My wife and I were in there today. We bought a mattress and a recliner. The gentleman we that helped us was great. The store in Batavia NY was so much nicer than I expected. Lots and lots of furniture of all kinds. We were very happy with their selection and prices.

Amanda (via phone) and Renee (in person) quickly and accurately answered my questions regarding dining room sets and then helped me narrow down my in-store choices while also showing some living room sets. I purchased a really beautiful dining room set which should match my cherry kitchen cabinets quite nicely! Highly recommended. EDIT: I also just worked with Renee on very short notice to help me purchase a living room set in order to hit a delivery deadline in time for an out-of-town family visit. Fantastic service and the product is just what I needed!
When we first walked in we were greeted pleasantly by Justin. We explained what we were looking for, and he directed us towards what we wanted. He took his time with us used his product knowledge to help guide us to our perfect mattress. No pressure, no stress. We actually had a great experience with pretty everyone in the store. Right up to and the manager. We had a great time, experience. Thank you all for everything. We,ll be back !!!! .
