This is about your customer service rep Christine M. (#CM11). I purchase a bed from Ashley and I love it! I got so excited couldn't wait for the delivery. I really appreciate Jonathan Levy and Simara both who diligently worked patiently making sure that everything ran smoothly. I did get my bed but from opening the box it was torn. I expressed this to customer service but to no avail I didn't get any response just somebody would call. Until Christine called and solved everything! She is awesome! I'm a cancer survivor and it's important for me to have a good night rest on a beautiful bed. Christine made sure that everything will be taken care of and it was. I felt like I was talking to somebody that I've been knowing for years lol. She really had made me feel comfortable ease my mind and I am just so appreciative of her. I thought it'd be best for her supervisors or whoever works in her dept to know. When I think of customer service I see Christine even though I never met her. Maybe one day will meet (smile). You may be wondering why this message is so important because when it comes to a business which I once upon a time own before I retired. You must make sure that your customers are please because they're the one who spread the word. I did give up on Ashley at that moment but now I can't wait when I get my couch. Had a great experience picking out a new bedroom set with Kris, they took their time letting us view what was available and going over different options.
