Great service! I was nervous to come back as my last experience was not too great, but they definitely made up for it. I believe Ray was the gentlemen who took care of us. He let us do our thing in the store, didn't hover, but was there for any questions. Made the process very easy and was pleasant to work with. Delivery was fast and efficient. They got there nice and early, and were in and out in under 45 minutes! Very satisfied this time around.

Our sales man (Max) was awesome. He was very friendly, not pushy and a great sense of humor.

I love the bed we got and it will look amazing in my new place. I just wish there were more lower to the floor beds available so my dog can't get under the bed there was only 4 options and I didn't quite like them.

Picked out my furniture on the website and called the store to place my order. Everything I purchased arrived better than the pictures and the quality is AMAZING and the prices are even more AMAZING!! Purchased a a leather sofa, 2 recliners, kitchen table and chairs a set of 2 end tables and a set of 2 table lamps and EVERYTHING is super comfortable and totally transformed our kitchen and living room. Awesome experience

I asked for a specific mattress and was told they didn't carry it. The staff tried hard to sell their most expensive mattresses. I refused because of $$$. They finally showed me the mattresses i originally requested! I bought it. Later reseach showed it was not the green tea foam mattress I was shopping for. I really dislike the runaround and dishonesty. I might have gotten a better deal elsewhere but I gave in to a pretty high pressure sales guy. I purchased a 10 in memory foam mattress made by Ashley. I wanted firm. The mattress i received is not as firm as the showroom mattress. BTW their warranty is only on mattresses that sell for more than $1000 (sales staff told me this) . I wouldn't recommend shopping for mattresses here.

We had a very good experience. The sales person was friendly and knowledgeable and was able to help us find what we wanted at a very reasonable price. We would definitely shop there again when looking for furniture in the future!

The delivery team was very rough with bringing in the mattress that I purchased. They didnt ask for things to move anything and dragged the mattress across our laminate floor, knocked off the wreath on the door and dragged the doormat through the house. The experience in the storenot so great. the salesman was able to help find the right mattress. However I was mislead and initially the shipping wasnt taken off which was fixed later by the store manager. When I called the store before speaking to the store manger, the manager on duty left me on hold for an hour while they went to lunch. I had spoken to the store manager about being on hold and they stated that they had removed the delivery fee, and apologized. However, when the salesman approached me with a better offer on the mattress he said that i would only be able to do that if I got a new Ashely Credit card with TD Bank vs the Ashley card that i have already through Syncrity Bank. I had told the associtate that I had just applied for a credit card a few days before which is why I was denied. Either way I already had established credit with Ashley and ended up using the card I already had. So I had an offer dangled in front of me just so a salesman could get an additonal new sign up for a credit card. If I was able to use my card any way I should have gotten the better offer with a better rate. Needless to say I will not I will not recommend this store or Ashley to someone else. If I could I would give an average of 0 stars.

over $3000 couch material pils and already needed maintenance. when they came, they said most of these types are faulty.

The prices of the items we were looking at in store were higher than what they were listed on Ashley's own website. Would strongly encourage shoppers to review online prices prior to finalizing any deals within the store. You will also find the same items cheaper from online stores. Like anything, you need to determine if there are any issues in the future, if you would rather deal with an online retailer or a local store. The online retailers also do not offer the "white glove" delivery service which includes the furniture being put together and delivered into your home, as opposed to in boxes on your doorstep.

They were able to beat the price of their competitors and they provided Great customer service as well !!!

My wife wanted to replace a recliner or a chair in our living room. We came in and Maxwell took us all around the store and showed us the many ways we could change our setup. All the various shapes and sizes in color combinations was a lot to sift through, but in the end it was the comfort of the peace we chose, that was the deciding factor. Not only does it recline it glides! Thanks, Max, for taking your time and making it a great experience for us! We'll be back.

If I could give Ashley Furniture zero stars I would. This has been the most unbelievable experience I’ve ever had with any company. I purchased a Dining set back in May, When it arrived in Late September The bases of the table were very wobbly, and the table was extremely unsafe. I was told by the delivery driver that it was because of the carpet that was underneath the table which I had also purchased from them that was under the same table at the showroom. Turned out, It was not because of the carpet so I reached out to Ashley customer service they then told me they would send a technician out which took another few weeks. The technician was in my house for less than five minutes, Told me they needed to re-order and exchange the bases…… It’s now January. The “new” bases just arrived. They are also WOBBLY and SCRATCHED, I reached out to customer service and asked them for some sort of compensation since it has now been 8 months since I’ve paid for a table that I can’t use, they continues to tell me that because of the discounts I received at purchase(salesman sold me on all these discounts) they can’t offer no more then $100 in a GIFT CARD. I feel like I was scammed into buying a defective item at a discounted rate but was told it was new. This table has been paid in FULL and the best they can offer is to “reorder” new bases which could take another 3 months. Or $100 gift card. Safe to say I’d never purchase anything from Ashely again and I’d implore anyone to do the same. There’s plenty of better furniture stores out there that won’t tell you to get their credit card in order to receive all the discounts but then proceed to send a defective item and say because of the discounts we can’t give you any additional compensation At the very least they’re returning this now unusable table and I have to fight with the credit card company to get my money back

My main complaint is they do not deliver any furniture from this showroom. Went to buy a chair,floor model,but they don't deliver from showroom. Ridiculous. The truck could easily swing by there. Especially for the $ 150 delivery fee. Not smart .

My husband and I had been searching high and low for furniture, visiting multiple stores, but none of them came close to meeting our expectations for quality, price, or customer service—until we found this place. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with amazing customer service by Ray, who truly made all the difference in our experience. The quality of the furniture here is excellent—it doesn’t feel cheap like so many of the other places we visited. Everything is beautifully made and sturdy, and the prices are extremely fair considering the high quality. Compared to other stores, we felt like we were finally getting great value for our money. My husband, who is stationed here as a station commander in the Army, was also impressed by Ray’s professionalism and accommodating nature. We had been so stressed trying to find furniture for our living room, bedroom, and our kids’ room, but Ray made the entire process smooth and easy. He was patient, kind, and understanding, even when we were being picky. We truly couldn’t have done it without him. If you’re looking for high-quality furniture, reasonable prices, and an incredible shopping experience, do yourself a favor and ask for Ray when you visit. He will take care of you, give you the time and space you need, and make the whole process stress-free. Ray made us feel comfortable and confident in our choices, and we are so thankful we found this place.

We have a very difficult family room to furnish. Narrow with a sliding glass door and fireplace so space is limited. Our sales person, Phillip worked with us and our measurements to find us the perfect fit for our needs. We’re very happy with our choice of a reclining love seat and a recliner abd can’t wait to see it in our family room.

my partner and I went here the Monday before Christmas to "just look." Ray Harris greeted us by singing "fa la la la la" and pointed at me to finish the rest, which was really fun! He then left us alone as we walked around for ages to sit on couches and take measurements. He checked on us maybe once as we were walking around and never pressured us, which was really nice. We found him once we were ready and he was amazing! Offered us snacks and water, had a great sense of humor that we appreciated, and overall made the whole experience of purchasing our Lindyn sectional the best time ever. It got delivered today and we are so happy with it. Thank you to the Ashley store and especially to Ray, as we are now happily sitting on our new sectional. The experience was good, the store staff were very knowledgeable of their furniture and helped me find what I was looking for. I am happy with my purchase however the salesman misquoted the delivery cost. It was higher than he said he thought it would be.

Recently, we returned to buy a vanity for our daughter, and once again, we had a fantastic experience. Doug, our salesman, was exceptional both times, making the process smooth and enjoyable.

Went in to buy new bedroom sets for my kids. We were told that we get half off the bedroom sets if we buy a mattress. I didn't need a mattress, but decided to take advantage of the deal. Bought a 3k mattress, which when delivered, felt nothing like the mattress in store. Went to return it and was told I had to get an equally priced or more expensive mattress because they would not give me back the difference. Wind up with a 5k mattress. Fast forward 2 years later, 3k in interest was added to my account because they but the bedroom sets at 24 months for 0% interst instead of the 72 months that was the reason we went in in the first place. Went to the store and they did nothing to fix it even though they made the error. Now I have to pay thousands in interest instead of interest free for 72 months as I was told when I bought the furniture. I will NEVER shop at these scam artists again. Scum bag sales people lie to you to make a buck and then the company refuses to help.

Ashley’s furniture is amazing. Amy helped me purchase my first couch and she was very patient and insightful. She looks out for veterans and her main priority was making sure I left with a smile on my face.

Agreed on a price on the couch set and by the time I get to go cash out they added 300$ on the price because the salesman forgot to add something , I told the salesman’s to ask the manager to offer the original price agreed upon and they only offer to take $50 bucks off . Black Friday sale was more like a rip off sale because I didn’t save a dime by going into the store it would have been cheaper to order online and not waste 2 trips going into the store . First and last time ever buying from Ashley furniture again !

We needed barstools for an upcoming family reunion. We had unexpected work trips and ended up waiting longer than planned to find one. The team went above and beyond helping us to find a stool that matched our room’s color scheme/vibe AND to get the stools in our hands by the reunion. Thank you!

One year ago in October 2023, we spent $2400 on a couch and loveseat. Since we were shopping at Ashley Ashey is known for quality, we trusted that what were were purchasing was good quality. We were wrong. We were also sold a protection plan which we were assured we would be able to use even if we moved. After just a short few months some of the wood frame in the loveseat broke then just recently a large piece of wood frame on the couch broke. When we bough the furniture we also asked about how much weight the furniture can handle since my partner and I are each about 270 pounds and both of us are usually not on each couch at the same time. We wanted to use our protection plan so I filed claims for the damage. Both claims have been denied claiming that it's normal wear. We also called the store where they claimed they can't help us with repair because we moved from Buffalo, NY to Wilmington, DE. This is outrageous! Furniture from Ashley is supposed to last longer than 1 year. We shouldn't have had to worry about replacing this for up to 10 years.. Also, the sales reps at the store shouldn't push protection plans that we can use and claim it's the best plan and hassle-free. I am not taking no for an answer. This is not over!

Righteous recently moved into a new apartment in Amherst. It’s been about a month. I’ve been shopping around For the right furniture. Our last stop was Ashley furniture I would give all the credit to your sales rep Cameron. Give us cities and not like all the other sales people I ran into. Had a way of putting us at ease right away. It made it easy to make a decision. We worked them pretty hard, but he came through. Maybe we were just lucky to get him as our sales rep. I would gladly refer anybody I know, and I would be confident that they would be in good hands.

Great customer service. Delivery was delayed til 9 pm but we were fine with that. Well worth the wait. The delivery team was beat after already putting in a 10 hour day and multiple deliveries but they came in smiling and pleasant. Very professional and once again, Ashley did not disappoint.

Working with Tasha is as good as it gets. She seems to instinctively understand that the only reason we’re going to buy something is because it works for us. But within that space Tasha helped us find things that we wouldn’t have without her. She is considerate, cool, and has a great sense of humor. And inspires the kind of loyalty that will bring us back to Ashley.

Good selection and pricing. I was looking for a bed in a box and that’s exactly what I walked out of the store with.

I financed through Ashley’s with TD bank. I’ve been trying to obtain my account number for WEEKS. I have called TD and Ashley’s multiple times. Customer service will leave you on hold for hours until you just hang up. I called the store to see if I can get the account info from them and I was told they can only see what I can see online. They have updated their online account system so you can’t see your statements or anything. All that’s there is what you owe. They have sent numerous emails stating that they have long wait times due to outside factors. I can see for a day or 2 but WEEKS?! I bet when the bill is due the system works to make sure that bill is paid, but something so simple as an account number wouldn’t be available to a customer! No way to call anyone! They opened the phone lines today at 10am, I called right at 959 am, it’s 1045am and I am still on hold . I will be dedicating my entire Saturday to see if I can get an answer on my day off. Absolutely non excuse for something like this for WEEKS! Please do not finance from here. It’s everyone’s fault but theirs!

Just purchased a sofa, XL chair and a swivel rocker. Rochelle took excellent care of me from the start, greeting me with a big friendly smile. This was a fairly busy night where several associates seemed to be juggling multiple customers, but she was gracious with me and wasn’t flustered or rushed. I ended up borrowing a pillow to bring home since there are no fabric swatches, and this meant showing my ID and credit card. Rochelle asked another associate to help me with this fairly quick process (she was mid-checkout with another customer) which I had no problem with. The other associate, who currently had no customers, clearly did not want to help me, which I realized through her facial expressions & body language after she tried to find another associate to help me. (This is why I highly recommend going right to Rochelle!). After taking about 5 minutes of her time, Rochelle made a point to thank me and say she’d see me when I returned. I returned today to make my purchase which Rochelle made so incredibly easy by having my cart all set up for me after some text communication. She went over every item, double-checking the online price and matching it, which I did not ask her to do. Rochelle went over the protection plan with me in detail, and didn’t push me to buy it (which I did) but just honestly wanted to make sure I understood what it offers. She wasn’t pushy at any point and was incredibly friendly and REAL. it’s refreshing to find someone in sales you feel you can really trust. I HIGHLY recommend Rochelle and will be going back to her for all of my future furniture purchases! I’d also like to mention Jake, the Sales Manager on duty, who was extremely helpful with j formation and very friendly.

I called Ashley furniture in orchard park looking for a specific model of bed on the floor at one of the showrooms. Unfortunately the model was not in stock near me but we took a trip out to Williamsville to visit their showroom and met Tasha. I can’t say enough wonderful things about her. We have been shopping at Ashley in Amherst NY for 20 years. This recent experience has been by far the best that we have had (and the other ones were good). Cam, our salesman, was amazing during the selection process. He stopped by to check on us from time to time, but let us talk alone as we determined which couch we loved. We texted a few times while I measured at home and he was easy to coordinate with for the buying day. At time of purchase, Jake came to help finalize the purchase and he was amazingly fair with the pricing! They were both super friendly and easy to talk to. We had a positive experience purchasing a sectional couch at this particular store. Our salesman, Conor, was flexible when it came to scheduling a follow up meeting/consultation and helped us narrow down the options based on style and budget. He provided us with information we needed and was patient, allowing us time in-store to select the right couch for our family.

My husband and I came into Ashley Home Store just intending on looking around for a couch for our new home, as soon as we entered the store we were greeted by the lovely Rochelle! She was so very friendly and informative, she first just asked us what we were looking for and showed us the aesthetics of each side of the store and the sale going on for the store. I would love to also note that she did not make my husband or I feel pressured as she did not follow us around the store but occasionally checked in on us to see if we had any questions or concerns about anything we were seeing. She had seen we took interest to one particular sectional and showed us many different similar options with similar sizes and prices, she managed to show us the perfect sectional which happened to be on a major sale also assuring us that she would also help us with additional discounts if possible as price was important to us, she also gave us some great advice about care and management for the piece of furniture. We were also able to then look around more once we selected that item and we were offered bundled pricing which also gave us more time to make an even more informed decision. Again did not feel pressured or pushed to buy more or bundle more items by Rochelle, once we decided that we were only comfortable in purchasing the couch that day. As we were taken throughout the purchasing process we were given several options and able to work together to find the best option for us. Rochelle went over everything several times and was super thorough which I appreciate so much just incase I was missing any stipulations or fine print stuff. Rochelle made me feel assured that what I saw on the paper is what I was receiving she made the only process that may sometimes feel daunting, feel easy and breezy, fun and exciting! It felt so refreshing to receive such amazing customer service and I would recommend her to absolutely anyone! Any furniture buying in the future I will definitely be contacting Rochelle, we got so comfortable with each other by the end of our visit to the store we all hugged being so happy! We left feeling satisfied and confident in our decision and grateful for Rochelle and her amazing support and guidance. I told her I would love to speak to superior of hers to let them know how impressed I was by her ability to connect and support/help our family with our decision! Such a great experience thank you Rochelle and staff at Ashley home store!

Bought an over $500 recliner over two years ago and had it delivered/assembled. At first I noticed it might be cheaply made, despite that fact I felt maybe the important parts of chair would hold up. Did not happen. No springs in seat cushion, only a cheap piece of foam, cheap imitation upholstry stapled in back with no foam at all. The more I sat in the chair over time the more sore I got, legs, back, forget reclining, the padding is so cheap or non existent it is like laying on a floor. Tried putting pillows on seat or back ,did not work. Beware of the quality and do not assume like I did, go in person and try them out. Amount of money spent sometimes does not matter. Disassmbled and put to curb, money wasted. Update: Spoke to an sales agent regarding this issue. She tried to blame it on a "third party seller" however upon further checking this brand (Bladen) is an Ashley brand designed by their business. If you do not want poor quality avoid this store or choose another brand. Personally I am not going back to shop with them. A furniture store selling "knock off" furniture is not acceptable, maybe for a budget store.

I have purchased many items from Ashley over the years. My latest purchase was the best I have ever experienced. Phil Maresca went above & beyond any salesperson I have ever dealt with. His knowledge with mattresses and pillows was phenomenal. He was by far, the best I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend Phil.

I've been homeless for a year. I just rented an apartment and now I have New quality furniture from Ashley. I was very pleased at the service I was given at the Alberta Drive store in Amherst New York store Trisa was the sales clerk. This is not the first time I bought furniture from Ashley furniture and will not be the last time either.

Furniture purchased in March. Scheduled drop off for early May. Furniture than put on a delay so new date is May 28. Delayed again new date June 3rd. June 3rd arrives won’t deliver furniture because my daughter who turns 18 next month isn’t 18! I was never told about the age issue. Must reschedule again. Furniture however is very nice price is good customer service at time of sale was great. In there defense I knew the wait would be long. But not into June.

From the moment we walked in, until the moment we walked out (three visits later), Rochelle listened, had the patience of a saint, and was extremely helpful. We literally came in for a kitchen table, but after seeing the sales throughout the store, talking to Rochelle, and literally contemplating other furniture needs and wants, we bought the kitchen table, a server, a frame and mattress (for guest room), and a new bedroom set for ourselves. Will we be back a 4th time? Most likely in another year for couches....and we will be going right back to Rochelle. We have never laughed so hard or had so much fun while we were spending money. Usually there is a buyers remorse after big purchases with us, but this isn't that time. Thank you Ashley Furniture for not just providing us with great quality furniture (we bought a living room set 3 years ago that is still looking as phenomenal as it did when it arrived), but with also filling our time with quality employees! This was an especially difficult time for us as life was throwing a lot of lemons our way (Rochelle only knew about our 11 year old dog that passed in between our visits and the washer and dishwasher that took a dump on us between 3 visits in one week as we contemplated our purchases). With just that knowledge...she was so empathetic. What we didn't tell her, was that we also lost a family friend, and then my godmother in the same week over Mother's Day. So losing our family dog a week later really wore on us even more. The kitchen table was a gift for me for Mother's Day to replace the one we have had while raising 3 boys over the last 17 years. When I say our experience was full of fun and laughter....I really mean, it couldn't have come at a better time. We needed the comedic relief more than anyone knows...and we got it while shopping for a kitchen table. Thanks again for everything!

Be aware of the pricing! I've purchases from Ashley in the past and probably will again. Big selection of medium quality furniture. Recently was in for a couple items and found Ray, nice sales guy, prices seemed ok, everything was setup for a later delivery and out we went. A week later I wanted to show someone what we had bought and went online and WOAH!!! The online prices were half of the showroom sticker prices even after whatever discounts we got. I couldn't believe what I was seeing but sure enough, reviews told me that this is standard pricing practice for them. No need to get bent out of shape, I called and of course they were "not aware of the online sale" and reduced all the prices accordingly. In the end the delivery went well and everything is fine. One word on the "additional" warranty": There is alot of fine print, exclusions... so be aware before you lay out your hard earned $$$.

Not built to last. Bought two years ago and started falling apart just after warranty. The drawer slide broke when pulling out the drawer and ball bearings went everywhere. Then the side came off the rail of another drawer possibly due to separation of drawer from frame? Either way no longer works. And the second drawer from the top keeps coming out even though it’s perfectly level. I contacted customer service a month ago who said they sent out two side sets to fix it myself, but have not received anything. Payed a lot of money for junk.

Editing my review to reflect my final experience. The sales process was excellent, until it came to the fine delivery and I found out that everything we were told was a bold face lie. We ordered a mattress from Ashley, we were told to let it inflate for an hour or two and it would be good to go. WRONG! After complaining 4 hours after arrival that the bed is caving in and folding we were told we can’t sleep on it for 3 days. So what are we expected to sleep on the floor for 3 days? Went back the next morning (ready) which marked about 18 hours since delivery. Still having the same issues. We could not sleep in the bed we spent over $600 on. When telling them I’m 100% dissatisfied with the bed and the process and the lies from the sales agent. They’re refusing any sort of refund or return with a different excuse every time. I spent every penny I had on this bed that I can’t even use or replace with something I can use. Make sure you work with a manager directly and not a sales agent that will lie to you about the entire process. Do not waste your time here. Go literally anywhere else to be treated like a human. . I am disgusted with my experience

Was in yesterday just to browse with my partner and was greeted by their sales associate, Amy O'Keefe! She was wonderful to work with, extremely knowledgeable and personable. We were in the market for some new pillows, she was able to answer all of our questions, and bring up answers to questions we would've never thought to ask! (I didn't know so much goes into selecting the right pillow!!). Loved the experience, loved the sleep I got with my new pillow, and will be sure to ask for her next time we find ourselves at the amherst Ashley's! Even the brief encounters with the other associates were wonderful, there's a great team here :))

I stopped in the Amherst store to view some couches and eventually went home to do some more research and measurements. When I was ready to order I called, and despite being short staffed (on eclipse day) Ray went above and beyond with customer service. He helped me find the correct configuration of the sectional I wanted since it was not online, FaceTimed me to walk me through the entire process and reassured me by confirming all my information multiple times. Ray was a warm, welcoming, and funny spirit! He made the experience such a delight! I would 100% recommend him personally for any furniture needs.

I really enjoyed the experience! Pur salesperson, Jake, was knowledgeable, made us feel comfortable, and made everything so easy. I have 2 reasons I did not give 5 stars: 1) we have not yet taken delivery of our purchase, so i dont know if we will still be perfetly pleased with our experience;-), and 2) the kiosk to enter my information to apply for store credit was really hard to use. The touchscreen keyboard was in an uncomfortable position, and not particularly sensitive to touch, making it hard to type. An actual keyboard would be better.

store is huge and has the best selection of home furnishings anywhere! we went to buy a sleeper sofa and bought a rocker swivel chair and rug! the selection and choices are amazing. shout out to Raymond, our very knowledgeable and sweetheart of a sales person. Raymond made the experience easy and seamless. he listened to what we needed and wanted and showed us several options to choose from. We will return to this store for all future furniture needs.
