Maxwell was a professional and knowledgeable . He listened to us and if he didn't know the answers he would find out. He was not pushy. Over all it was a great experience .

Jake was great! Amazing customer service! He took really good care of us . I truly appreciate that he wasn’t a breathe down your neck guy. He gave us time and space to shop. Checked in on us and was very personable and extremely helpful 👍🏻👍🏻

My wife wanted to replace a recliner or a chair in our living room. We came in and Maxwell took us all around the store and showed us the many ways we could change our setup. All the various shapes and sizes in color combinations was a lot to sift through, but in the end it was the comfort of the peace we chose, that was the deciding factor. Not only does it recline it glides! Thanks, Max, for taking your time and making it a great experience for us! We'll be back.

If I could give Ashley Furniture zero stars I would. This has been the most unbelievable experience I’ve ever had with any company. I purchased a Dining set back in May, When it arrived in Late September The bases of the table were very wobbly, and the table was extremely unsafe. I was told by the delivery driver that it was because of the carpet that was underneath the table which I had also purchased from them that was under the same table at the showroom. Turned out, It was not because of the carpet so I reached out to Ashley customer service they then told me they would send a technician out which took another few weeks. The technician was in my house for less than five minutes, Told me they needed to re-order and exchange the bases…… It’s now January. The “new” bases just arrived. They are also WOBBLY and SCRATCHED, I reached out to customer service and asked them for some sort of compensation since it has now been 8 months since I’ve paid for a table that I can’t use, they continues to tell me that because of the discounts I received at purchase(salesman sold me on all these discounts) they can’t offer no more then $100 in a GIFT CARD. I feel like I was scammed into buying a defective item at a discounted rate but was told it was new. This table has been paid in FULL and the best they can offer is to “reorder” new bases which could take another 3 months. Or $100 gift card. Safe to say I’d never purchase anything from Ashely again and I’d implore anyone to do the same. There’s plenty of better furniture stores out there that won’t tell you to get their credit card in order to receive all the discounts but then proceed to send a defective item and say because of the discounts we can’t give you any additional compensation At the very least they’re returning this now unusable table and I have to fight with the credit card company to get my money back

My main complaint is they do not deliver any furniture from this showroom. Went to buy a chair,floor model,but they don't deliver from showroom. Ridiculous. The truck could easily swing by there. Especially for the $ 150 delivery fee. Not smart .

My husband and I had been searching high and low for furniture, visiting multiple stores, but none of them came close to meeting our expectations for quality, price, or customer service—until we found this place. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with amazing customer service by Ray, who truly made all the difference in our experience. Ray was incredibly knowledgeable about all the products and furniture, patiently explaining everything to us. What stood out the most was how respectful he was of our time and space. Unlike other places where salespeople hover and pressure you, Ray allowed us to privately discuss our options as a family. He gave us the time and space we needed while still being there to answer all our questions. The quality of the furniture here is excellent—it doesn’t feel cheap like so many of the other places we visited. Everything is beautifully made and sturdy, and the prices are extremely fair considering the high quality. Compared to other stores, we felt like we were finally getting great value for our money. My husband, who is stationed here as a station commander in the Army, was also impressed by Ray’s professionalism and accommodating nature. We had been so stressed trying to find furniture for our living room, bedroom, and our kids’ room, but Ray made the entire process smooth and easy. He was patient, kind, and understanding, even when we were being picky. We truly couldn’t have done it without him. If you’re looking for high-quality furniture, reasonable prices, and an incredible shopping experience, do yourself a favor and ask for Ray when you visit. He will take care of you, give you the time and space you need, and make the whole process stress-free. Ray made us feel comfortable and confident in our choices, and we are so thankful we found this place.

Jake was amazing! If you need anything, go and see him! Helped us with a mattress and a new entertainment center!
