Amanda was more like a new friend than a salesperson from the 1st minute we walked in. She was very in tune to our situation and really took the time to understand our needs following our house fire. Her professionalism was top notch.
I had the best time of my life when I went to Ashley today. My salesperson, Elizabeth, was amazing. The other folks that helped my transaction along were amazing aswell. The work environment there seems to be incredible. The employees have an amazing dynamic. That said, I am 100% pleased with my experience with this store. We had to get a new couch and Ashley got us a really nice sofa for a great price. I also picked up two purple pillows and they got me a good deal on them aswell. I WILL be back to this store for my bed when the time comes. Hopefully the folks that helped me today will still be there because I really enjoyed working with them. Delivery took four days, I'm happy with that! The delivery team was excellent! My wife described them as almost robitic in how efficiently they were able to move the sofa into the livingroom from down a flight of stairs. Excellent! 10 stars if I could! I'll be back for sure. You guys got me wanting a purple matress now. Edit 2: add photo. This is the Alphons with a cheap Amazon cover.
