Max was our sales assistant and he did a wonderful job!

Smooth operation. Gina greeted me at the door, gave me some relevant information, allowed me to look around freely, then offered help as needed. We looked any many options and she helped guide. I found what I needed. I just wish some things were ready to take home right then rather than wait. The checkout process took longer than it should on my opinion, due to corporate documentation, but they helped me load the furniture into my vehicle.

Didn’t have the pillow I was looking for, but had a similar one that was extremely comfortable. Sales agent even matched price for one I came in looking for

I was given a credit for not having any claims on my extended warranty on our living room and dinning room furniture purchase. The person who helped with that over the phone was great. We went into the store to use the credit and everyone was very helpful with our purchase and wrapped it and put it in the car for us. We will return in the future for any furniture needs.

My husband and I went into Ashley today to shop for a mattress and they were great! We didn’t really know what kind of mattress we were looking for, and our salesman Philip Maresca was wonderful in helping us figure that out! He was super patient and spent a lot of time showing us different options within our budget. He was transparent and open with us, and we left feeling confident in our purchase. This is our third purchase from Ashley in the last 5 years and it won’t be our last. We have always had a great experience!

we were just there today looking around for a bookshelf for my bf and this lady with black hair and glasses asked us if we needed help finding anything and i politely said no we’re just looking and she said in a rude tone “thank you” and then continued on stalking us around the store as if we were gonna steal something???? every direction we went in she was there staring at us and made us feel extremely uncomfortable to where we felt we were being forced out. terrible service she needs to be fired. yikes

Phil from Ashley Furniture was awesome, he was very friendly and knowledgeable about mattresses, he asked questions about what our preference was and what we were looking for to fit us in the perfect mattress for us, we found our perfect mattresses with all the additions for an amazing price due to negotiable discounted price for a large purchase and free delivery. Highly recommend Phil, he is so cool. Lol. Go see Phil at Ashley when looking for new furniture or mattresses.

Be careful shopping for furniture. Ours sales person Nasheyah was pushy with certain furniture and it wasn’t what I was looking for. Unfortunately I wasn’t told all the correct info on a couch and after delivery needed to swap for new. She was not correctly putting in the numbers of cost of the couch which was cheaper all around than the firstand trying to tell me it was a wash. Which it clearly wasn’t. I felt very mislead and misinformed with her as a salesperson and I would not recommend. Double check numbers and pricing before buying from Ashley furniture

Very pushy staff that give you no space or breath or look around. They want to upsell you on everything. Especially Phil. Did not appreciate the service here and do not recommend. Didn’t listen to what we were saying and kept bugging us.

This was by FAR the best furniture shopping experience I have ever had, thanks to salesman Chris P! My mom and I went furniture shopping together and usually don’t like to be hounded by salesmen, but once we talked to Chris about our vision he pointed us in exactly the direction we needed to go without us even knowing we needed to go there! He is so knowledgeable about color, space, dimensions, and products, he lead me to my dream couch that I otherwise would not have even noticed or considered. On top of it all, he was so charming, attentive, thoughtful, and generous…..he made 3 hours in the store feel like a fun journey, not a chore. He is willing to negotiate what he can and you can tell he genuinely isn’t out for the commission like most sales people. We all even shared dog photos…and what made it even more fun was he was super hilarious! It was like talking to an old friend who had your best interest at heart. we had Cameron as our salesperson up until he had to leave for arrangements for his wedding tasting which was 5 min before we signed the paperwork. Overall the visit took longer than expected as our sales agent was juggling at least 2 other couples along with us…. Otherwise the service was great and the managers are fantastic!! Amy is a rockstar, always willing to jump in, help out, and do whatever it takes to make the experience top notch. Her manager, Lisa, was awesome as well! She a was available, visible, and extremely accommodating, especially when it came to the pillows we found that were a great compliment to the couch and chair we were purchasing!

Very Disappointed, pre ordered what was a great couch that was displayed at the store. When it can’t 3 weeks later. It was a white couch that was stained. So had to send two pieces back. The chase is totally lopsided and was stuffed incorrectly. A lot of money to spend for that quality :-/

Good prices and good deals

We sadly have had a very poor experience with our furniture purchase at Ashley. It started out with our first delivery, the sectional arrived defective. The connectors were not attached evenly so the couch did not live up properly. Customer service was not a good experience. I called and was told someone would come out and repair it. I didn’t like getting a repair on a brand new couch but that was all they offered me. Then, no one called in weeks. We were in the middle of renovations and I was very busy with many other projects. Finally I called again and spoke with someone who cared and took over saying I would get a new couch, no repair. I was glad. That couch arrived with a tear in it and the delivery guys came to my door saying there was a problem. The tear took place in the warehouse and they tried to cover it up and stick something over it. Terrible!!! I had to refuse delivery (again) and was told since it was Christmas I would not be promised a quick delivery. The third couch arrived today, 6 days before Christmas which was good. Unbelievable but this one has a defect in the corner top part if the large sofa part of the sectional. Meaning the material was missing showing the wood in the front corner!! I have not once received a call from anyone to follow up or even apologize. Very upsetting. We have bought much furniture here for years, I’m now most likely going to shop elsewhere. Salespeople are nice but when a problem arispes, the customer service and service department not so much. Be very careful of the quality here. This picture is the second couch with a tear and you can see someone tried to cover it up with something instead of acknowledging it happened. It was sent out to me like that. :(

I’ve brought so many products from Ashley and I’ve been a costumer for about 8 years. On September 2025 I brought a couch + table set. My wife opened a credit card with them however the employee that helped us open that credit card an incident happened where the credit card was opened TWICE so I got sent home two credit cards and also in my name instead of my wife’s. I’ve called and went in store twice to fix this problem and the employees name was katy, however I found out I was charged + fee + interest which did effect MY credit store in the end and I was charged and I was forced to pay the fee when I NEVER intended on opening a credit card with TD bank or any bank for that matter. The employees should pay more attention especially when working with such sensitive costumer information.

I had been to several places today, When I arrived at Ashley's I was exhausted, as soon as I entered at the front desk was a gentleman name Cameron Ford. Who welcomed me in, He took his time with me. I was in search of recliner for comfort. He took his time walked through the store with me engaged in conversation. The sale went so smooth. Thanks to Cameron, I will be returning to purchase other items as long as he is my sales guy. He found me just what I needed and wanted 🥰 I have to say my experience today at Ashley's was amazing. Both the saleswoman and manager have been extremely helpful with the entire buying process as we navigate date changes during the closing on our house. I purchased a new Ashley mattress during their Labor Day sale, paid in full and was told my mattress would take about a month to arrive due to high volume of sales, I agreed that was fine and I understand that delivery’s take awhile to catch up with high sale volume. On September 22 they sent me a text and said my mattress was not available due to factory not having anymore in stock and the mattress would not be available till mid November, frustrated I demanded my money back and I will never do business with Ashley furniture and mattress ever again!

This is my second purchase at Ashley’s. I was pleased with my purchase of a new bed last year and now with a need of a new couch, they didn’t disappoint. My salesman Willie was helpful, patient and friendly.

Everything was done very well, from the moment I stepped into the store to the day of delivery. Amy was patient as she worked to accommodate my special needs in picking out a quality recliner. Financing was a bit tricky but we worked our way through it and chose the best option for me. Plus, the delivery guys were very friendly and actually showed up before the estimated time of arrival, which was the first time I ever had that happen by anyone for anything!

Whenever we need furniture we always shop around and ALWAYS end up back at Ashley. I love being able to walk around the store, try things out to see how comfy they are and how big each item is in real life. Today we came in shopping for a mattress and ended up walking out with an amazing bed frame and a good deal on financing, delivery and mattress removal. Sales associates are super helpful but today we worked with Trish Schultz who was so friendly, real, and funny. I felt like I was shopping around with a friend. Between her and the store manager who helped us with delivery options, they made the process easy and fun…who can say that about mattress shopping?!

Had an issue with my bed rails not being delivered by the moving company and they took care of me and I was able tonorder new ones.

We were looking for a sofa for my daughter’s first apartment and were lucky enough to be greeted by Chris when we entered Ashley. He was extremely patient with us and was very helpful in helping us find a sofa that would go around some narrow stair corners and still fit within our budget. Will definitely return to Ashley for future furniture purchases!

Out of all of the furniture stores that I myself ventured to or my Daughter and Son in law and I have been to within this week, which included Lake Effect Cheektowaga Store on Union Road, Raymour and Flanagans Cheektowaga on Walden Avenue, Raymour & Flanagans at the Eastern Hills Mall and Bob's Discount on Niagara Falls Boulevard and last but not least, Ashley Furniture on Alberta Drive, I found that Ashley's scored the Best in Prices, the Best in Customer Service, and Even the Best with Discounts and working things out so they work for the Customer. Both Raymour & Flanagans and Lake Effect basically gave no discounts when asked. Lake Effect simply said that their prices were already discounted (which they certainly were not) and Raymour & Flanagans would only give a small discount on a very limited selection which had to be a certain color tag. When I went into Ashley's on Alberta Drive in Amherst, I noticed that quite a few of the sectional couches that I like had 1/2 way decent prices on them. These were there regular prices which beat the other stores "so called discounted prices" I had a Newer Sales Employee come to help me by the name of Collin, he took his time, showed me what I told him I was looking for, yet gave me the space I needed to think things over. After looking at the sectional couches and prices from the other stores which I had all saved on my phone, and comparing them to what was here at Ashley's and their pricing, I picked my Favorite out of them all. Collin and Burt Fatta (the Assistant General Manager) helped me to get the Best Financing that was Available for Me, and gave me a Great Discount that fit my Budget. So I got the Sectional Couch I wanted, with a Fantastic Discount off of the already Fair Price, and Terrific Financing. Burt Fatta was absolutely 100% Fantastic at Customer Service and doing what ever he could to make Me Happy with a Successful Sale. Thank You Burt and Collin.

Was greeted upon arrival of the store by Cameron Ford, who directed us to the sofa section of the store. We were under no pressure by Cameron to any particular brand or style of sofa, but showed us the type we were looking for. The application for credit was simple and easy to complete and we were approved in less than 2 minutes. We lucked out on the delivery schedule, which is supposed to be next Tuesday, the 17th. Highly recommend Ashley furniture in Amherst NY.

My husband and I went in, hoping to look at a few pieces we found online. Jake immediately treated us at the door, and was so helpful! Some of the items we were interested in were not available in store, but Jake was able to show us something similar. When it came time to get pricing, he gave us a great deal, beating the online sale price! Despite us having two small children, treating the store as their own personal castle- the staff was really awesome and made our checkout fast and simple. Overall, great experience. Max is a pleasure to work with. The missing star is because of the KIOSK. It has to go. Typing with my arms up was painful. (Need surgery) The touch screen is not sensitive, had to almost pound on the screen. Space key especially was bad. An I pad or keyboard on a desk would be much more user friendly.

The sales guy his name is Willie great guy got us the best deal and very honest. One issue , closing the deal Willie had to go back and take a picture , so parched, I had asked the girl next to his desk not doing anything no customers with her , so I asked if I can get some water and she told me to get it in the front of store. First of all it’s a maze in there, fearing I wouldn’t be able to find my way back . I myself being in customer service would do anything to make the customers happy, of course unless you are rude to me ! Not at Ashley..Skin color medium brown and long long hair.

Great service! I was nervous to come back as my last experience was not too great, but they definitely made up for it. I believe Ray was the gentlemen who took care of us. He let us do our thing in the store, didn't hover, but was there for any questions. Made the process very easy and was pleasant to work with. Delivery was fast and efficient. They got there nice and early, and were in and out in under 45 minutes! Very satisfied this time around.

Our sales man (Max) was awesome. He was very friendly, not pushy and a great sense of humor.

I love the bed we got and it will look amazing in my new place. I just wish there were more lower to the floor beds available so my dog can't get under the bed there was only 4 options and I didn't quite like them.

Picked out my furniture on the website and called the store to place my order. Everything I purchased arrived better than the pictures and the quality is AMAZING and the prices are even more AMAZING!! Walked in and immediately got greeted by Max. He was not overwhelming gave us our space to look while also giving input. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Ended up buying a couch and love seat!

Max showed me exactly what I was looking for and the care that is provided after purchase. He made the process easy and quick. Annoying process to get a refund after couch didn’t fit. Its took a few calls and it was refunded in the end.

Awesome experience

I asked for a specific mattress and was told they didn't carry it. The staff tried hard to sell their most expensive mattresses. I refused because of $$$. They finally showed me the mattresses i originally requested! I bought it. Later reseach showed it was not the green tea foam mattress I was shopping for. I really dislike the runaround and dishonesty. I might have gotten a better deal elsewhere but I gave in to a pretty high pressure sales guy. I purchased a 10 in memory foam mattress made by Ashley. I wanted firm. The mattress i received is not as firm as the showroom mattress. BTW their warranty is only on mattresses that sell for more than $1000 (sales staff told me this) . I wouldn't recommend shopping for mattresses here.

We had a nice experience here. No pressure or hovering from Cam, our sales person. He answered all of our questions and made the experience great.

The delivery team was very rough with bringing in the mattress that I purchased. They didnt ask for things to move anything and dragged the mattress across our laminate floor, knocked off the wreath on the door and dragged the doormat through the house. The experience in the storenot so great. the salesman was able to help find the right mattress. However I was mislead and initially the shipping wasnt taken off which was fixed later by the store manager. When I called the store before speaking to the store manger, the manager on duty left me on hold for an hour while they went to lunch. I had spoken to the store manager about being on hold and they stated that they had removed the delivery fee, and apologized. However, when the salesman approached me with a better offer on the mattress he said that i would only be able to do that if I got a new Ashely Credit card with TD Bank vs the Ashley card that i have already through Syncrity Bank. I had told the associtate that I had just applied for a credit card a few days before which is why I was denied. Either way I already had established credit with Ashley and ended up using the card I already had. So I had an offer dangled in front of me just so a salesman could get an additonal new sign up for a credit card. If I was able to use my card any way I should have gotten the better offer with a better rate. Needless to say I will not I will not recommend this store or Ashley to someone else. If I could I would give an average of 0 stars.

over $3000 couch material pils and already needed maintenance. when they came, they said most of these types are faulty.

The prices of the items we were looking at in store were higher than what they were listed on Ashley's own website. Would strongly encourage shoppers to review online prices prior to finalizing any deals within the store. You will also find the same items cheaper from online stores. Like anything, you need to determine if there are any issues in the future, if you would rather deal with an online retailer or a local store. The online retailers also do not offer the "white glove" delivery service which includes the furniture being put together and delivered into your home, as opposed to in boxes on your doorstep.

They were able to beat the price of their competitors and they provided Great customer service as well !!!

My wife wanted to replace a recliner or a chair in our living room. We came in and Maxwell took us all around the store and showed us the many ways we could change our setup. All the various shapes and sizes in color combinations was a lot to sift through, but in the end it was the comfort of the peace we chose, that was the deciding factor. Not only does it recline it glides! Thanks, Max, for taking your time and making it a great experience for us! We'll be back.

If I could give Ashley Furniture zero stars I would. This has been the most unbelievable experience I’ve ever had with any company. I purchased a Dining set back in May, When it arrived in Late September The bases of the table were very wobbly, and the table was extremely unsafe. I was told by the delivery driver that it was because of the carpet that was underneath the table which I had also purchased from them that was under the same table at the showroom. Turned out, It was not because of the carpet so I reached out to Ashley customer service they then told me they would send a technician out which took another few weeks. The technician was in my house for less than five minutes, Told me they needed to re-order and exchange the bases…… It’s now January. The “new” bases just arrived. They are also WOBBLY and SCRATCHED, I reached out to customer service and asked them for some sort of compensation since it has now been 8 months since I’ve paid for a table that I can’t use, they continues to tell me that because of the discounts I received at purchase(salesman sold me on all these discounts) they can’t offer no more then $100 in a GIFT CARD. I feel like I was scammed into buying a defective item at a discounted rate but was told it was new. This table has been paid in FULL and the best they can offer is to “reorder” new bases which could take another 3 months. Or $100 gift card. Safe to say I’d never purchase anything from Ashely again and I’d implore anyone to do the same. There’s plenty of better furniture stores out there that won’t tell you to get their credit card in order to receive all the discounts but then proceed to send a defective item and say because of the discounts we can’t give you any additional compensation At the very least they’re returning this now unusable table and I have to fight with the credit card company to get my money back

My husband and I had been searching high and low for furniture, visiting multiple stores, but none of them came close to meeting our expectations for quality, price, or customer service—until we found this place. Ray was incredibly knowledgeable about all the products and furniture, patiently explaining everything to us. What stood out the most was how respectful he was of our time and space. Unlike other places where salespeople hover and pressure you, Ray allowed us to privately discuss our options as a family. He gave us the time and space we needed while still being there to answer all our questions. The quality of the furniture here is excellent—it doesn’t feel cheap like so many of the other places we visited. Everything is beautifully made and sturdy, and the prices are extremely fair considering the high quality. Compared to other stores, we felt like we were finally getting great value for our money. My husband, who is stationed here as a station commander in the Army, was also impressed by Ray’s professionalism and accommodating nature. We had been so stressed trying to find furniture for our living room, bedroom, and our kids’ room, but Ray made the entire process smooth and easy. He was patient, kind, and understanding, even when we were being picky. We truly couldn’t have done it without him. If you’re looking for high-quality furniture, reasonable prices, and an incredible shopping experience, do yourself a favor and ask for Ray when you visit. He will take care of you, give you the time and space you need, and make the whole process stress-free. Ray made us feel comfortable and confident in our choices, and we are so thankful we found this place.
