My experience buying my item was amazing. Gentlemen and manger (female) made my purchase fast, and peaceful. Both with very nice with great customer service skills. However, the delivery has been a total disaster. I was promised a certain date and my furniture did not come on date given. I had called to question this and was told I never scheduled anything. It was only an estimated arrival. (Not what my order states) I was given another date days later in which I did not get a confirmation. So I called myself the day before which is today to make sure I was going to receive my furniture tomorrow. I spoke to three people on the phone who hardly spoke English. Which stated there was no confirmation or set date for delivery. I finally spoke to manager, Jason. Who also let me know there was no confirmation of me accepting the delivery. Which was an absolute lie I had already been rescheduled twice. Jason was rude over the phone and had no customer service skills to relay my order was not gonna be here. He spoke to me bluntly and said I’m telling you your order will not be here tomorrow so you either have two options. It will be here next week or I will just cancel your order. Jason did not even apologize for the third mistake. Done. As a manager, I’m assuming, with his own personal experience, he would at least apologize but no, he was rude and blunt. I did let him know. He was being very disrespectful and rude. He acknowledged nothing of his behavior and continued. I have to admit I did get a little rowdy on the phone as he was being so disrespectful to me. He cared nothing about my order or my frustration. I had already had two set delivery date dates and both were lies. He showed no compassion towards my need. On another note, he hung up on me and that’s OK. I called back and asked to speak to somebody else to confirm for the third time I would receive my merchandise on the date given. And he just continued without acknowledging I did not want to speak to him any longer. Apparently, he did set my delivery date to next week And I am holding him accountable for this. I’m sorry that I’m writing this ugly review. I don’t always tend to write bad comments, but when somebody treats me like this, it’s unacceptable. I’m hoping after the third attempt, I receive my merchandise at a timely fashion. Definitely running away from purchasing the rest of the merchandise I needed in my new home. To the gentleman who helped me make this order and for the manager that was on the floor at this time who was a female You guys were exceptional. You made my buy , super easy And pleasant. Sales person Rafael was very helpful. Explained alot of things about the product. Was funny and kept things light, never pushy. Delivery happened really close to time given. Delivery guys were very careful with our new furniture as well as our home. Setup everything and we love our new furniture.
