save yourself the hassle and buy somewhere that treats you better and is honest with you.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Ashley Furniture. I purchased a bedroom set from their Santa Fe, NM store in August 2022, and it has been nothing but trouble since day one. To start with, the delivery process was a nightmare. The delivery men marked up my walls, damaging them in the process, and even ruined one of the nightstands. While they did replace the damaged nightstand, they completely neglected to address the damage they caused to my walls, leaving me to foot the bill for repairs. The $200 reimbursement offered was laughably inadequate considering the extent of the damage. Now, just over a year later, the drawers of the bedroom set are falling apart. The side bars are coming off, and the wood is so flimsy that I can't even attempt to fix them myself. When I reached out to Ashley Furniture's customer service to inquire about warranty coverage, I was met with a dismissive response. I was informed that the warranty period had expired after just one year, leaving me responsible for any repairs. To make matters worse, I received a call from Ashley Furniture's corporate office, where I was told in no uncertain terms that they would not replace or repair the furniture, citing the expired warranty. This level of disregard for their customers is simply unacceptable. I expected better from a company like Ashley Furniture, but unfortunately, their poor quality products and lackluster customer service have left me deeply dissatisfied. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing furniture from Ashley Furniture to think twice and explore other options.

Orlando and another employee from Ashley Furniture showed up at my house at the perfect time. I received text updates on their ETA which was great! When they arrived they got right to work. My house has some clutter in it and they did an awesome job maneuvering around it. They were hardworking, polite, and overall good pleasure working with. They set up the Furniture in a timely fashion and they put it exactly where I had asked them too. They made me feel comfortable and important as a customer. I'm extremely pleased with the way my entire purchase and delivery went with Ashley Furniture. The furniture is beautiful and exactly what my sons and I wanted. To file a warranty for a piece of furniture is a nightmare, I have been waiting 3 months to get a sleeper sofa fixed, do not buy from Ashley furniture!

Fantastic, welcoming service. I went in for a guest bed + came out with a couple of counter chairs and a sofa. I'm new to the area and I need lots of new furniture! Tony (aka, T-bone) was amazing! He helped me pick out some new new furniture and even gave me some tips for some local restaurants.

Thank you Anthony! You answered every question I could think of, you were patient with me and my family, and you addressed every concern and want that I had. Now, that being said, their logistics department and coordination for shipping is a disaster. We originally talked about a delivery date 2 weeks out because the recliner was in stock. I called to see if I could pay for some sort of rush shipping. Not available. That's fine. Then I was informed that the deadliest delivery was approximately 8 weeks out. At that point I was rather confused and asked if I could have someone come pick it up at the store. Can't pick it up at the store. Got it. They ship from the warehouse an hour from their store. Can't pick it up there either. So the woman I spoke with said she would try to put me down for a delivery 3 weeks out, 4 weeks from date of purchase. No choice I said okay. Back on the Internet I found that Ashley has a sale on their Amazon store and guaranteed delivery in 3 days. I called to confirm it on their national line with my zip code. It was accurate and they could have it shipped that day or the next depending on the stores fulfillment capability and workload. So the woman went ahead and cancelled my order so I could go through Amazon. Excited it would be here this week and for 300 less, I quickly ordered it. Two days later they cancelled the Amazon order with no justification. Going to try another place now. If only they could keep up with their sales department.

When I am in big purchase mode, I prefer as little or much sales staff contact as I need which worked fine at Ashley. We received our new furniture in December. Neither the couch or chair sit like the one in the store. They are both very uncomfortable. We have had to schedule two repairs already. The person that left today told us before the fix that it wouldn't work. They also said to call the store demand a replacement of a third of the couch. I will never shop at Ashley again. Very disappointing from a store I used to like.

Please do not sell any furniture out side of New Mexico. Bought my recliner in Sante Fe last May of 22, shipped to Farmington New Mexico via Ignacio Colorado. Chair has had problems with motor and cannot find any one of your people from GBS (third contract company) to fix due to it being outside of New Mexico. In order to fix the Chair I would have to have some one from Florida fly in to Colorado to fix under Warranty. I would have to pay out of my pocket. How stupid is that for a 5 year warranty? I was able to get the part and fix myself .You folks did a chair replacement ( thank you) I have disposed of the old char in another room and works great and now I have two recliners . Will never buy another piece of furniture much less an extended warranty from Ashley’s again.

Went into the Santa Fe NM store looking for a queen bed, just the bed nothing else. I explained that it was for an extra bedroom that would be used by our 2 small grand sons so it had to be sturdy. Upon looking at all their beds we realized that they were not made of wood rather what looked like particle board covered in what seemed to be plastic made to look like wood!? They were so cheaply manufactured that were still scratching our heads as to why they were so expensive! Not spending over $1000 on a plastic bed!
